[0068] Figure 1 FIG. 1 is a top view of a stretchable pixel array substrate 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention. Figure 2 FIG. 1 is a partially enlarged schematic diagram of a stretchable pixel array substrate 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention. Figure 2 correspond Figure 1 The local R.

[0069] Please refer to Figure 1 and Figure 2 , the stretchable pixel array substrate 10 includes a substrate 110. The substrate 110 has a plurality of first regions 112 and a second region 114, wherein the second region 114 is located between the plurality of first regions 112. In the present embodiment, the substrate 110 may selectively have a plurality of through holes 116 to define a plurality of islands and bridges of the substrate 110, wherein the plurality of islands are the plurality of first regions 112 of the substrate 110, and the bridges are the second regions 114 of the substrate 110. However, the present invention is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the substrate 110 may not have the through holes 116, and the substrate 110 may also be a solid substrate with a whole surface.

[0070] The substrate 110 is used to carry other components of the stretchable pixel array substrate 10. The substrate 110 has elasticity and extensibility and can be stretched. For example, in the present embodiment, the material of the substrate 110 may include polyimide (PI), polyethylene naphthalate (PEN), polyethylene terephthalate (PET), polycarbonates (PC), polyethersulfone (PES) or polyarylate, other suitable materials or a combination of at least two of the aforementioned materials, but the present invention is not limited thereto.

[0071] Please refer to Figure 1 , the stretchable pixel array substrate 10 further includes a plurality of pixel structures PX. The plurality of pixel structures PX are respectively disposed in a plurality of first regions 112 of the substrate 110. Each first region 112 has at least one pixel structure PX, and each pixel structure PX includes at least one sub-pixel structure SPX. For example, in the present embodiment, a pixel structure PX may be disposed on each first region 112, and the pixel structure PX may include three sub-pixel structures SPX for displaying red, blue, and green, respectively, but the present invention is not limited thereto.

[0072] Figure 3 Schematic diagram of an equivalent circuit of a sub-pixel structure SPX of a stretchable pixel array substrate 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention.

[0073] Please refer to Figure 1 and Figure 3 For example, in the present embodiment, each sub-pixel structure SPX may include a first transistor T1 and a pixel electrode PE, the first transistor T1 having a first end T1a, a second end T1b and a control end T1c, wherein the pixel electrode PE is electrically connected to the second end T1b of the first transistor T1. In the present embodiment, each sub-pixel structure SPX may further selectively include a second transistor T2, wherein the second transistor T2 has a first end T2a, a second end T2b and a control end T2c, and the second end T2b of the second transistor T2 is electrically connected to the control end T1c of the first transistor T1.

[0074] Please refer to Figure 1 and Figure 2 The stretchable pixel array substrate 10 further includes a wiring 120 disposed on the second region 114 of the substrate 110 and electrically connected to the plurality of pixel structures PX respectively located on the plurality of first regions 112. Figure 1 , Figure 2 and Figure 3In the present embodiment, the wiring 120 is, for example, a gate driving line, wherein the gate driving line is electrically connected to a plurality of control terminals T2c of a plurality of second transistors T2 of a plurality of sub-pixel structures SPX of a plurality of pixel structures PX respectively located in a plurality of first regions 112. However, the present invention is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the wiring 120 may also be a data line, a power line, a common line, or other types of conducting wires, wherein the data line is electrically connected to a plurality of first terminals T2a of a plurality of second transistors T2 of a plurality of sub-pixel structures SPX of a plurality of pixel structures PX respectively located in a plurality of first regions 112, and the power line is electrically connected to a plurality of first terminals T1a of a plurality of first transistors T1 of a plurality of sub-pixel structures SPX of a plurality of pixel structures PX respectively located in a plurality of first regions 112.

[0075] Figure 4 FIG. 1 is an enlarged schematic diagram of a curved section 122 of a wiring 120 according to an embodiment of the present invention.

[0076] Please refer to Figure 1 , Figure 2 and Figure 4 , the trace 120 includes a plurality of curved segments 122 connected in series. Figure 2 and Figure 4 Each curved segment 122 has a first curved portion 122a (indicated at Figure 4 ), the second curved portion 122b (marked at Figure 4 ) and the third curved portion 122c (indicated at Figure 4 ), wherein the second curved portion 122b is connected between the first curved portion 122a and the third curved portion 122c, and the bending direction of the first curved portion 122a is different from the bending direction of the third curved portion 122c. Figure 4 For example, the first curved portion 122a and the third curved portion 122c may be bent toward the upper right and upper left, respectively, and the second curved portion 122b may be bent toward the lower side.

