[0006] Problems to be solved by the invention

[0007] In the conventional elevator disclosed in Patent Document 1, the size of the gap between the rope and the anti-slip component needs to be adjusted individually for each rope anti-slip device. Therefore, the work of adjusting the size of the gap between the rope and each anti-slip component takes time.

[0008] The present disclosure is made to solve the above-mentioned problems, and an object of the present disclosure is to provide an elevator rope anti-slip device capable of shortening the time required for the work of adjusting the size of the gap between the rope and each anti-slip member.

[0009] Means for solving problems

[0010] The rope anti-slip device of the elevator disclosed in the present invention comprises: a pinion, which can rotate relative to a fixed component with the axis of the rope wheel around which the rope is wound as the center; and a first anti-slip mechanism part and a second anti-slip mechanism part, which are respectively arranged on the fixed component, and the first anti-slip mechanism part and the second anti-slip mechanism part respectively have: a rack, which is meshed with the pinion; and an anti-slip component, which is installed on the rack, and the anti-slip component is opposite to the outer periphery of the rope wheel with the rope separated therefrom. In the first anti-slip mechanism part and the second anti-slip mechanism part, the rack and the anti-slip component move relative to the fixed component together with the rotation of the pinion, so that the size of the gap between the rope and the anti-slip component changes.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

[0029] The method for implementing the object of the present disclosure is described with reference to the accompanying drawings. In each figure, the same or equivalent parts are marked with the same reference numerals, and repeated descriptions are appropriately simplified or omitted. In addition, the object of the present disclosure is not limited to the following embodiments, and any constituent element of the embodiment can be deformed or omitted without departing from the scope of the present disclosure.

[0030] Implementation method 1.

[0031] Figure 1 1 is a block diagram showing an elevator provided with the rope anti-slip device according to Embodiment 1. In the figure, a car 2 and a counterweight 3 are provided in a hoistway 1 so as to be movable in the up-and-down direction.

[0032] The car 2 has a car body 21 and a pair of car suspension sheaves 22. A car doorway (not shown) is provided in the car body 21. Passengers can enter and exit the car body 21 through the car doorway. The pair of car suspension sheaves 22 are sheaves provided at the lower part of the car body 21, respectively.

[0033] The counterweight 3 has a counterweight body 31 and a counterweight suspension pulley 32. The counterweight suspension pulley 32 is a sheave provided on the upper portion of the counterweight body 31.

[0034] A hoisting machine 4 is provided at an upper portion of the hoistway 1. The hoisting machine 4 includes a hoisting machine body 41, a driving sheave 42, and a main shaft 43.

[0035] The main shaft 43 is fixed as a fixing member to the hoisting machine body 41. In the present embodiment, the main shaft 43 is arranged horizontally.

[0036] The driving sheave 42 is a sheave provided on the main shaft 43. The axis P of the driving sheave 42 coincides with the axis of the main shaft 43. The driving sheave 42 is rotatable relative to the main shaft 43 about the axis P of the driving sheave 42.

[0037] The hoisting machine body 41 has a motor. When power is supplied to the hoisting machine body 41, the driving sheave 42 is rotated with respect to the main shaft 43 about the axis P of the driving sheave 42 by the driving force of the motor of the hoisting machine body 41.

[0038] A first rope fixing device 6 and a second rope fixing device 7 are provided at an upper portion in the hoistway 1. In the present embodiment, the hoisting machine 4, the first rope fixing device 6, and the second rope fixing device 7 are supported by a support beam (not shown) fixed in the hoistway 1.

[0039] The car 2 and the counterweight 3 are suspended in the hoistway 1 by a plurality of ropes 5. Figure 1 In the figure, for simplicity, only one rope 5 is shown. One end of each rope 5 is connected to a first rope fixing device 6. The other end of each rope 5 is connected to a second rope fixing device 7.

[0040] Each rope 5 is wound around a pair of car suspension sheaves 22, a drive sheave 42, and a counterweight suspension sheave 32 in sequence from the first rope fixing device 6, and reaches the second rope fixing device 7. Thus, the suspension method of each rope 5 for the car 2 and the counterweight 3 is a 2:1 roping method. The car 2 and the counterweight 3 move in the vertical direction in the hoistway 1 by the rotation of the drive sheave 42.

[0041] The hoisting machine 4 is provided with a rope anti-slip device 8 . The rope anti-slip device 8 is supported by the main shaft 43 .

