Technical Field

[0002] The present invention relates to a liquid pipe device for accurately detecting microorganisms or substances in real time. Further, the present disclosure provides a device and method for detecting one or more substances and multiple microorganisms in a liquid sample transported by a mobile carrier using a computer software program and a machine learning algorithm.

[0003] The subject matter discussed in the background section should not be assumed to be prior art simply because it is mentioned in the background section. Likewise, problems mentioned in the background section or problems related to the background section subject matter should not be assumed to be problems recognized in the prior art. The subject matter in the background section merely represents different approaches, which may themselves be inventions. Background Art

[0004] Accurate testing of food and liquids before consumption and understanding levels of contaminants in living spaces will reduce disease rates in humans, plants and animals. Municipal utilities are unable to accurately test public drinking water for microorganisms and contaminants, food processors are unable to accurately test low levels of bacteria, leading to increased recalls, and hospitals and assisted living facilities are breeding grounds for microorganisms, yet cleaning companies claim to effectively eliminate harmful substances.

[0005] Current methods of purifying water distributed through utilities can result in false positives, with impurities sometimes coming from pipes and retention ponds before data is collected until it’s too late and the water has already been consumed. Food processing facilities have had the same issues, resulting in increasing recalls over the years. True or not, outwitting the smartest pathogens and eliminating contaminants is becoming increasingly expensive, time-consuming, and not as accurate as they claim to be. Current response times persist, and machine learning has become the go-to for accurate detection and response action.

[0006] As time goes by, more and more pathogens or contaminants are causing illness and death around the world. The effects of the most recent global pandemic continue to generate new variants that further impact the population. Even at the time of filing this application, polio has been detected in New York’s wastewater, Legionnaires’ disease has been found in New Jersey’s home water supply, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa has been found in water and soil along the Mississippi Gulf Coast. This marks the first time that Pseudomonas aeruginosa, which causes the potentially fatal illness Maillard’s disease, has been found in the United States.

[0007] Even when traditional methods are used to detect pathogens, some pathogens may not be detected due to the limitations of these methods, which are prone to errors and expensive to implement, highlighting the importance of timely, direct, low-cost and accurate detection and identification of pathogens to prevent the spread of disease or any harm.

[0008] Current methods for detecting pathogens or pollutants in various environments rely on outdated technologies and are insufficient for timely disease detection. Some commonly used pathogen detection technologies include polymerase chain reaction (PCR), culture-based methods, next-generation sequencing (NGS), mass spectrometry, chips, biosensors, etc. These traditional methods are time-consuming and labor-intensive and require specialized skills and equipment.

[0009] In addition, state or municipal workers still need to manually obtain water and soil samples and wear protective gear to prevent contamination, which can affect the accuracy of results. The costs associated with these processes are also a significant issue.

[0010] Pathogens are microorganisms that can cause disease in humans, animals, and plants. They can be found in a variety of environments, including water, food, and air, and pose a major threat to public health around the world. Therefore, detecting pathogens or other contaminants in liquid samples is crucial in various fields.

[0011] The present invention relates to accurate detection of contaminants in foods and liquids prior to consumption, and more particularly to apparatus and methods for detecting one or more substances and a variety of microorganisms.

[0012] Pathogens are microorganisms that can cause diseases in humans, animals, and plants. They can be found in a variety of environments, such as water, food, air, and other environments, posing a major threat to global public health. Therefore, detecting pathogens or other contaminants in liquid samples is crucial in various fields.

[0013] This specification recognizes the need for a device and method that uses no chemicals, requires no maintenance, is fully managed by an artificial intelligence and machine learning platform, and provides a solution that does not have a residual impact on the environment.

[0014] The present disclosure solves these problems by providing a transparent liquid tube designed to detect pathogens or contaminants in real time in a safe and reliable manner. The technology can help detect pathogens or contaminants, prevent the spread of disease, and reduce related costs and risks.

[0042] In some embodiments, the image magnification device may be configured to capture an image of the liquid sample on the surface of the microsection sample to input the image into the control unit.

[0043] The next section is the image magnification device used by the device. There are many different types of devices and lenses used for this device.

[0044] There are many kinds of image magnifying devices used in the device. To facilitate understanding of the magnifying component device of the present device, when the phrase "image magnifying device" is used, it can be any image magnifying device listed in this patent application.

[0045] The image magnifying device defined in this patent application is a mechanical or electronic magnifying measuring device with a magnifying function. The optical lens can magnify the apparent size (physical size) of the substance. In a liquid tube, more than one image magnifying device may not be needed (they can be focused manually or by the instrument's algorithm). The device can also use an image magnifying device that can detect the mobility of microorganisms, the motility of microorganisms, color, size and shape, so as to accurately identify objects.

[0046] A microscope slide is embedded in the tube. An image magnification device is placed just above the slide for detection, and the lenses are connected to computer software and algorithm programs that detect substances in real time. These lenses can be basic optical lenses, magnification lenses, lenses attached to microscopes with bases, folding mirror lenses, optical microscopes, electron microscopes, super-resolution microscopes, fluorescence microscopes, X-ray machines, magnetic resonance imaging machines, nuclear magnetic resonance devices, and telescope lenses.

[0047] If a specific magnification machine is required, such as an X-ray machine or MRI machine, the entire machine will be equipped with a liquid tube that runs through the machine. Some method is required, such as draining the liquid. The remaining material is captured on a platform inside the machine. Water and liquid will ruin the application and must be removed first.

[0048] Some image magnification devices do not use a microscope condenser. Instead of a condenser, the portion of the tube below the image magnification device (and near the ambient light) will have an embedded illuminator to illuminate the area between the microscope slides. Some optics have their own computer software and algorithmic program that manages all the optics inside and outside the entire tube. Sometimes, when a lamp embedded on or inside the liquid tube is used instead of a condenser, the computer software and algorithmic program will manage the light intensity required to accurately observe and detect the substance. The image magnification device can be placed anywhere outside the liquid tube. The image magnification device can be close to or far from the tube. Specific optics can also be placed inside the tube. There is no limit to the number or type of image magnification devices or optics that can be used by UMMDA, or their combination. The algorithm learns from the data obtained by the image magnification device and optics, and transmits the data to other algorithms in the device. The focus of the image magnification device can be manually operated by a single person or multiple people, where each person in the group can manually focus one image magnification device. The focus of the image magnification device can also be operated by the optics focus algorithm and a third-party software program, or it can be automated. The tube assembly has its own computer software and algorithm program that manages the entire tube unit.

[0049] On some models of equipment, the image magnification device can be placed inside the liquid tube, with the portion of it being waterproof and located inside the tube.

[0050] On certain models of equipment, the entire microscope (and its components) may be used. The entire microscope will be defined as all of the parts that are included when the microscope is purchased from a vendor that sells microscopes to the public. These parts include, but are not limited to, electrical connections, bases, microscope slide platforms, lenses, illuminators, and condensers.

[0051] Depending on the length of the microscope tube, various different types of image magnification devices are listed in this patent application. The image magnification device can be located outside the tube or inside the tube. The image magnification device (including optical magnification lenses, and also folded optical lenses and folded mirror lenses) can be located on the top of the tube, the bottom of the tube, the side of the liquid tube, or on the truss supporting the liquid tube.

[0052] Folded optics is an optical system in which a light beam is bent in such a way that the light path is much longer than the dimensions of the system. For example, prismatic binoculars. Prismatic binoculars have two right-angled glass prisms and apply the principle of total internal reflection. The incoming light is reflected twice internally, providing the observer with a wider field of view. For this reason, prismatic binoculars are more popular than traditional telescopes.

[0053] The microscope slide is located directly below the image magnification device. In this patent application, all microscope slides may be referred to as "slides" or "micro slides", which may have different characteristics. For the purpose of this patent application, the slide in this patent application refers to any type of microscope slide. A microscope slide is defined as a rectangular glass piece on which a sample of material can be placed for evaluation. The microscope slides in this patent application can be of any shape. Another section below will describe glass slide assemblies. Microscope slides vary in thickness from ultra-thin to ultra-thick. Liquid tubes usually have two microscope slides, both of which are embedded or glued inside the liquid tube. There may also be a slide cover for oil immersion applications (externally placed on top of the liquid tube). Test tubes usually have a top slide and a bottom slide with a certain distance between them. The tubes can be placed horizontally or vertically on the ground. The tube design can be one slide above the other, and in some cases, the slides can be placed parallel to each other inside the tube. The distance between the two slides varies. Slides can be made of any transparent material. Most slides are made of glass.

[0054] For applications such as viewing only contaminants, the distance between the slides is larger to allow viewing, detection and identification of large individual substances and larger groups of substances. If the slides are located very close together in the tube, filters and screens may be used in the application to only allow very small substances (such as individual viruses) to flow between the two slides. As described below, adjustable slides can adjust the distance between the slides for different applications. For example, if the device is located in a hospital environment, the distance between the slides should be small to only allow viruses and bacteria to flow through the slides after placing filters in front of the slides, and only allow viruses and bacteria to flow between the slides if they are present.

[0055] In some cases, only one microscope slide may be used in each test tube. For example, if a manual application is used, the user is looking at larger dirt and dust particles in a school science project.

[0056] Depending on the application, from a small home to a large airport, the scale of the job could be millions of gallons of liquid moving through a fluid line, which could require 5,000 sets of slides, or a fluid line could be outfitted with as few as one microscope slide or could have a combination of over 150,000 slides.

[0057] The unit can be equipped with an adjustable microscope slide option for high-end applications with small substances such as viruses. One or two microscope slides can be set on a track with gears, where a tiny mechanical device can lower or raise one or both slides on the track.

[0058] The unit can be equipped with three adjustable microscope slide options for identifying and detecting several forms of input: large bodies of water, surface materials, and airborne materials, where the device operates at a higher level.

[0059] The apparatus can also use a three-slide method. The top slide is placed on top of the second slide, where the top slide is very close to the second slide. Another third slide is used in the apparatus, where the distance between the second (middle) slide and the third bottom slide is twice as far.

[0128] Universal Multipurpose Material Detection Apparatus, referred to as UMMDA or an apparatus that utilizes liquid tubes, sample storage, mobile cart, computer software equipment, computer software programs and algorithms to specifically detect materials and microorganisms from surfaces, water sources and air in real time.

[0129] The main components of this device are computer software programs, algorithms and hardware such as computer software devices, drones, robots, water vehicles, robotic arms, pumps, liquid tubes and sample storage. The purpose of the liquid tube is to suspend the substance in the liquid and quickly move the substance between microscope slides embedded in the liquid tube so that the image magnification device can view, detect and identify the substance in real time. The device is designed to automatically and intermittently pump the substance into the liquid tube and detect the substance quickly and accurately.

[0130] The entire device and its methods of operation can be managed by computer software and algorithmic programs or can be operated manually by the user. The drone, robot and watercraft collect the material and deposit it into a reservoir connected to a liquid tube. Users can also choose not to use the drone, robot and watercraft components of the UMMDA and collect the material for the device themselves and deposit it into a reservoir connected to a liquid tube. A pump in the reservoir pumps the liquid in the reservoir into the liquid tube containing the material, which circulates in the liquid tube and flows between two embedded microscope slides located above or below the image magnification device. The number of image magnification devices will vary depending on the length of the tube. The device is connected to a laptop computer, which maintains the algorithms, and mobile phones, tablets, desktops and servers can all be wirelessly connected to the laptop computer for viewing. The algorithms are also designed to learn (machine learning) from the acquired data and predict future events.

[0137] For the purposes of this patent application, a computer is defined as a digital electronic machine that can be programmed by means of code written in a computer language to automatically perform a series of arithmetic or logical operations. For the purposes of this patent application, a computer will be referred to as a "computer software device". A computer software program will be defined as a written computer software code that instructs a computer to perform a task through a set of instructions. Computer software programs "Software programs" are further classified as software computing programs, algorithms, software algorithms, machine learning algorithms, artificial intelligence, artificial intelligence algorithms, and algorithmic decision software programs. Some computer software programs and algorithms are purchased from third parties and used by the device, while proprietary software programs and algorithms are written specifically for the device.

[0138] Depending on the user's needs, the UMMDA computer software program is trained to look for various types of matter, such as spherical and rod-shaped bacteria. This type of image recognition "computer vision" uses imaging feeds from image magnification devices that process images in real time that can be read by the computer software device.

[0139] Specific software programs for image magnification devices such as electronic magnification devices, light image magnification devices "light microscopes", magnification devices using fluorescence "fluorescence microscopes" and super-resolution microscopes "laser microscopes" focus on single and clustered substances, where specific software programs can be used for each image magnification device. Computer software programs work in conjunction with certain computer software devices. Computer hardware chip processors such as graphic processing units "GPUs", field programmable gate arrays "FPGAs", application-specific integrated circuits "ASICs" and computer processing units "CPUs" are used in computer software devices. Computer software programs are written to work with GPUs and CPUs, with the former taking on most of the computing work. The computer software program is trained to detect all types of substances in real time with high accuracy, and UMMDA can transmit the detection results to the user through various methods, such as final printed reports, electronic communications or verbally (ummda chatbot). In this patent application, the UMMDA chatbot is defined as a computer software program that uses natural language processing "NPL" to understand the user's questions and provide simulated human responses to UMMDA users regarding Al substance detection and biosurfactant applications.

[0140] UMMDA has many methods and operations that are managed by at least one computer software device and many computer software programs that utilize software algorithms and software programs written in various software languages. Some of the computer software programs used by UMMDA are purchased from third parties, such as the lidar software used by the drones and the specialized software used by the image magnification device. Lidar is defined as "light detection and ranging" in this patent application, and UMMDA's drones, robots, and watercraft use lasers to map a three-dimensional "3D" map of an area before acquiring material. The mapped 3D area provides UMMDA with information about where pathogens and contaminants may be hiding and can focus UMMDA drones, robots, and watercraft in specific areas. UMMDA drones, robots, and watercraft may use or not use a robotic arm, may use or not use a device to collect material, may use or not use lidar to place material, and sometimes remove material from a reservoir. They may also be remotely controlled by UMMDA, manually controlled by a user, and may be unmanned or manned. In this patent application, remote-controlled flying devices (drones), land roaming devices (robots), and water roaming devices (water vessels) are collectively referred to as "UMMDA mobile vehicles."

[0141] The software programs are divided into two parts, one is the software programs and algorithms for operating and managing the UMMDA, and the other is the specific algorithm, which is a dedicated software program that has been trained and or learned to perform a specific job. In this patent application, machine learning, artificial intelligence, computer software programs and algorithms are used by the device and device methods and will be referred to as algorithms. The computer software code language written for the algorithm can be either non-autonomous (purchased from a third party) or proprietary, that is, the algorithm is developed and written specifically for the device and its method. The most widely used software language used to build the algorithm used in this device is Python, and many other software languages can also be used.

[0142] UMMDA also utilizes proprietary software written codes that are unique to UMMDA's operations and methods such as detecting exotic and different types of matter populations. Proprietary written language software codes are written for various instrument applications. A specific set of algorithms are also written so that the instrument is trained to use a set of rules, solve problems, learn, and predict events. These UMMDA algorithms are too numerous to mention.

[0143] The device of the present invention acts as a Universal Multi-Purpose Material Detection Apparatus (UMMDA) that can detect and visualize various types of materials from the air, collected from surfaces and liquid sources.

[0144] The device of the present invention has a number of different methods of operation as a Universal Multi-Purpose Material Detection Apparatus (UMMDA).

[0145] UMMDA detects substances by depositing them via the UMMDA mobile vehicle into a sample cell connected to a liquid tube where an image magnification device connected to the liquid tube creates an image feed for a computer software program and machine learning algorithm.

