Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] This invention relates to a cartridge-type contents ejection container for ejecting contents contained in a cartridge section. Background Technology
[0002] Various ink sac-type dispensing containers have been known in the past. Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 2015-181862 discloses an ink sac-type dispensing container that includes an ink sac for containing liquid cosmetic material, a main body cylinder on which the ink sac is installed, and an operating cylinder that is rotatably mounted on the rear end of the main body cylinder.
[0003] Inside the main body cylinder are a movable body with external threads on its outer circumference, an internal thread component with internal threads that engage with the external threads, and a thread engagement release component that releases the engagement between the external and internal threads. When the ink cartridge is removed from the main body cylinder, the thread engagement release component releases the engagement between the external and internal threads. When the ink cartridge is installed on the main body cylinder, the thread engagement release component forces the internal threads to engage with the external threads.
[0004] If the user rotates the main body or ink cartridge relative to the operating cylinder, the moving part moves forward. The ink cartridge has an ink cartridge barrel with a receiving chamber for containing liquid cosmetic material, an applicator forming the front end of the ink cartridge, and a piston located in the receiving chamber on the side opposite to the applicator. The moving part comes into contact with the piston, and through the aforementioned relative rotation operation, the moving part pushes the piston forward, thereby dispensing the liquid cosmetic material.

[0006] Patent Document 1: Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 2015-181862 Summary of the Invention
[0007] In the aforementioned ink sac-type dispensing container, the moving body advances by rotating the main body or ink sac relative to the operating cylinder, thereby dispensing the liquid cosmetic material. This type of ink sac-type dispensing container requires two hands to operate. Specifically, one hand holds the main body or ink sac, and the other hand holds the operating cylinder and rotates it relative to the main body. Therefore, it is difficult to operate with one hand, and there is room for improvement in usability.
[0008] The purpose of this invention is to provide an ink cartridge-type contents ejection container that can further improve usability.
[0009] The ink sac-type dispensing container of the present invention comprises an ink sac portion, a main body, a threaded cylinder, a movable body, a screw-in adjustment component, a rotating component, a knocking component, and a plurality of first teeth. The ink sac portion contains the contents and is detachably mounted on the main body. The threaded cylinder is disposed inside the main body and has an elastic portion that elastically deforms along the radial direction of the main body, and an internal thread is formed on the inner surface of the elastic portion. The movable body has an external thread on its outer periphery that engages with the internal thread, and the internal thread and the external thread engage through... The screw mechanism advances and pushes out the contents. When the ink cartridge is removed from the main body, the screw adjustment member advances, causing the elastic portion of the screw cylinder to expand radially, thereby disengaging the internal and external threads. The rotating member rotates synchronously with the moving body behind the screw cylinder and moves along the axial direction extending from the axis of the main body. The pressing member is located behind the rotating member and is pressable to push out the contents. The first tooth is located in front of the rotating member inside the main body and is arranged circumferentially around the main body. The rotating member has a plurality of second teeth arranged circumferentially and engaging with the first tooth. When the pressing member is pressed, the rotating member advances, the second teeth engage with the first teeth, and simultaneously, the rotating member and the moving body rotate relative to the screw cylinder, thereby engaging the screw mechanism and propelling the moving body forward.
[0010] The aforementioned ink sac-type dispensing container includes an ink sac portion for containing the contents and a main body cylinder for mounting the ink sac portion, and the ink sac portion is detachable from the main body cylinder. Therefore, after the contents are used up, the ink sac portion can be removed from the main body cylinder, and only the ink sac portion needs to be discarded, thus reducing the number of discarded parts. The ink sac-type dispensing container includes a threaded cylinder with an elastic portion that undergoes radial elastic deformation, a movable body having an external thread that engages with the internal thread of the threaded cylinder and advances to dispensing the contents inside the ink sac portion, a rotating component that rotates synchronously with the movable body, and a pressable component. The rotating component has a second tooth that engages with a first tooth provided on the inner side of the main body cylinder. If the pressable component is pressed, the rotating component advances, the second tooth engages with the first tooth, and the rotating component and the movable body rotate relative to the threaded cylinder, thereby advancing the movable body. Therefore, by pressing the pressable component, the rotating component and the movable body can rotate relative to the threaded cylinder, and with this rotation, the movable body can advance, thereby dispensing the contents, thus improving the usability of the ink sac-type dispensing container. That is, the ink cartridge ejector container can be held with one hand and the contents can be ejected by pressing the pressing component with one hand, thus providing a highly usable ink cartridge ejector container. As described above, in this ink cartridge ejector container, the contents can be ejected by pressing, thus further improving usability.
[0011] The ink sac-type contents ejection container may also be equipped with a first spring, which applies a force forward to the moving body. In this case, when the ink sac is removed from the main body, the moving body can be moved forward by the first spring.
[0012] The ink sac-type contents ejection container may also include a second spring, which is disposed between the threaded cylinder and the rotating component, and causes the rotating component and the pressing component to move rearward when the pressure on the pressing component is released. In this case, when the pressure on the pressing component is released, the rotating component and the pressing component can be moved rearward by the second spring.
[0013] The ink sac-type dispensing container can also include a ratchet component positioned between the rotating component and the pressing component, and having multiple third teeth arranged circumferentially. The rotating component can also have multiple fourth teeth arranged circumferentially and engaging with the third teeth. When the pressing component is released, the rotating component moves rearward, the fourth teeth engage with the third teeth, and simultaneously, the rotating component and the moving body rotate relative to the ratchet component, thereby creating a screwing action and propelling the moving body forward. In this case, the moving body can advance and dispensing the contents not only when the pressing component is pressed but also when the pressing component is released. Therefore, the usability of the ink sac-type dispensing container can be further improved.