[0042] Figure 2 Yes means Figure 1 A front view of a state in which the rope anti-slip device 8 is installed in the traction machine 4. Figure 3 Yes means Figure 2 A side view of a state where the rope anti-slip device 8 is installed on the traction machine 4. Figure 3 As shown, a plurality of rope grooves 421 are formed on the outer periphery of the driving sheave 42 along the circumferential direction of the driving sheave 42. A plurality of ropes 5 are wound around the driving sheave 42 while being inserted into the rope grooves 421. The rope anti-slip device 8 prevents each rope 5 from being detached from the driving sheave 42 or the rope 5 from being displaced relative to the rope grooves 421.

[0043] like Figure 2 As shown, the main shaft 43 includes a shaft body 431 and a support portion 432. The shaft body 431 is located on the axis of the main shaft 43. The driving sheave 42 is rotatably provided on the shaft body 431.

[0044] The support part 432 is fixed to the shaft body 431. The support part 432 is in the shape of a disk. The support part 432 is perpendicular to the axis of the main shaft 43. The support part 432 is arranged in a space formed inside the driving sheave 42.

[0045] The rope anti-slip device 8 includes a first anti-slip mechanism portion 81 , a second anti-slip mechanism portion 82 , a pinion gear 83 , and a locking mechanism portion 84 .

[0046] The first and second anti-slipping mechanisms 81 and 82 are respectively provided on the support portion 432. The first and second anti-slipping mechanisms 81 and 82 are disposed so as to be separated from each other with the axis P of the drive sheave 42 interposed therebetween.

[0047] The pinion gear 83 is attached to the end of the shaft body 431. The pinion gear 83 is disposed coaxially with the drive sheave 42 and the main shaft 43. The pinion gear 83 is disposed between the first and second anti-slip mechanism portions 81 and 82.

[0048] The pinion gear 83 is rotatable relative to the main shaft 43 about the axis P of the driving sheave 42. The pinion gear 83 is rotatable relative to the main shaft 43 independently of the driving sheave 42. A plurality of teeth arranged in the circumferential direction of the pinion gear 83 are formed on the outer periphery of the pinion gear 83.

[0049] The first anti-slip mechanism portion 81 and the second anti-slip mechanism portion 82 include a rack 85 , an anti-slip member 86 , and a rail 87 , respectively.

[0050] When the rope anti-drop device 8 is viewed along the axis P of the driving sheave 42, the rack 85 reaches from the inner side of the driving sheave 42 to the outer side of the driving sheave 42. The rack 85 is formed with a plurality of teeth arranged along the length direction of the rack 85. The rack 85 can move relative to the main shaft 43 in the length direction of the rack 85.

[0051] The rack 85 meshes with the pinion 83 in the first and second anti-slip mechanism portions 81 and 82. Thus, the rack 85 moves relative to the spindle 43 in the length direction of the rack 85 as the pinion 83 rotates in the first and second anti-slip mechanism portions 81 and 82, respectively.

[0052] In the first anti-slip mechanism part 81 and the second anti-slip mechanism part 82, the anti-slip component 86 is mounted on the rack 85. Thus, in the first anti-slip mechanism part 81 and the second anti-slip mechanism part 82, the rack 85 moves relative to the main shaft 43 together with the anti-slip component 86. The anti-slip component 86 is located radially outside the drive sheave 42. The anti-slip component 86 is opposite to the outer peripheral portion of the drive sheave 42 across the plurality of ropes 5 wound around the drive sheave 42.

[0053] In each of the first anti-slip mechanism section 81 and the second anti-slip mechanism section 82, a gap is generated between the anti-slip component 86 and the plurality of ropes 5. In each of the first anti-slip mechanism section 81 and the second anti-slip mechanism section 82, as the rack 85 moves relative to the main shaft 43 together with the anti-slip component 86, the size of the gap between the anti-slip component 86 and the plurality of ropes 5 changes. The size of the gap between the anti-slip component 86 and the plurality of ropes 5 is adjusted to a suitable range smaller than the diameter of each rope 5.

[0054] The rack 85 is provided with a plurality of first through holes 88. Each of the first through holes 88 of the first and second anti-slip mechanism portions 81 and 82 is an elongated hole along the moving direction of the rack 85.

[0055] In the first anti-slip mechanism portion 81 and the second anti-slip mechanism portion 82, the anti-slip component 86 is mounted on the rack 85 using a plurality of screws 89 as mounting members passing through the first through holes 88. Each screw 89 is screwed into a threaded hole (not shown) formed in the anti-slip component 86. In the present embodiment, two first through holes 88 are provided in the rack 85, and the anti-slip component 86 is mounted on the rack 85 by two screws 89.

