The voltage regulating device comprises a voltage regulator shell, a coil is arranged in the inner cavity of the voltage regulator shell, a rotating wheel is rotationally connected to the top surface of the voltage regulator shell, a junction box is fixedly connected to the front side wall of the voltage regulator shell, four first wiring assemblies and a second wiring assembly are arranged on the front side wall of the junction box, a heat dissipation copper ring is arranged in the inner cavity of the voltage regulator shell, a storage box is fixedly connected to the bottom surface of the voltage regulator shell, and a circulating assembly is arranged in the storage box. Through the cooperation between the voltage regulator shell, the junction box, the first wiring assemblies and the second wiring assembly, the wire terminals on the load can be connected in the first wiring assemblies and the second wiring assembly according to the load during voltage regulating test, so that the stability and safety of the wire terminals during connection can be improved on the one hand, and the use flexibility can be effectively improved on the other hand.
