[001] The present utility model patent aims at an integrated roof model, for use in buildings and to which an original construction has been given, with a view to improving its use and efficiency in relation to existing similar products. BACKGROUND OF THE PRESENT MODEL
[002] Fixed and retractable structures comprising roofs are already widely known.
[003] Despite the widespread use of this type of structure, some drawbacks can be attributed to it, such as, for example, an integrated set that brings together fixed or retractable structures in a single unit.
[004] In this sense, some inventors conceived the products that are the subject of the patent documents indicated below, but they did not pay attention to the details mentioned above. STATE OF THE ART
[005] Patent document BR 20 2022 021358 0 published on 04 / 24 / 2024 teaches a utility model comprising a structural assembly and dome applied to roofs for natural lighting, used in civil construction in buildings, which allow the entry and diffusion of natural light due to the translucent and prismatic properties of said domes. Furthermore, the structural assembly and dome aim to facilitate installation and ensure greater rigidity and resilience in the assembly, which advantageously allows operators to work on the roof with greater safety. Thus, the structural assembly is equipped with at least one dome comprising fixing sides together with a set of stringers. Petition 870250001637, dated 01 / 08 / 2025, p. 5 / 21 2 / 5 of the structure is secured by fastening elements, with each dome also comprising a set of upper projections arranged between a first end and a second end. [008] Analyzing the aforementioned and known state-of-the-art documents, as can be observed, none fully presents the constructive characteristics of the roofing assembly that is the subject of this patent.
[009] In view of these problems and with the purpose of overcoming them, the constructive arrangement, object of the present patent, was developed, which consists of providing a set for fixed or retractable coverings in buildings.
[010] This method of constructing the assembly for fixed or retractable roofs in buildings solves the aforementioned inconveniences, since it provides agility and speed in installation and, above all, safety, as it is a product exclusively for this type of work and within the standards.
