Abstract

This invention discloses a servo welding torch electrode detection device, welding torch, robot, and method, including a mounting plate. Two parallel first guide rods are vertically arranged on the mounting plate. A first spring and a second spring are fitted onto each first guide rod. A connecting plate, fitted onto the two first guide rods, is placed between the first and second springs. Two parallel second guide rods are horizontally arranged on the connecting plate. A fixed plate and a movable plate are mounted on the two second guide rods, and a third spring is installed between the fixed plate and the movable plate. The third spring can drive the movable plate to move back and forth along the second guide rods. An electrode detection device is mounted on the movable plate, with a first sensor on the electrode detection device and a second sensor on the movable plate. A fixed third sensor is located below the movable plate to detect whether the movable plate has moved.
