Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The present application belongs to the technical field of medical devices, and in particular, relates to a parallel hole collimator and a scanning device. Background Art
[0002] In medical imaging technology, single photon emission computed tomography (SPECT) equipment is an important diagnostic tool that generates images of the internal structure of the human body by detecting and analyzing the gamma rays emitted by radioactive drugs in the human body. In this process, the parallel hole collimator plays a key role. It is used to absorb invalid gamma rays, limit the incident angle and direction of effective gamma rays, and ensure the quality of SPECT images, with clear imaging and few artifacts. Summary of the invention
[0003] The purpose of the embodiments of the present application is to provide a parallel hole collimator and a scanning device, and to improve the sensitivity of the scanning device by setting the thickness of the hole walls at various locations on the collimator body to be the same.
[0004] To achieve the above purpose, the technical solution adopted in this application is:
[0005] The present application provides a parallel hole collimator, including a collimator body, on which a plurality of parallel holes parallel to each other and extending along the height direction of the collimator body are arranged, a hole wall is formed between two adjacent parallel holes, and the thickness of the hole wall at each location on the collimator body is the same.
[0006] The uniformity of the hole wall thickness also affects the sensitivity of the scanning device. Therefore, in the parallel hole collimator provided in the present application, the thickness of the hole wall at each location on the collimator body is the same.
[0007] In some implementations, the collimator body includes more than two parts, the collimator body is formed by splicing the parts together, and at least part of the parallel holes are formed by splicing the parts together.
[0008] By adopting a collimator body formed by splicing separate parts, the efficiency of parallel hole collimator forming can be improved, high precision and high image quality can be guaranteed, and while meeting the requirements of resolution and sensitivity, costs can be reduced and efficiency can be improved. It can be widely used in medical products.
[0009] In some implementations, two adjacent separate bodies are connected by bonding.
[0010] Adopting the bonding connection method can not only realize the connection between two adjacent split bodies, but also minimize the gap between the two adjacent split bodies.
[0011] In some implementations, the split bodies are thin plates, and the split bodies are arranged in sequence along a first direction, the first direction is the length or width direction of the collimator body, and each parallel hole is formed by splicing two adjacent thin plates.
[0012] In this implementation, the process cost of the collimator body is low and the wall thickness uniformity is high. Generally, this molding process is applied to collimators with small wall thickness and small aperture, such as low-energy collimators.
[0013] In some implementations, the split bodies include a docking area, two adjacent split bodies are centrally symmetrically arranged, and the docking areas of the two adjacent split bodies are connected, and the thickness of the two connected docking areas is equal to the thickness of the hole wall.
[0014] In this implementation, the thickness of the two connected butt joint areas is equal to the thickness of the hole wall, so that the thickness of the hole wall at each location on the collimator body is made the same.
[0015] In some implementations, the split body also includes a connecting area, the length directions of the docking area and the connecting area are along the height direction of the collimator body, two rows of docking areas are arranged along the first direction, each row of docking areas is arranged at intervals along the second direction, the two rows of docking areas are staggered, and two adjacent docking areas in the two rows of docking areas are connected by the connecting area, the second direction is perpendicular to the first direction; the thickness of the two connected docking areas is equal to the thickness of the connecting area.
[0016] The shape of the parallel holes is generally a square or a regular hexagon, so that the thickness of the hole wall at each location on the collimator body is the same. In this implementation, the split shape and the two adjacent splits are arranged in a centrally symmetrical manner, so that the shape of the parallel holes is a square or a regular hexagon.
[0017] In some implementations, the thickness of the docking region is half the thickness of the connecting region.
[0018] In this implementation, the thickness of the docking area is half of the thickness of the connecting area, so that the structures of the separate parts are the same, which facilitates the splicing of the collimator body.
[0019] In some implementations, each segment is formed by 3D printing.
[0020] This implementation method will use 3D printing technology to print the parts, and then splice the parts to form the collimator body, thereby improving the production efficiency.
[0021] In some implementations, in two adjacent split bodies, the surface where one split body is fitted with the other split body is a splicing surface, and the splicing surface includes a first area surface and a second area surface. The first area surface is arranged above the second area surface along the height direction of the collimator body, and the first area surface and the second area surface are on different planes.
[0022] Due to errors in 3D printing technology and errors in the splicing and fixing methods, there will be a gap between the two split parts, which will cause the risk of radiation leakage during imaging and affect the sensitivity. Therefore, in this implementation, the first area surface and the second area surface are on different planes, and there is a staggered layer in the height direction during splicing. In this way, when the radiation is shot through the gap between the two split first area surfaces, the invalid radiation shot through the gap between the two split first area surfaces is absorbed, thereby avoiding the risk of radiation leakage during imaging.
[0023] In some implementations, the collimator body includes an intermediate body portion and a protruding connection portion, parallel holes are provided on the intermediate body portion, and protruding connection portions are provided on two opposite sides of the intermediate body portion; at least part or all of the split body includes a split body for splicing the intermediate body portion and a split protruding portion for splicing the protruding connection portion.
[0024] In this implementation, by providing a protruding connection part, it can be connected to the frame of the SPECT device, thereby fixing the parallel hole collimator on the frame. In addition, in some scenarios, the separate parts can also be spliced into the collimator body by connecting the separate protruding parts, without the need for the separate parts to be bonded and connected.
[0025] In some implementations, the parallel hole collimator further includes a sleeve assembly, which is used to be sleeved on the collimator body to fix the separate parts.
[0026] In this implementation, the circumferential side surface of the sleeve assembly is squeezed with each split body to realize splicing of each split body into the collimator body. At this time, the split bodies do not need to be bonded, so that the splicing of each split body into the collimator body is easy to operate.
[0027] In some implementations, each of the separate parts is cast.
