Thermal insulation integrated steel structure wall and construction method

Abstract

This application relates to an integrated thermal insulation steel structure wall and its construction method, specifically in the field of steel structure wall panel technology. The wall panel comprises a top beam, a bottom beam, steel columns, and multiple wall panels. The wall panels are positioned between the top and bottom beams. Each steel column includes a back plate, a front plate, and a connecting plate. The two ends of the connecting plate are fixedly connected to the back plate and the front plate, respectively. The steel columns have slots on both sides for inserting the wall panels. The top and bottom beams have slots on their sidewalls near the wall panels. The bottom and top walls of each wall panel have mounting grooves. Inserts for inserting into the slots are slidably disposed within the mounting grooves along the height of the wall panel. A driving assembly for sliding the inserts is provided on the wall panel. The front plate is detachably mounted on the connecting plate. When a wall panel needs to be removed, the front plates at both ends of the wall panel are first removed. Then, the driving assembly drives the inserts to slide into the mounting grooves until the inserts disengage from the slots, allowing the wall panel to be removed easily.
