Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The present disclosure relates to a measuring device for a flux conductor assembly of a torque sensor. Background Art
[0002] Torque sensors are used, for example, in electric steering systems, in particular motor vehicle steering shafts, in order to control an electric drive motor of the steering system based on a steering torque applied by the driver, in order, for example, to provide corresponding steering assistance.
[0003] In torque sensors, a magnetic sensor device or a magnetic sensor system is usually used, which has a magnet device with at least one magnetic element (usually with a surrounding annular magnet designed as a permanent magnet) connected in a rotationally fixed manner to a first part of the steering shaft, and a stator device with one or more magnetically conductive stators connected in a rotationally fixed manner to a second part of the steering shaft. The stator device usually includes two separate stators, each with an annular disk-shaped area, and is usually arranged concentrically around the magnet device, in particular the magnetic element, in the radial direction with a small air gap between them. The magnetic flux of the magnetic field generated by the magnet device can be guided by the stator device to a magnetic sensor device with at least one magnetic sensor, for example a Hall sensor, and evaluated.
[0004] If a magnet element connected in a rotationally fixed manner to a first part of the steering shaft moves relative to a stator arrangement connected to a second part of the steering shaft due to a torsional movement of the steering shaft, the magnetic flux density in the respective stator changes, which can be detected by means of a magnetic sensor arrangement. The change in the magnetic flux density in the stator arrangement depends in particular on the magnitude of the relative movement of the magnet element relative to the respective stator, i.e. on the torsion angle. The torsion angle can therefore be inferred from the detected change in the magnetic flux density and, therefore, the torque applied to the steering shaft can be determined from the torsion angle when the torsion stiffness of the torsion bar is known.
[0005] This type of torque sensor also includes a magnetic flux conductor assembly radially assembled to the stator device, the magnetic flux conductor assembly is configured to at least partially bunch the magnetic flux generated in the stator device and transfer the magnetic flux to the magnetic sensor device, and is preferably also used to strengthen the magnetic flux, wherein the magnetic flux conductor assembly usually includes two magnetic flux conductors, and is usually manufactured by secondary injection molding, that is, the two magnetic flux conductors are pre-fixed in an injection mold, and then molten plastic is injected into the injection mold. After the molten plastic is cooled, the mold is disassembled to obtain a finished magnetic flux conductor assembly, in which the two magnetic flux conductors are tightly wrapped by the cooled and solidified plastic.
[0006] The high temperature during secondary injection molding can easily lead to the degradation of the magnetic properties of the flux conductor, which may cause hysteresis effect, thus affecting the measurement accuracy of the torque sensor, or even making the torque sensor unable to measure. However, the manufacturer of the flux conductor assembly cannot ensure that the performance of the manufactured flux conductor meets the requirements of the torque sensor. Therefore, before applying the flux conductor to the torque sensor, it is necessary to measure the magnetic properties of the magnetic conductor to determine whether its magnetic properties meet the requirements. [0044] Below, see Figures 1 to 17 Embodiments of the present disclosure are described in detail.
[0045] like Figures 1 to 4 As shown, the measuring device of the magnetic flux conductor assembly for the torque sensor according to the present disclosure may include a support assembly 1, a fixing assembly 2, a motor 5, a magnetic flux measuring assembly and a magnetic flux conductor assembly 8. The fixing assembly 2 is arranged on the support assembly 1. The motor 5 is arranged on the support assembly 1 and a magnet 6 is arranged on its motor shaft, as shown in FIG. Figure 4 As shown, the magnetic flux measurement component is disposed on the fixed component 2. The magnetic flux conductor component 8 is detachably disposed on the fixed component 2 to measure the hysteresis performance of the magnetic flux conductor component 8 through the magnetic flux measurement component.
[0046] like Figure 4 As shown, the magnetic flux measurement assembly includes a stator assembly 4 and a circuit board assembly 7. The stator assembly 4 is arranged on the fixed assembly 2 and surrounds the magnet 6. The circuit board assembly 7 is arranged on the fixed assembly 2 and includes a circuit board 71 and a magnetic sensor 72. Fig.12As shown, the magnetic sensor 72 may be fixed on the circuit board 71, and its position may correspond to the notch on the circuit board 71. For example, two magnetic sensors 72 are disposed on the circuit board 71. The magnetic sensor may be a Hall sensor.
