[0007] Patent Document 2: Japanese Patent Publication No. 2020-65520 Summary of the Invention

[0008] The problem that the invention aims to solve

[0009] In the transplanting machine described in Patent Document 1, the soil covering component can cover the ends of the mulch film with soil, but there is a problem that it cannot cover the mulch film on the upper surface of the mulch ridge with soil. Furthermore, in the transplanting machine described in Patent Document 1, although the soil covering component can cover the ends of the mulch film with soil, since it cannot cover the mulch film on the upper surface of the mulch ridge with soil, the following problem exists: wind can enter through the transplanting holes made in the film using the transplanting device of the transplanting machine, and the mulch film may sometimes be peeled off.

[0010] In the working machine described in Patent Document 2, there is a problem that it is difficult to install and remove heavy objects, i.e., the film roller, from the film roller support shaft.

[0011] Therefore, the object of the present invention is to provide a machine for covering soil on the mulch film on the upper surface of a covering ridge.

[0012] In addition, the present invention aims to provide a machine for preventing stripping caused by wind entering through the transplanting hole by covering the mulch film on the upper surface of the ridge with soil before transplanting.

[0013] In addition, the purpose of this invention is to provide a machine for easily installing and removing mulch film rollers.

[0014] Methods for solving problems

[0015] The first aspect of the present invention relates to a working machine comprising: a tilling section that rotates about an axis extending in the machine width direction to till a field; a ridge-forming device that forms ridges in the field tilled by the tilling section; a mulch film laying section that lays mulch film on the ridges; and a soil-collecting member that collects soil on the mulch film, the soil-collecting member having: a soil-covering member that covers the end of the mulch film with soil; and blades that are disposed at a position inside the machine width direction than the soil-covering member, guiding the soil covering the end to the mulch film covering the upper surface of the ridge, the blades being separately configured from the soil-covering member and being disposed at an angle relative to the soil-covering member and extending inside the machine width direction when viewed from above.

[0016] In addition, the inner end of the soil covering component in the machine width direction is consistent with or overlaps with the outer end of the blade in the machine width direction.

[0017] In addition, the soil covering component is tilted when viewed from above, so that it faces inward toward the machine width direction as it moves toward the rear.

[0018] In addition, the working machine is equipped with an angle adjustment mechanism, which can adjust the tilt angle of the soil covering component.

[0019] Additionally, the ridge-forming device includes: a grooving member that grooves the field to form a flat ridge; and a ridging device that rids the field to form a high ridge. The machine has an installation structure that can selectively install a flat ridge member used with the grooving member and a high ridge member used with the ridging device.

[0020] In addition, the ridge-raising component includes a first soil-covering component that covers soil at the end of the mulch film laid on the ridge in the width direction, and the raised-ridge component includes a second soil-covering component that covers soil at the end of the mulch film laid on the raised-ridge in the width direction. The mounting structure has a first mounting part capable of mounting the first soil-covering component and a second mounting part capable of mounting the second soil-covering component.

[0021] In addition, the ridge-leveling component includes a first film pressing roller, which presses the end of the film laid on the ridge in the width direction. The raised-ridge component includes a second film pressing roller, which presses the end of the film laid on the raised-ridge in the width direction. The mounting structure has a third mounting part capable of mounting the first film pressing roller and a fourth mounting part capable of mounting the second film pressing roller.

[0022] Additionally, the leveling component includes the blade, and the mounting structure has a fifth mounting portion capable of mounting the blade.

[0023] The second aspect of the present invention relates to a work machine comprising: a ridge-forming device for forming ridges in a field; a mulch film laying device for laying mulch film on the ridges; and a transplanting device for transplanting seedlings onto the ridges covered with the mulch film. The mulch film laying device includes: a soil-covering member for covering the ends of the mulch film with soil; and blades disposed in a position forward of the transplanting device and guiding the soil covered at the ends by the soil-covering member onto the mulch film covering the upper surface of the ridge.

[0024] In addition, the machine has a tillage section for tilling the field, and the ridge-forming device is a grooving component that forms ridges by grooving the field after it has been tilled by the tillage section.

[0025] In addition, the soil covering component is disposed behind the slotted component, and the blade is disposed behind the soil covering component.

[0026] In addition, the soil covering member is arranged in the width direction of the mulch film at a position overlapping with the slotted member, and the blades extend from the end side of the mulch film toward the central side.

[0027] In addition, the soil covering component is formed separately from the blade.

[0028] In addition, the soil covering component is integrally formed with the blade.

[0029] The third aspect of the present invention relates to a mulch film laying device that lays mulch film on ridges formed in a field. The mulch film laying device includes: a roller support shaft that passes through a film roller on which the mulch film is wound and supports the film roller along its entire length; a first support portion that supports one end of the roller support shaft; and a second support portion that supports the other end of the roller support shaft. One end of the roller support shaft can be attached to or detached relative to the first support portion, and the other end can swing about the second support portion as a fulcrum.

[0030] In addition, the other end of the roller support shaft can swing vertically with the other support as a fulcrum.

[0031] Additionally, the roller support shaft includes: a first roller support shaft that supports the mulch film laid on the first ridge; and a second roller support shaft that supports the mulch film laid on the second ridge adjacent to the first ridge, wherein the first roller support shaft and the second roller support shaft are capable of swinging independently.

[0032] Additionally, one of the support portions includes: a first support portion supporting one end of the first roller support shaft; and a second support portion supporting one end of the second roller support shaft. The other support portion includes: a first other support portion supporting the other end of the first roller support shaft; and a second other support portion supporting the other end of the second roller support shaft.

[0033] In addition, the first other support portion supports the other end of the first roller support shaft between the first ridge and the second ridge, and the second other support portion supports the other end of the second roller support shaft between the first ridge and the second ridge.

[0034] In addition, both the one support portion and the other support portion are capable of moving parallel to the axial direction of the roller support shaft.

[0035] Additionally, the roller support shaft is formed in a cylindrical shape, and the other support portion includes: a support rod that is inserted into the other end of the roller support shaft to support that other end; a through shaft that passes through the support rod; and a retaining member that holds the roller support shaft so that it can rotate about the axis of the through shaft.

[0036] Additionally, the other support portion has a locking member configured to move along the roller support shaft and to move to an allowable position that permits rotation of the roller support shaft and a locked position that prohibits rotation of the roller support shaft.

[0037] Invention Effects

[0038] According to the working machine involved in the first aspect described above, since the blades can guide the soil at the end of the mulch film covered by the soil covering member toward the inside in the machine width direction, it is possible to cover the mulch film on the upper surface of the covering ridge with soil.

[0039] According to the machine described in the second form above, since there are blades in front of the transplanting device that guide the soil onto the mulch film on the upper surface of the covering ridge, it is possible to cover the mulch film on the upper surface of the covering ridge with soil before the transplanting device opens the transplanting hole, thus preventing the mulch film from peeling off due to wind entering from the transplanting hole.

[0040] According to the operating machine involved in the third form mentioned above, the installation and removal of the mulch film roller can be easily carried out by swinging the roller support shaft. Attached Figure Description

[0073] Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with appropriate reference to the accompanying drawings.

[0074] Figure 1 A work machine 1 is shown, capable of performing ground operations (cultivation, etc.) and seedling transplanting while in motion. The work machine 1 has a traveling body 1A and a ground operation device 1B mounted at the rear of the traveling body 1A. The ground operation device 1B includes: a first ground operation machine 2, which is vertically mounted at the rear of the traveling body 1A; and a second ground operation machine 3, which is vertically mounted at the rear of the first ground operation machine 2.

[0075] In this embodiment, a tractor is exemplified as the traveling vehicle 1A. A rotary tiller is exemplified as the first land-transfer machine 2. A transplanter for transplanting seedlings into the field is exemplified as the second land-transfer machine 3. Hereinafter, the traveling vehicle will be referred to as tractor 1A, the first land-transfer machine as rotary tiller 2, and the second land-transfer machine as transplanter 3.

[0076] Furthermore, the traveling vehicle 1A is not limited to a tractor and can be any other traveling vehicle. Additionally, the first field tiller 2 is not limited to a rotary tiller; it can be any machinery used for working in fields. Furthermore, the rotary tiller 2 is exemplified as a centrally driven rotary tiller, but it can also be a side-driven rotary tiller.

[0077] Figure 1 A side view of the work machine 1 is shown. In this embodiment, unless otherwise specified, the driver's seat 5 of the tractor 1A is located in front of the driver (…). Figure 1 The left side is set as the front, and the rear side of the driver is set as the back. Figure 1The right side of the driver is set as the rear, and the left side of the driver is set as the rear. Figure 1 The front side is set to the left, and the driver's right side is set to the right. Figure 1 The right side (of the tractor 1A) will be used for explanation. Additionally, the forward / backward direction K1 (refer to...) will be used for explanation. Figure 1 The orthogonal direction is the horizontal direction K2 (refer to...) Figure 3 Let's take the width direction K2 as an example for explanation.

[0078] Furthermore, the direction from the center of the tractor 1A in the width direction toward the right or left will be defined as the outer direction of the tractor width. In other words, the outer direction of the tractor width refers to the direction in the width direction K2 that is away from the center of the tractor 1A in the width direction. The direction from the right or left of the tractor 1A toward the center in the width direction will be defined as the inner direction of the tractor width. That is, the inner direction of the tractor width is the opposite of the outer direction of the tractor width. In other words, the inner direction of the tractor width refers to the direction in the width direction K2 that is close to the center of the tractor 1A in the width direction.

[0079] like Figure 1 As shown, the tractor 1A has a body 6 and a running gear 7, the running gear 7 including a front wheel 7F mounted on the front of the body 6 and a rear wheel 7R mounted on the rear of the body 6. The body 6 has a prime mover (drive source) E1 and a power transmission box T1 connected to the rear of the prime mover E1. The prime mover E1 drives the running gear 7.

[0080] The prime mover E1 can be, for example, a diesel engine. Alternatively, the prime mover E1 can be a gasoline engine, an LPG engine, or an electric motor, or it can be a hybrid type with both an engine and an electric motor.

[0081] The power transmission box T1 is formed by directly connecting the clutch housing (which has a built-in clutch), the gearbox (which has a built-in transmission device), and the differential box (which has a built-in differential device).

[0082] A driver's seat 5 is mounted at the rear of the vehicle body 6, and a power extraction shaft (PTO shaft) 22 for extracting power from the prime mover E1 is mounted in a rearward protruding manner. That is, the traveling body 1A has a power extraction shaft 22 for extracting power from the prime mover E1. A steering wheel 8 is provided in front of the driver's seat 5. In addition, a battery (not shown) is mounted at the front of the tractor 1A.

[0083] like Figure 1As shown, the rotary tiller 2 is vertically mounted to the rear of the tractor 1A via an assembly mechanism such as a three-point linkage 9. The three-point linkage 9 has a top link 9A and a bottom link 9B, and is mounted to the rear of the vehicle body 6. A lifting link 10A capable of vertical movement is provided at the rear of the vehicle body 6, and the lifting link 10A is connected to the bottom link 9B via a lifting rod 10B. The lifting link 10A is driven to move up and down by a hydraulic device 10C located at the upper rear of the vehicle body 6. By moving the lifting link 10A up and down, the bottom link 9B is raised and lowered. Thus, the rotary tiller 2 is raised and lowered.

