DETAILED DESCRIPTION [Powder cosmetics] The powder cosmetic of the present invention contains (A) an inorganic powder and (B) an amphoteric surfactant as essential ingredients, and has excellent makeup lasting performance. The present inventors conducted research on improving the makeup lasting performance of powder cosmetics and found that the following specific properties were found: when a mixture of an inorganic powder and an amphoteric surfactant that is generally used in cleaning agents, etc. but is not considered to be used in combination with powder cosmetics, gelation occurs when the mixture is brought into contact with sebum. Therefore, it is believed that a powder cosmetic containing an inorganic powder and an amphoteric surfactant is less likely to be damaged by sebum when applied to the skin, and the makeup lasting performance is improved, thereby completing the present invention. Hereinafter, essential components to be formulated in the powder cosmetic of the present invention and additional components that can be used as needed will be described. (A) Inorganic powder The powder cosmetic of the present invention contains an inorganic powder (hereinafter, for simplicity, sometimes referred to as component (A)). In the present invention, the inorganic powder refers to an inorganic powder having an average particle size of 20 μm or less. Such an inorganic powder has different functions when the particle size is small and when the particle size is large. For example, particles with an average particle size of 200 nm or less have a large effect of improving usability, and particles with an average particle size larger than that have the characteristics of being able to strongly function as a colorant. Inorganic powders with an average particle size of 200 nm or less can be selected from inorganic powders used in general cosmetics. Examples of such inorganic powders include fine-particle zinc oxide, talc, kaolin, silk mica (sericite), muscovite, phlogopite, synthetic mica, synthetic phlogopite iron, synthetic fluorphlogopite, red mica, biotite, calcined talc, calcined sericite, calcined muscovite, calcined phlogopite, vermiculite, magnesium carbonate, calcium carbonate, aluminum silicate, barium silicate, calcium silicate, magnesium silicate, strontium silicate, metal tungstate, magnesium, silica, alumina, zeolite, barium sulfate, calcined calcium sulfate (calcined gypsum), calcium phosphate, fluoroapatite, hydroxyapatite, ceramic powder, metal soap (e.g. zinc myristate, calcium palmitate, aluminum stearate, etc.), photochromic titanium oxide (titanium dioxide formed by sintering iron oxide), reduced zinc white, etc. These inorganic powders may be those subjected to a hydrophobic treatment on the surface, or those subjected to a surface treatment with silicone, metal soap or the like. In the present invention, it is preferred to combine one or more inorganic powders. Inorganic particles having an average particle size of 200 nm or less, particularly fine-particle zinc oxide, have a large makeup removal inhibitory effect among inorganic powders, so the inorganic powder preferably contains fine-particle zinc oxide. Microparticle zinc oxide refers to zinc oxide commonly used in external-use compositions such as cosmetics, with an average particle size of less than 0.1 μm (the lower limit of the average particle size is not particularly limited, and is generally about 30 nm). Such microparticle zinc oxide can be manufactured by conventional methods such as the French method and the American method, or commercial products can be used. As commercially available microparticle zinc oxide, for example, FINEX-25, FINEX-50, FINEX-75 (manufactured by Sakai Chemical Industry Co., Ltd.), ZnO350 (manufactured by Sumitomo Osaka Cement Co., Ltd.), ZINCOX SUPER-10, ZINCOX SUPER-20R, ZINCOX SUPER-30, ZINCOX CP-1 (manufactured by Shiraishi Chemical Industry Co., Ltd.), Z-COTE (manufactured by Sun Smart Co., Ltd.), MZ-500, MZ-700 (manufactured by TAYCA CORPORATION), etc. can be cited. In addition, the component (A) may contain an inorganic powder having an average particle size of more than 200 nm and less than 20 μm. Examples of such inorganic powders include inorganic powder pigments. Specifically, examples include Inorganic white pigments (such as titanium dioxide, zinc oxide, etc.); Inorganic red pigments (such as iron oxide (red iron oxide), iron titanate, etc.); Inorganic brown pigments (such as γ-iron oxide, etc.); Inorganic yellow pigments (such as yellow iron oxide, yellow ochre, etc.); Inorganic black pigments (such as black iron oxide, low-valent titanium oxide, etc.); Inorganic violet pigments (such as manganese violet, cobalt violet, etc.); Inorganic green pigments (such as chromium oxide, chromium hydroxide, cobalt titanate, etc.); Inorganic blue pigments (such as ultramarine, Prussian blue, etc.); Pearlescent pigments (for example, bismuth oxychloride, fish scale foil, mica titanium, iron oxide coated mica titanium, low-valent titanium oxide coated mica titanium, mica titanium with photochromic properties, pearlescent pigments using talc, glass, synthetic fluorphlogopite, silica, bismuth oxychloride, etc. instead of mica as a substrate, pearlescent pigments coated with low-valent titanium oxide, colored titanium oxide, iron oxide, aluminum oxide, silica, zirconium oxide, zinc oxide, cobalt oxide, aluminum, etc. in addition to titanium oxide as a coating, and functional pearlescent pigments Pigments: Pearlescent pigments formed by coating resin particles on the surface of pearlescent pigments (Japanese Patent Application No. 11-92688), pearlescent pigments formed by coating aluminum hydroxide particles on the surface of pearlescent pigments (Japanese Patent Application No. 2002-146238), pearlescent pigments formed by coating zinc oxide particles on the surface of pearlescent pigments (Japanese Patent Application No. 2003-261421), pearlescent pigments formed by coating barium sulfate particles on the surface of pearlescent pigments (Japanese Patent Application No. 2003-61229), etc.); Metal powder pigments (such as aluminum powder, copper powder, etc.); organic pigments such as zirconium, barium or aluminum lakes (such as Red No. 201, Red No. 202, Red No. 204, Red No. 205, Red No. 220, Red No. 226, Red No. 228, Red No. 405, Orange No. 203, Orange No. 204, Yellow No. 205, Yellow No. 401 and Blue No. 404, Red No. 3, Red No. 104, Red No. 106, Red No. 227, Red No. 230, Red No. 401, Red No. 505, Orange No. 205, Yellow No. 4, Yellow No. 5, Yellow No. 202, Yellow No. 203, Green No. 3 and Blue No. 1, etc.); etc. In the powder cosmetic of the present invention, the content of component (A) is not particularly limited, but is preferably 30 to 90% by mass, more preferably 40 to 80% by mass, based on the total mass of the powder cosmetic. By containing component (A) at such a content, the covering power and smoothness when the powder cosmetic is applied to the skin can be sufficient. In addition, when the cosmetic of the present invention contains microparticle zinc oxide, the content of microparticle zinc oxide is preferably 1 to 10% by mass, more preferably 2 to 8% by mass, based on the total mass of component (A). As described above, microparticle zinc oxide improves the effect of suppressing makeup removal, but it is not necessary that all of component (A) is microparticle zinc oxide. By making the content within this range, the effect of suppressing makeup removal can be fully exerted when in contact with sebum. On the other hand, by combining with other inorganic powders, the feeling of use of powder cosmetics, the covering property required by powder cosmetics, etc. can be improved.
