[0011] In the following embodiment, as a sheet manufacturing device 1 for manufacturing sheets from a fiber-containing material, a sheet manufacturing device 1 for regenerating paper sheets such as waste paper in a dry manner is exemplified and described with reference to the accompanying drawings. The sheet manufacturing device 1 of the present invention is not limited to a dry type, but may also be a wet type. In addition, in this embodiment, the dry type refers to a process that is not performed in a liquid but in air such as the atmosphere.
[0012] In the following drawings, the XYZ axes are marked as mutually orthogonal coordinate axes, and the direction indicated by each arrow mark is set as the + direction, and the direction opposite to the + direction is set as the - direction. The Z axis is an imaginary axis along the vertical direction, the +Z direction is set as the upper direction, and the -Z direction is set as the lower direction. The -Z direction is the direction in which gravity acts. In addition, in the sheet manufacturing device 1, the target side of the conveying direction of the raw material, the sheet, and the sheet is sometimes referred to as the downstream, and the side of the retracing conveying direction is referred to as the upstream. For the convenience of illustration, the size of each component is different from the actual situation.
[0013] First, in reference Figure 1 At the same time, the structure of the sheet manufacturing apparatus 1 will be described.
[0014] like Figure 1 As shown in FIG. 1 , the sheet manufacturing apparatus 1 of the present embodiment includes a first unit group 101, a second unit group 102, and a third unit group 103. The first unit group 101, the second unit group 102, and the third unit group 103 are supported by a frame (not shown). Figure 1 In FIG. 1 , the directions in which the waste paper C, the thin sheet P3, the thin strips S, and the useless end materials etc. move are shown by white outline arrows.
[0015] The sheet manufacturing apparatus 1 manufactures a sheet P3 from waste paper C as a fiber-containing material. In the sheet manufacturing apparatus 1, the first unit group 101, the third unit group 103, and the second unit group 102 are arranged from the -Y direction toward the +Y direction when viewed from the side from the -X direction.
[0016] The waste paper C is transported from the first unit group 101 to the second unit group 102 via the pipe 21 that crosses the third unit group 103. The waste paper C is defibrated in the second unit group 102 to become fibers, and then formed into a mixture containing a binder material as a binder. The mixture is transported to the third unit group 103 via the pipe 24. The mixture is formed into a web W in the third unit group 103 and then formed into a strip-shaped sheet P1. The strip-shaped sheet P1 is cut in the first unit group 101 to become a sheet P3.
[0017] The first unit group 101 has a buffer tank 13 as a storage tank, a quantitative supply unit 15, a confluence unit 17 as a supply pipe, and a pipe 21. In addition, the confluence unit 17 is also called a paper sheet confluence duct. In the first unit group 101, these structures are arranged in the above order from upstream to downstream. In addition, the first unit group 101 also has a first cutting unit 81, a second cutting unit 82, a tray 84, and a shredding unit 86. The first cutting unit 81 and the second cutting unit 82 cut the strip-shaped sheet P1 into a sheet P3 of a predetermined shape. In addition, the first unit group 101 has a water supply unit 67. The water supply unit 67 is a water storage tank. The water supply unit 67 supplies water for humidification to the first humidification unit 65 and the second humidification unit 66 described later, respectively, using a water supply pipe not shown in the figure.
[0018] Waste paper C is fed into the buffer tank 13 from the material inlet 11. The waste paper C contains fibers such as cellulose and is, for example, shredded waste paper. Humidified air is supplied to the buffer tank 13 from the second humidifying unit 66 included in the third unit group 103.
[0019] The defibrated waste paper C is temporarily stored in the buffer tank 13 and then conveyed to the fixed quantity supply unit 15 according to the operation of the sheet manufacturing apparatus 1. The sheet manufacturing apparatus 1 may include a pulverizer for shredding the waste paper C and the like on the upstream side of the buffer tank 13.
[0020] The fixed quantity supply unit 15 includes a meter 15a and a supply mechanism (not shown). The meter 15a measures the mass of the waste paper C. The supply mechanism supplies the waste paper C measured in the meter 15a to the downstream confluence unit 17. That is, the fixed quantity supply unit 15 measures the waste paper C at each predetermined mass in the meter 15a, and supplies the waste paper C to the downstream confluence unit 17 by the supply mechanism.
