[0021] Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. In the drawings, identical or similar parts are labeled with the same or similar symbols, and repeated descriptions are omitted. The drawings are illustrative and may differ from actual embodiments. The embodiments shown below exemplify apparatus or methods for embodying the technical concept of the present invention; the technical concept of the present invention is not limited to the apparatus or methods exemplified in the following embodiments. Various modifications can be made to the technical concept of the present invention within the scope of the claims. Furthermore, the directions "left-right" and "up-down" in the following description are defined merely for ease of explanation and do not limit the technical concept of the present invention. Therefore, for example, if the paper is rotated 90 degrees, "left-right" and "up-down" are read interchangeably; if the paper is rotated 180 degrees, "left" becomes "right," and "right" becomes "left," which is self-evident.
[0022] (First Embodiment)
[0023] The following is for reference Figure 1 The composition of decorative material 10 is explained.
[0024] like Figure 1 As shown, the decorative material 10 comprises a decorative piece 1 and a substrate 7. It should be noted that the specific composition of the decorative piece 1 will be described later.
[0025] Substrate 7 is formed into a plate shape, for example, using wood-based panels, inorganic panels, metal plates, etc., on one side ( Figure 1 The decorative piece 1 is stacked on one side of the surface (the middle side). That is, the decorative material 10 has a substrate 7 and a decorative piece 1 stacked on one side of the substrate 7.
[0026] (Composition of decorative pieces)
[0027] like Figure 1 As shown, the decorative piece 1 has a printed substrate layer 2, a pattern layer 3, and a surface protective layer 4.
[0028] <Printed Substrate Layer>
[0029] The printing substrate layer 2 is formed using thermoplastic resin.
[0030] As the thermoplastic resin forming the print substrate layer 2, for example, a colored thermoplastic polyolefin-based resin can be used. As the polyolefin-based resin, for example, a polyolefin resin such as polyethylene, polypropylene, polymethylpentene, polybutene, an ethylene-propylene copolymer, an ethylene-a-olefin copolymer, a propylene-a-olefin copolymer, and the like; an olefin-based copolymer resin such as an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, an ethylene-ethylene vinyl alcohol copolymer, an ethylene-(meth)acrylic acid copolymer, an ethylene-unsaturated carboxylic acid copolymer metal neutralization (ionomer), and the like; and the like can be used, alone or as a mixture of two or more, a copolymer, a composite, a laminate, or the like.
[0031] In addition, as the polyolefin-based resin, one can be appropriately selected and used from among the above-described types according to the purpose of use of the decorative sheet 1 or the like. In particular, a polypropylene-based resin, that is, a homopolymer or a copolymer in which propylene is the main component, is most suitable for general use. For example, a homopolymer polypropylene resin, a random polypropylene resin, a block polypropylene resin, or the like can be used alone or appropriately combined, or a resin obtained by further appropriately combining a random isotactic polypropylene in these, or the like, can be used. In addition, it can be a copolymer containing an olefin-based monomer other than propylene, for example, a propylene-a-olefin copolymer having a polypropylene crystalline portion and containing 15 mol% or more of one or two or more of a comonomer of an a-olefin having 2 to 20 carbon atoms other than propylene, preferably ethylene, butene-1, 4-methylpentene-1, hexene-1, or octene-1, or the like can be used. In addition, a modifier such as low-density polyethylene, an ethylene-a-olefin copolymer, an ethylene-propylene copolymer rubber, an ethylene-propylene-non-conjugated diene copolymer rubber, a styrene-butadiene copolymer, or a hydrogenated product thereof, or the like, which is generally used for softening of a polypropylene-based resin, can be appropriately added.
[0032] In addition, one or more additives selected from among various additives such as a colorant, a filler, an ultraviolet absorber, a light stabilizer, a heat stabilizer, an antioxidant, an antistatic agent, a lubricant, a flame retardant, an antibacterial agent, a mildew preventive agent, a friction-reducing agent, a light scattering agent, a gloss adjuster, and the like can be added to the print substrate layer 2 as needed.