[0014] The ink sac-type contents ejection container may also include a third spring, which is disposed between the engagement adjustment member and the threaded cylinder, and causes the engagement adjustment member to advance when the ink sac is removed from the main cylinder. In this case, when the ink sac is removed from the main cylinder, the engagement adjustment member is advanced by the third spring, thereby causing the elastic part to expand radially, thus making it easy to disengage the internal and external threads.
[0015] The engagement adjustment component can also be pushed rearward by the ink sac when the ink sac is installed on the main body cylinder, causing the elastic part of the threaded cylinder to narrow radially, thereby engaging the internal thread with the external thread. In this case, when the ink sac is installed, the engagement adjustment component moves rearward, thereby enabling the internal thread to engage with the external thread, thus facilitating the engagement of the internal thread with the external thread.
[0016] The ink sac may also have a chamber for containing the contents and a piston disposed within the chamber. The moving part can also eject the contents via the piston. In this case, if the contents are liquid, leakage of the liquid contents can be prevented by the piston. Furthermore, the liquid contents can be ejected by the piston.
[0017] According to the present invention, usability can be further improved. Attached Figure Description

[0031] Hereinafter, embodiments of the ink sac-type contents ejection container according to the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the description of the drawings, the same or equivalent elements are labeled with the same symbols, and repeated descriptions are omitted where appropriate. Furthermore, for ease of understanding, some structures are sometimes simplified or exaggerated in the drawings, and the dimensions and proportions are not limited to those shown in the drawings.
[0032] Figure 1 (a) A cross-sectional view of the ink sac-type contents ejection container 1 according to the embodiment. Figure 1 (b) A side view showing the main body 2 of the container 1 after the ink sac contents have been removed and ejected. (e.g.) Figure 1 (a) and Figure 1 As shown in (b), the ink sac-type contents ejection container 1 is a container that ejects the contents M contained inside by the user's pressing operation. The contents M are, for example, liquid contents.
[0033] As an example, the contents M is a liquid cosmetic. In this case, the contents M is liquid eyeliner or liquid lip liner. The sac-type dispensing container 1 is used when applying the contents M to the skin or other areas to be applied. The sac-type dispensing container 1 is rod-shaped.
[0034] The ink sac-type content ejection container 1 extends along the axial direction D1, which is the direction in which the axis L of the ink sac-type content ejection container 1 extends. The ink sac-type content ejection container 1 includes an ink sac portion 10 for containing content M and a pressing mechanism portion 20 for ejecting the content M contained in the ink sac portion 10.
[0035] The ink cartridge 10 is designed to be detachable from the pressing mechanism 20. For example, after the contents M are used up, the ink cartridge 10 can be removed from the pressing mechanism 20. Furthermore, a new ink cartridge 10 can be installed on the pressing mechanism 20. In this invention, the direction in which the ink cartridge 10 is positioned as viewed from the pressing mechanism 20 and the direction in which the contents M are pushed out are referred to as "front," "front side," or "forward," and the direction in which the pressing mechanism 20 is positioned as viewed from the ink cartridge 10 is referred to as "rear," "rear side," or "rear."
[0036] First, the ink cartridge portion 10 will be described. The ink cartridge portion 10 includes a cover 11, an ink cartridge 12 on which the cover 11 is mounted, a sleeve 13 mounted on the front side of the ink cartridge 12, and an applicator 14 disposed inside the sleeve 13 and protruding forward from the sleeve 13. In addition, the ink cartridge portion 10 includes a tube 15 inserted into the applicator 14 and a tube holder 16 holding the tube 15 at the rear side of the tube 15.
[0037] The cap 11 is a bottomed cylindrical shape. The cap 11 is made of, for example, PP (polypropylene). The cap 11 has an annular protrusion 11b on its inner surface, and the ink cartridge 12 has a protrusion 12b on its outer surface that engages with the annular protrusion 11b along the axial direction D1. The ink cartridge 12 protrudes rearward from the cap 11 when the protrusion 12b engages with the annular protrusion 11b of the cap 11 along the axial direction D1.
[0038] The ink cartridge 12 is made of, for example, PP. The ink cartridge 12 defines a receiving chamber 12f that contains the contents M. The ink cartridge portion 10 has a piston 17 located at the rear of the receiving chamber 12f. The piston 17 is made of an elastomer. The space inside the ink cartridge 12, in front of the piston 17, is defined as the receiving chamber 12f. The piston 17 is used to push out the contents M and is configured to slide within the receiving chamber 12f.
[0039] The ink cartridge 12 has an external threaded portion 12c. The ink cartridge 10 is mounted to the pressing mechanism 20 by screwing the external threaded portion 12c onto the main body 2. It should be noted that the structure for mounting the ink cartridge 10 to the pressing mechanism 20 is not limited to the above-described screwing. For example, a structure in which protrusions are provided on the inner surfaces of both the ink cartridge 10 and the pressing mechanism 20, and the protrusions of the ink cartridge 10 engage with the protrusions of the pressing mechanism 20, can replace the above-described screwing.
[0040] The sleeve 13 is made of, for example, PP. The sleeve 13 has an insertion portion 13b that inserts into an opening 12d located at the front end of the ink cartridge 12, and a front end portion 13c located on the front side of the insertion portion 13b. The insertion portion 13b is cylindrical, and a tube holder 16 is inserted inside the insertion portion 13b. The front end portion 13c is the portion exposed to the outside when the contents of the ink cartridge are ejected from the container 1. The front end portion 13c has a tapered surface 13d that gradually decreases in diameter as it faces forward.