[0084] The rotary tiller 2 has a transmission box 12 that receives power from the PTO shaft 22 of the tractor 1A via a universal joint (not shown). The transmission box 12 is located at the center of the rotary tiller 2 in the width direction (the same direction as the machine width direction K2).

[0085] Figure 2 and Figure 3 This is a detailed drawing of the ground-operating device 1B. The ground-operating device 1B includes a rotary tiller 2 and a transplanter 3.

[0086] The rotary tiller 2 has a rotary frame 11, and the transplanter 3 has a transplanter frame 37. The rotary frame 11 and the transplanter frame 37 are connected vertically via a connecting mechanism 41 consisting of a parallel linkage. Thus, the rotary tiller 2 and the transplanter 3 can move relative to each other in the vertical direction.

[0087] like Figure 3 As shown, the rotary tiller 2 has the transmission box 12 located at the center of its width direction K2. Figure 2 As shown, a rotating shaft 16 is provided at the lower part of the transmission box 12. The rotating shaft 16 protrudes from the lower part of the transmission box 12 in one direction and the other in the machine width direction K2. Multiple tilling claws 17 are fixed to the outer periphery of the rotating shaft 16 via brackets (see reference). Figure 5 , Figure 6 By rotating the rotating shaft 16 around its axis, the tilling claw 17 tills the field and throws the tilled soil toward the rear cover 19B. The rotating shaft 16 and the tilling claw 17 constitute the tilling section 18 for tilling the field.

[0088] like Figure 2 , Figure 3As shown, soil collection discs 56L and 56R are arranged in front of the rotary tiller 2. Soil collection discs 56L and 56R are components used to collect soil towards the tillage section 18 inwards towards the machine width. Soil collection disc 56L is located on one side (left side) in the machine width direction, and is situated at the left front of the rotary tiller 2. Soil collection disc 56R is located on the other side (right side) in the machine width direction, and is situated at the right front of the rotary tiller 2. The soil collection discs 56L and 56R are arranged obliquely, shifting from the outside of the machine width towards the inside of the machine width when viewed from above, moving from front to rear.

[0089] like Figure 2 As shown, a ridge-forming device A is installed at the rear of the rotary tiller 2. The ridge-forming device A forms ridges UN in the field after tillage by the tillage section 18 (see reference). Figure 12 In this embodiment, such as Figure 12 As shown, two ridges UN1 and UN2 are formed, but the number of ridges formed in this invention is not limited to two.

[0090] A mulch film laying device 300 is installed behind the ridge forming device A. The mulch film laying device 300 is located at the rear of the rotary tiller 2 and in front of the transplanter 3. The mulch film laying device 300 lays the mulch film 300F on the ridge UN (see reference). Figure 12 ).

[0091] like Figure 2 As shown, the transplanting machine 3 includes: a seedling supply device 38; a transplanting device 39 disposed below the seedling supply device 38; a soil covering device 40 disposed behind the transplanting device 39; and a seedling placement platform 190 disposed above the seedling supply device 38. The seedling placement platform 190 has multiple layers and holds seedling trays containing the seedlings to be transplanted.

[0092] like Figure 3 As shown, the seedling supply device 38 includes multiple seedling supply devices (first seedling supply device 38A and second seedling supply device 38B) arranged along the machine width direction K2. Corresponding to the multiple seedling supply devices 38A and 38B, multiple transplanting devices 39A and 39B and soil covering devices 40A and 40B are respectively arranged below them (see reference). Figure 7 The transplanting device 39 has a transplanting tool 64 (see reference). Figure 2 The transplanting tool 64 holds the seedling from the seedling supply device 38 and lowers it, then rushes into the field to transplant the seedling.

[0093] The first ridge UN1 is formed in the field below the first seedling supply device 38A using the ridge-forming device A, and the second ridge UN2 is formed in the field below the second seedling supply device 38B (see reference). Figure 12 ).

[0094] In the first row UN1, seedlings supplied by the first seedling supply device 38A are planted into two rows using transplanting device 39A. In the second row UN2, seedlings supplied by the second seedling supply device 38B are planted into two rows using transplanting device 39B.

[0095] like Figure 3 As shown, front chairs 187A and 187B and rear chairs 187C and 187D are provided in front of and behind each seedling supply device 38A and 38B.

[0096] The front chairs 187A and 187B are mounted on the rotating frame 11 and can move up and down via the connecting mechanism 41. The rear chairs 187C and 187D are mounted on the seat frame 197, which is connected to the rotating frame 11 via the parallel linkage mechanism 200. The seat frame 197 is supported on the field by wheels 206.

[0097] like Figure 3 As shown, a seedling supply platform 188 is provided between each chair 187 and the seedling supply device 38. The seedling supply platform 188 holds the seedling trays of the seedling placement platform 190.

[0098] In addition, a pre-seeding platform 280 is provided above the rotary tiller 2, which is a container for holding seedling trays.

[0099] <Bending structure at the end of the plastic film>

[0100] like Figure 4 , Figure 5 As shown, an embodiment of the present invention includes a tillage machine 1 comprising: a tillage section 18 for tilling a field; and a grooving member Z for creating ridges by grooving the field tilled by the tillage section 18. The tillage section 18 includes: a tillage claw 17 that rotates about a horizontal axis (rotation axis) 16; a rotating frame 11 that supports the horizontal axis 16 for rotation; and a rear cover 19B that is oscillatingly mounted on the rotating frame 11 and covers the rear of the tillage claw 17. The grooving member Z is mounted on the rear cover 19B and is oscillating together with the rear cover 19B.

[0101] Figure 4This is a rear perspective view of the rotary tiller 2. The rotary tiller 2 has a rotary frame 11. The rotary frame 11 has a transmission box 12, a front support frame 13F, a rear support frame 13R, a left side frame 15L, and a right side frame 15R. The transmission box 12 is located at the center of the rotary tiller 2 in the width direction (the same direction as the machine width direction K2). The front support frame 13F extends in front of the transmission box 12 along the machine width direction K2. The rear support frame 13R extends behind the transmission box 12 along the machine width direction K2. The front support frame 13F and the rear support frame 13R are connected to the transmission box 12. The left side frame 15L connects the left ends of the front support frame 13F and the rear support frame 13R to each other. The right side frame 15R connects the right ends of the front support frame 13F and the rear support frame 13R to each other.

[0102] A mounting portion 13R1 is provided at the center of the rear support frame 13R in the machine width direction. A central mounting body 196M (described later) is fixed to this mounting portion 13R1. Figure 7 , Figure 10 ).

[0103] like Figure 4 As shown, a rotating cover 19 is provided on the rotating frame 11. The rotating cover 19 has an upper cover 19A, a rear cover 19B, and a side cover 19C. The upper part of the tillage section 18 is covered by the upper cover 19A. The rear part of the tillage section 18 is covered by the rear cover 19B. The sides of the tillage section 18 are covered by the side cover 19C.

[0104] The upper end of the rear cover 19B is pivotally supported on the rotating frame 11 via pivot 19D about the axis of machine width K2, and can swing up and down freely (see reference). Figure 5 The rear cover 19B is subjected to downward force by a pair of spring-loaded devices 20 on the left and right. The spring-loaded devices 20 are devices that apply downward force to the rear cover 19B using the force of springs. The rear cover 19B moves up and down relative to the rotary frame 11 according to the height (undulation) of the field surface. The rear cover 19B swings up and down relative to the rotary frame 11, and even if the tillage depth changes, the lower end of the rear cover 19B is always in a grounded state.

[0105] A mounting frame X is installed at the rear end of the rear cover 19B. The mounting frame X extends along the width direction K2. The mounting frame X is made of a long strip of material, and its length is approximately the same as the width direction K2 of the rear cover 19B. The two ends of the mounting frame X are mounted to the rear end of the rear cover 19B via end brackets X1, and the middle part is mounted to the rear end of the rear cover 19B via intermediate bracket X2.

[0106] A water pipe guide KY is installed on the mounting frame X. The water pipe guide KY will be described later.

[0107] A slotted component Z is mounted on the mounting frame X. The slotted component Z is mounted to the mounting frame X via a bracket W and bolts W1. The slotted component Z is freely detachable from the mounting frame X and is installed to freely adjust its position in the machine width direction K2 (see reference). Figure 6 The slotted component Z is shown by the imaginary line and the arrow.

[0108] The slotted component Z forms ridges UN by slotting the field after tilling section 18 (see reference). Figure 12 The slotting component Z is used to form ridges UN in the field (see reference). Figure 12 ) ridge-forming device A.

[0109] In this embodiment, the slotted member Z is used to form... Figure 12 The first ridge UN1 and the second ridge UN2 are shown as shown. To form a ridge UN, at least a pair of slotted members Z, Z are required. Therefore, the slotted members Z include a pair of slotted members Z, Z forming the slot of the first ridge UN1 and a pair of slotted members Z, Z forming the second ridge UN2.

[0110] Since the slotted member Z is assembled to the mounting frame X and can move along the mounting frame X in a direction parallel to the horizontal axis (rotation axis) 16 (machine width direction), the width of the ridge UN formed by the slotted member Z can be changed. In addition, by assembling multiple pairs of slotted members Z at intervals in a direction parallel to the horizontal axis 16 to the mounting frame X, multiple ridges UN can be formed simultaneously.

[0111] like Figures 4-6 As shown, the slotted component Z has: a base plate Z1, which forms the bottom surface of the slot and is quadrilateral in shape when viewed from above; a front plate Z2, which rises obliquely upward from the front edge of the base plate Z1; a rear plate Z3, which rises upward from the rear edge of the base plate Z1; and a side plate Z4, which rises upward from the side edge of the base plate Z1.

[0112] Since the base plate Z1 is a quadrilateral plate (flat plate) when viewed from above, the bottom surface of the groove formed by the grooving member Z becomes a flat surface. By tilting the front plate Z2, the resistance during the movement (grooving) of the grooving member Z is reduced, and the soil can be compacted downwards by the movement. The rear plate Z3 is used to prevent soil from intruding into the interior of the grooving member Z. Since the side plate Z4 stands vertically relative to the base plate Z1, the sides of the ridge formed by the side plate Z4 are vertical, and the width of the ridge surface can be formed wider compared to the case where the sides are inclined.

[0113] like Figure 5As shown, the grooving member Z swings up and down relative to the rotating frame 11 and the rear cover 19B, as indicated by the solid and imaginary lines. The horizontal shaft 16 is rotatably supported on the rotating frame 11. Since the tilling section 18 for tilling the field is formed by the tilling claws 17 provided on the horizontal shaft 16, the rotating frame 11 moves up and down relative to the surface of the field as the tilling depth of the tilling section 18 changes. On the other hand, since the rear cover 19B, which covers the rear of the tilling claws 17, is mounted to swing up and down relative to the rotating frame 11, the rear cover 19B follows the surface of the field to form a ridge UN. Therefore, the grooving member Z, mounted on the rear cover 19B and capable of swinging with it, can form a groove at a certain depth from the surface of the field. Thus, as... Figure 12 As shown, even if the tillage depth varies, the depth of the groove cut by the grooving member Z will remain a certain depth from the surface of the ridge UN.