[0021] Any digital or analog measuring mechanism can be used in the measuring device 15a. Specifically, physical sensors such as load cells, spring balances, and balances can be cited as the measuring device 15a. In this embodiment, a load cell is used as the measuring device 15a. The predetermined mass of the waste paper C measured by the measuring device 15a is, for example, several grams to several tens of grams.
[0022] As the supply mechanism, a known technique such as a vibration feeder can be applied. The supply mechanism may be a structure included in the weighing device 15a.
[0023] The measurement and supply of waste paper C in the fixed-rate supply unit 15 is a batch process. That is, the supply of waste paper C from the fixed-rate supply unit 15 to the confluence unit 17 is intermittently performed. The fixed-rate supply unit 15 may include a plurality of weighing devices 15a, and the plurality of weighing devices 15a may be operated at different times to improve the efficiency of measurement.
[0024] In the confluence section 17, the shredded pieces of the sliver pieces S supplied from the shredder section are merged with and mixed with the waste paper C supplied from the fixed quantity supply section 15. The sliver pieces S and the shredder section will be described later. The waste paper C mixed with the shredded pieces flows from the confluence section 17 into the pipe 21.
[0025] The pipe 21 conveys the waste paper C from the first unit group 101 to the second unit group 102 by an airflow generated by a blower (not shown).
[0026] The second unit group 102 has a defibrator 30 as a dry defibrator, a separator 40, a pipe 23, a mixing unit 91, and a pipe 24. In the second unit group 102, these structures are arranged in the above order from upstream to downstream. In addition, the second unit group 102 also has a pipe 25 connected to the recovery unit 95, a compressor 97, a power supply unit 99, and the separator 40, and an airflow pipe 451.
[0027] The waste paper C conveyed by the pipe 21 flows into the defibrator 30. The defibrator 30 defibrates the waste paper C supplied from the fixed supply unit 15 in a dry manner to form fibers. A known defibrator mechanism can be applied to the defibrator 30. By the defibrator 30, entangled fibers contained in the paper pieces of the waste paper C are disassembled to form defibrated materials containing fibers, which are conveyed to the separator 40.
[0028] The separator 40 separates the defibrated fibers. Specifically, the separator 40 removes the components in the fibers that are useless in the production of the sheet P3. That is, the separator 40 separates the longer fibers from the shorter fibers. Since the shorter fibers may reduce the strength of the sheet P3, they are screened out and removed in the separator 40. In addition, the separator 40 also removes the color materials and additives contained in the waste paper C. The separator 40 is a disc type.
[0029] The humidified air is supplied to the separator 40 from the second humidifying section 66 of the third unit group 103 .
[0030] Shorter fibers and the like are removed from the defibrated fibers and transported to the mixing section 91 via the pipe 23 by the airflow generated by a blower (not shown) disposed at the top of the airflow pipe 451. Unnecessary components such as shorter fibers and color materials are discharged from the pipe 25 to the recovery section 95.
[0031] The mixing unit 91 mixes the binder material and the like with the fibers in the air to form a mixture. Although not shown in the figure, the mixing unit 91 includes a flow channel for conveying the fibers, a fan, a hopper, a supply pipe, and a valve.
[0032] The hopper is connected to the fiber flow channel via a supply pipe. A valve is provided in the supply pipe between the hopper and the flow channel. The hopper supplies adhesive materials such as starch into the flow channel. The valve adjusts the mass of the adhesive material supplied from the hopper to the flow channel. Thus, the mixing ratio of the fiber and the adhesive material is adjusted.
[0033] The mixing unit 91 may include a similar structure for supplying a coloring material, an additive, etc., in addition to the above-mentioned structure for supplying the binder.
[0034] The fan of the mixing unit 91 generates an airflow to transport the fibers downstream and mix the binder and the like into the air to form a mixture. The mixture flows from the mixing unit 91 into the pipe 24 .
[0035] The recovery unit 95 includes a filter (not shown). The filter removes unnecessary components such as short fibers conveyed from the pipe 25 by the airflow.
[0036] The compressor 97 generates compressed air. The filter may be clogged by fine particles of unnecessary components. The compressed air generated by the compressor 97 is blown onto the filter to blow away the attached particles and clean the filter.