[0146] In the present invention, UMMDA mobile vehicles are defined as remote-controlled flying devices (drones), and land roaming devices (robots) and water roaming devices (watercraft) will be collectively referred to as "UMMDA mobile vehicles". UMMDA vehicles can be powered by different power devices and applications listed in this patent application.

[0147] The basic approach and operation of UMMDA is to collect samples of substances from indoor or outdoor environments using the UMMDA mobile vehicle. Whether these substances come from air, surface or water sources, UMMDA can provide UMMDA users with a panoramic picture of the potential hazards lurking among us humans, plants and animals.

[0148] UMMDA has hardware components and software components. The basic hardware components of the device are computer software devices, storage devices, liquid tubes, microscope slides embedded in the liquid tubes, mechanical or electronic measuring devices with magnification functions "image magnification devices", sample reservoirs connected to the liquid tubes to deposit liquids and substances into them, pumps and computer software programs called computer software programs and algorithms. The basic mobile hardware components are drones, robots, water vessels and robotic arms - UMMDA mobile vehicles.

[0149] UMMDA operates in real time, with a human "user", drone, robot or water vehicle (UMMDA mobile vehicle) collecting all types of matter using a specific UMMDA method and depositing these substances in a reservoir connected to a liquid tube. Embedded microscope slides and slide covers are located above and just below the image magnification device. A pump managed by the UMMDA software program pumps the material suspended in the liquid from the reservoir, through the liquid tube, and through the space between the microscope slides just above and just below the image magnification device. The pump is managed by the software program, which is set to pump the liquid at a certain time interval so that the image magnification device has time to focus on the material (if any) suspended in the liquid between the microscope slides. After focusing, if the UMMDA pump software program does not detect any material, the pump is restarted to pump more liquid between the microscope slides (displacing the previous liquid), thereby detecting the possible presence of material. This operation is carried out continuously, and the liquid and material are pumped through the microscope slides. If the algorithm detects the material, the algorithm program will place a colored box around the material. Computer software language programs and algorithms are trained to detect all types of substances from the imaging feeds, with many different algorithms and software language programs working together to operate all aspects and components of the UMMDA.

[0150] There are two ways that a user can operate the UMMDA. In this patent application, the user can be a person, a group of people, or an entity, such as a hospital. The user can choose to view manually acquired substances and deposit the substances directly into the sample pool, or the UMMDA can be fully automatic, simply turning on a switch on the device to acquire and detect substances and having the UMMDA mobile vehicle acquire liquids and deposit substances into the sample pool.

[0151] Liquid tubing is defined as a waterproof tube with embedded microscope slides that can transfer liquids and substances between the slides. Tubes can be made primarily of transparent plastic and glass materials that are specifically selected for their ability to retain liquids and gases with mixed / immiscible substances. Tubes are not limited to these materials, however; they can also be made of a variety of alternative materials such as transparent or opaque plastics, metals, glass, rubber, plexiglass, silicone, polyvinyl chloride, ceramic, wood, or any other material that is conducive to containing liquids. This flexibility in material selection allows the tubing to be adapted to a variety of applications and environments, meeting the requirements of factors such as extreme temperatures or special uses. Therefore, the thickness of the tube can be adjusted from extremely thin to very thick as required by its intended use and environmental conditions, thereby optimizing its performance and durability. Methods, steps and instructions of the present invention

[0152] Also known as a “unit,” the UMMDA can be used as a closed system where liquids and materials are constantly circulating through the unit, with new materials only entering through a reservoir. With this closed UMMDA option, detected contaminants and microorganisms are limited to the area where the material was obtained. This closed approach is useful in closed areas, such as hospitals where the target area is sealed off. A pathogen might be detected in an operating room, and the UMMDA would alert staff to control the pathogen through an alarm system such as flashing lights. The UMMDA can also be an open system where pumps are constantly pumping new materials and liquids from a large water source such as a lake, bypassing the reservoir and directly into the liquid pipe. This open UMMDA approach can be used in outdoor area applications, such as beaches, where the UMMDA can predict red tides. For purposes of this patent application, "matter" is defined as any object having mass and occupying space, including but not limited to biological pathogens, viruses, bacteria, fungi, protozoa, molds, allergens, pathogenic microorganisms (pathogens), non-pathogenic microorganisms (non-pathogens), microbiota, hydrocarbons, metals, oils, human and animal body fluids, fertilizers, chemicals, pollutants, algae, water, steam, liquids and solids that may be broken up by the agitator in the reservoir turning continuously when the device is turned on. .

[0153] Year after year, more and more pathogens and contaminants are causing death and illness in humans, plants and animals worldwide. Even the most recent worldwide pandemic will continue to have an impact by generating more variants. This new instrument and its method can give people around the world peace of mind that both the facts derived by the machine and the data supporting these facts are available in real time through a global network. This device is based on many different components, such as software and hardware. Descriptions of artificial intelligence in the public domain are not specific to this device, and artificial intelligence "machine learning" is only one component of the overall method. The version of the method supplemented by human application of the UMMDA dolly, liquid tubes, image magnification device, reservoir, biosurfactant and pump is unique and classifies this device as a hardware and software device.

[0154] With this device, reporting threats to society will be unaffected by anyone or anything. This new instrument will provide verifiable conclusions.

[0155] The sample reservoir pumps liquid and material from the top of the reservoir directly into the liquid tube, where some of the finer material is broken up by the mixing teeth at the bottom of the reservoir and circulated to the top. The material is broken up in two ways. The vortex created by the stirring teeth or agitator rotating at the bottom of the reservoir causes the water flow in the reservoir to release some of the material fragments when it comes into contact with the material. Only a small amount of material is required to flow between the embedded microscope slides. The pump in the reservoir can be operated at time intervals and for the duration of the entire operation, or it can be turned off and produce a reverse pumping action to flush out large pieces of material in the tube. If the user operates the instrument manually, the material can be stored in this reservoir. The UMMDA mobile vehicle also uses the reservoir to drop and flow material to the top of the open reservoir.

[0156] The device is autonomous, with computer software programs and algorithms directing, instructing and making real-time decisions regarding the operation of the entire hardware components of the device and the direction methods regarding those hardware components. A version of the device is also available in a manual version for certain low-budget applications where the autonomous components can range from fully manual operation to some aspects of automated operation. Price point will determine the degree of automation and specific methods.

[0157] In this patent application, the device and its method of detecting, identifying and viewing substances and the final results may be referred to as "Material Detection Result" or "MDR" hereinafter.

[0158] The high performance of the device and the collection of many data points in the environment equates to accurate data collection, where millions of data points lead to accurate reporting of all types of substances, including pathogens and contaminants. The device can detect millions of data points through large lengths of liquid tubing and the number and type of image magnification devices equipped with the liquid tubing.

[0159] The components and method of operation of this device are listed and described below. The list of device components is not in order of importance. All components of the device, whether hardware or software, work together to produce the end result of detection, recognition, viewing and results - the "MDR". Each component of the instrument is necessary to produce a UMMDA mobile data recorder. The user may replace some of the physical applications associated with the UMMDA and input certain requests to the UMMDA, but the algorithm and step-by-step operation of the UMMDA remain unchanged.

[0160] The device has two basic parts: 1. Hardware components; 2. Computer language software programs (software programs) and algorithms. The following will introduce computer software devices. The computer software device is the brain of the device, directing the methods and operations that work with the computer software program and algorithm.

[0161] The computer software device is operated by a CPU (central processing unit or computing processing device) and a GPU (graphics processing unit, video graphics card, video creation device), which are defined as computer hardware in this patent application. The CPU and GPU devices of the device operate through a set of programmable instructions and save data in electronic form.

[0162] Regardless of whether the user chooses the manual or automatic option, the UMMDA CPU and GPU within the computational processing device are required for basic device operation. At least one laptop programmed with the UMMDA computer software program and algorithms must be connected to the UMMDA, while a mobile phone, desktop computer, server, or tablet with a screen can be connected to the UMMDA or laptop wirelessly or wired for MDR.

[0163] The functions and methods of the computer processing unit are as follows: 1. Control the transmission of data and instructions between the device parts and the various components of the computer, 2. Manage all units and components of the computer, 3. Read instructions from the memory, interpret the instructions, and direct the computer to operate the entire device. The CPU and GPU of the device can: perform tasks at a higher speed than humans, perform calculations with 90% accuracy, and when the server is tethered together for large-scale detection applications (such as hospital settings, which involve hundreds of thousands of square feet and need to store all the data obtained), thousands to billions of tasks can be performed simultaneously (super-large-scale instructions or 10 to the eighteenth power).

[0164] GPUs are used for high-performance applications involving algorithms, and they work in conjunction with CPUs and other processing devices of computer processing equipment.

[0165] In this patent application, viewing devices refer to screens of laptops, mobile phones, desktop monitors, server monitors, tablet computers, and glass walls and glass panels that display device data.

[0166] The next section describes the device software operating components that work with computer software programs and algorithms.

[0167] The computer software programs and algorithms for the device can be either off-the-shelf or proprietary. For the purposes of this patent application, off-the-shelf software refers to software downloaded from a third party via the Internet to the device for the operation of the hardware components or software purchased from a store. Proprietary software refers to code written in a computer language (usually Python) specifically for the operation of the device and its components. The computer code is written to operate, direct, make decisions, develop methods to simplify the operation of the device, and predict future events. The proprietary software is developed specifically for the device and its components.

[0168] In this patent application, "device" refers to the equipment listed in this patent application and all its related components.

[0169] This device has two different software programs: 1. The systematic method of operation, instructions and completed results "Method"; 2. The algorithm refers to the algorithm that learns from the operation and the data obtained and the prediction of events.

[0170] These two types of software programs (third party and proprietary UMMDA algorithms) may work together, separately from each other, or sometimes not utilized at all.

[0171] The computer software program methods and algorithms of the device are: the guidance, general operation and management of the device, including specific algorithms that learn from operational errors and successes and decide the next step. Algorithms are either methods, operations, instructions and management of the device, or algorithms that learn from acquired event data, or algorithms that predict future events in the environment.

[0172] The computer software programs and algorithms for the device may be: purchased from a third party, built from scratch, such as code developed line by line specifically for the guidance, operation and learning of various aspects of the device, or a combination of computer software programs and specific algorithms. This particular type of computer software program is numerous and maintains a proprietary gateway to enable newer software upgrades.

[0173] There are many types of algorithms and sub-algorithms, such as guidance algorithms for equipment, decision-making for the entire operation of the equipment, and machine learning. The algorithms for the equipment are based on learning from the operation of the entire equipment, learning from the decisions, failures and errors of the equipment, and predicting "predictions / forecasts".

[0174] Software programs and algorithms work together to guide, manage, monitor and make decisions about the collection of materials using automated methods. Each method can be integrated with another method or completely different from other methods in the past. UMMDA can form a new method based on past experience.

[0175] UMMDA has developed a unique approach for training algorithms to detect substances and the operation of all individual components such as pumps, UMMDA cart, power supply unit, charging unit, transfer from power supply to power storage device, direct wireless charging system, lighting, adjustable microscope slide, black light, magnets, cantilever, reservoir, stirrer, robotic arm, laser and image magnification unit.

[0176] The device is trained to detect all specific types and categories of substances. Trained refers to computer code developed to detect specific substances in detail through data, pictures, videos, color, motion, mobility, shape, size (circumference, diameter) and weight. Other environmental sensors, cantilevers and lasers can also be used for detection, see details below in this patent application.

[0177] Each of the material categories defined above must be "trained". "Training" in this patent application refers to the manual entry of data into a database managed by the device. Data is defined as pictures, videos, weights, and other types of data that are unique to each type, category, and class of material. The types, grades, and categories of materials are marked with colors and boxes and listed on the viewing device. An example of other types of material data is the motility and fluidity of biological materials such as parabulbs. As the device compiles more and more data, the device will learn and manually enter fewer and fewer classes.

[0178] In the case of the method in this device, the training algorithm is also defined as the data manually added by the computer programmer. The entire device learns from each method aspect and all the data obtained, builds a learning database, and predicts possible events that may occur in the environment.

[0179] The categories and training algorithms of the device include but are not limited to: all bacteria categories; bacterial monomers - spherical, rod-shaped, spiral, string-shaped; bacterial colonies - spherical colonies, rod-shaped colonies, spiral colonies; all virus categories; viruses - rod-shaped types, crown (spike), spherical; viruses - colonies; all pests, parasites, algae, mold categories; all allergen categories; all pollutant categories; general monomer substances; and general substance groups.

[0180] The data is labeled first in singular form and then in cluster form. The data results are in cluster form or singular form. If the device detects various types of material groups, the material groups are re-transferred to the storage room to decompose the material groups.

[0181] The following substances are marked by the instrument: a primary colored box around the substance (the color of the box can be changed according to the user's preference) and text next to the box.

[0182] When the substance appears as a dark blue box on the viewing screen, it is a mushroom stick.

[0183] When the substance appears as a dark blue box on the viewing screen, it is a mushroom stick.

[0184] When the substance appears as a blue box on the viewing screen, it is a spirochete.

[0185] When matter appears as a purple box on the viewing screen, it is a sphere.

[0186] When matter appears as a yellow box on the viewing screen, it is a parasphere.

[0187] When the material appears on the viewing screen as a yellow box with a red line on top, it is more than 1 thylakoid.

[0188] When the substance is seen as a light green box on the viewing screen, it is a rod-shaped colony.

[0189] When the substance is seen as a light blue box on the viewing screen, it is a spiral colony.

[0190] When the data is displayed as a red box on the observation screen, it is a spherical colony.

[0191] These color boxes can be modified to reflect black light and pet waste. There are hundreds of other color combinations to describe specific substances and colonies, clusters, and combinations of substances.

[0192] The color box can be modified to reflect black light and pet waste. There are hundreds of other color combinations to depict specific substances and colonies, clusters, and combinations of substances.

[0193] In the second layer, substances are marked in pink, red and purple with a double box. Substances are marked as "Alert". For data marked as "Alert", see the "Substances Defined as Pathogens and Undefined Substances" section. UMD - Unknown Substance Detected.

[0194] The Liquid Tube assembly is described as follows: Instrument Hardware Liquid Tube - Inside - Liquid (with material suspended in it) flows inside the liquid tube. This section has two components: Instrument components that may be inside or outside the tube or close to the tube: Instrument components inside the tube may also be attached to the outside of the tube, so that the component can be attached to the tube and kept at a certain distance from the tube. Equipment components may also be both inside the tube (inside the tube) and outside the tube (outside the tube).

[0195] The liquid pipe is one of several components in the equipment that keeps the liquid flowing.

[0196] In one embodiment, the UMMDA has 4 components that make up the fluid lines. 1. The tube from the reservoir outlet to the pump is called the "reservoir pump tube." 2. The tube coming out of the pump outlet is called the "pump outlet tube." 3. The tube connected to the pump outlet tube is called the "fluid sight tube" and is used to maintain microscope slides and image magnification devices. 4. The tube that connects from the fluid sight tube outlet to the reservoir (in some versions, the pump may be located between these tubes) is called the reservoir inlet tube.

[0197] In this patent application, the entire piping system (including all piping components) will be referred to as "liquid pipe".

[0198] The flow rate of the liquid throughout the tube is determined by the force of the pump, the diameter and length of the tube, and the temperature inside and outside the tube.

