Abstract

The application provides a fan blade and an axial flow fan thereof, and belongs to the technical field of axial flow fans. The fan blade solves the technical problems of poor heat dissipation, difficult disassembly and assembly, low assembly precision and the like of the existing axial flow fan. The inner plate, two flange mounting columns and the outer plate of the fan blade form a fan blade ventilation hole; the upper end of the rotor of the axial flow fan using the fan blade is provided with an outwardly protruding butt flange, the butt flange is provided with fan blade mounting holes which are arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction and matched with the upper flange mounting holes of the fan blade, flange ventilation holes are arranged between the adjacent two fan blade mounting holes, and the flange ventilation holes are communicated with the corresponding fan blade ventilation holes. The fan blade and the rotor are fixedly connected through the flange mounting columns and the butt flange on the fan blade, so that the fan blade is more convenient to disassemble and assemble; the flange ventilation holes and the fan blade ventilation holes are matched to form an air flow channel, air is conducted, and the heat dissipation capacity of the inner ring and the rotor is improved.
