[0032] The exemplary embodiments will be described in detail herein with reference to the attached drawings. In the following description, like reference numerals refer to like elements throughout the description. The following exemplary embodiments described herein represent the best attempts at providing embodiments in conformity with the present disclosure. They are not intended to represent that all embodiments in conformity with the present disclosure are exhausted.
[0033] With the development of communication technology, the use function of terminal, especially mobile terminal, is more and more, and the user's demand for terminal is more and more. For example, the user not only needs the terminal to provide good communication function, but also needs the terminal to provide good audio-visual function, so various manufacturers are increasing the screen ratio of the display screen on the terminal.
[0034] At present, the sound outlet hole at the top of the terminal is usually arranged on the display screen of the terminal. Such arrangement has certain limitation to the display screen, resulting in that the area of the display screen cannot be further increased.
[0035] At the same time, the user's requirement for the sound effect of the terminal is also increasing. In order to ensure the sound quality, the front sound cavity and the rear sound cavity of the terminal need to have a certain space, which also occupies a lot of space of the terminal, which is not conducive to the thinning of the terminal.
[0036] In order to overcome the problems in the related art, the present disclosure provides a sound outlet assembly and a terminal.
[0037] The sound outlet assembly of the present disclosure can be used in a terminal, comprising: an earpiece; a first sound cavity, the earpiece is arranged in the first sound cavity, and the first sound cavity is located in a first accommodating slot on a middle frame of the terminal; a second sound cavity, the second sound cavity is located in a second accommodating slot on the middle frame; a first sound guide channel, arranged on the middle frame, and the first sound guide channel communicates the first sound cavity and the second sound cavity; a second sound guide channel, arranged on the middle frame, and the second sound guide channel communicates the second sound cavity; and a sound outlet hole, communicating with the second sound guide channel, the sound emitted by the earpiece is transmitted to the outside of the sound outlet assembly in turn through the first sound cavity, the first sound guide channel, the second sound cavity, the second sound guide channel and the sound outlet hole.
[0038] The present disclosure is arranged, which uses the second accommodating slot on the middle frame as the second sound cavity. Such arrangement can reduce the space of the sound outlet assembly occupied by the sound cavity for sound outlet on the basis of ensuring the sound effect, which is conducive to the thinning of the sound outlet assembly. The sound emitted from the earpiece enters the second sound cavity through the first sound guide channel, and then passes through the second sound guide channel after being enlarged by the second sound cavity and is transmitted to the outside through the sound outlet hole. Such arrangement can optimize the sound effect of the sound outlet by using the second sound cavity, and improve the sound outlet effect of the sound outlet assembly.
[0039] In the present disclosure, the terminal can be any one of a mobile phone, a computer, a notebook computer, a tablet computer, a laptop computer, a personal digital assistant, a wearable electronic device, etc.
[0040] Figure 1 is a cross-sectional structural schematic diagram of a sound outlet assembly according to an exemplary embodiment. Figure 2 is another cross-sectional structural schematic diagram of a sound outlet assembly according to an exemplary embodiment. Figure 5 is another cross-sectional structural schematic diagram of a terminal according to an exemplary embodiment.
[0041] As shown in Figure 1 , Figure 2 and Figure 5 , the sound outlet assembly of the present disclosure can include a first sound cavity, a middle frame 80, a second sound cavity, a first sound guide channel 401, a second sound guide channel 402, and a sound outlet hole.
[0042] In the present disclosure, the first sound cavity can include an earpiece 40. In the present disclosure, the earpiece 40 can be a ducted micro earpiece or the like having a sound emitting unit. For example, a loudspeaker or the like can be included in the earpiece 40. When the earpiece 40 is an earpiece, the earpiece 40 can include an earpiece front sound cavity 42 and an earpiece rear sound cavity 41, and in this case, the sound emitted by the earpiece 40 can be conducted from the earpiece rear sound cavity 41 to the earpiece front sound cavity 42. It should be noted that the front sound cavity and the rear sound cavity mentioned in the present disclosure are only used to distinguish the functional intervals inside the earpiece and do not limit the specific positional relationship.
