[0072] In order to better understand the technical content of the present invention, preferred specific embodiments are described below.

[0073] Figure 1 is a schematic diagram of a keyboard according to a first embodiment of the present invention, Figure 2 for Figure 1 The schematic diagram of the part of the keyboard corresponding to the decomposed key structure shown in the figure, Figure 3for Figure 2 For a partial exploded diagram of the keyboard shown, please refer to Figure 1 , Figure 2 and Figure 3 In this embodiment, the keyboard 1 includes a plurality of key structures 10, a fixing plate 20, a circuit board 30 and a plurality of adjustment structure groups 40. It should be noted that: Figure 1 Decompose five key structures 10 of the keyboard 1, Figure 2 and Figure 3 The structure includes the fixing plate 20 and the circuit board 30 corresponding to the five key structures 10. The key structure 10 of this embodiment is a mechanical key, which includes a key switch 11 and a key cap 12. Generally speaking, the key switch 11 is a quadrilateral column, so it has two sets of opposite outer side walls 111 and 112. Figure 3 For example, one set of two opposite outer side walls 111 are marked on the left and right sides, and another set of two opposite outer side walls 112 are marked on the front and rear sides. In addition, the key switch 11 further includes an upper shell 113 and a lower shell 114.

[0074] The fixing plate 20 includes a plurality of accommodating portions 21, and the key structures 10 are respectively disposed in the accommodating portions 21. Specifically, each key structure 10 is disposed in one of the accommodating portions 21. Preferably, the lower shell 114 of the key structure 10 is disposed in the accommodating portion 21. Moreover, each accommodating portion 21 also has two opposite inner side walls 211. The shape of the accommodating portion 21 of this embodiment corresponds to the appearance of the key structure 10, and is a quadrilateral opening. Therefore, the accommodating portion 21 has four inner side walls 211, Figure 3 The inner sidewalls 211 on the left and right sides correspond to the outer sidewalls 111 of the key switch 11. In this embodiment, the fixing plate 20 can be a metal bottom plate, such as an iron plate, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and other hard plates can also be selected as the fixing plate 20.

[0075] Figure 4 for Figure 2 The cross-sectional diagram of the keyboard assembly shown in FIG. Figure 5 for Figure 4 For an enlarged schematic diagram of one of the key structures shown, please refer to Figure 2 , Figure 3 , Figure 4 and Figure 5As shown. The circuit board 30 is disposed below the fixing plate 20. The key switch 11 of the key structure 10 of this embodiment further includes a connecting member 115, which is located at the bottom end of the lower shell 114. The key switch 11 is accommodated in the accommodating portion 21, and the connecting member 115 passes through the accommodating portion 21 and is disposed on the circuit board 30, and is further connected to the circuit board 30. Generally speaking, when the key cap 12 is pressed, the key switch 11 and the circuit board 30 can generate a trigger signal accordingly. In this embodiment, the connecting member 115 is an optical gate, and the circuit board 30 should be provided with a light source and a light sensor (not shown in the figure). The circuit board 30 detects the moving distance of the key cap 12 when it is pressed in an optical manner to generate a trigger signal. The present invention does not limit the mechanism of generating the trigger signal. In other embodiments, the key switch 11 can also be electrically connected to the circuit board 30 to transmit the key signal. Preferably, the circuit board 30 of this embodiment is a flexible printed circuit (FPC) for connecting key structures 10 with different placement angles.

[0076] In this embodiment, each adjustment structure group 40 is respectively provided in one key structure 10. It should be noted that all or part of the key structures 10 in the keyboard 1 are provided with the adjustment structure group 40. For example, the adjustment structure group 40 may be provided only in the commonly used key structures 10, or may be provided in all the key structures 10. Therefore, the number of the adjustment structure groups 40 is less than or equal to the number of the key structures 10.