[0056] Therefore, in the first anti-slip mechanism part 81 and the second anti-slip mechanism part 82, the position of the anti-slip component 86 relative to the rack 85 is fixed by tightening the screws 89. In addition, in the first anti-slip mechanism part 81 and the second anti-slip mechanism part 82, the position of the anti-slip component 86 relative to the rack 85 can be adjusted in the moving direction of the rack 85 by loosening the screws 89.

[0057] In each of the first anti-slip mechanism 81 and the second anti-slip mechanism 82, the rail 87 is fixed to the support portion 432 of the main shaft 43. The rail 87 is a guide member for guiding the movement of the rack 85. The rail 87 is arranged along the longitudinal direction of the rack 85. The rack 85 moves while sliding relative to the rail 87.

[0058] The rack 85 in the first anti-slip mechanism 81 and the rack 85 in the second anti-slip mechanism 82 are arranged parallel to each other. A portion of the rack 85 in the first anti-slip mechanism 81 faces a portion of the rack 85 in the second anti-slip mechanism 82 via the pinion 83 .

[0059] In each of the first anti-slip mechanism portion 81 and the second anti-slip mechanism portion 82, the rack 85 moves relative to the main shaft 43 while being guided by the rail 87 as the pinion 83 rotates relative to the main shaft 43. Thus, the moving distances of the racks 85 of the first anti-slip mechanism portion 81 and the second anti-slip mechanism portion 82 are the same. In the present embodiment, as the pinion 83 rotates relative to the main shaft 43, the racks 85 of the first anti-slip mechanism portion 81 and the racks 85 of the second anti-slip mechanism portion 82 move in opposite directions to each other.

[0060] The lock mechanism portion 84 is provided on the support portion 432 of the main shaft 43. The lock mechanism portion 84 is disposed adjacent to the pinion gear 83.

[0061] Figure 4 Yes means Figure 2 The locking mechanism portion 84 is an enlarged view of the locking mechanism portion 84. The locking mechanism portion 84 has a claw 841 and a locking screw 842.

[0062] The locking screw 842 is a fastener for attaching the claw 841 to the support portion 432. By loosening the locking screw 842, the claw 841 can rotate around the locking screw 842.

[0063] The claw 841 rotates about the locking screw 842 to move relative to the support portion 432 between a locking position where the claw 841 engages the pinion 83 and a release position where the claw 841 is disengaged from the pinion 83. The position of the claw 841 relative to the support portion 432 is fixed by tightening the locking screw 842.

[0064] When the pawl 841 is at the release position, the pinion 83 can freely rotate around the axis P of the drive sheave 42. When the pawl 841 is at the lock position, the pawl 841 catches the teeth of the pinion 83, and the rotation of the pinion 83 is prevented.

[0065] When installing the elevator, during maintenance after installation, etc., the size of the gap between the rope 5 and each anti-drop component 86 may sometimes deviate from the appropriate range. In this case, it is necessary to adjust the size of the gap between the rope 5 and each anti-drop component 86 to within the appropriate range.

[0066] Next, the procedure for adjusting the size of the gap between the rope 5 and each anti-drop component 86 is described. Figure 2 As shown, the position of the claw 841 in the locking mechanism 84 is fixed at the locking position. As a result, the rotation of the pinion 83 relative to the main shaft 43 is prevented. On the other hand, the driving sheave 42 can rotate relative to the main shaft 43 independently of the pinion 83.

[0067] When adjusting the size of the gap between the rope 5 and each anti-dropping member 86 , the position of the anti-dropping member 86 relative to the rack 85 is adjusted in the first anti-dropping mechanism 81 and the second anti-dropping mechanism 82 , respectively, so that each anti-dropping member 86 contacts the rope 5 .

[0068] Figure 5 It means respectively in Figure 2 A front view of a state in which the anti-slip component 86 in the first anti-slip mechanism portion 81 and the second anti-slip mechanism portion 82 is in contact with the rope 5. Figure 6 Yes means Figure 5FIG. 8 is an enlarged view of the anti-slip component 86 in the second anti-slip mechanism 82. The anti-slip component 86 is adjusted relative to the rack 85 by loosening each screw 89 and sliding the anti-slip component 86 relative to the rack 85 along each first through hole 88. In addition, by tightening each screw 89, the position of the anti-slip component 86 relative to the rack 85 is fixed in a state where the anti-slip component 86 is in contact with the rope 5.

[0069] Thereafter, the locking screw 842 is loosened to move the claw 841 from the locking position to the releasing position. Thus, the pinion 83 can rotate relative to the main shaft 43 about the axis P of the driving sheave 42.