[0028] In this implementation, the process cost of the collimator body is relatively low. Since the parallel holes are prone to failure if the aperture d and the wall thickness h of the hole are too small, resulting in a low yield rate, it is generally used for collimators with larger aperture d and wall thickness h, such as medium and high energy collimators.
[0029] In some implementations, the parallel hole collimator also includes a base plate, the collimator body is supported on the base plate, and connecting holes are provided on the base plate. The shape of the connecting holes is the same as the shape of the parallel holes, the distribution of the connecting holes on the base plate is the same as the distribution of the parallel holes on the collimator body, and the connecting holes correspond to the parallel holes one by one; the collimator body protrudes in the horizontal direction on opposite sides of the base plate along the length or width direction.
[0030] In this implementation, the collimator body can be connected to the frame of the SPECT device through the base plate.
[0031] In some implementations, the parallel hole collimator further includes a protective cover body, the bottom of the protective cover body is provided with an opening for inserting the collimator body, the collimator body is covered with the protective cover body and the bottom of the protective cover body is connected to the base plate; the protective cover body is provided with cover body through holes on a top plate located above the collimator body, the cover body through holes have the same shape as the parallel holes, the distribution of the cover body through holes on the protective cover body is the same as the distribution of the parallel holes on the collimator body, and the cover body through holes correspond one-to-one to the parallel holes; or, the top plate of the protective cover body located above the collimator body covers the opening on the collimator body.
[0032] In this implementation, a protective cover is provided to protect the collimator body.
[0033] In some implementations, the split body is cast by molten lead alloy; the hardness of the protective cover body and the base plate is greater than the hardness of the split body.
[0034] Lead is a toxic heavy metal. If it is in contact with lead alloy for a long time and the protective measures are not in place, it will cause poisoning. Therefore, a protective cover body and a bottom plate are added to limit the lead alloy collimator body in the protective cover body and the bottom plate to prevent direct contact with the collimator body when installing the parallel hole collimator, thereby improving safety. The strength of the parallel hole collimator can be improved by making the hardness of the protective cover body and the bottom plate greater than the hardness of the split body.
[0035] In some implementations, in the same collimator body, the molding process of each sub-body is the same; or, in the same collimator body, the molding process of some sub-bodies is different from the molding process of other sub-bodies.
[0036] According to actual conditions, the molding process of each sub-body in the same collimator body is selected to improve the molding efficiency of the parallel hole collimator.
[0037] In some implementations, the split body is formed by casting; or, the split body is formed by 3D printing; or, the split body is formed by splicing thin plates.
[0038] A second aspect of the present application provides a scanning device, comprising the parallel hole collimator provided by any of the above technical solutions.
[0039] The scanning device provided in the present application includes the above-mentioned parallel hole collimator, and therefore at least includes all the beneficial effects of the above-mentioned parallel hole collimator, which will not be repeated here. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

[0070] Please also read Figure 1-Figure 15 Now, the parallel hole collimator 100 provided in the embodiment of the present application is described.
[0071] The parallel hole collimator 100 provided in this embodiment includes a collimator body 1, see Figure 1-Figure 2 , which shows the appearance of a collimator body 1. The collimator body 1 is provided with a plurality of parallel holes 11 which are parallel to each other and extend along the height direction of the collimator body 1. Figure 3 A hole wall 12 is formed between two adjacent parallel holes 11, and the thickness h of the hole wall 12 at each location on the collimator body 1 is the same.
[0072] When the parallel hole collimator 100 provided in this embodiment is applied to a single photon emission computed tomography (SPECT) device, the parallel hole collimator 100 is arranged above the detector. The imaging gamma ray is projected onto the detector crystal through the parallel holes 11 of the collimator body 1. The parallel holes 11 of the collimator body 1 limit the angle and size of the ray, and the hole wall 12 of the collimator body 1 can absorb invalid rays from other directions, reduce the interference of invalid rays, reduce image artifacts, and ensure the SPECT imaging accuracy and image quality.
[0073] The parallel hole 11 passes through the upper end surface and the lower end surface of the collimator body 1 in the height direction. The shape of the parallel hole 11 is generally a square or a regular hexagon. Figure 1 , showing a collimator body 1 with parallel holes 11 being square, see Figure 2 , showing a collimator body 1 in which the parallel holes 11 are regular hexagons. Figure 3 , showing the regular hexagonal parallel holes 11 and the hole walls 12.
[0074] In this embodiment, the thickness of the hole wall 12 at each location on the collimator body 1 is the same, which means that in principle the thickness of the hole wall 12 at each location on the collimator body 1 is the same, and also includes the situation where the thickness of the hole wall 12 at each location on the collimator body 1 is not completely the same within the range of processing error.
[0075] Regarding the parallel holes 11 on the collimator body 1, the shape of the parallel holes 11 should not be circular, in order to ensure that the wall thickness h of the hole wall 12 between the parallel holes 11 is the same, otherwise the sensitivity of the imaging system will be reduced or lost. Figure 3 , showing the diameter d of the parallel hole 11 and the wall thickness h of the hole wall 12, see Figure 4, which shows the height H of the collimator body 1. The aperture d of the parallel hole 11, the wall thickness h of the hole wall 12 and the height H of the collimator body 1 determine the spatial resolution of imaging reconstruction and the system resolution. At the same time, the uniformity of the aperture d of the parallel hole 11 and the wall thickness h of the hole wall 12 also affects the system sensitivity. In principle, it is not allowed to have a circular chamfer between two adjacent surfaces of the parallel hole 11, otherwise it will affect the sensitivity of the imaging system. Generally, due to processing requirements, there will be a circular chamfer of a certain angle between two adjacent surfaces of the parallel hole 11, provided that it is within the acceptable system sensitivity loss range. The smaller the aperture d of the parallel hole 11, the larger the height H of the collimator body 1, and the higher the reconstruction spatial resolution; the smaller the wall thickness h of the collimator body 1, the higher the system sensitivity. In addition, generally according to the energy range of the gamma ray applicable to the collimator, the parallel hole collimator 100 can be divided into three types: low energy (≤150keV), medium energy (150~350keV) and high energy (≥350keV), which can meet the scanning imaging of different parts of the human body respectively. The height H of the collimator body 1 corresponding to different energy ranges is different. The higher the energy, the greater the height required for shielding, and the thickness of the corresponding low-energy, medium-energy, and high-energy collimators increases in turn.
