AI Technical Summary
During the polishing of the rotating surface of mechanical castings, due to the high-temperature reaction caused by high-speed friction, it is difficult for the prior art to effectively cool down, resulting in deformation of the castings.
A grinding device for mechanical casting processing is designed. Based on the traditional air pump, an air guide frame and a second air pump are added. The contact between the grinder and the casting surface is automatically controlled through infrared sensors, and the grinding is stopped in time and the air blows to cool down. When necessary, the second air pump mode is switched to accelerate the cooling.
It realizes that the surface temperature of the casting is too high during the grinding of mechanical castings. Through collaborative air blowing and cooling and switching of the air pump mode, the risk of high-temperature deformation of the castings is significantly reduced, and the stability and safety of the grinding process are enhanced.

Description
Technical Field
[0001] The invention relates to the technical field of workpiece rotating surface processing machine tools, and in particular to a grinding device and a grinding method for machining mechanical castings. Background Art
[0002] During the production process, grinding the rotating surface of cylindrical mechanical castings is a common process in mechanical processing. For example, grinding the surface of a flywheel or flange to make it smooth can reduce friction with the contact surface and improve the efficiency and life of moving parts. In addition, flywheels and flanges usually need to be precisely matched with other components. Surface grinding can ensure their matching accuracy with shafts, bearings, bolts and other components. At the same time, surface grinding can remove unbalanced weight, thereby ensuring that they maintain good dynamic balance when rotating at high speed.
[0003] During the grinding process, high-speed friction between the casting and the grinding wheel will cause high temperature to be generated, and the high temperature will react on the casting to cause the casting to deform. Based on this, the present invention proposes a grinding device and a grinding method for mechanical casting processing, which expands more functions on the basis of the traditional air pump. The air guide frame 106 is connected to the first air pump 105 through a pipeline. The lifting frame 103 is equipped with a grinder 107, which is used to grind the rotating surface of the mechanical casting. A collection rack 108 for collecting grinding waste is fixedly connected to the middle of the top of the workbench 101. The collection rack 108 is used to collect grinding waste. The collection rack 108 is slidably connected to the lifting frame 103. A storage rack 109 is fixedly connected to the lower rear side of the workbench 101. The lower front side of the workbench 101 is fixedly connected to the second air pump 11 0, the front side of the collecting frame 108 is fixedly connected with an air guide pipe 111, the air guide pipe 111 is connected with the second air pump 110 through a pipeline, the air guide pipe 111 is provided with two left and right channels, the left channel is connected with the collecting frame 108, and the right channel is used to guide the gas to the polishing surface of the casting, the air guide pipe 111 is rotatably connected with the first rotating frame 112, and the first rotating frame 112 is used to switch the left and right channels of the air guide pipe 111, and the lifting frame 103 is rotatably connected with the first rotating frame 112. The connecting rod 113 is rotatably connected between the lifting frame 103 and the first rotating frame 112, and the lifting frame 103 is fixed There is an infrared sensor 114 for detecting the grinding temperature. The infrared sensor 114 is electrically connected to the cylinder 102 through the control module. The workbench 101 is provided with a driving component for driving the first sliding frame 104 to slide. The first rotating frame 112 is provided with a first through hole 115, the left side of the air duct 111 is provided with a second through hole 116, and the right side of the air duct 111 is provided with a third through hole 117. When the first rotating frame 112 rotates, the first through hole 115 corresponds to the second through hole 116 and the third through hole 117 alternately.
[0033] First, the cylindrical mechanical casting is limited and inverted in the first sliding frame 104 so that the rotating surface of the casting faces upward, and then the grinder 107 is started. The grinding wheel of the grinder 107 rotates clockwise, and the driving assembly is started at the same time. The driving assembly drives the first sliding frame 104 to move right along the workbench 101, thereby driving the casting to move right. When the casting passes under the grinder 107 to the right, the grinder 107 grinds the rotating surface of the casting, and the grinding waste splashes clockwise to the left into the collection rack 108. During grinding, the first air pump 105 is started, and the gas pumped out by the air pump enters the air guide frame 106 through the pipeline, and then the air guide frame 106 guides the gas to the grinding surface of the casting, so as to achieve the effect of real-time cooling of the casting and prevent the casting from being deformed due to excessive grinding temperature.