[0033] The thickness of the print substrate layer 2 is preferably in the range of 40 [μm] or more and 150 [μm] or less, and more preferably 50 [μm] or more and 130 [μm] or less. This is because, in the case where the thickness of the print substrate layer 2 is 40 [μm] or more, the unevenness or the step of the floor material as the base can be absorbed, and thus the finishing of the decorative sheet 1 can be performed favorably. In addition, in the case where the thickness of the print substrate layer 2 is 150 [μm] or less, the print substrate layer 2 does not become thicker than necessary, and thus the manufacturing cost of the decorative sheet 1 can be reduced.
[0034] <Pattern Layer>
[0035] The pattern layer 3 is laminated on one face (the upper face in the present embodiment) of the printed substrate layer 2, and is a layer for adding a pattern for imparting designability. Note that the pattern layer 3 can be omitted in a case where coloring of the printed substrate layer 2 can be used instead. Figure 1
[0036] In addition, the pattern layer 3 is formed using a printing ink or a paint, or the like. The printing ink or the paint, or the like, which forms the pattern layer 3, is formed, for example, by dissolving or dispersing a colorant such as a dye or a pigment together with a suitable binder resin in a suitable dilution solvent.
[0037] The printing ink or the paint, or the like, which forms the pattern layer 3, is applied, for example, using various printing methods such as a gravure printing method or an offset printing method, various coating methods such as a gravure coating method or a roll coating method, or the like.
[0038] As the binder resin, for example, a urethane-based resin, an acrylic-based resin, a vinyl chloride acetate-based resin, a polyimide-based resin, nitrocellulose, or the like, or a mixture thereof, or the like, can be used, but is not limited thereto.
[0039] As the pattern, any pattern can be used, and, for example, a wood grain, a stone grain, a cloth grain, an abstract pattern, a geometric pattern, a character, a symbol, a single color, or the like, or a combination thereof, or the like, can be used. In addition, in order to improve the concealability of the decorative sheet 1, a concealing layer can be provided between the pattern layer 3 and the printed substrate layer 2. The concealing layer is formed, for example, using an opaque printing ink or a paint containing a large amount of an opaque pigment such as titanium dioxide or iron oxide.
[0040] The thickness of the pattern layer 3 is preferably in a range of 1 [μm] or more and 10 [μm] or less. This is because, in a case where the thickness of the pattern layer 3 is 1 [μm] or more, the printing becomes clear. In addition, in a case where the thickness of the pattern layer 3 is 10 [μm] or less, the printing workability at the time of manufacturing the decorative sheet 1 is improved, and the manufacturing cost can be suppressed.
[0041] In addition, in order to impart various functions, functional additives such as a body pigment, a plasticizer, a dispersant, a surfactant, an adhesion enhancer, an adhesion aid, a drying agent, a curing agent, a curing accelerator, and a curing retarder can be added to the pattern layer 3.
[0042] Further, for example, in order to conceal the color / pattern of a base to which the decorative sheet 1 is attached, the pattern layer 3 can be configured to have a solidly applied printed substrate layer and a pattern pattern layer for adding a pattern for imparting designability.
[0043] <Surface Protection Layer>
[0044] The surface protection layer 4 is laminated on one face (the upper face in the present embodiment) of the pattern layer 3, and is a layer for protecting the pattern layer 3. Note that the surface protection layer 4 can be omitted in a case where the pattern layer 3 can be used instead. Figure 1 The surface protective layer 4 is a layer provided to impart weather resistance, damage resistance, stain resistance, design properties, and the like to the decorative sheet 1. The surface protective layer 4 is provided on the side of the surface of the pattern layer 3 opposite to the side of the surface of the pattern layer 3 facing the printed substrate layer 2. The surface protective layer 4 is provided on the side of the surface of the pattern layer 3 opposite to the side of the surface of the pattern layer 3 facing the printed substrate layer 2.
[0045] The surface protective layer 4 is formed of, for example, an acrylic resin composition.
[0046] Note that the surface protective layer 4 can contain, as needed, various additives such as weathering agents, plasticizers, stabilizers, fillers, dispersants, coloring agents such as dyes and pigments, solvents, ultraviolet absorbers, heat stabilizers, light stabilizers, anti-blocking agents, catalyst scavengers, colorants, light scattering agents, and gloss adjusters. In addition, the surface protective layer 4 can contain, as needed, functional additives such as antibacterial agents, antifungal agents, and the like.
[0047] Further, the antiviral agent 5 and the fluorescent pigment 6 are added to the surface protective layer 4.
