Abstract

This application provides a transaction reminder method and system. The transaction reminder method includes: generating a cut-off reminder message for the target user based on the target user's operational behavior data in the current application and a cut-off reminder strategy set for the target user, wherein the current application is used to provide users with online product purchase services; and sending the cut-off reminder message to the target user when the remaining time before the cut-off time reaches a predetermined time interval. This method analyzes the target user's operational behavior data and combines it with the cut-off reminder strategy set for the target user to specify a unique cut-off reminder message for the user, so as to guide the user to complete the purchase of the product before the platform's cut-off time arrives, thereby improving the platform's transaction conversion rate while ensuring the user's shopping experience.