[0041] The applicator 14 is made of, for example, PBT (polybutylene terephthalate). The applicator 14 is, for example, a paintbrush. The applicator 14 is installed in the sleeve 13 with the front portion surrounding the tube 15. The applicator 14 is bundled inside the sleeve 13, and the front portion of the applicator 14 protrudes forward from the sleeve 13. Contents M are supplied to the applicator 14 through the tube 15 from the receiving chamber 12f.
[0042] The tube 15 is made of, for example, SUS (Steel Use Stainless). The tube 15 extends along the axial direction D1 inside the applicator 14 and inside the tube holder 16. The tube 15 has an opening 15b on the front side for supplying the contents M pushed out by the piston 17 to the applicator 14.
[0043] The tube holder 16 is made of, for example, PP. The tube holder 16 engages with the ink cartridge 12 along the axial direction D1 inside the ink cartridge 12. The tube holder 16 has a through hole 16b extending through the tube holder 16 along the axial direction D1, and a tube 15 is inserted into the through hole 16b. The through hole 16b communicates with a receiving chamber 12f, and the contents M of the receiving chamber 12f are supplied to the coating body 14 via the tube 15 inserted into the through hole 16b.
[0044] The ink cartridge 10 has a stirring member 18, for example, for agitating the contents M. The stirring member 18 and the contents M are housed together in a receiving chamber 12f of the ink cartridge 12. The stirring member 18 is made of, for example, SUS. The stirring member 18 is spherical. When the user shakes the ink cartridge to eject the contents from the container 1, the stirring member 18 moves within the receiving chamber 12f and agitates the contents M.
[0045] Next, the pressing mechanism 20 will be described. The pressing mechanism 20 includes, for example, a main body 2, a movable body 21, a threaded cylinder 22, a screw adjustment member 23, a first spring 24, a second spring 25, a third spring 26, a rotating member 27, a ratchet member 28, and a pressing member 29.
[0046] Figure 2 (a) A side view showing the moving body 21. Figure 2 (b) is Figure 2(a) Sectional view along line AA. For example... Figure 1 (a) Figure 1 (b) Figure 2 (a) and Figure 2 As shown in (b), the movable body 21 is cylindrical. The movable body 21 is made of, for example, PBT or POM (polyacetal). The movable body 21 is a component that pushes the piston 17 forward. The movable body 21 has an external thread 21b formed on its outer periphery, a pushing portion 21c that pushes the piston 17 in front of the external thread 21b, a flange portion 21d located behind the external thread 21b, and a cylindrical portion 21f extending rearward from the flange portion 21d.
[0047] The external thread 21b extends along the axial direction D1 in the central region containing the moving body 21. The pressing portion 21c is located in front of the external thread 21b and pushes the piston 17 from the rear as the moving body 21 advances. The flange portion 21d expands in diameter behind the external thread 21b. The first spring 24 abuts against the rearward-facing surface of the flange portion 21d. The cylindrical portion 21f is the part that enters the inner side of the first spring 24.
[0048] The movable body 21 is inserted into the inner side of the threaded cylinder 22, the threaded adjustment member 23, the first spring 24, the second spring 25, the third spring 26, and the rotating member 27. Furthermore, the movable body 21 has a cylindrical hole 21g into which the rod-shaped portion 27b of the rotating member 27 is inserted, and the cylindrical hole 21g penetrates the movable body 21 along the axial direction D1. The cross-sectional shape when the cylindrical hole 21g is cut with a plane orthogonal to the axial direction D1 is set to be non-circular (as an example, quadrilateral).
[0049] Figure 3 (a) A side view showing the threaded cylinder 22. Figure 3 (b) To demonstrate from and Figure 3 (a) Side view of the threaded cylinder 22 as viewed from different directions. Figure 4 This is a front view of the threaded cylinder 22 as seen from the front. (See attached image.) Figure 1 (a) Figure 1 (b) Figure 3 (a) Figure 3 (b) and Figure 4 As shown, the threaded cylinder 22 has an arm portion 22A with an internal thread 22b that engages with the external thread 21b of the moving body 21, a first engaging portion 22B that engages with the main body cylinder 2 at the rear side of the arm portion 22A, and a second engaging portion 22C that engages with the rotating member 27 at the rear of the first engaging portion 22B.
[0050] The threaded cylinder 22 is made of PBT, for example. The threaded cylinder 22 has a pair of arms 22A arranged, for example, along the radial direction D2 of the threaded cylinder 22. The arms 22A have an internal thread 22b formed on the inner circumferential surface facing the inner side of the arm 22A in the radial direction D2, an abutting portion 22c that abuts against the engagement adjustment member 23, an elastic portion 22d that elastically deforms along the radial direction D2, and a base portion 22g located between the elastic portion 22d and the first engaging portion 22B.
[0051] The abutment portion 22c has a front end face 22h that forms the front end of the threaded cylinder 22, and an inclined surface 22j that extends radially outward and rearward from the front end face 22h. The inclined surface 22j is, for example, a curved surface that bends radially inward and rearward. As the ink sac portion 10 is installed into the main body cylinder 2, the engagement adjustment member 23 moves rearward, at which time a portion of the engagement adjustment member 23 climbs onto the inclined surface 22j and is located radially outward of the elastic portion 22d.
[0052] The elastic portion 22d has a narrow portion 22k extending forward from the base 22g, and a wide portion 22m expanding circumferentially from the front end of the narrow portion 22k along the threaded cylinder 22. The wide portion 22m is disposed between the abutting portion 22c and the narrow portion 22k. Between a pair of elastic portions 22d arranged radially D2, a recess 22p is formed into which a portion of the engagement adjustment member 23 enters.