[0114] like Figure 5 As shown, the machine 1 includes a mulch film laying device 300 for laying mulch film 300F on ridge UN. The mulch film laying device 300 has a film pressing roller C that presses the ends of the laid mulch film 300F in the width direction. The film pressing roller C rolls along a groove cut by the grooving member Z and bends the ends.

[0115] like Figure 5 As shown, the mulch film laying device 300 includes: a mulch film laying section 300B, which is equipped with a mulch film roller 300R; a film pressing roller C, which presses the end of the mulch film 300F; and a soil collecting component D, which covers the mulch film 300F with soil.

[0116] The mulch film laying section 300B has a roller support shaft 300J. The mulch film roller 300R is supported by the roller support shaft 300J. Figure 6 As shown, the roller support shaft 300J includes a first roller support shaft 301 and a second roller support shaft 302. The mulch film roller 300R includes a first film roller 303 and a second film roller 304. The mulch film 300F extracted from the mulch film roller 300R is placed on the ridge UN (refer to...). Figure 12 ).

[0117] like Figure 5 As shown, the film laying section 300B, the film pressing roller C, and the soil collecting component D are installed on the installation structure E.

[0118] like Figure 6 , Figure 7 As shown, the mounting structure E includes the left mounting structure EL, the middle mounting structure EM, and the right mounting structure ER.

[0119] The left-side mounting structure EL is located on the mounting body 196 located on the left side of the rotating frame 11 (see reference). Figure 7 , Figure 8 , Figure 9 The intermediate mounting structure EM is located at the central mounting 196M (refer to...). Figure 7 , Figure 10 , Figure 11 The right-side mounting structure ER is mounted on the mounting body 196 located on the right side of the rotating frame 11 (see reference). Figure 7 ).

[0120] The left and right mounting bodies 196 are arranged on the left and right sides of the rotary tiller 2. The front parts of the left and right mounting bodies 196 are mounted on the left side frame 15L and the right side frame 15R of the rotary frame 11. The central mounting body 196M is fixed to the mounting part 13R1 of the rear support frame 13R of the rotary frame 11 (see reference). Figure 4 , Figure 5 ).

[0121] like Figure 6 , Figure 7 As shown, the film pressing roller C of the film laying device 300 includes a left film pressing roller 331, a middle left film pressing roller 332, a middle right film pressing roller 333, and a right film pressing roller 334. The aforementioned film pressing roller C is, for example, constructed from a wheel. Furthermore, to distinguish it from the pressing roller for raised beds described later, the aforementioned pressing roller C is sometimes referred to as the "first pressing roller".

[0122] The left-side film pressing roller 331 is supported on the left-side mounting structure EL, the middle left-side film pressing roller 332 and the middle right-side film pressing roller 333 are supported on the middle mounting structure EM, and the right-side film pressing roller 334 is supported on the right-side mounting structure ER.

[0123] like Figure 12 As shown, each film pressing roller C is mounted on the mounting structure E with adjustable position in the machine width direction so as to enter the groove MZ formed by the grooving member Z.

[0124] The left-side film pressing roller 331 and the middle left-side film pressing roller 332 are configured to be inclined and move forward to the side of the first row UN1. The middle right-side film pressing roller 333 and the right-side film pressing roller 334 are configured to be inclined and move forward to the side of the second row UN2.

[0125] The left-side film pressing roller 331 and the middle left-side film pressing roller 332 are positioned behind the first film roller 303. The left-side film pressing roller 331 and the middle left-side film pressing roller 332 press the two ends of the mulch film F1 laid on the first ridge UN1.

[0126] The middle right film pressing roller 333 and the right film pressing roller 334 are arranged behind the second film roller 304. The middle right film pressing roller 333 and the right film pressing roller 334 press the two ends of the mulch film F2 laid on the second ridge UN2.

[0127] like Figure 6 , Figure 7 As shown, the soil-collecting component D of the mulch film laying device 300 has a soil-covering component DS, which includes a left soil-covering component 321, a middle left soil-covering component 322, a middle right soil-covering component 323, and a right soil-covering component 324. The soil-covering component DS is composed of a circular plate-shaped soil-covering disc. In addition, in order to distinguish it from the soil-covering component for raised beds described later, the above-mentioned soil-covering component DS is sometimes referred to as the "first soil-covering component".

[0128] Left-side soil-covering component 321 is installed on the left-side mounting structure EL (refer to) Figures 6-9 The left-side soil-covering member 322 and the right-side soil-covering member 323 are positioned at the middle installation structure EM (refer to...). Figure 6 , Figure 7 , Figure 10 , Figure 11 The right-side soil-covering component 324 is installed on the right-side mounting structure ER (refer to...). Figure 6 , Figure 7 ).

[0129] like Figure 12 As shown, the left-side covering member 321 and the middle left-side covering member 322 are arranged in an inclined shape, approaching each other as they move backward (to the side of the first ridge UN1). The middle right-side covering member 323 and the right-side covering member 324 are arranged in an inclined shape, approaching each other as they move backward (to the side of the second ridge UN2).

[0130] The left-side soil covering member 321 is positioned behind the left side of the first film roller 303. The left-side soil covering member 321 covers the soil TU on the left end of the mulch film 300F1 rolled out from the first film roller 303 and laid on the first ridge UN1. The middle left-side soil covering member 322 is positioned behind the right side of the first film roller 303. The middle left-side soil covering member 322 covers the soil TU on the right end of the mulch film 300F1 rolled out from the first film roller 303 and laid on the first ridge UN1.

[0131] The right-side soil covering member 323 is positioned behind the left side of the second film roller 304. The right-side soil covering member 323 covers the soil TU at the left end of the mulch film 300F2 rolled out from the second film roller 304 and laid on the second ridge UN2. The right-side soil covering member 324 is positioned behind the right side of the second film roller 304. The right-side soil covering member 324 covers the soil TU at the right end of the mulch film 300F2 rolled out from the second film roller 304 and laid on the second ridge UN2.

[0132] As described above, the mulch film laying device 300 includes a film pressing roller C, which presses the width-direction end of the laid mulch film 300F. The film pressing roller C rolls along the groove MZ cut by the grooving member Z, bending the width-direction end of the mulch film 300F. Therefore, the end of the mulch film 300F laid on the ridge UN is bent by the film pressing roller C and located within the groove MZ.

[0133] Furthermore, since the mulch film laying device 300 has a soil covering member DS, which covers the end of the mulch film F after it has been bent by the film pressing roller C with soil, the end of the mulch film F is pressed using the soil covered by the soil covering member DS. Therefore, the mulch film F will not peel off due to wind or the like.

[0134] like Figure 6 , Figure 7 As shown, the soil-collecting component D of the mulch film laying device 300 has blades BL. The blades BL include a first blade BL1, a second blade BL2, a third blade BL3, and a fourth blade BL4. Each blade BL1 to BL4 is composed of a flat plate. The lower edge of the blades BL is formed as a straight line. The lower edge of the blades BL is arranged parallel to the ground surface. Therefore, by moving the blades BL, the soil can be leveled.

[0135] The first blade BL1 is mounted on the left side of the left-side mounting structure EL (see reference). Figure 8 , Figure 9 The second blade BL2 and the third blade BL3 are located in the intermediate mounting structure EM (see reference). Figure 10 , Figure 11 The fourth blade BL4 is mounted on the right side of the right-side mounting structure ER.

[0136] like Figure 12 As shown, blades BL1 to BL4 are positioned behind the soil covering components 321 to 324, guiding the soil covered by the soil covering components 321 to 324 onto the upper surface of the covering ridge UN of the mulch film F. Figure 12 In the image, the arrow YT indicates the direction of soil movement.

[0137] like Figure 4 , Figure 7 and Figure 9 As shown, the transplanting machine 1 includes: a transplanting device 39, which transplants seedlings onto a ridge UN covered with a mulch film 300F; an irrigation pipe KY1, which supplies water to the seedlings transplanted by the transplanting device 39; and an irrigation pipe guide KY, which supports the irrigation pipe KY1. The irrigation pipe guide KY is mounted on the mounting frame X. Figure 4As shown, a pair of water pipe guides KY are provided on the left and right sides of the mounting frame X of the rear cover 19B. The water pipe guides KY can be adjusted in the width direction along the mounting frame X.

[0138] like Figure 7 , Figure 9 As shown, the irrigation pipe KY1 is supported by the irrigation pipe guide KY. The irrigation pipe KY1 delivers water from the water tank (not shown) mounted on the vehicle 1A, etc., to the vicinity of the transplanting tool 64 of the transplanting device 39 of the transplanting machine 3 via the irrigation pump (not shown), and the end of the irrigation pipe KY1 is located near the transplanting tool 64.

[0139] Therefore, water can be stably supplied to the seedlings from the irrigation pipe KY1. That is, since the mounting frame X is provided on the rear cover 19B that follows the surface of the field, the irrigation pipe guide KY provided on the mounting frame X also follows the surface of the field. Since the following performance of the irrigation pipe KY1 supported by the irrigation pipe guide KY relative to the field surface is improved, the water supply to the seedlings planted in the field is stable.

[0140] <Explanation of the dual-purpose structure of flat ridges and raised ridges>

[0141] Figures 1-12 The machine shown 1 creates ridges UN by ditching the field. Figures 13-19 The machine 1 shown forms raised ridges (UNH) in the field. In one embodiment of the present invention, the machine 1 can be used for both leveling ridges (UN) and raising ridges (UNH). Hereinafter, leveling ridges (UN) and raising ridges (UNH) will sometimes be collectively referred to as ridges (UN).

[0142] <Construction for leveling ridges>

[0143] Figures 1-12 The ridging machine 1 shown includes: a tilling section 18 that rotates about an axis 16 extending in the width direction to till the field; a ridging forming device A that forms ridgings UN on the field tilled by the tilling section 18; a mulch film laying section 300B that lays mulch film 300F on the ridging UN; and a soil collecting member D that collects soil on the mulch film F. In the case of the ridging machine 1, the ridging forming device A is a grooving member Z that forms ridgings UN by grooving the field.

[0144] The soil-collecting component D includes: a soil-covering component DS, which covers the end of the mulch film 300F with soil; and a blade BL, which is positioned inside the soil-covering component DS in the machine width direction and guides the soil covering the end onto the mulch film 300F on the upper surface of the covering ridge UN. The blade BL is positioned obliquely relative to the soil-covering component DS when viewed from above and extends inward in the machine width direction K2. The blade BL and the soil-covering component DS are separately constructed.

[0145] The mulch film laying section 300B lays the mulch film 300F on the ridge UN. The soil collecting component D has a soil covering component DS and a blade BL. The soil covering component DS covers the end of the mulch film 300F with soil. The blade BL guides the soil covering the end onto the mulch film F covering the upper surface of the ridge UN.

[0146] like Figure 6 , Figure 7 As shown, the mulch film laying section 300B has a roller support shaft 300J, which includes a first roller support shaft 301 and a second roller support shaft 302.