[0048] <Antiviral Agent>
[0049] As the antiviral agent added to the surface protective layer 4, for example, an inorganic antibacterial agent such as an antibacterial zeolite, an antibacterial apatite, an antibacterial zirconia, an antibacterial silica, or the like formed by mixing silver, copper, zinc, or the like into a substance such as a zeolite, an apatite, a zirconia, a silica, or the like of an inorganic compound and then finely pulverizing the mixture to incorporate the same can be used.
[0050] In addition, as the antiviral agent, for example, zinc pyrithione, 2-(4-thiazolyl)-benzimidazole, 10,10-oxybisphenoxarsine, an organic nitrogen sulfur halogen system, pyridine-2-thiol-oxide, or the like can be used.
[0051] In the first embodiment, a case where the antiviral agent added to the surface protective layer 4 is an antiviral agent formed using a silver-based material is described.
[0052] In addition, the antiviral agent can also be configured to be supported on an inorganic material.
[0053] The amount of the antiviral agent added to the surface protective layer 4 is in a range of 0.2 parts by mass or more and 15 parts by mass or less with respect to the solid content of the surface protective layer 4. This is because, when the amount of the antiviral agent is 0.2 parts by mass or more, the antiviral agent effectively functions, and the antiviral property is improved, and when the amount of the antiviral agent is 15 parts by mass or less, the damage resistance is improved.
[0054] The average particle diameter of the antiviral agent is in a range of 0.5 times or more and 2 times or less of the thickness of the surface protective layer 4. That is, when the average particle diameter of the antiviral agent is set to D, the thickness of the surface protective layer 4 is set to T, and the average particle diameter of the antiviral agent is set to D, the following relationship is satisfied: 0.5T ≤ D ≤ 2T. When the thickness of the surface protective layer 4 is set as D, This is because, when the average particle diameter of the antiviral agent is in a range of 0.5 times or more and 2 times or less of the surface protective layer 4, the antiviral property becomes good due to the expansion of the contact area of the antiviral agent with the surface protective layer 4 and the expansion of the surface area of the antiviral agent itself.
[0055] In addition, the average particle diameter of the antiviral agent is in a range of 1 [μm] or more and 10 [μm] or less. This is because, in the case where the average particle diameter of the antiviral agent is 1 [μm] or more, the contact area of the antiviral agent with the surface protective layer 4 expands, and the antiviral property becomes good, and in the case where the average particle diameter of the antiviral agent is 10 [μm] or less, the damage resistance is improved.
[0056] In addition, the particle diameter distribution of the antiviral agent has a plurality of peaks.
[0057] Specifically, the particle diameter of the antiviral agent has 2 peaks. Also, the 2 peaks include a first peak in a range of 1 [μm] or more and 5 [μm] or less and a second peak in a range of 5 [μm] or more and 10 [μm] or less.
[0058] Here, the second peak is set as a value larger than the first peak. By the presence of a plurality of peaks of the particle diameter, the packing density of the antiviral agent is further improved, and thus more antiviral agent can be added. Therefore, the contact area of the antiviral agent with the surface protective layer 4 expands, and the surface area of the antiviral agent itself also expands, and thus the antiviral property is improved.
[0059] In addition, in the decorative sheet 1 of the first embodiment, for example, in order to improve the stain resistance, an organic silicon-based component (for example, an organic silicon resin) or a fluorine-based component (for example, a fluorine resin) can be contained in the surface protective layer 4 as the most surface of the decorative sheet 1.
[0060] In the case where the surface protective layer 4 contains the organic silicon resin, as the organic silicon resin, from the viewpoint of adhesion or compatibility with the surroundings, a modified organic silicon is preferably used.
[0061] In the case where the curable resin constituting the surface protective layer 4 is formed of an ultraviolet curing type resin or an electron beam curing type resin, the modified organic silicon is preferably a modified organic silicon resin which is ionizing radiation reactive.
[0062] In the case where the curable resin constituting the surface protective layer 4 is formed of a thermal curing type resin, the modified organic silicon is preferably a modified organic silicon resin which is heat reactive.
[0063] In the case where the curable resin constituting the surface protective layer 4 is formed of a mixture of an ionizing radiation curable resin and a thermal curable resin, the modified silicone is preferably a modified silicone resin having at least one of ionizing radiation reactivity and thermal reactivity.
