Abstract

The application provides a question and answer processing method and device, a storage medium and a program product. The method comprises the following steps: obtaining a question sentence input by a user in natural language; determining a plurality of index information extraction results corresponding to the question sentence according to the question sentence, pre-stored standard index information and a large language model; determining index association information according to the plurality of index information extraction results, the standard index information and the large language model; performing standardization processing on the index association information and the plurality of index information extraction results based on a pre-set standardization strategy, generating a target question structure corresponding to the question sentence, and querying answer information corresponding to the question sentence based on the target question structure. The application can cope with complex conditional relationships during question and answer processing, improve the flexibility during question and answer processing, and ensure the accuracy of the obtained answer information.