[0077] Furthermore, the adjustment structure group 40 is disposed on two opposite outer side walls 111 of the key switch 11 of the key structure 10 and two opposite inner side walls 211 of the receiving portion 21 corresponding thereto. Specifically, each adjustment structure group 40 includes two adjustment portions 41 and two limiting portions 42. In the present embodiment, the adjustment portions 41 are respectively disposed on the outer side walls 111 of the key switch 11. Correspondingly, the two limiting portions 42 are respectively disposed on the inner side walls 211 on the left and right sides of the receiving portion 21. In other embodiments (such as the fourth embodiment described below), the adjustment portion may also be disposed on the inner side wall of the receiving portion, while the limiting portion is disposed on the outer side wall of the key structure, and its specific structure will be further described below.

[0078] like Figure 4 and Figure 5As shown, the adjustment portion 41 has a plurality of recesses 411, that is, the adjustment portion 41 has at least two recesses 411. The recesses 411 are arranged on the outer side walls 111 on the left and right sides of the key structure 10 along the direction toward the circuit board 30. Preferably, the outer side walls 111 on the left and right sides of the key switch 11 have a stepped structure, and the stepped structure is arranged along the direction toward the circuit board 30 to form the aforementioned recesses 411. In addition, the limiting portion 42 of this embodiment is a structure that can abut against the recess 411. Since the accommodating portion 21 of this embodiment is an opening, the limiting portion 42 can be the inner edge of the opening. Specifically, when the key structure 10 is placed in the accommodating portion 21, the inner edges on the left and right sides of the accommodating portion 21 abut against the lower shell 114, so that the inner edges on the left and right sides of the accommodating portion 21 can serve as the limiting portions 42 of this embodiment. That is, the two limiting portions 42 are the inner edges on the left and right sides of the opening.

[0079] like Figure 2 and Figure 4 As shown, the limiting portions 42 on the left and right sides respectively abut against one of the recesses 411 of the adjusting portions 41 on both sides. Since the adjusting portion 41 has a plurality of recesses 411, and they are arranged on the outer wall 111 along the direction toward the circuit board 30, the heights of different recesses 411 on the same side are different. For example, the height of the recess 411 close to the keycap 12 is different from the height of the recess 411 close to the circuit board 30. When the limiting portions 42 on both sides respectively abut against the recesses 411 at different heights, the key structure 10 can be in a tilted state. In other words, when the limiting portions 42 on both sides respectively abut against the recesses 411 at different heights, the key switch 11 and the keycap 12 can present different angles. Figure 4 Taking the first key structure 10 on the left as an example, the limiting portion 42 on the left side abuts against the recess 411 closest to the keycap 12, while the limiting portion 42 on the right side abuts against the recess 411 closest to the circuit board 30, so that the key structure 10 is tilted toward the left. Taking the second key structure 10 on the left as an example, the limiting portion 42 on the left side also abuts against the recess 411 closest to the keycap 12, but the limiting portion 42 on the right side abuts against the middle recess 411, so that the second key structure 10 on the left is still tilted toward the left, but the tilt angle is smaller than that of the first key structure 10 on the left. Figure 4 For example, the key structure 10 is tilted 10 degrees to the left, 5 degrees to the left, 5 degrees to the left, no tilt, and 10 degrees to the right from left to right. Therefore, the user can assemble the key structure 10 to the fixing plate 20 at different angles according to the needs, thereby making detailed adjustments to the placement angle of the single key structure 10.

[0080] In the present embodiment, the width of the accommodating portion 21 is greater than or equal to the minimum width of the lower housing 114 (i.e., the width between the recesses 411 closest to the circuit board 30), and the width of the accommodating portion 21 is less than the width between the recesses 411 closest to the keycap 12. In the embodiment, the widths of the accommodating portion 21 may be the same. For example, the width between the recesses 411 of the accommodating portion 21 closest to the circuit board 30 is 10.3 mm, then the accommodating portion 21 may preferably be between 10.5 mm and 13.5 mm, and include two end points of 10.5 mm and 13.5 mm. The widths of the accommodating portion 21 are the same (for example, both are 10.7 mm), which facilitates the design and preparation of the fixing plate 20. In the embodiment, the widths of the accommodating portion 21 may be different, and they are also between 10.5 mm and 13.5 mm. Specifically, the width of the accommodating portion 21 may be slightly adjusted according to the desired placement angle of the key structure 10, so that the key structure 10 can be firmly placed in the accommodating portion 21. For example, according to the user's typing posture, the appropriate inclination angle of some key structures 10 is larger (such as the key structures 10 close to the two sides of the keyboard 1), and the width of the corresponding accommodation portion 21 can be increased.

