Abstract

The embodiment of the invention provides a perovskite precursor solution, a perovskite solar cell and a photovoltaic system, the perovskite precursor solution comprises a perovskite material, an organic solution and an additive, and the structural general formula of the additive is R1-R-R2; wherein R is an electron donating unit, R1 is a Lewis base group, and R2 is a polar group. According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, the perovskite precursor solution containing the additive can be adopted to prepare the perovskite layer of the perovskite solar cell, and a plurality of groups of the additive R1-R-R2 jointly participate in bulk phase passivation, so that the current problems of the perovskite solar cell can be improved in multiple aspects; and ion migration, non-radiative recombination and perovskite body decomposition are reduced, so that the cell performance is greatly optimized.