[0037] The power supply unit 99 includes a control unit 5 and a power supply device (not shown) for supplying power to the sheet manufacturing apparatus 1. The power supply unit 99 distributes the power supplied from the outside to each component of the sheet manufacturing apparatus 1. The control unit 5 is electrically connected to each component of the sheet manufacturing apparatus 1 and comprehensively controls the operations of these components.
[0038] The third unit group 103 deposits and compresses the fiber-containing mixture to form a strip-shaped sheet P1 as recycled paper. The third unit group 103 includes a depositing unit 50, a first conveying unit 61, a second conveying unit 62, a first humidifying unit 65, a second humidifying unit 66, a draining unit 68, and a forming unit 70 as a sheet forming unit.
[0039] In the third unit group 103 , the accumulation section 50 , the first conveyance section 61 , the second conveyance section 62 , the first humidification section 65 , and the shaping section 70 are arranged in the above-described order from upstream toward downstream.
[0040] The second humidifying section ( 66 ) is disposed below the first humidifying section ( 65 ).
[0041] The accumulation unit 50 accumulates the mixture containing the fibers supplied from the separator 40 by airflow and gravity to form a web W. The accumulation unit 50 includes a drum member 53, a blade member 55 provided in the drum member 53, a housing 51 for housing the drum member 53, and a suction unit 59. The mixture is introduced into the drum member 53 from the pipe 24.
[0042] The first conveyor unit 61 is disposed below the accumulation unit 50. The first conveyor unit 61 includes a first conveyor belt 61a and a tension roller 31 for tensioning the first conveyor belt 61a. The suction unit 59 faces the roller member 53 across the first conveyor belt 61a in the direction along the Z axis.
[0043] The blade member 55 is located inside the drum member 53 and is driven to rotate by a motor (not shown). The drum member 53 is a semi-cylindrical sieve. A net having the function of a sieve is provided on the side of the drum member 53 facing downward. The drum member 53 allows particles such as fibers and mixtures that are smaller than the size of the opening of the sieve net to pass from the inside to the outside.
[0044] The mixture is stirred by the blade member 55 rotating in the drum member 53 and released to the outside of the drum member 53. The inside of the drum member 53 is supplied with humidified air from the second humidifying unit 66.
[0045] The suction unit 59 is arranged below the roller member 53. The suction unit 59 sucks the air in the housing 51 through the multiple holes of the first conveyor belt 61a. Thus, an airflow is generated to deposit the mixture on the first conveyor belt 61a. The multiple holes of the first conveyor belt 61a allow air to pass through, and make it difficult for fibers and adhesive materials contained in the mixture to pass through. Thus, the mixture released to the outside of the roller member 53 is sucked downward together with the air. The suction unit 59 is a well-known suction device such as a blower.
[0046] The mixture is dispersed in the air in the housing 51 , and is deposited on the surface above the first conveyor belt 61 a to form a web W by gravity and the airflow generated by the suction unit 59 .
[0047] The first conveyor belt 61a is an endless belt and is connected by a suspension roller 31 (see Figure 2 The first conveyor belt 61a is installed by the rotation of the installation roller 31. Figure 1 The mixture is continuously deposited on the first conveyor belt 61a to form a sheet W. The sheet W contains a lot of air and is soft and expanded. The first conveyor unit 61 conveys the formed sheet W downstream by the rotation of the first conveyor belt 61a.
[0048] The second conveying unit 62 conveys the web W instead of the first conveying unit 61 at the downstream of the first conveying unit 61. The second conveying unit 62 peels the web W from the upper surface of the first conveying belt 61a and conveys the web W toward the forming unit 70. The second conveying unit 62 is located above the conveying path of the web W and is arranged slightly upstream of the starting point of the return side of the first conveying belt 61a. The +Y direction of the second conveying unit 62 and the -Y direction of the first conveying belt 61a partially overlap in the vertical direction.
[0049] The second conveying unit 62 includes a second conveying belt 62a, a plurality of rollers 32 (see Figure 2 ), and a suction mechanism. A plurality of holes for allowing air to pass through are provided on the second conveyor belt 62a. The second conveyor belt 62a is mounted by a plurality of rollers 32 and rotated by the rotation of the rollers 32.
[0050] The second conveyor 62 uses the negative pressure generated by the suction mechanism to adsorb the upper surface of the web W onto the lower surface of the second conveyor belt 62a. By rotating the second conveyor belt 62a in this state, the web W is adsorbed onto the second conveyor belt 62a and conveyed downstream.