[0081] like Figure 5 As shown, preferably, the push button switch 11 also includes a plurality of protrusions 116, which are respectively arranged in the stepped structure. Specifically, the protrusions 116 are arranged on the outer side walls 111 on the left and right sides of the lower shell 114, that is, the protrusions 116 are arranged on the outside of the adjustment portion 41. Preferably, the protrusions 116 are located at the bottom edge of the recess 411. It should be noted that the side close to the circuit board 30 is referred to as the bottom edge or the bottom edge. By setting the protrusions 116, the interference of the limiting portion 42 (i.e., the inner edge of the accommodating portion 21) with the adjusting portion 41 (i.e., the outer side wall 111 of the lower shell 114) can be increased, so that the key structure 10 can be stably set in the accommodating portion 21.

[0082] Please refer to Figure 3 , Figure 4 and Figure 5 As shown, preferably, the key switch 11 also includes a positioning column 117, which is arranged adjacent to the connecting member 115. In the present embodiment, the connecting member 115 is arranged at the bottom end of the lower shell 114 adjacent to the positioning column 117. The positioning column 117 is used to be arranged on the circuit board 30 to facilitate the positioning of the key switch 11 during assembly and to increase the reliability after assembly. Specifically, the keyboard 1 of the present embodiment also includes a plurality of fixing members 50. The fixing members 50 are arranged below the circuit board 30 and correspond to the key structures 10 respectively. Among them, the connecting member 115 and the positioning column 117 of the key switch 11 pass through the circuit board 30, and the fixing members 50 are respectively connected to the connecting member 115. Preferably, the fixing members 50 respectively include elastic clamping portions 51, and the elastic clamping portions 51 are used to clamp the positioning column 117. As shown Figure 5As shown, the fixing member 50 of this embodiment includes a first slot 52 and a second slot 53. The opening of the first slot 52 faces the key structure 10 and the circuit board 30, and is used to accommodate the connecting member 115 and the positioning column 117 of the key switch 11. The opening of the second slot 53 is connected to the first slot 52, and the elastic clamping portion 51 is arranged in the second slot 53. The elastic clamping portion 51 also includes a spring 511 and an abutting portion 512. One end of the spring 511 is connected to the second slot 53, and the other end is connected to the abutting portion 512. The abutting portion 512 is located at the opening of the second slot 53, and can move toward the first slot 52, and then can abut against the positioning column 117 of the key switch 11, and make the elastic clamping portion 51 clamp the positioning column 117.

[0083] The fixing member 50 can fix the relative position of the connecting member 115 of the key switch 11 and the circuit board 30 to prevent the circuit board 30 from falling off. At the same time, the fixing member 50 can also fix the relative position of the additional limiting portion 42 (i.e., the inner edge of the accommodating portion 21) and the adjusting portion 41 (i.e., the outer side wall 111 of the lower housing 114) to keep the key structure 10 at a specific placement angle.

[0084] Figure 6 This is a cross-sectional diagram of a portion of a keyboard of a second embodiment of the present invention. Figure 6 As shown. In this embodiment, the keyboard 1a also includes a key structure 10a, a fixing plate 20a, a circuit board 30a and an adjustment structure group 40a. The main difference from the first embodiment is that the keyboard 1a of this embodiment does not have a fixing member, and the keyboard 1a also includes a plurality of first magnetic members 61a and a plurality of second magnetic members 62a. Among them, the first magnetic member 61a is respectively arranged on the key switch 11a of each key structure 10a. The second magnetic member 62a is arranged on the fixing plate 20a and is respectively close to the accommodating portion 21a. In this embodiment, the first magnetic member 61a is arranged on the outer side wall 111a on the right side of the lower shell 114a. Correspondingly, the second magnetic member 62a is arranged on the inner side wall 211a on the right side of the accommodating portion 21a. Preferably, the first magnetic member 61a can be located in the middle recess 411a. For example, the adjustment structure group 40a of this embodiment has three recesses 411a, and the first magnetic member 61a is preferably located in the second recess 411a.