[0199] The volume of the liquid pipe is calculated in US gallons. The calculation method is to calculate the liquid volume in the reservoir and all pipe components at the same time. The calculation method is to multiply the length of all pipes by the diameter and add the liquid volume in the reservoir. For example, a pipe with a diameter of 2 inches and a length of 50 inches has a capacity of 0.67999841 gallons in the entire UMMDA pipe system. A reservoir with a length of 5 inches, a width of 10 inches and a height of 10 inches filled to the fill line has 2.16450216 US gallons. Adding the two together, the total water volume of the entire device is 2.84450057 gallons. Sometimes, there may be air pockets in the water pump, in which case the liquid volume in the water pump will be calculated or not calculated and added to the total volume. In this patent application, the liquid pipe is defined as the main UMMDA device, and other identical UMMDAs can be connected through auxiliary pipes, called auxiliary UMMDAs.

[0200] The liquid tube utilizes an image magnification device, microscope slides, a pump, a light, and a sample storage "reservoir." The purpose of the tube is to suspend substances in the liquid and move the substances quickly between microscope slides embedded in the tube so that the image magnification device can detect the substances in real time.

[0201] The tube can be a single tube or two or more interconnected tubes. The length of the tube can be as small as 1 nanometer or as long as several miles. The diameter of the tube can be large or small, depending on the specific detection application. For the detection of specific pollutants, the diameter can usually be large (1 inch or more), while for the detection of viruses and biological pathogens, the diameter of the tube can be very small (no more than 1 inch in diameter). The tube is usually transparent and made of plastic, but if the tube is already in place, it can be made of other materials and some viewing and detection functions can be added. Existing pipelines such as municipal water pipes can be modified and installed with the components listed in this patent application. Some liquid pipelines are operated as liquid / wet and / or dry / pseudo-dry liquid pipelines or simply dry pipelines. Dry pipes without liquids are suitable for power supplies, where the application is solids that are mixed and transferred into the tube by airflow such as fans.

[0202] The tube can be an elongated triangular, elongated square or round "cylindrical" tube, composed of non-transparent material or transparent transparent glass, plastic, rubber, silicone, transparent ceramic, fused quartz, polystyrene, polycarbonate, acrylic (PMMA), polyethylene (PE), amorphous copolymer (PETG), liquid silicone rubber (LSR), cyclic olefin copolymer (COC), ionomer resin, transparent polypropylene (PP), fluorinated ethylene propylene (FEP), methyl methacrylate styrene (SMMA), acrylonitrile resin (SAN), methyl methacrylate acrylonitrile butadiene styrene or a combination of all materials contained in one tube. The tube can be made of multiple materials or combinations thereof by a 3D printer. The 3D printer can also produce tubes with embedded glass slides.

[0203] Tubes can also change from large diameter to small diameter and from small diameter to large diameter, and continue this trend for miles. Tubes can be nanometer-sized or large, such as municipal water pipes, which can be as long as a city block and as tall as a building. Tubes can be transparent or solid (opaque), and they can be curved. Tubes can be stretched to any length, nanometer-sized, or connected to other tubes, extending for miles, and any shape that allows liquids and materials to flow through.

[0204] Liquids pumped in and out of the pipe include, but are not limited to, single liquids, air mixed with liquids, mixtures of one or more liquid combinations, combinations of liquids and gases, mixtures of water, gases and liquids, and mixtures of liquids and solid matter. A pipe can be made of many different materials and components. The length of pipe can be a continuous "single long pipe" or multiple connected pipes. The pipe is too dry, pseudo-dry, semi-dry, or has no air or gas in it.

[0205] The primary material of the tube can be and usually is a transparent plastic tube, and sometimes a glass tube. The material of the tube can also include, but is not limited to, the following materials that can hold liquids and gases: transparent plastic, non-transparent plastic, metal, glass, rubber, plexiglass, silicone, PVC materials, ceramics, wood, and any other material that can be formed to hold liquids transparent or opaque. The tube can be very thick or very thin, depending on the application and its surrounding environment, such as extremely hot or cold temperatures.

[0206] In this patent application, a reservoir will be defined as a waterproof container that can hold substances and liquids. The purpose of the reservoir "sample reservoir" is to hold liquids, solids and all types of substances. The reservoir is connected to a liquid infusion tube, through which the substances from the user and the UMMDA mobile vehicle enter the reservoir. Most reservoirs have a stirrer inside to break up the solid substances and create a vortex in the reservoir. There is a replaceable filter between the reservoir and the liquid tube. The reservoir can be open, closed or constantly open.

[0207] Open reservoirs do not seal off other outside air and surface materials and are useful in environments where specific materials from certain areas are not important. For example, in an application where a specific material such as fertilizer contamination is found in a field, it may also be found not far from that specific area where rain, wind and water runoff can carry the fertilizer away.

[0208] The reservoir can be closed for a recirculating system or open for a continuous system.

[0209] Some UMMDA installations require the system to be closed only when material is deposited at specific times and locations, while other times, the UMMDA installation requires the system to be open at all times and all airborne and surface material, whether deposited by moving vehicles or simply incidentally floating or entering the reservoir, is removed without the aid of manual or automated methods.

[0210] In some applications, the liquid entering the pipe from the reservoir (or the pipe itself) may need to be heated or cooled by a cooling or heating device. The cooling or heating can be performed inside the pipe, around the pipe, or as the liquid enters the pipe. This can be achieved by using basic water heating elements, such as those in a domestic water heater, to change the temperature of the liquid in the liquid pipe through electricity, gas, or solar energy. In some UMMDA applications, the temperature of the liquid entering (or flowing out of the liquid pipe) may need to be heated or cooled to facilitate the flow of the liquid pipe. After the liquid flows out of the liquid pipe (open pipe applications such as ponds), the liquid can continue to be pumped or flow into another pipe or reservoir called a "biosurfactant treatment tank" or "biosurfactant treatment pipe" where biosurfactants are added to the liquid after being detected by an image magnification device. This biosurfactant treatment tank is where the algorithm learns about the biosurfactants.

[0211] The UMMDA also utilizes biosurfactant applications to test whether certain contaminants detected by the UMMDA can be eliminated, toxicity reduced, cell walls of viruses penetrated, or microorganisms eliminated / altered. If the UMMDA detects a contaminant, the contaminant continues to flow through the liquid tube after the image magnification device detects the contaminant, and all the flowing liquid in the liquid tube has to go somewhere. After the UMMDA is turned on and the pump moves the liquid (and the contaminants detected and suspended in the liquid) through the liquid tube, the liquid in the liquid tube can: continue to flow in a closed system, flow back to the water body in an open system, or continue to flow into other liquid tubes and reservoirs as selected by the user.

[0212] If the user chooses to eliminate contaminants, pathogens or microorganisms, the UMMDA will detect the contaminants, pathogens or microorganisms in a separate reservoir that can hold the elimination liquid. The reservoir connected to the liquid tube can be specific, and the reservoir can hold different liquids, such as biosurfactants, different combinations and proportions of biosurfactants and other environmental liquid applications, as well as different dilutions of these liquids and different temperatures of the liquids. Through the UMMDA and image magnification device and trained algorithms, it can be understood that the use and non-use of biosurfactants can eliminate, destroy, change or decompose certain contaminants. In this patent application, pollutants will be defined as toxic substances and microorganisms in indoor and outdoor environments that are impure and toxic and can infect humans, plants and animals through contact or combination.

[0213] The liquid tube can be connected to a "biosurfactant treatment reservoir" or a "biosurfactant treatment tube", and the contaminants are contacted with the biosurfactant and or other liquid applications through the tube or reservoir. A separate image magnification device is provided above or below the biosurfactant treatment reservoir or the biosurfactant treatment tube, and the contaminant elimination identification algorithm can determine whether the biosurfactant and its mixture with other liquid environmental applications can eliminate the contaminants by matching the magnified images of the contaminants before and after the biosurfactant is applied.

[0214] The database was created according to the following criteria: 1. Did the biosurfactant have an effect on the pollutant, what was the grade and type of pollutant? 2. Where was the pollutant acquired, was it indoors or outdoors, what was the surrounding environment like according to the laser 3D map produced by the UMMDA mobile vehicle? 3. What else was detected during the operation, allergens, mold, urine, feces, metals? 4. Was the biosurfactant a rhamnolipid? If so, what was the exact ratio of mono-rhamnolipid and di-rhamnolipid? 5. Was the rhamnolipid mixed with other biosurfactants? 6. What was the mixing of biosurfactants with other environmental liquid applications? 7. What carriers were used for specific pollutants? 8. What diluents were used for specific pollutants? 9. What was the level of residual toxicity? If the image magnification device showed that the pollutant was broken down, how much of the pollutant was broken down?

[0215] UMMDA tests the correct remediation application, thereby measuring the residual impact on the environment and whether the biosurfactant can limit the toxic impact (if any) of the contaminant on the environment. Applicant's previous rhamnolipid biosurfactant patent application describes in detail many aspects of rhamnolipid production and application. UMMDA utilizes a separate biosurfactant reservoir to mix different types of biosurfactants with the detected contaminants, and when UMMDA detects certain contaminants, it passes them to another separate reservoir that uses the same detection application, but this time after mixing the biosurfactant with the detected contaminant in a separate biosurfactant reservoir.

[0216] The device is designed to automatically pump substances through a pipeline and to detect and identify substances quickly and accurately, wherein the entire device and its method of operation are governed by computer software and algorithmic programs. The entire device can be programmed to detect and identify substances at a specific accuracy rate. The higher the accuracy of the detection and identification settings, the lower the pumping frequency of the intermittent pump, and the time between the start and stop of the pump is governed by the algorithm.

[0217] Tubes can be continuous (as a single tube), connected (two or more tubes), or interwoven (a tube can snake in and out of another tube). There can also be tubes that are perpendicular to each other, parallel to each other, or nested within each other. The dimensions of the tubes and their fittings can vary in length, diameter, and material.

[0218] The primary use of a tube is to hold two microscope slides, with one slide sitting on top of the other. In certain observation and detection applications where the ambient temperature is not near or below freezing, a glass tube can be used where the glass tube can be formed into a section to replace the two microscope slides with enough space for the material to pass through the space between the top of the tube and the bottom of the tube. A more durable form of liquid tube is a plastic clear tube. The space between the slides can be nanometers or several inches apart. If the tubes are several inches apart, the application is for contaminants. If the slides are spaced very closely together, the application is for detecting viruses. There is a high-end instrument option to increase or decrease the distance between the two microscope slides manually or automatically. See the section "Microscope Slides - Mechanical Adjustment of Slides".

[0219] Depending on the type of application, pollutants sometimes move in groups, and the observation application is set up to detect only the larger group types of pollutants. Larger groups of grouped pollutants include, but are not limited to, fertilizers, asbestos, metals, oil droplets, parasites, and allergens.

[0220] Sometimes, the microscope lens (or image magnification device) does not use a condenser, and the bottom illumination light is replaced by light from the liquid tube. This method of illuminating the material directly below the lens for examination is called "running tube illumination." The illuminator can be a DC power supply, electric, fluorescent, incandescent (which can also provide heat), light emitting diode, neon, halogen, metal halide, high intensity discharge, low and high pressure sodium, string lights. The internally placed light can be a waterproof bulb. The same light can also be mounted on the outside of the liquid tube for illumination or as a heat source. In some high-end tubes (these options cost much more), it may be necessary to embed the illuminator on the side of one or two microscope slides, or along the inside (interior) of the tube itself. It is also possible to mount the illuminator on the outside (exterior) of a clear microscope tube. Illuminators can be embedded inside or outside the tube. For very small substances, such as paraviruses (20 nanometers), certain gaseous molecules, or metallurgical substances, brighter lights may be required, and double-layered lights may be required. Some lights can also be used to heat the inside or outside of the tube, or to heat other parts of the equipment.

[0221] UMMDA provides a gate method where if the device detects a substance that poses a threat to humans, it will automatically shut down the system and open a gate to another auxiliary tube.

[0222] This version of the device is a high-end device (biopathogen application) that can detect one of the following substances: pathogens, viruses, biopathogens or unidentified substance detection "UMD".

[0223] Each tube is fitted with manually rotatable stop valves at both ends (on all versions of the instrument).

[0224] The device then triggers several methods. The first thing the instrument does is stop the pump. There are four methods to keep the material extracted and re-evaluate or send to the lab.

[0225] In some equipment versions, each tube has its own pump and the shut-off valve can be turned 90 degrees to allow the liquid to be pumped in the auxiliary tube. The tubes can be removed by hand.

[0226] If the device is in alarm mode and the device version is automated, the second action taken (after the pink, purple and red lights flash) is to automatically open the valve and close it. The pipe is then disconnected from the device by a robot and transported by a drone. If it is manual, the entire device (or just the liquid pipe) can be transported to a laboratory for further evaluation.

[0227] The device may also be required to extend a nanorobotic arm that can be attached to the tube into the tube and retrieve the blocked material so that the hazardous material can be transported in a separate closed storage or by a drone, robot, or watercraft with a closed storage.

[0228] While the above steps are being taken, another method would be an alert system. With this other alert method, the device is designed to post information on a closed public system for use by law enforcement, government, and healthcare professionals located within the area. The device is designed with multiple alert options.

[0229] The next step is to send an alert email. Emails can be sent via a central processor, the information can be printed and sent via drones, robots, and watercraft, or the device also has a method to call the entity from a pre-arranged list of contacts from a laptop with wireless service through an Internet service provider.

[0230] An event will be defined as an “alarm,” the event will be boxed, and pink, purple, and red lights will flash on the viewing screen device. Purple and pink lights with a red stripe will flash on the viewing screen device, and purple lights will flash on the instrument. If a biological pathogen or unknown substance is detected, the instrument will automatically shut down, sound an alarm, and close the line to contain the substance. The algorithm is designed to turn on the pump in the “auxiliary tube” (aka “secondary tube” that connects to the instrument after the liquid viewing tube section), pump the threat into another liquid viewing tube, and then re-evaluate the threat after passing through a separate reservoir containing a biosurfactant cocktail using a separate image magnification device and microscope slide. After circulating through a separate liquid tube UMMDA than the first (named the second device with biosurfactant option or “Ridcrobe”), if the biosurfactant cocktail is able to break down the cell wall of the virus, break down bacteria, or break down contaminants, the (primarily “primary”) liquid tube device will turn back on and operation will resume.

[0231] The last method after a pathogen or germ alert appears in the instrument list is through the Internet database. A website called the Global Virus Network (https: / / www.gvn.ai) will use artificial intelligence to alert all governments and medical institutions around the world and allow them to access unknown substances obtained by the instrument. If necessary, GVN will trigger a contact tracer to prevent the spread of the virus. If the user needs it, the device can also determine the location of the substance through the global positioning system. The mobile phone with GPS is always connected to the instrument and only needs to locate the user. Tracking devices are also installed on drones and robots for the same purpose.

[0232] The magnet works by attracting metal to the area below the lens inside the tube. For contamination viewing and detection where metal may be involved, a magnet can be embedded in the tube to attract the metal, the magnet will be placed just below the lens so that the lens can view the metal particles. The magnet can be placed outside the tube or inside the tube. The externally placed magnet can be pulled a short distance from the tube to release the metal particles or dust, and the pump will clear the metal fragments (if any) from the tube.

[0233] The robotic arm is used to collect, capture, acquire, transport or deposit material into the UMMDA storage tank. If any material needs to be removed from the tube, including but not limited to metals, microorganisms, pathogens, viruses or biological germs, the nanorobotic arm will grab the specific material and place it into a separate storage, tube or transport container for later evaluation or transportation.

[0234] If the material detected from the device is a threat to the organism, it may still require further evaluation, at which point the robotic arm will hold the material for further evaluation, which can be determined by other sensors such as lasers or cantilevers. If the material requires further attention, a separate tube will hold a higher magnification range for further evaluation.

[0235] The next section is the image magnification device used by the device. There are many different types of devices and lenses used in this device.