[0053] The recess 22p includes a first recess 22q located between a pair of narrow portions 22k arranged radially along D2, and a second recess 22r located between a pair of wide portions 22m arranged radially along D2. The length of the first recess 22q in the circumferential direction of the threaded cylinder 22 is greater than the length of the second recess 22r in the circumferential direction of the threaded cylinder 22.
[0054] With the ink cartridge 10 installed on the main body 2, a portion of the engagement adjustment member 23 enters the recess 22p. Between the first recess 22q and the second recess 22r, a contact portion 22s is formed where a portion of the engagement adjustment member 23 abuts. If the ink cartridge 10 is removed from the main body 2, the engagement adjustment member 23 advances forward, and the advancing engagement adjustment member 23 abuts against the contact portion 22s, thereby expanding the elastic portion 22d (wide portion 22m) radially outwards towards D2.
[0055] The first engaging portion 22B has a plurality of protrusions 22t arranged circumferentially on the outer peripheral surface of the threaded cylinder 22, an annular recess 22v located behind the protrusions 22t, and an annular protrusion 22w located behind the annular recess 22v. The protrusions 22t engage with the inner surface of the main body cylinder 2 in the rotational direction, and the annular recesses 22v and annular protrusions 22w engage with the inner surface of the main body cylinder 2 in the axial direction D1. Therefore, the threaded cylinder 22 engages with the main body cylinder 2 in a manner in which it cannot move in the rotational direction and cannot move in the axial direction.
[0056] The second engaging portion 22C has a plurality of first teeth 22x arranged circumferentially along the threaded cylinder 22, and a recess 22y located between two of the aforementioned circumferentially arranged first teeth 22x. As an example, the second engaging portion 22C has eight first teeth 22x and eight recesses 22y. The first teeth 22x are provided to allow the rotating member 27 to rotate relative to the threaded cylinder 22.
[0057] The first tooth 22x has a first surface 22x1 extending along the axial direction D1, an inclined surface 22x2 extending rearward from the rear end of the first surface 22x1 and in one direction toward the circumference of the threaded cylinder 22, and a second surface 22x3 extending forward from the rear end of the inclined surface 22x2. The length of the second surface 22x3 in the axial direction D1 is greater than the length of the first surface 22x1 in the axial direction D1.
[0058] Figure 5 (a) A side view showing the engagement adjustment component 23. Figure 5 (b) is Figure 5 (a) BB line section view. Figure 6 This is a rear view of the engagement adjustment component 23, viewed from the rear. (See image below.) Figure 1 (a) Figure 1 (b) Figure 5 (a) Figure 5 (b) and Figure 6 As shown, the engagement adjustment member 23 has a forward-facing annular portion 23A and an arm portion 23B extending rearward from the annular portion 23A. The engagement adjustment member 23 adjusts the engagement of the internal thread 22b of the threaded cylinder 22 with respect to the external thread 21b of the moving body 21. The engagement adjustment member 23 is, for example, made of PBT.
[0059] The annular portion 23A is the part that, when the engagement adjustment member 23 moves rearward, mounts the threaded cylinder 22, causing the diameter of the threaded cylinder 22 to decrease and engaging the internal thread 22b with the external thread 21b. The annular portion 23A has a through hole 23b extending along the axial direction D1. The through hole 23b is defined by a first inner circumferential surface 23c, a second inner circumferential surface 23d with a larger inner diameter than the first inner circumferential surface 23c, and a rear side surface 23f extending radially along the annular portion 23A from the front end of the second inner circumferential surface 23d to the rear end of the first inner circumferential surface 23c. The second inner circumferential surface 23d is located behind the first inner circumferential surface 23c.
[0060] The engagement adjustment component 23 has a pair of arms 23B arranged radially D2. The arms 23B enter the recess 22p of the threaded cylinder 22 (see...). Figure 3 (a)) moves along the axial direction D1. The arm 23B is the part where the diameter of the elastic part 22d expands when the engagement adjustment member 23 moves forward, thereby disengaging the internal thread 22b from the external thread 21b.
[0061] Arm portion 23B has a base portion 23g extending rearward from annular portion 23A, an extension portion 23h extending circumferentially to both sides of annular portion 23A from the rear end of base portion 23g, and an extension portion 23j extending rearward from extension portion 23h. Extension portion 23h has an inclined surface 23k that expands circumferentially from base portion 23g along annular portion 23A, an extension portion 23m extending rearward from inclined surface 23k, and a blade portion 23p protruding circumferentially from rear of extension portion 23m toward annular portion 23A.
[0062] like Figure 1 As shown in (a), the first spring 24 is housed inside the rotating member 27. The first spring 24 is disposed between the bottom surface 27c of the bottomed cylindrical rotating member 27 and the flange portion 21d of the moving body 21, and is capable of extending and retracting in the axial direction D1. The first spring 24 exerts a force on the moving body 21 forward inside the rotating member 27.
[0063] The second spring 25 is disposed between the annular protrusion 22w of the threaded cylinder 22 and the flange 27d of the rotating member 27, and is capable of extension and retraction in the axial direction D1. The second spring 25 exerts a rearward force on the rotating member 27 relative to the threaded cylinder 22. The third spring 26 is disposed between the annular portion 23A of the engagement adjustment member 23 and the protrusion 22t of the threaded cylinder 22, and is capable of extension and retraction in the axial direction D1. The third spring 26 exerts a forward force on the engagement adjustment member 23 relative to the threaded cylinder 22. The first spring 24, the second spring 25, and the third spring 26 are each made of, for example, SUS.
