Description

Technical Field

[0001] The invention relates to a packaging box and an opening and closing structure of the packaging box. Background Art

[0002] A B-type bottom assembly packaging box having a locking tab protruding from the upper edge of one side panel is known and is described in Patent Document 1. This packaging box is widely used because the upper lid can be prevented from opening by inserting the locking tab into an insertion hole formed in the edge of the upper lid.

[0003] The packaging box described in Patent Document 1 further includes a second locking piece connected to the front end of the locking piece. To close the box, when the second locking piece is folded over and inserted into the insertion hole so as to overlap the locking piece, the second locking piece opens and hooks onto the side panel inside the packaging box, preventing the locking piece from falling off.

[0004] Therefore, the packaging box described in Patent Document 1 has no other way to open except by cutting off a portion of the upper cover, and cannot be opened unauthorizedly.

[0057] The packaging box and the opening and closing structure of the packaging box according to the embodiment of the present invention will be described using the packaging box 91 and the opening and closing structure 91K thereof. Figure 7 As shown, the packaging box 91 is composed of a main body box 1 and a hook portion 3.

[0058] The main body case 1 is formed by connecting a first half body 1A and a second half body 1B.

[0059] Figure 1 This is an expanded view of the first half body 1A. Figure 2 It is an expanded view of the second half body 1B. Figure 3 3 is a development view of the hook portion 3. For convenience of explanation, the directions of up, down, left, and right are defined by the arrows shown in the respective figures.

[0060] The first half body 1A, the second half body 1B and the hook portion 3 are formed of corrugated cardboard or paperboard.

[0061] like Figure 1 As shown, the first half body 1A includes a first side panel 11 , a second side panel 12 , a first adhesive portion 111 , a portion of a bottom assembly portion 15 , a cover panel 16 , and a first side wing piece 17 .

[0062] On the left side of the first side panel 11 , a first adhesive portion 111 is provided extending through the mountain fold m1 .

[0063] The first side panel 11 and the right second side panel 12 are connected via a mountain fold m2 .

[0064] The bottom assembly portion 15 includes a first bottom plate 151 connected to the lower side of the first side plate 11 via a mountain fold m3 , and a second bottom plate 152 connected to the lower side of the second side plate 12 via a mountain fold m4 .

[0065] The cover panel 16 is connected to the upper side of the first side panel 11 via the mountain fold m5 , and the first side flap 17 is connected to the upper side of the second side panel 12 via the mountain fold m6 .

[0066] The cover plate 16 has a slit 16 a extending horizontally in the center.

[0067] The cover plate 16 is connected to an inserting piece 161 at the upper edge via a mountain fold m7.

[0068] Specifically, the left and right ends of the insertion piece 161 are connected to the upper edge of the cover plate 16 via the mountain folds m7a and m7b, and a cutout portion 163 is formed in the center portion to separate the insertion piece 161 from the cover plate 16.

[0069] The insert piece 161 has a concave-shaped raised portion 162 at the left and right center portions of the cutout portion 163. The upper left and right ends are connected to the insert piece 161 via mountain folds m8a and m8b, while the other parts are cut and separated. In other words, the raised portion 162 can be bent toward the inside of the main body box 1 from the mountain folds m8a and m8b.

[0070] When the main body box 1 is closed, the first side flap 17 is folded inward to close the cover 16, and the slit 17a overlaps with the slit 16a to form a communication hole.

[0071] like Figure 2 As shown, the second half body 1B includes a third side panel 13 , a fourth side panel 14 , a second adhesive portion 131 , a portion of the bottom assembly portion 15 , an inner wing piece 18 , and a second side wing piece 19 .

[0072] On the left side of the third side panel 13 , a second adhesive portion 131 is provided extending through the mountain fold m9 .

[0073] The third side panel 13 and the fourth side panel 14 on the right side are connected via a mountain fold m10 .

[0074] The bottom assembly portion 15 includes a third bottom plate 153 connected to the lower side of the third side plate 13 via a mountain fold m11 , and a fourth bottom plate 154 connected to the lower side of the fourth side plate 14 via a mountain fold m12 .

[0075] The inner flap 18 is connected to the upper side of the third side panel 13 via the mountain fold m13 , and the second side flap 19 is connected to the upper side of the fourth side panel 14 via the mountain fold m14 .

[0076] The inner flap 18 has a slit 18a extending leftward and rightward in the center. The mountain fold m13 includes mountain folds m13a and m13b separated leftward and rightward.

