The method comprises the following steps: acquiring point cloud data of an object in a first preset range centered on a preset device when a first distance between a staff member and the preset device is less than a first preset distance threshold; identifying point cloud data of a human object and the preset device from the point cloud data; confirming a contact condition between the staff member and the preset device according to the point cloud data of the staff member and the point cloud data of the preset device when it is identified that the staff member and a non-staff member exist in the human object according to the point cloud data of the human object; and confirming that the staff member has the customer operation behavior when the staff member and the preset device have the contact. The method can improve the timeliness of identifying the customer operation behavior.
