Description

Technical Field

[0001] The invention relates to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines, and in particular to a clinical traditional Chinese medicine for external use in treating burns, a preparation method and application thereof. Background Art

[0002] Burns are local or systemic damage to the human body caused by heat sources such as flames, hot air, hot liquids (boiling water, molten steel), photoelectricity (electric current, solitary light), and chemical substances (strong acid, strong alkali, yellow phosphorus). They are common in daily life. Patients with large-area deep burns can often be life-threatening if not properly treated. Due to the strong heat, certain parts of the human body are damaged. In mild cases, the internal organs of the human body are not affected, and only the skin is rotten. In severe cases, the heat and toxicity of the hot gas damage the yin and yang, and it is easy to damage the yin fluid in the body. The heat and toxicity change the internal organs, causing disharmony of the internal organs, imbalance of yin and yang, and causing the skin to rot and pus, thereby damaging the yin and yang. Acute renal failure, irritant ulcers of the digestive tract, lung infection, malnutrition, pulmonary edema, brain edema, etc. may also occur. When a burn invades a certain part of the human body, the area and depth of the injury should be observed and analyzed first. I. Methods for calculating the burn area: (1) palm method; (2) nine-point method. 2. Burn depth: first degree, second degree (shallow second degree, deep second degree), and third degree. Through clinical observation, first degree epidermis is red, swollen, hot and painful, dry and without blisters. Superficial second degree: severe pain in the epidermis, peeling, redness, moisture, edema. Deep second degree: delayed pain, blisters, pale face, red spots, moisture. Third degree: pain disappears, burnt yellow, dry and inelastic, subcutaneous blood vessels can be seen. The depth of burns can develop with time and conditions. First degree can become second degree, and deep second degree can become third degree due to infection if not properly treated. The severity of burns can be divided into mild, moderate, severe, serious, and very severe according to the area, depth, age, etc.

[0003] Burns, as a common and serious accidental injury, bring great pain and physical burden to patients in clinical practice. Traditional burn treatment methods have many limitations and often fail to meet the ideal treatment effect requirements. Among the existing burn treatment methods, although Western medicine plays an important role in anti-infection and maintaining vital signs, it still has shortcomings in promoting the rapid repair of skin tissue, reducing scar formation, and avoiding contracture deformity. For example, some conventional burn ointments may only focus on preventing infection, and have limited regeneration and repair ability for damaged skin after burns, resulting in a long healing period for patients, and often leaving obvious scars after healing, which seriously affects the quality of life and physical function recovery of patients, especially in the case of large-area burns. Scar contracture may cause serious complications such as limited joint movement. On the other hand, although some traditional Chinese medicine therapies have accumulated certain experience in the treatment of burns, many formulas have problems such as insufficient efficacy and weak pertinence. Some Chinese medicine prescriptions may have certain effects in clearing heat and detoxifying, but they cannot achieve ideal treatment effects in multiple links such as removing dead tissue and regenerating muscles, strengthening the body and eliminating evil, and promoting rapid skin growth. Moreover, the Chinese herbal medicine products for burn treatment currently on the market lack systematicity and scientificity in the selection and compatibility of medicinal materials, making it difficult to provide effective comprehensive treatment for the various complex symptoms caused by burns, such as persistent high fever.

[0004] In view of the urgent need for efficient, rapid and complication-reducing treatment methods in the field of burn treatment, it is of great practical significance and clinical value to develop a clinical Chinese medicine that can give full play to the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine, have multiple functions such as removing heat, detoxifying, draining pus, removing rot, strengthening the body, and removing evil, and can make the damaged skin grow rapidly, reduce the formation of scars and contracture deformities, and has unique therapeutic effects on severe symptoms such as high fever caused by burns. This will bring new hope and options for the treatment and rehabilitation of burn patients, fill the deficiencies of existing burn treatment methods, and promote the advancement of burn treatment technology. [0019] Burns are local or systemic damage to the human body caused by heat sources such as flames, hot air, hot liquids (boiling water, molten steel), photoelectricity (electric current, solitary light), and chemical substances (strong acid, strong alkali, yellow phosphorus). They are common in daily life. Patients with large-area deep burns can often be life-threatening if not properly treated. Due to the strong heat, certain parts of the human body are damaged. In mild cases, the internal organs of the human body are not affected, and only the skin rots. 1.