[0064] The modified silicone is classified into a reactive modified silicone and a non-reactive silicone.
[0065] As the modified silicone having thermal reactivity, a monoamine modified silicone, a diamine modified silicone, an epoxy modified silicone, a methanol modified silicone, a carboxyl modified silicone, a mercapto modified silicone, a silanol modified silicone, an alcohol modified silicone, and a glycol modified silicone can be exemplified.
[0066] As the modified silicone having ionizing radiation reactivity, an acrylic modified silicone and a methacrylic modified silicone can be exemplified. In addition, a polyether modified silicone, an aralkyl modified silicone, a long-chain alkyl modified silicone, and a higher fatty acid ester modified silicone as non-reactive modified silicones can be exemplified.
[0067] As the manufacturer of the modified silicone, Shin-Etsu Chemical Co., Ltd., Toray Dow Corning Silicone Co., Ltd., Momentive Performance Materials Japan LLC., Wacker Asahikasei Silicone Co., Ltd., and the like can be listed.
[0068] In the case where the fluorine resin is contained in the surface protective layer 4, as the fluorine resin, for example, tetrafluoroethylene resin, tetrafluoroethylene-ethylene copolymer, polyvinylidene fluoride, and the like can be listed, and many derivatives other than these can be used.
[0069] Note that it is well known that the fluorine resin exhibits the smallest level of surface tension and is suitable as a stain-resistant material.
[0070] As the manufacturer of the fluorine resin, Daikin Industries, Ltd., DuPont-Mitsui Fluorochemicals Co., Ltd., and the like can be listed.
[0071] The amount of the fluorine resin contained in the surface protective layer 4 is preferably 10 parts by mass or more and 100 parts by mass or less. More preferably, it is 20 parts by mass or more. Here, the fluorine resin itself can also be a curable resin.
[0072] As described above, in the decorative sheet 1 of the first embodiment, at least either one of the silicone-based component or the fluorine-based component can be contained in the surface protective layer 4. Thereby, the stain resistance of the decorative sheet 1 can be improved. Also, if the stain resistance is improved, the virus can be inhibited from long-term existence on the surface of the decorative sheet 1, and thus the antiviral property can be further improved.
[0073] <Fluorescent colorant>
[0074] The fluorescent colorant 6 is a colorant that emits light by irradiation of ultraviolet rays.
[0075] In the first embodiment, as one example, a case where the fluorescent colorant 6 is formed using fluorescein is described.
[0076] The addition amount of the fluorescein with respect to the surface protective layer 4 is in a range of 0.001 or more and 0.5 or less with respect to 100 of the solid content of the surface protective layer 4.
[0077] This is because, in a case where the addition amount of the fluorescein with respect to the surface protective layer 4 is less than 0.001 with respect to 100 of the solid content of the surface protective layer 4, when irradiated with ultraviolet rays, it is difficult to visually determine that the decorative sheet 1 has the antibacterial property or the antiviral property. Also, in a case where the addition amount of the fluorescein with respect to the surface protective layer 4 exceeds 0.5 with respect to 100 of the solid content of the surface protective layer 4, depending on the color tone of the pattern formed on the pattern layer 3, the color from the fluorescein can be visually recognized when irradiated with sunlight.
[0078] <Method for manufacturing decorative sheet>
[0079] Hereinafter, with reference to Figure 1 , a method for manufacturing the decorative sheet 1 will be described.
[0080] In manufacturing the decorative sheet 1 of the first embodiment, in a case where the antiviral agent 5 is added in the surface protective layer 4, the fluorescent colorant 6 is added in the surface protective layer 4. On the other hand, in a case where the antiviral agent 5 is not added in the surface protective layer 4, unlike the first embodiment, the fluorescent colorant 6 is not added in the surface protective layer 4.
[0081] Note that the above-described first embodiment is one example of the present application, and the present application is not limited to the above-described first embodiment, and even in a manner other than this embodiment, various changes can be made according to design and the like, as long as the range of the technical idea involved in the present application is not departed from.
[0082] (Effects of the first embodiment)
[0083] If it is the decorative sheet 1 of the first embodiment, the following effects can be exerted.
