Abstract

The application relates to a straight pipe end bifurcation and elbow pipe all-in-one machine, and relates to the technical field of elbow pipe all-in-one machines. The machine comprises a sorting device, a bifurcation processing device and an elbow pipe processing device arranged on a workbench. A grabbing table is fixedly arranged on the workbench. Grabbing positioning grooves are arranged on the grabbing table. A straight pipe clamping table is arranged on the workbench. A sliding frame is slidably arranged on the workbench. A sliding cylinder is arranged on the workbench. The piston rod of the sliding cylinder is connected with the sliding frame. Clamping claws are arranged on the sliding frame. The bifurcation processing device is arranged close to the straight pipe clamping table. The elbow pipe processing device is arranged close to the clamping claws. A fixing frame is fixedly arranged on the workbench. A screw rod sliding rail is fixedly arranged on the fixing frame. First and second telescopic clamping claws are slidably arranged on the screw rod sliding rail. The application can reduce the turnover time of metal elbow pipe bifurcation parts in the machining process and improve work efficiency.
