In the following description, in the longitudinal direction "A" of the endoscopic treatment device 100, the end to be inserted into the patient's body is referred to as "distal A1," while the end controlled by the user is referred to as "proximal A2." In some embodiments, the operating unit 8 is located at proximal A2.
[0088] FIG. 3Figure 4 is a perspective view of the distal end of the endoscopic treatment device 100. A support member 3, a needle member 4, and forceps 5 are provided at the distal end of the endoscopic treatment device 100. The forceps 5 and the needle member 4 are supported by the support member 3. In some embodiments, the forceps 5 is rotatably supported by the support member 3. The support member 3, the needle member 4, and the forceps 5 may include a treatment section 110 for treating the affected area.
[0089] In the following description, the pliers 5 are defined along their opening and closing directions as "opening / closing direction B" or "vertical direction B". Furthermore, the direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction A and the opening / closing direction B is referred to as "width direction C" or "left-right direction C". The plane horizontal to the longitudinal direction A and the width direction C is referred to as "horizontal plane HP". The horizontal plane along the longitudinal direction A and the opening / closing direction B is defined as "vertical plane VP".
[0090] Sheath 1
[0091] refer to FIG. 1 , FIGS. 3-4A and FIG. 22 The endoscopic handling device 100 may include a sheath 1. In some embodiments, the sheath 1 is an elongated flexible member configured to extend from a distal end 1a to a proximal end 1b. The outer diameter of the sheath 1 may be configured to be inserted into a channel 216 of the endoscope 200. The sheath 1 may be configured to extend along the channel 216. In some embodiments, when the sheath 1 is inserted into the channel 216, the distal end 1a of the sheath 1 may protrude from and retract from the distal opening 212 of the channel 216. The sheath 1 may have insulating properties. For example, the sheath 1 may be made of an insulating material.
[0092] FIG. 5 It is along FIG. 2 The diagram shows a cross-sectional view of the sheath 1 taken from line XX. The sheath 1 may include a coil sheath 11, which can be formed by spirally winding a metal wire. The sheath 1 may also include a cover tube 12 configured to extend and cover the outer peripheral surface of the coil sheath 11. In some embodiments, the sheath 1 may accommodate an operating wire 2. The operating wire 2 may be inserted through and disposed within the internal space 1s of the sheath 1.
[0093] like FIG. 2As shown, the cover tube 12 may include a mark 13 disposed on its outer surface. The mark 13 may include a first mark 131 disposed near the distal end 1a of the sheath 1 and a second mark 132 disposed near the proximal end 1b of the sheath 1. In some embodiments, the first mark 131 is disposed near the treatment portion 110 on the distal side A1. When the endoscope treatment device 100 is removed from the channel 216 of the endoscope 200, the user can identify that the treatment portion 110 is approaching the forceps port 223 by checking the first mark 131. In some embodiments, the user can slowly remove the treatment portion 110 that holds or secures tissue, etc. The user can slowly remove the treatment portion 110 via, for example, the forceps port 223.
[0094] In some embodiments, the second mark 132 is located near the operating unit 8, such as on the proximal side A2. Specifically, as... FIG. 1 As shown, when the treatment section 110 protrudes from the distal opening 212 of the endoscope 200, the second mark 132 is positioned at the point where it is to be inserted into the channel 216 from the forceps port 223. The user can identify the position of the treatment section 110 relative to the distal opening 212 by confirming the position of the second mark 132 relative to the forceps port 223. Therefore, the user can slowly extend or retract the treatment section 110 from the distal opening 212 of the endoscope 200.
[0095] In some embodiments, the operating line 2 is a metal wire and is inserted through the internal space 1s of the sheath 1. The distal end of the operating line 2 can be connected to the pliers 5, and the proximal end of the operating line 2 can be connected to the operating unit 8. The operating line 2 may include a first operating line 21 and a second operating line 22, such as... FIG. 5 As shown. The first operating line 21 and the second operating line 22 can be inserted through the internal space 1s of the sheath 1.
[0096] Support component 3
[0097] FIG. 6 This is an exploded view of the treatment unit 110. In some embodiments, the support member 3 is attached to the distal end 1a of the sheath 1 and supports the needle member 4 and the pliers 5. The support member 3 may include a frame 31 and a pin (rotation shaft, rotation shaft member) 36. FIG. 6 As shown, the needle component 4 and the pliers 5 are supported by pins 36 attached to the frame 31.
[0098] FIG. 7 This is a perspective view of frame 31. In some embodiments, frame 31 is formed of a metal such as stainless steel in a generally U-shaped form. Frame 31 includes a support 32 formed in a cylindrical shape and a pair of frame members 33 (first frame member 34 and second frame member 35).
[0099] FIG. 8 This is a cross-sectional view of the treatment section 110 including the needle member 4. In some embodiments, the support 32 is fixed to the distal end 1a of the sheath 1 by tamping or a substantially similar method. The central axis O3 in the longitudinal direction A of the support member 3 may be substantially aligned with the central axis O1 in the longitudinal direction A of the sheath 1. In some embodiments, the internal space 3s of the support 32 communicates with the internal space 1s of the sheath 1. The operating line 2 may be inserted into the internal space 3s of the support 32.
[0100] FIG. 7 A pair of frame members 33 (first frame member 34 and second frame member 35) are shown. The frame members 33 may be configured to protrude from the support body 32 toward the distal end A1. The first frame member 34 and the second frame member 35 are equally disposed on both sides in the width direction C across the central axis O3. The first frame member 34 and the second frame member 35 (except for the notch 35e (described later)) may have a shape symmetrical with respect to the vertical plane VP passing through the central axis O3.
[0101] In some embodiments, the first frame member 34 is formed as a flat plate extending in the longitudinal direction A. The thickness direction T1 of the first frame member 34 may be substantially aligned with the width direction C. The base end side A2 of the first frame member 34 may be continuous with the support body 32. A semi-circular first distal end portion 34a is formed on the distal end side A1 of the first frame member. A first tapered surface 34b is formed on the outer side of the first distal end portion 34a in the width direction C.
[0102] In some embodiments, on the outer side of the first frame member 34 in the width direction C, a first outer surface 34c is formed to be substantially horizontal relative to the vertical plane VP. The first outer surface 34c may be formed from the distal end side A1 to the proximal end side A2 of the first frame member 34. On the inner side of the first frame member 34 in the width direction C, a first thick portion 34d is formed in the distal end side A1, and the thickness of the first thick portion 34d is along the plate thickness direction T1. Compared with other portions of the first frame member 34, the first thick portion 34d may protrude inward in the width direction C.
[0103] In some embodiments, the first frame member 34 (except for the first thick portion 34d) is generally thin. Therefore, the first frame member 34 is prone to bending in the width direction C due to its low stiffness. Even when a load is applied to the pliers 5 in the width direction C, the first frame member 34 bends in the width direction C, thereby preventing the pliers 5 from being damaged due to stress concentration on the pliers 5.
[0104] In some embodiments, a first through-hole 34h extending in the thickness direction Tl is formed at the distal end A1 of the first frame member 34. The first through-hole 34h can be open outward and can extend through the first outer surface 34c in the width direction C. Furthermore, the first through-hole 34h can be open inward and can extend through the first thick portion 34d in the width direction C.
[0105] In some embodiments, the second frame member 35 is formed as a flat plate extending in the longitudinal direction A. The thickness direction T2 of the second frame member 35 is substantially aligned with the width direction C. The base end side A2 of the second frame member 35 may be continuous with the support body 32. A semi-circular second distal end portion 35a is formed on the distal end side A1 of the second frame member. A second tapered surface 35b is formed on the outer side of the second distal end portion 35a in the width direction C. A second outer surface 35c, substantially horizontal with respect to the vertical plane VP, is formed on the outer side of the second frame member 35 in the width direction C. The second outer surface 35c is formed from the distal end side A1 to the proximal end side A2 of the second frame member 35.
[0106] Inside the width direction C of the second frame member 35, the distal end A1 is thick in the thickness direction T2 and includes a second thick portion 35d. Compared to other portions of the second frame member 35, the second thick portion 35d protrudes inward along the width direction C. In some embodiments, the second frame member 35 (except for the portion where the second thick portion 35d is formed) is thin in the thickness direction T2. Therefore, the second frame member 35 is prone to bending in the width direction C due to its low stiffness. Even when a load is applied to the pliers 5 in the width direction C, the second frame member 35 bends in the width direction C, thereby preventing the pliers 5 from being damaged due to stress concentration.