[0236] The present device uses many different image magnification devices. To facilitate understanding of the magnification component device of the present device, when the phrase "image magnification device" is used, it can be any image magnification device listed in this patent application.

[0237] For the purposes of this patent application, an image magnifying device is a mechanical or electronic magnifying measuring device that has a magnifying function. An optical lens magnifies the apparent size (physical size) of a substance. Within a pipeline, more than one image magnifying device may or may not be required, depending on the application (they may be focused individually, together, manually, or by the device's algorithm). The device may also use the image magnifying device to detect movement, cellular structure details, mobility, motility, color, size, and shape to accurately identify objects.

[0238] The tube contains an embedded microscope slide. An image magnification device is placed directly above the slide for detection, and the lenses are connected to computer software and algorithm programs that detect substances in real time. These lenses can be basic optical lenses, magnification lenses, lenses attached to microscopes with bases, folding mirror lenses, optical microscopes, electron microscopes, super-resolution microscopes, fluorescence microscopes, X-ray machines, magnetic resonance imaging machines, nuclear magnetic resonance devices, and telescope lenses.

[0239] If a specific magnification device machine is required, such as an X-ray machine or an MRI machine, the entire machine will have a tube of liquid running through the machine. Some method will need to be used, such as draining the liquid, and the remaining material is captured on a platform inside the machine. Water and liquid will ruin the application and must be removed first.

[0240] Some image magnification devices do not use a microscope condenser. Instead of a condenser, the portion of the tube below the image magnification device (and near the ambient light) will have an embedded illuminator to illuminate the area between the microscope slides. Some optics have their own computer software and algorithmic program that manages all the optics inside and outside the entire microscope tube. Sometimes only a light source is used without a condenser, and the computer software and algorithmic program will manage the light intensity required for accurate observation and detection of matter. The image magnification device can be placed anywhere outside the tube. The image magnification device can be close to or far from the tube. Specific optics can also be placed inside the tube. There is no limit to the number or type of image magnification devices or optics that can be used by UMMDA, or their combination. The algorithms learn from the data obtained by the image magnification devices and optics and transmit the data to other algorithms in the device. The focus of the image magnification device can be manually operated by a single person or multiple people, where each person in the group can manually focus one image magnification device. The focus of the image magnification device can also be operated by the optics focus algorithm and a third-party software program, or it can be automated. The picture tube assembly has its own computer software and algorithmic program that manages the entire picture tube device.

[0241] On some versions of the equipment, the entire microscope (and its components) may be used. The entire microscope will be defined as all of the parts that are included when the microscope is purchased from a vendor that sells microscopes to the public. These parts include, but are not limited to, electrical connections, bases, microscope slide platforms, lenses, illumination devices, and condensers.

[0242] Depending on the length of the conduit, there may be many types of image magnification devices listed in this patent application. The image magnification device can be located outside the tube, inside the tube, or away from the tube. The image magnification device (including optical magnification lenses, and also folding optical lenses and folding lenses) can be located on the top of the tube, below the tube, on the side of the liquid tube, or on the truss supporting the liquid tube.

[0243] Folded optics is an optical system in which a light beam is bent in such a way that the optical path is much longer than the dimensions of the system. An example is a prismatic binocular with two right-angled glass prisms that uses the principle of total internal reflection. The incoming light undergoes two internal reflections, giving the observer a wider field of view. For this reason, prismatic binoculars are more popular than conventional telescopes. One version of the device uses only glass microscope slides.

[0244] A microscope slide is located just below the image magnification device. In this patent application, all microscope slides are referred to as "slides" and they can have different characteristics. For the purpose of this patent application, the slides in this patent application can be any type of microscope slide. The thickness of microscope slides varies from ultra-thin to ultra-thick. The liquid tube usually has two microscope slides, both of which are embedded or glued inside the liquid tube. There may also be a slide cover (externally placed on the top of the tube) for oil immersion applications. The tube usually has a top slide and a bottom slide with a certain distance between them. The tube can be placed horizontally on the ground or vertically on the ground. The design of the tube can be one slide above the other, and in some cases, the slides can be placed parallel to each other inside the tube. The distance between the two slides varies. The slides can be made of any transparent material. Most slides are made of glass.

[0245] For applications such as viewing only contaminants, the distance between the slides is larger so that large individual materials and large clumps can be viewed, detected, and identified. If the slides are very close together in the tube, the application may have filters and screens that only allow very small materials (such as individual viruses) to flow between the two slides.

[0246] In some cases, only one microscope slide may be used in each tube. For example, if a manual application is used and the user is examining larger dirt and dust particles for a school science project.

[0247] The unit can be equipped with an adjustable microscope slide option for high-end applications with small substances such as viruses. One or two microscope slides can be set on a track with gears, where a micro-mechanical device can lower or raise one or both slides on the track.

[0248] The device can also use a three-slide method. The top slide is placed on the second slide, where the top slide is very close to the second slide. Another third slide is used in the device, where the difference in distance between the second (middle) slide and the third bottom slide is twice.

[0249] A method of adjustable microscope slides whereby the space between microscope slides in a liquid tube can be increased or decreased manually by the user or electronically by the instrument. Adjustable slides can work in two ways. One way is where only one microscope slide is adjustable, the bottom slide is adjustable, and the top slide in the liquid tube is recessed into the liquid tube. The second way is a layered three slide system where the top slide is static and the bottom two slides are adjustable. Another completely different method is where the top recessed microscope slide is recessed into the liquid tube (non-removable), the bottom slide is adjustable, and the top slide on the top slide is placed outside the liquid tube (non-removable).

[0250] The instrument can be equipped with three adjustable microscope slide options for high-end identification and detection of several forms of inputs: large bodies of water, surface materials, and airborne materials, where the instrument operates at a higher level. The space between the second and third slides can be 1 inch to allow for detection of large materials.

[0251] The next part is the pump part, which intermittently pumps the liquid containing the substance into the tube and out of the tube (placed at both ends of the tube).

[0252] Inside the tubes are pumps that pump liquids in and out of the tubes. Pumps can also be located anywhere inside, outside, or on the tubes. Pumps can pump liquids, air, matter, or a combination of all. Pumps can be nanometer-scale or large industrial-scale pipes, such as large municipal water pipes. Tubes can be connected by other tubes to form a circular flow, or they can be open at both ends to allow liquids to flow continuously like the ocean. The equipment must manage the pumps to time transitions between intermittent pumping, allowing the material more time to stay under the lens and between the slide for the autofocus application software to focus. When time to focus on the material is an issue, many pumps can be used to move the liquid through many parallel tubes with many lenses to obtain more data in less time.

[0253] It is also possible to use gravity to place one end of the tube higher than the other end so that the liquid or water flows through the tube without the help of a pump. This method can be used when the actual location of the device is lower than the water body, such as when an artificial lake is located on a mountain and the device is located in a lower area near the lake. If the operating environment of the UMMDA is in the sea, where there are seaweed and clumping materials (such as discarded fishing lines), a filter or multiple layers of filters can be placed in front of the pump to filter out larger materials. The screens can be placed one after another, and the space between the screens can be made smaller. The pump design can also reverse and produce backwash to wash away debris from the filter screen. The water pump can be placed not far below the waterline to avoid harder materials close to the seabed. If materials at the bottom of the seabed are needed, robots and water vessels with robotic arms can obtain these materials and deposit them in a reservoir above the water surface where the device is located.

[0254] The next part is testing blood, urine, and semen using a black light.

[0255] Black lights can be installed on the UMMDA mobile vehicle, and the cameras on the UMMDA mobile vehicle can show users whether there is blood, urine and semen on bedding, floors, carpets and walls. These images can be transmitted to the UMMDA and uploaded to the command center for further evaluation via wired, wireless or upload.

[0256] In some embodiments, a black light can be installed on the device of the present disclosure, and the camera on it can show the user whether there is blood, urine and semen on the bedding, floor, carpet and walls. These images can be transmitted to the control unit, transmitted to a laptop computer via wired or wireless means, or uploaded to a command center for further evaluation.

[0257] The next section explains how UMMDA provides results.

[0258] The results of the detection and recognition can be provided to the user in the form of printed results, verbal results (UMMDA chatbot), electronically sent results (email and text), or can be viewed on a glass plate that can visually change the form and level of the results through sign language and light codes. The device can also project the results onto a separate viewing screen such as a glass wall, Dragontrail or Xensation. Descriptions of the data and results, pictures, videos, data result types and prediction information can also be seen on Zoom or Google Meet.

[0259] All types of results will be referred to hereinafter as "UMMDA results".

[0260] More detailed data can be determined from any result, such as length, width, weight (if required), color, motility, mobility, circumference, diameter, spikes, crowns, surface description and whether the material is in clusters or single form. Second level viewing reports can send video and pictures as well as text. Results also include the degree of material contamination marked in different color fonts, language selection, result details and data interpretation, material maturity and age and scan time.

[0261] The communication software program provides text-to-speech communication with the device and speech-to-text communication with the device through the video / display of the phone, tablet, laptop, server and computer settings panel, or a computer connected to the device by wire or wireless. The results of the device can be communicated through the device, and both the user and the chatbot can answer and ask questions through the device. The microphone on any phone, tablet, laptop, server or desktop can interact with the device through the communication software program or "UMMDA Chatbot".

[0262] There are three ways for substances to enter the storage:

[0263] Accessed by the user (by hand), directly by a pump in the UMMDA, or by a UMMDA mobile vehicle. Prior to this, the material had to be captured, collected, or acquired using various methods.

[0264] Material can be obtained from water bodies, surfaces, or air for detection by the UMMDA. Material includes solids, liquids, and gases. Material can be collected manually by the user, automatically by the UMMDA mobile vehicle, or a combination of both. There are two ways for material to enter the UMMDA. Liquids are pumped directly into the UMMDA, or material is deposited into the UMMDA reservoir. If the manual method is selected (without using the UMMDA mobile vehicle), the user collects material by hand and deposits the material into the liquid tube reservoir.

[0265] Liquids can be "swarms" with a high density of matter in the entire liquid, "swarms" with a low density of matter, or "swarms" with only one microorganism or a few molecules, such as more than 150 million molecules in a drop of water. Liquids can be easily pumped and flow easily through the liquid pipe, like water, or thick liquids mixed with contaminants, or liquids that are inherently thick, like ethylene glycol. If the device determines that the liquid is too dense to pass through the pipe (the pipe flow meter is located in the liquid pipe), the pipe flow meter software will shut down the UMMDA. The liquid pipe and reservoir need to be emptied or cleaned of liquid. The filter between the reservoir and the liquid pipe may need to be cleaned or replaced, depending on the content and density of the matter. The device monitors the flow through the liquid pipe through the pipe flow calculator (flow meter) to determine if one or more pumps in the liquid pipe are under pressure. The pressure in the pipe can also be calculated as a sign that the pump is under pressure. Sometimes, water can be added to the reservoir and liquid pipe to facilitate the flow of liquid. If oil is present, a biosurfactant or solvent can be used to dilute the oil in the reservoir. For purposes of this patent application and this section, substances may be mixed with liquids, liquids may be mixed with substances, and gases and getters may be mixed with both.

[0266] UMMDA manual method - requires the user to hold a cloth in their hand, wipe the surface with the cloth, and rinse the cloth in the liquid in the reservoir. The user can also use a drop and drag device, such as a small garden rake, to get surface material.

[0267] Continuous and Circulation Methods. Two methods of collecting liquids and water. There are two methods of pumping liquids through pipes to obtain the best results for substance detection. An unlimited amount of liquid enters the system, called the "continuous method". This method is suitable for large bodies of water. A limited amount of liquid is called the "circulation method", in which the substance is deposited into a reservoir, and the liquid and substance in the entire system (liquid pipes and reservoirs) are constant.

[0268] Substances are taken from water sources such as streams and creeks (flowing water) or from larger water bodies such as lakes and oceans. Pumps are placed wherever water is available. Pumps can range in size from nano to very large pumps such as those used in municipal water treatment plants. Liquids can be pumped into reservoirs using a continuous method or bypassing the reservoirs and pumping directly into the UMMDA liquid pipe. UMMDA mobile trucks or users use continuous methods or pump directly from water bodies into the unit.

[0269] With this approach, the reservoir can be drained from the drone and robot and replaced with new fluid, or the reservoir can be left alone to overflow and the excess fluid can flow over the side of the reservoir. With this approach, the device can be mounted on a sloping hillside and the excess fluid can flow directly back to the source of water. Alternatively, the fluid can flow off the side into a nearby drain or sewer.

[0270] It is also possible to pump water from a body of water such as the ocean into a storage tank equipped with an agitator. If the water source (body of water, creek, lake stream, municipal water treatment plant) is far away, drones and or robots will be needed to carry liquid back and forth from a storage tank equipped with a pump to fill the storage tank with the water or liquid that may be needed.

[0271] Liquid is pumped from a body of water such as a lake or ocean into a liquid pipe. This method is a static operation (without the use of a UMMDA mobile vehicle) with the equipment close to the top of the water body. The liquid pipe is open at both ends and the pumps are located at the beginning, middle (if necessary) and end of the liquid pipe. Most of the time, in large water bodies there are many different types of microorganisms, substances, organic and inorganic matter flowing in the water. Therefore, the water pump can capture a variety of substances in these water bodies and waterways (such as streams). The water pump can be set on the water bed, anywhere between the water bed and the water surface, or it can be set only on the water surface near the shore to collect liquids, liquid substances (a combination of liquids and substances) and substances on the water bed, hereinafter referred to as sludge.

[0272] To repeat, there are two ways that material enters the UMMDA. Either by pumping liquid directly into the UMMDA from a large body of water, hereafter referred to as the "UMMDA Continuous Method," or by depositing material into the UMMDA reservoir. The Circulation Method discussed above can be used to pump liquid into the reservoir or bypass the reservoir and pump directly into the UMMDA liquid line. When using the Circulation Method, a certain amount of liquid is circulated until a material is detected or the liquid in the entire system shows no material or new data, and no more liquid enters the entire system through the reservoir. When using the Circulation Method, the detected materials and the categories determined create a log of the same class of materials that have been determined and detected more than 10 times. Liquid entering the reservoir can also be dropped / dripped / gravity / placed by a robotic arm either statically or attached to the UMMDA mobile cart. The user has the option of manually accessing materials and liquids to deposit materials and liquids into the reservoir.

[0273] The amount of liquid and substance in the whole system cannot reach a certain level at the same time. The purpose of this method is to obtain a more accurate data set, where liquid and substance are constantly circulating in the system, and there is a high probability that the substance in the liquid is pumped into the liquid tube through the space between the microscope slides. If the UMMDA circulates the liquid for a certain time (duration) and detects the same substance more than 10 times, the device will send a message or dialogue to the user through the chatbot, or flash a green light to indicate that the device is ready to deposit more liquid or substance into the reservoir. The same kind of notification or half brown light / half yellow light indicates that the system must be emptied, or the filter in the reservoir must be replaced. Flashing white light indicates that the filter must be replaced. This method can be used with a certain amount. If the user or drone and robot chooses to place the pipe randomly in the water, or through the UMMDA 3d view, the UMMDA algorithm can instruct the drone and robot to place the water pump connection extension pipe to the location of the UMMDA, thus starting this method. The algorithms already know where and where not to place the extension pipe.

[0274] Closed systems are often used for pathogens or biological substances in hospital, military and law enforcement applications. Closed systems to outside air and surface substances (open and close) are those applications that target biological germs, pathogens and viruses, such as many different pathogens lurking in the air and on surfaces in hospital environments. For example, applications where it is important to get a specific substance from a specific area, such as getting a specific substance from an emergency room, because the emergency room has a large flow of people and needs to be monitored.