[0051] In the first conveying section 61 and the second conveying section 62, brush rollers 63 and 64 are arranged for removing the remaining fibers W1 attached to the conveying belts 61a and 62a (see Figure 2 In a region extending from the overlapping portion of the first conveying section 61 and the second conveying section 62 to below the first conveying section 61 and the second conveying section 62 , a cleaning section 201 including brush rollers 63 and 64 is provided.
[0052] The cleaning unit 201 is connected to a fiber conveying pipe 22 for conveying the remaining fibers W1 collected in the cleaning unit 201 to the fibrillating machine 30. Specifically, the cleaning unit 201 is connected to the fibrillating machine 30 via the fiber conveying pipe 22, the junction 17, and the pipe 21.
[0053] The junction 17 is connected to the buffer tank 13 , the fiber feeding pipe 22 , and the fibrillator 30 . That is, the residual fibers W1 recovered by the cleaning unit 201 pass through the fiber feeding pipe 22 , the junction 17 , and the pipe 21 and flow into the fibrillator 30 .
[0054] In this way, since the residual fibers W1 recovered by the cleaning unit 201 are transported to the defibrator 30 via the fiber transport pipe 22, it is possible to suppress the user from removing the residual fibers W1 attached to the conveyor belts 61a and 62a of the first transport unit 61 and the second transport unit 62, that is, performing maintenance. Furthermore, the amount of residual fibers W1 discarded as waste can be reduced, thereby suppressing the waste of raw materials.
[0055] The first humidifying section 65 humidifies the fiber-containing web W accumulated in the accumulation section 50 of the third unit group 103. Specifically, the first humidifying section 65 is, for example, a mist-type humidifier, which supplies mist M from below to the web W conveyed by the second conveying section 62 for humidification. The first humidifying section 65 is arranged below the second conveying section 62 and is opposite to the web W conveyed by the second conveying section 62 in the direction along the Z axis. In the first humidifying section 65, for example, a known humidifying device such as an ultrasonic type can be applied.
[0056] By humidifying the web W with the mist M, the function of starch as a bonding material can be promoted, thereby improving the strength of the sheet P3. In addition, since the humidification is performed from below relative to the web W, water droplets from the mist are prevented from falling onto the web W. Furthermore, since the humidification is performed from the opposite side of the contact surface between the second conveyor belt 62a and the web W, the adhesion of the web W to the second conveyor belt 62a is reduced. The second conveyor unit 62 conveys the web W to the forming unit 70.
[0057] The forming section 70 includes process rollers 71 and 72. The process rollers 71 and 72 compress the fiber-containing web W to form a strip-shaped sheet P1. The process rollers 71 and 72 form a pair, and each of the process rollers 71 and 72 has an internal electric heater to increase the temperature of the roller surface.
[0058] The process rollers 71 and 72 are substantially cylindrical members. The rotation axes of the process rollers 71 and 72 are arranged along the X axis. With respect to the conveying path of the web W, the process rollers 71 are arranged substantially above, and the process rollers 72 are arranged substantially below.
[0059] The processing roller 72 is driven to rotate by a stepping motor (not shown). The processing roller 71 is not driven by a motor but is a driven roller that rotates in conjunction with the processing roller 72. Therefore, the processing roller 71 rotates in the opposite direction to the processing roller 72 when viewed from the side in the -X direction.
[0060] The web W is fed downstream while being heated and pressurized while being sandwiched between the processing roller 71 and the processing roller 72 as pressure rollers. That is, the web W continuously passes through the forming section 70 and is pressurized while being heated. By using the processing rollers 71 and 72 as a pair of forming members, the web W can be efficiently heated and pressurized.
[0061] The web W passes through the shaping unit 70 , whereby the air contained therein is reduced from an air-rich and soft state, and the fibers are bonded together by the bonding material, thereby being shaped into a strip-shaped sheet P1 . The strip-shaped sheet P1 is conveyed to the first unit group 101 by conveying rollers (not shown).
[0062] The second humidifying unit 66 is disposed below the first humidifying unit 65. A known vaporization humidifying device can be applied to the second humidifying unit 66. Examples of the vaporization humidifying device include a device that allows air to pass through a wet nonwoven fabric or the like to vaporize moisture to generate humidified air.
