A laser additive remanufacturing molten pool shaping device based on typhoon eye airflow characteristics

Abstract

The application relates to a laser additive remanufacturing molten pool shape control device based on typhoon eye airflow characteristics. The device comprises a ring-shaped Tesla valve, a typhoon eye airflow generator coaxially arranged in the ring-shaped Tesla valve, a gas inlet cavity formed between the ring-shaped Tesla valve and the typhoon eye airflow generator, a gas inlet hole and a gas outlet hole of the typhoon eye airflow generator, the gas inlet hole being located on the upper side of the gas outlet hole, a base arranged at the lower end of the ring-shaped Tesla valve, a gas injection hole of the ring-shaped Tesla valve being communicated with the gas inlet cavity, a backflow hole, a circulating loop formed by the gas injection hole and the gas boosting equipment through a pipeline, a rotating driving mechanism fixedly connected to the upper end of the typhoon eye airflow generator, a coaxial laser additive head arranged on the upper side of the typhoon eye airflow generator, a powder sprayer arranged on the laser additive head, and the powder sprayer being connected with a powder outlet nozzle of the laser additive head through a powder spraying pipe. The application effectively suppresses the molten pool collapse and drop in the process of the spatial three-dimensional laser additive remanufacturing.