[0076] The commonly used materials of the collimator body 1 are generally materials with high shielding performance, such as lead, tungsten, bismuth, molybdenum and corresponding alloys. Since there are many holes in the collimator body 1, thousands or even hundreds of thousands of holes, the traditional machining process is inefficient and costly. In one embodiment, a splicing process is adopted, that is, the collimator body 1 includes more than two split bodies 13, and the collimator body 1 is formed by splicing the split bodies 13, and at least part of the parallel holes 11 are formed by splicing the split bodies 13.
[0077] In this embodiment, at least some of the parallel holes 11 are formed by splicing the split bodies 13 , that is, in one example, some of the parallel holes 11 of the collimator body 1 are formed by splicing the split bodies 13 , or in another example, all of the parallel holes 11 of the collimator body 1 are formed by splicing the split bodies 13 .
[0078] By adopting the collimator body 1 formed by splicing the separate parts 13, the efficiency of forming the parallel hole collimator 100 can be improved, ensuring high precision and high image quality, meeting the resolution and sensitivity requirements, while reducing costs and improving efficiency, and can be widely used in medical products.
[0079] In this embodiment, the collimator body 1 is formed by splicing together the separate parts 13. In one example, the molding process of the separate parts 13 is the same. For example, the separate parts 13 are thin plates, and the collimator body 1 is formed by splicing together the thin plates; or, the separate parts 13 are formed by 3D printing or casting, and then the separate parts 13 are spliced together to form the collimator body 1. Different types of parallel hole collimators 100 can use different molding processes for the split 13. For example, the low-energy and high-sensitivity parallel hole collimator 100 requires that the aperture d of the parallel hole 11 is smaller, and the uniformity of the aperture d of the parallel hole 11 and the wall thickness h of the hole wall 12 is also relatively high. The split 13 can adopt 3D printing molding technology. Other low-energy parallel hole collimators 100 require that the aperture d of the parallel hole 11 is smaller, but the uniformity of the aperture d of the parallel hole 11 and the wall thickness h of the hole wall 12 is not very high, and thin plate splicing molding can be adopted. For medium and high energy parallel hole collimators 100, since the aperture d of the parallel hole 11 and the wall thickness h of the hole wall 12 are relatively large, the split 13 can adopt a casting molding process.
[0080] In this embodiment, the collimator body 1 is formed by splicing the various sub-bodies 13. In one example, the molding process of some of the sub-bodies 13 is different from that of other sub-bodies 13. For example, some of the sub-bodies 13 are formed by 3D printing, while other sub-bodies 13 are formed by casting, and then the sub-bodies 13 are spliced into the collimator body 1.
[0081] See also Figure 5-Figure 6 In one embodiment, each of the segments 13 is a thin plate, the collimator body 1 is formed by splicing the segments 13 , and all of the parallel holes 11 are formed by splicing the segments 13 .
[0082] See also Figure 5 , schematically shows a structure of the split body 13. In this embodiment, the collimator body 1 is formed by splicing the split bodies 13, and two adjacent split bodies 13 are bonded together. The bonding connection method can not only connect the two adjacent split bodies 13, but also minimize the gap between the two adjacent split bodies 13.
[0083] The colloid bonding the two parts 13 will not absorb or block gamma rays, but by setting the thickness of the glue layer in two adjacent parts 13, the system sensitivity loss can be within an acceptable range. For example, the thickness of the glue layer in two adjacent parts 13 can be set to 0.01 mm to 0.02 mm.
[0084] In this embodiment, the collimator body 1 is formed by splicing the various parts 13, and the various parts 13 are arranged in sequence along a first direction, and the first direction is the length or width direction of the collimator body 1. Each parallel hole 11 is formed by splicing two adjacent thin plates. In this embodiment, the collimator body 1 is formed by splicing the various thin plates, so that the efficiency of the collimator body 1 can be improved.
[0085] Specifically, see Figure 5 , Figure 5 The split body 13 provided in the embodiment of the present application is a schematic diagram of a thin plate structure. The split body 13 includes a docking area 131 and a connecting area 132, the length direction of the docking area 131 and the connecting area 132 is along the height direction of the collimator body 1, two rows of docking areas 131 are arranged along the first direction, each row of docking areas 132 is arranged at intervals along the second direction, the two rows of docking areas 132 are staggered, and two adjacent docking areas 132 in the two rows of docking areas 132 are connected by the connecting area 132, and the second direction is perpendicular to the first direction.
[0086] See also Figure 5 , the height direction of the collimator body 1 is Figure 5 In the direction of the Z axis, the docking area 131 and the connecting area 132 extend along the Z axis. Figure 5 The direction of the X axis, the second direction is Figure 5 In the direction of the Y axis, two rows of docking areas 131 are arranged along the X axis direction. Figure 5 It can be seen from the figure that the two rows of docking areas 132 are staggered, and each row of docking areas 132 is spaced apart along the Y-axis direction.
