[0018] See also Figures 1 to 7 , Figure 1 is a schematic diagram of an electronic device 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention, Figure 2 and Figure 3 1 is an exploded view of components of an electronic device 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention at different viewing angles. Figures 4 to 7FIG. 1 is a schematic cross-sectional view of a portion of the structure of the electronic device 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention along different section lines. Figures 1 to 7 As shown, the electronic device 1 includes a first electronic device 11 and a second electronic device 12, and the second electronic device 12 is detachably connected to the first electronic device 11. In this embodiment, the electronic device 1 can be a remote terminal unit, the first electronic device 11 can be a signal converter, and the second electronic device can be a wireless radio frequency communication device, but the present invention is not limited to this embodiment.

[0019] like Figures 2 to 7 As shown, the electronic device 1 further includes a connecting component 13, which is used to tightly and firmly align and connect the first electronic device 11 and the second electronic device 12. The connecting component 13 includes a first connecting member 131, a second connecting member 132, four pins 133, six first heat dissipation fins 13A and six second heat dissipation fins 13B. The first connecting member 131 is disposed on the first electronic device 11, and the second connecting member 132 is disposed on the second electronic device 12. Each pin 133 is protruded from the first connecting member 131 and is used to be inserted into the second connecting member 132 along a first direction D1. Preferably, the four pins 133 are respectively located at the four corners of the first connecting member 131. Six first heat dissipation fins 13A are disposed on the first connecting member 131 and are used to quickly dissipate the heat generated by the first electronic device 11. Six second heat dissipation fins 13B are disposed on the second connecting member 132 and are used to quickly dissipate the heat generated by the second electronic device 12. Two snap-fitting portions 13A1 are respectively formed on four of the six first heat dissipation fins 13A, and two matching snap-fitting portions 13B1 are respectively formed on four of the six second heat dissipation fins 13B. When each pin 133 is inserted into the second connecting member 132 along the first direction D1, the six first heat dissipation fins 13A are aligned and abutted against the six second heat dissipation fins 13B along the first direction D1, and each engaging portion 13A1 is engaged with the corresponding matching engaging portion 13B1 along the first direction D1 and abuts against the corresponding matching engaging portion 13B1 along a second direction D2 perpendicular to the first direction D1 and a third direction D3 opposite to the second direction D2. The abutting cooperation between each engaging portion 13A1 and the corresponding matching engaging portion 13B1 can not only provide vertical support (relative to the pin 133) to the pin 133 to effectively reduce the vertical shear force acting on the pin 133, thereby preventing the pin 133 from being broken or damaged, but also ensure that the first electronic device 11 and the second electronic device 12 can only be connected to each other, so as to prevent the first electronic device 11 or the second electronic device 12 from being mistakenly connected to other electronic devices, thereby producing a foolproof effect.

[0020] It is understandable that the number of the pin, the first heat sink fin, the second heat sink fin, the engaging portion and the matching portion of the present invention is not limited to this embodiment. For example, in another embodiment, the connection assembly may include only one pin, two first heat sink fins and two second heat sink fins, and one engaging portion and one matching portion may be formed on one of the two first heat sink fins and one of the two second heat sink fins, respectively.

[0021] In addition, in this embodiment, if Figure 2 and Figure 3 As shown, the first connector 131 can be integrally connected to the left cover of the first electronic device 11, and the second connector 132 can be integrally connected to the right cover of the second electronic device 12, but the present invention is not limited to this embodiment. [0022] Furthermore, in this embodiment, if Figure 2 and Figure 3 As shown, the first heat sink fin 13A can be integrally connected to the first connection member 131, and the second heat sink fin 13B can be integrally connected to the first connection member 132, but the present invention is not limited to this embodiment. For example, in another embodiment, the first heat sink fin can be an independent component and can be detachably connected to the first connection member, and the second heat sink fin can be an independent component and can be detachably connected to the second connection member.

[0023] Preferably, in order to enable the engaging portion 13A1 and the matching engaging portion 13B1 to engage with each other smoothly, Figure 2 and Figure 3 As shown, the engaging portion 13A1 and the matching engaging portion 13B1 may be an engaging protrusion and an engaging depression, respectively, and the width of the engaging protrusion gradually decreases from the bottom of the engaging protrusion, and the width of the engaging depression gradually increases from the bottom of the engaging depression. For example, the engaging protrusion and the engaging depression may be a trapezoidal protrusion with a decreasing width along the first direction D1 and a trapezoidal depression with a decreasing width along the first direction D1, respectively. This configuration enables the engaging portion 13A1 and the matching engaging portion 13B1 to guide each other to align by sliding contact between the inclined surfaces during the process of the first electronic device 11 and the second electronic device 12 approaching each other, but the present invention is not limited to this embodiment. For example, in another embodiment, the engaging portion and the matching engaging portion may be an engaging depression and an engaging protrusion, respectively, and the width of the engaging depression and the width of the engaging protrusion are fixed values, that is, each engaging protrusion and each engaging depression are a rectangular protrusion and a rectangular depression, respectively.