[0147] The first roller support shaft 301 supports the first film roller 303, on which a plastic film 300F1 laid on the first ridge UN1 is wound. The second roller support shaft 302 supports the second film roller 304, on which a plastic film 300F2 laid on the second ridge UN2 is wound. That is, the plastic film roller 300R supported by the roller support shaft 300J includes the first film roller 303 and the second film roller 304.

[0148] The first roller support shaft 301 and the second roller support shaft 302 extend in the width direction (machine width direction K2) of the tractor 1A. The axes of the first roller support shaft 301 and the second roller support shaft 302 are arranged in a straight line in the width direction (machine width direction K2) of the tractor 1A. The inner width side ends of the first roller support shaft 301 and the second roller support shaft 302 are supported by an intermediate mounting structure EM (see reference). Figure 10 , Figure 11 The left end of the first roller support shaft 301 (the end on the outer side of the machine width) is supported by the left-side mounting structure EL (see reference). Figure 8 , Figure 9 ).

[0149] like Figure 8 , Figure 9 and Figure 12 As shown, the soil collecting component D that collects soil on the mulch film 300F has: a left soil covering component 321, which is a soil covering component DS that covers the end of the mulch film 300F with soil; and a first blade BL1, which is a blade BL that guides the soil onto the mulch film 300F.

[0150] The blade BL1 is tilted relative to the cover member 321 when viewed from above, and extends inward in the machine width direction. The inner end of the cover member 321 in the machine width direction K2 coincides with or overlaps with the outer end of the blade BL1 in the machine width direction. The cover member 321 is tilted when viewed from above, so that it faces inward in the machine width direction K2 as it faces rearward. The cover member 321 is mounted on the mounting structure E via an angle adjustment mechanism EL8 that can adjust the tilt angle of the cover member 321.

[0151] In this embodiment, the blade BL1 and the soil covering member 321 are separately constructed, but the blade BL1 can also be integrally constructed with the soil covering member 321.

[0152] because Figure 10 and Figure 11 The structure of the central part shown, as well as the structure on the right side (omitted in the diagram), are also similar to... Figure 8 , Figure 9 The structure on the left side is roughly the same, therefore, the explanation is omitted.

[0153] <Construction for ridges>

[0154] Figures 13-19 The machine 1 shown creates raised beds in the field. That is, Figures 13-19 The machine shown is a machine for high-ridge work.

[0155] The machine 1 includes: a tillage section 18 that rotates about an axis extending in the width direction to till the field; a ridge-forming device A that forms ridges UN on the field tilled by the tillage section 18; a mulch film laying section 300B that lays mulch film 300F on the ridges UNH; and a soil-collecting component D that collects soil on the mulch film 300F.

[0156] The soil collection component D has a soil covering component DS that covers the end of the mulch film 300F with soil.

[0157] The ridge-forming device A has a ridging device 51 that forms high ridges by ridging the field. In the case of the high-ridge machine 1, the ridge-forming device A is a ridging device 51 that forms high ridges (UNH) by ridging the field.

[0158] like Figure 13 , Figure 14 As shown, the ridging device 51 is, for example, composed of a ridging device (ridge plow). When viewed from above, the ridging device 51 has a shape that expands in width (length in the machine width direction) from front to rear.

[0159] like Figure 19As shown, the ridging device 51 includes a central first ridging device 51M, a left-side second ridging device 51L, and a right-side third ridging device 51R. Therefore, by using the three ridging devices to form troughs in the soil tilled by the rotary tiller 2, two ridges, UNH1 and UNH2, can be formed. The upper surface of the high ridge UNH is formed by the rear cover 19B. Alternatively, four or more ridging devices 51 can be installed to form three or more ridges.

[0160] The second ridging device 51L is positioned on one side (left side) of the rotary tiller 2 in the width direction.

[0161] The third ridging device 51R is located on the other side (right side) of the rotary tiller 2 in the width direction.

[0162] The first ridging device 51M is positioned in the center of the width direction of the rotary tiller 2.

[0163] The second ridging device 51L forms the left side of the left ridge UNH1 of the two ridges UNH1 and UNH2. The third ridging device 51R forms the right side of the right ridge UNH2 of the two ridges UNH1 and UNH2. The first ridging device 51M forms the right side of the left ridge UNH1 and the left side of the right ridge UNH2.

[0164] The second ridging device 51L is mounted on the left side of the mounting structure EL. The third ridging device 51R is mounted on the right side of the mounting structure ER. The first ridging device 51M is mounted on the middle mounting structure EM.

[0165] like Figure 13 , Figure 14 and Figure 19 As shown, the mulch film laying section 300B has a roller support shaft 300J. A mulch film roller 300R is supported on the roller support shaft 300J. The roller support shaft 300J includes a first roller support shaft 301 and a second roller support shaft 302. The mulch film roller 300R includes a first film roller 303 supported on the first roller support shaft 301 and a second film roller 304 supported on the second roller support shaft 302. Mulch film 300F, drawn from the mulch film roller 300R, is used to cover the raised ridge UNH.

[0166] The first roller support shaft 301 and the second roller support shaft 302 extend in the width direction (machine width direction K2) of the tractor 1A. For example... Figure 19 As shown, the first roller support shaft 301 and the second roller support shaft 302 overlap in the width direction (machine width direction K2) of the tractor 1A. In other words, the inner width side portion 301a of the first roller support shaft 301 and the inner width side portion 302a of the second roller support shaft 302 overlap in the machine width direction K2.

[0167] The right end of the first roller support shaft 301 (the end on the inner side of the machine width) is located to the right of the center of the machine width direction K2 of the film laying device 300. In addition, the right end of the first roller support shaft 301 is located to the right of the left end of the second roller support shaft 302 and the left end of the second film roller 304.

[0168] The left end of the second roller support shaft 302 (the end on the inner side of the machine width) is located to the left of the center of the machine width direction K2 of the film laying device 300. In addition, the left end of the second roller support shaft 302 is located to the left of the right end of the first roller support shaft 301 and the right end of the first film roller 303.

[0169] like Figure 14 As shown, the first roller support shaft 301 and the second roller support shaft 302 are staggered in the front-rear direction K1. Consequently, the first film roller 303 and the second film roller 304 are also staggered in the front-rear direction K1. In this embodiment, the first roller support shaft 301 is positioned in front of the second roller support shaft 302. However, the first roller support shaft 301 may also be positioned behind the second roller support shaft 302. Furthermore, although not shown, the first roller support shaft 301 and the second roller support shaft 302 may also be staggered in the vertical direction.

[0170] The left end of the first roller support shaft 301 is supported by the left side mounting structure EL. The right end of the first roller support shaft 301 is supported by the middle mounting structure EM. The left end of the second roller support shaft 302 is supported by the middle mounting structure EM. The right end of the second roller support shaft 302 is supported by the right side mounting structure ER.

[0171] like Figure 13 , Figure 14 As shown, the film pressing rollers C of the film laying device 300 include a left-side film pressing roller 331H for raised ridges, a middle left-side film pressing roller 332H for raised ridges, a middle right-side film pressing roller 333H for raised ridges, and a right-side film pressing roller 334H for raised ridges. The aforementioned film pressing rollers C are, for example, constructed from wheels.

[0172] The left-side film pressing roller 331H for high ridges is supported on the left-side mounting structure EL. The middle left-side film pressing roller 332H and the middle right-side film pressing roller 333H for high ridges are supported on the middle mounting structure EM. The right-side film pressing roller 334H for high ridges is supported on the right-side mounting structure ER.

[0173] In addition, to distinguish it from the "first pressing roller" used for leveling ridges, the pressing roller C used for raising ridges is sometimes referred to as the "second pressing roller".

[0174] like Figure 19As shown, each film pressing roller C is mounted on the mounting structure E in a position adjustable in the machine width direction so as to be positioned to enter the groove MZ formed by the ridging device 51.

[0175] The left-side film pressing roller 331H and the middle-side film pressing roller 332H for high ridges are arranged in an inclined position, approaching each other as they move forward (to the side of the first ridge UNH1). The middle-side film pressing roller 333H and the right-side film pressing roller 334H for high ridges are arranged in an inclined position, approaching each other as they move forward (to the side of the second ridge UNH2).

[0176] The left-side film pressing roller 331H and the middle-side film pressing roller 332H for high ridges are positioned behind the first film roller 303. The left-side film pressing roller 331H and the middle-side film pressing roller 332H for high ridges press the two ends of the mulch film 300F1 laid on the first ridge UNH1.

[0177] The middle right-side film pressing rollers 333H and 334H for high ridges are positioned behind the second film roller 304. The middle right-side film pressing rollers 333H and 334H press the two ends of the mulch film 300F2 laid on the second ridge UNH2.

[0178] The left-side film pressing roller 332H and the right-side film pressing roller 333H used for ridge application are staggered in the front-rear direction K1. In this embodiment, the left-side film pressing roller 332H is positioned in front of the right-side film pressing roller 333H. However, either the left-side or right-side film pressing roller 332H can be positioned behind the other. The rearward placement of either the left-side or right-side film pressing roller 333H can be determined based on the front-rear relationship between the first roller support shaft 301 and the second roller support shaft 302.

[0179] like Figure 19 As shown, the soil collecting component D has a soil covering component DS. The soil covering component DS includes a left soil covering component 321H for raised ridges, a middle left soil covering component 322H for raised ridges, a middle right soil covering component 323H for raised ridges, and a right soil covering component 324H for raised ridges. The soil covering component DS is composed of a circular plate-shaped soil covering disc.

[0180] In addition, in order to distinguish it from the "first soil covering component" used for leveling ridges, the soil covering component DS used for raising ridges is sometimes referred to as the "second soil covering component".

[0181] The left-side soil covering member 321H and the middle left-side soil covering member 322H of the raised ridge are arranged in an inclined shape, approaching each other as they move backward (to the side of the first ridge UNH1). The middle right-side soil covering member 323H and the right-side soil covering member 324H of the raised ridge are arranged in an inclined shape, approaching each other as they move backward (to the side of the second ridge UNH2).

[0182] The left-side soil covering member 321H for raised ridges is positioned behind the left side of the first film roller 303. The left-side soil covering member 321H covers the soil at the left end of the mulch film 300F1 rolled out from the first film roller 303 and laid on the first ridge UNH1. The middle-side soil covering member 322H for raised ridges is positioned behind the right side of the first film roller 303. The middle-side soil covering member 322H covers the soil at the right end of the mulch film 300F1 rolled out from the first film roller 303 and laid on the first ridge UNH1.

[0183] The right-side soil covering component 323H for raised beds is positioned behind the left side of the second film roller 304. The right-side soil covering component 323H covers the left end of the mulch film 300F2, which is rolled out from the second film roller 304 and laid on the second ridge UNH2, with soil. The right-side soil covering component 324H for raised beds is positioned behind the right side of the second film roller 304. The right-side soil covering component 324H covers the right end of the mulch film 300F2, which is rolled out from the second film roller 304 and laid on the second ridge UNH2, with soil.