[0077] A locking piece base 181 is formed from the upper portion of the third side panel 13 to the lower portion of the inner flap 18. This locking piece base 181 can be bent upward, leaving a portion connected by a valley fold mt1. An insertion portion 182 and a folded portion 183 are separated from the inner flap 18 and connected to the upper side of the locking piece base 181 in this order.

[0078] Specifically, the locking piece base 181 is a rectangular portion formed so as to be able to move from the bottom to the top of the lock piece through the valley fold mt1. Figure 2 Above the locking piece base 181, an insertion portion 182 is formed by connecting through a mountain fold m15a. On the upper side of the insertion portion 182, a folded portion 183 is formed by connecting through a mountain fold m15b.

[0079] A notch 184 is formed at the edge connecting the third side plate 13 and the inner wing 18, spanning an opening formed by bending the locking piece base 181. The insertion piece 161 of the first half body 1A can be inserted into the notch 184.

[0080] The connected locking piece base portion 181 , the insertion portion 182 , and the folded-back portion 183 constitute the locking piece 18L.

[0081] The second side flap 19 has a slit 19a cut downward from the left and right center of the upper edge. When the main body box 1 is closed, the second side flap 19 is folded inward to close the cover 16, and the slit 19a overlaps with the slit 16a to form a communication hole.

[0082] like Figure 3 As shown, the hook portion 3 is formed into a shape that is vertically symmetrical with respect to the mountain fold m31.

[0083] In the hook portion 3 , a first hook base portion 31 and a second hook base portion 32 having the same shape are connected by a mountain fold m31 .

[0084] The first hook base 31 includes a hook hole 31 a extending laterally in the vertical center and a hook portion 31 b hollowed out toward the mountain fold m31 in the horizontal center of the hook hole 31 a.

[0085] A first shoulder 314 and a second shoulder 315 extending to the left and right are formed at the left and right ends of the lower portion of the first hook base 31 , respectively.

[0086] A notch 312 is formed in a rectangular shape at the center of the lower edge of the first hook base 31 toward the hook hole 31 a .

[0087] On the left and right sides of the cutout portion 312 , a first flange 311 and a second flange 313 are formed by cutouts 31 c and 31 d formed in the first hook base 31 . The first flange 311 and the second flange 313 are bendably connected to the first hook base 31 via valley folds mt2 a and mt2 b .

[0088] The second hook base 32 includes a hook hole 32a formed in the center in the vertical direction and extending to the left and right, and a hook portion 32b hollowed out toward the mountain fold m31 at the center in the left and right direction of the hook hole 32a.

[0089] A third shoulder 324 and a fourth shoulder 325 are formed at the left and right ends of the upper portion of the second hook base 32 , respectively, extending to the left and right.

[0090] A notch portion 322 is formed in a rectangular shape at the center of the upper edge of the second hook base 32 toward the hook hole 32 a .

[0091] On the left and right sides of the cutout portion 322 , a third flange 321 and a fourth flange 323 are formed by cutouts 32c and 32d formed in the second hook base 32 . The third flange 321 and the fourth flange 323 are bendably connected to the second hook base 32 via valley folds mt3a and mt3b .

[0092] The first half body 1A and the second half body 1B are attached by attaching the first adhesive portion 111 of the first half body 1A to the inner side of the right edge of the fourth side panel 14 of the second half body 1B, and attaching the second adhesive portion 131 of the second half body 1B to the inner side of the right edge of the second side panel 12 of the first half body 1A. This forms a rectangular cylindrical body comprised of the first to fourth side panels 11, 14. The cover panel 16 closes the upper opening of the rectangular cylindrical body. Furthermore, the first side panel 11 and the third side panel 13 are positioned opposite each other.

[0093] In addition, the bottom surface assembly portion 15 is assembled by combining the first to fourth bottom plates 151 to 154 to form Figure 4 The main body box 1 is shown.

[0094] In addition, the hook portion 3 is overlapped with the first hook base 31 and the second hook base 32 by bending at the mountain fold m31, and the first flange 311 and the second flange 313 and the third flange 321 and the fourth flange 323 are bent at a substantially right angle relative to the overlapping first hook base 31 and the second hook base 32, thereby forming a usage form.

[0095] like Figure 4 and Figure 5 As shown, the packing box 91 is assembled by opening the cover plate 16 , the first side wing piece 17 , the second side wing piece 19 , and the inner wing piece 18 of the main body box 1 and placing the hook portion 3 on the upper side of the main body box 1 .

[0096] First, the first side wing piece 17 and the second side wing piece 19 are folded inwardly to close the upper opening of the square cylinder. At this time, the overlapping portion of the first hook base 31 and the second hook base 32 of the hook portion 3 enters the slit 17a of the first side wing piece 17 and the slit 19a of the second side wing piece 19.