[0107] In some embodiments, the second through hole 35h extends in the thickness direction T2 at the distal end A1 of the second frame member 35. The second through hole 35h may open outward and extend through the second outer surface 35c in the width direction C. The second through hole 35h may penetrate the second thick portion 35d and open inward in the width direction C. In some embodiments, a notch or notch portion 35e communicating with the second through hole 35h is formed at the distal end A1 of the second frame member 35. The notch 35e may penetrate the second frame member 35 in the thickness direction T2.
[0108] refer to FIGS. 6-8The pin 36 is formed of a generally cylindrical metal such as stainless steel. The pin 36 can be attached to the frame 31 and can engage with or extend through the first through hole 34h and the second through hole 35h. Because a notch 35e is formed in the second frame member 35, the pin 36 can easily engage with the first through hole 34h and the second through hole 35h during assembly of the disposal part 110.
[0109] Needle component 4
[0110] In some embodiments, the needle member 4 is formed of a metal such as stainless steel in a generally flat shape extending in the longitudinal direction A. The needle member 4 may be arranged to be clamped between a first clamp member 6 and a second clamp member 7, which will be described later. The needle member 4 may include a needle 41 and a spacer 42. The needle 41 is disposed on a distal side A1 of the needle member 4, and the distal side A1 has a sharp point 41a. The sharp point 41a can be used for the treatment of biological tissue.
[0111] In some embodiments, the needle 41 includes a spacer 42. The spacer 42 may be disposed on the proximal side A2 of the needle 41 and may include a through-hole 43 through which the pin 36 passes. The proximal end of the spacer 42 may include a wide engagement portion 44 in the opening and closing directions B. The needle member 4 is supported by the pin 36 in a manner rotatable about the central axis R of the pin 36. For example, the pin 36 may be the center of rotation of the needle member 4. However, as... FIG. 8 As shown, the joint 44 of the spacer 42 can be inserted into the internal space 1s of the sheath 1 and can engage the coil sheath 11, so that the needle member 4 does not rotate around the central axis R of the pin 36.
[0112] like FIG. 3 and FIG. 4A As shown, when the pliers 5 is open, the needle 41 of the needle member 4 is exposed. On the other hand, when the pliers 5 is closed, the needle 41 of the needle member 4 is located in the area surrounded by the pliers 5 and is therefore not exposed.
[0113] Pliers (jaws) 5
[0114] The forceps (jaws) 5 can be an instrument for collecting biological tissue. The forceps 5 can be formed of a metal material such as stainless steel and can include a first forceps member 6 and a second forceps member 7. The first forceps member 6 can be supported by a pin 36 in a rotatable manner about a central axis R of the pin 36. In some embodiments, the first forceps member 6 is operated via a first operating line 21 connected to the proximal side A2 of the first forceps member 6. The second forceps member 7 can be supported by the pin 36 in a rotatable manner about a central axis R of the pin 36. The second forceps member 7 can be operated via a second operating line 22 connected to the proximal side A2 of the second forceps member 7.
[0115] In some embodiments, the first clamping member 6 and the second clamping member 7 are arranged symmetrically with respect to the central axis O5 in the longitudinal direction A of the clamping member 5. The central axis O5 in the longitudinal direction A of the clamping member 5 may substantially coincide with the central axis O1 in the longitudinal direction A of the sheath 1. In some embodiments, one of the first clamping member 6 and the second clamping member 7 is fixed to the support member 3, and the other clamping member can be rotatably supported only by the support member 3. The clamping member 5 may also have a linkage mechanism and can be operated via a single operating line connected to the linkage mechanism.
[0116] In the following description, the opening direction of the first clamp 6 is referred to as the "lower side B1" in the opening / closing direction B, and the opening direction of the second clamp 7 is referred to as the "upper side B2" in the opening / closing direction B. Furthermore, when looking at the proximal side A2 from the distal side A1, the direction facing to the right is the "right side C1" in the width direction C, and the direction facing to the left is the "left side C2" in the width direction C.
[0117] First pliers component 6
[0118] FIG. 9 This is a perspective view of the first clamping member 6. The first clamping member 6 can be formed primarily by stamping a single flat plate. The first clamping member 6 has a first cup-shaped member 61, a first arcuate edge 62, and a first plate 63 disposed on the distal side A1. The first cup-shaped member 61 can be formed as a generally hemispherical shape and can open towards the second clamping member 7 (upper side B2) in the opening / closing direction B. The first cup-shaped member 61 can have a hole 61h penetrating near the center of the concave bottom 61b in the opening and closing directions B.
[0119] In some embodiments, the first arcuate edge 62 is the opening edge of the first cup-shaped member 61 that is formed in a generally arcuate shape. The first arcuate edge 62 has a first front end portion 621 and a first serrated portion 622. The first front end portion 621 is an edge portion provided on the front end side A1. A surface impact portion 62f may be provided within the first front end portion 621, such as in the vicinity of the first front end portion 621. The first front end portion 621 may be formed into a blade shape that is thinner than the processed portion of the first arcuate edge 62. Therefore, the first front end portion 621 can be configured and adapted for cutting biological tissue.
[0120] In some embodiments, the first serrated portion 622 is a serrated recess provided on both sides of the first arcuate edge 62 in the width direction C. The first serrated portion 622 has a first right front serration 62a, a first right rear serration 62b, a first left front serration 62c, and a first left rear serration 62d.
[0121] The first right front serration 62a and the first right rear serration 62b are serrations located on the right side C1 of the first arcuate edge 62. The first right front serration 62a and the first right rear serration 62b are serrations protruding upwards to the side B2. The first right front serration 62a and the first right rear serration 62b are arranged along the longitudinal direction A, with the first right front serration 62a located distal to the first right rear serration 62b at A1. A surface pressing portion 62g is provided on the right side C1 (outer side) of the most prominent protrusion of the first right front serration 62a and the first right rear serration 62b. The convex front end of the surface pressing portion 62g is inclined inwards. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the first right front serration 62a and the first right rear serration 62b from accidentally damaging living tissue or other objects.
[0122] The first left front sawtooth 62c and the first left rear sawtooth 62d are sawtooths located on the left side C2 of the first arcuate edge 62. The first left front sawtooth 62c and the first left rear sawtooth 62d are sawtooths protruding upward to the side B2. The first left front sawtooth 62c and the first left rear sawtooth 62d are arranged along the longitudinal direction A, and the first left front sawtooth 62c is arranged on the far side A1 of the first left rear sawtooth 62d.
[0123] The first left front serration 62c and the first left rear serration 62d have a surface pressing portion 62g on the left side C2 (outer side) of the most prominent protrusion. The convex front end of the surface pressing portion 62g is inclined inward. Therefore, it can prevent the first left front serration 62c and the first left rear serration 62d from accidentally damaging living tissue, etc.
[0124] A first plate (left plate) 63 is disposed on the base end side A2 of the first cup-shaped member 61 and is formed in a generally upper plate shape. The thickness direction T3 of the first plate 63 is substantially aligned with the width direction C. FIG. 6 As shown, the first plate 63 is arranged adjacent to the needle member 4 on the left side C2.
[0125] like FIG. 9 As shown, the first plate 63 includes a first member 64 and a second member 65. The first member 64 and the second member 65 can be formed by folding a single sheet of material and can be arranged adjacent to each other in the width direction C. In the following description, the process of forming adjacent first members 64 and second members 65 by folding a single sheet of material is referred to as a folding process. A bent portion 63g is formed on the underside B1 of the first plate 63, i.e., the first member 64 and the second member 65. Compared to the case formed from a single sheet of material, the first plate 63 has high rigidity.
[0126] The first component (left outer plate) 64 is arranged adjacent to the second component 65 on its left side C2 (outer side). The first component 64 has a first hole (first opening) 641 and a third hole (third opening) 643. The first hole 641 penetrates the first component 64 in the thickness direction T3 and is a through hole with a first inner diameter R1 (see...). FIG. 19 The third hole 643 penetrates the first member 64 in the thickness direction T3 and is a through hole with a third inner diameter R3 (see [reference]). FIG. 19 ).