[0043] In the present disclosure, the middle frame 80 can be a bracket or a structure having a supporting function. The material of the middle frame 80 is not specifically limited in the present disclosure and can be plastic, metal, or a combination of plastic and metal. The earpiece 40 can be disposed in the first sound cavity, and the first sound cavity can be located in a first accommodating groove 101 on the middle frame 80. That is, the earpiece 40 is disposed in the middle frame and located in the first accommodating groove 101. As shown in Figure 7 , the earpiece 40 can be disposed in the middle frame 80 by using a third adhesive 31 and a fourth adhesive 410.
[0044] In the present disclosure, the third adhesive 31 can be double-sided tape, foam tape, foam, or the like, which can play a sealing role. In the present disclosure, the fourth adhesive 410 can be silicone, which has a certain deformation and can play a role of interference sealing.
[0045] In the present disclosure, the middle frame 80 can include a second accommodating groove 102, and the second sound cavity can be located in the second accommodating groove 102. In this embodiment, the second accommodating groove 102 can be a space with a cavity structure provided on the middle frame 80 for accommodating any component. For example, the second accommodating groove 102 can be used to accommodate or provide an identification card. For example, when the sound emitting assembly is used in a terminal such as a mobile phone, the second accommodating groove 102 can be used to accommodate a user identification card, i.e., a SIM (Subscriber Identity Module) card.
[0046] In the present embodiment, the sound emitting assembly can further include a circuit board 20, which can be used to provide power supply to the earpiece 40, or control the electronic components such as the earpiece 40, the identification card, etc. through the circuit board 20. In the present disclosure, the circuit board 20 can be a main board of the terminal, or a small board of the terminal, which is not limited in the present disclosure. The main board can be a circuit board inside the terminal for controlling the operation of the terminal, and the small board can also be a circuit board inside the terminal for controlling the operation of the terminal.
[0047] In the present disclosure, the circuit board 20 can be arranged at the opening of the second accommodating groove 102. In this case, the second accommodating groove 102 of the middle frame 80 can be a slot formed on the surface of the middle frame 80, and the circuit board 20 arranged at the opening can form a closed space with the second accommodating groove 102, so that the second accommodating groove 102 can be configured as a second sound cavity.
[0048] In the present embodiment, the circuit board 20 can be sealed with the second accommodating groove by the second adhesive 32. Specifically, for example, the second accommodating groove can include a first side wall 501 and a second side wall 502 arranged oppositely. The first side wall 501 can be adjacent to the first sound cavity. The second accommodating groove can be adhered with the first side wall 501 and the second side wall 502 respectively by the second adhesive 32. In the present disclosure, the second adhesive 32 can be double-sided tape, foam tape, foam, or other materials capable of sealing.
[0049] In the present disclosure, the first sound channel 401 can be arranged on the middle frame 80, and the first sound channel 401 can communicate the first sound cavity and the second sound cavity. For example, a first opening 511 can be arranged on the first side wall 501, and the first sound channel 401 communicates the second accommodating groove and the second sound cavity through the first opening 511. In this case, the sound emitted by the earpiece 40 can pass through the first sound channel 401 and be transmitted to the second sound cavity.
[0050] In the present disclosure, the second sound channel 402 can be arranged on the middle frame 80, and the second sound channel 402 can communicate with the second sound cavity, so that the sound emitted by the earpiece 40 can pass through the first sound cavity, the first sound channel 401, the second sound cavity, and then be transmitted to the second sound channel 402.
[0051] In the present disclosure, the sound hole can be in communication with the second sound guide channel 402, and the sound emitted by the earpiece 40 can be transmitted to the outside of the sound emitting assembly in turn through the first sound cavity, the first sound guide channel 401, the second sound cavity, the second sound guide channel 402, and the sound hole.
[0052] Generally, the sound emitted by the speaker of the earpiece of the terminal needs to pass through the rear sound cavity of the earpiece and the front sound cavity of the earpiece and then be emitted, and the space sizes of the rear sound cavity and the front sound cavity will have different effects on the sound effect, for example, the front sound cavity and the rear sound cavity need to have a certain space. In some cases, the space of the front sound cavity needs to be large, and only in this way can the sound effect meet the requirements of the user. In this case, the design of the present disclosure is that the earpiece 40 is arranged in the first accommodating groove 101, so that the first accommodating groove 101 is divided into the earpiece front sound cavity 42 and the earpiece rear sound cavity 41, and the space of the second accommodating groove 102 can also be used as the front sound cavity of the earpiece 40, so that the space size of the front sound cavity of the earpiece 40 can be increased, which is beneficial to improving the sound effect of the earpiece 40. Moreover, since the second accommodating groove 102 can be used as the front sound cavity of the earpiece 40, in this case, the space size of the earpiece front sound cavity 42 can also be correspondingly reduced, which is beneficial to realizing the thinning of the terminal under the condition of ensuring the sound effect.
