Abstract

The present application relates to the technical field of shellfish culture, and particularly relates to a method for improving the low-oxygen tolerance of Pinctada martensii. The present application selects suitable Pinctada martensii for low-oxygen training, and then selects Pinctada martensii with mature gonad development after low-oxygen training as parent shellfish to breed seedlings; extracts nutrient solution from the Pinctada martensii after low-oxygen training; feeds the nutrient solution to Pinctada martensii larvae and juvenile shellfish for nutritional strengthening cultivation in the seedling stage, and adds the nutrient solution to strengthen the nutrition of algae in the culture of unicellular algae. The method provided by the present application can enhance the physical fitness of Pinctada martensii, protect the body tissue, reduce the stress response of Pinctada martensii to low oxygen, and can significantly improve the long-term low-oxygen tolerance of Pinctada martensii.