[0047] The arrangement of the stator assembly 4, the circuit board assembly 7, the magnet 6 and the flux conductor assembly 8 in the measuring device of the present disclosure is similar to that of a torque sensor. The stator assembly 4 is arranged around the motor shaft, and the flux conductor assembly 8 is assembled near the stator assembly 4 along the radial direction of the stator assembly 4 to collect and transmit the magnetic flux. The stator assembly 4 includes a first stator 41 and a second stator 42, each stator having an annular disc-shaped stator body and a plurality of stator lugs, the stator lugs extending transversely to the stator body and meshing with each other in a tooth-like manner. The magnet 6 is an annular permanent magnet for generating at least one useful magnetic field, and the magnet is arranged concentrically with the motor shaft and the stator assembly 4. In the torque sensor, the magnet 6 is fixed to the first part of the steering shaft of the vehicle in a torsion-proof manner, and the stator assembly 4 can be connected to the second part of the steering shaft in a torsion-proof manner, so that the stator assembly 4 can rotate in the circumferential direction around the motor shaft relative to the magnet 6, so that a magnetic flux can be generated in the stator assembly 4, especially in the two stators 41 and 42. Based on the magnetic flux generated in this way, the torque applied to the steering shaft can be determined with the help of a magnetic sensor and a control device. In addition, the magnetic flux conductor assembly 8 is used to at least partially bunch the magnetic flux generated in the stator assembly 4 and transmit it to the magnetic sensor, which is designed to generate a corresponding sensor signal for further analysis to determine the torque. The magnetic flux conductor assembly 8 may include two magnetic flux conductors that are at least partially opposite to each other along the extension direction of the motor shaft and a bracket for supporting the two magnetic flux conductors. Each magnetic flux conductor has a collecting portion for collecting magnetic flux and a transmitting portion for transmitting magnetic flux. The magnetic flux conductor may be a blanking part or a stamped and bent part, and is especially made of sheet material, and is particularly preferably made of soft magnetic material as generally known in the prior art. The magnetic flux conductor assembly including the magnetic flux conductor and the bracket is generally manufactured by secondary injection molding. Taking into account many factors in the manufacturing process, such as the high temperature in the secondary injection molding, the manufacturer of the magnetic flux conductor assembly cannot ensure that the magnetic properties of the manufactured magnetic flux conductor meet the requirements of the torque sensor, and therefore the measuring device disclosed in the present invention is required to measure its magnetic properties.
[0048] like Figure 4 As shown, the fixing assembly 2 for holding the stator assembly 4 and the circuit board assembly 7 may include a main support member 21, a first support member 22, a second support member 23, and a fixing member 24. The main support member 21 is arranged on the supporting assembly 1, as shown in FIG. Figure 5 As shown, it is fixed to the support assembly 1 by means of fasteners such as positioning pins and screws. The first support member 22 is arranged on the side of the main support member 21 facing the support assembly 1 and is used to support the first stator 41 in the stator assembly 4. Fig.14 For example, the first support member 22 is fixed to the main support member 21 by a fastener extending therethrough, such as a screw or a bolt. The second support member 23 is disposed on the other side of the main support member 21 away from the support assembly 1 and is used to support the second stator 42 in the stator assembly 4. Figure 8 and 9 As shown. The second support member 23 can be fixed to the main support member 21 by a fastener, such as a screw or a bolt, extending through the second support member 23. The fixing member 24 is provided on the second support member 23 and is used to fix the second stator 42 to the main support member 21. For example, the fixing member 24 can be fixed to the second support member 23 by a fastener, such as a screw or a bolt, extending through the fixing member 24. The fasteners described above can be provided on the edges of the corresponding components, and the specific number depends on the application.