[0184] The left-side soil covering member 322H and the right-side soil covering member 323H of the raised ridge are staggered in the front-rear direction K1. In this embodiment, the left-side soil covering member 322H is positioned in front of the right-side soil covering member 323H. However, it is acceptable to position either the left-side or right-side soil covering member 322H behind the other. The placement of the left-side or right-side soil covering member 323H behind can be determined based on the front-rear relationship between the first roller support shaft 301 and the second roller support shaft 302. Specifically, when the second roller support shaft 302 is positioned behind the first roller support shaft 301, the right-side soil covering member 323H is positioned behind the left-side soil covering member 322H. With the first roller support shaft 301 positioned behind the second roller support shaft 302, the left soil covering member 322H for ridge construction is positioned behind the right soil covering member 323H for ridge construction.

[0185] In addition, the left-side soil covering component 322H and the right-side soil covering component 323H used for high ridges are arranged overlappingly in the width direction (machine width direction K2) of the tractor 1A (see reference). Figure 18In addition, the left-side soil covering component 322H and the right-side soil covering component 323H in the high-ridge application also overlap in the front-back direction K1.

[0186] exist Figure 19 In the image, the direction of soil movement is indicated by the arrow YT.

[0187] like Figure 15 As shown, the high ridge is installed on the left side of the mounting structure EL using the left-side soil covering component 321H. (As...) Figure 17 As shown, the left-side soil covering component 322H and the right-side soil covering component 323H of the raised ridge are installed on the middle installation structure EM. Figure 14 As shown, the right-side soil covering component 324H is installed on the right-side installation structure ER using the high ridge.

[0188] For the work machine 1 according to one embodiment of the present invention, one work machine 1 can be used as a multi-functional machine. Figure 12 The leveling machine shown in the figure and Figure 19 The high-ridge work machine shown in the figure.

[0189] That is, the ridge-forming device A of the working machine 1 includes: a grooving member Z, which grooves the field to form a flat ridge UN; and a ridging device 51, which rids the field to form a high ridge UNH. Furthermore, the working machine 1 has a mounting structure E, which can selectively mount a flat ridge member used with the grooving member Z and a high ridge member used with the ridging device 51.

[0190] Figures 20-22 The image shows an "installation structure E" for using a single machine 1 for both leveling and raising ridges. The "installation structure E" includes a "left installation structure EL", a "middle installation structure EM", and a "right installation structure ER".

[0191] By installing a "ridge-leveling component" on the mounting structure E and using the slotted component Z, a ridge-leveling machine 1 for forming ridges UN is constructed (see reference). Figure 12 (etc.). Furthermore, by replacing the leveling component with the "high-ridge component" installed on the mounting structure E, and using the ridging device 51 instead of the slotting component Z, a high-ridge machine 1 for forming high ridges UNH is constructed (see reference). Figure 19 wait).

[0192] like Figure 12 As shown, the "leveling ridge component" includes a soil covering component DS, also known as the "first soil covering component," which covers the ends of the mulch film 300F laid on the leveling ridge UN with soil in the width direction. The "first soil covering component" includes a left soil covering component 321, a middle left soil covering component 322, a middle right soil covering component 323, and a right soil covering component 324.

[0193] The “flat-ridge component” includes a film pressing roller C, also known as the “first film pressing roller,” which presses the ends of the mulch film 300F laid on the flat ridge UN in the width direction. The “first film pressing roller” includes a left film pressing roller 331, a middle left film pressing roller 332, a middle right film pressing roller 333, and a right film pressing roller 334.

[0194] The "ridge-leveling component" includes a blade BL. The blade BL guides the soil covered at the end by the soil covering component DS onto the mulch film 300F on the upper surface of the ridge UN. The blade BL is positioned obliquely relative to the soil covering component DS when viewed from above, and extends inward toward the machine width direction K2. The blade BL is either separate from or integral with the soil covering component DS.

[0195] like Figure 19 As shown, the "high ridge component" includes a soil covering component DS, also known as the "second soil covering component," which covers the ends of the mulch film 300F laid on the high ridge UNH with soil in the width direction. The "second soil covering component" includes the left soil covering component 321H, the middle left soil covering component 322H, the middle right soil covering component 323H, and the right soil covering component 324H for the high ridge.

[0196] The "high-ridge component" includes a film pressing roller C, also known as the "second film pressing roller," which presses the ends of the plastic film 300F laid on the high ridge UNH in the width direction. The "second film pressing roller" includes a left-side film pressing roller 331H, a middle left-side film pressing roller 332H, a middle right-side film pressing roller 333H, and a right-side film pressing roller 334H for high ridges.

[0197] like Figure 20 , Figure 21 As shown, the "left-side mounting structure EL," which is the mounting structure E, has a base EL1 fixed to the mounting body 196 of the rotating frame 11. The base EL1 has a horizontal portion EL1H mounted on the mounting body 196 and a vertical portion EL1V hanging down from the center of the horizontal portion EL1H, forming a T-shape. A ridging device 51 (51L) (see reference) can be mounted on the vertical portion EL1V. Figure 13 ).

[0198] Mounting arm EL2 protrudes rearward from the vertical section EL1V. Mounting arm EL2 is mounted on bracket EL1a, located on the vertical section EL1V, and can swing vertically via pivot support shaft EL1b. The vertical section EL1V and mounting arm EL2 are connected by tension spring EL3, which applies downward force to mounting arm EL2. Mounting block EL4 and mounting plate EL5 are mounted at the front end of mounting arm EL2. Chain mounting part EL6 is provided on the upper surface of mounting block EL4. Film roller support part EL7 protrudes outward from the vertical section EL1V in the machine width direction.

[0199] Mounting plate EL5 has a first mounting part EL21 for mounting the "left side covering member 321" as the first covering member. Mounting block EL4 has a second mounting part EL22 for mounting the "left side covering member 321H for raised ridges" as the second covering member. Mounting arm EL2 has a third mounting part EL23 for mounting the "left side film pressing roller 331" as the first film pressing roller on the base side. Mounting plate EL5 has a fourth mounting part EL24 for mounting the "left side film pressing roller 331H for raised ridges" as the second film pressing roller. Mounting block EL4 has a fifth mounting part EL25 for mounting the "first blade BL1" as the blade BL.

[0200] like Figure 8 , Figure 9 As shown, the "left soil covering component 321", which is the first soil covering component, is installed on the "first mounting part EL21" via the angle adjustment mechanism EL8.

[0201] The angle adjustment mechanism EL8 has an arm EL8b, which is rotatably mounted on the mounting plate EL5 in the horizontal plane via a support shaft EL8a. An elongated hole EL8c centered on the support shaft EL8a is formed in the arm EL8b; by loosening the bolt EL8d passing through this hole EL8c, the rotation angle of the arm EL8b can be adjusted. A left-side soil-covering component 321 is mounted at the front end of the arm EL8b.

[0202] like Figure 15 , Figure 16 As shown, the "left soil covering member 321H", which is the second soil covering member, is installed on the "second mounting part EL22" via the second soil covering member mounting arm EL4a.

[0203] That is, the base of the second soil covering component mounting arm EL4a is fixed to the mounting block EL4, and a plate portion EL4b is provided at the front end of the second soil covering component mounting arm EL4a. The left soil covering component 321H is mounted on this plate portion EL4b via an angle adjustment mechanism EL8. Because this angle adjustment mechanism EL8 and... Figure 8 The structures shown are identical, therefore, the explanation is omitted.

[0204] like Figure 8 , Figure 9 As shown, the "left film pressing roller 331", which is the first film pressing roller, is mounted on the "third mounting part EL23" via the roller mounting rod EL9.

[0205] Specifically, the roller mounting rod EL9 is mounted on the third mounting part EL23 with its protrusion extending inward in the machine width direction. The sliding member EL9a is movably mounted on the roller mounting rod EL9 along the machine width direction. An L-shaped roller mounting arm EL9b is swaying freely in the vertical direction and is mounted on the sliding member EL9a. A left-side film pressing roller 331 is mounted on the lower end of the roller mounting arm EL9b. A tension spring EL9c is provided between the roller mounting arm EL9b and the sliding member EL9a, applying force to the left-side film pressing roller 331 in the grounding direction. The sliding member EL9a is fixed to the roller mounting rod EL9 by a locking bolt EL9d, allowing for adjustment of its position in the machine width direction.

[0206] like Figure 15 , Figure 16 As shown, the "left film pressing roller 331H", which is the second film pressing roller, is mounted on the "fourth mounting part EL24" via the roller mounting rod EL9.

[0207] That is, the roller mounting rod EL9 is mounted on the fourth mounting part EL24 in a manner that protrudes inward in the machine width direction, and the sliding member EL9a is movably disposed on the roller mounting rod EL9 along the machine width direction. Other structures are the same as... Figure 9 same.

[0208] like Figure 8 , Figure 9 As shown, the "first blade BL1", which is the blade BL, is mounted on the "fifth mounting part EL25" via the blade mounting arm EL4c.

[0209] Specifically, the base of the L-shaped blade mounting arm EL4c is fixed to the mounting block EL4. A mounting part EL4d is provided at the front end of the blade mounting arm EL4c, and the plate-shaped first blade BL1 is fixed to the mounting part EL4d by mounting bolts EL4e. A soil retaining plate PL is provided on the upper part of the first blade BL1 and on the left side of the blade mounting arm EL4c, near the soil covering member 321, to prevent soil from crossing the first blade BL1. Similarly, a soil retaining plate PL is provided on the upper part of the fourth blade BL4 and on the right side of the blade mounting arm, near the soil covering member 324, to prevent soil from crossing the fourth blade BL4.

[0210] Since the "right mounting structure ER", which is the mounting structure E, is symmetrical to the "left mounting structure EL", its description is omitted.

[0211] Figure 22 This is a perspective view of the "intermediate mounting structure EM" which serves as the mounting structure E.

[0212] The intermediate mounting structure EM has a vertical part EM1. The vertical part EM1 is mounted on the central mounting body 196M (see reference). Figure 7 , Figure 10 , Figure 11 , Figure 14 , Figure 17 , Figure 18 The ridging device 51 (51M) can be installed on the vertical part EM1 (see reference). Figure 18 The mounting arm EM2 protrudes rearward from the vertical part EM1.

[0213] The mounting arm EM2 consists of a pair of upper and lower parallel links. The base of each parallel link is mounted on a bracket EM1a located on the vertical section EM1 via a pivot support EM1b, allowing it to swing vertically. A bracket EM3 is located at the front end of each parallel link, and the upper and lower parallel links are connected via a pivot support EM3a located on the bracket EM3. A tension spring EM4 is located between the upper and lower parallel links. A chain mounting portion EM5 is located on the upper surface of the front end of the upper parallel link. A film roller support portion EM6 protrudes to both sides in the machine width direction and is located at the lower part of the vertical section EM1.

[0214] The lower surface of the bracket EM3 is provided with a first mounting part EM21, a second mounting part EM22, a fourth mounting part EM24, and a fifth mounting part EM25, and the upper surface of the base side of the lower parallel connecting rod is provided with a third mounting part EM23.

[0215] like Figure 10 , Figure 11 As shown, the "first installation part EM21" is equipped with a middle left soil covering member 322 and a middle right soil covering member 323, which serve as the first soil covering member.