[0085] Furthermore, the first magnetic component 61a and the second magnetic component 62a are components that can be fixed by mutual magnetic attraction. For example, both the first magnetic component 61a and the second magnetic component 62a can be magnets, and the magnetic poles of the ends close to each other are opposite. Alternatively, the first magnetic component 61a can be a magnet, and the second magnetic component 62a can be a magnetic metal that can be attracted by a magnet, such as a magnetic metal such as iron, cobalt, and nickel. Conversely, the second magnetic component 62a can also be a magnet, and the first magnetic component 61a can be a magnetic metal that can be attracted by a magnet, and the present invention is not limited thereto.

[0086] Through the property that the first magnetic component 61a and the second magnetic component 62a can be fixed by mutual magnetic attraction, the relative position of the added limiting portion 42a (i.e., the inner edge of the receiving portion 21a) and the adjusting portion 41a (i.e., the outer wall 111a of the lower shell 114a) can be fixed, thereby maintaining the key structure 10a at a specific angle. In addition, the property that the first magnetic component 61a and the second magnetic component 62a can be fixed by mutual magnetic attraction also facilitates the user to adjust the placement angle of the key structure 10a. Specifically, when the key structure 10a is placed in the receiving portion 21a of the fixed plate 20a at a specific placement angle, the first magnetic component 61a and the second magnetic component 62a are magnetically attracted to each other and directly fix the placement angle of the key structure 10a, which is quite convenient.

[0087] Preferably, the keyboard 1a of the present embodiment further includes a plurality of third magnetic members 63a and a plurality of fourth magnetic members 64a. The third magnetic members 63a are respectively disposed on the keycaps 12a of the key structure 10a, and the fourth magnetic members 64a are respectively disposed on the key switches 11a. In the present embodiment, the fourth magnetic member 64a can be disposed on the cross-axis movable member 118a of the key switch 11a, and is close to the keycap 12a. The third magnetic member 63a and the fourth magnetic member 64a can be fixed to each other by magnetic attraction, and are respectively disposed on the keycap 12a and the key switch 11a, so as to quickly assemble the keycap 12a and the key switch 11a.

[0088] Similarly, the third magnetic member 63a and the fourth magnetic member 64a can be magnets, and the magnetic poles of the ends close to each other are opposite. Alternatively, one of the third magnetic member 63a and the fourth magnetic member 64a is a magnet, and the other is a magnetic metal (such as iron, cobalt, nickel) that can be attracted by a magnet. The above configurations can achieve the effect that the third magnetic member 63a and the fourth magnetic member 64a can be fixed by magnetic attraction to each other, and the present invention is not limited thereto.

[0089] Figure 7 FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional diagram of a key structure of a third embodiment of the present invention. Please refer to FIG. Figure 7As shown. The main difference between the key structure 10b of this embodiment and the aforementioned embodiment lies in the connection structure between the key switch 11b and the keycap 12b. In this embodiment, the key structure 10b also includes a first keycap adjustment structure 13b and a second keycap adjustment structure 14b. Among them, the first keycap adjustment structure 13b is arranged on the keycap 12b, and the second keycap adjustment structure 14b is arranged on the key switch 11b, and the first keycap adjustment structure 13b can be movably combined with the second keycap adjustment structure 14b. Specifically, the first keycap adjustment structure 13b is a spherical groove arranged on the bottom surface of the keycap 12b, and the second keycap adjustment structure 14b is arranged on a spherical shaft on the top surface of the upper shell 113b. The first keycap adjustment structure 13b is sleeved on the outside of the second keycap adjustment structure 14b, so that the keycap 12b can be connected to the key switch 11b. Due to the spherical structures of the first keycap adjustment structure 13b and the second keycap adjustment structure 14b, the keycap 12b can rotate relative to the key switch 11b with the second keycap adjustment structure 14b as the axis, thereby adjusting the tilt angle of the keycap 12b. In other embodiments, the spherical groove and the spherical axis can be configured in the opposite manner, and other structures can also be selected, such as a U-shaped groove and a cylindrical shaft, which is not limited by the present invention.