[0087] See also Figure 5 , two adjacent docking areas 132 in the two rows of docking areas 132 are connected by the connecting area 132. As mentioned above, the shape of the parallel holes 11 is generally a square or a regular hexagon. Therefore, when the parallel holes 11 are regular hexagons, see Figure 5 The cross-sectional shape of a docking area 131 and two connecting areas 132 connected to the docking area 131 is an isosceles trapezoid; when the parallel hole 11 is a square, the connecting area 132 is perpendicular to the docking area 131.
[0088] See also Figure 6 , which is a schematic diagram of the process of splicing the collimator body 1 with the split body 13 provided in the embodiment of the present application as a thin plate. Figure 6 (a) in FIG. 1 shows two separate bodies 13; see Figure 6 (b) in the figure shows two parts 13, which are centrally symmetrically arranged and connected at the docking areas 131 of the two parts 13, and the two connected parts 13 are spliced to form a plurality of parallel holes 11. Figure 6 Based on (b), along the first direction ( Figure 6 In the direction of the middle X axis), a plurality of split bodies 13 are arranged, and two adjacent split bodies 13 are arranged symmetrically and the docking areas 131 of the two adjacent split bodies 13 are connected, so that they can be spliced into Figure 6 The collimator body 1 is shown in (c).
[0089] In this embodiment, it should be noted that the thickness of the two connected butt joint areas 131 is equal to the thickness of the connecting area 132. Figure 6 In (c), the connection area 132 forms the hole wall 12, and the two connected docking areas 131 form the hole wall 12. Since the thickness of the hole wall 12 at each location on the collimator body 1 is the same, the thickness of the two connected docking areas 131 is equal to the thickness of the connection area 132.
[0090] In a specific example, the thickness of the docking area 131 is half the thickness of the connecting area 132. In this example, the structures of the sub-bodies 13 are the same. That is, the thickness of the connecting area 132 of each sub-bodies 13 is the same, the thickness of the docking area 131 of each sub-bodies 13 is the same, and the thickness of the docking area 131 is half the thickness of the connecting area 132, that is, the thickness formed by the connection of the two docking areas 131 is equal to the thickness of the docking area 131. Here, since the thickness of the glue layer between the two docking areas 131 is very small relative to the thickness of the docking area 131, the thickness formed by the connection of the two docking areas 131 can be ignored. Since the thickness formed by the connection of the two docking areas 131 is equal to the thickness of the docking area 131, the thickness of the hole wall 12 at each location on the collimator body 1 can be achieved to be the same.
[0091] In another specific example, the thickness of the docking area 131 is not half of the thickness of the connecting area 132. For example, the split bodies 13 spliced into the collimator body 1 are divided into a first split plate and a second split plate. The thickness of the docking area 131 on the first split plate is one-third of the thickness of the connecting area 132, and the thickness of the docking area 131 on the second split plate is two-thirds of the thickness of the connecting area 132. The connecting areas 132 of the split bodies 13 have the same thickness. When splicing the collimator body 1, the first split plate and the second split plate can be alternately arranged in sequence, and the thickness of the docking area 131 of the first split plate when connected to the docking area 131 of the second split plate is equal to the thickness of the connecting area 132. In this specific example, it is illustrated that the thickness of the docking area 131 on the first split plate is one third of the thickness of the connecting area 132, and the thickness of the docking area 131 on the second split plate is two thirds of the thickness of the connecting area 132. Of course, the thickness of the docking area 131 on the first split plate can also be set to be one quarter of the thickness of the connecting area 132, and the thickness of the docking area 131 on the second split plate can be set to be three quarters of the thickness of the connecting area 132, and so on, as long as the thickness formed by the connection of the two docking areas 131 is equal to the thickness of the docking area 131.
[0092] Regarding the size relationship between the docking area 131 and the connecting area 132 , it is preferred that the thickness of the docking area 131 is half of the thickness of the connecting area 132 , and the structures of the separate bodies 13 are the same, which facilitates the splicing of the collimator body 1 .
[0093] The material of the split body 13 may be lead foil, tungsten sheet, or bismuth alloy sheet.
[0094] In this embodiment, the process cost of the collimator body 1 is relatively low, and the wall thickness uniformity is relatively high. Generally, this molding process is applied to collimators with small wall thickness and small aperture, such as low-energy collimators.
[0095] In this embodiment, when splicing the split bodies 13, it is necessary to control and limit the dimensional tolerance of the split bodies 13 so that the wall thickness h of the hole wall 12 is more uniform and a higher system sensitivity can be obtained; the overall splicing has high requirements on the process technology and requires high-precision splicing tooling and splicing process control.
[0096] In addition, when the parallel hole collimator 100 provided in this embodiment is applied to a SPECT device, in order to facilitate fixing the parallel hole collimator 100 on the frame of the SPECT device, a support plate can be connected to the collimator body 1 and fixed to the frame through the support plate, so as to facilitate fixing the collimator body 1 on the frame.
[0097] See also Figure 7-Figure 11 In one embodiment, each of the sub-bodies 13 is formed by 3D printing, the collimator body 1 is formed by splicing the sub-bodies 13 , and some of the parallel holes 11 in the collimator body 1 are formed by splicing the sub-bodies 13 .
[0098] See also Figure 7 and Figure 8 , Figure 7 A schematic top view of the process of splicing the collimator body 1 with the 3D printed parts provided in the embodiment of the present application; Figure 8 The schematic diagram of the process of splicing the collimator body 1 with the 3D printed parts provided in the embodiment of the present application. In this embodiment, each of the split parts 13 is spliced in the horizontal direction. Figure 7 (a) and Figure 8 In (a), two unconnected parts 13 are shown. Figure 7 (b) and Figure 8 In (b), two pairs of split bodies 13 connected as 3D printed parts are schematically shown to form the collimator body 1.