[0216] That is, a first mounting plate EM7 is installed on the lower surface of the bracket EM3, a middle left soil covering component 322 is provided on the left side of the first mounting plate EM7, and a middle right soil covering component 323 is provided on the right side.

[0217] like Figure 17 , Figure 18 As shown, the left soil covering component 322H and the right soil covering component 323H of the raised ridge, which are the second soil covering components, are installed on the "second mounting part EM22" via the second mounting plate EM8.

[0218] That is, the plate-shaped second mounting plate EM8 is installed on the lower surface of the bracket EM3, and the support column EM8a hangs down from the rear end of the second mounting plate EM8. A left-side soil covering component 322H for high ridges is provided on the left side of the lower part of the support column EM8a, and a right-side soil covering component 323H for high ridges is provided on its right side (see reference). Figure 18 When viewed from above, the left-side soil covering component 322H of the raised ridge is positioned further forward than the right-side soil covering component 323H of the raised ridge.

[0219] like Figure 10 , Figure 11As shown, the middle left film pressing roller 332 and the middle right film pressing roller 333, which are the first film pressing rollers, are mounted on the "third mounting part EM23" via the roller mounting rod EM9.

[0220] Specifically, the roller mounting rods EM9 are mounted on the third mounting section EM23, protruding in both directions along the machine width. Sliding members EM9a are movably mounted on the roller mounting rods EM9 on both sides along the machine width. L-shaped roller mounting arms EM9b are flexibly mounted on each sliding member EM9a in the vertical direction. A middle left-side film pressing roller 332 is mounted at the lower end of the left roller mounting arm EM9b, and a middle right-side film pressing roller 333 is mounted on the right roller mounting arm EM9b. A tension spring EM9c is provided between the roller mounting arms EM9b and the sliding members EM9a, applying force to each roller 332 and 333 in the grounding direction. The sliding members EM9a are fixed to the roller mounting rods EM9 by locking bolts EM9d. By loosening the locking bolts EM9d, their position in the machine width direction can be adjusted.

[0221] like Figure 17 , Figure 18 As shown, the left-side film pressing roller 332H and the right-side film pressing roller 333H, which serve as the second film pressing rollers for ridge application, are mounted on the "fourth mounting section EM24" via the roller mounting rod EM9. The roller mounting rod EM9 is mounted on the second mounting plate EM8 in a manner that protrudes to both sides in the machine width direction.

[0222] That is, a roller mounting rod EM9 is provided on the lower front side of the plate-shaped second mounting plate EM8, which is mounted on the lower surface of the bracket EM3, in a manner that protrudes in the left-right direction. When viewed from above, the left roller mounting rod EM9 is located further forward than the right roller mounting rod EM9.

[0223] Sliding members EM9a are movably mounted on each roller mounting rod EM9 along the machine width direction. L-shaped roller mounting arms EM9b are oscillating freely along the vertical direction and mounted on each sliding member EM9a. A left-side film pressing roller 332H for high-ridge applications is mounted at the lower end of the left roller mounting arm EM9b, and a right-side film pressing roller 333H for high-ridge applications is mounted on the right roller mounting arm EM9b. A tension spring EM9c is installed between the roller mounting arm EM9b and the sliding member EM9a, applying force to each roller 332H and 333H towards the ground. Sliding members EM9a are fixed to the roller mounting rod EM9 by locking bolts EM9d. Loosening the locking bolts EM9d allows for adjustment of their position along the machine width direction.

[0224] like Figure 10 , Figure 11 As shown, the "second blade BL2 and third blade BL3" of blade BL are mounted on the "fifth mounting part EM25" via blade mounting member EM10.

[0225] Specifically, a blade mounting member EM10 is provided on the first mounting plate EM7, which is mounted on the lower surface of the bracket EM3. The blade mounting member EM10 has a vertical portion EM10a and a horizontal portion EM10b located at the lower end of the vertical portion. The horizontal portion EM10b extends along the width direction of the machine. The second blade BL2 and the third blade BL3 are fixed to the horizontal portion EM10b by bolts EM10c.

[0226] The second blade BL2 is positioned behind the left-side soil covering member 322. The inner side (left side) of the second blade BL2 overlaps with the left-side soil covering member 322 in the width direction. The third blade BL3 is positioned behind the right-side soil covering member 323. The inner side (right side) of the third blade BL3 overlaps with the right-side soil covering member 323 in the width direction.

[0227] The second blade BL2 and the third blade BL3 extend along the width of the aircraft and are arranged in the same straight line, but they can also be arranged to tilt backward as they move from the inside of the width of the aircraft toward the outside of the width of the aircraft.

[0228] In the operating machine 1 according to one embodiment of the present invention described above, the ridge forming device A includes: a grooving member Z, which grooves the field to form a flat ridge UN; and a ridging device 51, which rids the field to form a high ridge UNH. Furthermore, because it includes a mounting structure E, which allows for the selective mounting of a flat ridge member used with the grooving member Z and a high ridge member used with the ridging device 51, a single operating machine can be used for both flat ridge and high ridge applications.

[0229] <Configuration and construction of blades, etc., for leveling ridges>

[0230] like Figure 12 As shown, the work machine 1 according to one embodiment of the present invention has the following structure: it covers the soil on the mulch film 300F so that the mulch film 300F will not be peeled off due to wind or the like.

[0231] Figures 5-12 The machine shown 1 includes: a ridge forming device A, which forms a ridge UN in the field; a mulch film laying device 300, which lays a mulch film 300F on the ridge UN; and a transplanting device 39, which transplants seedlings onto the ridge UN covered with the mulch film 300F.

[0232] The mulch film laying device 300 includes: a soil covering member DS, which covers the end of the mulch film 300F with soil; and a blade BL, which is positioned forward of the transplanting device 39 and guides the soil covered at the end by the soil covering member DS onto the mulch film 300F covering the upper surface of the ridge UN.

[0233] like Figure 7 As shown, since the leaves BL (BL1 to BL4) are positioned forward of the transplanting device 39, soil is covered on the plastic film 300F and leveled using the leaves BL before the seedling NE is planted on the ridge UN using the transplanting device 39. Although the transplanting device 39 provides holes for transplanting on the plastic film 300F, wind may enter through the holes during a breeze, causing the plastic film 300F to peel off from the upper surface of the ridge UN. However, in this embodiment, since soil is covered on the plastic film 300F before the holes for transplanting are made, there is no peeling of the plastic film 300F caused by wind.

[0234] Figure 4 , Figure 5 The ridge-forming device A shown is a grooving member Z that forms ridges UN by grooving the field after tilling by the tilling section 18. Since the grooving member Z is provided on the rear cover 19B that moves up and down following the surface of the field, even if the tilling depth of the tilling section 18 changes, the depth of the grooving formed by the grooving member Z will be a certain depth from the surface of the ridge UN.

[0235] like Figure 12 As shown, the soil covering member DS is positioned behind the grooving member Z. The blade BL is positioned behind the soil covering member DS. With this structure, the soil covering member DS can efficiently cover the end of the mulch film 300F located on the groove formed by the grooving member Z. Furthermore, the blade BL can guide the soil at this end onto the mulch film 300F on the upper surface of the covering ridge.

[0236] Furthermore, in this invention, "rear" means "rear in the front-to-back positional relationship," and also includes cases of offset in the left-to-right direction. Additionally, "rear" simply means being rearward at least when comparing the positions of the center positions in the front-to-back direction with each other. For example, the center of the blade BL in the front-to-back direction only needs to be positioned rearward than the center of the soil-covering member DS in the front-to-back direction. Furthermore, the leading edge of the soil-covering member DS only needs to be positioned forward than the leading edge of the blade BL.

[0237] In the above structure, the soil covering component DS and the blade BL are formed separately, but as mentioned above, the soil covering component DS and the blade BL can also be formed integrally.

[0238] In addition, by changing the position of the slotted component Z and / or the mounting structure E in the machine width direction (left-right direction), it is possible to adjust (change) the positional relationship between the soil covering component DS and the slotted component Z in the left-right direction.

[0239] The configuration relationship between the slotted component Z, the soil-covered component DS, and the blade BL is further explained in detail.

[0240] like Figures 10-12 As shown, the soil covering components DS installed on the middle mounting structure EM are the middle left soil covering component 322 and the middle right soil covering component 323, and the blades BL are the second blade BL2 and the third blade BL3.

[0241] On the left side of the centrally mounted structure EM, the middle left-side film pressing roller 332 is positioned behind the grooving member Z, within the groove MZ cut by the grooving member Z. Behind the middle left-side film pressing roller 332 is a middle left-side soil covering member 322, and behind this middle left-side soil covering member 322 is a second blade BL2. The front end of the middle left-side soil covering member 322 is located further inside the machine body than the groove MZ, and the rear end is located within the groove MZ. The right end of the second blade BL2 overlaps with the middle left-side soil covering member 322 in the machine width direction. The left end of the second blade BL2 reaches the transplanting position of the seedling NE on the upper surface of the first ridge UN1.

[0242] The end of the plastic film 300F1 laid on the first ridge UN1 is bent and pressed using the left-side film pressing roller 332, so that it follows the side of the first ridge UN1 formed by the grooving member Z. The left-side soil covering member 322, located behind the left-side film pressing roller 332, covers the bent end of the plastic film 300F1 with soil TU from between the grooves, and also covers the shoulder of the first ridge UN1. The second blade BL2, located behind the left-side soil covering member 322, moves above the plastic film 300F1, thereby... Figure 12 As indicated by arrow YT, the soil covering the shoulder of the first ridge UN1 is guided to the upper surface of the first ridge UN1 and then covered with the upper surface of the mulch film 300F1.

[0243] Furthermore, the right-side membrane pressing roller 333, the right-side soil covering component 323, and the third blade BL3, located on the right side of the central mounting structure EM, are symmetrically arranged with the left-side membrane pressing roller 332, the left-side soil covering component 322, and the second blade BL2, sandwiched between the width-direction center of the transplanting machine. Therefore, they have the same configuration (positional relationship) and function as the left-side membrane pressing roller 332, the left-side soil covering component 322, and the second blade BL2.

[0244] in addition, Figure 8 , Figure 9 The left-side film pressing roller 331, shown in the diagram, mounted on the left-side mounting structure EL, is configured to be located within the groove MZ formed by the slotted member Z (see reference). Figure 12The left-side covering member 321 is positioned on the outer side (left side) of the trough MZ. The outer side end (left end) of the first blade BL1 overlaps with the inner side end (right end) of the left-side covering member 321 in the machine width direction. The inner side end (right end) of the first blade BL1 reaches the transplanting position of the seedling NE on the upper surface of the first ridge UN1.

[0245] The end of the plastic film 300F1 laid on the first ridge UN1 is bent and pressed using the left-side film pressing roller 331, so that it follows the side of the first ridge UN1 formed by the grooving member Z. The soil TU between the grooves is covered by the left-side soil covering member 321, located behind the left-side film pressing roller 331, covering the bent end of the plastic film 300F1 and the shoulder of the first ridge UN1. The first blade BL1, located behind the left-side soil covering member 321, is moved above the plastic film 300F1, thereby... Figure 12 As indicated by arrow YT, the soil covering the shoulder of the first ridge UN1 is guided to the upper surface of the first ridge UN1 and then covered with the upper surface of the mulch film 300F1.