[0127] The second member (left inner plate) 65 is arranged adjacent to the first member 64 on the right side C1 (inner side). The second member 65 has a second hole (second opening) 652 and a fourth hole (fourth opening) 654. The second hole 652 penetrates the second member 65 in the thickness direction T3 and is a through hole with a second inner diameter R2 (see...). FIG. 19 The fourth hole 654 is a through hole with a fourth inner diameter R4 that penetrates the second member 65 in the thickness direction T3 (see...). FIG. 19 The area between the first hole (first opening) 641 and the second hole (second opening) 652 is bent as the boundary between the first member 64 and the second member 65.
[0128] like FIG. 6 As shown, pin 36 can be inserted into the first hole 641 and the second hole 652. The first plate 63 is rotatably supported by pin 36, and the central axis R of pin 36 for insertion into the first hole 641 and the second hole 652 can serve as the rotation center of the first plate 63. The first hole 641 and the second hole 652 through which pin 36 is inserted can be larger than the third hole 643 and the fourth hole 654.
[0129] like FIG. 4A As shown, the first operating line 21 can be inserted into the third hole 643 and the fourth hole 654. The first plate 63 is operated by the first operating line 21 connected to the third hole 643 and the fourth hole 654. The distal end 21a of the first operating line 21, which has passed through the third hole 643 and the fourth hole 654, is bent and fixed toward the central axis O5, and thus is less likely to damage biological tissues, etc.
[0130] like FIGS. 4A-4CAs shown, the distal end 21a can prevent the first operating line 21 from unintentionally disengaging from the pliers 5, for example, by slipping out of the third hole 643 and / or the fourth hole 654. In some embodiments, the distal end 21a is configured to be flattened. For example, the distal end 21a may have a flattened shape formed by compression (e.g., flattening) of the distal end 21a. In some embodiments, the distal end 21a is configured to be flattened to prevent the distal end 21a from unintentionally slipping through or out of the third hole 643 and / or the fourth hole 654. For example, flattening the distal end 21a may result in the width of the distal end 21a being greater than the diameter of the fourth hole 654, thereby preventing the distal end 21a from unintentionally passing through the fourth hole 654. The distal end 21a is flattened to form a flattened shape, thereby preventing the distal end 21a of the first operating line 21 from separating from the fourth hole 654, which prevents the first plate 63 from unintentionally moving or disengaging. In some embodiments, in addition to being bent, the distal end 21a is also flattened to form a flattened shape, such as FIG. 4B As shown. The flat and curved distal end 21a also prevents the distal end 21a from unintentionally disengaging or separating from the third hole 643 and / or the fourth hole 654.
[0131] The distal end 21a may be a flattened portion, which is flattened so that it is oriented substantially perpendicular to the central axis O6 of the line 21, thereby forming an angle of 90° to 100° with the central axis O6 of the line 21. The central axis O6 may be an axis extending through the longitudinal center of the line 21. For example, a plane extending along the flattened portion of the distal end 21a may be substantially perpendicular (e.g., from 90° to 100°) to the central axis O6 of the line 21. In other words, the distal end 21a may be flattened and may be vertically oriented. The distal end 21a may be flattened and vertically oriented to reduce the amount of force applied to the fourth hole 654 at a single location. For example, when the distal end 21a is flattened and horizontally oriented, the distal end 21a may apply a force to the fourth hole 654 at a single location during use of the disposal device 100, such that the applied force causes deformation of the fourth hole 654. The horizontal orientation of the distal end 21a results in a single contact point between the distal end 21a and the fourth hole 654 during the opening and closing of the pliers 5. This is because, during the opening and closing of the pliers 5, the first operating line 21 pulls the distal end 21a against the edge of the fourth hole 654. In other words, when the distal end 21a is horizontally oriented and pulled against the edge of the fourth hole 654, a force is applied to the single contact point between the flat portion of the distal end 21a and the periphery of the fourth hole 654, which may cause deformation of the periphery of the fourth hole 654. Deformation of the fourth hole 654 may increase the diameter of the fourth hole 654, causing the distal end 21a to unintentionally pass through the fourth hole 654.
[0132] In some embodiments, the vertically oriented distal end 21a results in two contact points between the flattened portion of the distal end 21a and the fourth hole 654, thereby causing the force applied to the fourth hole 654 by the distal end 21a to diffuse between the two contact points. This reduces the amount of force applied to the periphery of the fourth hole 654 at a single location and prevents deformation of the fourth hole 654. In some embodiments, a flat and vertically oriented distal end 21a prevents deformation of the third hole 643 compared to the case where the distal end 21a is flat and horizontally oriented.
[0133] In some embodiments, the distal end 21a of the first operating line 21 is flattened or compressed to form a flat portion. The distal end 21a may be flattened during the manufacturing process of the handling apparatus 100. For example, the distal end 21a may be flattened after the first operating line 21 is inserted through the third hole 643 and the fourth hole 654. In some embodiments, the distal end 21a is flattened by clamping the distal end 21a within a metal block and pressing the end of the metal block to flatten the distal end 21a. The distal end 21a may be flattened after the pliers 5 are assembled. In some embodiments, the distal end 21a is flattened after the distal end 21a is inserted through the third hole 643 and / or the fourth hole 654. The distal end 22a may have the same flat portion and features as the distal end 21a discussed herein.
[0134] FIG. 10 This is a side view of the first clamping member 6 as seen from the left side C2. When viewed along the central axis M1 of the first hole 641 and the central axis M2 of the second hole 652 (i.e., the axis of rotation of the first clamping member 6), the entire circumference of the inner circumference of the second hole 652 lies within the inner circumference of the first hole 641. The central axis M1 of the first hole 641 may be substantially aligned with the central axis M2 of the second hole 652.
[0135] Viewed along the central axis M3 of the third hole 643 and the central axis M4 of the fourth hole 654, the entire inner circumferential surface of the fourth hole 654 lies within the inner circumferential surface of the third hole 643. The central axis M3 of the third hole 643 and the central axis M4 of the fourth hole 654 are substantially aligned.
[0136] FIG. 11 This is a side view of the first pliers 6a, an improved version of the first pliers 6. When viewed along the central axis M1 of the first hole 641 and the central axis M2 of the second hole 652, the entire circumference of the inner circumference of the second hole 652 of the first pliers 6a lies within the inner circumference of the first hole 641. However, the central axis M1 of the first hole 641 of the first pliers 6a may not coincide with the central axis M2 of the second hole 652, and the inner circumferences of the first hole 641 and the second hole 652 may not be concentric circles.
[0137] FIG. 12This is a side view of the first pliers 6b, an improved version of the first pliers 6. In the first pliers 6b, when viewed along the central axis M3 of the third hole 643 and the central axis M4 of the fourth hole 654, the entire circumference of the inner circumference of the fourth hole 654 lies within the inner circumference of the third hole 643. However, in the first pliers 6b, the central axis M3 of the third hole 643 does not coincide with the central axis M4 of the fourth hole 654, and the inner circumferences of the third hole 643 and the fourth hole 654 are not concentric circles.
[0138] FIG. 13 This is a side view of a first pliers member 6c, an improvement on the first pliers member 6. In the first pliers member 6c, when viewed along the central axis M1 of the first hole 641 and the central axis M2 of the second hole 652, the entire circumference of the inner circumference of the second hole 652 lies within the inner circumference of the first hole 641. However, in the first pliers member 6c, the central axis M1 of the first hole 641 is not aligned with the central axis M2 of the second hole 652, and the inner circumferences of the first hole 641 and the second hole 652 are not concentric circles.
[0139] In the first clamping member 6c, when viewed from the direction along the central axis M3 of the third hole 643 and the central axis M4 of the fourth hole 654, the entire circumference of the inner circumference of the fourth hole 654 lies within the inner circumference of the third hole 643. However, in the first clamping member 6c, the central axis M3 of the third hole 643 is not aligned with the central axis M4 of the fourth hole 654, and the inner circumference of the third hole 654 is not concentric with the inner circumference of the fourth hole 654.
