The blacklist online evaluation method comprises the steps of obtaining blacklist online evaluation data and a current blacklist; wherein the blacklist online evaluation data comprises total advertisement cost, advertisement putting request detail data and user income detail data; determining a blacklist cost rate of the current blacklist based on the current blacklist, the total advertisement cost, the advertisement putting request detail data and the user income detail data; determining an advertisement cost rate based on the total advertisement cost and the user income detail data; and evaluating whether the current blacklist is online according to the advertisement cost rate and the blacklist cost rate. According to the technical scheme, the blacklist can be quantitatively evaluated through the advertisement cost rate and the blacklist cost rate, the advertisement putting party is helped to judge whether the blacklist can be online or not, the problem that high-quality users are filtered out due to the fact that the advertisement putting party is on the blacklist in a trade mode is effectively avoided, and then the advertisement putting effect is greatly reduced.