[0275] Another example is a patient with a severe ulcer in a hospital who cannot be exposed to any external substances. Since the skin cannot resist the invasion of pathogens, this special victim can be transported using a swab placed in a sterile tube, thus limiting the harm to the patient and the contamination of the substance.

[0276] This learning process is ongoing for UMMDA. Other methods for collecting material from surfaces and air are described in the next section.

[0277] As described in the previous section, materials and liquids can be transported to the liquid pipe device by a pump placed in the water body, or deposited into the UMMDA reservoir. The UMMDA can be operated manually or automatically when collecting materials. The manual method requires the user to expend physical effort to collect materials by hand. The automatic method of collecting materials, hereinafter referred to as "automatic", utilizes the UMMDA mobile cart. The UMMDA can be programmed to use both automatic and manual methods.

[0278] The methods for acquiring and capturing substances to be deposited into liquid tubes (which may sometimes be dry inside the tubes) are as follows: 1. A UMMDA mobile cart using woven and screen materials; 2. A UMMDA mobile cart using pillars; 3. An on-demand and dragging method using a UMMDA mobile cart using a robotic arm; 4. An on-demand and dragging method using a UMMDA mobile cart without a robotic arm; 5. A method of adhering substances using a UMMDA mobile cart using a robotic arm; 6. A method of adhering substances using a UMMDA mobile cart without a robotic arm; 7. A mobile cart using a robotic arm to pick up objects; 8. A mobile cart that rotates a fan while the DWCS is charging.

[0279] Using these methods, with only one opening at the top of the reservoir, the UMMDA mobile vehicle can deposit, place, unload, pour or drip small amounts of liquids and combinations of substances into the reservoir. Figure 1 Shown is a "reservoir opening" which can be open at the top, half open, or almost completely closed, connected to a liquid tube. Agitators and pumps in the reservoir constantly circulate the liquid, and new material enters the system through the reservoir. The liquid can be replaced when the software program determines that the reservoir is blocked (when there is no reservoir), the circulating liquid has been saturated with the detected material, or the liquid in the entire system has reached full capacity. When the fill line in the reservoir is breached, it is full capacity.

[0280] Automated applications (after mapping out a 3D view of the area) generally obtain liquid from large bodies of water, such as a backyard pond. Manual applications are less accurate due to the limited amount of data obtained and the possibility of contamination by humans. Using drones and robots, many samples of material can be obtained in a 24-hour period because drones and robots can continuously deposit material into the reservoir, while humans may get tired and start making mistakes by obtaining samples from the same areas, drones and robots are programmed to obtain samples from every part of the water body. Using this method, the liquid in the reservoir can be drained and then replaced with new liquid provided by the drones and robots, or the reservoir can be allowed to overflow on its own and the excess liquid can flow to the side of the reservoir. Using this method, the equipment can be installed on a sloping hillside and the excess liquid can flow directly back to the water source. Alternatively, the liquid can flow off the side into a nearby drain or sewer.

[0281] UMMDA mobile vehicles use woven mesh materials and screen materials. Woven mesh materials are used to capture airborne matter with drones, robots and watercraft. Metal, plastic and fabric meshes are attached to the sturdy frame of the UMMDA mobile vehicle to collect airborne matter. The movement of the vehicle and the propeller movement "propeller scouring" of the drones, robots and aircrafts will generate airflow. Airborne matter is attracted by the small holes in the mesh through the airflow generated by the woven material. For the purpose of this patent application, airborne matter is defined as any type of matter floating in the air, including microorganisms and pollutants attached to dust, skin cells, or a mixture of solid particles and droplets. These airborne matter may be attracted by woven materials such as metal, plastic fabrics, or any materials woven together. The materials woven together can be one or more different materials. For the purpose of this patent application, woven material refers to any type of material or different materials woven together to form a mesh structure that is placed in or on a sturdy structure such as a cylinder or sturdy frame attached to the UMMDA mobile vehicle. This sturdy frame that wraps around the mesh structure and attaches it to a moving vehicle is used to capture material floating in the air for testing at UMMDA.

[0282] After capturing some of the material from the air, the mesh is flushed with a "flushing liquid" while the mesh is positioned above a reservoir connected to a liquid tube. The airborne material captured in the mesh travels with the flushing liquid into the reservoir and is then pumped to an embedded microscope slide for detection. In this patent application, this process is referred to as UMMDA mesh and flushing sediment into a reservoir.

[0283] Each UMMDA mobile vehicle has a unique method of collecting material from the air and releasing the collected material into a UMMDA reservoir connected to a liquid pipe.

[0284] The drone uses a mesh located in a propeller column to capture airborne material. The propeller flusher pulls (or pushes) air through the tube and the material floating in the air becomes trapped in the mesh. After the drone completes its capture of airborne material floating in a designated area, the drone lands on a charging pad at a precise location above the reservoir to recharge the battery. The charging pad is connected to the device, which powers the charging pad to charge the drone while flushing the drone's mesh. The pad is waterproof and insulated from the liquid used to flush some (not all) of the capture material from the mesh. Since the drone and the mesh column are located above the Direct Wireless Charging System Pad (DWCSP), the flushing liquid with the airborne capture material is transferred (dribbled or flowed) into the reservoir along with the flushing liquid droplets.

[0285] The column on the drone has an inlet into which a stream of water or liquid is sprayed from a reservoir. The material combined with the water or liquid is flushed out of the mesh and falls (is transferred) directly into the reservoir.

[0286] The flushing of the propellers forces air through the air column, and dust and matter, as well as matter attached to the dust, are drawn into the filter. After 15 minutes of flight, the drone will sit on top of a reservoir connected to a liquid tube to discharge the column of matter caught in the filter, while charging on a pad that recharges the battery.

[0287] Both the drone and robot columns hold a woven mesh that is tilted 45 degrees (in the column) and only takes up half of the column diameter. The reason for the mesh positioning (45 degrees) is to allow the liquid flush to have a path that flows directly through the column into a reservoir that is connected to the liquid tube. The nozzle of the reservoir is positioned to flow water or other types of liquids directly into the column port when the drone is charging.

[0288] Aircraft can capture airborne matter by placing a filter in front of the propeller. In this patent application, an aircraft is defined as a floating device with a propeller on the water surface, used as a water propulsion device. The woven net can spray water, which drips into a funnel with a tube, and the funnel flows into a reservoir connected to a liquid tube.

[0289] Robots utilize different methods to acquire airborne material. In most UMMDA inspection applications, drones are used to capture airborne material for meshing and flushing the UMMDA. In some versions of the UMMDA, drones are not used, only robots. This robotic version of the UMMDA must be used to inspect some airborne materials. For example, in assisted living facilities, both staff and residents allow robots to roam the floors, but the flying machines can cause stress. In this version of the UMMDA, the robot uses a fan in a mesh column, and the airflow created by the fan through the mesh column will capture material on the mesh and fan blades. The robot column is positioned higher than the edge of the reservoir connected to the liquid tube, so the robot can sit on the DWCSP to load while the column is tilted at a 45-degree angle. At the top of the column, a water hose can be manually inserted to allow water to flow through the column to flush the material into the reservoir.

[0290] Fabric and non-fabric filters can be installed on the bottom of the drone. The filters have two functions. They are located under the thrusters (propellers), and the wash and airflow of the propellers collects material. Indoor and outdoor air often contains airborne materials such as dust, allergens, mold and pollutants. The dust collected by the filters often has other materials attached. The filters are on the UMMDA drone, inside the drone or on the landing gear of the drone. When placed anywhere on the drone, the air passing through the filters collects airborne dust.

[0291] In the drone reservoir deposition method, the reservoir opening has rails that run across the top of the reservoir. The filter is small enough to fit through the rails so the level of liquid in the reservoir is just below the rails. When the drone lands on the reservoir rails, the filter and the material collected on the filter are submerged in the reservoir.

[0292] The user can replicate this method through manual application, where a fan suspends the fabric over a fan will eventually collect the material. After turning off the reservoir agitator, the user can manually place the fabric into the reservoir (below the water surface), which will release some of the material into the reservoir. The user can also choose to manually wring the fabric out of the liquid after placing it below the water surface in the reservoir.

[0293] Method of depositing material from the UMMDA mobile vehicle onto the top of the reservoir.

[0294] With this approach, the UMMDA mobile vehicle can deposit material into the UMMDA reservoir in a variety of ways:

[0295] By utilizing the robotic arm “robot arm” on the UMMDA mobile vehicle, the robot arm can place the material into the reservoir with little to no splashing of the material,

[0296] If splashing is not an issue (detecting allergens is the user's primary goal, and allergens are everywhere), a drone can be used to fly over the reservoir and drop a sample of the substance into the reservoir. Some splashing will occur, and sometimes missed detections will occur. Gusts of wind can cause this to happen, and the substance is dropped outside the reservoir, or the liquid or substance is dropped directly onto a conveyor belt, one end of which is located on top of the reservoir.

[0297] UMMDA Methods of Collecting Material from Surfaces. There are 2 methods of collecting material from surfaces. The UMMDA Mobile Vehicle Wiping Method. If the user chooses the manual wiping method, the user wipes the surface with a cloth and deposits material in the same manner as by submerging the cloth below the waterline of a reservoir. The UMMDA Mobile Vehicle Surface Collection Method uses a robotic arm that grasps a fabric with its claws, wipes the surface with the fabric, and then submerges the fabric below the surface of the reservoir. The robotic arm can also use a method in which the fabric is wrapped around the robotic arm and touched, wiped, stippled, or dragged along the surface to collect material from the fabric weave strands and the interstices between them.

[0298] As the mobile component of the UMMDA, the drone has different methods of operation: Mapping a 3D view of the area where the UMMDA will be used to detect substances. Acquiring substances from the air. Collecting substances through prop washing and screens. Acquiring surface substances using a wiping method with a robotic arm and fabric. Transporting substances, the UMMDA drone can be equipped with a robotic arm to transport substances or deposit them into a reservoir. Repair. If the UMMDA has problems such as leaks, blockages or mechanical failures, the drone can be operated by a technician remotely through a camera and a robotic arm to solve the problem. Equipment can also choose to use drone-assisted robots to repair equipment problems.

[0299] The robot, an integral part of UMMDA, has a different method of operation: mapping a 3D view of the area where UMMDA will be used to detect matter.

[0300] The robot acquires material from the ground surface by wiping the fabric, stippling or dragging. The robot can also transport the material and deposit it into a storage container, or the UMMDA robot can be equipped with a robotic arm to transport the material identified as IDK to the nearest laboratory for further evaluation. The robot can also transfer the material to the UMMDA drone for further transportation.

[0301] If there is a leak, blockage or mechanical failure in the equipment, the robot can correct the problem through the camera and robotic arm, and the technician who remotely controls the robot can also choose to use robot-assisted drones to repair equipment problems.

[0302] The robot can use other methods to collect matter by rolling spheres on a surface. Spheres made of different materials are stacked one on top of another, each hollow and getting smaller as they get closer to the center of the sphere. The spheres can have multiple layers, each with holes in its surface. Rolling the spheres on the surface will collect matter that adheres to the surface of the spheres. The spheres can then be dipped into a reservoir below the surface with a robotic arm. Some of the matter on the surface of the hollow spheres will be released into the reservoir for detection purposes.

[0303] The seacraft that is part of the UMMDA has a different method of operation: draw a three-dimensional view of the area where the UMMDA will be used to detect substances. The UMMDA can be placed on top of the seacraft for operation. A pump can be placed on the seacraft to pump liquid from the water body into a reservoir located on top of the boat.

[0304] The UMMDA watercraft can collect material from the water surface using a robotic arm with a cup and pour the water into a UMMDA water reservoir located at the water's edge or on top of a boat or ship. The watercraft can also be an airboat.

[0305] The robotic arm may be fixed, a mobile robotic arm connected to the UMMDA, or a robotic arm fixed to the device. The robotic arm may also be remotely manually operated, or automatically operated by the UMMDA. For the purposes of this patent application, a robotic arm is defined as a large or small (nanotech size) robotic arm that replicates the movements of a human arm and fingers. In this patent application, mechanical arms and robot arms are used interchangeably, and they can be operated by equipment (automatically) or users (manually), hereinafter referred to as mechanical arms.

[0306] The robotic arm has many uses in this application.

[0307] In this patent application, they can collect, capture, transport and separate substances. They deposit, drop, throw, scrape, drag, use objects and fabrics to obtain materials for testing, or immerse themselves in the container by UMMDA or the user. They immerse the object with the material on the surface into the top of the container. Once the object is immersed in the liquid in the reservoir, part of the material attached to its surface is released into the circulating water by the agitator. The robot arm can immerse its robot arm or the object with the material attached to the surface held by the robot arm.

[0308] The robotic arm can be mounted anywhere on the equipment, next to the material deposit inlet, on drones, robots and water vehicles that may need to solve related problems with other UMMDA mobile vehicles. The robotic arm collects the material using a fabric wiping method for depositing in the storage room.

[0309] The sticky substance container is used to apply a sticky substance to the surface of an object or fabric to attract, capture and hold the substance on the surface of the object so that the object is immersed in the sticky substance container (slightly immersed, completely immersed, or somewhere in between).

[0310] In this patent application, a reservoir will be defined as a container for a viscous substance such as a solid, viscous, or liquid, or any other type of container made of any material that can hold a liquid, a solid, or a mixture of the two, the top of the container can be fixed, the container can be opened or closed by the user, or it can be mechanically operated and automatically operated, and it will not leak. The purpose of the container is to allow the user to manually immerse an object in the container, or to allow the UMMDA robot (only the robot arm, the robot arm claw, or the robot arm holding the object) to immerse itself below the surface line of a viscous substance such as a liquid or a viscous protein. The viscous substance in the container can be two or more kinds of mixed together.

[0311] In this patent application, soluble substances are dissolved in a liquid (usually water). The mixture is a solution, which can be transparent. The dissolved solids are called solutes. Solutions can easily pass through liquid tubes. Some viscous substances are soluble. Insoluble substances that are only soluble in liquids other than water can also be used in applications. For these substances, liquid tubes can be used instead of water tubes. For example, if a protein is introduced into a reservoir filled with water, water is needed to emulsify or release the protein and substances attached to the protein into the reservoir.

[0312] For the purposes of this patent application, sticky substances include, but are not limited to: silicones starting with PEG, natural shampoos, proteins, bacterial secretions, salt, honey, sugar, milk powder, and cooked rice.

[0313] The reservoir of the device can circulate materials introduced from the surface of the object into the liquid tube, where large materials (such as rice) are filtered out by the screen and or filter before entering the liquid tube.

[0314] The method involves coating a portion of an object (such as a sphere) with a sticky substance (such as protein) so that the protein adheres to the surface of the sphere after it is immersed in a container of protein. The robot (or user) then rolls, touches, taps, or drags the sphere across a surface, where the substance is disturbed and the protein attracts the substance to the surface of the sphere and sticks until the robot submerges the sphere in a liquid tube reservoir. Since the sticky substance may be water-soluble, the surface may need to be cleaned with water after capturing the substance.

[0315] A manual way to get substances for home manual application is to use the rolling ball method. This device uses a ball that can be coated with sticky substances, such as protein. The ball can be rolled over the surface by hand to collect the substance. Marker spray paint rolling applicator. The ball has multiple layers of surface, one ball inside another larger ball, and one ball can have many balls inside it.

[0316] When hazardous materials are detected and the UMMDA warning light flashes, the area can be quarantined. A robotic arm may be required on the UMMDA mobile vehicle to close the liquid pipeline or transfer hazardous materials. Some UMMDAs may be equipped with gates that need to be installed inside the liquid pipeline to contain detected biological germs or pathogens. The gate is a UMMDA option with specific algorithms that law enforcement and military applications will utilize.