[0070] Then, the pinion 83 is rotated relative to the main shaft 43 about the axis P of the driving sheave 42. Thus, in the first and second anti-slip mechanism portions 81 and 82, the rack 85 is guided by the rail 87 while moving in a direction in which the anti-slip member 86 is away from the rope 5.

[0071] At this time, the size of the gap between the rope 5 and each anti-slip component 86 is adjusted to an appropriate range by adjusting the rotation amount of the pinion 83. The size of the gap between the rope 5 and the rack 85 is measured and confirmed only in the first anti-slip mechanism part 81 and the second anti-slip mechanism part 82.

[0072] Figure 7 It means adjustment Figure 5 8 when the rotation amount of the pinion gear 83 is less than that of the traction machine 4. Figure 8 Yes means Figure 7 FIG. 8 is an enlarged view of the anti-slip component 86 in the first anti-slip mechanism section 81. When the pinion 83 rotates, the moving distances of the racks 85 of the first anti-slip mechanism section 81 and the second anti-slip mechanism section 82 are the same distances corresponding to the rotation of the pinion 83. Therefore, it is sufficient to measure the size of the gap between the rope 5 and the anti-slip component 86 only in one of the first anti-slip mechanism section 81 and the second anti-slip mechanism section 82. In the present embodiment, the size of the gap between the rope 5 and the anti-slip component 86 is measured only in the second anti-slip mechanism section 82. In addition, in the present embodiment, a measuring instrument such as a vernier caliper, a ruler, and a measuring stick is used to measure the size of the gap between the rope 5 and the anti-slip component 86.

[0073] Thereafter, after the claw 841 is rotated from the released position to the locked position, the locking screw 842 is tightened. Fig. 9 Yes means Figure 7The front view of the state where the claw 841 of the rope 5 is clamped on the pinion 83. When the position of the claw 841 becomes the locking position, the claw 841 clamps the pinion 83. As a result, the rotation of the pinion 83 is prevented and the position of each anti-detachment component 86 is fixed. In this way, the size of the gap between the rope 5 and each anti-detachment component 86 is adjusted to an appropriate range.

[0074] In such an elevator rope anti-slip device 8, the pinion 83 can rotate relative to the main shaft 43 around the axis P of the drive sheave 42. In addition, in each of the first anti-slip mechanism section 81 and the second anti-slip mechanism section 82, the rack 85 moves relative to the main shaft 43 together with the anti-slip component 86 as the pinion 83 rotates. In addition, in each of the first anti-slip mechanism section 81 and the second anti-slip mechanism section 82, the size of the gap between the rope 5 and the anti-slip component 86 changes by the movement of the rack 85. Therefore, by only adjusting the rotation amount of the pinion 83, the size of the gap between the rope 5 and the anti-slip component 86 can be adjusted simultaneously in each of the first anti-slip mechanism section 81 and the second anti-slip mechanism section 82. As a result, the time required for the operation of adjusting the size of the gap between the rope 5 and each anti-slip component 86 can be shortened.

[0075] In addition, in each of the first anti-slip mechanism section 81 and the second anti-slip mechanism section 82, the position of the anti-slip member 86 relative to the rack 85 can be adjusted in the moving direction of the rack 85. Therefore, even if there is a difference in the position of the anti-slip member 86 relative to the rope 5 between the first anti-slip mechanism section 81 and the second anti-slip mechanism section 82, it is easy to adjust to eliminate the difference in the position of the anti-slip member 86 relative to the rope 5. Thus, the operation of adjusting the size of the gap between the rope 5 and each anti-slip member 86 can be easily performed.

[0076] In addition, in each of the first anti-slip mechanism portion 81 and the second anti-slip mechanism portion 82, a first through hole 88 is provided in the rack 85. The first through hole 88 of each of the first anti-slip mechanism portion 81 and the second anti-slip mechanism portion 82 is a long hole along the moving direction of the rack 85. The anti-slip component 86 is mounted on the rack 85 by means of a screw 89 passing through the first through hole 88. Therefore, in each of the first anti-slip mechanism portion 81 and the second anti-slip mechanism portion 82, the position of the anti-slip component 86 relative to the rack 85 can be adjusted by a simple structure.

[0077] In addition, the claw 841 in the locking mechanism 84 can move relative to the main shaft 43 between a locking position where the claw 841 catches the pinion 83 and a release position where the claw 841 is disengaged from the pinion 83. Therefore, by setting the position of the claw 841 to the locking position, the pinion 83 can be prevented from rotating. As a result, the size of the gap between the rope 5 and each anti-detachment component 86 can be maintained within an appropriate range. Therefore, after adjusting the size of the gap between the rope 5 and each anti-detachment component 86, the occurrence of an undesirable situation in which the size of the gap between the rope 5 and each anti-detachment component 86 changes can be suppressed.

