A BMC management and time transfer implementation method based on multiple communication fusion

Abstract

The application relates to a BMC management and time transfer implementation method based on communication fusion, and belongs to the fields of time transfer and BMC health management. The BMC information management function realizes the collection and reporting of the voltage, current, temperature and other sensor values of each functional board card through RS485, I2C and other data transmission protocols, and simultaneously judges the current working state of the board card according to a preset threshold value; the RMC time serial port information receiving and processing function realizes the compatibility of three kinds of input time protocols by analyzing the RMC time statements received by the serial port; the PPS signal acquisition and serial port external time function realizes the external six-way RS422 time and one-way PTP time by setting an interrupt processing function, collecting the time data of the FPGA in time when the PPS signal occurs, editing the message according to the protocol and sending the data through the serial port. The application realizes the simultaneous operation of the BMC management and time transfer.