[0024] In addition, to avoid stress concentration, such as Figure 3As shown, the six first heat sink fins 13A can be arranged in sequence along a fourth direction D4, and the clamping parts 13A1 located at different first heat sink fins 13A can be defined as two first clamping parts 13A11, two second clamping parts 13A12, two third clamping parts 13A13 and two fourth clamping parts 13A14 along the fourth direction D4. The first heat sink fin 13A formed with the second clamping part 13A12 is located between the first heat sink fin 13A formed with the first clamping part 13A11 and the first heat sink fin 13A formed with the third clamping part 13A13 along the fourth direction D4, and each second clamping part 13A12 and the corresponding first clamping part 13A11 are not aligned with each other along the fourth direction D4, and each second clamping part 13A12 and the corresponding third clamping part 13A13 are not aligned with each other along the fourth direction D4. The first heat sink fin 13A formed with the third clamping portion 13A13 is located between the first heat sink fin 13A formed with the second clamping portion 13A12 and the first heat sink fin 13A formed with the fourth clamping portion 13A14 along the fourth direction D4, and each third clamping portion 13A13 and the corresponding second clamping portion 13A12 are not aligned with each other along the fourth direction D4, and each third clamping portion 13A13 and the corresponding fourth clamping portion 13A14 are not aligned with each other along the fourth direction D4. Figure 2 As shown, the six second heat dissipation fins 13B can also be arranged in sequence along the fourth direction D4, and the clip portions 13B1 located at different second heat dissipation fins 13B can be defined as two first clip portions 13B11, two second clip portions 13B12, two third clip portions 13B13 and two fourth clip portions 13B14 along the fourth direction D4. The second heat dissipation fin 13B formed with the second clip portion 13B12 is located between the second heat dissipation fin 13B formed with the first clip portion 13B11 and the second heat dissipation fin 13B formed with the third clip portion 13B13 along the fourth direction D4, and each second clip portion 13B12 is not aligned with the corresponding first clip portion 13B11 along the fourth direction D4, and each second clip portion 13B12 is not aligned with the corresponding third clip portion 13B13 along the fourth direction D4. The second heat dissipation fin 13B formed with the third matching portion 13B13 is located between the second heat dissipation fin 13B formed with the second matching portion 13B12 and the second heat dissipation fin 13B formed with the fourth matching portion 13B14 along the fourth direction D4, and each third matching portion 13B13 and the corresponding second matching portion 13B12 are not aligned with each other along the fourth direction D4, and each third matching portion 13B13 and the corresponding fourth matching portion 13B14 are not aligned with each other along the fourth direction D4.

[0025] Please refer to Figure 2 , Figure 3 and Figures 8 to 14 , Figure 8 FIG. 1 is a schematic cross-sectional view of a portion of the structure of an electronic device 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 9 This is a partial structural diagram of an electronic device 1 in an unlocked state according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig.10 and Fig.11 1 is a schematic cross-sectional view of a portion of the structure of the electronic device 1 in an unlocked state along different section lines according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig.12 This is a partial structural diagram of an electronic device 1 in a locked state according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig.13 and Fig.14 FIG. 1 is a schematic cross-sectional view of a portion of the structure of the electronic device 1 in a locked state along different section lines according to an embodiment of the present invention. Figure 2 , Figure 3 and Figures 8 to 14 As shown, in order to lock the four pins 133 inserted in the second connecting member 132, the connecting assembly 13 further includes four elastic members 134, four locking members 135 and four abutting members 136. Each elastic member 134 is arranged in the second connecting member 132. Each elastic member 134 is used to apply radial elastic force to the corresponding pin 133 inserted in the second connecting member 132. Each locking member 135 is screwed into and locked in the second connecting member 132. Each locking member 135 is used to apply radial locking force to the corresponding pin 133 inserted in the second connecting member 132. Each abutting member 136 is arranged in the second connecting member 132 and is used to abut against the corresponding pin 133, that is, the elastic member 134 contacts the abutting member 136 and elastically applies force to the abutting member 136, so as to indirectly apply radial elastic force to the pin 133 through the abutting member 136. Specifically, Figure 8 For example, Figure 8 The elastic member 134 shown applies radial elastic force to the corresponding pin member 133 inserted in the second connecting member 132 along a first force direction F1. Figure 8 The locking member 135 shown is used to apply a radial locking force to the corresponding pin 133 inserted in the second connecting member 132 along a second force direction F2, wherein the first force direction F1 and the second force direction F2 may be substantially perpendicular to each other and may be substantially perpendicular to the first direction D1, and the first force direction F1 and the second force direction F2 may be substantially opposite to the fourth direction D4 and the second direction D2, respectively.