[0020] This application scheme prepares medicines according to the degree of injury. No need to take medicine, injections, or skin grafts. First-degree burns only need three days, shallow second-degree burns only need seven days, deep second-degree burns only need fifteen days, and third-degree burns only need thirty days. If the burn causes respiratory tract infections and high fevers, it only takes 6-10 hours to return to normal. Its significant features: 1. It is prepared with pure Chinese medicine and can be applied. 2. If the patient is treated in time, pain relief will begin within thirty minutes. It has the therapeutic effects of clearing heat, detoxifying, activating blood circulation, removing blood stasis, reducing swelling, removing rot, and promoting muscle growth. After recovery, there will be no contracture deformity or scars. 3. Mild cases can be self-treated. 4. Especially for the safety and timely treatment of vulnerable public security, firefighting, forest armed police, battlefield fighters, chemical defense personnel, and workers dealing with flammable and explosive environments, it can play its unique therapeutic effect and greatly reduce the mortality rate.

[0021] For example; 1. Patient Ji Guo, male, was scalded by boiling water on the back of his torso, arms, and upper thighs in April 2007. The affected areas had a large number of blisters, were damp, pale, not very painful, had little urine, thirst, irritability, and excessive heat that damaged the yin. He was treated with a traditional prescription and was cured in 9 days without scars.

[0022] 2. Patient Su Moumou, female, Han nationality, 65 years old, suffered more than 85% of her body from the "April 19 Explosion" in Mabian in 2004, and her left lower leg was fractured. She was treated in a certain hospital, but did not recover after more than 3 months of treatment. At that time, she was depressed, irritable, insomniac, dry mouth, no appetite, and there was a peculiar smell and pus in the affected area. She used a secret recipe passed down from her ancestors to drain the poison and pus. After the first day of treatment, she slept for more than 5 hours at night. After a week of treatment, the burns were cured. In order to verify whether this recipe would leave scars during the treatment, she did not apply the medicine for the last two days when her left face was almost healed, resulting in scars.

[0023] 3. Liu, female, Han nationality, 74 years old, suffered a burn at the base of her left foot in 2005. She was treated in multiple hospitals for more than 2 years, but the wound never healed and the bone turned black. The doctor had to scrape the black bone every day, and the hospital finally required amputation. As a result, she was cured after 15 days of treatment with our medicine. There was no recurrence of the foot and no contracture deformity.

[0024] 4. A, male, Yi nationality, 37 years old. He was burned by gasoline in January 23, and went to a certain hospital for treatment for 48 days. He returned to a certain county hospital for treatment for 16 days but still did not recover. At that time, he could not stand steadily and could not walk. When the gauze was removed, there was a peculiar smell, paleness, decay, and pus. After more than an hour of treatment, the fire in the affected area was reduced, the decay was removed, and the pus was discharged. The surface was slightly red, and there was no peculiar smell. A took the medicine home on the same day and treated himself. Later, because the medicine was not applied properly and the decay was particularly serious, Dr. Yu went to the hospital for guidance. After more than a month of treatment, he recovered. There is no contracture deformity and no scars. The skin of the affected area is now white and it will slowly return to normal.

[0025] 5. Li, male, Han nationality, 36 years old. In June 20, he was scalded by flour water from his left finger to wrist, left lower back, and left hip to the lower part of his foot. At that time, he went to a hospital's burn department for treatment for 6 days, but his condition became worse. When he came back for treatment, the burnt area was pale, rotten, and pus-filled, and his fingers were red and fat, and there was a peculiar smell. After more than two hours of treatment, the heat and toxins in the affected area were removed, the rotten pus was cleared, and the peculiar smell disappeared. After more than ten days of treatment, he was cured without contracture deformity or scars.

[0026] 6. Yu, male Han nationality, 50 years old. In March 2007, he suffered electric burns on his hands and face at a power station. He came for treatment in time. His hands were swollen, bloodless, and skinless, and he was in a trance. When the medicine was first applied, smoke came out. After more than an hour of treatment, his hands turned copper-colored. This is the effect of the medicine forcibly reducing the heat. After 18 days of treatment, he was cured without contracture deformity or scars.

[0027] This application belongs to the preparation of pure Chinese medicine, which has low cost, high efficacy, quick effect and no recurrence.