[0099] Due to the limitations of 3D printing technology, the larger the printed plane area, the lower the accuracy will be as it is farther away from the laser center. At the same time, in order to reduce costs, this embodiment will use 3D printing technology to print more than two parts 13, and then splice the parts 13 to form the collimator body 1 to improve the success rate of production.
[0100] See also Figure 7 and Figure 8 , which shows that the collimator body 1 includes two split bodies 13. In this embodiment, the number of the split bodies 13 is not limited to only two, and can also be other numbers other than two. For example, see Fig. 9 , Fig. 9 This is a top view of the process of splicing the collimator body with the 3D printed parts. Fig. 9 Schematically, the collimator body 1 includes four parts 13, and the collimator body 1 is formed by connecting the four parts 13. Each part 13 has parallel holes 11 arranged in an array, and when two parts 13 are connected, the joint positions of the two parts 13 will form a row of parallel holes 11, so that in this embodiment, some parallel holes 11 in the collimator body 1 are formed by joining the parts 13.
[0101] Exemplarily, the material of the split body 13 is tungsten alloy or bismuth alloy.
[0102] Exemplarily, each sub-body 13 is connected by gluing.
[0103] In this embodiment, the split body 13 is a 3D printed part. The overall precision of 3D printing is high, and the printed wall thickness can be very small. The overall consistency of the printed parallel holes 11 is high, and the printed parallel holes 11 can be relatively regular squares or regular hexagons, etc. Generally, there is no arc chamfer between two adjacent surfaces of the parallel holes 11, which can be used in scenarios with higher sensitivity, such as low-energy collimators.
[0104] In one example, see Figure 8 In two adjacent split bodies 13, the surface where one split body 13 fits with the other split body 13 is a splicing surface 133, and the splicing surface 133 includes a first area surface 1331 and a second area surface 1332. The first area surface 1331 is arranged above the second area surface 1332 along the height direction of the collimator body 1, and the first area surface 1331 and the second area surface 1332 are on different planes.
[0105] See also Figure 8 In (a), two split bodies 13 are schematically shown, and the splicing surface 133 on each split body 13 is also schematically shown. The splicing surface 133 includes a first area surface 1331 and a second area surface 1332. The first area surface 1331 and the second area surface 1332 are on different planes.
[0106] Due to the errors in 3D printing technology and the errors in the splicing and fixing methods, there will be a gap between the two split bodies 13, which will cause the risk of radiation leakage during imaging and affect the sensitivity. Therefore, in this embodiment, the first area surface 1331 and the second area surface 1332 are on different planes, and there is a staggered layer in the height direction during splicing. In this way, when the radiation is injected through the gap between the first area surfaces 1331 of the two split bodies 13, since the gap between the first area surfaces 1331 of the two split bodies 13 is misaligned with the gap between the second area surfaces 1332 of the two split bodies 13, the invalid radiation injected through the gap between the first area surfaces 1331 of the two split bodies 13 is absorbed, thereby avoiding the risk of radiation leakage during imaging.
[0107] See also Figure 8 , schematically illustrating the splicing surface 133, schematically illustrating that the splicing surface 133 also includes a third area surface 1333, and the third area surface 1333 connects the first area surface 1331 and the second area surface 1332, that is, the splicing surface 133 is composed of the first area surface 1331, the third area surface 1333 and the second area surface 1332. Figure 8 In the example, the first area surface 1331 and the second area surface 1332 are vertical surfaces, so that the splicing surface 133 forms a step structure. In addition, the first area surface 1331 and the second area surface 1332 may not be vertical surfaces, but may be inclined surfaces. In this case, the first area surface 1331 and the second area surface 1332 may be parallel or non-parallel.
[0108] Figure 8 It is shown that the stitching surface 133 is composed of a first area surface 1331, a third area surface 1333 and a second area surface 1332. In another example, the stitching surface 133 is composed of a first area surface 1331 and a second area surface 1332. In this case, the first area surface 1331 may be a vertical surface, and the second area surface 1332 may be an inclined surface; or, the first area surface 1331 may be an inclined surface, and the second area surface 1332 may be a vertical surface; or, the first area surface 1331 and the second area surface 1332 may both be inclined surfaces.
[0109] In one example, the joint surface 133 is not limited to Figure 8 As shown, it is composed of three regional surfaces, or it can be composed of more than four regional surfaces, and the regional surfaces are connected in sequence along the height direction. For example, two step structures are formed on the splicing surface 133, that is, the splicing surface 133 can be composed of five regional surfaces.
[0110] See also Figure 7 , schematically shows that the collimator body 1 includes two parts 13. When the collimator body 1 includes two parts 13, a splicing surface 133 is formed on each part 13. Figure 8 , schematically showing that the collimator body 1 includes four parts 13. Figure 8 , it is schematically shown that two splicing surfaces 133 are formed on each split body 13. When the collimator body 1 includes more split bodies 13, it is possible that the split bodies 13 form three or four splicing surfaces 133.
[0111] Preferably, see Figure 7 and Fig. 9, the split body 13 is in a square shape as a whole; of course, the split body 13 can also be in a triangular prism shape as a whole, for example, the collimator body 1 includes two split bodies 13 in a triangular prism shape as a whole, and the two split bodies 13 in a triangular prism shape as a whole are assembled into a rectangular collimator body 1; or, for example, the collimator body 1 includes four split bodies 13 in a triangular prism shape as a whole, and the four split bodies 13 in a triangular prism shape as a whole are assembled into a rectangular collimator body 1.
[0112] In one example, see Fig.10 The collimator body 1 includes an intermediate body portion 14 and a protruding connection portion 15, the intermediate body portion 14 is provided with parallel holes 11, and the protruding connection portions 15 are provided on two opposite sides of the intermediate body portion 14; at least part or all of the split body 13 includes a split body 134 for splicing the intermediate body portion 14 and a split protruding portion 135 for splicing the protruding connection portion 15.