[0049] like Figure 4 and 8 As shown, the main support member 21 is provided with a hole 3 surrounding the extension axis of the motor shaft, and the extension axis of the motor shaft is as shown in FIG. Figure 2 The hole wall of the hole 3 is provided with stoppers 31 and 32 for preventing the first stator 41 and the second stator 42 from rotating, as shown in FIG. Figure 8-13 As shown, the stoppers can be evenly distributed along the circumference of the hole 3. The stoppers 31, 32 can be in the form of slots, and the free ends of the stator lugs are arranged in the corresponding slots so that they will not move, especially rotate, relative to the main support member 21. Considering that the first stator 41 and the second stator 42 are arranged in an approximately meshing manner with each other, in the extension direction of the motor shaft, the stopper 31 for the first stator 41 is arranged farther away from the motor than the stopper 32 for the second stator 42. The number of stoppers is, for example, half the number of stator lugs of the corresponding stator. In addition, other holes are correspondingly arranged on the first support member 22 and the second support member 23, which are aligned with the hole 3.
[0050] like Figure 4 and 8 As shown, the fixing assembly 2 also includes a first elastic ring 25 and a second elastic ring 26. The first elastic ring 25 is arranged between the first support member 22 and the first stator 41, and the second elastic ring 26 is arranged between the fixing member 24 and the second stator 42. The first elastic ring 25 and the second elastic ring 26 can be O-shaped rubber rings. A groove for accommodating part of the first elastic ring 25 can be provided on the side of the first support member 22 facing the first stator 41. A groove for accommodating part of the second elastic ring 26 can be provided on the side of the fixing member 24 facing the second stator 42. By arranging the elastic ring, the positioning of the stator in the extension direction of the motor shaft can be achieved. Through the cooperation of the elastic ring and other components, the stator can be clamped in the fixing assembly without damage, ensuring that the installation of the stator is stable and the position meets the requirements.
[0051] like Figure 4 , 8 , 12 and 13, the circuit board assembly 7 is arranged on the other side of the main support member 21 away from the support assembly 1 and partially located between the first stator 41 and the second stator 42 through the support column 73, and is fixed to the other side of the main support member 21 away from the support assembly 1 through fasteners. The fasteners include positioning pins, plastic screws, bolts, washers, etc. The support column 73 can not only be used to support the circuit board, but also to limit the position of the circuit board.
[0052] In addition, a positioning structure 27 is provided on the side of the second support member 23 facing the support assembly 1. Fig.15 As shown, the positioning structure 27 has a columnar form. A base 28 corresponding to the positioning structure 27 is also provided on the other side of the main support member 21 away from the support assembly 1. Fig.13 As shown. One flux conductor of the flux conductor assembly 8 is inserted into the gap between the second support 23 and the second stator 42, and the gap can be formed by the flange supporting the second stator 42 around the hole of the second support 23. Another flux conductor of the flux conductor assembly 8 is inserted into the gap between the main support 21 and the first stator 41, and the gap is formed by the flange around the hole 3 of the main support 21. By using the positioning structure, it can be ensured that there is a sufficient distance between the second support 23 and the main support 21 in the direction of the extension axis of the motor shaft to ensure that the distance between the first stator 41 and the second stator 42 meets the requirements, thereby ensuring that the distance between the flux conductor assembly 8 and the two stators meets the requirements.