[0078] Implementation method 2.

[0079] Fig.10 This is a front view showing a state in which the rope anti-slip device 8 of Embodiment 2 is installed on the hoisting machine 4. In this embodiment, only in the first anti-slip mechanism part 81 of the first anti-slip mechanism part 81 and the second anti-slip mechanism part 82, the position of the anti-slip member 86 relative to the rack 85 can be adjusted in the moving direction of the rack 85. Therefore, the structure of the first anti-slip mechanism part 81 in this embodiment is the same as that in Embodiment 1.

[0080] In the second anti-slip mechanism part 82, the plurality of first through holes provided in the rack 85 are circular holes. In the second anti-slip mechanism part 82, the anti-slip component 86 is mounted on the rack 85 by means of a plurality of screws 89 passing through the first through holes as circular holes. Thus, in the second anti-slip mechanism part 82, the position of the anti-slip component 86 relative to the rack 85 cannot be adjusted. The other structures are the same as those in the first embodiment.

[0081] Next, a description will be given of a procedure for adjusting the size of the gap between the rope 5 and each of the anti-slip members 86. First, the anti-slip members 86 are brought into contact with the rope 5 in each of the first anti-slip mechanism section 81 and the second anti-slip mechanism section 82.

[0082] When the anti-slip component 86 contacts the rope 5 in the first anti-slip mechanism 81 and the second anti-slip mechanism 82, the claw 841 of the locking mechanism 84 is first moved from the locking position to the releasing position.

[0083] Thereafter, the pinion gear 83 is rotated relative to the main shaft 43 , so that the anti-detachment member 86 in the second anti-detachment mechanism portion 82 comes into contact with the rope 5 .

[0084] Fig.11 It means in Fig.10FIG. 8 is an enlarged view of a state in which the anti-slip component 86 in the first anti-slip mechanism section 81 is in contact with the rope 5. When the anti-slip component 86 in the first anti-slip mechanism section 81 is not in contact with the rope 5, the position of the anti-slip component 86 relative to the rack 85 is adjusted in the moving direction of the rack 85 in the first anti-slip mechanism section 81. The procedure for adjusting the position of the anti-slip component 86 relative to the rack 85 in the first anti-slip mechanism section 81 is the same as that in Embodiment 1. Thus, the anti-slip component 86 is also in contact with the rope 5 in the first anti-slip mechanism section 81.

[0085] When the anti-dropping member 86 in the first anti-dropping mechanism 81 first contacts the rope 5, the position of the anti-dropping member 86 relative to the rack 85 is adjusted in the first anti-dropping mechanism 81 so that each anti-dropping member 86 contacts the rope 5. The subsequent steps are the same as those in the first embodiment.

[0086] In such an elevator rope anti-slip device 8, the position of the anti-slip member 86 relative to the rack 85 can be adjusted in the moving direction of the rack 85 only in the first anti-slip mechanism part 81 of the first anti-slip mechanism part 81 and the second anti-slip mechanism part 82. Therefore, it is not necessary to adjust the position of the anti-slip member 86 relative to the rack 85 in the second anti-slip mechanism part 82. As a result, the time required for the operation of adjusting the size of the gap between the rope 5 and each anti-slip member 86 can be further shortened.

[0087] In addition, in the first anti-slip mechanism part 81, the first through hole 88 provided in the rack 85 is a long hole along the moving direction of the rack 85. The anti-slip component 86 is mounted on the rack 85 by means of a screw 89 passing through the first through hole 88. Therefore, in the first anti-slip mechanism part 81, the position of the anti-slip component 86 relative to the rack 85 can be adjusted by a simple structure.

[0088] In addition, in the first anti-slip mechanism part 81, the first through hole 88 may be provided in the anti-slip component 86. In this case, the first through hole 88 is a long hole along the moving direction of the rack 85. In addition, the screw 89 passing through the first through hole 88 is screwed into the threaded hole formed in the rack 85. And the anti-slip component 86 is mounted on the rack 85 by the screw 89 passing through the first through hole 88. Even so, in the first anti-slip mechanism part 81, the position of the anti-slip component 86 relative to the rack 85 can be adjusted by a simple structure.

[0089] In addition, in the second anti-slip mechanism part 82, a first through hole as a round hole may be provided in the anti-slip component 86. In this case, the screw 89 passing through the first through hole is screwed into the threaded hole formed in the rack 85. In addition, the anti-slip component 86 is mounted on the rack 85 using the screw 89 passing through the first through hole. Even in this way, in the second anti-slip mechanism part 82, the anti-slip component 86 can be mounted on the rack 85 with a simple structure.