[0084] (1) The decorative sheet 1 includes a printed substrate layer 2, a pattern layer 3 laminated on one surface of the printed substrate layer 2, and a surface protection layer 4 laminated on the surface of the pattern layer 3 opposite to the surface facing the printed substrate layer 2, and the surface protection layer 4 contains an antiviral agent 5 and a fluorescent dye 6.
[0085] Therefore, the decorative sheet 1 having antiviral properties can be confirmed in a non-destructive manner by the fluorescent dye 6 emitting light.
[0086] As a result, the decorative sheet 1 having antiviral properties can be provided, which can be confirmed in a non-destructive manner by visual observation.
[0087] (2) The fluorescent dye 6 emits light when irradiated with ultraviolet light.
[0088] As a result, in the case where the environment in which the decorative sheet 1 is used is a normal environment, the decorative sheet 1 having design properties with less sense of incongruity can be provided.
[0089] (3) The fluorescent dye 6 is formed using fluorescein.
[0090] As a result, in order to confirm that the decorative sheet 1 has antiviral properties by visual observation, it is not necessary to increase the amount of the fluorescent dye 6 added, and thus the influence on other properties can be reduced. In addition, an increase in cost can be suppressed. Furthermore, in order to confirm that the decorative sheet 1 has antiviral properties by visual observation, the fluorescent light necessary and sufficient to confirm the antiviral properties can be generated.
[0091] (4) The amount of the fluorescein added to the surface protection layer 4 is in the range of 0.001 or more and 0.5 or less with respect to 100 of the solid content of the surface protection layer 4.
[0092] As a result, when irradiated with ultraviolet light, it is easy to visually determine that the decorative sheet 1 has antibacterial properties or antiviral properties. In addition, when irradiated with sunlight, the color from the fluorescein can be suppressed from being visually recognized.
[0093] In addition, if the decorative material 10 of the first embodiment, the following effects can be achieved.
[0094] (5) The decorative material 10 includes a substrate 7 and the decorative sheet 1 laminated on at least one surface of the substrate 7.
[0095] Therefore, the decorative sheet 1 having antiviral properties can be confirmed in a non-destructive manner by the fluorescent dye 6 emitting light.
[0096] As a result, the decorative material 10 having antiviral properties can be provided, which can be confirmed in a non-destructive manner by visual observation.
[0097] In addition, if the method of manufacturing the decorative sheet 1 of the first embodiment, the following effects can be achieved.
[0098] (6) In the case where the antiviral agent 5 is added to the surface protective layer 4, the fluorescent pigment 6 is added to the surface protective layer 4. On the other hand, in the case where the antiviral agent 5 is not added to the surface protective layer 4, the fluorescent pigment 6 is not added to the surface protective layer 4.
[0099] Therefore, by the fluorescent pigment 6 emitting light, it is possible to confirm in a non-destructive manner that the decorative sheet 1 is the decorative sheet 1 having antiviral properties.
[0100] As a result, it is possible to provide a manufacturing method of the decorative sheet 1 in which it is possible to confirm in a non-destructive manner that the decorative sheet 1 has antiviral properties by visual observation.
[0101] (2nd Embodiment)
[0102] Hereinafter, with reference to Figure 1 , a Figure 2 The configuration of the decorative material 10 will be described. Note that, for the same configuration as the above 1st embodiment, the description is sometimes omitted.
[0103] As shown in Figure 2 , the decorative material 10 is provided with the decorative sheet 1 and the base material 7.
[0104] (Configuration of decorative sheet)
[0105] As shown in Figure 2 , the decorative sheet 1 is provided with the printed base material layer 2, the pattern layer 3, the ultraviolet absorbing layer 8, and the surface protective layer 4.
[0106] (Ultraviolet absorbing layer)
[0107] The ultraviolet absorbing layer 8 is a layer disposed between the surface protective layer 4 and the pattern layer 3, and an ultraviolet absorbing agent is added.
[0108] As the ultraviolet absorbing agent, for example, "Tinuvin 400" manufactured by BASF Japan K.K. can be used.
[0109] Note that, the above 2nd embodiment is one example of the present application, and the present application is not limited to the above 2nd embodiment, and even if it is a mode other than this embodiment, as long as it is within the scope of the technical idea involved in the present application, various changes can be made according to design, etc.
[0110] (Effects of 2nd embodiment)
[0111] If it is the decorative sheet 1 of the 2nd embodiment, in addition to the effects of the 1st embodiment, the effects described below can also be exerted.