[0077] Please refer to Figure 2 and Figure 4 , the third curved portion 122c of each curved segment 122 is connected to the first curved portion 122a of the next curved segment 122. For example, in the present embodiment, the plurality of curved segments 122 of the routing 120 include a first curved segment 122-1 and a second curved segment 122-2, the first curved segment 122-1 is located between the second curved segment 122-2 and the pixel structure PX on the right, the first curved portion 122a of the first curved segment 122-1 is connected to the pixel structure PX on the right, and the third curved portion 122c of the first curved segment 122-1 is connected to the first curved portion 122a of the second curved segment 122-2.

[0078] Please refer to Figure 1 and Figure 2 The plurality of curved segments 122 of the routing line 120 include a first curved segment 122-1 and a second curved segment 122-2, wherein the first curved segment 122-1 is the closest to a first region 112 (for example: Figure 2 In the curved segment 122 of the first area 112 on the right side, a pixel structure PX is disposed on a first area 112, and the first curved segment 122-1 is disposed between a pixel structure PX and the second curved segment 122-2. In this embodiment, the first curved segment 122-1 is directly connected to the pixel structure PX, and the second curved segment 122-2 is directly connected to the first curved segment 122-1.

[0079] Please refer to Figure 2 and Figure 4 , the first curved portion 122a of the first curved segment 122-1 and the second curved portion 122b of the first curved segment 122-1 have a distance A in the first direction d1, and the first curved portion 122a of the second curved segment 122-2 and the second curved portion 122b of the second curved segment 122-2 have a distance B in the first direction d1. It is worth noting that A>B. In other words, the amplitude (i.e., distance A) of the curved segment 122 closest to the first area 112 is greater than the amplitude (i.e., distance B) of the other curved segment 122 far away from the first area 112. In the entire routing 120, the inner side 122bs of the second curved portion 122b of a curved segment 122 closest to the first area 112 is subjected to the largest strain. Through the design of A>B, the maximum strain borne by the routing 120 can be significantly reduced, thereby greatly improving the stretchability of the stretchable pixel array substrate 10. The following is combined with Figure 5 and Figure 6 Confirm it.

[0080] Figure 5 FIG. 1 shows the strain amount on the wiring 120 of the stretchable pixel array substrate 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention. Figure 6 The strain amount on the trace 120 ′ of the stretchable pixel array substrate 10 ′ of a comparative example is shown.

[0081] Figure 6 The stretchable pixel array substrate 10' of the comparative example is Figure 5 The stretchable pixel array substrate 10 of the embodiment is similar to the stretchable pixel array substrate 10 of the embodiment, and the difference between the two is that: Figure 5 In the stretchable pixel array substrate 10 of the embodiment, the amplitude of the curved section 122 closest to the first area 112 is greater than the amplitude of another curved section 122 away from the first area 112; however, in Figure 6 In the stretchable pixel array substrate 10' of the comparative example, the amplitude of each curved segment 122 is the same. Figure 5 and Figure 6The data shows that by designing the amplitude of a curved section 122 closest to the first region 112 to be larger than the amplitude of another curved section 122 far from the first region 112 , the maximum strain of the trace 120 can be significantly reduced from 9.0% of the trace 120 ′ to 3.3%.

[0082] Please refer to Figure 2 , in this embodiment, 1<(A / B)<10; that is, the amplitude of the curved segment 122 closest to the first area 112 is greater than the amplitude of the other curved segment 122 away from the first area 112 and less than 10 times the amplitude of the other curved segment 122. Preferably, 1<(A / B)<4. That is, the amplitude of the curved segment 122 closest to the first area 112 is greater than the amplitude of the other curved segment 122 away from the first area 112 and less than 4 times the amplitude of the other curved segment 122, but the present invention is not limited thereto.