[0090] Implementation method 3.

[0091] Fig.12 This is a front view showing a state in which the rope anti-slip device 8 according to the third embodiment is installed in the hoisting machine 4. Fig.13 Yes means Fig.12 A side view of a state where the rope anti-slip device 8 is installed on the traction machine 4. Fig.12 as well as Fig.13 2 shows a state where the pinion gear 83 is removed from the main shaft 43. The pinion gear 83 is detachably mounted on the main shaft 43. In the present embodiment, the pinion gear 83 is detachably mounted on the end of the shaft body 431.

[0092] In each of the first and second anti-slip mechanism portions 81 and 82, a plurality of second through holes 91 are provided in the rail 87. Each of the second through holes 91 of the first and second anti-slip mechanism portions 81 and 82 is a long hole along the moving direction of the rack 85.

[0093] In addition, in each of the first anti-slip mechanism 81 and the second anti-slip mechanism 82, the position of the rack 85 relative to the rail 87 can be fixed by a plurality of screws 92 as position fixing members passing through each second through hole 91. Each screw 92 is screwed into a threaded hole (not shown) formed in the rack 85.

[0094] The position of the rack 85 relative to the rail 87 is fixed by tightening the screws 92. In addition, by loosening the screws 92, the rack 85 can be moved relative to the rail 87 while being guided by the rail 87 within the limited range of the second through holes 91 as long holes. In this embodiment, two second through holes 91 are provided in the rail 87, and the position of the rack 85 relative to the rail 87 is fixed by two screws 92. In this embodiment, the locking mechanism 84 is not provided in the support portion 432. The other structures are the same as those in the first embodiment.

[0095] Next, the procedure for adjusting the size of the gap between the rope 5 and each anti-slip member 86 is described. In normal operation, each screw 92 is tightened. Thus, the position of the rack 85 relative to the rail 87 is fixed in the first anti-slip mechanism section 81 and the second anti-slip mechanism section 82. In addition, in normal operation, as shown in FIG. Fig.12 As shown, the pinion 83 is removed from the main shaft 43.

[0096] When adjusting the size of the gap between the rope 5 and each anti-slip member 86, first, loosen each screw 92. Thereby, the rack 85 can move relative to the main shaft 43 in each of the first anti-slip mechanism part 81 and the second anti-slip mechanism part 82.

[0097] Thereafter, in each of the first and second anti-slip mechanism portions 81 and 82 , the rack 85 is moved relative to the main shaft 43 , so that the anti-slip member 86 comes into contact with the rope 5 .

[0098] Thereafter, the pinion gear 83 is rotatably mounted on the shaft body 431 of the main shaft 43. Thus, the rack gear 85 and the pinion gear 83 are meshed with each other in the first anti-separation mechanism portion 81 and the second anti-separation mechanism portion 82.

[0099] After that, the pinion 83 is rotated relative to the main shaft 43 about the axis P of the driving sheave 42. At this time, the size of the gap between the rope 5 and each anti-slip component 86 is adjusted to an appropriate range by adjusting the rotation amount of the pinion 83. As for the size of the gap between the rope 5 and each anti-slip component 86, as in the first embodiment, only one of the first anti-slip mechanism part 81 and the second anti-slip mechanism part 82 is measured and confirmed. In this embodiment, the size of the gap between the rope 5 and each anti-slip component 86 is measured only in the second anti-slip mechanism part 82.

[0100] Thereafter, the positions of the rack 85 with respect to the rail 87 are fixed by tightening the screws 92 in the first anti-slip mechanism portion 81 and the second anti-slip mechanism portion 82 .

[0101] Thereafter, the pinion gear 83 is removed from the main shaft 43. In this way, the size of the gap between the rope 5 and each of the anti-dropping members 86 is adjusted.

[0102] In such an elevator rope anti-slip device 8, a second through hole 91 is provided in the rail 87 in each of the first anti-slip mechanism section 81 and the second anti-slip mechanism section 82. The second through hole 91 of each of the first anti-slip mechanism section 81 and the second anti-slip mechanism section 82 is a long hole along the moving direction of the rack 85. The position of the rack 85 relative to the rail 87 can be fixed by a screw 92 passing through the second through hole 91. Therefore, the positions of the rack 85 and the anti-slip component 86 can be more reliably fixed in each of the first anti-slip mechanism section 81 and the second anti-slip mechanism section 82. Thus, the size of the gap between the rope 5 and each anti-slip component 86 can be more reliably maintained within an appropriate range. Therefore, after adjusting the size of the gap between the rope 5 and each anti-slip component 86, the occurrence of an inconvenience in which the size of the gap between the rope 5 and each anti-slip component 86 changes can be further reliably suppressed.