[0053] In the exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, the first opening 511 can be provided with a first dustproof member 61, and the first dustproof member 61 can be a dustproof net. The first dustproof member 61 can be arranged on the first side wall 501 and face the inside of the second accommodating groove 102. The first dustproof member 61 can cover the first opening 511. Such an arrangement can prevent dust, impurities, foreign matters and the like outside the terminal from entering the second accommodating groove 102 and causing damage to the earpiece 40, thereby prolonging the service life of the earpiece 40 of the terminal and improving the quality.
[0054] In the present disclosure, the first dustproof member 61 can be bonded to the first opening 511 by a first dustproof member back adhesive 71.
[0055] In the exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, the second side wall 502 can be provided with a second opening 522, and the second sound guide channel 402 communicates with the second sound cavity through the second opening 522. The sound in the second sound cavity can pass through the second opening 522 to the second sound guide channel 402.
[0056] In the exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, the second opening 522 is provided with a second dustproof member 62, which is arranged on the side of the second side wall 502 away from the interior of the second accommodating groove 102. The second dustproof member 62 can be a dustproof net. The second dustproof member 62 can cover the second opening 522. Such arrangement can prevent dust, impurities, foreign matters and the like outside the terminal from entering the first accommodating groove 101 and the second accommodating groove 102, thereby preventing damage to the earpiece 40 and the identification card or other components arranged in the second accommodating groove 102, prolonging the service life of the earpiece 40 of the terminal and improving the quality of the terminal.
[0057] In the present disclosure, the second dustproof member 62 can be bonded to the second opening 522 by a second dustproof member back adhesive 72.
[0058] In the exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, the sound outlet hole can include one or more first sound outlet holes 201 and one or more second sound outlet holes 202, and the first sound outlet holes 201 are in communication with the second sound guide channel 402. In this way, the sound entering the second sound guide channel 402 from the second sound cavity can be transmitted from the first sound outlet holes 201.
[0059] In the present disclosure, the number, shape and arrangement distance of the first sound outlet holes 201 and the second sound outlet holes 202 are not specifically limited, and in actual manufacturing, they can be specifically adjusted according to the required sound effect.
[0060] In the exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, the sound outlet assembly can further include a third sound guide channel, which can be arranged on the middle frame 80 and extends along the direction from the second side wall 502 towards the first side wall 501. The sound transmitted from the second sound guide channel 402 is transmitted from the first sound outlet holes 201 and from the second sound outlet holes 202 through the third sound guide channel.
[0061] In the present disclosure, the sound transmitted from the second sound guide channel 402 is not limited to being transmitted from the first sound outlet holes 201 and then from the second sound outlet holes 202, and the shape and structure of the first sound outlet holes 201 and the second sound outlet holes 202 can be the same, which is only used to illustrate the sound transmission channel.
[0062] In the exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure, the sound outlet hole can be arranged on the middle frame 80. For example, as shown in Figure 1 and Figure 2 The first sound outlet holes 201 and the second sound outlet holes 202 can be arranged on the middle frame 80, i.e., the sound of the sound outlet assembly can be emitted from the middle frame 80. Such arrangement, when the sound outlet assembly is applied to the terminal, the sound outlet hole can avoid occupying the position of the display surface of the terminal, so that the display surface of the terminal can have more positions to arrange the display screen, thereby improving the screen-to-body ratio of the terminal.
[0063] In addition, the sound outlet hole is not arranged on the display surface of the terminal, so that the display screen can have more positions to arrange the display screen, and the screen ratio of the terminal is improved.
