A service providing method and apparatus

Abstract

The application discloses a service providing method and device, which can be used in the financial field or other arbitrary fields, and the method comprises the following steps: determining whether a target user belongs to a preset target group; providing preset service for the target user in the case that the target user is determined to belong to the preset target group; determining whether the target user has a predetermined relationship with a user in the preset target group in the case that the target user is determined not to belong to the preset target group; and providing preset service for the target user in the case that the target user is determined to have the predetermined relationship with the user in the preset target group. According to the scheme, the user in the non-pre-set target group who has the preset relationship with the user in the preset target group can also obtain the service of the preset target group, so that the application retention rate can be effectively improved.

Description

TECHNICAL FIELD

[0001] The present application can be used in the financial field or any other field, and particularly relates to a service providing method and device. BACKGROUND

[0002] Currently, for general users and special users (for example, VIP users), an application usually adopts two different service modes, and the special users receive more timely and thoughtful services. The general users can only upgrade to special users by paying or other ways to have the services that the special users can enjoy.

[0003] This service mode based on user groups will inevitably lead to a large user differentiation, which directly affects the frequency and experience of general users using the application and seriously affects the retention rate of the application.

[0006] The first aspect of the present specification provides a service providing method, comprising: determining whether a target user belongs to a preset target group; providing a preset service for the target user in a case where it is determined that the target user belongs to the preset target group; determining whether the target user has a predetermined relationship with a user in the preset target group in a case where it is determined that the target user does not belong to the preset target group; and providing the preset service for the target user in a case where it is determined that the target user has a predetermined relationship with a user in the preset target group.