[0090] Preferably, the first keycap adjustment structure 13b includes at least one hook 131b, and the second keycap adjustment structure 14b includes a plurality of slots 141b, and the slots 141b are arranged on the side of the second keycap adjustment structure 14b. In this embodiment, the first keycap adjustment structure 13b includes two hooks 131b, which are located on opposite sides of the first keycap adjustment structure 13b. Correspondingly, the side of the second keycap adjustment structure 14b has two structures with a plurality of slots 141b arranged continuously. The hook 131b abuts against one of the slots 141b. When the hooks 131b on both sides abut against the slots 141b at different heights, the keycap 12b can be in an inclined state. The keycap 12b in different inclined states can also provide different pressing angles for the user. In other words, the user can adjust the keycap 12b to the most suitable and relaxed pressing angle by adjusting the slot 141b abutted by the hook 131b. In other embodiments, the first key cap adjustment structure 13b may also have only one hook 131b, and the angle adjustment effect can also be achieved by abutting against different slots 141b.

[0091] It should be noted that, in order to clearly explain the first key cap adjustment structure 13b and the second key cap adjustment structure 14b, Figure 7The position where the slots 141b are arranged corresponds to the outer side wall 112b of the key switch 11b having the adjustment portion 41b. Preferably, in other embodiments, the position where the slots 141b are arranged may correspond to the outer side wall 112b of the key switch 11b without the adjustment portion 41b. Specifically, the adjustment portion 41b of the present embodiment is arranged on two opposite outer side walls 111b of the lower shell 114b, that is, a stepped structure is formed on two opposite outer side walls 111b. In addition, no adjustment portion 41b is arranged on the two opposite outer side walls 112b. The position where the slots 141b are arranged may preferably correspond to the outer side wall 112b. Therefore, through the structure of the adjustment portion 41b, the user can adjust the placement angle of the key structure 10b in the left-right direction. In addition, through the structure of the first key cap adjustment structure 13b and the second key cap adjustment structure 14b, the user can also adjust the tilt angle of the key cap 12b in the front-back direction. Both of the above methods allow the user to adjust the key structure 10b to the most suitable or relaxed angle during operation.

[0092] Figure 8 is a partially exploded schematic diagram of a keyboard according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention, Fig. 9 for Figure 8 The exploded diagram of the keyboard shown in FIG. Fig.10 for Figure 8 Please refer to the cross-sectional diagram of line AA shown in the figure. Figure 8 , Fig. 9 and Fig.10 As shown. The keyboard 1c of this embodiment also includes a key structure 10c, a fixing plate 20c, a circuit board 30c, an adjustment structure group 40c and a fixing member 50c. Among them, the key structure 10c includes a key switch 11c and a key cap 12c. The fixing plate 20c also includes a plurality of accommodating portions 21c to accommodate the key structure 10c. It should be noted that Fig.10 The key structure 10c shown does not include a key cap 12c.

