Before a freight motorcade sends cargoes, trucks are pairwise coupled (numbered as 1 and 2), the truck 2 is only controlled according to the local area information, and the truck 1 not only interacts with the local area information of the truck 2, but also interacts with an ITS wide area, so that the operation throughput is greatly reduced.