[0113] See also Fig.10 , schematically showing the middle main body 14 and the protruding connecting portion 15. By setting the protruding connecting portion 15, it can be connected to the frame of the SPECT device, thereby achieving the parallel hole collimator 100 being fixed on the frame.
[0114] Typically, the split body 13 is printed and formed using tungsten alloy or bismuth alloy. The collimator body 1 of tungsten alloy and bismuth alloy has high rigidity, so it can be connected to the frame of the SPECT device through the protruding connecting part 15 to achieve the installation and fixation of the parallel hole collimator 100.
[0115] See also Fig.10 The split body 13 includes a split body 134 for splicing the middle body 14 and a split protruding portion 135 for splicing the protruding connecting portion 15. Fig.10 Taking the collimator body 1 shown as an example, at this time, by using a connecting piece to connect the two split protrusions 135, the connection of the two split bodies 13 can be realized, and at this time, it is not necessary to use an adhesive method to connect the two split bodies 13. That is, when all the split bodies 13 include split bodies 134 for splicing the middle body part 14 and split protrusions 135 for splicing the protruding connection part 15, at this time, the splicing of the split bodies 13 can be realized by connecting the split protrusions 135.
[0116] Of course, some of the split bodies 13 may also be provided to include a split body 134 for splicing the middle body portion 14 and a split protrusion 135 for splicing the protruding connection portion 15. For example, in the example where the collimator body 1 includes four split bodies 13 in the shape of a triangular prism as a whole, and a rectangular collimator body 1 is spliced together by the four split bodies 13 in the shape of a triangular prism as a whole (two split bodies 13 are arranged opposite to each other along the length direction of the collimator body 1, and two split bodies 13 are arranged opposite to each other along the width direction of the collimator body 1), that is, two of the split bodies 13 include a split body 134 for splicing the middle body portion 14 and a split protrusion 135 for splicing the protruding connection portion 15, and the other two split bodies 13 only include a split body 134 for splicing the middle body portion 14.
[0117] Specifically, see Fig.11 The parallel hole collimator 100 further includes a connecting plate 4, which is arranged on the upper end surface, lower end surface or side surface of the protruding connecting portion 15, and then the split protruding portion 135 and the connecting plate 4 are connected by a connecting piece to splice the split parts 13 together. Fig.11 , which illustrates that the upper end surfaces of the two protruding connecting parts 15 are both provided with connecting plates 4.
[0118] Exemplarily, the connecting plate 4 is formed by 3D printing, injection molding or extrusion molding.
[0119] In one example, the parallel hole collimator 100 further includes a sleeve component, which is sleeved on the collimator body 1 to fix each split body 13 .
[0120] For example, the sleeve assembly includes a first sleeve member and a second sleeve member, and the first sleeve member and the second sleeve member are connected to form a square cylinder. The circumferential inner side surface of the sleeve assembly is squeezed with each split body 13 to realize splicing each split body 13 into the collimator body 1. At this time, there is no need for the split bodies 13 to be bonded and connected, so that the splicing of each split body 13 into the collimator body 1 is easy to operate.
[0121] When each of the sub-bodies 13 is formed by 3D printing, in another embodiment, the collimator body 1 is formed by splicing the sub-bodies 13 , and all of the parallel holes 11 in the collimator body 1 are formed by splicing the sub-bodies 13 .
[0122] For example, each of the split bodies 13 is formed by 3D printing, and the collimator body 1 is divided into two or more parts along the height direction, and each part is formed by splicing the split bodies 13 along the horizontal direction.
[0123] See also Figure 12-Figure 15 In one embodiment, each of the split bodies 13 is cast, the collimator body 1 is formed by splicing the split bodies 13 , and all the parallel holes 11 in the collimator body 1 are formed by splicing the split bodies 13 .
[0124] In one example, the separate bodies 13 are sequentially arranged along the height direction of the collimator body 1 to be spliced into the collimator body 1; or, in another example, the collimator body 1 is divided into two or more parts along the height direction, and each part is formed by splicing the separate bodies 13 along the horizontal direction. The following mainly takes the example of sequentially arranging the separate bodies 13 along the height direction to be spliced into the collimator body 1 to illustrate this embodiment.
[0125] See also Fig.12 , Fig.12 This is a schematic diagram of the process of splicing the collimator body when the split parts provided in the embodiment of the present application are 3D castings. When each split part 13 is cast, each split part 13 is arranged in sequence along the height direction of the collimator body 1. Fig.12 , Fig.12 (a) shows two unconnected parts 13. Fig.12 (b) shows two split bodies 13 connected together in the height direction.
[0126] Casting has high requirements for demoulding. When the collimator body 1 is not formed by splicing the cast parts 13, but the collimator body 1 is cast as a whole, due to the small wall thickness and small aperture of the collimator body 1, if the height of the collimator body 1 is relatively large, it is easy to tear the hole during demoulding. Therefore, in order to facilitate demoulding and improve the success rate, two or more parts 13 are cast, and the parts 13 are spliced in the height direction to form the collimator body 1.
[0127] See also Fig.12 , schematically shows that the collimator body 1 includes two split bodies 13, and the number of the split bodies 13 is not limited to two, and can also be any number other than two. The same parallel hole 11 is formed by splicing the split bodies 13 arranged along the height direction, and then, all the parallel holes 11 in the collimator body 1 are formed by splicing the split bodies 13.