[0026] In this embodiment, the locking member 135 may be a screw or a bolt, the elastic member 134 may be a compression spring, and the abutting member 136 may be a spherical structure made of a metal material, but the present invention is not limited to this embodiment. For example, in another embodiment, the abutting member may be a boss structure made of a plastic material or an elastic material.

[0027] It is understandable that the number of the pins, elastic members and locking members is not limited to this embodiment. For example, in another embodiment, the connection assembly may only include one pin, one elastic member and one locking member.

[0028] Furthermore, it is understandable that the locking mechanism for locking the pin is not limited to this embodiment. For example, in another embodiment, the abutment member may be omitted, and the elastic member may be a U-shaped spring that directly contacts both sides of the pin to directly apply two opposite radial elastic forces to the pin.

[0029] Specifically, Figure 2 , Figure 3 and Figures 8 to 14 As shown in the figure, a groove 1331 is formed on the pin 133 for cooperating with the abutment member 136 and the locking member 135. The groove 1331 is formed on the outer peripheral edge of the pin 133 along the circumference of the pin 133. The abutment member 136 and the locking member 135 are respectively used to abut against the groove 1331 along two perpendicular directions (the first force application direction F1 and the second force application direction F2), so as to lock the pin 133 along the two perpendicular directions simultaneously by the radial elastic force generated by the elastic member 134 and the radial locking force generated by the locking member 135. It can be understood that in another embodiment, different grooves can be formed on the pin and are respectively used to cooperate with the abutment member and the locking member, and the radial elastic force generated by the elastic member and the radial locking force generated by the locking member can simultaneously lock the pin along two opposite directions.

[0030] In addition, if Figure 2 , Figure 3 and Figures 8 to 14 As shown in the figure, the connecting assembly 13 further includes a sealing member 137, which can be made of an elastic material. The sealing member 137 is disposed between the first connecting member 131 and the second connecting member 132. The setting of the sealing member 137 makes the pin 133 inserted into the second connecting member 132 be located as shown in FIG. Fig. 9 and Fig.10 When the locking member 135 is locked to the second connecting member 132, the locking member 135 cooperates with the groove 1331 to drive the pin 133 to move as shown in FIG. Fig. 9 and Fig.10 The initial insertion position P1 shown in FIG. 1 is moved along the first direction D1 to a position as shown in FIG. Fig.12 and Fig.13 The first electronic device 11 and the second electronic device 12 are connected to each other by the first connecting member 131 and the second connecting member 132. The first electronic device 11 and the second electronic device 12 are connected to each other by the first connecting member 131 and the second connecting member 132. The first electronic device 11 and the second electronic device 12 are connected to each other by the first connecting member 131 and the second connecting member 132.

[0031] In this embodiment, the sealing member may be an O-ring used to surround the electrical connector of the first electronic device and the electrical connector of the second electronic device, but the present invention is not limited to this embodiment.

[0032] Understandably, in another embodiment, when there is no need for waterproofing or dustproofing, the seal can be omitted, and the pin can be located at a predetermined insertion position when inserted into the second connecting member, and the locking member can be locked to the pin located at the predetermined insertion position.

[0033] Compared to the prior art, in the present invention, the abutment between the engaging portion and the corresponding matching engaging portion can not only provide support for the pin in the vertical direction (relative to the pin) to effectively reduce the vertical shear force acting on the pin, thereby preventing the pin from breaking and being damaged, but can also ensure that the first electronic device and the second electronic device can only be connected to each other to avoid the first electronic device or the second electronic device being mistakenly connected to other electronic devices, thereby producing a foolproof effect. Therefore, the present invention has better reliability in use. The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention. All equivalent changes and modifications made within the scope of the claims of the present invention should fall within the scope of the present invention.
