Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The present invention relates to a mounting structure capable of mounting a bracket for assembling an electronic control component such as an ECU to a vehicle body (mounted member). Background Art
[0002] For example, an ECU (Electronic Control Unit) as an electronic control component of a vehicle includes a circuit board (electronic control unit) in a frame (ECU housing), and is mounted on a panel member on the vehicle body side via an ECU bracket assembled to the frame. Patent document 1 describes the above bracket, which describes a technique for firmly assembling the ECU so that it is not easy to fall off after assembly, and further suppressing vibrations applied to the ECU by the vehicle's running vibrations. However, in this bracket, a relatively strong force is continuously required from the start to the end of assembling the ECU (see Patent document 1). Fig.12 B), so there is a problem with the ease of assembly.
[0003] Thus, regarding the mounting structure of the mounting bracket for electronic control components such as ECU, it is hoped that the following three points can be achieved simultaneously at a high level: the ECU can be easily mounted on the bracket, it is not easy to fall off after mounting, and the transmission of driving vibration to the ECU when assembled to the vehicle body can be suppressed.
[0004] Prior art literature Patent Literature Patent Document 1: Japanese Patent No. 6533248 Summary of the invention Problem that the invention aims to solve The problem of the present invention is to provide an installation structure of an electronic control component and a bracket, which can easily install an electronic control component such as an ECU on a bracket, is difficult to fall off after installation, and is difficult for the vehicle's running vibration to affect the installed ECU, and a similar installation structure of a first component (such as an electronic control component) and a second component (such as a bracket).
[0005] Means for solving the problem and effects of the invention The mounting structure for solving the above-mentioned problem is a mounting structure in which a bracket (second member) for mounting an electronic control component on the vehicle body side is mounted on the electronic control component (first member). The electronic control component (first member) has an upper surface and a lower surface, and a side surface extending in the up-down direction in a manner connecting the outer edge sides of the upper surface and the lower surface, a side surface portion including a portion of the side surface width direction orthogonal to the up-down direction of the side surface constitutes a mounting side surface portion, and a lower surface side locking portion corresponding to the mounting side surface portion is formed on the lower surface, The bracket (second member) is a resin injection molded part integrally including an L-shaped bracket body (mounting portion) and a snap-fit fixing portion for mounting to the vehicle body side, the L-shaped bracket body including a side wall portion and a bottom wall portion extending from a lower end in a height direction of the bracket in a predetermined bottom wall extension direction orthogonal to the height direction, The side wall portion has a locking portion at the upper end of the side wall, The bottom wall portion has a bottom wall locking portion and an elastic push-up piece extending obliquely upward in the height direction. The elastic push-up piece is located between the locking portion on the upper end of the side wall and the locking portion on the bottom wall in the extending direction of the bottom wall. The electronic control component (first component) is installed on the bracket (second component) by a rotational installation operation in which the lower surface side locking portion is locked relative to the bottom wall locking portion of the bracket (second component) in the extension direction of the bottom wall and the mounting side surface portion is pushed toward the lower side of the side wall upper end side locking portion with the locking position as a fulcrum. During the rotational installation operation, elastic deformation occurs in the bracket (second component) so that the side wall portion tilts in the direction opposite to the extension direction of the bottom wall and elastic deformation occurs so that the elastic upper push piece is pressed downward in the height direction. When the electronic control component (first component) and the second component are installed, the side wall portion of the bracket (second component) is maintained in an elastically deformed state restored from the maximum tilting angle during the rotational installation operation to a shape retaining the tilting angle, and the electronic control component (first component) is continuously pressed in the extension direction of the bottom wall by the elastic restoring force generated by the elastic deformation state, thereby maintaining the state in which the lower surface side locking portion of the electronic control component (first component) pushes the bottom wall locking portion of the bracket (second component), and the elastic push-up piece of the bracket (second component) is maintained in an elastically deformed state pressed downward in the height direction, and the electronic control component (first component) is continuously pushed upward in the height direction by the elastic restoring force generated by the elastic deformation state, thereby maintaining the state in which the installation side portion of the electronic control component (first component) pushes the upper end side locking portion of the side wall of the bracket (second component).