[0128] See also Fig.12 Each of the split bodies 13 is provided with openings 136, and the distribution of the openings 136 on each of the split bodies 13 is the same, that is, the openings 136 on each of the split bodies 13 are of the same shape and size, and the positions of the openings 136 on each of the split bodies 13 are distributed in the same manner. The parallel holes 11 are formed by assembling the openings 136 along the same height direction in each of the split bodies 13.
[0129] Preferably, the heights of the sub-bodies 13 are the same.
[0130] Regarding the connection between the sub-bodies 13 , in one example, two adjacent sub-bodies 13 are connected by bonding.
[0131] Regarding the casting process of the split body 13, the metal liquid is poured into the mold cavity, and then another mold with a plurality of mold cores is inserted into the metal liquid. After cooling for a period of time, the mold is disassembled to form the split body 13.
[0132] In the casting process of the split body 13, in order to facilitate demoulding, a smaller R angle is set on the edge of the mold rod core, and it needs to be within the acceptable range of sensitivity loss of the collimator body 1. In addition, since the aperture d of the parallel hole 11 and the wall thickness h of the hole wall 12 are too small, it is easy to fail in casting, resulting in a low yield rate, so it is generally used to prepare collimators with larger aperture d and wall thickness h of the hole wall 12, such as medium and high energy collimators.
[0133] In one example, see Fig.13 The parallel hole collimator 100 also includes a base plate 2, the collimator body 1 is supported on the base plate 2, a connecting hole 21 is provided on the base plate 2, the connecting hole 21 has the same shape as the parallel hole 11, the distribution of the connecting holes 21 on the base plate 2 is the same as the distribution of the parallel holes 11 on the collimator body 1, and the connecting holes 21 correspond to the parallel holes 11 one by one; the collimator body 1 is protruded in the horizontal direction on opposite sides of the base plate 2 along the length or width direction.
[0134] In this embodiment, the shape and size of the connecting holes 21 are the same as those of the parallel holes 11, the number of the connecting holes 21 on the bottom plate 2 is the same as that of the parallel holes 11 on the collimator body 1, the positional relationship between the connecting holes 21 on the bottom plate 2 is the same as that between the parallel holes 11 on the collimator body 1, and the connecting holes 21 correspond to the parallel holes 11 one by one, that is, each connecting hole 21 is located directly below the corresponding parallel hole 11. Since the bottom plate 2 mainly supports the collimator body 1 and needs to have a certain strength, the thickness of the bottom plate 2 cannot be too thin, and a relatively large thickness will increase the radiation absorption capacity, so it is necessary to set the connecting holes 21 on the bottom plate 2.
[0135] In this embodiment, the collimator body 1 is connected to the frame of the SPECT device through the bottom plate 2. Therefore, the collimator body 1 is protruded from two opposite sides of the bottom plate 2 along the length or width direction in the horizontal direction.
[0136] Usually, the split body 13 is cast by molten lead alloy, and the solidified lead alloy is relatively soft and weak in strength. Therefore, it is preferred to set the hardness of the base plate 2 to be greater than the hardness of the split body 13 to facilitate the stable fixation of the parallel hole collimator 100 on the frame of the SPECT equipment.
[0137] Exemplarily, the material of the bottom plate 2 is carbon fiber, steel or aluminum.
[0138] Exemplarily, the base plate 2 is formed by casting.
[0139] Exemplarily, the thickness of the bottom plate 2 is preferably not less than 3 mm.
[0140] In one example, see Fig.13 and Fig.15 The parallel hole collimator further comprises a protective cover body 3 , the bottom of the protective cover body 3 is provided with an opening 31 for inserting the collimator body 1 , the collimator body 1 is covered in the protective cover body 3 and the bottom of the protective cover body 3 is connected to the base plate 2 .
[0141] In this embodiment, a protective cover 3 is provided to protect the collimator body 1 .
[0142] Since the collimator body 1 is covered in the protective cover body 3 and the bottom of the protective cover body 3 is connected to the base plate 2, the split bodies 13 can be limited together by the protective cover body 3 and the base plate 2, that is, there is no need to connect the split bodies 13, and the protective cover body 3 can be connected to the bottom of the base plate 2. At this time, the inner side surface of the protective cover body 3 needs to contact the circumferential side surface of the split body 13 to prevent the split body 13 from shaking in the protective cover body 3.
[0143] In one example, each of the sub-bodies 13 can be bonded and connected to the protective cover body 3 .
[0144] In one example, each of the sub-bodies 13 is bonded and connected, and the sub-bodies 13 disposed at the bottom are bonded and connected to the bottom plate 2. At this time, the circumferential side surface of the sub-bodies 13 is in contact with the inner side surface of the protective cover body 3, or there is a gap between the circumferential side surface of the sub-bodies 13 and the inner side surface of the protective cover body 3.
[0145] Preferably, the hardness of the protective cover body 3 is greater than the hardness of the split body 13 , so as to facilitate the protection of the collimator body 1 .
[0146] Regarding the protective cover 3, in one example, see Fig.15 , a cover body through hole 33 is set on the top plate 32 of the protective cover body 3 located above the collimator body 1, the shape of the cover body through hole 33 is the same as the shape of the parallel holes 11, the distribution of the cover body through holes 33 on the protective cover body 3 is the same as the distribution of the parallel holes 11 on the collimator body 1, and the cover body through holes 33 correspond to the parallel holes 11 one by one; or, in another example, the top plate 32 of the protective cover body 3 located above the collimator body 1 covers the opening 31 on the collimator body 1.
[0147] Since the protective cover body 3 mainly plays a protective role, rather than a supporting role like the base plate 2, the protective cover body 3 is preferably a thin plate. Therefore, whether the cover body through hole 33 is provided on the protective cover body 3 mainly depends on the material of the protective cover body 3.