[0140] FIG. 14 This is a side view of the first pliers 6d, an improved version of the first pliers 6. In the first pliers 6d, when viewed from a direction along the central axis M1 of the first hole 641 and the central axis M2 of the second hole 652, a portion of the inner circumferential surface of the second hole 652 lies outside the inner circumferential surface of the first hole 641. That is, if the pin 36 is inserted into the first hole 641 and the second hole 652, the entire circumference of the outer circumferential surface of the second hole 652 may not lie within the inner circumferential surface of the first hole 641. The inner circumferential surface of the second hole 652 may lie outside the inner circumferential surface of the first hole 641.
[0141] FIG. 15This is a side view of the first pliers 6e, an improved version of the first pliers 6. In the first pliers 6e, when viewed from a direction along the central axis M3 of the third hole 643 and the central axis M4 of the fourth hole 654, a portion of the inner circumferential surface of the fourth hole 654 lies outside the inner circumferential surface of the third hole 643. That is, if the first operating line 21 is inserted into the third hole 643 and the fourth hole 654, the entire circumference of the outer circumferential surface of the fourth hole 654 may not lie within the inner circumferential surface of the third hole 643. The inner circumferential surface of the fourth hole 654 may lie outside the inner circumferential surface of the third hole 643.
[0142] FIG. 16 This is a side view of a pliers member 6f, an improved version of the first pliers member 6. In the first pliers member 6f, when viewed from a direction along the central axis M1 of the first hole 641 and the central axis M2 of the second hole 652, a portion of the inner circumferential surface of the second hole 652 lies outside the inner circumferential surface of the first hole 641.
[0143] In the first clamping member 6f, when viewed from the direction along the central axis M3 of the third hole 643 and the central axis M4 of the fourth hole 654, a portion of the inner circumferential surface of the fourth hole 654 may lie outside the inner circumferential surface of the third hole 643.
[0144] Second pliers component 7
[0145] FIG. 17 This is a perspective view of the second clamping member 7. The second clamping member 7 is mainly formed by stamping a single flat plate into a desired shape. The second clamping member 7 may have a second cup-shaped member 71, a second arcuate edge 72, and a second plate 73 disposed on the distal side A1. The second cup-shaped member 71 may be formed as a generally hemispherical shape and open towards the side of the first clamping member 6 (lower side B1) in the opening / closing direction B.
[0146] refer to FIGS. 17-18 The second cup-shaped member 71 may have a through hole 71h located near the center of the recessed bottom 71b. The through hole 71h may extend through the second cup-shaped member 71 in the opening and closing directions B (see...). FIG. 3The second arcuate edge 72 may be the opening edge of the second cup-shaped member 71, and may be formed in a generally arcuate shape. The second arcuate edge 72 has a second distal end portion 721 and a second serrated portion 722. The second distal end portion 721 is an edge portion provided on the front end side A1. The second cup-shaped member 71 may include an impact portion 72f. The impact portion 72f may be located inside the second cup-shaped member 71 and close to the second distal end portion 721. In some embodiments, the second distal end portion 721 is formed in a blade shape that is thinner than the processed portion of the second arcuate edge 72, thereby making the second distal end portion 721 more suitable for cutting biological tissue.
[0147] When the forceps 5 is closed, the second distal end 721 can be positioned facing the first proximal end 621. In practice, a user can easily collect live tissue by clamping it between the first proximal end 621 and the second distal end 721.
[0148] The second serrated portion 722 is a serrated recess provided on both sides of the second arcuate edge 72 in the width direction C. The second serration 722 has a second right front serration 72a, a second right rear serration 72b, a second left front serration 72c, and a second left rear serration 72d. The second right front serration 72a and the second right rear serration 72b are serrations provided on the right side C1 of the second arcuate edge 72. The second right front serration 72a and the second right rear serration 72b are serrations that protrude downward to the lower side B1. The second right front serration 72a and the second right rear serration 72b are arranged along the longitudinal direction A, and the second right front serration 72a is arranged on the distal side A1 of the second right rear serration 72b.
[0149] The second right front serration 72a and the second right rear serration 72b have a surface pressing portion 72g on the right side C1 (outer side) of the most prominent protrusion. In some embodiments, the convex front end of the surface pressing portion 72g is inclined inward. This structure can prevent the second right front serration 72a and the second right rear serration 72b from accidentally damaging living tissue, etc.
[0150] like FIG. 3 As shown, when the pliers 5 are closed, the second right front serration 72a and the second right rear serration 72b are alternately arranged with the first right front serration 62a and the first right rear serration 62b. Specifically, the first right rear serration 62b is arranged between the second right front serration 72a and the second right rear serration 72b. In some embodiments, the second right front serration 72a is arranged between the first right front serration 62a and the first right rear serration 62b.
[0151] The second left front serration 72c and the second left rear serration 72d are serrations located on the left side C2 of the second arcuate edge 72. The second left front serration 72c and the second left rear serration 72d are serrations protruding downward to the B1 side. The second left front serration 72c and the second left rear serration 72d are arranged along the longitudinal direction A, and the second left front serration 72c is arranged on the distal side A1 of the second left rear serration 72d.
[0152] The second left front serration 72c and the second left rear serration 72d have a surface pressing portion 72g on the left side C2 (outer side) of the most prominent protrusion. The convex front end side of the surface pressing portion 72g can be inclined inward. This structure can prevent the second left front serration 72c and the second left rear serration 72d from accidentally damaging living tissue, etc.
[0153] When the clamps 5 are closed, the second left front saw tooth 72c and the second left rear saw tooth 72d alternate with the first left front saw tooth 62c and the first left rear saw tooth 62d. Specifically, the first left front saw tooth 62c is positioned between the second left front saw tooth 72c and the second left rear saw tooth 72d. The second left rear saw tooth 72d is positioned between the first left front saw tooth 62c and the first left rear saw tooth 62d.
[0154] In some embodiments, the second clamp 7 is substantially the same shape as the first clamp 6. When the first clamp 6 and the second clamp 7 are of the same shape and closed, the four teeth of the first clamp 6 and the second clamp 7 are arranged in an interlaced position as described above. In some embodiments, the first clamp 6 and the second clamp 7 have different shapes.
[0155] The second plate (right plate) 73 can be disposed on the base end side A2 of the second cup-shaped member 71 and formed into a generally upper plate shape. The thickness direction T4 of the second plate 73 can be substantially aligned with the width direction C. FIG. 6 As shown, the second plate 73 is arranged adjacent to the needle member 4 on the right side C1.
[0156] like FIG. 17 As shown, the second plate 73 includes a third member 74 and a fourth member 75. The third member 74 and the fourth member 75 can be formed by folding a single sheet of material and can be arranged adjacent to each other in the width direction C. In the following description, the process of forming the adjacent third member 74 and the fourth member 75 by folding a single sheet of material is referred to as a folding process. In some embodiments, a bend 73g is formed on the upper side B2 of the second plate 73, i.e., the third member 74 and the fourth member 75. Compared to the case formed from a single sheet of material, the second plate 73 can have higher rigidity.
[0157] In some embodiments, the third member (right outer plate) 74 is arranged adjacent to the fourth member 75 on the right side C1 (outer side). The third member 74 has a fifth hole (fifth opening) 745 and a seventh hole (seventh opening) 747. The fifth hole 745 may penetrate the third member 74 in the thickness direction T4 and have a fifth inner diameter R5 (see...). FIG. 19 The seventh hole 747 can be a through hole that penetrates the third member 74 in the thickness direction T4 and has a seventh inner diameter R7 (see...). FIG. 20 ) through holes.
[0158] The fourth member (right inner plate) 75 can be arranged adjacent to the third member 74 on the left side C2 (inner side). In some embodiments, the fourth member 75 has a sixth hole (sixth opening) 756 and an eighth hole (eighth opening) 758. The sixth hole 756 can be penetrating the fourth member 75 in the thickness direction T4 and having a sixth inner diameter R6 (see...). FIG. 19 The eighth hole 758 can be a through hole that penetrates the fourth member 75 in the thickness direction T4 and has an eighth inner diameter R8 (see...). FIG. 20 ) through holes.
[0159] In some embodiments, the third member 74 and the fourth member 75 are bent with the region between the fifth hole (fifth opening) 745 and the sixth hole (sixth opening) 756 as the boundary. FIG. 6 As shown, pin 36 can be inserted through the fifth hole 745 and the sixth hole 756. The second plate 73 can be rotatably supported by pin 36. The second plate 73 can rotate about the central axis R and about pin 36 inserted in the fifth hole 745. Pin 36 can also be inserted into the sixth hole 756, which can also serve as a center of rotation. The fifth hole 745 and the sixth hole 756 through which pin 36 is inserted can be larger than the seventh hole 747.
