Automatic sheet counting and conveying device for large-format paper

Abstract

The present application belongs to the technical field of printing industry equipment, and particularly relates to a large-format paper automatic counting and conveying equipment. The equipment comprises a plate separating mechanism, a paper taking mechanism, a counting mechanism, a paper collecting mechanism, a workbench and a conveying mechanism. The workbench is provided with an air floating mechanism. The workbench is provided with a paper taking station, a paper counting station and a paper collecting station in sequence from left to right. The plate separating mechanism is arranged on the left side of the paper taking station of the workbench. The paper taking mechanism is arranged above the paper taking station. The counting mechanism is arranged on the paper counting station. The paper collecting mechanism is arranged on the paper collecting station. The conveying mechanism linearly conveys the paper stack between the paper taking station, the paper counting station and the paper collecting station in sequence. The present application can realize the functions of spacer grabbing and stacking, automatic paper grabbing, paper trimming, automatic paper transmission and automatic paper counting, and realizes the automatic operation of paper counting, so as to greatly reduce the labor intensity of workers and improve the production efficiency.
