Abstract

The semi-solid spin-extruded forging composite forming process for well valve cylindrical bodies involves the following steps: First, aluminum alloy 6061 chips are placed into a mold cavity. A medium-frequency induction heated convex upper die is lowered to flatten the chips, obtaining a disc-shaped billet. This disc-shaped billet undergoes a semi-solid isothermal treatment to prepare semi-solid spherulitic aluminum alloy material. Next, the medium-frequency induction heated convex upper die is controlled to perform "spin-extruded deformation" on the semi-solid spherulitic aluminum alloy material, forming a semi-solid spherulitic well valve cylindrical body.
