Abstract

This application discloses a method, apparatus, and storage medium for classifying and processing password reset services. Relating to the field of financial technology, the method includes: receiving initial application information from a target account and preprocessing the initial application information to generate target application information, wherein the target application information is used to initiate a password reset service application; employing a business classification model to determine the business classification result of the password reset service corresponding to the target application information, wherein the business classification model is trained based on N sets of business classification sample sets, the N sets of business classification sample sets including M business classification samples and M sample classification results corresponding to the M business classification samples; and based on the business classification result, sending the password reset service to the target service processing device for password reset service processing. This application solves the problem of excessively long online queuing times for centralized applications or applications submitted outside of working hours in related technologies for bank card password reset.