[0246] Furthermore, the right-side membrane pressing roller 334, the right-side soil covering component 324, and the fourth blade BL4, installed on the right-side mounting structure ER, are arranged symmetrically with the left-side membrane pressing roller 331, the left-side soil covering component 321, and the first blade BL1, sandwiched between the width-direction center of the transplanting machine. Therefore, they have the same configuration (positional relationship) and function as the left-side membrane pressing roller 331, the left-side soil covering component 321, and the first blade BL1.

[0247] <Molding film installation structure>

[0248] like Figures 23 to 29B As shown, the working machine 1 has a structure that facilitates the installation and removal of the mulch film roller.

[0249] like Figure 5 , Figure 6 , Figure 12 and Figure 23 As shown, the mulch film laying device 300 includes: a roller support shaft 300J, which passes through a film roller 300R on which mulch film 300F is wound and supports the film roller 300R along its entire length; a support portion J1, which supports one end of the roller support shaft 300J; and a support portion J2, which supports the other end of the roller support shaft 300J.

[0250] like Figure 23 , Figure 24As shown, one end of the roller support shaft 300J (external side of the machine body) can be attached to and detached relative to one support part J1, while the other end (internal side of the machine body) can swing around the other support part J2 as a fulcrum. In detail, the other end of the roller support shaft 300J can swing in the vertical direction around the other support part J2 as a fulcrum.

[0251] like Figure 12 and Figure 23 As shown, the roller support shaft 300J includes: a first roller support shaft 301, which supports the mulch film 300F1 laid on the first ridge UN1; and a second roller support shaft 302, which supports the mulch film 300F2 laid on the second ridge UN2 adjacent to the first ridge UN1. The first roller support shaft 301 and the second roller support shaft 302 can swing independently.

[0252] like Figure 23 As shown, one support portion J1 includes a first support portion J1a supporting one end of the first roller support shaft 301 and a second support portion J1b supporting one end of the second roller support shaft 302. The other support portion J2 includes a first other support portion J2a supporting the other end of the first roller support shaft 301 and a second other support portion J2b supporting the other end of the second roller support shaft 302.

[0253] like Figure 12 As shown, the first support portion J2a supports the other end of the first roller support shaft 301 between the first ridge UN1 and the second ridge UN2. The second support portion J2b supports the other end of the second roller support shaft 302 between the first ridge UN1 and the second ridge UN2.

[0254] like Figure 25 , Figure 26 As shown by arrow Y2, one support part J1 and the other support part J2 can move parallel to the axial direction of the roller support shaft 300J.

[0255] like Figures 27-29B As shown, the roller support shaft 300J is formed in a cylindrical shape. The other support portion J2 has: a support rod J3, which is inserted into and supports the other end of the roller support shaft 300J; a through shaft J3a, which passes through the support rod J3; and a retaining member J3b, which holds the roller support shaft 300J so that it can rotate about the axis of the through shaft J3a.

[0256] The other support J2 has a locking member J4, which is configured to move along the roller support shaft 300J and to move to an allowable position that allows rotation of the roller support shaft 300J and a locked position that does not allow rotation of the roller support shaft 300J.

[0257] Further details will be provided.

[0258] like Figure 24 , Figure 26 As shown, a first square support J1a supports one end of the first roller support shaft 301. The first square support J1a is provided on the left mounting structure EL. A film roller support EL7 is provided on the vertical part EL1V of the left mounting structure EL. The first square support J1a is provided on the film roller support EL7.

[0259] The first support portion J1a includes: a sliding member EL7a, which is slidably disposed on the film roller support portion EL7; and an arm EL7b, which is disposed on the sliding member EL7a. The sliding member EL7a is fixed to the film roller support portion EL7 by a locking bolt EL7c for positioning in the left and right directions.

[0260] A recess EL7d is provided at the front end of the arm EL7b, which supports one end of the first roller support shaft 301 and opens upward. A cover member EL7e is provided to prevent the first roller support shaft 301 from disengaging upward from the recess EL7d. One end of the cover member EL7e is rotatably mounted to the front end of the arm EL7b via a pivot EL7f. The other end of the cover member EL7e is rotatably fixed to the front end of the arm EL7b via a locking bolt EL7g.

[0261] By loosening the locking bolt EL7g and opening the cover component EL7e upwards, the side recess EL7d at one end of the first roller support shaft 301 can be easily installed and removed (see reference). Figure 26 Arrow Y3).

[0262] like Figure 23 As shown, the second square support J1b supports one end of the second roller support shaft 302. The second square support J1b is located on the right-side mounting structure ER. The second square support J1b is symmetrical to the first square support J1a, sandwiching the width-direction center CL1 of the transplanting machine. The structure of the second square support J1b is the same as that of the first square support J1a.

[0263] like Figure 24 , Figure 25 , Figures 27-29B As shown, the first other support portion J2a supports the other end of the first roller support shaft 301. The first other support portion J2a is provided in the intermediate mounting structure EM. A film roller support portion EM6 is provided in the vertical portion EM1 of the intermediate mounting structure EM. The first other support portion J2a is provided in the film roller support portion EM6.

[0264] The first support portion J2a includes: a sliding member EM6a, which is slidably disposed on the film roller support portion EM6; and an arm EM6b, which is disposed on the sliding member EM6a. The sliding member EM6a is fixed to the film roller support portion EM6 by a locking bolt EM6c for positioning in the left and right directions.

[0265] like Figures 27-29B As shown, the first roller support shaft 301 is formed in a cylindrical shape. The first other support portion J2a has a support rod J3, a through shaft J3a passing through the support rod J3, and a retaining member J3b at the front end of the arm EM6b to hold the first roller support shaft 301 so that it can rotate about the through shaft J3a.

[0266] That is, the support rod J3 has a shaft extending along the width direction K2 and is fixed to the front end of the arm EM6b. The through shaft J3a has a shaft extending along the front-rear direction K1, and the two ends of the through shaft J3a pass through the support rod J3 in a manner that protrudes from the support rod J3.

[0267] The front and rear ends of the through shaft J3a pass through the holes provided in the cylindrical first roller support shaft 301, thereby supporting the first roller support shaft 301 in a freely rotatable manner in the vertical direction on the support rod J3.

[0268] The retaining member J3b is formed in a semi-circular ring shape, with one end oscillating freely at one end of the through shaft J3a, and the other end engaging and disengaging freely at the other end of the through shaft J3a. An annular groove J3c is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the first roller support shaft 301 to accommodate the retaining member J3b and prevent it from protruding from the outer peripheral surface of the first roller support shaft 301.

[0269] By releasing the engagement between the retaining member J3b and the through shaft J3a, and pulling the through shaft J3a out of the support rod J3, the other end of the first roller support shaft 301 can be attached to or detached from the support rod J3. By passing the other end of the first roller support shaft 301 through the support rod J3 and inserting the through shaft J3a throughout the first roller support shaft 301 and the support rod J3, and holding it with the retaining member J3b, the other end of the first roller support shaft 301 can be mounted on the support rod J3. With the other end of the first roller support shaft 301 mounted on the support rod J3, the first roller support shaft 301 can be rotated (tilted) about the axis of the through shaft J3a in the vertical direction (see reference). Figure 23 , Figure 24 (Imaginary line). This structure facilitates the installation and removal of heavy objects, namely the film roller 300R, from the film roller support shaft 300J.

[0270] like Figure 25 , Figure 27 , Figure 29A , Figure 29BAs shown, the first support portion J2a has a locking member J4. The locking member J4 is configured to move along the first roller support shaft 301 and to move to a permissible position that allows the first roller support shaft 301 to rotate about the through shaft J3a (see reference). Figure 29A ) and the locking position that prevents the first roller support shaft 301 from rotating about the through shaft J3a (refer to Figure 29B ).

[0271] The locking member J4 is formed as a cylindrical body that is slidably fitted onto the other end of the first roller support shaft 301. A locking bolt J4a is screwed onto the locking member J4. An operating piece J4b is provided on the locking bolt J4a. By grasping the operating piece J4b and rotating the locking bolt J4a, it is possible to switch between a state in which the locking member J4 is fixed to the first roller support shaft 301 and a state in which it can move along the first roller support shaft 301.

[0272] like Figure 29A As shown, by loosening the locking bolt J4a and placing the locking member J4 at a position where the end face of the locking member J4 is away from the arm EM6b, the first roller support shaft 301 can tilt downward about the through shaft J3a as shown by the imaginary line.

[0273] like Figure 29B As shown, by placing the locking member J4 at the position where the end face of the locking member J4 contacts the arm EM6b, and screwing in the locking bolt J4a, the locking member J4 is fixed to the first roller support shaft 301. Thus, the first roller support shaft 301 is prevented from tilting by the contact between the end face of the locking member J4 and the arm EM6b.

[0274] The structure of the second other support portion J2b on the other end side of the second roller support shaft 302 is the same as the structure of the first other support portion J2a described above.

[0275] exist Figures 13-19 The high-ridge working machine shown also has the aforementioned one support part J1 and the other support part J2.

[0276] <Suspension structure of the mounting arm of the mulch film laying device>

[0277] like Figure 2 As shown, the rotary tiller 2 has a rotary frame 11, and the transplanter 3 has a transplanter frame 37. The rotary frame 11 and the transplanter frame 37 are connected vertically via a connecting mechanism 41 consisting of a parallel linkage. Thus, the rotary tiller 2 and the transplanter 3 can move relative to each other in the vertical direction. That is, the transplanter 3 (transplanter frame 37) can move vertically relative to the rotary tiller 2.

[0278] The front chairs 187A and 187B are mounted on the rotating frame 11 and can move up and down via the connecting mechanism 41. The rear chairs 187C and 187D are mounted on a seat frame 197 that is connected to the rotating frame 11 via a parallel linkage mechanism 200. The seat frame 197 is supported on the field by wheels 206.

[0279] like Figure 30 As shown, the mounting arm EL2 of the mulch film laying device 300 is pivotally supported by a pivot support shaft SZ, allowing it to move vertically relative to the rotating frame 11. Mounting arms ER2 and EM2 are similarly supported. The mounting arm EL2 is connected to the transplanting machine frame 37 via a chain CHN. This chain CHN... Figure 20 The chain mounting section EL6 shown is... Figure 22 The chain mounting part EM5 is shown. Therefore, as the transplanter frame 37 rises, the plastic film laying device 300 also rises (see reference). Figure 30 (Arrows Y4 and Y5).

[0280] Figure 31 The diagram shown illustrates the vertical movement of the connecting mechanism 41.

[0281] The connecting mechanism 41 has a lower connecting rod 44A and an upper connecting rod 44C. The cylinder of the lifting drive device 42 is connected to the upper connecting rod 44C. When the lower connecting rod 44A swings up and down around the support shaft 161L driven by the lifting drive device 42, the upper connecting rod 44C swings up and down around the support shaft 161M. As a result, the chairs (first front chair 187A and second front chair 187B) supported on the chair support body 150 and the transplant machine 3 are raised and lowered as a whole. Here, since the connecting rod mechanism 44 is composed of a parallel linkage mechanism, the chairs 187A, 187B and the transplant machine 3 are raised and lowered parallel to the ground.