[0160] like FIG. 4A As shown, the second operating line 22 can be inserted through the seventh hole 747 and the eighth hole 758. The second plate 73 is operated by the second operating line 22 connected to the seventh hole 747 and the eighth hole 758. The distal end 22a of the second operating line 22, which has passed through the seventh hole 747 and the eighth hole 758, is bent and fixed toward the central axis O5, and therefore it is difficult to damage biological tissues, etc.
[0161] Support mode of needle component 4 and pliers 5
[0162] FIG. 18This is a plan view of the treatment section 110 as seen from the top (B2). The first plate (left plate) 63, the second plate (right plate) 73, and the spacer 42 of the needle member 4 can all be supported by pins 36. The pins 36 can be configured to pass through the first thick portion 34d of the first frame member 34 and the second thick portion 35d of the second frame member 35. In some embodiments, the first plate 63, the second plate 73, and the spacer 42 are arranged between the first frame member 34 and the second frame member 35. The first plate 63, the second plate 73, and the spacer 42 can be arranged between the first thick portion 34d of the first frame member 34 and the second thick portion 35d of the second frame member 35.
[0163] In some embodiments, the first plate 63, the second plate 73, and the spacer 42 are sandwiched between the first thick portion 34d and the second thick portion 35d in the thickness directions T1 and T2. Therefore, the first plate 63, the second plate 73, and the spacer 42 are substantially secured and prevented from moving relative to the vertical plane VP. Thus, when the clamps 5 open and close, the lateral displacement of the first clamp 6 and the second clamp 7 relative to the width direction C can be reduced.
[0164] Support mode of the first clamp component 6
[0165] FIG. 19 This is a cross-sectional view of the engagement portion of pin 36 in the handling section 110. The second inner diameter R2 of the second hole 652 is slightly larger than the outer diameter R0 of pin 36. Therefore, pin 36 is rotatably matched with the second hole 652. On the other hand, the first inner diameter R1 of the first hole 641 is larger than the second inner diameter R2 of the second hole 652. Therefore, pin 36 does not easily contact the first hole 641. Thus, the first clamp member 6 is mainly supported by matching the second hole 652 of the second member 65 with pin 36.
[0166] If the pin 36 is rotatably matched with the first hole 641 and the second hole 652, and both the first hole 641 and the second hole 652 are formed with high precision, it is necessary to reduce the difference in their shapes. This is because even a slight difference in the shape between the first hole 641 and the second hole 652 can easily cause movement of the parts (e.g., a clicking sound) when the pliers 5 open and close. However, it is difficult to reduce the difference in the shapes of the first hole 641 and the second hole 652 with high precision before folding. Furthermore, it is difficult to accurately align the first hole 641 and the second hole 652 during the folding process. Incidentally, after folding, the first hole 641 and the second hole 652 can also be formed in one drilling operation, but this may cause the first plate 63 to warp or twist.
[0167] On the other hand, as described in this embodiment, when the pin 36 is rotatably matched only with respect to the second hole 652, the second hole 652 only needs to be formed with high precision. Furthermore, since the first inner diameter R1 of the first hole 641 is larger than the second inner diameter R2 of the second hole 652, the precision required to align the first hole 641 and the second hole 652 during folding can be reduced.
[0168] Furthermore, as described in this embodiment, since the first inner diameter R1 of the first hole 641 is larger than the second inner diameter R2 of the second hole 652, it is easier to insert the pin 36 from the outside into the first hole 641 and the second hole 652.
[0169] In some embodiments, the sixth inner diameter R6 of the sixth hole 756 is slightly larger than the outer diameter R0 of the pin 36. Therefore, the pin 36 is rotatably fitted relative to the sixth hole 756. On the other hand, the fifth inner diameter R5 of the fifth hole 745 can be larger than the sixth inner diameter R6 of the sixth hole 756. Therefore, the pin 36 does not easily contact the fifth hole 745. Thus, the second clamping member 7 is primarily supported by fitting the sixth hole 756 of the fourth member 75 with the pin 36.
[0170] If pin 36 is rotatably matched with the fifth hole 745 and the sixth hole 756, then the fifth hole 745 and the sixth hole 756 need to be formed with high precision to reduce the difference between their respective shapes. This is because even a slight difference between the shapes of the fifth hole 745 and the sixth hole 756 can easily cause movement of the parts (e.g., a clicking sound) when the clamps 5 open and close. However, it is difficult to reduce the difference in shape between the fifth hole 745 and the sixth hole 756 with high precision before the folding process. Furthermore, it is difficult to accurately align the fifth hole 745 and the sixth hole 756 during the bending process. Although both the fifth hole 745 and the sixth hole 756 can be formed by drilling after the bending process, if drilling occurs after the bending process, warping and twisting are likely to occur in the second plate 73.
[0171] On the other hand, as described in this embodiment, when pin 36 is rotatably matched only with the sixth hole 756, the sixth hole 756 can be formed with high precision. Furthermore, since the fifth inner diameter R5 of the fifth hole 745 is larger than the sixth inner diameter R6 of the sixth hole 756, the precision required to align the fifth hole 745 and the sixth hole 756 during the bending process can be reduced.
[0172] Furthermore, as described in this embodiment, since the fifth inner diameter R5 of the fifth hole 745 is larger than the sixth inner diameter R6 of the sixth hole 756, it is easier to insert the pin 36 from the outside into the fifth hole 745 and the sixth hole 756.
[0173] In some embodiments, the third inner diameter R3 of the third hole 643 is larger than the fourth inner diameter R4 of the fourth hole 654. Therefore, the first operating line 21 is more likely to contact the fourth hole 654 than the third hole 643. Thus, the first clamping member 6 is operated primarily by bringing the fourth hole 654 of the second member 65 into contact with the first operating line 21.
[0174] The second hole 652, in which the pin 36 supports the first clamp 6, and the fourth hole 654, which contacts the first operating line 21, are both formed in the second member 65 and are arranged on the axis of the first operating line 21 inserted through the sheath 1. Therefore, when the first operating line 21 moves forward and backward to drive the first clamp 6, the force in the longitudinal direction A can be efficiently transmitted to the first clamp 6.
[0175] Connection of the second clamp component 7 and the second operating line 22
[0176] FIG. 20 This is a cross-sectional view of the second plate 73 connected to the second operating line 22. The seventh inner diameter R7 of the seventh hole 747 is larger than the eighth inner diameter R8 of the eighth hole 758. Therefore, the second operating line 22 can more easily contact the eighth hole 758 than the seventh hole 747. Thus, the second clamping member 7 is operated and controlled mainly via the eighth hole 758 of the fourth member 75, which contacts the second operating line 22.
[0177] The sixth hole 756, in which the pin 36 supports the second clamp 7, and the eighth hole 758, in which the pin 36 contacts the second operating line 22, are both holes formed in the fourth member 75 and are arranged on the axis through which the second operating line 22 is inserted. Therefore, when the second operating line 22 moves forward and backward to drive the second clamp 7, the force in the longitudinal direction A can be efficiently transmitted to the second clamp 7.
[0178] Operation Unit 8
[0179] FIG. 21 This is a perspective view of the operating unit 8. The operating unit 8 is located on the proximal end A2 of the sheath 1. The operating unit 8 includes an operating unit body 81, a body cover 82, a slider 83, and a tube 84. The slider 83 has a first slider component 831 and a second slider component 832.
[0180] FIG. 22 This is a cross-sectional view showing the operating unit body 81 and the slider first member 831. The distal end 81a of the operating unit body 81 is connected to the proximal end 1b of the sheath 1. A tube 84 of the operating line 2, including the first operating line 21 and the second operating line 22, extends from the proximal end 1b of the sheath 1. The operating line 2 and the tube 84 can be fixed to the fastening part 83a of the slider first member 831.