[0006] In addition, in the case of the mounting structure of the first member and the second member other than the electronic control component and the bracket, the engaging and fixing portion of the second member can be omitted.
[0007] In the above-mentioned mounting structure, instead of mounting a large bracket (second component) by clamping the opposite side surfaces of the electronic control component (first component) as in the prior art, a small bracket (second component) can be easily mounted relative to one side surface of the electronic control component. Specifically, the bracket is mounted on the side surface of the electronic control component (mounting side surface) by locking the lower surface side locking portion of the electronic control component relative to the bottom wall locking portion of the bracket and pushing the mounting side surface of the housing to the lower side of the side wall upper end side locking portion of the bracket with the locking position as a fulcrum. When the side surface of the electronic control component is pushed to the lower side of the side wall upper end side locking portion of the bracket, the upper side of the side wall of the bracket is bent in the outward direction opposite to the extension direction of the bottom wall, but the bending is instantaneous, and there is no trouble of installing by continuously applying force. In addition, the electronic control component mounted on the bracket is prevented from coming out in the extension direction of the bottom wall of the bracket by the bottom wall locking portion of the bracket, and is prevented from coming out in the height direction (upward direction) of the bracket by the upper end locking portion of the side wall of the bracket, so it will not fall off the bracket easily.
[0008] Further, in the above-mentioned mounting structure, in the mounting state of the electronic control component (first member) and the bracket (second member), the bracket holds the electronic control component in a clamped state (clamped state) in two directions (bottom wall extension direction, height direction). Specifically, in the bracket in the state where the electronic control component is mounted, the side wall portion is bent in the opposite outer direction of the bottom wall extension direction, and the electronic control component is pressed in the bottom wall extension direction by its restoring force. However, in the bottom wall extension direction of the bracket, the electronic control component is prevented from moving in the form of the bottom surface side locking portion being pressed by the bottom wall locking portion of the bracket. Therefore, the electronic control component is in a clamped state clamped between the side wall portion and the bottom wall locking portion of the bracket in the bottom wall extension direction of the bracket. On the other hand, in the bracket, the elastic upper push piece is pressed in the downward direction, and the electronic control component is pushed upward by the restoring force. However, in the upper direction (height direction) of the bracket, the electronic control component is pressed by the upper end side locking portion of the side wall of the bracket and is prevented from moving. Therefore, the electronic control component is also in a clamped state between the elastic upper push piece of the bracket and the locking portion on the upper end of the side wall in the vertical direction (height direction) of the bracket. Therefore, the electronic control component absorbs part of the vibration in the bottom wall extension direction and the vertical direction (height direction) transmitted from the vehicle body to the bracket through the flexure of the side wall portion of the bracket and the elastic upper push piece, thereby reducing the impact on the internal electronic control unit.
[0009] In addition, in the above-mentioned mounting structure, the electronic control component can also be floated from the bottom wall of the bracket by an elastic push-up piece when the electronic control component (first member) and the bracket (second member) are mounted. In this case, the contact between the electronic control component and the side wall of the bracket does not occur at the lower end of the side wall (the electronic control component does not contact the lower end of the side wall of the bracket). Even in the case of a structure in which the electronic control component contacts the lower end of the side wall of the bracket in the mounted state, the lower end of the side wall is close to the connection position with the bottom wall, so it is difficult to bend compared with the upper end side, and a greater force is required to bend it. However, in the case of a structure in which the electronic control component floats from the bottom wall in the mounted state, the electronic control component is not at the lower end of the side wall, but contacts the side wall at the upper side than the lower end, so it is easy to bend, and it does not require such a large force to bend it. Therefore, the installation of the electronic control component and the bracket becomes easy. Moreover, the elastic push-up piece that floats the above-mentioned electronic control component also contributes to the vibration suppression of the electronic control component described above.
[0010] It should be noted that the bending angle (tilting angle) of the side wall of the bracket (second component) in the state where the electronic control component (first component) and the bracket (second component) are mounted relative to the height direction of the non-bending side wall is 5 degrees or less, and more preferably 3 degrees or less. However, the angle is an angle that can at least obtain a restoring force in the bent state, and is actually a small angle of about 1 degree or less.