[0112] (1) Further, an ultraviolet absorbing layer 8 is provided between the surface protective layer 4 and the pattern layer 3, and an ultraviolet absorbing agent is added to the ultraviolet absorbing layer 8.
[0113] As a result, it is possible to provide a decorative sheet 1 that can exhibit high fluorescent properties and can exhibit weather resistance.
[0114] (3rd Embodiment)
[0115] Hereinafter, with reference to Figure 1 , the configuration of the decorative material 10 will be described. Figure 3 The configuration of the decorative material 10 will be described. Note that, for the same configuration as the above 1st embodiment, the description is sometimes omitted.
[0116] (Configuration of the decorative sheet)
[0117] As shown in Figure 3 , the decorative sheet 1 includes a pattern layer 3, a printed substrate layer 2, and a surface protective layer 4.
[0118] Note that, in the configuration of the 3rd embodiment, the same as the 1st embodiment is adopted except for the following aspects: the printed substrate layer 2 is laminated on one surface (the upper surface in the present embodiment) of the pattern layer 3, the printed substrate layer 2 is formed using a transparent resin (for example, a transparent polypropylene resin), and the surface protective layer 4 is laminated on the surface (the upper surface in the present embodiment) of the printed substrate layer 2 on the opposite side from the surface opposite to the pattern layer 3. Figure 3 Figure 3
[0119] <Manufacturing method of the decorative sheet>
[0120] Hereinafter, with reference to Figure 3 , the manufacturing method of the decorative sheet 1 will be described.
[0121] In manufacturing the decorative sheet 1 of the 3rd embodiment, the fluorescent pigment 6 is added to the surface protective layer 4 in the case where the antiviral agent 5 is added to the surface protective layer 4. On the other hand, unlike the 1st embodiment, the fluorescent pigment 6 is not added to the surface protective layer 4 in the case where the antiviral agent 5 is not added to the surface protective layer 4.
[0122] Note that, the above 3rd embodiment is one example of the present application, and the present application is not limited to the above 3rd embodiment. [0136] Example
[0137] With reference to the first and second embodiments, the decorative material of Examples 1 and 2 and the decorative materials of Comparative Examples 1 to 3 are described below.
[0138] (Example 1)
[0139] The printed substrate layer was formed using a sheet of colored polyethylene resin, and the thickness was set to 70 [μm].
[0140] The pattern layer was formed by gravure printing using an ink for gravure printing (Toyo Ink Mfg. Co., Ltd.: "V351") on one face of the printed substrate layer. After the pattern layer was formed, aging was performed for 1 day in an environment of 40 [°C].
[0141] Then, for one face of the pattern layer, the coating amount was set to 1 [g / m 2 ] of the anchor coat resin formed by adding 20 parts by mass of a curing agent (Mitsui Chemicals, Inc.: "TAKENATE A50") to 100 parts by mass of a main agent (Mitsui Chemicals, Inc.: "TAKELAC A3210") was gravure coated.
[0142] Further, 100 parts by mass of a transparent polypropylene resin (Prime Polymer Co., Ltd.: "E139") was subjected to weather resistance treatment, and the transparent polypropylene resin and the anchor coat were stacked in a manner adjacent to each other with a polypropylene resin having a bonding functional group (Mitsui Chemicals, Inc.: "QF551") and the anchor coat by a co-extrusion lamination method.
[0143] Note that the weather resistance treatment was performed by melt-kneading 0.3 parts by mass of "Tinuvin 234" manufactured by BASF Japan Ltd. and 0.3 parts by mass of "Tinuvin 783" manufactured by BASF Japan Ltd.
[0144] In addition, the thickness of the layer formed by the co-extrusion lamination method was adjusted by adjusting the screw rotation speed of the extruder in a manner in which the thickness of the transparent polypropylene resin was 60 [μm] and the thickness of the polypropylene resin having a bonding functional group was 10 [μm].
[0145] In addition, a layer of the polypropylene resin having a bonding functional group (Mitsui Chemicals, Inc.: "QF551") was formed in a thickness of 10 [μm].
[0146] Then, the co-extrusion lamination processing was performed in a manner in which the anchor coat, the sheet of the polypropylene resin having a bonding functional group, and the layer of the polypropylene resin having a bonding functional group were adjacent to each other.