[0063] The second humidifying unit 66 humidifies a predetermined area of the sheet manufacturing apparatus 1. The predetermined area refers to one or more of the buffer tank 13, the separator 40, and the inside of the drum member 53 of the stacking unit 50. Specifically, humidified air is supplied to the above-mentioned area from the second humidifying unit 66 via a plurality of tubes (not shown). The humidified air suppresses the charging of waste paper C and fibers, etc. in the above-mentioned structures, thereby suppressing the adhesion to the components caused by these static electricity.
[0064] The drain unit 68 is a drain tank. The drain unit 68 collects and stores water that has been used and aged in the first humidifying unit 65 and the second humidifying unit 66. The drain unit 68 can be removed from the sheet manufacturing apparatus 1 as needed to discard the accumulated water.
[0065] The strip-shaped sheet P1 conveyed to the first unit group 101 arrives at the first cutting section 81. The first cutting section 81 cuts the strip-shaped sheet P1 in a direction intersecting the conveying direction, for example, in a direction along the X axis. The strip-shaped sheet P1 is cut into single sheets P2 at the first cutting section 81. The single sheets P2 are conveyed from the first cutting section 81 to the second cutting section 82.
[0066] The second cutting unit 82 cuts the single sheet P2 in the conveying direction, for example, in the direction along the Y axis. Specifically, the second cutting unit 82 cuts the single sheet P2 near the sides along the direction of the X axis. Thus, the single sheet P2 becomes a sheet P3 of a predetermined shape such as A4 size or A3 size.
[0067] At the second cutting section 82, when the single sheet P2 is cut into sheets P3, thin strips S are generated as end materials. The thin strips S are transported in the approximate -Y direction and arrive at the shredder section 86 as a pulverizer. The shredder section 86 shreds the thin strips S and supplies the shredded pieces to the confluence section 17. Between the shredder section 86 and the confluence section 17, a mechanism for measuring the shredded pieces of the thin strips S and supplying them to the confluence section 17 may be provided.
[0068] The sheet P3 is conveyed substantially upward and collected on the tray 84. In the above manner, the sheet P3 is manufactured in the sheet manufacturing apparatus 1. The sheet P3 can be used as a substitute for copy paper or the like, for example.
[0069] Next, in reference Figures 2 to 4 At the same time, the structure of the cleaning unit 201 is described.
[0070] like Figure 2 As shown, the cleaning section 201 includes a brush roller 63 disposed on the first conveying section 61 , a brush roller 64 disposed on the second conveying section 62 , a recovery box 202 , a rotary valve 56 , and a fiber conveying tube 22 .
[0071] The brush rollers 63 and 64 are made of, for example, a napped material. The brush roller 63 is arranged so as to be contactable with the first conveyor belt 61 a of the first conveyor unit 61 . The brush roller 64 is arranged so as to be contactable with the second conveyor belt 62 a of the second conveyor unit 62 .
[0072] like Figure 3As shown, by rotating the brush rollers 63 and 64 in contact with the conveyor belts 61 a and 62 a , the remaining fibers W1 adhering to the conveyor belts 61 a and 62 a can be removed. Specifically, the remaining fibers W1 can be dropped downward.
[0073] like Figure 2 as well as Figure 4 As shown in FIG. 2 , the recovery box 202 recovers the remaining fibers W1 dropped by the rotating brush rollers 63 and 64. Figure 4 As shown, the remaining fiber W1 removed from the first conveyor belt 61a is transported to the front side of the recovery box 202, that is, the rotary valve 56 side, through the recovery screw 203. The remaining fiber W1 removed from the second conveyor belt 62a is transported to the front side of the recovery box 202, that is, the rotary valve 56 side, through the recovery screw 204.
[0074] The rotary valve 56 is disposed between the cleaning section 201 and the fiber conveying tube 22. The rotary valve 56 includes, for example, a rotating body having five blades, and is provided with openings at the top and bottom. The rotating body is partitioned between each blade. The rotary valve 56 is structured such that the residual fibers W1 accumulated in the partitioned portions are moved downward by the rotation of the blades, and the residual fibers W1 falling from the top are discharged by gravity.
[0075] Since the rotary valve 56 is provided, the residual fibers W1 can be conveyed airtightly when conveying the residual fibers W1 from the cleaning section 201 to the fiber conveying pipe 22 , thereby preventing the residual fibers W1 from flowing back to the cleaning section 201 .