[0148] When the protective cover body 3 is made of a material with a low absorption rate, such as carbon fiber, the top plate 32 of the protective cover body 3 located above the collimator body 1 can be arranged to cover the opening 31 on the collimator body 1, that is, when the protective cover body 3 is made of a material with a low absorption rate, the cover body through hole 33 does not need to be arranged on the top plate 32, and the parallel hole collimator 100 can be used normally. Since the cover body through hole 33 does not need to be arranged on the protective cover body 3, the processing of the protective cover body 3 can be facilitated.
[0149] Exemplarily, when the material of the protective cover body 3 is carbon fiber, the thickness of the protective cover body 3 is preferably not greater than 1 mm.
[0150] When the protective cover body 3 is made of a material that has a certain ability to absorb radiation, such as a steel plate, it is necessary to set a cover body through hole 33 on the top plate 32 of the protective cover body 3. Regarding the cover body through hole 33, the shape and size of the cover body through hole 33 are the same as the shape and size of the parallel holes 11, the number of the cover body through holes 33 on the top plate 32 is the same as the number of the parallel holes 11 on the collimator body 1, the positional relationship between the cover body through holes 33 on the top plate 32 is the same as the positional relationship between the parallel holes 11 on the collimator body 1, and the cover body through holes 33 correspond to the parallel holes 11 one by one, that is, each cover body through hole 33 is distributed and located directly above the corresponding parallel hole 11.
[0151] Exemplarily, when the material of the protective cover body 3 is a steel plate, the thickness of the protective cover body 3 is preferably not greater than 0.5 mm.
[0152] When the material of the protective cover body 3 is an aluminum plate, it is selected whether to set the cover body through hole 33 on the top plate 32 according to the thickness of the top plate 32 on the protective cover body 3. For example, when the parallel hole collimator 100 is ensured to be used normally, when the top plate 32 is relatively thin, it is not necessary to set the cover body through hole 33 on the top plate 32; when the top plate 32 is relatively thick, the cover body through hole 33 is set on the top plate 32.
[0153] Exemplarily, when the material of the protective cover body 3 is an aluminum plate, the thickness of the protective cover body 3 is preferably not greater than 0.5 mm, for example, the thickness of the protective cover body 3 is 0.2 mm or 0.3 mm.
[0154] See also Fig.15 The two opposite sides of the bottom plate 2 along the width direction protrude from the two sides of the protective cover body 3 in the horizontal direction. Fig.15 In the embodiment, the collimator body 1 is covered in the protective cover body 3.
[0155] Usually, the split body 13 is cast by molten lead alloy, but lead is a toxic heavy metal. If it is in contact with lead alloy for a long time and the protective measures are not in place, it will cause poisoning. Therefore, in this embodiment, a protective cover body 3 and a bottom plate 2 are added, and the collimator body 1 made of lead alloy is limited in the protective cover body 3 and the bottom plate 2 by the protective cover body 3 and the bottom plate 2 to prevent direct contact with the collimator body 1 when installing the parallel hole collimator 100, thereby improving safety.
[0156] Three molding processes of the parallel hole collimator 100 are provided above. Based on the above three different molding processes, different types of parallel hole collimators 100 adopt corresponding molding processes, such as low-energy collimators generally adopt thin plate splicing and 3D printing molding split 13 splicing, and medium and high energy collimators generally adopt cast lead molding split 13 splicing, etc. This parallel hole collimator 100 based on different molding processes, on the one hand, meets the requirements of system sensitivity and spatial resolution, achieves higher imaging accuracy and image quality, and on the other hand, can effectively reduce costs and improve product competitiveness and influence.
[0157] It is described above that the split bodies 13 in the same collimator body 1 are all processed by the same processing and forming process. In an embodiment, some of the split bodies 13 in the same collimator body 1 are processed by different processing and forming processes.
[0158] The split body 13 is formed by casting; or, the split body 13 is formed by 3D printing; or, the split body 13 is formed by splicing thin plates. For example, in the same collimator body 1, some of the split bodies 13 are formed by 3D printing, and the remaining split bodies 13 are formed by casting; or, in the same collimator body 1, some of the split bodies 13 are formed by 3D printing, and the remaining split bodies 13 are formed by splicing thin plates; or, in the same collimator body 1, some of the split bodies 13 are cast, and the remaining split bodies 13 are formed by splicing thin plates; or, in the same collimator body 1, some of the split bodies 13 are cast, some of the split bodies 13 are formed by splicing thin plates, and the remaining split bodies 13 are 3D printed.
[0159] In the example where part of the split bodies 13 are formed by 3D printing and part of the split bodies 13 are formed by casting in the same collimator body 1, specifically, the split bodies 13 formed by 3D printing are first spliced in the horizontal direction to form a whole, and then spliced with the split bodies 13 formed by casting in the height direction to form the collimator body 1. For example, the collimator body 1 includes a split body 13 formed by casting and two split bodies 13 formed by 3D printing, the two split bodies 13 formed by 3D printing are spliced in the horizontal direction to form a whole, and then spliced with the other split body 13 formed by casting in the height direction.
[0160] Preferably, when the cast sub-body 13 is arranged below the 3D printed sub-body 13, see Fig.13 and Fig.14The parallel hole collimator 100 also includes a base plate 2 and a protective cover 3 that cooperate with the cast split 13, that is, the protective cover 3 is covered in the cast split 13, the base plate is arranged under the protective cover 3 and connected to the protective cover 3, and then the 3D printed split 13 is spliced as a whole and arranged on the top surface of the protective cover 3.
[0161] Preferably, when the cast sub-body 13 is arranged above the 3D printed sub-body 13, see Fig.10 The 3D printed split 13 includes a split body 134 and a split protrusion 135. The split protrusion 135 of each split 13 formed by 3D printing is convenient for connection with the frame of the SPECT device.