[0282] The lifting drive device 42 has a lifting cylinder (hydraulic actuator) C1. The lifting cylinder C1 is composed of a hydraulic cylinder having a cylinder body C1a and a piston rod C1b. The front end of the piston rod C1b is pivotally supported on an upper support shaft 162. The upper support shaft 162 is installed at the midpoint of the upper connecting rod 44C in the front-rear direction. The bottom side of the cylinder body C1a is pivotally supported on a lower support shaft 163. The lower support shaft 163 is mounted on the rotating frame 11.

[0283] When the lifting cylinder C1 is extended (causing the piston rod C1b to advance from the cylinder body C1a), the upper connecting rod 44C and the lower connecting rod 44A swing upwards, raising the chairs (first front chair 187A and second front chair 187B) and the transplant machine 3 (frame 37) supported on the chair support 150. Conversely, when the lifting cylinder C1 is shortened (causing the piston rod C1b to retract), the upper connecting rod 44C and the lower connecting rod 44A swing downwards, lowering the chairs (first front chair 187A and second front chair 187B) and the transplant machine 3 (frame 37) supported on the chair support 150. Furthermore, the lifting drive device 42 can also be composed of an electric cylinder (electric actuator) or an electro-hydraulic cylinder (electro-hydraulic actuator).

[0284] The work machine 1 of this embodiment can achieve the effects described below.

[0285] Additionally, the machine 1 includes: a tillage section 18 that rotates about an axis 16 extending in the machine width direction to till the field; a ridge-forming device A that forms ridges UN in the field tilled by the tillage section 18; a mulch film laying section 300B that lays mulch film 300F on the ridges UN; and a soil-collecting component D that collects soil on the mulch film 300F. The soil-collecting component D has: a soil-covering component DS that covers the end of the mulch film 300F with soil; and a blade BL that is positioned inside the mulch film 300F in the machine width direction than the soil-covering component DS, guiding the soil covered at the end to the mulch film 300F covering the upper surface of the ridges UN. The blade BL and the soil-covering component DS are separately constructed and are arranged at an angle relative to the soil-covering component DS and extend inward in the machine width direction when viewed from above.

[0286] According to this structure, the blade BL can be used to guide the soil gathered by the soil covering component DS onto the mulch film 300F and cover it with soil.

[0287] In addition, the inner end of the soil covering component DS in the machine width direction and the outer end of the blade BL in the machine width direction are consistent with or overlap in the machine width direction.

[0288] According to this structure, the blades BL can be used to efficiently guide the soil gathered by the soil covering component DS onto the mulch film 300F and cover it with soil.

[0289] In addition, the soil covering component DS is tilted and positioned so that it faces inward toward the machine width direction as it moves toward the rear.

[0290] Based on this structure, soil can be easily collected using the soil-covering component DS.

[0291] In addition, it is equipped with an angle adjustment mechanism EL8, which can adjust the tilt angle of the soil covering component DS.

[0292] Based on this structure, the amount of soil that is accumulated can be adjusted.

[0293] Additionally, the ridge-forming device A includes: a grooving member Z, which grooves the field to form a flat ridge; and a ridging device 51, which rids the field to form a high ridge. The machine 1 has an installation structure E, which can selectively install a flat ridge member used with the grooving member Z and a high ridge member used with the ridging device 51.

[0294] According to this structure, by selectively installing the ridge-flattening component and the ridge-raising component on the mounting structure E, it is possible to use a single machine for both ridge-flattening and ridge-raising purposes.

[0295] In addition, the ridge-building component includes a first soil-covering component that covers the end of the mulch film 300F laid on the ridge in the width direction, and the raised-ridge component includes a second soil-covering component that covers the end of the mulch film 300F laid on the raised-ridge in the width direction. The mounting structure E has a first mounting part EL21 capable of mounting the first soil-covering component and a second mounting part EL22 capable of mounting the second soil-covering component.

[0296] According to this structure, a first soil covering member that covers soil at the ends of the mulch film 300F laid on flat ridges and a second soil covering member that covers soil at the ends of the mulch film 300F laid on raised ridges can be selectively installed on a single machine.

[0297] In addition, the ridge-leveling component includes a first film pressing roller that presses the end of the mulch film laid on the ridge in the width direction, and the raised-ridge component includes a second film pressing roller that presses the end of the mulch film laid on the raised-ridge in the width direction. The mounting structure E has a third mounting part EL23 capable of mounting the first film pressing roller and a fourth mounting part EL24 capable of mounting the second film pressing roller.

[0298] According to this structure, a first film pressing roller that presses the ends of the film laid on flat ridges in the width direction and a second film pressing roller that presses the ends of the film laid on raised ridges in the width direction can be selectively installed on a single machine.

[0299] In addition, the flatbed component includes blades BL, and the mounting structure E has a fifth mounting part EL25 capable of mounting blades BL.

[0300] According to this structure, blades BL, which serve as leveling components, can be installed on the work machine as needed.

[0301] Additionally, the work machine 1 includes: a ridge-forming device A, which forms ridges UN in the field; a mulch film laying device 300, which lays mulch film 300F on the ridges UN; and a transplanting device 39, which transplants seedlings onto the ridges UN covered with mulch film 300F. The mulch film laying device 300 includes: a soil covering member DS, which covers the end of the mulch film 300F with soil; and a blade BL, which is positioned forward of the transplanting device 39 and guides the soil covered at the end by the soil covering member DS onto the mulch film 300F covering the upper surface of the ridge UN.

[0302] According to this structure, since the soil is covered on the mulch film 300F by the leaf BL before the transplanting device 39 makes holes (transplanting holes) in the mulch film 300F, the mulch film 300F can be prevented from peeling off due to strong winds, etc. In addition, since the soil covering the mulch film 300F is leveled by the leaf BL, the seedlings can be prevented from being buried by the soil.

[0303] In addition, the tillage section 18 is equipped with a tillage unit for cultivating the field, and the ridge forming device A is a grooving component Z that forms ridges UN by grooving the field after tillage by the tillage section 18.

[0304] According to this structure, after laying the 300F mulch film on the ridge UN (flat ridge) formed by grooving the field using the grooving component Z, the soil covering component DS and the blade BL are used to cover the 300F mulch film with soil, which can prevent the 300F mulch film from peeling off.

[0305] In addition, the soil covering component DS is positioned behind the slotted component Z, and the blade BL is positioned behind the soil covering component DS.

[0306] According to this structure, after forming a ridge UN (flat ridge) using the slotted member Z, soil can be collected on the formed ridge UN (flat ridge) using the soil covering member DS, and the collected soil can be covered on the mulch film 300F using the blade BL.

[0307] In addition, the soil covering member DS is positioned in the width direction of the mulch film 300F at a position overlapping with the slotted member Z, and the blade BL extends from the end side of the mulch film 300F toward the central side.

[0308] According to this structure, soil can be reliably collected on the ridge UN (flat ridge) formed by the slotted member Z using the soil covering member DS, and the collected soil can be smoothly covered from the end side of the mulch film 300F toward the central side using the blade BL.

[0309] In addition, the soil covering component DS and the blade BL are formed separately.

[0310] This structure allows for the separate replacement of the soil cover component DS and the blade BL during maintenance. The positional relationship between the soil cover component DS and the blade BL can also be adjusted.

[0311] In addition, the soil covering component DS is formed integrally with the blade BL.

[0312] This structure allows for the integral installation or removal of the soil cover component DS and the blade BL. It also allows for the fixation of the positional relationship between the soil cover component DS and the blade BL.

[0313] Additionally, the work machine 1 includes a mulch film laying device 300, which lays the mulch film 300F on the ridges UN formed in the field. The mulch film laying device 300 includes: a roller support shaft 300J, which passes through a film roller 300R wound with the mulch film 300F and supports the film roller 300R along its entire length; a first support part J1, which supports one end of the roller support shaft 300J; and a second support part J2, which supports the other end of the roller support shaft 300J. One end of the roller support shaft 300J can be attached to or detached relative to the first support part J1, and the other end can swing with the second support part J2 as a fulcrum.

[0314] According to this structure, by swinging the roller support shaft 300J, it is possible to easily install and remove heavy objects, namely the film roller 300R, relative to the roller support shaft 300J.

[0315] In addition, the other end of the roller support shaft 300J can swing vertically with the other support part J2 as the fulcrum.

[0316] According to this structure, by swinging the roller support shaft 300J in the up and down direction, it is possible to easily install and remove heavy objects, namely the film roller 300R, relative to the roller support shaft 300J.

[0317] In addition, the roller support shaft 300J includes: a first roller support shaft 301, which supports the mulch film 300F laid on the first ridge UN1; and a second roller support shaft 302, which supports the mulch film 300F laid on the second ridge UN2 adjacent to the first ridge UN1. The first roller support shaft 301 and the second roller support shaft 302 can swing independently.

[0318] According to this structure, the film roller 300R can be easily installed and removed individually relative to each support shaft 301, 302.

[0319] Additionally, one support portion J1 includes: a first support portion J1a, which supports one end of the first roller support shaft 301; and a second support portion J1b, which supports one end of the second roller support shaft 302. The other support portion J2 includes: a first other support portion J2a, which supports the other end of the first roller support shaft 301; and a second other support portion J2b, which supports the other end of the second roller support shaft 302.

[0320] According to this structure, the film roller 300R can be easily installed and removed individually relative to each support shaft 301, 302.

[0321] In addition, the first other support part J2a supports the other end of the first roller support shaft 301 between the first ridge UN1 and the second ridge UN2, and the second other support part J2b supports the other end of the second roller support shaft 302 between the first ridge UN1 and the second ridge UN2.

[0322] According to this structure, the 300R film roller can be installed and removed from both sides in the machine width direction, thus making installation and removal easy.

[0323] In addition, one support part J1 and the other support part J2 can move parallel to the axial direction of the roller support shaft 300J.

[0324] Based on this structure, the position and width of the mulch film roller 300R can be changed to match the position and width of the ridge UN.

[0325] Additionally, the roller support shaft 300J is formed in a cylindrical shape, and the other support portion J2 has: a support rod J3, which is inserted into the other end of the roller support shaft 300J to support that other end; a through shaft J3a, which passes through the support rod J3; and a retaining member J3b, which retains the roller support shaft 300J so that it can rotate about the axis of the through shaft J3a.

[0326] According to this structure, the roller support shaft 300J can be tilted easily and reliably.

[0327] Additionally, the other support portion J2 has a locking member J4, which is configured to move along the roller support shaft 300J and to move to an allowable position that allows rotation of the roller support shaft 300J and a locked position that does not allow rotation of the roller support shaft 300J.

[0328] According to this structure, the tilting motion of the roller support shaft 300J can be prevented when the tilting motion of the roller support shaft 300J is not required.

[0329] The foregoing has described one embodiment of the present invention. However, it should be considered that the embodiments disclosed herein are illustrative in all respects and not restrictive. The scope of the present invention is not indicated by the foregoing description, but by the claims, which are intended to include all modifications of the same meaning and scope as the claims.