[0181] FIG. 23This is a view of the main cover 82, which is separate from the operating unit body 81. The main cover 82 is detachably attached to the operating unit body 81. By mounting the main cover 82 to the operating unit body 81, the proximal end 1b of the sheath 1 is secured to the distal end of the operating unit body 81. Specifically, the main cover 82 is mounted in a groove 8s formed in the operating unit body 81 along the longitudinal direction A. In the subsequent description of the operating unit 8, the main cover 82 is mounted on the upper side B2 relative to the operating unit body 81.
[0182] The main cover 82 has a first protrusion 821 and a second protrusion 822. The first protrusion 821 is provided on both sides of the main cover 82 in the width direction C and protrudes outward in the width direction C. The second protrusion 822 is provided on both sides of the main cover 82 in the width direction C and protrudes outward in the width direction C. The first protrusion 821 and the second protrusion 822 are arranged in the longitudinal direction A, and the first protrusion 821 is positioned closer to the distal side A1 than the second protrusion 822.
[0183] The operating unit body 81 has a first protruding joint 811 and a second protruding joint 812. The first protruding joint 811 protrudes inward from both sides of the groove 8s along the width direction C. The second protruding joint 812 protrudes inward from both sides of the groove 8s along the width direction C. The first protruding joint 811 and the second protruding joint 812 are arranged along the longitudinal direction A, and the first protruding joint 811 is positioned closer to the distal end A1 than the second protruding joint 812.
[0184] FIG. 24 This is a cross-sectional view of the main body cover 82 including the second protrusion 822 and the operating unit body 81. The main body cover 82 can be installed onto the operating unit body 81 when the first protrusion 821 and the first protruding joint 811 are engaged and when the second protrusion 822 and the second protruding joint 812 are engaged.
[0185] FIG. 25 This is a view of the operating unit body 81 as seen from the lower side B1. A first opening 813 and a second opening 814 opening downwards towards B1 are formed on the lower side of the operating unit body 81. The first opening 813 and the second opening 814 are arranged along the longitudinal direction A, with the first opening 813 located closer to the distal end A1 than the second opening 814. The first opening 813 is positioned along the longitudinal direction A at the same location as the first protruding joint 811. Therefore, it is easy to mold the first protruding joint 811, which protrudes inwards along the width direction C. The second opening 814 is positioned along the longitudinal direction A at the same location as the second protruding joint 812. Therefore, it is easy to mold the second protruding joint 812, which protrudes inwards along the width direction C.
[0186] In some embodiments, slider 83 is mounted to be movable relative to operating unit body 81 along longitudinal direction A. The proximal end of operating line 2 is fixed to slider 83 together with tube 84. When the user moves slider 83 forward and backward relative to operating unit body 81, operating line 2 moves forward and backward.
[0187] FIG. 26 This is a perspective view of the first component 831 of the slider. The first component 831 of the slider has two fastening parts 83a, two engaging protrusions 83b, and two engaging grooves 83c. The two fastening parts 83a, the two engaging protrusions 83b, and the two engaging grooves 83c of the first component 831 of the slider are arranged in a linearly symmetrical manner with respect to the central axis O8 of the vertical direction B.
[0188] FIG. 27 This is a perspective view of the first slider component 831 and the second slider component 832. The second slider component 832 is a component with the same shape as the first slider component 831. FIG. 27 As shown, the engaging protrusion 83b of the first slider member 831 engages with the engaging extension 83d of the engaging groove 83c of the second slider member 832. The engaging protrusion 83b of the second slider member 832 engages with the engaging extension 83d of the engaging groove 83c of the first slider member 831. The engaging groove 83c can be configured to extend internally along the vertical direction B. Therefore, the engaging extension 83d that engages with the engaging protrusion 83b is easily molded.
[0189] Since the first slider component 831 and the second slider component 832 have the same shape, for example, the fastening part 83a of the second slider component 832 is not used. However, since it is not necessary to prepare the first slider component 831 and the second slider component 832 separately, the number of component types can be reduced.
[0190] Method for manufacturing the first pliers component 6
[0191] FIG. 28 This is a view illustrating the manufacturing method or processing steps of the first clamping component 6. The first clamping component 6 is mainly formed by pressing a single sheet metal F into a desired shape. The manufacturing process of the first clamping component 6 includes drilling process ST1, surface pressing process ST2, pressing process ST3, and surface pushing process ST4.
[0192] Drilling process ST1
[0193] In drilling process ST1, drilling is performed to form a first hole 641, a second hole 652, a third hole 643, and a fourth hole 654 in the sheet metal F. The surface of the sheet metal F on which the first clamping member 6 is formed (the surface having the bottom 61b) is referred to as the "first surface F1", and the surface opposite to the first surface F1 is referred to as the "second surface F2". Drilling is performed from the first surface F1 to the second surface F2.
[0194] Surface pressing process ST2
[0195] Next, in the surface pressing process ST2, a surface impact portion 62f is formed on the inner side of the first cup-shaped member 61 by pressing a portion of the first surface F1. In some embodiments, this portion of the first surface F1 used to form the surface impact portion 62f is repeatedly struck and / or impacted to compress the portion and form the surface impact portion 62f. However, a mold is used to press this portion of the first surface F1 to form the surface impact portion 62f. In some embodiments, the surface impact portion 62f is an indentation formed by pressing the metal sheet against the first surface F1 with a mold.
[0196] Pressing process ST3
[0197] Next, in pressing process ST3, the plate member F is stamped to form a first cup-shaped part 61 having a generally hemispherical shape and a first plate 63 formed by folding. For example, the plate member F can be pressed against a mold to form a cup-shaped part (e.g., the first cup-shaped part 61). The plate member F is pressed and folded such that the first surface F1 is inside and the first hole 641 and the second hole 652 face each other. The plate member F is also pressed and folded such that the third hole 643 and the fourth hole 654 face each other. In some embodiments, the plate member F is folded such that at least a portion of the first surface F1 overlaps. As shown in ST3, the plate F is bent such that the surface impact portion 62f is inside the first front end portion 621 of the cup-shaped part 61.
[0198] Surface pressing process ST4
[0199] Next, in the surface pressing process ST4, a pressing member (PC) is used on the second surface F2 of the plate member F, on the outer side of the first clamp member 6 in the lateral direction C, on the surface pressing portion 62g provided with the first serrated portion 622. The PC can be a metal block configured to apply pressure to the surface pressing portion 62g to cause the surface pressing portion 62g to bend inward. In some embodiments, a first cup-shaped member 61, already formed by the pressing process ST3, is inserted between two PCs configured to press at least a portion of the first cup-shaped member 61 (e.g., the surface pressing portion 62g). For example, the PCs can push the surface pressing portion 62g inward, causing the surface pressing portion 62g to bend slightly inward. Since the surface impact portion 62f and the surface pressing portion 62g are formed on opposite surfaces of a sheet F, the surface impact portion 62f and the surface pressing portion 62g cannot be formed solely by the surface pressing process. Therefore, the surface impact portion 62f is formed in the surface pressing process ST2, and the surface pressing portion 62g is formed in the surface pressing process ST4.
[0200] FIG. 29 This is a cross-sectional view of the machined first hole 641 and second hole 652. In drilling process ST1, the first hole 641 and second hole 652 are drilled from the first surface F1 toward the second surface F2. Therefore, burrs BU generated in the drilling process are formed on the outer side of the first plate 63. Therefore, the first member 64 and the second member 65 can be easily configured to be adjacent to each other, such that they are parallel. The first member 64 and the second member 65 can face each other (e.g., the first surface F1), and downward bends SG can be formed on the first member 64 and the second member 65, respectively.
[0201] The manufacturing method of the second pliers 7 is similar to that of the first pliers 6, except that the shape formed is different.
[0202] The endoscope treatment apparatus 100 according to this embodiment has high performance and low cost because the forceps 5 can be formed mainly by pressing instead of cutting.
[0203] Although the first embodiment of the present invention has been described in detail above with reference to the accompanying drawings, the specific construction is not limited to this embodiment, and design changes are included without departing from the spirit of the present invention. Furthermore, the structural elements shown in the above embodiments and improved embodiments can be appropriately combined and constructed.
[0204] Improvement Plan 1-1
[0205] In the above embodiment, the first hole 641 and the third hole 643 in the first component 64 of the first pliers 6 are holes. However, the design of the first hole 641 and the third hole 643 is not limited to this.