[0083] In addition, please refer to Figure 1 and Figure 2 , the first region 112 has a width W, and A≤W. That is, the amplitude (ie, distance A) of a curved segment 122 closest to the first region 112 is not greater than the width W of the first region 112 of the substrate 110. Figure 1 In this embodiment, the first curved segment 122-1 and the second curved segment 122-2 are arranged in the third direction d3, the fourth direction d4 is perpendicular to the third direction d3, and the width W refers to the width of the first area 112 of the substrate 110 in the fourth direction d4.

[0084] Please refer to Figure 2 and Figure 4 In this embodiment, the first curved section 122-1 may further include a first straight portion 122e and a second straight portion 122f, wherein the first straight portion 122e is connected between the first curved portion 122a and the second curved portion 122b, and the second straight portion 122f is connected between the second curved portion 122b and the third curved portion 122c. The first straight portion 122e and the second straight portion 122f may be provided to adjust the amplitude (i.e., the distance A) of the first curved section 122-1 of the routing line 120, so as to reduce the maximum strain amount borne by the entire routing line 120 at the inner side 122bs of the second curved portion 122b of the first curved section 122-1.

[0085] Please refer to Figure 2 and Figure 4, the first direction d1 intersects with the second direction d2, and the first straight portion 122e and the second straight portion 122f of the first bent segment 122-1 have a distance S in the second direction d2. The first straight portion 122e has a length L in its straight extension direction d5, and L > S. In short, the length L of the first straight portion 122e is greater than the distance S between the first straight portion 122e and the second straight portion 122f.

[0086] Figure 7 Fig. shows the maximum strain of the trace corresponding to each length L when the distance S of the stretchable pixel array substrate 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention is fixed at 3.5 μm.

[0087] Please refer to Figure 4 and Figure 7 , from Figure 7 the data, it can be seen that when 0 < L < S, the maximum strain of the trace (~10%) is actually greater than the maximum strain of the trace (~9%) when L = 0 μm. However, when L > S, the maximum strain of the trace decreases significantly as the length L increases. Thus, it can be proved that the design of L > S can help reduce the maximum strain of the trace and improve the stretchability.

[0088] Please refer to Figure 4 , it should be noted that in this embodiment, the boundaries I1 and I2 of the first straight portion 122e are defined by using the curvature radius r1 of the inner edge 122as of the first bent portion 122a and the curvature radius r2 of the inner edge 122bs of the second bent portion 122b respectively. Specifically, the inner edge 122as of the first bent portion 122a has a curvature center c1 and a curvature radius r1. A virtual circle o1 is drawn with the curvature center c1 as the center and the curvature radius r1 as the radius. The partial trace 120 within 1 / 4 of the circumference of the virtual circle o1 is the first bent portion 122a, and then the boundary (i.e., boundary I1) between the first bent portion 122a and the first straight portion 122e can be defined; the inner edge 122bs of the second bent portion 122b has a curvature center c2 and a curvature radius r2. A virtual circle o2 is drawn with the curvature center c2 as the center and the curvature radius r2 as the radius. The partial trace 120 within 1 / 4 of the circumference of the virtual circle o2 is the second bent portion 122b, and then the boundary (i.e., boundary I2) between the second bent portion 122b and the first straight portion 122e can be defined. The partial trace 120 between the above boundary I1 and boundary I2 is the first straight portion 122e. The length L of the first straight portion 122e refers to the distance between the boundary I1 and boundary I2 in the straight extension direction d5 of the first straight portion 122e. The boundaries I3 and I4 of the second straight portion 122f can be defined by a similar method, which will not be elaborated here.

[0089] In this embodiment, the first straight portion 122e and the second straight portion 122f may be selectively not completely parallel. When the first straight portion 122e and the second straight portion 122f are not completely parallel to each other, the second direction d2 may be parallel to the line K connecting the geometric center C122e of the first straight portion 122e and the geometric center C122f of the second straight portion 122f, and the distance S between the first straight portion 122e and the second straight portion 122f may refer to the distance on the line K connecting the two. However, the present invention is not limited thereto. In other embodiments, the first straight portion 122e and the second straight portion 122f may also be parallel to each other. When the first straight portion 122e and the second straight portion 122f are parallel to each other, the second direction d2 may be perpendicular to the first straight portion 122e, and the distance S between the first straight portion 122e and the second straight portion 122f may refer to the distance between the two in the direction perpendicular to the first straight portion 122e.
