Description

Technical Field

[0001] The present invention relates to an automatic discharge type vacuum rice bucket, and more particularly, to an automatic discharge type vacuum rice bucket that not only stores rice in a vacuum state but also can be smoothly discharged. Background Art

[0002] Generally, when grains such as rice are stored in a low-humidity and low-temperature space, they can be stored for a long time without degrading their quality. That is, there are significant differences in maintaining freshness and quality depending on the storage temperature or humidity of rice. In particular, polished rice is easily affected by temperature or humidity, so every household should pay special attention when storing rice to enjoy the rice.

[0003] The shelf life of polished rice varies depending on the season. Since from autumn when the rice is harvested to around March of the following year, the rice itself is fresh and the temperature is low, it can be stored for about 2 months. However, in spring, about half a year has passed since the harvest period of the rice, and it gradually becomes old rice. Moreover, as the temperature rises and the storage environment deteriorates, the storage period from April to May is about 1 month, and in the high-temperature and high-humidity summer, its storage period is further shortened. In addition, when the temperature exceeds 30 °C, the rice oxidizes, the quality of the rice significantly decreases, white powder appears, and the taste also significantly decreases. Therefore, in order to prevent the oxidation of rice and maintain its fresh quality, it is best to store it in a rice bucket made of synthetic resin or ceramics.

[0004] As the prior art of the rice bucket, a vacuum rice bucket has been applied in Korean Patent Publication No. 10-2147530. This prior art is configured to keep the storage space for storing rice in a vacuum state below a specified pressure, so as to store grains including rice fresh in their original state for a long time.

[0005] However, in the prior art, the rice stored in the storage space must be taken out in a state where the inside of the storage space is opened by rotating the lid, so there is a problem of inconvenient use.

[0006] In addition, since the rice located in the upper part of the storage space is taken out first, and when there is not much rice, new rice is put into the storage space and stored, there is a problem that the rice located in the lower part of the storage space can never be taken out, so the rice located in the lower part of the storage space becomes old rice. [0045] In some embodiments, the discharge guide pieces may be symmetrically arranged on the outer surface of the discharge guide shaft. Additionally, in some embodiments, the discharge guide pieces may be arranged on the outer surface of the discharge guide shaft at intervals of 90 degrees, or in some embodiments, the discharge guide pieces may be arranged on the outer surface of the discharge guide shaft at intervals of 60 degrees. However, not limited thereto, the discharge guide pieces may also be arranged on the discharge guide shaft at various angles. In some embodiments, when the discharge guide pieces rotate through the discharge guide shaft to open the inside of the discharge guide rib 121, the rice stored in the lower main body 111 and the upper main body 112 can be supplied to the take-out part 130, and in some embodiments, when the discharge guide pieces rotate through the discharge guide shaft to close the inside of the discharge guide rib 121, the supply of the rice stored in the lower main body 111 and the upper main body 112 to the take-out part 130 can be blocked. Here, the discharge guide pieces may be formed in various shapes such as a rectangle, a semicircle, etc. according to the penetrating shape of the discharge guide rib 121.

[0046] In some embodiments, the outer surface of the discharge guide pieces may be formed in a shape where peaks and valleys repeat, and in some embodiments, a plurality of protruding patterns may also be arranged on the outer surface of the discharge guide pieces. As described above, when the outer surface of the discharge guide pieces is formed in a shape where peaks and valleys repeat or a plurality of protruding patterns are arranged on the outer surface of the discharge guide pieces, damage such as a change in the shape of the discharge guide pieces or breakage of the discharge guide pieces due to the impact caused by the weight of the rice stored in the lower main body 111 and the upper main body 112 can be more effectively prevented.

[0047] In some embodiments, the discharge guide member 122 may be a rotary valve.

[0048] In some embodiments, the discharge guide motor 123 may rotate the discharge guide member 122. In some embodiments, the discharge guide motor 123 may be connected to the other end of the discharge guide shaft of the discharge guide member 122 and fixed to the outer surface of the discharge guide rib 121. In some embodiments, the discharge guide motor 123 may rotate the discharge guide shaft by rotating a predetermined angle in the clockwise or counterclockwise direction under the control of the control unit. Therefore, as the discharge guide motor 123 rotates, the discharge guide shaft and the discharge guide pieces rotate, and at the same time, the inside of the discharge guide rib 121 can be opened and closed.

[0049] In some embodiments, the take-out part 130 may store and take out the rice discharged from the discharge guide part 120. In some embodiments, the take-out part 130 may include a take-out guide member 131 and a handle 132.