[0034] During the above-mentioned grinding process, when the surface temperature of the casting is higher than the threshold value, the infrared sensor 114 controls the telescopic end of the cylinder 102 to extend upward through the control module, thereby driving the lifting frame 103 to move upward, and then driving the first air pump 105, the air guide frame 106 and the grinder 107 to move upward as a whole, so that the grinding wheel of the grinder 107 is separated from the surface of the casting and the grinding is stopped. At the same time, when the lifting frame 103 moves upward, the first rotating frame 112 is driven to rotate through the connecting rod 113. At this time, the first through hole 115 is switched to correspond to the third through hole 117, and the second air pump 110 is started. The gas pumped out is pumped into the right channel of the air guide pipe 111 through the first through hole 115 and the third through hole 117 in turn, and is blown toward the casting through the right channel outlet of the air guide pipe 111.
[0035] During the above-mentioned grinding process, when the surface temperature of the casting returns to the normal threshold, the telescopic end of the control cylinder 102 is shortened downward, thereby driving the lifting frame 103 to move downward, and then driving the first air pump 105, the air guide frame 106 and the grinder 107 to move downward as a whole, so that the grinding wheel of the grinder 107 contacts the surface of the casting and continues to grind. At the same time, when the lifting frame 103 moves downward, the first rotating frame 112 is driven to reverse through the connecting rod 113. At this time, the first through hole 115 corresponds to the second through hole 116, and the gas pumped out by the second air pump 110 is pumped into the collection rack 108 through the first through hole 115 and the second through hole 116 in turn. Under the blowing action of the gas, the grinding waste on the collection rack 108 enters the storage rack 109 through the pipeline backward for collection and storage.
[0036] In summary, when the present invention is grinding a mechanical casting, when the surface temperature of the casting is normal, the first air pump 105 is used to blow air to cool the surface of the casting, and at the same time, the grinding waste is collected by the second air pump 110. When the surface temperature of the casting is too high during the grinding process, the grinding is automatically stopped immediately. In addition, on the basis of the first air pump 105 blowing air to cool down, the second air pump 110 is switched from the waste collection mode to the cooling mode to speed up the cooling rate of the casting, thereby further preventing the casting from deforming at high temperature. The functions are diverse and practical.
[0037] Embodiment 2: Based on embodiment 1, Figure 6 and Figure 7 As shown, it also includes a rack 201, which is fixedly connected to the front side of the lifting frame 103. The left side of the air guide frame 106 is rotatably connected to the second rotating frame 202. The front end of the second rotating frame 202 is fixedly connected to a full gear 203, which is meshed with the rack 201, and the second rotating frame 202 has an air guide port 204.
[0038] During the lifting and lowering process of the above-mentioned air guide frame 106, the second rotating frame 202 and the full gear 203 are lifted and lowered synchronously with the guide frame. Under the action of the rack 201, the full gear 203 drives the second rotating frame 202 to rotate during the rising process, so that the air guide port 204 is deflected downward toward the casting. During the descending process of the full gear 203, it drives the second rotating frame 202 to reverse, so that the air guide port 204 is deflected upward toward the casting. That is, during the lifting and lowering process of the air guide frame 106, the air guide port 204 is automatically adjusted so that the wind blown out through the air guide frame 106 is always accurately directed toward the contact end face of the casting located at the grinder 107.