[0097] The first side wing piece 17 is located on the upper side of the first flange 311 and the third flange 321 , and the second side wing piece 19 is located on the upper side of the second flange 313 and the fourth flange 323 .

[0098] On the other hand, the first shoulder 314 and the third shoulder 324 and the second shoulder 315 and the fourth shoulder 325 of the hook 3 are respectively stuck on the lower sides of the first side wing piece 17 and the second side wing piece 19 and will not fall off upward.

[0099] Then, if Figure 5 and Figure 6 As shown, the inner flaps 18 are closed, followed by the cover 16 .

[0100] When the inner flap 18 is closed, the first hook base 31 and the second hook base 32 of the hook portion 3 pass through the slit 18 a.

[0101] Then, the cover 16 is closed with the locking piece base 181 bent outward from the square cylinder.

[0102] The insert piece 161 of the cover plate 16 is inserted into the notch portion 184 formed at the edge portion connecting the third side plate 13 and the inner wing plate 18 (see also Figure 2 ). At this time, if Figure 5 As shown, the rising portion 162 rises with a bending angle θa of approximately 60°.

[0103] Therefore, if Figure 6 As shown, an opening K2 is formed in an upper portion of the left-right center of the third side plate 13 .

[0104] After the cover 16 is closed, the insertion portion 182 is inserted into the opening K2 in a state where the folded portion 183 is folded back and overlapped.

[0105] Therefore, if Figure 7 As shown, the packaging box 91 is closed.

[0106] Figures 8 to 10 1 and 2 are diagrams showing the internal state of the closed packaging box 91 . Figure 8 yes Figure 7 The cross-sectional view at the S8-S8 position in FIG. In addition, Figure 9 yes Figure 8 The enlarged view of part A in Figure 10 yes Figure 8 Enlarged view of part B in .

[0107] like Figure 8 and Figure 9 As shown, the upper end of the opening of the cutout portion 312 of the hook portion 3 is located above the upper surface 16b of the cover plate 16. In addition, the cutout portion 312 communicates with the slit 18a of the inner wing 18 and the slit 16a of the cover plate 16, forming an opening K1 spanning the hook portion 3 and the cover plate 16.

[0108] like Figure 8 and Figure 10 As shown, after entering the main body box 1 , the folded portion 183 naturally returns to its pre-folded shape and opens so that the angle formed with the insertion portion 182 becomes larger, and abuts against the rising portion 162 of the cover plate 16 .

[0109] Therefore, when the opener wishes to Figure 10 The closed state shown is opened and an attempt is made to move the locking plate base 181 toward Figure 10 When the locking piece base 181 is pulled out to the right (broken arrow DR1), the folded portion 183 moves in the direction of the broken arrow DR2 and abuts against the abutting portion 161b. Therefore, the locking piece base 181 is prohibited from being pulled out to the right, and becomes a closed state that cannot be opened.

[0110] That is, the packaging box 91 is difficult to open from a closed state, and thus can be prevented from being opened unauthorizedly.

[0111] Packing box 91 can be used Figure 11 The opening clamp 71 is shown opening non-destructively.

[0112] The opening jig 71 is a long thin plate member and can be formed of metal or hard resin.

[0113] The length L71 of the opening jig 71 is preferably the length L91 in the depth direction (front-back direction) of the packaging box 91 (see Figure 7 ) is more than half. The width W71 is larger than the width W312 of the cutout portion 312 of the hook portion 3 (refer to Figure 3 ) short (thin).

[0114] like Figure 12 As shown, the person opening the packaging box 91 inserts the opening jig 71 from the rear side of the packaging box 91 into the opening K1 of the packaging box 91 extending across the hook portion 3 and the cover plate 16 (see arrow DR3). Thereafter, the person pushing the opening jig 71 so that the front end portion 71a thereof moves as far as possible along the lower surface 18c of the inner flap 18.

[0115] like Figure 9 and Figure 10 As shown, the packaging box 91 has a passage R for allowing the thin plate-shaped member to enter formed between the opening K1 including the slit 16 a through which a part of the hook 3 passes and the folded portion 183 .

[0116] If the opening jig 71 is further advanced, Figure 13 As shown, it reaches the vicinity of the folded portion 183.

[0117] Here, if Figure 8 As shown, the distance in the front-to-back direction between the folded top 183a, which is the folded position of the folded portion 183, and the outer surface 11a of the first side plate 11 is referred to as distance La. Furthermore, the distance in the front-to-back direction between the front end 162a of the rising portion 162 and the outer surface 11a of the first side plate 11 is referred to as distance Lb.