[0064] Figure 7 (a) A side view showing the rotating part 27. Figure 7(b) is Figure 7 (a) CC line section view. Figure 8 To show a perspective view of the rotating component 27. (e.g.) Figure 1 (a) Figure 1 (b) Figure 7 (a) Figure 7 (b) and Figure 8 As shown, the rotating component 27 is a bottomed cylindrical shape. The rotating component 27 has a rod-shaped portion 27b protruding forward within the rotating component 27 and a cylindrical portion 27f including a bottom surface 27c. The rotating component 27 is made of, for example, PBT or POM.
[0065] The cross-sectional shape of the rod-shaped portion 27b when cut with a section orthogonal to the axial direction D1 is set to be non-circular (for example, quadrilateral). The rod-shaped portion 27b engages with the cylindrical hole 21g of the moving body 21 in the rotational direction. As a result, the moving body 21 and the rotating component 27 can rotate synchronously.
[0066] The cylindrical portion 27f has a first engaging portion 27g that engages with the threaded cylinder 22, a second engaging portion 27h that engages with the ratchet member 28, and a third engaging portion 27j that engages with the pressing member 29. The first engaging portion 27g, the second engaging portion 27h, and the third engaging portion 27j are arranged sequentially along the axial direction D1.
[0067] The first engaging portion 27g is located at the front end of the cylindrical portion 27f. The first engaging portion 27g has a plurality of second teeth 27k arranged circumferentially along the rotating member 27 and a recess 27m located between two of the aforementioned circumferentially arranged second teeth 27k. As an example, the first engaging portion 27g has eight second teeth 27k and eight recesses 27m. The second teeth 27k are provided to allow the rotating member 27 to rotate relative to the threaded cylinder 22.
[0068] The second tooth 27k has a third surface 27k1 extending along the axial direction D1, an inclined surface 27k2 extending rearward from the front end of the third surface 27k1 and in one direction circumferentially toward the rotating member 27, and a fourth surface 27k3 extending rearward from the rear end of the inclined surface 27k2. The length of the fourth surface 27k3 in the axial direction D1 is less than the length of the third surface 27k1 in the axial direction D1.
[0069] For example, the tilt angle of inclined surface 27k2 relative to the axial direction D1 is the same as that of inclined surface 22x2 (see...). Figure 3 (a) and Figure 3(b) The tilt angle relative to the axial direction D1 is the same. The rotating component 27 is configured to move relative to the threaded cylinder 22 along the axial direction D1. When the rotating component 27 moves forward, the second tooth 27k meshes with the first tooth 22x, and at the same time, the inclined surface 27k2 abuts against the inclined surface 22x2. With this abutment, the rotating component 27 rotates relative to the threaded cylinder 22 by a certain angle (45° for example).
[0070] The second engaging portion 27h is located behind the flange portion 27d. The second engaging portion 27h has a plurality of fourth teeth 27p that engage with the third tooth 28b of the ratchet member 28 described later. As an example, the second engaging portion 27h has eight fourth teeth 27p. The fourth teeth 27p have a fifth surface 27p1 extending along the axial direction D1, and an inclined surface 27p2 extending forward from the rear end of the fifth surface 27p1 and toward one direction in the circumferential direction of the rotating member 27.
[0071] For example, the length of the fourth tooth 27p in the circumferential direction of the rotating member 27 is twice the length of the second tooth 27k in the circumferential direction of the rotating member 27. Furthermore, the position of the front end (the end on the base side) of the inclined surface 27p2 in the fourth tooth 27p coincides with the position of the front end of the fifth surface 27p1 in the adjacent second tooth 27k. That is, the fourth tooth 27p is formed continuously along the circumferential direction of the rotating member 27.
[0072] The third engaging portion 27j is located at the rear end of the rotating member 27. The third engaging portion 27j has a plurality of annular recesses 27q arranged along the axial direction D1. The annular recesses 27q engage with the inner surface of the pressing member 29 along the axial direction D1. Thus, the rotating member 27 engages with the pressing member 29 along the axial direction D1, and engages with the pressing member 29 in a rotatable manner.
[0073] Figure 9 (a) A side view showing the ratchet component 28. Figure 9 (b) is Figure 9 (a) DD line section view. Figure 10 To show a perspective view of ratchet component 28. (e.g.) Figure 1 (a) Figure 1 (b) Figure 9 (a) Figure 9 (b) and Figure 10 As shown, the ratchet component 28 is a cylindrical shape with a stepped portion. The ratchet component 28 is made of, for example, PBT or POM.
[0074] The ratchet component 28 has a first engaging portion 28c that engages with the rotating component 27 and a second engaging portion 28d that engages with the main body cylinder 2. The first engaging portion 28c is located at the front end of the ratchet component 28. The first engaging portion 28c has a plurality of third teeth 28b that engage with the fourth tooth 27p of the rotating component 27. As an example, the first engaging portion 28c has eight third teeth 28b. The third tooth 28b has a sixth surface 28b1 extending along the axial direction D1 and an inclined surface 28b2 extending rearward from the front end of the sixth surface 28b1 and toward one direction in the circumferential direction of the ratchet component 28.
[0075] For example, the length of the third tooth 28b in the circumferential direction of the ratchet component 28 is the same as the length of the fourth tooth 27p in the circumferential direction of the rotating component 27. The third tooth 28b is provided to enable the rotating component 27 to rotate relative to the ratchet component 28. The tilt angle of the inclined surface 28b2 relative to the axial direction D1 is the same as the tilt angle of the inclined surface 27p2 relative to the axial direction D1.