[0103] In addition, the pinion 83 is mounted on the main shaft 43 in a detachable manner. Therefore, after adjusting the size of the gap between the rope 5 and each anti-slip component 86, the pinion 83 can be removed from the main shaft 43. Thus, the removed pinion 83 can be used to adjust the size of the gap between the rope 5 and the anti-slip component in other rope anti-slip devices. Therefore, the pinion 83 can be used as a common adjustment tool for adjusting the size of the gap between the rope 5 and each anti-slip component in a plurality of rope anti-slip devices. Thus, the number of components can be reduced.

[0104] In addition, in the above-mentioned embodiment, the locking mechanism 84 is not provided in the support portion 432. However, the locking mechanism 84 may be provided in the support portion 432. In this way, for example, when the screws 92 are tightened to fix the position of the rack 85 relative to the rail 87, the rotation of the pinion 83 can be prevented by the claw 841 of the locking mechanism 84. Thus, when the screws 92 are tightened, the position of the rack 85 relative to the rail 87 can be prevented from being erroneously shifted.

[0105] In addition, the structure in which the pinion 83 is detachably mounted on the main shaft 43 can also be applied to the rope anti-slip device 8 of embodiment 2. In this case, the second through hole 91 is provided in the rail 87 in the first anti-slip mechanism part 81 and the second anti-slip mechanism part 82, respectively, and the position of the rack 85 relative to the rail 87 can be fixed by a screw 92 passing through the second through hole 91.

[0106] Implementation method 4.

[0107] Fig.14 1 is a front view showing a main part of the second anti-slip mechanism 82 in the rope anti-slip device 8 of embodiment 4. In the second anti-slip mechanism 82, a scale 95 is marked on the rack 85. The scale 95 is provided along the track 87. When the rack 85 moves relative to the track 87, the scale 95 moves relative to the track 87 together with the rack 85.

[0108] A reference mark 96 is marked on the rail 87. In the second anti-slip mechanism portion 82, the scale 95 is read with reference to the reference mark 96, thereby determining the moving distance of the rack 85 relative to the rail 87. Only in the second anti-slip mechanism portion 82 of the first anti-slip mechanism portion 81 and the second anti-slip mechanism portion 82, the scale 95 is marked on the rack 85 and the reference mark 96 is marked on the rail 87. The other structures are the same as those in the first embodiment.

[0109] When adjusting the size of the gap between the rope 5 and each anti-drop member 86, each anti-drop member 86 is brought into contact with the rope 5 in the same manner as in Embodiment 1. At this time, the scale 95 is read with reference to the reference mark 96.

[0110] After that, the rotation amount of the pinion 83 is adjusted in the same manner as in Embodiment 1, thereby adjusting the size of the gap between the rope 5 and each anti-slip component 86 to within an appropriate range. At this time, the scale 95 is read with reference to the reference mark 96. The moving distance of the rack 85 relative to the rail 87 is determined based on the change in the value of the scale 95 with reference to the reference mark 96. Thus, the size of the gap between the rope 5 and the anti-slip component 86 in the second anti-slip mechanism section 82 is determined. The subsequent steps are the same as in Embodiment 1.

[0111] In such an elevator rope anti-slip device 8, the scale 95 is marked on the rack 85 only in the second anti-slip mechanism part 82. Therefore, the size of the gap between the rope 5 and the anti-slip member 86 in the second anti-slip mechanism part 82 can be easily determined without using a measuring instrument such as a vernier caliper, a ruler, or a measuring stick. As a result, the time required for the operation of adjusting the size of the gap between the rope 5 and each anti-slip member 86 can be further shortened.

[0112] In the above embodiment, the scale 95 is indicated on the rack 85. However, the scale 95 may be indicated on the track 87. In this case, the reference mark 96 is indicated on the rack 85. Even in this case, the scale 95 can be read with reference to the reference mark 96. That is, the scale 95 may be indicated on either the rack 85 or the track 87.

[0113] In the above embodiment, the reference mark 96 is marked on the rail 87. However, the reference mark 96 may not be provided. Even without the reference mark 96, for example, the scale 95 can be read with the end of the rail 87 as a reference. Furthermore, when the reference mark 96 is not provided, the scale 95 may be marked on the rail 87. Even in this case, for example, the scale 95 can be read with the end of the rack 85 as a reference.

