Abstract

The application discloses a reversible automobile front end module subassembly positioning device, and relates to the field of automobile manufacturing, in particular to a reversible automobile front end module subassembly positioning device and method. The device comprises a base, a turnover mechanism and a subassembly positioning platform. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, placing the position of the engine compartment upper and lower cross beams; secondly, turning the engine compartment upper and lower cross beams into the vertical direction and assembling the front and back surfaces of the engine compartment upper and lower cross beams; thirdly, assembling the radiator assembly and pipeline on the back surface of the engine compartment upper and lower cross beams.