[0076] The rotating component 27 is configured to move along the axial direction D1 relative to the ratchet component 28. When the rotating component 27 moves backward, the fourth tooth 27p engages with the third tooth 28b, and at the same time, the inclined surface 27p2 abuts against the inclined surface 28b2. With this abutment, the rotating component 27 rotates a certain angle relative to the ratchet component 28.
[0077] The second engaging portion 28d is located behind the first engaging portion 28c. The second engaging portion 28d has an annular protrusion 28f and a plurality of protrusions 28g located behind the annular protrusion 28f and arranged circumferentially along the ratchet member 28. The annular protrusion 28f abuts against the protrusion 2b formed on the inner surface of the main body cylinder 2 from the front, thereby preventing the ratchet member 28 from disengaging from the main body cylinder 2.
[0078] The protrusion 28g engages with the protrusion 2c formed on the inner surface of the main body cylinder 2 in the direction of rotation. Thus, the ratchet member 28 engages with the main body cylinder 2 in a manner that allows movement along the axial direction but not in the direction of rotation (it can rotate synchronously). The ratchet member 28 has a recess 28j extending forward from the rear end face 28h. The recess 28j is the portion into which a part of the pressing member 29 enters.
[0079] Figure 11 (a) A side view showing the pressing component 29. Figure 11 (b) is Figure 11 (a) Sectional view of the EE line. For example... Figure 1 (a) Figure 1 (b) Figure 11 (a) and Figure 11As shown in (b), the pressing member 29 is in the shape of a bottomed cylinder (as an example, it is a bottomed cylindrical shape). The pressing member 29 is a part that protrudes rearward from the rear end face 2d of the main body cylinder 2 and is pressed forward by the user.
[0080] The pressing member 29 has a bottomed cylindrical portion 29b and a protrusion 29c protruding from the cylindrical portion 29b along the axial direction D1. The cylindrical portion 29b has an annular concave-convex portion 29d formed on its inner circumferential surface and a plurality of protrusions 29g protruding from the bottom surface 29f of the cylindrical portion 29b. The protrusions 29g are the parts that contact the rear end face 27r of the rotating member 27. The annular concave-convex portion 29d engages with the annular recess 27q of the rotating member 27 along the axial direction D1. Thus, the pressing member 29 engages with the rotating member 27 along the axial direction D1 and moves together with the rotating member 27 along the axial direction D1.
[0081] The pressing member 29 has a pair of protrusions 29c arranged radially D2. The protrusions 29c are portions that enter the recesses 28j of the ratchet member 28. The protrusions 29c enter the recesses 28j, thereby engaging the protrusions 29c with the recesses 28j in the rotational direction. Thus, the pressing member 29 is engaged with the ratchet member 28 in a manner that allows movement in the axial direction but prevents movement in the rotational direction.
[0082] Figure 12 (a) is a side view showing the main body tube 2. Figure 12 (b) is Figure 12 (a) is a section view along the FF line. For example... Figure 1 (a) Figure 12 (a) and Figure 12 As shown in (b), the main body cylinder 2 has a smooth outer peripheral surface 2j. That is, the outer peripheral surface 2j is designed to be a smooth shape without any bumps or depressions.
[0083] The inner surface of the main body cylinder 2 has a first engaging portion 2A that engages with the ratchet component 28, a second engaging portion 2B that engages with the threaded cylinder 22, and an internal thread portion 2f for mounting the ink sac portion 10. The first engaging portion 2A, the second engaging portion 2B, and the internal thread portion 2f are arranged sequentially from rear to front.
[0084] The first engaging portion 2A has an annular protrusion 28f of the ratchet member 28 that abuts against the front of a protrusion 2b, and a plurality of protrusions 2c arranged circumferentially along the rear of the protrusion 2b of the main body cylinder 2. The protrusion 2b extends circumferentially along the main body cylinder 2, and the protrusions 2c extend along the axial direction D1. The second engaging portion 2B has a plurality of protrusions 2g that engage with the protrusion 22t of the threaded cylinder 22 in the rotational direction, and a protrusion 2h that engages with the annular recess 22v and the annular protrusion 22w of the threaded cylinder 22 along the axial direction D1.
[0085] The protrusion 2g extends along the axial direction D1, and the protrusion 2h extends circumferentially along the rear end of the protrusion 2g. The internal thread 2f is formed on the front part of the main body cylinder 2. The ink sac 10 (ink sac 12) is mounted on the main body cylinder 2 by screwing the external thread 12c of the ink sac cylinder 12 into the internal thread 2f.
[0086] The following describes the order of dispensing the contents M from the ink sac-type dispensing container 1 with the above-described structure and the sequence of using the ink sac-type dispensing container 1. First, remove the cap 11 from the ink sac-type dispensing container 1 to expose the ink sac tube 12, sleeve 13, and coating body 14.
[0087] If the pressing component 29 is pressed forward, the rotating component 27 moves forward against the force of the second spring 25, and the second tooth 27k of the rotating component 27 abuts against the first tooth 22x of the threaded cylinder 22. At this time, as Figure 1 (a) Figure 3 (a) and Figure 7 As shown in (a), the inclined surface 27k2 of the second tooth 27k abuts against the inclined surface 22x2 of the first tooth 22x, and the rotating component 27 rotates relative to the threaded cylinder 22 in one direction (e.g., clockwise when viewed from the rear). At this time, the second tooth 27k enters the recess 22y, and simultaneously, the third surface 27k1 abuts against the second surface 22x3, thereby producing a "clicking" collision sound. If the rotating component 27 rotates relative to the threaded cylinder 22 in one direction, the moving body 21 rotates together with the rotating component 27 in the same direction.