[0093] The main difference from the previous embodiment is that the setting positions of the adjustment part 41c and the limiting part 42c of the adjustment structure group 40c of this embodiment are opposite to those of the previous embodiment, and the structure is also different. Specifically, the two adjustment parts 41c of the adjustment structure group 40c of this embodiment are respectively set on the two opposite inner side walls 211c of the accommodating part 21c, and the two limiting parts 42c are respectively set on the two opposite outer side walls 111c of the key switch 11c. The adjustment part 41c also has a plurality of recesses 411c, and is arranged on the two inner side walls 211c along the direction toward the circuit board 30c. Preferably, the accommodating part 21c of this embodiment includes two elastic arm structures 212c, which are located on opposite sides of the accommodating part 21c. Preferably, the bottom ends of the two adjacent elastic arm structures 212c are connected to each other, so that the two adjacent elastic arm structures 212c can form a U-shaped structure together. Specifically, the bottom ends of the elastic arm structures 212c of two adjacent accommodating portions 21c that are close to each other are connected to each other, so that the elastic arm structures 212c of the two adjacent accommodating portions 21c can form a U-shaped structure together, such as Fig.10 As shown. In this embodiment, the inner side wall 211c of the receiving portion 21c is the inner surface of the elastic arm structure 212c, so the recess 411c of this embodiment is also disposed on the inner surface of the elastic arm structure 212c (i.e., the inner side wall 211c). Preferably, the fixing plate 20c of this embodiment can be a plastic bottom plate. Therefore, the receiving portion 21c and its elastic arm structure 212c can be formed simultaneously by injection molding.

[0094] In addition, the limiting portion 42c of the present embodiment is a convex portion disposed on the outer side wall 111c of the key switch 11c. Similarly, the limiting portions 42c on the left and right sides respectively abut against one of the recesses 411c of the adjustment portion 41c. Since the elastic arm structure 212c is elastic, the user can slightly open the elastic arm structure 212c to assemble or adjust the key switch 11c. Since the recess 411c is disposed on the elastic arm structure 212c, when the limiting portion 42c abuts against the recess 411c, the elastic arm structure 212c can apply a force to the limiting portion 42c in the direction of the key switch 11c, so that the key structure 10c can be stably disposed in the accommodating portion 21c.

[0095] Similarly, when the limiting portions 42c on both sides abut against the recesses 411c at different heights, the key structure 10c can be tilted. Therefore, the user can assemble the key structure 10c to the fixing plate 20c at different angles according to the needs, thereby making detailed adjustments to the placement angle of the single key structure 10c.

[0096] Fig.11 FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional diagram of a portion of a keyboard of a fifth embodiment of the present invention. Please refer to FIG. Fig.11As shown. In the present embodiment, the keyboard 1d also includes a key structure 10, a fixing plate 20, a circuit board 30d, an adjustment structure group 40 and a fixing member 50. Since the structures and connection relationships of the key structure 10, the fixing plate 20, the adjustment structure group 40 and the fixing member 50 are the same as those of the first embodiment, their labels are used. The main difference from the aforementioned embodiment is that the keyboard 1d of the present embodiment may include a plurality of circuit boards 30d, and the circuit boards 30d are respectively strip structures. In other words, the keyboard 1d may include a plurality of strip-shaped circuit boards 30d. Furthermore, each circuit board 30d may be connected to one of the horizontal rows of key structures 10, or to one of the vertical columns of key structures 10. It should be noted that the strip-shaped circuit boards 30d of the present embodiment correspond to the vertical columns of key structures 10, so Fig.11 The key structures 10 in the same horizontal row are respectively connected to different strips of circuit boards 30d. In addition, the strip-shaped circuit boards 30d can save materials and reduce the overall weight of the keyboard 1d.

[0097] In summary, according to the keyboard of the present invention, it includes a plurality of key structures, a fixed plate, a circuit board and a plurality of adjustment structure groups. Among them, the key structure is arranged in the accommodating portion of the fixed plate. The key switch of the key structure has two opposite outer side walls, and the accommodating portion of the fixed plate correspondingly has two opposite inner side walls. The adjustment structure group is arranged on the outer side wall of the key structure and the inner side wall of the accommodating portion. The adjustment structure group includes two adjustment parts and two limiting parts respectively. The adjustment part has a plurality of recesses, which are arranged on the two outer side walls or the two inner side walls along the direction toward the circuit board. When the limiting parts on both sides respectively abut against recesses of different heights, the key structure can present different angles. Therefore, the key structure can be assembled to the fixed plate at different angles, and then the placement angle of a single key structure can be finely adjusted.

[0098] It should be noted that the above embodiments are examples for the purpose of explanation, and the scope of rights required to be protected by the present invention should be based on the claims, rather than being limited to the above embodiments.