[0317] In the high-end version of the device, the expensive version will have an adjustable nano-filter to capture very small substances in single form, such as viruses. The Nano-Adjustable Filter "NAF Filter" will be embedded in the liquid tube and operated manually or automatically by the instrument. The NAF sieve will be assisted by nano-robotic arms, which will place tiny substances such as viruses directly under the lens for observation, or on top of a cantilever beam to obtain the weight of the substance.

[0318] The distance between spaces in the screen can be adjusted to allow only virus-sized microorganisms and smaller spaces. The crossbars of the screen can be adjusted to allow material as small as 0.22 nanometers, while viruses are approximately 20 nanometers to 400 nanometers in size. Bacteria, which are approximately 1 to 2 micrometers in diameter and 5 to 10 micrometers in length, can also be captured by the screen, which is determined by the device to be slightly larger than bacteria.

[0319] The user can choose not to use the image magnification device and connect the laser to a separate computer processing unit with the detection algorithm program and imaging feed. The laser can be mounted just above the reservoir or just above the liquid tube. The laser can be solid laser, gas laser, liquid laser, chemical laser and metal vapor laser, which are available in different colors, such as green laser (brighter than red laser) and red laser. In this application, the laser is used to detect viruses and bacteria, and the laser is mounted on the UMMDA to detect the molecular makeup of microorganisms in liquid tubes and reservoirs. In this special user option (usually used in research facilities and is a gain function), the liquid level in the reservoir is very low. The laser uses Raman spectroscopy to measure the photons of the material in the reservoir. How the laser detects the type and makeup of the material by shining the laser down into the reservoir or liquid tube. Other laser user options include: using an embedded microscope slide in the tube, using a top slide or removing the slide from the liquid tube and allowing the laser to shine directly into the tube to detect the molecular makeup of the material in the tube. It is also possible to set the laser above a very thin microscope glass slide to perform the same type of inspection as the UMMDA liquid tube option, where the slide is embedded in the liquid tube.

[0320] Specific laser algorithms detect and identify bacteria and viruses and report them in real time.

[0321] Lasers help do two things: help train the algorithm and detect matter. The next section is about what powers the instrument.

[0322] The power of this device is provided by any single power source or combination of power sources listed below. The power source of the device may be any one or more of the following power sources, including hydrogen fuel cells, nuclear energy (nuclear fission or nuclear fusion, atomic fusion or fusion energy), combustible engines (using natural gas, gasoline, diesel, petroleum-based fuels), solar energy generated by solar panels, wind energy generated by wind turbines, water energy generated by water wheels, battery power, magnetism, thermal energy or electrical energy (or electrical energy generated by the above power sources), or a direct wireless charging system "DWCS". The applicant has described the working principle and method of use of DWCS in an application previously submitted to the United States Patent and Trademark Office. The DWCS charging pad can be used to charge drones on the top of a reservoir, robots on the edge of a reservoir, and water vehicles on the water's edge.

[0323] Power is transferred and created for devices via a direct wireless charging system, hereinafter referred to as a "DWCS". For purposes of this patent application, a direct wireless charging system "DWCS" will be defined as the pads, rails, trusses and wires "DWCS" charging device", which can provide instantaneous charging to a UMMDA mobile vehicle that holds a storage device that holds a charge while in motion or stationary. This method charges the device without physically contacting or physically connecting any component to the charging device that holds the charge. When the UMMDA mobile vehicle is in proximity to the DWCS charging device, the charge can be wirelessly transferred to the UMMDA mobile vehicle. The device or its components can be charged by replacing the charging device that is charged by the DWCS.

[0324] The system works by placing the DWCS charging device on the ground, on ceilings and walls, on or near water (the device is waterproof), where drones, robots and water vehicles can charge and transfer power to another component of the device. The DWCS charging device can be plugged into an electrical outlet and transmit power to the UMMDA mobile vehicle through the mat. The DWCS charging device can also be charged by any of the above power sources, such as a combustible engine.

[0325] The physical aspects of the equipment have 4 main components: the steel frame, the generating unit, the reservoir and auxiliary reservoir components and the wired and wireless components (male and female connectors). Mobile vehicles are not included in this section and are not a requirement for manual home applications.

[0326] Steel frames or frame structures within steel frames are used to hold equipment components. In no particular order of importance: laptops, image magnification equipment, electronic circuit boards, panels that shut down automatically and manually in case of failure, hacking and vandalism) power cords, wireless, wired components, tubes, CPU (GPU), laptops, mobile phones, tablets, servers satellite equipment, CB radios (Citizens Band Radio) and their connections, wireless communication equipment, wired male and female connectors, wires, lights (to illuminate the equipment, microscope slides, for optical communications, for the area around the equipment, tablets, servers, power connections (or only one main connection for the entire equipment shutdown and components), power generation equipment frames for stability, antennas,

[0327] To facilitate setup and breakdown of the device, the device has a high-end version and a low-end manually operated version. Each version has a different setup and breakdown, and the low-end version of the device has many fewer components than the high-end version of the device. In this patent application, the high-end device is defined as a version of the device equipped with most of the components discussed in this patent application, including all types of computer software programs and algorithms discussed in this patent application. The low-end version is equipped with limited components discussed in this patent application and almost no computer software programs or algorithms. The lowest-end version of the device will be equipped with real-time detection and recognition algorithms, a laptop computer, and test tubes (two embedded slides, a pump). The next version will begin to include more and more components. After the observation algorithm is included, the next version will be available. Higher-end options become available, and with higher-end instrument versions, just choose from the list of components listed in this patent application.

[0328] Low-end equipment can be shipped in one Pelican case, while high-end equipment can be shipped in multiple Pelican cases. For large municipal equipment inspection, identification and viewing operations, equipment will be manufactured on site and some components will be shipped in Pelican cases.

[0329] The setup of the device. The setup of the instrument is determined by the version of the instrument. The time required is determined by many factors, the main factor being the scale of the operation. If the user operates a manual device at home, the device can be taken out of the Pelican box, placed on the table and plugged in. The manual operation of the device can be carried out under the guidance of the manual. After filling the circulating water tank with water, it can be plugged in for use.

[0330] The user may decide to discard the tube, retain all other components, and purchase a new tube for use in another operation. Equipment parts may be leased, licensed, or purchased without requiring disassembly of the equipment.

[0331] Platform trusses for equipment, metal frame, wired, wireless, place for laptop on metal platform for equipment wires, USB, cat 5, electrical cords, electrical extension cords.

[0332] For transport, installation and or removal of tubes of large lengths and or large cross-sections, the tubes can be designed to be folded, coiled or rolled for storage in boxes.

[0333] The first step of the setup - is the setup of the tube assembly. The first option is whether the user wants a manual or automatic version. The assembly can be wired to the device or wirelessly. There is also the option of manually operating the device, and for longer lengths of tube or tube segments, the tube can be folded, coiled or wound for storage in a box. Before transporting the tube, a liquid pump can be used to drain the liquid from the tube.

[0334] Environmental applications require minimal disturbance to the immediate device location or to locations miles away from where the device is placed or operated, with the device learning through its algorithms in conjunction with software programs what to do and not do in a specific environment. For the purposes of this patent application, an environmental disturbance will be defined as the physical displacement of matter that affects the environment in a way that is toxic and unhealthy to all living organisms, including plants, animals, and humans.

[0349] Although the embodiments of the present disclosure have been illustrated and described, it is obvious that the present disclosure is not limited to these embodiments. For those skilled in the art, many modifications, changes, variations, substitutions and equivalents will be apparent without departing from the scope of the present disclosure described in the claims.

[0350] One aspect of the present disclosure is to provide a liquid tube that is transparent on certain versions of the device so that the user can see how the device is working. The device can be programmed in 3 ways to reduce the detection accuracy or increase the accuracy. The accuracy can be set from 55% to 89%. High-end accuracy (above 75%) can be achieved through software programming. The next option is to slow down the intermittent pump. In the high-end version, the instrument can retain many image magnification devices and lengthen the liquid tube to accommodate these devices. This will also improve the real-time detection capabilities of pathogens or contaminants. With this high-end version, the motility and fluidity of microorganisms can be detected, so that more motion data can be detected. The transparent liquid tube may include a sample reservoir with an inlet and an outlet for storing liquid samples in pure water instead of water from a household sink. Sometimes, the water in the sink will contain impurities that will show up during the detection process. The main liquid tube can be transparent, embedded with a detection unit for detecting the presence of pathogens or contaminants in the liquid sample, a transparent sample inlet and a transparent sample outlet, wherein the sample inlet is connected to the outlet port of the sample storage; the auxiliary transparent liquid tube is connected to the sample outlet of the main transparent liquid tube, embedded with a detection unit for further analyzing the liquid sample input from the main transparent liquid tube; and a control unit that uses an artificial intelligence and machine learning platform to electronically communicate with the storage, the main transparent liquid tube and the auxiliary transparent liquid tube.

[0351] In some embodiments, when pathogenic microorganisms are preliminarily detected through the main transparent liquid tube, the auxiliary transparent liquid tube can be operated.

[0352] In some embodiments, if water is used, a transparent liquid tube can indicate the running speed, blockage conditions, and the dirtiness of the water in the tube.

[0353] In some embodiments, the device fluid line may use liquids other than water.

[0354] In certain embodiments, an alcohol-based liquid is used to kill microorganisms, revealing only contaminants.

[0355] In some embodiments, the transparent liquid channel may further include a display device for displaying pathogen detection results.

[0356] refer to Figure 1 , Figure 1 Schematically shows an embodiment of the present disclosure Figure 2 Liquid tubing connected to the sample reservoir. Figure 1 The sample storage in the sample storage is connected to a transparent liquid tube having a detection unit. The sample storage includes an inlet and an outlet, and a liquid sample is passed from the sample storage to the sample storage. Figure 1 The sample reservoir is pumped to the transparent liquid tube ( Figure 2) and an internal agitator 108 at the bottom of the reservoir having teeth for breaking up solid matter or microbial clumps and creating a vortex effect, thereby ensuring efficient processing and mixing of the liquid sample in the reservoir so that it fits between the microslides.

[0357] A sample reservoir can be defined as a waterproof container designed to hold a variety of substances, both liquid and solid. In addition, a replaceable filter can be installed between the reservoir and the transparent liquid tube, thus simplifying the filtration process. The reservoir is adaptable and can be selected as an open, closed or permanently open configuration to meet the different requirements of various applications and uses.

[0358] In certain embodiments, for example, in open applications such as ponds, once the liquid leaves the liquid tube, the liquid can be further advanced or directed into another tube or reservoir, which is referred to as a "bioactive agent treatment reservoir" or "bioactive agent treatment tube." This specialized container is responsible for introducing the biosurfactant into the liquid after detection. The biosurfactant treatment tank is an important learning environment for the algorithm, allowing the algorithm to absorb valuable knowledge related to biosurfactants, thereby improving the overall performance and adaptability of the system in detecting and processing various forms of substances.

[0359] "Biosurfactant treatment reservoirs" or "biosurfactant treatment tubes" facilitate the interaction of contaminants with biosurfactants or other liquid applications as they travel through the tubes or reservoirs. Independent image magnification devices, such as microscopes, are strategically mounted above or below these dedicated reservoirs or tubes to allow contaminant elimination identification algorithms to effectively evaluate the efficacy of biosurfactants and their mixtures with other environmental liquid applications in neutralizing contaminants. This evaluation is accomplished by comparing magnified images of pathogens or contaminants before and after the biosurfactant application.

[0360] In certain embodiments, the transparent liquid tube can be connected to multiple reservoirs as needed. Multiple reservoirs can be purpose-designed to accommodate a variety of liquids, including biosurfactants and various combinations, ratios of biosurfactants, and other environmentally relevant liquid applications. These specialized reservoirs can also accommodate liquids of varying dilutions and temperatures, creating a highly adaptable system that meets different requirements and applications. By providing this versatility, these reservoirs play a key role in optimizing the overall functionality and efficiency of the present disclosure.

[0361] The reservoir array containing biosurfactant glycolipids includes a variety of classes, including microbial biosurfactants, polymeric microbial surfactants, and enzymatically synthesized surfactants. The glycolipids in these reservoirs are diverse, including, but not limited to, surfactants, iturin, pancreas, lichenin, cyclolipopeptides, phospholipids, rhamnolipids, sophorolipids, trehalolipids, mannose erythrolipids, cellobiose lipids, lipoproteins, rubiwettins glycolipids, trehalose, ornithine, pentasaccharide lipids, mucins, bacitracins, lipopeptides, and combinations thereof.

[0362] refer to Figure 2 To Figure 4, the transparent liquid tube ( Figure 2 ) comprises at least one tube having a top wall 202 and a bottom wall 105 (see also Figure 3B ), a sample inlet 201 and a sample outlet 207, and a detection unit embedded in the tube (see also Figure 3B ). The transparent liquid tube may be connected to the control unit 205 or communicate with it electronically or wirelessly.

[0363] Each tube is fitted with a shut-off valve at both ends that can be turned manually (on all versions of the device).

[0364] In some embodiments, the tube may have an adjustable nano-filter to capture extremely small matter such as exotic forms of viruses. The nano-adjustable filter ("NAF filter") can be embedded in the liquid tube and operated manually or automatically by the device. The nano-adjustable filter can be assisted by a nano-manipulator to place tiny matter such as viruses directly under the lens for observation, or placed on top of a cantilever beam to obtain the weight of the matter.

[0365] The distance between spaces on the screen can be adjusted to allow only virus-sized microorganisms and other microorganisms smaller than the space to enter. The bar structure of the screen can be adjusted to allow the presence of substances as small as 0.22 nanometers, while the size of viruses is about 20 nanometers to 400 nanometers. Bacteria with a diameter of about 1 to 2 microns and a length of 5 to 10 microns can also be captured by the screen, which the device determines is slightly larger than the bacteria.

[0366] In certain embodiments, the sample storage ( Figure 1 ) is used to hold liquid samples. The inlet 101 is used to introduce the liquid sample into the sample storage, and the outlet 103 is used to remove the liquid sample from the sample storage ( Figure 1 ) extracted into a transparent liquid tube ( Figure 2 Large liquid samples can be broken up by the agitator 108 so that solid materials or material clumps can be small enough to pass through the liquid tube. Figure 1The sample pool in the can have a lower pump 110 and an upper pump 113 for circulating the liquid sample from the bottom to the top. The pump 110 can be controlled by the control unit 205 and automatically intermittently operated at time intervals and the duration of the entire operation, and can also be turned off and produce a reverse pumping action to flush out large pieces of material trapped in the transparent liquid tube.

[0367] The liquid sample pumped into the transparent liquid tube passes through the detection unit (see Figure 4A - Top slide and Figure 4B - bottom slide). The detection unit includes a light source, at least two micro slides (Figures 406 and 420), an image magnifying device (not shown) located above the top liquid tube wall (Figure 401), and a light detector (not shown). Figure 406 is a top slide fixed to the top wall of the liquid tube. Figure 420 is a bottom adjustable slide of the liquid tube. The micro slides in Figures 406 and 420 are located in the liquid tube, spaced opposite to each other, and have a sample surface for receiving and accommodating liquid samples. Figure 402 is a slope attached to the end of the slide in Figure 406 to facilitate liquid flow. Figure 403 is an axis passing through the liquid tube wall for fixing the pins in Figures 404 and 406. Fig. 413 is the power cord for the piston assembly. Fig. 417 is the base of Fig. 418 for securing the right side of the housing without the piston assembly. Figure 4C The flow of fluids and materials between the top slide (A) and the bottom slide (B) is shown.