[0088] Furthermore, if the pressure on the pressing member 29 is released, the rotating member 27 moves rearward due to the force of the second spring 25, and the fourth tooth 27p of the rotating member 27 abuts against the third tooth 28b of the ratchet member 28. At this time, as Figure 1 , Figure 7 (a) and Figure 9 As shown in (a), the inclined surface 27p2 of the fourth tooth 27p abuts against the inclined surface 28b2 of the third tooth 28b, and the rotating component 27 rotates in one direction relative to the ratchet component 28. If the rotating component 27 rotates in one direction relative to the ratchet component 28, the moving body 21 rotates in the same direction as the rotating component 27.
[0089] As described above, when the pressing member 29 is pressed, the rotating member 27 rotates in one direction relative to the threaded cylinder 22, and when the pressing member 29 is released, the rotating member 27 rotates in one direction relative to the ratchet member 28. As an example, the rotating member 27 rotates 45° by pressing and releasing the pressing member 29 once.
[0090] If the movable body 21 rotates in one direction, it advances relative to the threaded cylinder 22 due to the engagement of the internal thread 22b and the external thread 21b. As the movable body 21 advances, the piston 17 advances within the receiving chamber 12f of the ink cartridge 12, through which the contents M are supplied to the applicator 14 for use. In the ink cartridge type contents ejection container 1, the movable body 21 can advance in both the case of pressing the pressing member 29 and the case of releasing the pressing member 29.
[0091] Figure 13 A cross-sectional view of container 1 showing the contents of an ink sac-type container after the contents M have been used up. (Example:) Figure 13 As shown, when the moving body 21 is advancing and the contents M is empty, the piston 17 contacts the tube holder 16. In the ink sac type contents ejection container 1, the ink sac portion 10 with empty contents M can be removed from the main body 2, and a new ink sac portion 10 can be installed on the main body 2. The following describes the operation of each part when removing the ink sac portion 10 from the main body 2, and the operation of each part when installing a new ink sac portion 10 on the main body 2.
[0092] First, when the ink sac portion 10 is removed from the main body cylinder 2, the ink sac portion 10 is rotated relative to the main body cylinder 2, and the ink sac cylinder 12 is removed from the main body cylinder 2. At this time, the threaded adjustment component 23 advances relative to the threaded cylinder 22 due to the force of the third spring 26.
[0093] like Figure 3 (a) Figure 5 (b) and Figure 13 As shown, if the engagement adjustment member 23 advances relative to the threaded cylinder 22, it advances onto the annular portion 23A of the threaded cylinder 22, and the protruding portion 23h of the arm portion 23B abuts against the abutting portion 22s of the elastic portion 22d. Through the abutting portion 22s of the protruding portion 23h, the elastic portion 22d is expanded radially outward by D2, thereby disengaging the internal thread 22b from the external thread 21b. If the engagement of the internal thread 22b with the external thread 21b is disengaged, the moving body 21 moves forward due to the force of the first spring 24. At this time, the front end 21h of the moving body 21 is positioned to protrude further forward than the front end 2k of the main body cylinder 2.
[0094] Next, the operation of the components when installing the new ink cartridge 10 onto the main body cylinder 2 will be explained. For example... Figure 1 , Figure 3 (a) Figure 3 (b) and Figure 5As shown in (b), the piston 17 of the ink sac 10 is brought into contact with the front end 21h of the moving body 21. While inserting the ink sac cylinder 12 into the main body cylinder 2, the moving body 21 is pushed backward and the external thread 12c is screwed into the internal thread 2f.
[0095] At this time, the movable body 21 moves backward against the force of the first spring 24. Furthermore, the screw-in adjusting member 23 is pushed backward by the ink sac tube 12, and the annular portion 23A abuts against the abutting portion 22c of the threaded cylinder 22. At this time, the annular portion 23A moves backward onto the inclined surface 22j and then onto the elastic portion 22d.
[0096] Thus, as the annular portion 23A moves rearward and onto the elastic portion 22d, the elastic portion 22d is pressed inward toward the radial direction D2, thereby engaging the internal thread 22b with the external thread 21b. In this state, by removing the cap 11 and pushing (pressing) the pressing member 29, as described above, the moving body 21 and the piston 17 advance, and the contents M are supplied to the applicator 14, making the ink capsule-type contents ejector container 1 usable.
[0097] Next, the effects of the ink sac-type dispensing container 1 according to this embodiment will be described in detail. The ink sac-type dispensing container 1 includes an ink sac portion 10 for receiving contents M and a main body cylinder 2 for mounting the ink sac portion 10, and the ink sac portion 10 is detachable from the main body cylinder 2. Therefore, after the contents M are used up, the ink sac portion 10 can be removed from the main body cylinder 2, and only the ink sac portion 10 is discarded, thereby reducing the number of discarded parts.
[0098] The ink sac-type contents ejection container 1 includes a threaded cylinder 22 having an elastic portion 22d that elastically deforms radially D2, a movable body 21 having an external thread 21b that engages with the internal thread 22b of the threaded cylinder 22 and which advances to eject the contents M inside the ink sac 10, a rotating member 27 that rotates synchronously with the movable body 21, and a pressing member 29 that is pressable. The rotating member 27 has a second tooth 27k that engages with a first tooth 22x provided on the inner side of the main body cylinder 2. When the pressing member 29 is pressed, the rotating member 27 advances, the second tooth 27k engages with the first tooth 22x, and the rotating member 27 and the movable body 21 rotate relative to the threaded cylinder 22, thereby causing the movable body 21 to advance.