[0118] The opener further pushes the opening jig 71 to abut against the range ARa indicated by the dashed line from the front end portion 162a of the rising portion 162 to the folded top 183a of the folded portion 183 (see arrow DR4).

[0119] Thus, the folded portion 183 is Figure 14 The opening jig 71 pressed in as shown by the arrow DR5 is lifted (see arrow DR6).

[0120] Since the folded portion 183 is lifted, if the opener pulls the locking piece base 181 to the outside of the packaging box 91 (see arrow DR7), the folded portion 183 passes through the opening portion K2 (see arrow DR8), thereby opening the inner wing 18 and the cover plate 16 and opening the packaging box 91.

[0121] As described above, the packaging box 91 and its opening and closing structure 91K cannot be opened non-destructively from the closed state after being closed, but can be opened non-destructively using the opening jig 71 .

[0122] That is, when opening, no damage such as breaking or cutting is caused to the packaging box 91. Therefore, the packaging box 91 can be reused and closed again after being opened using the opening jig 71.

[0123] The embodiments described in detail above are not limited to the configurations thereof, and modifications may be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention.

[0124] Figure 15 3 is a development diagram showing a hook portion 5 as a modified example of the hook portion 3. Figure 16 It is a perspective view showing the hook portion 5 in use.

[0125] like Figure 15 As shown, the hook portion 5 is formed relative to the mountain fold m51. Figure 15 Asymmetrical shape in the middle and upper parts.

[0126] The first hook base 51 and the second hook base 52 of the hook portion 5 are connected at the mountain fold m51.

[0127] The first hook base 51 includes a hook hole 51 a extending laterally in the center in the vertical direction, and a hook portion 51 b hollowed out toward the mountain fold m51 at the center position in the left-right direction of the hook hole 51 a.

[0128] A first shoulder 514 and a second shoulder 515 extending to the left and right are formed at the left and right ends of the lower portion of the first hook base 51 , respectively.

[0129] At the center of the lower edge of the first hook base 51, a pair of cutouts 51e and 51f extending vertically and separated from each other and a pair of cutouts 51g and 51h extending in the left-right direction form an inverted T-shaped shelf 541. Figure 15 The upper end of the middle portion is connected to the first hook base 51 through a valley fold mt52.

[0130] A rectangular opening 512 that is long in the left-right direction is formed above the valley fold mt52 of the first hook base 51 .

[0131] On shelf 541 Figure 15 An arm piece portion 543 and an arm piece portion 544 are formed at the lower portion thereof and extend to the left and right respectively.

[0132] On the left and right sides of the shelf plate 541 , a first flange 511 and a second flange 513 are formed at the lower portion of the first hook base 51 so as to be connected via valley folds mt5a and mt5b .

[0133] A slit 511 a and a slit 513 a cut upward are formed on the lower edges of the first flange 511 and the second flange 513 , respectively.

[0134] The arm piece portion 543 and the arm piece portion 544 are formed with slits 543 a and 544 a at left and right outer sides of the slits 511 a and 513 a.

[0135] The arm pieces 543 and 544 have valley folds mt5c and mt5d formed at the connection portions with the shelf plate 541 , and mountain folds m5a and m5b formed on the outer sides thereof.

[0136] Therefore, if Figure 16 As shown, the arm piece 543 is assembled so as to be bent in steps at the valley fold mt5c and the mountain fold m5a so that the slit 543a is engaged with the slit 511a.

[0137] Similarly, the arm piece 544 is assembled so as to be bent in steps at the valley fold mt5d and the mountain fold m5b so that the slit 544a is engaged with the slit 513a.

[0138] In this manner, the shelf 541 is connected to the first flange 511 and the second flange 513 to maintain its posture and position.

[0139] The second hook base 52 includes a hook hole 52a extending laterally in the center in the vertical direction, and a hooking portion 52b hollowed out toward the mountain fold m51 at the center position in the left-right direction of the hook hole 52a.

[0140] A third shoulder 524 and a fourth shoulder 525 are formed at the left and right ends of the upper portion of the second hook base 52 , respectively, extending to the left and right.

[0141] A notch 522 is formed at the center of the upper edge of the second hook base 52. A recess 522a is formed at the center of the lower edge of the notch 522.

[0142] The notch portion 522 has notches 52c and 52d formed on both sides thereof with respect to the second hook base 52, and forms a third flange 521 and a fourth flange 523 bendably connected to the second hook base 52 via valley folds mt5e and mt5f.

[0143] Using the hook portion 5 and the main body box 1 of this modified example, a packaging box 91A is assembled in the same procedure as the packaging box 91 .