[0206] FIG. 30 This is a view showing a first member 64A as an improvement on the first member 64. The first member 64A has a first notch (first opening) 641A instead of the first hole 641. The first notch 641A is larger than the second hole 652 when viewed in the lateral direction C. Therefore, even when the first notch 641A is present instead of the first hole 641, the first clamping member 6 is primarily supported by the pin 36 mating through the second hole 652 of the second member 65.
[0207] The first member 64A has a third notch (third opening) 643A that replaces the third hole 643. The third notch 643A is larger than the fourth hole 654 when viewed in the lateral direction C. Therefore, even when the third notch 643A replaces the third hole 643, the first clamp member 6 is operated primarily by bringing the fourth hole 654 of the second member 65 into contact with the first operating line 21.
[0208] Similar to the first hole 641 and the third hole 643 described above, the fifth hole 745 and the seventh hole 747 of the third member 7 of the second clamp 7 can also have an opening shape such as a notch shape.
[0209] Improvement Plan 1-2
[0210] In the above embodiment, the first pliers 6 has a first serrated portion 622, and the second pliers 7 has a second serrated portion 722. When the pliers 5 are closed, the first serrated portion 622 and the second serrated portion 722 engage with each other. However, the shapes of the first pliers 6 and the second pliers 7 are not limited to this.
[0211] FIG. 31 This is a view showing pliers 5A as an improved version of pliers 5. Pliers 5A includes a first pliers 6A as an improved embodiment of a first pliers 6 and a second pliers 7A as an improved embodiment of a second pliers 7. The first pliers 6A does not have a first serrated portion 622. The second pliers 7A also does not have a second serrated portion 722.
[0212] Improvement Plan 1-3
[0213] FIG. 32 This is a view showing the pliers 5 according to the above embodiment. The maximum diameter Da of the pliers 5 is greater than the maximum diameter D of the support body 32. The shape of the pliers 5 can be appropriately changed. FIG. 33 As shown, in the improved version of pliers 5b, the maximum diameter Db of pliers 5b is approximately the same as the maximum diameter D of the support body 32. FIG. 34As shown, in the improved version of pliers 5c, the maximum diameter Dc of pliers 5c is smaller than the maximum diameter D of the support 32. The number and presence of the first serrated portion 622 and the second serrated portion 722 are appropriately changed according to the shape of pliers 5.
[0214] Second Implementation Method
[0215] Reference FIG. 1 and FIGS. 35-39 An endoscope handling apparatus 100B for an endoscope according to a second embodiment of the present invention is described. In the following description, the same reference numerals are used to denote the same components as those already described, and repeated descriptions thereof are omitted.
[0216] Endoscopic treatment instruments 100B
[0217] The endoscope treatment device 100B is used together with the endoscope 200 as an endoscope treatment system in the same manner as the endoscope treatment device 100 of the first embodiment. Similar to the endoscope treatment device 100, the endoscope treatment device 100B includes a sheath 1, an operating line 2, a support member 3, a needle member 4, forceps (jaws) 5B, and an operating unit 8.
[0218] The forceps (jaws) 5B is a component used to collect biological tissue. The forceps 5B is formed of a metal material such as stainless steel and includes a first clamping part 6B and a second clamping part 7B.
[0219] FIG. 35 This is a side view of the first pliers member 6B. The first pliers member 6B differs from the first pliers member 6 of the first embodiment in that it has through holes. In the through holes formed in the first pliers member 6, the inner diameter of the through holes located on the outer side in the width direction C (first hole 641, third hole 643) is larger than the inner diameter of the through holes located on the inner side in the width direction C (second hole 652, fourth hole 654). On the other hand, in the through holes formed in the first pliers member 6B, the inner diameter of the through holes located on the inner side in the width direction C (second hole 652B, fourth hole 654B) is larger than the inner diameter of the through holes located on the outer side in the width direction C (first hole 641B, third hole 643B).
[0220] When viewed from the direction along the central axis M1 of the first hole 641B and the central axis M2 of the second hole 652B, i.e., the direction of the rotation axis of the first clamping member 6, the entire circumference of the inner circumference of the first hole 641B lies within the inner circumference of the second hole 652B. The central axis M1 of the first hole 641B and the central axis M2 of the second hole 652B are substantially aligned.
[0221] Incidentally, as long as pin 36 is inserted into the first hole 641B and the second hole 652B, the entire circumference of the outer peripheral surface of the first hole 641B does not necessarily have to be within the inner peripheral surface of the second hole 652B, and a portion of the inner peripheral surface of the first hole 641B can be located outside the inner peripheral surface of the second hole 652B.
[0222] When viewed along the central axis M3 of the third hole 643B and the central axis M4 of the fourth hole 654B, the entire circumference of the inner circumference of the third hole 643B lies within the inner circumference of the fourth hole 654B. The central axis M3 of the third hole 643B and the central axis M4 of the fourth hole 654B can be substantially aligned.
[0223] Incidentally, as long as the first operating line 21 is inserted into the third hole 643B and the fourth hole 654B, the entire circumference of the outer peripheral surface of the third hole 643B does not necessarily have to be within the inner peripheral surface of the fourth hole 654B, and a portion of the inner peripheral surface of the third hole 643B can be outside the inner peripheral surface of the fourth hole 654B.
[0224] In some embodiments, the first clamping member 6B is formed primarily from a single flat plate by stamping. The first clamping member 6B has a first cup-shaped member 61, a first right front serration 62a, and a first plate 63B disposed on the distal end A1.
[0225] The first arcuate edge 62B is the opening edge of the first cup-shaped member 61, which is formed in a generally arcuate shape. The first arcuate edge 62B has a first front end portion 621 and a first serrated portion 622B. The first serrated portion 622B has a first right front serration 62a, a first left front serration 62c, and a first left rear serration 62d. The first serrated portion 622B does not have the first right rear serration 62b shown in the first embodiment.
[0226] FIG. 36 It is along FIG. 35 The cross-sectional view is shown along line P1-P1. A first plate (left plate) 63B is disposed at the base end A2 of the first cup-shaped member 61 and is formed in a generally plate-like shape. The first plate 63B has a first member 64B and a second member 65B.
[0227] FIG. 37 It is along FIG. 35 The cross-sectional view taken along line P2-P2 is shown. The first component (left outer plate) 64B differs from the first component 64 of the first embodiment in the manner in which the through hole is formed. The first component 64B has a first hole (first opening) 641B and a third hole (third opening) 643B. The first hole 641B extends through the first component 64B in the thickness direction T3 and has a first inner diameter R1B. The third hole 643B extends through the through hole in the first component 64B in the thickness direction T3 and has a third inner diameter R3B.
[0228] The second member 65B differs from the second member 65 of the first embodiment in the manner in which the through-hole is formed. The second member 65B has a second hole (second opening) 652B and a fourth hole (fourth opening) 654B. The second hole 652B extends through the second member 65B in the thickness direction T3 and has a second inner diameter R2B. The fourth hole 654B is a through-hole having a fourth inner diameter R4B and extends through the second member 65B in the thickness direction T3.
[0229] FIG. 38 This is a cross-sectional view of the engagement point between the first clamp 6B and the pin 36. The pin 36 can be inserted through the first hole 641B and the second hole 652B. With the central axis R of the pin 36 used for insertion into the first hole 641B and the second hole 652B as the center of rotation, the first plate 63B is rotatably supported by the pin 36.
[0230] Support mode of the first clamp component 6B
[0231] The first inner diameter R1B of the first hole 641B is slightly larger than the outer diameter R0 of the pin 36. Therefore, the pin 36 is rotatably fitted with respect to the first hole 641B. On the other hand, the second inner diameter R2B of the second hole 652B is larger than the first inner diameter R1B of the first hole 641B. Therefore, the pin 36 may not contact or may only minimally contact the second hole 652B. Thus, the first clamping member 6B is supported primarily by fitting the first hole 641B of the first member 64B with the pin 36.
[0232] When pin 36 is rotatably matched only with respect to the first hole 641B, the first hole 641B can be formed with high precision. Furthermore, since the second inner diameter R2B of the second hole 652B is larger than the first inner diameter R1B of the first hole 641B, the precision required to align the first hole 641B and the second hole 652B during bending can be reduced.