[0076] As described above, the sheet manufacturing device 1 of the present embodiment manufactures a sheet P3 from a fiber-containing material, and comprises: a buffer tank 13, which stores the fiber-containing material; a defibrator 30, which defibrates the material supplied from the buffer tank 13 and discharges the fibers; a mixing section 91, which mixes the fibers and an adhesive material serving as a binder for bonding the fibers to each other, and discharges the mixture; a first conveyor belt 61a, which conveys the mixture; a stacking section 50, which stacks the mixture on the first conveyor belt 61a to form a sheet W; a second conveyor belt 62a, which contacts one surface of the sheet W to convey the sheet W; processing rollers 71, 72, which apply pressure to the sheet W; a cleaning section 201, which removes and recovers the residual fibers W1 attached to the first conveyor belt 61a; and a fiber conveying tube 22, which conveys the residual fibers W1 recovered by the cleaning section 201 to the defibrator 30.
[0077] According to this structure, since the residual fibers W1 recovered by the cleaning unit 201 are transported to the defibrator 30 via the fiber transport pipe 22, it is possible to suppress the user from removing the residual fibers W1 attached to the first conveyor belt 61a, i.e., performing maintenance. Furthermore, the amount of residual fibers W1 discarded as waste can be reduced, thereby suppressing the waste of raw materials.
[0078] In addition, in the sheet manufacturing apparatus 1 of the present embodiment, it is preferable to have a confluence section 17 connected to the buffer tank 13, the fiber delivery pipe 22, and the fibrillator 30. According to this structure, since the confluence section 17 is provided, the raw material from the buffer tank 13 and the residual fiber W1 from the fiber delivery pipe 22 can be supplied to the fibrillator 30.
[0079] Furthermore, in the sheet manufacturing apparatus 1 of the present embodiment, it is preferable that a rotary valve 56 is disposed between the cleaning section 201 and the fiber delivery tube 22. According to this structure, since the rotary valve 56 is disposed, the residual fibers W1 can be delivered airtightly when being delivered from the cleaning section 201 to the fiber delivery tube 22, and the residual fibers W1 can be suppressed from flowing back to the cleaning section 201.
[0080] In addition, the thin sheet manufacturing device 1 of the present embodiment manufactures the thin sheet P3 from the material containing fiber, and comprises: a buffer tank 13, which stores the material containing fiber; a defibrator 30, which defibrates the material supplied from the buffer tank 13 and discharges the fibers; a mixing section 91, which mixes the fibers and an adhesive material serving as a binder for bonding the fibers to each other, and discharges the mixture; a first conveyor belt 61a, which conveys the mixture; a stacking section 50, which stacks the mixture on the first conveyor belt 61a to form a sheet W; a second conveyor belt 62a, which contacts one surface of the sheet W to convey the sheet W; processing rollers 71, 72, which apply pressure to the sheet W; a cleaning section 201, which removes and recovers the residual fibers W1 attached to the second conveyor belt 62a; and a fiber conveying tube 22, which conveys the residual fibers W1 recovered by the cleaning section 201 to the defibrator 30.
[0081] According to this structure, since the residual fibers W1 recovered by the cleaning unit 201 are transported to the defibrator 30 via the fiber transport pipe 22, it is possible to suppress the user from removing the residual fibers W1 attached to the second transport belt 62a, i.e., performing maintenance. Furthermore, the amount of residual fibers W1 discarded as waste can be reduced, thereby suppressing the waste of raw materials.
[0082] In addition, in the sheet manufacturing apparatus 1 of the present embodiment, it is preferable to have a confluence section 17 connected to the buffer tank 13, the fiber delivery pipe 22, and the fibrillator 30. According to this structure, since the confluence section 17 is provided, the raw material from the buffer tank 13 and the residual fiber W1 from the fiber delivery pipe 22 can be supplied to the fibrillator 30.
[0083] Hereinafter, modified examples of the above-described embodiment will be described.
[0084] The brush rollers 63 and 64 are not limited to the configuration in which the brush rollers 63 and 64 are disposed on both the first transport section 61 and the second transport section 62 as described above. The brush roller 63 may be disposed only on the first transport section 61 or the brush roller 64 may be disposed only on the second transport section 62 .