[0011] In addition, the up-down direction in the electronic control component (first member) is a direction defined for specifying the shape (upper surface, lower surface, side surface, etc.) of the electronic control component (first member), and may not correspond to the actual up-down direction. For example, it is not necessary to make the upper surface of the electronic control component (first member) upper and the lower surface lower when in use.
[0012] The locking surface of the locking portion on the upper end side of the side wall that locks the installation side portion in the installation state is a surface facing downward in the height direction of the locking portion on the upper end side of the side wall, and can form an acute angle with respect to the height direction when the side wall portion is not bent (natural state). According to this structure, the locking surface of the locking portion on the upper end side of the side wall of the bracket is formed at a downward angle toward the extension direction of the bottom wall when the side wall portion is not bent (natural state). Therefore, even if the electronic control component is installed on the bracket and the side wall portion of the bracket is bent, it is difficult to form an upward angle toward the extension direction of the bottom wall. Therefore, it is difficult for the electronic control component to slip out upward.
[0013] The electronic control component may also have a group of a plurality of mutually corresponding lower surface side locking portions and the installation side portions as a bracket mounting portion. Thus, a plurality of brackets can be installed through a plurality of bracket mounting portions. For example, instead of assembling the electronic control component with respect to the plate on the vehicle body side through one bracket, the electronic control component can be stably mounted to the vehicle body side because it can be assembled through a plurality of brackets. In addition, the bracket can be installed by selecting from a plurality of bracket mounting portions. For example, the installation position of the bracket to the electronic control component can be changed according to the size and shape of the electronic control component, the size and shape of the configuration space on the vehicle body side, and the like. There is no need to prepare brackets according to electronic control components having various sizes and shapes as is conventionally the case.
[0014] The side wall portion has a thin plate-shaped side wall main surface portion and a rib-shaped side wall protrusion portion, the side wall protrusion portion protrudes from the side wall main surface portion toward the bottom wall extension direction and extends along the height direction and is connected to the side wall upper end side locking portion at its upper end, and the mounting side portion can function as a movement restriction portion that restricts the electronic control component from moving in the side width direction relative to the bracket by clamping the side wall protrusion portion in the side width direction or being clamped by a plurality of the side wall protrusion portions in the side width direction in the mounting state. According to this configuration, the bracket is clamped and pressed relative to the electronic control component in the bottom wall extension direction and the height direction orthogonal to the bottom wall extension direction so as not to deviate, and also does not deviate relative to the electronic control component in the bracket width direction orthogonal to them, and stable mounting can be expected.
[0015] The bottom wall portion may be such that the base end portion in the bottom wall extension direction (the end portion on the opposite side of the bottom wall extension direction) constitutes a connection portion connected to the lower end portion of the side wall portion, the elastic push-up piece is formed to protrude from the main portion of the bottom wall body adjacent to the connection portion on the bottom wall extension direction side, and the rigidity of the connection portion is lower than that of the main portion of the bottom wall body. According to this configuration, the side wall portion can be accelerated (facilitated) to fall in the direction opposite to the bottom wall extension direction by the flexure of the connection portion.
[0016] The side surface for installation has the following shape: it protrudes outward in the said part of the area of the side surface in a manner that it has a locking upper surface facing upward on the lower side in the up-down direction relative to the upper surface that becomes the main part of the electronic control component, and when it is pushed to the lower side of the locking portion on the upper end side of the side wall during the rotational installation operation, the locking upper surface can be locked to the locking portion on the upper end side of the side wall. According to the above structure, since the electronic control component has a locking upper surface at a position lower in height than the upper surface that becomes the main part, it can be installed in a form in which the locking portion on the upper end side of the side wall of the bracket is locked to the locking upper surface. In other words, even if the electronic control component has a large thickness in the up-down direction, the bracket can be installed. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

DETAILED DESCRIPTION
[0062] Hereinafter, a first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0063] In the first embodiment, if Figure 1 As shown, an electronic control unit 10 (ECU) is mounted on brackets 1A and 1B to form a mounting structure 100. The electronic control unit 10 mounted on the brackets 1A and 1B is, for example, Figure 2 As shown, it is assembled to the vehicle body side (here, the vehicle body panel 200). It should be noted that in each of the drawings, the cross-section of the electronic control component 10 is shown in a simplified manner without showing the detailed cross-sectional shape.