[0233] Connection between the first clamp component 6B and the first operating line 21
[0234] The fourth inner diameter R4B of the fourth hole 654B is larger than the third inner diameter R3B of the third hole 643B. Therefore, the first operating line 21 can more easily contact the third hole 643B than the fourth hole 654B. Thus, the first clamping member 6B is operated mainly by bringing the third hole 643B of the first member 64B into contact with the first operating line 21.
[0235] The first hole 641B, in which the first clamp 6B is supported by the pin 36, and the third hole 643B, in which the first operating line 21 is contacted, are both formed in the first member 64B and are arranged on the axis of the first operating line 21 inserted through the sheath 1. Therefore, when the first operating line 21 moves forward and backward to drive the first clamp 6B, the force in the longitudinal direction A can be efficiently transmitted to the first clamp 6B.
[0236] FIG. 39 This is a cross-sectional view of the second plate 73B connected to the second operating line 22. The second clamp member 7B differs from the second clamp member 7 of the first embodiment in the formation of the through holes. In the through holes formed in the second clamp member 7, the inner diameter of the through holes located on the outer side in the width direction C (the fifth hole 745 and the seventh hole 747) is larger than the inner diameter of the through holes located on the inner side in the width direction C (the sixth hole 756 and the eighth hole 758). On the other hand, similar to the first clamp member 6B described above, in the through holes formed in the second clamp member 7B, the inner diameter of the through holes located on the inner side in the width direction C (the sixth hole 756B and the eighth hole 758B) is larger than the inner diameter of the through holes located on the outer side in the width direction C (the fifth hole 745B and the seventh hole 747B).
[0237] The second clamping member 7B is mainly formed by stamping a single flat plate. The second clamping member 7B has a second cup-shaped member 71, a second arcuate edge 72, and a second plate 73B disposed at the distal end A1.
[0238] The second plate (right plate) 73B is disposed at the base end A2 of the second cup-shaped member 71 and is formed in a generally plate-shaped shape. The second plate 73B has a third member 74B and a fourth member 75B.
[0239] The third component 74B differs from the third component 74 in the manner in which the through-hole is formed. The third component 74B has a fifth hole (fifth opening) 745B and a seventh hole (seventh opening) 747B. The fifth hole 745B is a through-hole extending through the third component 74B in the thickness direction T4 and has a fifth inner diameter R5B. The seventh hole 747B is a through-hole extending through the third component 74B in the thickness direction T4 and has a seventh inner diameter R7B.
[0240] The fourth component 75B differs from the fourth component 75 in the manner in which the through-hole is formed. The fourth component 75B has a sixth hole (sixth opening) 756B and an eighth hole (eighth opening) 758B. The sixth hole 756B is a through-hole extending through the fourth component 75B in the thickness direction T4 and has a sixth inner diameter R6B. The eighth hole 758B is a through-hole with an eighth inner diameter R8B, which extends through the fourth component 75B in the thickness direction T4.
[0241] Support mode of the second clamp component 7B
[0242] The fifth inner diameter R5B of the fifth hole 745B is slightly larger than the outer diameter R0 of the pin 36. Therefore, the pin 36 is rotatably fitted relative to the fifth hole 745B. On the other hand, the sixth inner diameter R6B of the sixth hole 756B is larger than the fifth inner diameter R5B of the fifth hole 745B. Therefore, the pin 36 can be in contact with the sixth hole 756B with little or no contact. Thus, the second clamping member 7B is supported primarily by fitting the fifth hole 745B of the third member 74B with the pin 36.
[0243] When pin 36 is rotatably matched only with respect to the fifth hole 745B, it is sufficient to form only the fifth hole 745B with high precision. Furthermore, since the sixth inner diameter R6B of the sixth hole 756B is larger than the fifth inner diameter R5B of the fifth hole 745B, the precision required to align the fifth hole 745B and the sixth hole 756B during bending can be reduced.
[0244] Connection of the second clamp component 7B and the second operating line 22
[0245] The eighth inner diameter R8B of the eighth hole 758B is larger than the seventh inner diameter R7B of the seventh hole 747B. Therefore, the second operating line 22 can more easily contact the seventh hole 747B compared to the eighth hole 758B. Thus, the second clamping member 7B is operated mainly by bringing the seventh hole 747B of the third member 74B into contact with the second operating line 22.
[0246] The fifth hole 745B, in which the pin 36 supports the second clamp 7B, and the seventh hole 747B, in which the pin 36 contacts the second operating line 22, are both formed in the third member 74B and are positioned on the axis through which the second operating line 22 is inserted. Therefore, when the second operating line 22 moves forward and backward to drive the second clamp 7B, the force in the longitudinal direction A can be efficiently transmitted to the second clamp 7B.
[0247] According to the endoscope handling device 100B for the endoscope according to this embodiment, the forceps 5B can be formed mainly by pressing instead of cutting, so that high performance but low cost can be achieved.

Furthermore, the structural elements shown in the above embodiments and improved embodiments can be appropriately combined and constructed.

The spacer member 4E has a spacer 42. The spacer member 4E can be arranged between the first clamp member 6 and the second clamp member 7 of the pliers 5. When the pliers 5 opens and closes, the spacer member 4E reduces the movement of the pliers 5 (e.g., producing a clicking sound).
[0280] Although the fifth embodiment of the present invention has been described in detail above with reference to the accompanying drawings, the specific construction is not limited to this embodiment, and design changes are included without departing from the spirit of the present invention. Furthermore, the structural elements shown in the above embodiments and improved embodiments can be appropriately combined and constructed.
[0281] Packaging 400
[0282] FIG. 46 This is an illustration of packaging 400. Packaging 400 can be configured to hold and secure the endoscope handling device 100. Packaging 400 can be a sterile package configured to prevent contaminants (e.g., bacteria or debris) from contacting the endoscope handling device 100. Packaging 400 may include a first side 401 and a second side 403. The first side 401 may be arranged opposite the second side 403.
[0283] Package 400 may include a notch 402 and a sealing portion 404. The notch 402 may be disposed on the top of package 400. The notch 402 and the sealing portion 404 may be located between a first side 401 and a second side 403. The notch 402 may be disposed near the first side 401. However, the notch 402 may be disposed near the second side 403. In some embodiments, the notch 402 is disposed near the first side 401 or the second side 403 compared to the center of package 400. In some embodiments, the notch 402 may include a notch axis 406 dividing the notch 402 into two parts.
[0284] In some embodiments, the seal 404 extends along the length of the package 400. The seal 404 may be made of a tough and durable material, and is also lightweight. In some embodiments, the seal 404 is a nonwoven material. For example, the seal 404 may be a nonwoven durable material. The seal 404 may be lightweight, flexible, waterproof, breathable, durable, and / or tear-resistant. The seal 404 may be made of a different material compared to the rest of the package 400. For example, the seal 404 may be made of a harder material compared to the rest of the package 400. In some embodiments, the seal 404 extends along the longitudinal length of the package 400 such that the seal 404 is parallel to the notch axis 406. The seal 404 may extend along the notch axis 406. The seal 404 may be arranged on the package 400 close to the first side 401. In some embodiments, the seal 404 is arranged between the first side 401 and the notch 402.
[0285] In some embodiments, packaging 400 includes a scribe line 408. The scribe line 408 can extend from a notch 402. For example, the scribe line 408 can be aligned with the axis 406 of the notch. A seal 404 can be disposed between the axis 406 of the notch / scribe line 408 and the first side 401. The scribe line 408 can be an imaginary line aligned with the axis 406 of the notch. The scribe line 408 helps a user cut the packaging 400 to obtain its contents.
[0286] The seal 404 may comprise a harder material than the rest of the package 400. The harder material of the seal 404 allows a user to easily grip and cut the package 400 along the scribe line 408. In some embodiments, the seal 404 serves as a guide for opening the package 400, such as by cutting along the scribe line 408. Because the seal 404 is made of a harder material, the edge of the seal 404 may align with the scribe line 408, and a user can cut along the edge of the seal 404 (e.g., the scribe line 408) to access the contents within the package 400. The scribe line 408 provides a path for the user to cut along the entire length of the package 400, allowing for a complete cut along the length of the package 400 to easily access the contents stored therein.
[0287] In the above embodiment, the endoscopic procedure instrument is a biopsy forceps, but the endoscopic procedure instrument is not limited to this. For example, the endoscopic procedure instrument can be a clamping forceps that also has a pair of forceps.