[0064] However, the present disclosure is not limited thereto. Figure 3 is a cross-sectional structural schematic diagram of a terminal according to an example embodiment. Figure 4 is another cross-sectional structural schematic diagram of a terminal according to an example embodiment. Figure 3 and Figure 4 As shown in the example embodiments of the present disclosure, the sound outlet assembly can further include a battery cover 91, which can be arranged to cover the middle frame 80, and the sound outlet hole is arranged in a gap between the battery cover 91 and the middle frame 80.
[0065] Such an arrangement can avoid the sound outlet hole occupying the position of the display surface of the terminal, so that the display surface of the terminal can have more positions to arrange the display screen, and the screen ratio of the terminal is improved. In addition, such an arrangement can avoid the step of manufacturing the sound outlet hole in the manufacturing process of the terminal, thereby simplifying the manufacturing process. At the same time, the opening in the middle frame can be avoided, which is beneficial to strengthen the structural hardness of the middle frame.
[0066] In addition, the sound outlet hole is not arranged on the display surface of the terminal, so that the display screen can have more positions to arrange the display screen, and the screen ratio of the terminal is improved.
[0067] In the example embodiments of the present disclosure, the battery cover 91 and the middle frame 80 can be bonded by a first bonding member 92. Such an arrangement is beneficial to fix the position of the battery cover. The first bonding member 92 can be arranged on the middle frame 80, and the distance between the first bonding member 92 and the opening of the second sound guide channel 402 on the middle frame 80 can be 0.2mm-0.5mm. Such an arrangement can firmly combine the battery cover 91 and the middle frame 80 on the one hand, and can avoid the first bonding member 92 blocking the opening of the second sound guide channel 402 on the middle frame 80 on the other hand. In the present disclosure, the first bonding member 92 can be double-sided tape, foam tape, foam, or other materials that can play a sealing role.
[0068] In an embodiment, the distance between the first bonding member 92 and the opening of the second sound guide channel 402 on the middle frame 80 can be 0.3mm.
[0069] Based on the same concept, the example embodiments of the present disclosure further provide a terminal including the sound outlet assembly according to any one of the preceding example embodiments.
[0070] Figure 6 is a three-dimensional structural schematic diagram of a terminal according to an example embodiment. Figure 7 is an exploded structural schematic diagram of a terminal according to an example embodiment.
[0071] As Figure 4 , Figure 5 , Figure 6 and Figure 7 indicated, in the exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure, the terminal can further include a display screen 10, and the middle frame 80 can be arranged on the back of the display screen 10, and the receiver 40 can be arranged between the middle frame 80 and the display screen 10.
[0072] In the exemplary embodiments of the present disclosure, the sound outlet hole can be located at the top of the terminal. Taking a mobile phone as an example, the sound outlet hole can be arranged at the top of the mobile phone, i.e. the upper part of the mobile phone in the vertical use state. In this case, the receiver 40 can be located at the upper half of the terminal. Such an arrangement is conducive to saving the arrangement space of the upper half of the terminal, and is also conducive to improving the sound quality of the call.
[0073] As Figure 6 and Figure 7 indicated, when the second accommodating groove 102 can be used to prevent the identification card, the terminal can further include a card holder 52, which is used to place the identification card and can be ejected from the second accommodating groove 102 or can be inserted into the second accommodating groove 102 from the outside.
[0074] As Figure 6 indicated, the second accommodating groove 102 can be a card slot, and a card holder hole 103 can be arranged on the card slot to accommodate the card holder 52. A card needle hole 104 can also be arranged on the card slot to enable the card holder 52 to be ejected.
[0075] As Figure 7 indicated, the terminal can further include a card seat 51, which can be used to place the identification card. The terminal can further include a display screen decoration 11.
[0076] The arrangement of the present disclosure utilizes the second accommodating groove on the middle frame as a second sound cavity. Such an arrangement can reduce the space of the sound cavity for sound outlet of the sound outlet assembly on the basis of ensuring the sound effect, which is conducive to the thinning of the terminal. The sound emitted from the receiver enters the second sound cavity through the first sound guide channel, and then passes through the second sound guide channel after being enlarged by the second sound cavity and is transmitted to the outside through the sound outlet hole. Such an arrangement can optimize the sound effect of the sound outlet by using the second sound cavity, thereby improving the sound outlet effect of the terminal.