[0368] In some embodiments, the liquid entering the tube from the reservoir (or the tube itself) may need to be heated or cooled by a cooling or heating element. The cooling or heating can be done inside the tube, outside the tube, or as the liquid enters the tube. This can be achieved by using basic water heating elements, such as electric heating elements in domestic water heaters, gas heating elements, or solar heating elements, which can be used to change the temperature of the liquid in the liquid tube.

[0369] Figure 3A A double microslide system is described in which two microslides (Figs. 301, 303) are spatially separated and have a groove on each side (Figs. 302, 304, 305) so that the entire structure forms an H shape. These grooves are specially designed to firmly hold the slide when it is inserted into the liquid tube (see Figure 3B), ensuring stability and precise positioning during analysis. The arrangement depicted in the figure allows for simultaneous testing of multiple specimens, facilitating efficient data collection and cross-comparison of results. This microslide configuration not only simplifies sample analysis workflows, but also minimizes the risk of cross-contamination and improves overall accuracy.

[0370] The distance between the microslides within the tube can be varied from just nanometers to several inches, providing great flexibility to accommodate different applications. For example, when the spacing between the microslides is several inches, the tube can be used to solve difficult problems related to contamination, while smaller gaps between the microslides are ideal for targeting viruses. This option provides the ability to manually or automatically adjust the distance between the two microslides, further increasing the system's adaptability to a variety of situations and enhancing the system's ability to effectively solve a range of environmental problems with unparalleled precision and effectiveness.

[0371] When viewing liquid samples through a tube, an image magnification device such as a microscope lens, with or without a condenser, can be used to replace the traditional bottom illumination source with a light source that lines the tube. This method, known as "running tube illumination or light source," directly illuminates the material below the lens for optimal inspection. The light source can be powered by direct current, electricity, or various types of lamps, including fluorescent, incandescent, light emitting diodes, neon, halogen, metal halide, high intensity discharge, and low or high pressure sodium. Internally placed lamps can be designed to be waterproof or watertight to ensure durability.

[0372] Additionally, light sources can be affixed to the outside of the transparent liquid tube to provide illumination or act as a heat source. In more advanced and expensive solutions, light sources can be embedded in the side of one or both microslides, or along the inside of the tube. External light sources can also be added to the transparent liquid tube. Such embedded or externally placed light sources may require higher intensity to detect tiny substances such as parvoviruses (20 nanometers), specific gaseous molecules, or metallurgical substances, thus requiring a dual-layer lighting solution. Certain light sources can also be used to heat the inside, outside, or other components of the tube, thereby enhancing its functionality and adaptability in a variety of applications.

[0373] In another embodiment, the user may choose not to use the image magnification device, but to connect the laser to a separate computer processor with the detection algorithm and imaging feed program. The laser can be mounted directly above the reservoir or directly above the transparent liquid tube. For example, the laser can be a solid laser, a gas laser, a liquid laser, a chemical laser, and a metal vapor laser, which have different colors, such as a green laser (brighter than a red laser) and a red laser. In this embodiment, the laser is used to detect viruses and bacteria, and the molecular composition of microorganisms in the liquid tube and reservoir is detected by fixing the laser on the instrument. In this special user option (usually used in research facilities, functional gain), the liquid level in the reservoir is very low. Using Raman spectroscopy, the laser can measure the photons of the material in the reservoir. The method of detecting the type and composition of the material by the laser is to shine the laser into the reservoir or liquid tube. Other options for laser users include: using an embedded microslide in the tube, using a top slide, or removing the slide from the liquid tube and letting the laser shine directly into the tube to detect the molecular composition of the material in the tube. The laser can also be set above a thin microscope glass slide to perform the same type of detection as the clear liquid tube option, which has a microscopic slide embedded in it. Specific laser algorithms can detect, identify bacteria and viruses, and report in real time. The laser helps do two things: help train the algorithm and detect substances.

[0374] exist Figure 3B In one embodiment shown, the transparent liquid tube includes a top microglass (308) and a bottom microglass (312) that are seamlessly embedded in the liquid tube. This allows precise fluid flow control on the top and bottom microglass slides (308, 312), thereby enabling real-time observation and analysis of dynamic processes in an aquatic environment. The top and / or bottom microglass slides can be connected to the wall of the transparent liquid tube or can be spaced apart from the wall. In some embodiments, the top microglass slide (308) is connected to the top wall (307) of the transparent liquid tube, while the bottom microglass slide (Figure 312) is spaced apart from the bottom wall (313) of the transparent liquid tube and can be supported by a right bracket (327) and a left bracket (328), such as Figure 3D Strategic placement of top and bottom microslides within the clear or opaque “fluid tube” ensures even distribution of liquid samples, providing consistent and reliable testing conditions.

[0375] Figure 3E and 3F A transparent liquid tube is shown with one or more sets of micro-slides embedded within it. This allows for seamless, unobstructed viewing of liquid samples under a range of fluid flow conditions. Figure 3FThe embedded microslides in the are securely placed within the tube, providing a stable platform for sample analysis, while the transparency of the tube ensures maximum visibility and minimizes optical distortion. This device can accommodate an array of microslides simultaneously, simplifying the inspection process and enabling efficient data collection for a variety of samples. Overall, this versatile liquid tube system improves the precision and accuracy of fluid dynamics inspection capabilities.

[0376] The sample surface of each microslide (308 and 312) can be composed of a material selected from glass, plastic, silicone, and combinations thereof. The material selected for the sample surface should be transparent and inert so as not to interfere with the detection of any pathogens in the liquid sample. The microslide can be of any suitable size and shape. For example, Figure 3A As shown, each microslide has an H-shaped groove (302) on the side to facilitate handling and fixing to a rack or other equipment. The microslide can be fixed in any suitable manner, such as fixed in a rack or box (327 and 328).

[0377] The term "microslide" as used herein may be used interchangeably with the term "microscope slide" and may have different characteristics, for example, when the application ranges from small households to large airports, requiring at least one tube with at least 5,000 sets of microslides or more than 150,000 microslide combinations.

[0378] In certain embodiments, the tube can be equipped with three adjustable microslide options for high-end identification and detection of several forms of inputs into large bodies of water, surface materials, and airborne materials where the instrument operates at a higher level.

[0379] The micro slide glass embedded in the transparent liquid tube is located directly below an image magnifying device (not shown). The image magnifying device is configured to magnify the liquid sample on the surface of the micro-section sample.

[0380] The device can use a variety of different image magnification devices. For ease of understanding the image magnification device, when the phrase "image magnification device" is used, it can be any image magnification device listed in this article.

[0381] The image magnification device can be any suitable type of microscope and can include, but is not limited to, basic optical lenses, magnifying lenses, lenses connected to a microscope with a base, folding mirror lenses, optical microscopes, electron microscopes, super-resolution microscopes, fluorescence microscopes, X-ray machines, magnetic resonance imaging machines and nuclear magnetic resonance equipment, and telescope lenses.

[0382] In some embodiments, the image magnification device is connected to a computer software device, and images and data are transmitted wirelessly or wired.

[0383] In some embodiments, image magnification devices are placed directly above the slide for detection, and these devices are connected to computer software and algorithm programs to detect events in real time.

[0384] The image magnifying device defined in this article is a mechanical or electronic magnifying measuring device with a magnifying function. An optical lens can magnify the apparent size (physical size) of a substance.

[0385] Within the pipeline, more than one image magnifier may not be needed (they can be focused manually or by the device's algorithm). The device can also use the image magnifier to detect mobility, motion, color, size and shape to accurately identify objects.

[0386] Some image magnifiers do not use a microscope condenser. Instead, a light source is embedded in the tube section below the image magnifier (and near the ambient light) to illuminate the area between the microslides. Some optical lenses have their own computer software and algorithm program that manages all optical lenses inside and outside the entire tube. When only a light source is used without a condenser, the computer software and algorithm program will manage the light intensity required for accurate observation and detection of substances. The image magnifier can be placed anywhere outside the tube. The image magnifier can be close to or far away from the electron tube. Specific optical magnifiers can also be placed in the tube. The number of image magnifiers, types of optical magnifiers, or their combination is not limited here. The algorithm learns from the data obtained by the image magnifier and optical magnifier and transmits the data to other algorithms in the device. The focus of the image magnifier can be manually operated by a single person or multiple people, where each person in the group can manually focus a single image magnifier. The focus of the image magnifier can also be operated by the optical magnifier focus algorithm and a third-party software program, or it can be automated. The tube assembly can communicate with the computer software and algorithm program that manages the entire tube assembly.

[0387] Depending on the length of the tube, there can be many different types of image magnification devices, as listed herein. The image magnification device can be located outside the tube or inside the tube. The image magnification device (which may include optical magnifiers and may include folding optical lenses and folding lenses) can be located on the top of the tube, the bottom of the tube, the side of the liquid tube, or on a truss supporting the liquid tube.

[0388] In one embodiment, the microscope is a fluorescence microscope configured to detect fluorescence emitted by a liquid sample on the surface of the microsection sample. The microscope can be any suitable fluorescence microscope, such as an epifluorescence microscope or a confocal microscope. In another embodiment, the microscope is further configured to generate a signal indicating fluorescence emitted by the liquid sample on the surface of the microsection sample.

[0389] In another embodiment, the microscope is further configured to control the intensity and duration of the light source used to illuminate the liquid sample on the microsection sample surface using artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms. This can be achieved by any suitable mechanism, such as a mechanical shutter or an electronic controller.

[0390] In another embodiment, the microscope is further configured to capture an image of the liquid sample on the surface of the microsection sample. The captured image can be used to diagnose the presence of pathogens or contaminants in the liquid sample. The captured image can be stored in any suitable storage device, such as a hard drive or flash drive. The captured image can be transmitted or displayed to a user via a verbal or non-verbal display device.

[0391] refer to FIG. 4A to FIG. 4C , Figure 4A The setup is depicted as a liquid sample flows from left to right, passing through and navigating between two strategically positioned microslides (406, 420). The purpose is to perform real-time detection and identification of various substances or microorganisms present in the sample. In these figures, an image magnification device is placed just above the top microslide (406) to capture and magnify images of the microorganisms as they pass through the liquid medium, thereby facilitating detailed analysis and observation.

[0392] exist Figure 4B and Figure 4C In the embodiment, the top microlens is firmly fixed to the top wall of the liquid tube (401) to ensure stability and consistency during the flow of the liquid sample. On the other hand, the bottom microslide (420) is deliberately kept at a certain distance from the bottom wall of the liquid tube (411). This configuration maximizes the effective observation area and promotes the uniform distribution of microorganisms throughout the sample, thereby making data collection more accurate and representative.

[0393] Figure 4C The support mechanism of the bottom micro slide (420) is described in detail, and is held in place by vertical static support rods (415) and horizontal support rods (419). These support devices ensure the stability and precise positioning of the bottom micro slide (420) within the liquid tube, allowing for optimal detection and analysis of microorganisms as they pass between the two micro slides (406, 420). These carefully designed components combine to form an efficient device that is essential to advancing our understanding of the diverse world of microorganisms.

[0394] Figure 4D The internal piston of Fig. 414 is shown Figure 4Dis an internal piston (441) having built-in ruler lines (443, 444) and three strategically positioned holes (445, 447) for use with pegs (446). The ruler lines provide precise spatial measurements to facilitate fine-tuning of piston movement and ensure optimal control of the liquid sample flow space between the slides within the transparent liquid tube. The addition of hanging holes allows the piston to be easily and securely fixed to various components of the instrument, enhancing stability and adaptability. This multifunctional piston design plays a vital role in maintaining stable fluid dynamics, ensuring reliable and accurate detection and analysis of microorganisms in liquid samples. Integrating these functions into the piston greatly improves the overall efficiency and functionality of the device.

[0395] As used herein, the microslide is adjustable, wherein the space between the microslides in the liquid tube can be increased or decreased manually by the user, or electronically by the instrument. There are two ways in which the adjustable microslide works. One is that only one microslide is adjustable, i.e., the bottom slide, and the top slide in the liquid tube is embedded in the liquid tube. The second way is a layered three-microslide system, where the top slide is static and the bottom two slides are adjustable. Another completely different way is that the top embedded microslide is embedded in the liquid tube (immovable), the bottom microslide is adjustable, and the top slide is placed on top of the top slide outside the liquid tube (immovable).

[0396] According to some embodiments of the method using three stacked microslides, the top microslide is placed on the second microslide, wherein the top microslide is very close to the second microslide. Another third microslide is used in the device, wherein the distance difference between the second (middle) microslide and the third bottom microslide is twice the distance.

[0397] In accordance with certain embodiments, a liquid tube has a pump that pumps liquid into the tube and pumps liquid out of the tube. The pump can also be located at any point inside the tube, placed outside the tube, or attached to any point on the tube. The pump can pump liquid, air, matter, or a combination thereof. The pump can be nanoscale or it can be a large industrial tube, such as a large municipal water pipe. The tubes can be connected by other tubes to form a circular flow, or the tubes can be open at both ends to allow the liquid to flow continuously like the ocean. The device must manage the pump to vary the time between intermittent pumping to allow the matter to stay under the lens and between the microslide for more time to focus for autofocus applications. When the time to focus the matter is an issue, many pumps can be used to pass the liquid through many parallel tubes with many lenses to obtain more data in less time.

[0398] In some embodiments, a black light can be installed on the disclosed device, and the camera on it can show the user whether there is blood, urine and semen on the bedding, floor, carpet and walls. These images can be transmitted to the control unit, transmitted to a laptop computer via wired or wireless means, or uploaded to a command center for further evaluation.

[0399] Although not shown in the figure, the light detector can be used to detect pathogens or non-pathogen microorganisms or other contaminants. If the detection unit detects something normally, the control unit receives data such as the imaging feed from the detection unit and places a colored box around the detected substance, which can be displayed in the display unit and analyzed and identified by the artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms in the control unit. When pathogenic microorganisms are detected, an alarm signal light flashes. The shape and color of each microorganism detected, such as a rod or a ball with a colored edge, is unique to this device.

[0400] Although not shown in the figure, the light detector can be used to detect pathogens or non-pathogen microorganisms or other contaminants.

[0401] The machine learning algorithm can be trained to detect all types of substances or microorganisms from the imaging feed and classify them as follows (not limited to): all bacteria classes; bacteria monomers - spherical, rod-shaped, spiral, string-shaped, etc.; bacterial colonies - spherical colonies, rod-shaped colonies, spiral-shaped colonies, etc.; all virus classes; viruses - rod-shaped types, crown (spike), spherical; virus-colonies; all classes of pests, microorganisms. Bacterial colonies - spherical colonies, rod-shaped colonies, spiral colonies, etc.; all virus classes; viruses - rod-shaped types, crown (spike), spherical; virus-colonies; all pests, paraalgae, algae, mold classes; all allergen classes; all pollutant classes; general single substances; and general groups of substances. The annotation of the data can be done first in the form of monomers and then in the form of clusters.

[0402] Artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms can be trained to detect all types of substances or microorganisms from the imaging feed and classify them as follows (but not limited to): all bacteria classes; bacteria monomers - spheres, rods, spirals, strings, etc.; bacterial colonies - spheres, rods, spirals, strings, etc.; bacterial colonies - spheres, rods, spirals, etc.; all virus classes; viruses - rod types, crowns (spikes), spheres; viruses - colonies; all pests, paraphytes, algae, mold classes; all allergen classes; all pollutant classes; general single substances; and general groups of substances. The annotation of data can be done first in monomer form and then in cluster form.