[0144] Figure 17 and Figure 18 They are respectively in the packaging box 91A and Figure 8 The enlarged view of part A and part B are equivalent.

[0145] like Figure 17 and Figure 18 As shown in FIG. 5 , a shelf plate 541 is arranged from the opening K1 to the front side of the packaging box 91A and below the inner flap 18. The shelf plate 541 extends to the vicinity of the folded portion 183.

[0146] Packing box 91A can be used Figure 11 The opening jig 71 shown opens in the same manner as the packaging box 91 .

[0147] like Figure 19 As shown, the person opening the packaging box 91A inserts the opening jig 71 from the rear side toward the front into the opening K1 of the packaging box 91A, which spans the hook portion 5 and the cover plate 16. At this time, the front end 71a of the opening jig 71 abuts the shelf 541. Therefore, the person opening the packaging box 91A does not need to pay attention to the insertion angle of the opening jig 71. The person only needs to push the opening jig 71 in such a way that the front end 71a slides on the shelf 541.

[0148] If the clamp 71 is pushed in further, the Figure 20 As shown, the front end portion 71 a is guided by the shelf plate 541 and reaches the vicinity of the folded portion 183 .

[0149] Furthermore, when the opening jig 71 is pushed in further (see arrow DR9 ), the front end portion 71 a guided by the shelf plate 541 comes into contact with the folded portion 183 and pushes the folded portion 183 upward (see arrow DR10 ).

[0150] Thereafter, similarly to the packaging box 91 , the packaging box 91A can be opened by pulling out the locking piece base 181 .

[0151] As described above, the packing box 91A using the hook portion 5 can be easily opened by the opener without being concerned about the insertion angle or insertion amount of the opening jig 71 .

[0152] The packing box 91A does not require any destructive action such as breaking or cutting when it is opened using the opening jig 71. Therefore, the packing box 91A can be reused and closed again after being opened using the opening jig 71.

[0153] Figure 21 1 is a perspective view showing an operation of opening a packaging box 91 ( 91A) using an opening jig 71A. The opening jig 71A is a first modification of the opening jig 71 .

[0154] The opening jig 71A has a visually recognizable mark 71Ab at a distance Lc from the front end portion 71Aa. The distance Lc is set to Figure 13 The distance La and the distance Lb shown satisfy: distance La < distance Lc < distance Lb.

[0155] Thus, after inserting the opening jig 71A from the opening K1, the operator can align the mark 71Ab with the outer surface 11a of the first side panel 11 and lift the front end 71Aa. This allows the front end 71Aa to be lifted so that it abuts against the folded portion 183, allowing the folded portion 183 to be lifted more reliably to open the packaging box 91 (91A).

[0156] Figure 22 1 is a perspective view showing an operation of opening the packaging box 91 ( 91A) using an opening jig 71B. The opening jig 71B is a second modification of the opening jig 71 .

[0157] The opening jig 71B has a flange portion 71Bb extending vertically at a distance Lc from the front end portion 71Ba. The distance Lc is set to Figure 13 The distance La and the distance Lb shown satisfy: distance La < distance Lc < distance Lb.

[0158] The user then inserts the opening jig 71B from the opening K1 until the flange 71Bb contacts the outer surface 11a of the first side panel 11, and then lifts the front end 71Ba. This allows the front end 71Ba to be lifted so that it abuts against the folded portion 183, allowing the folded portion 183 to be lifted more reliably to open the packaging box 91 (91A).

[0159] The person who opens the packaging box only needs to insert the flange portion 71Bb until it contacts the first side plate 11 , so the packaging box 91 ( 91A) can be opened more easily.

[0160] In either case, by pulling out the folded portion 183 and then removing it from the opening portion K1 , the opening jig 71 ( 71A, 71B) can be used for the next opening operation.

[0161] It is preferable that the opening K1 and the folded portion 183 have the following relationship.

[0162] In the extending direction (lateral direction) of the upper edge of the third side plate, the opening K1 is located at a position corresponding to the folded portion 183. Specifically, in the lateral direction of the front view, the opening K1 is formed at a position where at least a portion of its lateral width overlaps with the folded portion 183.

[0163] In this case, the width of the opening K1 in the left-right direction is preferably smaller than the width of the folded portion 183 in the left-right direction, and the opening K1 is formed at a position where its entire left-right width is included in the folded portion 183 in the left-right direction.

[0164] Thus, the person who opens the packaging box 91 can naturally guide the opening jig 71 to the folded portion 183 simply by straightening the opening jig 71. Therefore, the person who opens the packaging box 91 can easily open the packaging box 91.
