A sandblasting process for aluminum profiles

Abstract

This invention relates to the field of sandblasting technology, and more particularly to a sandblasting process for aluminum profiles, comprising the following steps: homogenizing the tubular aluminum profile, followed by solution treatment, and then water quenching; cleaning the tubular aluminum profile with solvent and acid washing to remove stains; immersing the tubular aluminum profile in solvent for cleaning, and then immersing it in clean water for cleaning; drying the cleaned tubular aluminum profile and installing it in a sandblasting device, using the sandblasting device for clamping and positioning; rotating and moving the surface of the tubular aluminum profile for sandblasting, and controlling the spray gun to perform multi-angle sandblasting; during the sandblasting process, impact is used to vibrate the inner wall of the sandblasting chamber, causing the sand particles attached to the inner wall to fall off and be recycled; disassembling the tubular aluminum profile from the sandblasting device; collecting and packaging the tubular aluminum profile; this invention can perform comprehensive sandblasting of tubular aluminum profiles in one go, eliminating the need for flipping and saving operation time.