[0403] The system identifies substances by enclosing them in colored boxes (customizable according to user preference) at the first level, and provides corresponding annotations in text form next to the boxes. For example, on the viewing screen, boxes of different colors represent different types of substances: Dark blue boxes represent rod-shaped bacteria. The blue box represents the helical structure. Purple boxes represent spherical objects. Yellow boxes represent individual parasites. Yellow boxes with red top lines indicate multiple parasitemias. Light green boxes indicate rod-shaped colonies. Light blue boxes indicate spiral-shaped colonies. Red boxes indicate spherical colonies.

[0404] Color boxes can be adjusted to represent different types of substances, such as those visible under a black light or found in pet excrement. There are hundreds of color combinations to represent specific substance types, colonies, clusters, and combinations of substances. In the second level, substances are identified with a double box of pink, red, or purple and are marked as "alert." This mark is used to call attention to data that requires special attention or immediate action.

[0405] Once a biological pathogen or unknown substance is detected, the instrument initiates a series of safety measures. It will quickly shut itself down, send an alarm, and close the pipeline to effectively contain the potential threat. The algorithm in operation is programmed to start the pump in the "auxiliary tube" or "secondary tube" (connected to the main transparent liquid tube for observing the liquid sample), and then re-introduce the hazardous material into the auxiliary tube or secondary transparent liquid tube for observing the liquid sample. Here, a unique image magnification device and microslide are used to re-evaluate the threat after it circulates through a separate reservoir containing a mixture of biological surfactants.

[0406] In addition, each tube is equipped with a stop valve at both ends that can be manually rotated by hand. Each tube has its own pump, which can rotate the stop valve 90 degrees to pump liquid into the auxiliary tube. The auxiliary tube can be pulled out by hand.

[0407] If the system is in alert mode, the second action after the pink, purple and red lights flash is to automatically turn the valve and close the matter. The tube can then be disconnected from the device by robot for transport by drone. If it is done manually, the entire device or just the liquid tube can be transported to the laboratory for further evaluation.

[0408] If the system is in alarm mode, the second action after the pink, purple and red indicator lights flash is to automatically open the valve and shut off the substance. The tube can then be disconnected from the device by a robot for transportation by drone. If it is done manually, the entire device or just the liquid tube can be transported to a laboratory for further evaluation.

[0409] The device may also require a nanorobotic arm that can be fixed to the tube to reach into the tube and remove the blocked material for transport into a separate closed storage or a drone, robot or watercraft with a closed storage for the transportation of hazardous materials.

[0410] After the potentially hazardous material is circulated through a separate liquid tube (called the Second Clear Liquid Tube with Biosurfactant Option or "Ridcrobe"), the device evaluates how effective the biosurfactant cocktail is in neutralizing the threat. If the biosurfactant cocktail successfully destroys the cell wall of a virus, breaks down bacteria, or decomposes contaminants, the primary (or "primary") clear liquid tube is reactivated and the device seamlessly resumes operation.

[0411] In certain embodiments, the present disclosure is designed for military and law enforcement applications, enabling gates and auxiliary pipes to close the main transparent liquid pipe and effectively isolate potential hazardous materials. In addition, the pipe can be separated from the main liquid pipe as needed and transported to a designated location for further evaluation.

[0412] A magnet for attracting metal can be installed in the area below the microscope lens inside the tube. For contaminant observation and detection that may involve metal, a magnet can be embedded in the tube to attract the metal. The magnet will be placed just below the microscope lens so that the lens can observe metal particles. The magnet can be placed outside the tube or inside the tube. The externally placed magnet can be pulled a short distance from the tube to release metal particles or dust, and then the pump will clear the metal fragments (if any) in the tube.

[0413] The control unit is equipped with application software. Software applications fall into two distinct categories: general-purpose software programs and algorithms that control and manage the clear liquid tubes, and specialized software programs and algorithms that are trained or learn their functionality through artificial intelligence and machine learning processes. With the artificial intelligence and machine learning platform, the remarkable efficacy of this high-performance liquid tube device is reflected in its ability to meticulously collect a large number of data points from different environmental sources, thus ensuring the highest accuracy in data acquisition. This extraordinary precision is achieved by analyzing millions of data points simultaneously, covering a wide range of substances from pathogens to contaminants, thereby facilitating comprehensive and reliable reporting. At the core of this cutting-edge technology is the strategic implementation of an extensive liquid tube system, which, combined with various image magnification devices such as microscopes, enables the instrument to seamlessly detect and evaluate millions of data points, effectively revolutionizing the field of data collection and analysis.

[0414] The training of artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms requires the development of specialized computer code to detect specific substances at significant granularity based on various attributes such as data, images, videos, color, motion, mobility, shape, size (including circumference and diameter), and weight. In addition, the present disclosure also illustrates the integration of additional environmental sensors, cantilevers, and lasers as auxiliary detection mechanisms, thereby consolidating the device's leading position in the field of cutting-edge technology and enhancing its capabilities in the field of environmental monitoring and analysis. For additional environmental sensors, cantilevers, and lasers, please see U.S. patent application No. 17 / 879,932 filed on August 3, 2022, entitled "Mobile AI, Cantilever, Robotic and Drone Applications," the entire text of which is incorporated herein by reference.

[0415] In some embodiments, the present disclosure employs a set of specially trained algorithms that leverage advances in artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms to devise a unique approach to identifying pathogens or contaminants. These algorithms focus not only on detection, but also on the seamless operation of various interconnected components such as pumps, detection devices, and drones. As a result, the device is able to optimize its performance, ensuring accurate detection and effective management of all its constituent elements, ultimately revolutionizing the field of environmental monitoring and analysis.

[0416] The present disclosure is intended to provide a reliable and efficient method for detecting any microorganism present in a liquid sample, whether or not it is a pathogenic microorganism. As used herein, the expression "detecting pathogens" is not limited to detecting pathogenic microorganisms such as bacteria, viruses and fungi, but also includes detecting non-pathogenic microorganisms or contaminants that may be present in liquid samples. In this regard, the term "matter" used herein can be defined as anything that has mass and occupies space, including but not limited to biological pathogens, viruses, bacteria, fungi, protozoa, molds, allergens, pathogenic microorganisms (pathogens), non-pathogenic microorganisms (non-pathogens), microbial colonies, hydrocarbons, metals, oils, human and animal body fluids, fertilizers, chemicals, pollutants, algae, water, steam, fluids and solids. When the system is started, the agitator in the sample pool may be continuously rotated, thereby breaking it up. This comprehensive pathogen detection method ensures that the present disclosure has a wide range of applicability and can be used in various occasions where it is necessary to detect and / or eliminate the presence of any type of microorganism.

[0417] The control unit includes a processor for analyzing the light detected by the light detector to determine whether a pathogen is present in the liquid sample using artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms based on the amount of light detected. The processor can be any suitable computing device, such as a microcontroller, a microprocessor, or a computer.

[0418] In some embodiments, the liquid tube may further include a liquid sample collection unit for collecting liquid samples (see Figures 5 and 6). The liquid sample collection device can be configured to collect liquid samples from various sources, including but not limited to faucets, wells, ocean bodies, streams, lake streams, municipal water treatment plants, surface, air or natural water sources, and store the liquid samples in a sample reservoir connected to the transparent liquid tube or in a separate or auxiliary reservoir for later evaluation or transportation. The sample collection device can be any suitable mechanism for collecting liquid samples, such as a point-and-go or drag device (see Figure 5A and 5B ), Robotic Arm (see Figure 5C ), water transportation (see Fig. 6A ), drones (see Figure 6B ), robots (see Figure 6C ) or any other mobile vehicle with or without a robotic arm, pipette or syringe.

[0419] In some embodiments, the sample collection unit may be a sticky substance as disclosed in U.S. Provisional Application No. 63 / 345,825 filed on May 25, 2022, entitled “Detection of Various Substances by Rotating Balls of Sticky Substances Using Static Electricity, Surface Sticky Substances, or Magnetized Sticky Substances Using Artificial Intelligence”, which is incorporated herein by reference in its entirety. The method is to coat a sticky substance such as protein on a portion of the surface of an object such as a sphere, so that the protein adheres to the surface of the sphere after being immersed in a protein container. Then, the sphere is rolled, touched, tapped, or dragged across a surface by a robotic arm or a user, at which time the substance is disturbed, and the protein attracts the substance to the surface of the sphere and sticks to it until the sphere is immersed in the sample pool by the robotic arm. Since the sticky substance may be water-soluble, the surface may need to be washed with water after capturing the substance. On the other hand, a manual method for obtaining substances for manual home applications is to use a rolling ball method. The sphere used in this device can be coated with a sticky substance such as protein. The ball can be rolled on the surface by hand to collect the substance.

[0420] In some embodiments, the liquid sample collection device may include a point suction or drag device (see Figure 5A and 5B ). The spot or drag device can have a plastic rod (502, 503, 504) wrapped with linen (501) and / or hems (505), which is a simple and effective liquid sample collection tool. The plastic rod provides a strong and lightweight handle, while the linen provides a high-quality absorbent material for collecting liquids. The plastic rod is tightly wrapped with linen to form a smooth, flat surface that can be easily tapped or dragged on the surface to collect liquid samples. Figure 5B It is another method of collecting material from a surface. Figure 506 is a plastic rod that can be attached to a robotic arm or can be used by the user to collect material from a surface. Figure 507 is a triangular solid object that is dragged along the surface by the user or the robotic arm and then submerged in a sample pool to release the material. Figure 508 is a rectangle and has the same application as Figure 507. Figures 509 and 510 have the same use but are different shapes to remove material from a surface. Figure 5C It is a mechanical arm used to fix Figure 5A and Figure 5B Figure 512 is a robotic arm that can be attached to a UMMDA or UMMDA mobile vehicle. Figure 513 is a robotic arm that can be attached to a UMMDA or UMMDA mobile vehicle. Figure 5A and 5B Figure 514 is another aspect of the robotic arm. Figure 515 is the Figure 5A and 5B Connected part. Fig. 6A , 6B and 6C are UMMDA mobile vehicles. Figures 604, 606 and 608 are Figure 5Aand 5B Connected part.

[0421] Point or drag devices can be a variety of shapes, such as a solid triangle, solid rectangle, or solid rectangle with rounded corners. The shape of the device affects its performance and ease of use, and different shapes have advantages for different types of samples or surfaces. For example, a solid rectangle may be better for collecting samples from corners or tight spaces, while a solid rectangle with rounded corners may be better for collecting samples from larger, flatter surfaces. Point or drag devices can also be customized for specific applications, including the size and texture of the handle and the absorbency of the fabric.

[0422] The liquid sample collection device may be further configured to filter out any debris or other impurities in the liquid sample before introducing the liquid sample into the sample reservoir. The liquid sample collection device may be remotely controlled by the control unit.

[0423] In some embodiments, the transparent liquid tube may further include a communication unit for transmitting the pathogen detection result to a remote device. The communication unit may be configured to transmit the pathogen detection result via a wireless communication module (such as Wi-Fi or Bluetooth) or a wired connection (such as Ethernet or USB). In the context of the present disclosure, the display unit includes a range of display options, including laptop screens, mobile phone displays, desktop and server monitors, tablet screens, and glass walls and glass panels, which can display data from the tube device.

[0425] In some embodiments, the transparent liquid tube may further include a battery for powering the liquid tube. The battery may be a rechargeable lithium-ion battery or a disposable alkaline battery, and may be charged using any suitable charging device, such as a charging base or a USB charger. The power source is not limited here and may be any power source conventionally used in the art.

[0427] Another aspect of the present disclosure is a method for detecting pathogens in a liquid sample. The method for detecting pathogens in a liquid sample involves the use of a transparent liquid tube as described herein. The method first introduces a liquid sample into a sample reservoir through an inlet. The liquid sample is then pumped out into a transparent liquid tube through an outlet. In one embodiment, the pump can be operated at time intervals and for the duration of the entire operation, or it can be turned off and a reverse pumping action can be generated to flush out bulk material entrained in the liquid tube. This allows a controlled and precise placement of a certain amount of liquid sample onto the sample surface of a microslide, which is specifically designed for pathogen or contaminant detection, as described herein. The liquid sample pumped from the sample reservoir passes through a liquid tube embedded in a detection unit.

[0428] The liquid sample is placed on the surface of the micro-section sample while flowing in the liquid tube, then irradiated with a light source or laser, and the resulting image is magnified with a microscope. The amount of light transmitted through the liquid sample is detected using a photodetector, or the fluorescence emitted by the liquid sample on the surface of the micro-section sample is detected using a microscope.

[0429] The light detected by the photodetector and / or the fluorescence emitted by the liquid sample on the surface of the microsection sample is analyzed by the processor, which generates a signal indicating whether pathogens or contaminants are present in the liquid sample. The signal is then transmitted to the control unit or displayed to the user using artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms to accurately identify pathogens or non-pathogen microorganisms in the liquid sample. The control unit can quickly and accurately analyze large amounts of data and is a powerful tool for pathogen or contaminant detection and identification.

[0430] The artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms in the control unit can be trained on large databases of pathogenic and non-pathogenic microorganisms, enabling them to accurately distinguish between the two. These algorithms can adapt and improve over time, learning from each new data point and becoming more accurate with each analysis.

[0431] Once the signal is transmitted to the control unit, an algorithm quickly analyzes the data and generates a report identifying any pathogenic microorganisms in the fluid sample. The report can be customized to provide detailed information on pathogen type, concentration, weight and any other relevant information.

[0432] By using advanced artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms, this pathogen or contaminant detection method provides a high level of accuracy and reliability, making it a valuable tool for widespread application.

[0433] In some embodiments, in addition to the step of detecting and identifying pathogens in the liquid sample, the method may further include using a biosurfactant to eliminate pathogens or any other contaminants in the environment. Biosurfactants are naturally occurring compounds that have been shown to effectively break down and remove a variety of contaminants, including the bacteria, fungi, and viruses mentioned above.

[0434] By using biosurfactants in the environment, the method can help reduce the overall pathogen load, making it easier to detect and identify pathogens remaining in fluid samples. Biosurfactants work by disrupting the outer membrane of microorganisms, causing them to lose their structural integrity and die.

[0435] In addition to being effective in eliminating pathogens and other contaminants, biosurfactants are environmentally friendly and non-toxic, making them a safe and sustainable alternative to traditional cleaning and disinfecting methods.

[0436] In addition, another aspect of the present disclosure is a system for detecting pathogens in a liquid sample, which system may include a transparent liquid tube and a remote device for receiving a pathogen detection result transmitted from the transparent liquid tube, as described herein. The remote device may be any suitable device capable of receiving and displaying the pathogen detection result, such as a computer, a smart phone, or a tablet.

[0437] It should be noted that the design and configuration of the transparent liquid tube can vary depending on the application and specific requirements. For example, the size, shape, and material of the sample reservoir, sample inlet, and sample outlet can be modified to accommodate different types and volumes of liquid samples. In addition, the liquid sample collection device can be integrated into different locations of the transparent liquid tube depending on space and access requirements.

[0438] The system is used to detect pathogens or pollutants in real time, providing an innovative solution for timely and accurate detection of pathogens or pollutants. By combining advanced detection technology with artificial intelligence and machine learning platforms, the system can detect pathogens or pollutants in liquid samples with high accuracy and speed. In addition, some embodiments of the present disclosure also include a battery, a liquid sample collection unit, a display unit, and a communication unit, making it a versatile and convenient tool that can be used in a variety of occasions.

[0439] The disclosure described herein should not be limited to the disclosed embodiments, but includes all modifications and variations that may be implemented. For example, various types of reservoirs, pipelines, channels, and mobile carriers can be used for specific applications. The scope of the disclosure is intended to include all such modifications and variations described in the following claims.