[0050] In some embodiments, the upper part of the extraction guide member 131 may be open and formed in a box shape so as to be able to accommodate a predetermined amount of rice discharged from the discharge guide part 120. In some embodiments, the extraction guide member 131 may slide along the space of the support member 114 to the inner surface of the support member 114.

[0051] In some embodiments, a handle 132 may be formed on one surface of the extraction guide member 131. In some embodiments, the handle 132 may be formed to protrude from one surface of the extraction guide member 131 or be recessed in one surface of the extraction guide member 131. Accordingly, the handle 132 may be pulled to the outside of the support member 114 by pulling the extraction guide member 131, or may be pushed to the inside of the support member 114 by pushing the extraction guide member 131.

[0052] In some embodiments, the automatic discharge type vacuum rice bucket 100 may further include an opening / closing part 140. In some embodiments, the opening / closing part 140 can maintain the vacuum state inside the lower main body 111 and the upper main body 112 by opening and closing the discharge guide rib 121 of the discharge guide part 120. In some embodiments, the opening / closing part 140 may include an opening / closing motor 141 and an opening / closing member 142.

[0053] In some embodiments, the opening / closing motor 141 may rotate a predetermined angle in the clockwise direction or the counterclockwise direction. For example, the opening / closing motor 141 may rotate 90 degrees in the clockwise direction or 90 degrees in the counterclockwise direction. However, it is not limited thereto, and preferably, the opening / closing motor 141 may rotate within a preset angle range.

[0054] In some embodiments, the opening / closing member 142 rotates by the rotation of the opening / closing motor 141, thereby being able to open and close the lower end of the discharge guide rib 121. In some embodiments, the opening / closing member 142 may include an opening / closing plate and a seal.

[0055] In some embodiments, the opening / closing plate may be formed in a plate shape, connected to the opening / closing motor 141 and rotated by the opening / closing motor 141. In some embodiments, the opening / closing plate may be made of hard synthetic resin or metal. However, it is not limited thereto and may be made of various materials.

[0056] In some embodiments, the seal is disposed on the upper surface of the opening / closing plate to seal the lower end of the discharge guide rib 121. In some embodiments, the seal is made of a soft rubber material or silicon, etc., so that the lower end of the discharge guide rib 121 can be firmly closed, and thus the inside of the lower main body 111 and the upper main body 112 can be maintained in a vacuum state.

[0057] Refer to Figure 3, in some embodiments, the automatic discharge type vacuum rice bucket 100 may further include a locking setting unit 150. In some embodiments, when the opening and closing member 142 rotates and opens the lower end of the discharge guiding rib 122, the locking setting unit 150 may set a lock in a manner that prevents the take-out guiding member 131 from being pulled out. In addition, when the opening and closing member 142 rotates to close the lower end of the discharge guiding rib 122, the locking setting unit 150 may release the set lock so that the take-out guiding member 131 can be pulled out. In some embodiments, the locking setting unit 150 may include a power transmission member 151 and a locking setting member 152.

[0058] In some embodiments, the power transmission member 151 may be formed in a bar shape, with one end connected to the opening and closing motor 141 and the other end connected to the inner surface of the support member 114. Therefore, the power transmission member 151 can rotate in the clockwise or counterclockwise direction by the rotation of the opening and closing motor 141.

[0059] In some embodiments, the locking setting member 152 may be formed in a bar shape. However, it is not limited thereto and may be formed in various shapes such as a plate shape. In some embodiments, one end of the locking setting member 152 may be fixed to the power transmission member 151, and the other end may be located on the inner surface of the take-out guiding member 131. Therefore, the locking setting member 152 moves to the outside of the take-out guiding member 131 by the rotation of the opening and closing motor 141, while releasing the lock set on the take-out guiding member 131, or is located inside the take-out guiding member 131 and closely adheres to the inner surface of the take-out guiding member 131 to set the lock of the take-out guiding member 131.

[0060] In some embodiments, the outer surface of the locking setting member 152 may be formed in a shape where peaks and valleys repeat, and in some embodiments, a plurality of protruding patterns may also be arranged on the outer surface of the locking setting member 152. As described above, when the outer surface of the locking setting member 152 is formed in a shape where peaks and valleys repeat or a plurality of protruding patterns are arranged on the outer surface of the locking setting member 152, damage such as a change in the shape of the locking setting member 152 or breakage of the locking setting member 152 due to the impact caused by the user pulling the take-out guiding member 131 can be more effectively prevented.

[0061] Next, the operation process of the automatic discharge type vacuum rice bucket 100 configured as described above will be described.

[0062] First, the opening and closing member 142 of the opening and closing unit 140 rotates and closely adheres to the lower end portion of the discharge guiding rib 121 of the discharge guiding unit 120, while closing the discharge guiding rib 121, and the discharge guiding piece of the discharge guiding member 122 can close the inner surface of the discharge guiding rib 121. In addition, in a state where the upper body 112 is opened by allowing the lid 113 of the storage unit 110 to rotate, rice can be put in and stored inside the lower body 111 and the upper body 112.

