Net cover assembly process of net chair frame

Abstract

The invention discloses a net cover assembly process of a net chair frame. The net cover assembly process comprises the following steps: S1, plugging a part of a frame into a net cover in advance; s2, loading into a frame; s3, a pressing assembly is driven to press the frame and the net sleeve; s4, preliminarily pushing in the frame; s5, completely pushing into the frame; s6, assembling a net cover; and S7, taking out the frame. The frame and the net cover are pressed through the pressing assembly, the pushing piece is driven to push the lower edge so that the whole frame can penetrate through the opening of the net cover, the pushing piece is retreated after the frame is completely wrapped by the net cover, and assembling operation between the net cover and the frame is completed. The auxiliary pressing plate tightly presses the frame and the net sleeve on the left side and the right side, and the clamping stability is improved; the pushing piece completely pushes the frame into the net sleeve in two steps, the buffering effect is achieved, and the net sleeve is prevented from being broken; when the frame is completely pushed in, the auxiliary pressing plates loosen the net sleeves on the left side and the right side and the frame, the net sleeves are further prevented from being broken, the frame can be more easily pushed into the net sleeves to be completely conveyed into the net sleeves, and the assembly success rate is increased.