[0099] Therefore, by pressing the pressing member 29, the rotating member 27 and the moving body 21 can be rotated relative to the threaded cylinder 22, and the moving body 21 is moved forward with this rotation, thereby discharging the contents M, thus improving the usability of the ink cartridge dispensing container 1. That is, the ink cartridge dispensing container 1 can be held with one hand and the pressing member 29 can be pressed with one hand to dispense the contents M, thus providing a highly usable ink cartridge dispensing container 1. As described above, in the ink cartridge dispensing container 1, the contents M can be dispensed by pressing, thus further improving usability.
[0100] The ink sac-type contents ejection container 1 according to this embodiment is equipped with a first spring 24 that applies a force to the moving body 21 forward. Therefore, when the ink sac portion 10 is removed from the main body 2, the moving body 21 can be moved forward by the first spring 24.
[0101] The ink sac-type contents ejection container 1 according to this embodiment includes a second spring 25, which is disposed between the threaded cylinder 22 and the rotating member 27. When the pressure on the pressing member 29 is released, the rotating member 27 and the pressing member 29 move rearward. Therefore, when the pressure on the pressing member 29 is released, the rotating member 27 and the pressing member 29 can be moved rearward by the second spring 25.
[0102] The ink cartridge-type dispensing container 1 according to this embodiment includes a ratchet component 28 disposed between a rotating component 27 and a pressing component 29, and has a plurality of third teeth 28b arranged circumferentially. The rotating component 27 has a plurality of fourth teeth 27p arranged circumferentially and engaging with the third teeth 28b. When the pressing of the pressing component 29 is released, the rotating component 27 moves rearward, the fourth teeth 27p engage with the third teeth 28b, and simultaneously, the rotating component 27 and the moving body 21 rotate relative to the ratchet component 28, thereby utilizing the screwing action of the external thread 21b and the internal thread 22b, and the moving body 21 moves forward. Therefore, not only when the pressing component 29 is pressed, but also when the pressing of the pressing component 29 is released, the moving body 21 can be moved forward and the contents M can be dispensed. Therefore, the usability of the ink cartridge-type dispensing container 1 can be further improved.
[0103] The ink sac-type contents ejection container 1 according to this embodiment includes a third spring 26, which is disposed between the engagement adjustment member 23 and the threaded cylinder 22. When the ink sac portion 10 is removed from the main body cylinder 2, the engagement adjustment member 23 is advanced. Therefore, when the ink sac portion 10 is removed from the main body cylinder 2, the engagement adjustment member 23 is advanced by the third spring 26, thereby causing the elastic portion 22d to expand radially D2, thereby easily disengaging the internal thread 22b from the external thread 21b.
[0104] In this embodiment, when the ink sac portion 10 is installed on the main body cylinder 2, the engagement adjustment member 23 is pushed by the ink sac portion 10 and moves rearward, causing the elastic portion 22d of the threaded cylinder 22 to narrow radially D2, and causing the internal thread 22b to engage with the external thread 21b. Therefore, when the ink sac portion 10 is installed, the engagement adjustment member 23 can move rearward, thereby engaging the internal thread 22b with the external thread 21b, thus making it easy to engage the internal thread 22b with the external thread 21b.
[0105] In this embodiment, the ink sac 10 has a receiving chamber 12f containing the contents M and a piston 17 disposed in the receiving chamber 12f. The moving body 21 pushes out the contents M via the piston 17. Therefore, when the contents M are liquid, leakage of the liquid contents can be suppressed by the piston 17. Moreover, the liquid contents can be pushed out by the piston 17.
[0106] The embodiments of the ink sac-type dispensing container of the present invention have been described above. However, the ink sac-type dispensing container of the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments and can be modified or used in other structures within the scope of the claims. That is, the structure, shape, size, material, and arrangement of the components constituting the ink sac-type dispensing container can be appropriately changed within the scope of the above-described scope.
[0107] For example, in the above embodiment, an example of a threaded cylinder 22 having a first tooth 22x was described. However, the first tooth may also be provided in a location other than the threaded cylinder 22. That is, the first tooth may also be provided separately from the threaded cylinder 22. For example, a plurality of first teeth arranged circumferentially on the inner surface of the main body cylinder 2 may be provided. In this way, the type and location of the component providing the first tooth can be appropriately changed.
[0108] For example, in the above embodiment, the pressing mechanism 20 having the first spring 24, the second spring 25, and the third spring 26 has been described. However, the ink sac type contents dispensing container may also have a pressing mechanism that does not have any of the first spring 24, the second spring 25, and the third spring 26. When the internal thread 22b is disengaged from the external thread 21b, the moving part 21 can be manually advanced instead of the first spring 24. Furthermore, for example, the ink sac cartridge 12 may have a mechanism for moving the engagement adjustment member 23 forward, and the engagement adjustment member 23 may be advanced by another component instead of the third spring 26 that applies force forward to the engagement adjustment member 23.
[0109] For example, in the above embodiment, a pressing mechanism 20 having a ratchet member 28 with a third tooth 28b was described. However, a cylindrical member without teeth may be provided instead of the ratchet member 28. Furthermore, in the above embodiment, an ink sac-type contents ejector 1 that houses an ink sac section 10 containing contents M of a liquid cosmetic was described. However, the contents may be a substance other than a liquid cosmetic. For example, the contents may be liquid drawing materials such as ink. Furthermore, the contents may be a substance other than a liquid, or a stick-shaped cosmetic or stick-shaped drawing material. In this case, the piston 17 can be omitted from the ink sac section, and a structure can be provided where the contents M are directly pushed by the moving body 21. Thus, the type of contents can be appropriately changed.