[0063] When rice is stored inside the lower body 111 and the upper body 112 through the above-described process, while closing the upper end portion of the upper body 112 by rotating the lid 113, a vacuum state can be maintained inside the lower body 111 and the upper body 112.

[0064] To discharge the rice stored in the lower body 111 and the upper body 112 in this state, the control button provided on the lid 113 can be pressed. Here, the control button can be set to supply one person's portion of rice per press, and can also be set to supply two people's portions of rice when the control button is pressed once. However, it is not limited to this, and multiple control buttons can be provided, and each button can also be set to discharge one person's portion, two people's portions, or three people's portions of rice.

[0065] For example, when the control button corresponding to one person's portion is pressed, the opening and closing motor 141 of the opening and closing unit 140 rotates in the clockwise direction under the control of the control unit, and at the same time, the opening and closing member 142 rotates in the clockwise direction by the opening and closing motor 141 and rotates in the clockwise direction, whereby the lower end portion of the discharge guiding rib 121 of the discharge guiding unit 120 can be opened.

[0066] In addition, the power transmission member 151 of the locking setting unit 150 rotates in the clockwise direction by the opening and closing motor 141 rotating in the clockwise direction, and at the same time, the locking setting member 152 connected to the power transmission member 151 can rotate in the clockwise direction and closely adhere to the inner surface of the extraction guiding member 131 of the extraction unit 130. Therefore, the locking setting member 152 is set to be locked and stuck by closely adhering to the inner surface of the extraction guiding member 131, so that the extraction guiding member 131 can be prevented from being pulled out.

[0067] When the rotation of the opening and closing unit 140 in the clockwise direction is completed, the discharge guiding motor 123 of the discharge guiding unit 120 can rotate in the clockwise direction under the control of the control unit. While the discharge guiding motor 123 rotates in the clockwise direction, the discharge guiding member 122 rotates in the clockwise direction, whereby the discharge guiding piece of the discharge guiding member 122 can open the inside of the discharge guiding rib 121.

[0068] Inside the discharge guide rib 121 opened by the rotation of the discharge guide piece, the rice located in the lower main body 111 is discharged from the discharge guide rib 121, and at the same time, the corresponding amount of rice located in the upper main body 112 and corresponding to the rice discharged from the lower main body 111 moves to the lower main body 111, and the rice discharged from the discharge guide rib 121 can be located and stored inside the take-out guide member 131.

[0069] When one serving of rice is discharged from the discharge guide rib 121, the discharge guide motor 123 rotates counterclockwise under the control of the control unit, and at the same time, the discharge guide member 122 rotates counterclockwise, and the discharge guide piece of the discharge guide member 122 can stop the supply of rice by closing the inside of the discharge guide rib 121.

[0070] When closing the inside of the discharge guide rib 121 through the above-described process, the opening and closing motor 141 rotates counterclockwise, and at the same time, the opening and closing member 142 rotates counterclockwise, so that the lower end of the discharge guide rib 121 can be closed. At this time, since the seal of the opening and closing member 142 firmly closes the lower end of the discharge guide rib 121, the inside of the lower main body 111 and the upper main body 112 can be maintained in a vacuum state. Therefore, the rice stored in the lower main body 111 and the upper main body 112 can be stored for a long time in a vacuum state.

[0071] In addition, the power transmission member 151 connected to the opening and closing motor 141 rotates counterclockwise, and at the same time, the locking setting member 152 connected to the power transmission member 151 rotates counterclockwise, whereby the take-out guide member 131 can be separated from and unlocked from the take-out guide member 131.

[0072] The take-out guide member 131 whose locking setting member 152 has been unlocked through the above-described process is pulled using the handle 132, so as to be separated from the space of the support member 114, and the rice located inside the take-out guide member 131 can be put into a separate bowl for washing. By inserting the take-out guide member 131 into the space of the support member 114 so that it is located inside the support member 114, the next operation can be awaited.

[0073] As described above, embodiments of the present invention have been described with reference to the drawings. Those skilled in the art to which the present invention pertains can implement it in other specific forms without changing the technical idea or essential features of the present invention. Therefore, the embodiments described above should be understood as exemplary in all aspects and not restrictive. Specific Embodiments

[0075] The embodiments for implementing the present invention have been described in the above specific implementation manners for implementing the present invention.

[0076] Industrial Applicability

[0077] The present invention not only stores rice in a vacuum state but also can discharge it smoothly, thus having industrial applicability.
