A method and device for ETL file permission control

Abstract

This invention relates to the field of access control, and in particular to a method and apparatus for ETL file access control. It mainly includes: writing the names of file objects requiring access control and their corresponding permissions into an authorization list, and monitoring modifications to the authorization list in real time; the file object types include files and directories; when the authorization list is modified, constructing a current permission index tree based on the current authorization list and submitting it to the file access control layer; the file objects within each directory type node of the permission index tree are constructed using a hash table; and the file access control layer verifies the permissions of the file objects based on the content of the permission index tree. This invention enables ETL software to directly control file permissions and improves permission retrieval efficiency.