[0053] like Figure 1 , 2 As shown in FIG. 16 , the measuring device further comprises a mounting assembly 9 of a magnetic flux conductor assembly, wherein the mounting assembly of the magnetic flux conductor assembly is arranged on the fixing assembly 2 and comprises a guide 91 and a stopper 92. The guide 91 is used to guide the movement of the magnetic flux conductor assembly 8, and as shown in FIG. Fig.14 and 16 As shown, the guide member 91 can be arranged on the first support member 22, for example, by a threaded fastener or the like. The guide member 91 can have a guide groove. After the magnetic flux conductor assembly 8 is arranged on the guide member 91, the guide member 91 can be pushed onto the fixing assembly 2. The stopper 92 can move between a first position and a second position. When the stopper 92 is in the first position, the magnetic flux conductor assembly 8 can be released. When the stopper 92 is in the second position, the stopper 92 prevents the magnetic flux conductor assembly 8 from moving, as shown in FIG. Fig.16 The mounting assembly 9 of the magnetic flux conductor assembly further comprises a release mechanism, which releases the magnetic flux conductor assembly 8 when the stopper 92 is in the first position. Figure 4 and 16As shown, the mounting assembly 9 of the magnetic flux conductor assembly further includes a bracket 93, which is fixed to the fixing assembly 2 and has a rotating shaft 94 disposed thereon. For example, the mounting assembly 9 of the magnetic flux conductor assembly includes two opposing brackets 93 ( Fig.16 The bracket 93 is fixed to the other side of the main support member 21 away from the support assembly 1 by screws or bolts. The stopper 92 is arranged on the rotating shaft 94 and can rotate with the rotating shaft 94 between the first position and the second position. For example, when the stopper 92 is in the first position, Fig.16 The stopper 92 in the main support member 2 is rotated counterclockwise to vertical. The release mechanism may include a lever 95 and a push-out member 96. The lever 95 is disposed on the rotating shaft 94 and can rotate with the rotation of the rotating shaft. The push-out member 96 is movably disposed on the fixed component 2 and can push the magnetic flux conductor component 8 away from the fixed component 2 under the action of the lever 95. Specifically, the push-out member 96 is disposed on the other side of the main support member 21 away from the support component 1. Fig.16 When the stopper 92 moves from the second position to the first position, the lever 95 rotates counterclockwise with the rotating shaft 94, and after engaging with the ejector 96, drives the ejector 96 to move rightward to push the magnetic flux conductor assembly 8 away from the fixed assembly 2, so that the magnetic flux conductor assembly 8 can be removed from the measuring device. The ejector 96 is provided with a protrusion, and the lever 95 drives the ejector 96 through the protrusion. The ejector 96 may have Fig.16 The bending rod shape shown in FIG. 1 is a folded rod shape, but the present disclosure is not limited thereto. The mounting assembly 9 of the magnetic flux conductor assembly also includes an elastic member 97, such as Figure 7 As shown, the elastic member is disposed between the ejection member 96 and the fixed assembly 2 (specifically the main support member 21) and elastically biases the ejection member 96 toward the fixed assembly 2. The elastic member 97 is a spring. When the lever 95 is separated from the ejection member 96, the ejection member 96 is reset under the action of the elastic member 97.
[0054] Through the above structure, the magnetic flux conductor assembly 8 can be stably installed during the measurement, and the magnetic flux conductor assembly 8 can be disassembled quickly and conveniently after the measurement.
[0055] like Figure 4 and 17 As shown, the measuring device also includes a magnet mounting assembly, which includes a shaft connecting member 61 and a magnet fixing member. The shaft connecting member 61 is fixed to the motor shaft, for example, by screws. The magnet fixing member fixes the magnet 6 to the shaft connecting member 61 and includes a pressing block 62 and a fastener 63. The fastener 63 can be a screw or a bolt, and a threaded hole is provided on the pressing block 61 and matches the shape of the annular magnet. Figure 4As shown, the shaft connection member 61 may have a disc-shaped form, but the present disclosure is not limited thereto. Through the above magnet mounting assembly, it can be ensured that the magnet is fixed on the motor shaft and can rotate with the rotation of the motor shaft.
[0056] See again Figure 4 and 17 The support assembly 1 includes a main support plate 11 and a plurality of support plates 12. The main support plate 11 is provided with an opening surrounding the extension axis of the motor shaft. The plurality of support plates 12 are provided on the main support plate 11 and are used to fix the motor 5. The number of the support plates 12 can be three, and they are fixed together with the main support plate 11 by means of locating pins or screws. Through the above-mentioned support assembly, the stable installation of the motor during the measurement can be ensured, and the disassembly of the motor after the measurement is also quick and convenient.
[0057] The measuring device of the flux conductor assembly for a torque sensor disclosed in the present invention simulates the setting of a standard torque sensor and can therefore be used to measure the magnetic properties of the flux conductor before the flux conductor is applied to the torque sensor. For example, the magnetic properties of the flux conductor to be used in the torque sensor can be measured at the manufacturer to provide a qualified flux conductor, thereby avoiding the measurement of the torque sensor being affected by the performance degradation of the flux conductor.