[0064] The electronic control component 10 is configured in the form of a housing 11 containing an electronic control unit (not shown). Various circuit boards serving as the electronic control unit are arranged in the housing 11. Figure 1 as well as Figure 3As shown, the housing 11 of the electronic control component 10 has an upper surface 11a (housing upper surface) and a lower surface 11b (housing lower surface), and a side surface 11c (housing side surface, housing outer peripheral surface) extending in the vertical direction Z10 in a manner connecting the outer edge sides of the upper surface 11a and the lower surface 11b. The housing 11 here is box-shaped, and has an upper surface 11a and a lower surface 11b, and a side surface 11c (outer peripheral side surface) surrounding the outer peripheral side between these upper and lower surfaces 11a and 11b. Further, the side surface 11c here is four side surfaces that stand up in the vertical direction Z10 corresponding to the four sides of the upper surface 11a and the lower surface 11b that are rectangular (here, square), and the housing 11 is in the shape of a rectangular parallelepiped. In this embodiment, an opening is formed in one of the four side surfaces 11c, and the external connection part 14 (connector) of the electronic control unit contained therein is exposed from the opening.
[0065] like Figure 3 As shown, the side surface portion of a portion of the interval RC of the side width direction R10 orthogonal to the up-down direction Z10 of the side surface 11c of the housing 11 constitutes the mounting side surface portion 12, and the lower surface side locking portion 13 corresponding to the mounting side surface portion 12 is formed on the lower surface 11b. Here, in the entirety of the four side surfaces 11c corresponding to the four sides of the upper surface 11a and the lower surface 11b (the entirety of the peripheral side surface), a plurality of mounting protrusions (protrusions) protruding outward in the interval RC are formed, and these constitute the mounting side surface portion 12. Specifically, the width-direction centers of a pair of side surfaces 11c, 11c that are mutually opposed positions in the side surface 11c corresponding to the four sides respectively constitute the mounting side surface portion 12. Each mounting side surface portion 12 protrudes outward in a rectangular parallelepiped shape in the same plane as the upper and lower surfaces 11a, 11b.
[0066] like Figure 3 As shown, a lower surface side locking portion 13 corresponding to each mounting side portion 12 is formed on the lower surface 11b of the housing 11. Each lower surface side locking portion 13 is convex or concave relative to the lower surface 11b and has a locking surface 13k facing the opposite side to the corresponding mounting side portion 12 (see Fig. 10A as well as Fig.11A ). The lower surface side locking portion 13 here corresponds to the mounting side portion 12 located on the side close to itself, and is convexly protruded downward relative to the lower surface 11b at a position on the inner side of the corresponding mounting side portion 12 in the lower surface 11b. Specifically, the surface of the lower surface side locking portion 13 facing the opposite side to the corresponding mounting side portion 12 is formed as a locking surface 13k at a right angle to the lower surface 11b.
[0067] Thus, the electronic control component 10 (housing 11 ) includes a plurality of mutually corresponding sets of the lower surface side locking portions 13 and the mounting side portions 12 as the bracket mounting portions 15 , and either the bracket 1A or 1B can be mounted to these sets.
[0068] The brackets 1A and 1B are used to mount an electronic control unit 10 (ECU) on a vehicle body side (eg Figure 2 The electronic control component of the vehicle body panel 200) has a first bracket 1A (refer to Figure 4 ) and the second bracket 1B (refer to Figure 7 ).like Figure 1 As shown in FIG. 1 , these brackets 1A and 1B are assembled to a resin case 11 of an electronic control unit 10 (ECU). Figure 4~Figure 9 As shown, the brackets 1A and 1B are resin injection molded products that integrally include an L-shaped bracket body 5 and an engaging and fixing portion 4 ( 4A and 4B) for mounting to a vehicle body.
[0069] The bracket body 5 is basically the same shape in both brackets 1A and 1B, and is an L-shape having a side wall portion 2 extending in a height direction Z1 and a bottom wall portion 3 extending from the lower end in the height direction Z1 to a predetermined bottom wall extension direction X1 orthogonal to the height direction Z1.