[0147] Then, the layer of the polypropylene resin having the adhesive functional group was subjected to corona treatment, and a surface protection layer was layered on the surface subjected to the corona treatment, thereby forming the decorative sheet of Example 1. The composition of the surface protection layer is described below.
[0148] The surface protection layer used an acrylic coating agent (manufactured by DIC Corporation: "UC Clear") having a solid content of 30% as a base material, and 2 parts by mass of "Tinuvin 292" manufactured by BASF Japan Ltd. was added as a light stabilizer with respect to 100 parts by mass of "UC Clear". In addition, 2 parts by mass of "BIOSAIDO TB-B100" manufactured by TAISHO TECHNO CO., LTD. was added as an antiviral agent (antibacterial agent) formed using a silver-based material with respect to 100 parts by mass of "UC Clear". In addition to this, 0.01 parts by mass of "fluorescein" was added as a fluorescent pigment with respect to 100 parts by mass of "UC Clear".
[0149] Note that, as the "fluorescein" used as the fluorescent pigment, "fluorescein" manufactured by FUJIFILM Wako Pure Chemical Corporation (Cas No: 2321-07-05, chemical formula: C20H12O5) was used.
[0150] The coating amount of the surface protection layer was set to 3 [g / m 2 ].
[0151] (Example 2)
[0152] In addition to having the composition of the ultraviolet absorbing layer, it was formed in the same manner as Example 1, thereby forming the decorative sheet of Example 2.
[0153] The ultraviolet absorbing layer used "UC Clear" as a base material, and 3 parts by mass of "Tinuvin 400" manufactured by BASF Japan Ltd. was added as an ultraviolet absorber with respect to 100 parts by mass of "UC Clear". In addition to this, 2 parts by mass of "Tinuvin 292" manufactured by BASF Japan Ltd. was added as a light stabilizer with respect to 100 parts by mass of "UC Clear".
[0154] The coating amount of the ultraviolet absorbing layer was set to 3 [g / m 2 ].
[0155] (Comparative Example 1)
[0156] In addition to not adding an antiviral agent and a fluorescent pigment in the surface protection layer, it was formed in the same manner as Example 2, thereby forming the decorative sheet of Comparative Example 1.
[0157] (Comparative Example 2)
[0158] Except for the point that the fluorescent colorant was not added in the surface protective layer, the same as Example 1 was formed, thereby forming the decorative sheet of Comparative Example 2.
[0159] (Comparative Example 3)
[0160] Except for the point that the fluorescent colorant was not added in the surface protective layer, the same as Example 2 was formed, thereby forming the decorative sheet of Comparative Example 3.
[0161] (Evaluation of properties, evaluation results)
[0162] For the decorative materials of Examples 1 and 2 and the decorative materials of Comparative Examples 1 to 3 each having the constitution shown in Table 1, design property, fluorescent state, and change in appearance were respectively evaluated. As the evaluation method, the method described below was used.
[0163]
[0164] <Design property>
[0165] Design property was evaluated by visually confirming appearance.
[0166] <Fluorescent state>
[0167] Using "Handy UV Lamp SLUV-4" manufactured by AS ONE Corporation, the decorative sheet was irradiated with ultraviolet rays (UV light), and the fluorescent state of the surface protective layer was confirmed. In addition, the decorative sheet was subjected to irradiation with sunlight, and the fluorescent state of the surface protective layer was confirmed. From these results, the fluorescent state was evaluated.
[0168] <Change in appearance>
[0169] Weather resistance test was performed using a sunlight weather meter (temperature of black panel was 63 [°C], irradiation time was 120 minutes, and rain was implemented for 12 minutes in the irradiation), and in the weather resistance test, the change in appearance was confirmed every 500 hours from 500 hours to 2000 hours, and the change in appearance was evaluated.
[0170]
[0171] The results of evaluating various properties using the above method were that, as shown in Table 2, for the decorative materials of Examples 1 and 2, the decorative sheet emitted fluorescence by irradiation with ultraviolet rays, and it was possible to visually determine that the antibacterial agent was added. On the other hand, as shown in Table 2, for the decorative materials of Comparative Examples 1 to 3, even if ultraviolet rays were irradiated, the decorative sheet did not emit fluorescence, and it was not possible to visually determine that the antibacterial agent was added.