[0114] In the above-mentioned embodiment, the scale 95 is indicated on the rack 85 only in the second anti-slip mechanism section 82. However, the scale 95 may be indicated on the rack 85 only in the first anti-slip mechanism section 81 of the first anti-slip mechanism section 81 and the second anti-slip mechanism section 82. In this case, the reference mark 96 is indicated on the track 87 in the first anti-slip mechanism section 81. Even in this case, the size of the gap between the rope 5 and the anti-slip member 86 in the first anti-slip mechanism section 81 can be easily determined without using a measuring instrument such as a vernier caliper, a ruler, or a measuring stick.

[0115] In addition, the scale 95 may be marked on the rack 85 in each of the first anti-slip mechanism section 81 and the second anti-slip mechanism section 82. In this case, the reference mark 96 is marked on the track 87 in each of the first anti-slip mechanism section 81 and the second anti-slip mechanism section 82. In this way, the size of the gap between the rope 5 and the anti-slip component 86 can also be determined in the first anti-slip mechanism section 81. Therefore, it is possible to more reliably confirm whether the size of the gap between the rope 5 and each anti-slip component 86 is adjusted to an appropriate range. In this case, the reference mark 96 may not be provided.

[0116] In addition, the scale 95 may be marked on the track 87 in the first anti-slip mechanism part 81 and the second anti-slip mechanism part 82. In this case, the reference mark 96 is marked on the rack 85 in the first anti-slip mechanism part 81 and the second anti-slip mechanism part 82. Even in this case, it is possible to more reliably confirm whether the size of the gap between the rope 5 and each anti-slip component 86 is adjusted to an appropriate range. In this case, the reference mark 96 may not be provided.

[0117] In addition, the structure in which the scale 95 is marked on either the rack 85 or the track 87 can also be applied to the rope anti-slip device 8 in embodiments 2 and 3. In this case, in at least one of the first anti-slip mechanism part 81 and the second anti-slip mechanism part 82, the scale 95 can be marked on either the rack 85 or the track 87.

[0118] In addition, in each of the above-mentioned embodiments, the rack 85 in the first anti-slip mechanism 81 and the rack 85 in the second anti-slip mechanism 82 are arranged parallel to each other. However, the rack 85 in the second anti-slip mechanism 82 may be arranged obliquely relative to the rack 85 in the first anti-slip mechanism 81.

[0119] In addition, in embodiments 1, 3, and 4, the first through hole 88 is provided in the rack 85 in the first anti-slip mechanism portion 81 and the second anti-slip mechanism portion 82, respectively. However, the first through hole 88 may be provided in the anti-slip component 86 in at least one of the first anti-slip mechanism portion 81 and the second anti-slip mechanism portion 82. In this case, the first through hole 88 is a long hole along the moving direction of the rack 85. In addition, the screw 89 passing through the first through hole 88 is screwed into the threaded hole formed in the rack 85. Moreover, the anti-slip component 86 is mounted on the rack 85 using the screw 89 passing through the first through hole 88. Even so, the position of the anti-slip component 86 relative to the rack 85 can be adjusted by a simple structure.

[0120] In addition, in each of the above-mentioned embodiments, the position of the claw 841 relative to the support portion 432 is fixed by tightening the locking screw 842. However, a stopper that prevents the claw 841 from moving relative to the support portion 432 may be detachably mounted on the support portion 432. In this case, when the stopper is mounted on the support portion 432, the claw 841 contacts the stopper, thereby preventing the claw 841 from moving. In this case, by removing the stopper from the support portion 432, the claw 841 can move between the locked position and the released position.

[0121] In each of the above embodiments, the rail 87 is used as a guide member for guiding the movement of the rack 85. However, the guide member is not limited to the rail 87. As a guide member for guiding the movement of the rack 85, for example, a plurality of guide rollers arranged along the movement direction of the rack 85 may be used.

[0122] In each of the above-mentioned embodiments, the rope anti-slip device 8 is applied to the driving sheave 42 of the hoisting machine 4. However, the rope anti-slip device 8 may be applied to sheaves such as the car suspending sheave 22 and the counterweight suspending sheave 32.

[0123] In each of the above-mentioned embodiments, the main shaft 43 is used as a fixing member for installing the first anti-slip mechanism portion 81 and the second anti-slip mechanism portion 82. However, for example, a supporting metal member different from the main shaft 43 may be fixed to the hoisting machine body 41 as a fixing member, and the first anti-slip mechanism portion 81 and the second anti-slip mechanism portion 82 may be installed on the supporting metal member.

[0124] The above-mentioned structure shown in the above-mentioned embodiment is an example of the content of this disclosure. The embodiment can be combined with other well-known technologies. Part of the structure of the embodiment can be omitted or changed within the scope of not departing from the gist of this disclosure.