[0070] like Figure 4~Figure 9 As shown, the side wall portion 2 is a portion facing the side surface 11c (mounting side surface portion 12) of the electronic control component 10 when the electronic control component 10 (ECU) is mounted on the brackets 1A and 1B (see FIG. Figure 2 ).like Figure 6 as well as Fig. 9 As shown, the side wall portion 2 has a side wall main body portion 2B extending in the height direction Z1 and a side wall upper end side locking portion 2A protruding in the bottom wall extension direction X1 at its upper end side, and basically has the same shape in both brackets 1A and 1B.
[0071] like Figure 4 as well as Figure 7As shown, the side wall main body 2B has a flat thin plate-shaped side wall main surface 2B1 extending in the height direction Z1 (side wall height direction), and rib-shaped side wall protrusions 2B2, 2B2 extending in the height direction Z1 (side wall height direction) from the side wall main surface 2B1 to the front and rear of the bottom wall extension direction X1 (side wall thickness direction). The side wall protrusions 2B2, 2B2 here are side wall side surface portions (hereinafter also referred to as side wall side surface portions 2B2, 2B2) that form side surfaces on both sides of the side wall main surface 2B1 in the width direction Y1 (side wall width direction, bracket width direction). The side wall portion 2 here is configured as a box having side wall side surface portions 2B2, 2B2 at both ends in the width direction Y1 relative to the thin plate-shaped side wall main surface 2B1, and having a side wall upper end side locking portion 2A on the upper side in the height direction Z1, and can accommodate (fit) the mounting side surface portion 12 of the electronic control component 10 inside.
[0072] The locking portion 2A on the upper end of the side wall is formed to protrude from the upper side of the side wall main surface 2B1 in the height direction Z1 toward the bottom wall extension direction X1, and has a surface 2a facing downward in the height direction Z1 as a locking surface that is locked relative to the upper surface 11a of the housing 11 when the electronic control unit 10 (ECU) and the brackets 1A and 1B are installed. The locking surface 2a here is a surface that is orthogonal to the height direction Z1 when the side wall portion 2 is not bent (natural state). In addition, the locking portion 2A on the upper end of the side wall is formed into a shape that tapers toward the bottom wall extension direction X1, and has an upper surface 2b (locking portion upper surface) facing upward as an inclined surface that slopes downward toward the bottom wall extension direction X1. The locking portion 2A on the upper end of the side wall here is divided into left and right at the center of the width direction Y1, and each of the divided parts is connected to the upper end of the side wall side surface 2B2 on the corresponding side.
[0073] like Figure 4~Figure 9 As shown, the bottom wall portion 3 is a portion opposite to the lower surface 11b of the electronic control component 10 when the electronic control component 10 (ECU) is mounted on the brackets 1A and 1B (see Figure 2 ).like Figure 6 as well as Fig. 9 As shown, the bottom wall portion 3 includes a bottom wall main body portion 3C extending along the bottom wall extension direction X1, a bottom wall locking portion 3A arranged on the front end side thereof, and an elastic upper push piece 3B (3B1, 3B2) extending from the bottom wall main body portion 3C obliquely upward (obliquely upward in the height direction Z1). Excluding the elastic upper push piece 3B, the two brackets 1A and 1B basically have the same shape.
[0074] The bottom wall main body 3C has a base end portion in the bottom wall extension direction X1 (the end portion on the opposite side of the bottom wall extension direction X1) as a connection portion 3X connected to the lower end portion 2BL of the side wall portion 2. In addition, the bottom wall main body 3C has a bottom wall main body main part 3CX adjacent to the connection portion 3X on the bottom wall extension direction X1 side, and a bottom wall locking portion 3A is formed on the front end side of the bottom wall main body main part 3CX in the bottom wall extension direction X1. In addition, an elastic push-up piece 3B is formed protruding from the bottom wall main body main part 3CX.
[0075] The bottom wall main body portion 3C has a bottom wall bottom surface portion 3C1 extending in a flat thin plate shape along the bottom wall extension direction X1, and a rib-shaped bottom wall protrusion portion 3C2 protruding upward from the bottom wall bottom surface portion 3C1 in the height direction Z1 and extending along the bottom wall extension direction X1 or the width direction Y1 (bottom wall width direction, bracket width direction: the same direction as the side wall width direction).