[0039] Embodiment 3: Based on embodiment 2, Figure 8 and Fig. 9 As shown, it also includes a first limit frame 301 symmetrically distributed along the first sliding frame 104, the first limit frame 301 is slidably connected to the first sliding frame 104, the first sliding frame 104 is slidably connected to a second limit frame 302 symmetrically distributed along the first sliding frame 104, the bottom of the second limit frame 302 is provided with an oblique groove symmetrically distributed along the second limit frame 302, the second limit frame 302 is slidably connected to the adjacent first limit frame 301 through the oblique groove, a connecting rod 303 is fixedly connected in the middle of the first limit frame 301, the connecting rod 303 is set to an elastic telescopic rod, the elastic coefficient of the built-in spring of the elastic telescopic rod is set to 150N / M, and a side of the workbench 101 close to the connecting rod 303 is provided with an inclined surface 304 symmetrically distributed along the workbench 101, and the connecting rod 303 moves to the right and contacts the adjacent inclined surface 304.
[0040] When the first sliding frame 104 slides to the right, it drives the first limiting frame 301, the second limiting frame 302 and the connecting rod 303 to move to the right together. When the connecting rod 303 contacts the inclined surface 304, the connecting rod 303 drives the two first limiting frames 301 to move towards each other due to the squeezing effect of the inclined surface 304, thereby limiting the front and back sides of the casting. The first limiting frame 301 squeezes the two second limiting frames 302 to move towards each other through the inclined groove, thereby limiting the left and right sides of the casting. In this way, in the process of the first sliding frame 104 driving the casting to move to the right, the first limiting frame 301 and the second limiting frame 302 automatically clamp the casting, thereby ensuring the stability of the casting during grinding.
[0041] During the process of the inclined surface 304 squeezing the connecting rod 303 to make the two first limit frames 301 move towards each other, when the first limit frame 301 contacts the casting, if the connecting rod 303 has not passed through the inclined surface 304, the connecting rod 303 will be adaptively compressed while continuing to move to the right. In this way, it is suitable for clamping castings of various sizes and allows castings of various sizes to be smoothly moved to the right for grinding.
[0042] Embodiment 4: Based on embodiment 3, Fig.10 As shown, the driving assembly includes a motor 401, which is fixedly connected to the left side of the workbench 101. A first screw rod 402 is rotatably connected between the left and right sides of the workbench 101. The first screw rod 402 is threadedly connected to the first sliding frame 104. By starting the motor 401, the first screw rod 402 is driven to rotate, and the first sliding frame 104 can be driven to move from left to right for grinding.
[0043] like Fig.11 As shown, it also includes a second sliding frame 501, which is slidably connected to the first sliding frame 104 along the up and down directions. The first sliding frame 104 is threadedly connected with a second screw 502, and the second screw 502 is rotatably connected to the second sliding frame 501. By adjusting the second screw 502, the height of the second sliding frame 501 can be adjusted according to the thickness of the casting.
[0044] Embodiment 5: Based on Embodiment 4, a grinding method for machining mechanical castings comprises the following steps: S1, limit and invert the cylindrical mechanical casting in the first sliding frame 104 so that the rotating surface of the casting faces upward; S2, start the grinder 107 and the drive assembly, start moving the casting, and grind the rotating surface of the casting; S3. During grinding, start the first air pump 105 and the second air pump 110. When the surface temperature of the casting is higher than the threshold, the infrared sensor 114 controls the telescopic end of the cylinder 102 to extend upward through the control module, so that the grinding wheel of the grinder 107 is separated from the surface of the casting, and grinding is stopped. The first air pump 105 and the second air pump 110 cooperate to blow air to cool the casting. When the surface temperature of the casting returns to the normal threshold, the infrared sensor 114 controls the telescopic end of the cylinder 102 to shorten downward through the control module, so that the grinding wheel of the grinder 107 is in contact with the surface of the casting, and grinding continues. The first air pump 105 blows air to cool the casting, and the second air pump 110 blows air to collect the waste generated by grinding.
