Description

Technical Field The present invention relates to a composition, preferably a cosmetic composition, and more preferably a dermocosmetic composition, comprising at least one skin care active ingredient or at least one cellulose compound. Background Art Firstly, there is a wide variety of skin care active ingredients used in the field of cosmetic and dermatological compositions.

[0003] Skin care active ingredients are preferably absorbed by the skin or penetrate into the skin as much as possible. However, due to the barrier function of the skin, skin absorption or skin penetration of such skin care active ingredients is not easy. Therefore, one possible method to enhance the skin penetration of skin care active ingredients may be to use a skin penetration enhancer together with the skin care active ingredients.

[0004] For example, WO 2018 / 097303 uses a combination of a single polyglycerol fatty acid ester and niacinamide in a nanoemulsion or microemulsion containing ceramide to enhance the skin penetration of ceramide.

[0005] Secondly, glowing skin is one of the important demands of consumers found in many countries such as China, Japan, and the United States.

[0006] Oil-based cosmetic products have been used to enhance the radiance of the skin. However, there are technical challenges: Oil-based cosmetic products often provide an unpleasant touch when used, such as a greasy texture. On the other hand, generally speaking, water-based cosmetic products can provide a non-greasy yet refreshing texture. However, it is difficult for water-based cosmetic products to enhance the radiance of the skin.

[0007] JP-B-3774180 discloses (see its Examples section) certain specific dermatological compositions comprising N-acyl sarcosinate alkyl esters, specific diols and 12-hydroxystearic acid. However, JP-B-3774180 does not teach the use of cellulose or cellulose derivatives in order to enhance the radiance of the skin.

[0008] JP-A-2004-75639 also discloses (see its Examples section) some specific dermatological compositions comprising viscous oil, N-acyl sarcosinate alkyl ester and specific diols. However, JP-A-2004-75639 does not teach the use of cellulose or cellulose derivatives in order to enhance the glossiness of the skin.

[0009] Disclosure of the Invention There is a need for compositions comprising skin care actives based on new skin penetration enhancers which can enhance or improve the penetration of the skin care actives into the skin.

The viscosity of silicones is measured at 25° C. according to ASTM standard 445, Appendix C.

[0070] It is also possible to use nonvolatile polydialkylsiloxanes. These nonvolatile silicones are more particularly chosen from polydialkylsiloxanes, among which mention may mainly be made of polydimethylsiloxanes containing trimethylsilyl end groups.

[0071] Among these polydialkylsiloxanes, mention may be made in a non-limiting manner of the following commercial products: - 47 and 70 047 series sold by Rhodia Oil or Oil, for example oil 70 047V500 000; -Sold by Rhodia Series of oils; - Oils of the 200 series from Dow Corning, e.g. with a viscosity of 60 000 mm 2 / s DC 200; and -From General Electric Oils and certain oils from General Electric's SF series (SF 96, SF 18).