[0076] In the main part 3CX of the bottom wall body, a bottom wall bottom surface part 3C1 is formed in the entire area except for the hole 3C0 described later, and a bottom wall protrusion part 3C2 is formed on the bottom wall bottom surface part 3C1. The main part 3CX of the bottom wall body is a part where the elastic push-up piece 3B is protruded and formed, and has a rib structure (bottom wall protrusion part 3C2) that is difficult to bend in the height direction Z1 so that the upward push of the elastic push-up piece 3B is stable when the electronic control component 10 is installed (not less than the reaction force (elastic restoring force) of the elastic push-up piece 3B during elastic deformation). On the other hand, the connecting part 3X is composed of three bottom wall protrusion parts 3C2 extending in the bottom wall extension direction X1, and a through hole 3X0 that passes through in the height direction Z1 is formed between them. Of the three bottom wall protrusions 3C2, the bottom wall protrusions 3C2 on both sides in the width direction Y1 are the bottom wall side connection parts 3X2, 3X2, and the bottom wall protrusion 3C2 in the center in the width direction Y1 is the bottom wall center connection part 3X3. The bottom wall protrusions 3C2 extending along the bottom wall extension direction X1 at both ends in the width direction Y1 of the bottom wall main body main part 3CX and the connection part 3X are connected to the side wall protrusions 2B2, 2B2 of the side wall part 2.
[0077] The rigidity of the connecting portion 3X is lower than that of the bottom wall main body portion 3CX adjacent to the bottom wall extension direction X1, and is easier to bend in the height direction Z1 than the bottom wall main body portion 3CX. The connecting portion 3X here is less rigid than the bottom wall main body portion 3CX by forming a low-rigidity shape without forming the bottom wall bottom surface portion 3C1.
[0078] The bottom wall portion 3 has a leg portion 3D that protrudes downward in the height direction Z1. The leg portion 3D is a portion that contacts the panel surface when the brackets 1A and 1B are assembled with respect to the vehicle body panel 200 that becomes the vehicle body side (see Figure 2 ), here, it is arranged in a rib shape on both sides of the front and rear in the extension direction X1 of the bottom wall to enhance the rigidity of this part.
[0079] The bottom wall locking portion 3A is convex or concave in the front end side of the bottom wall extension direction X1 in the bottom wall main body portion 3C, protruding upward in the height direction Z1 or recessed downward in the height direction Z1. The vertical surface 3a of the bottom wall locking portion 3A that stands up along the height direction Z1 toward the side of the side wall portion 2 becomes a locking vertical surface locked relative to the locking surface 13k of the lower surface side locking portion 13.
[0080] The elastic push-up piece 3B is located between the side wall upper end side locking portion 2A and the bottom wall locking portion 3A in the bottom wall extension direction X1, and is an elastic piece (stabilizer) extending obliquely upward in the height direction Z1. However, the formation position and shape of the elastic push-up piece 3B here are different in the brackets 1A and 1B.
[0081] like Figure 4~Figure 6 As shown, the elastic push-up piece 3B (hereinafter referred to as the elastic push-up piece 3B1) of the bracket 1A extends obliquely upward in a manner close to the side wall portion 2 in the height direction Z1. In the bracket 1A, a hole 3C0 that penetrates downward or is recessed in the height direction Z1 is formed in the center or on the side of the side wall portion 2 in the bottom wall extension direction X1 of the bottom wall main body portion 3C (here, the bottom wall main body main portion 3CX), and the elastic push-up piece 3B1 extends obliquely in a manner close to the side wall portion 2 in the height direction Z1 from the inner wall surface on the bottom wall extension direction X1 side of the hole 3C0. As a result, when the front end side is pressed downward from the upper side in the height direction Z1 and bent, the elastic push-up piece 3B1 can enter the hole 3C0 and will not interfere with the bottom wall main body portion 3C due to the bending. The elastic push-up piece 3B1 here is formed into a plate with a certain width.
[0082] like Figure 7~Figure 9As shown, the elastic push-up pieces 3B (hereinafter referred to as the elastic push-up pieces 3B2, 3B3) of the bracket 1B extend obliquely upward along the width direction Y1 from both outer sides of the bottom wall main body 3C (here, the bottom wall main body main body 3CX) in the width direction Y1. In the bracket 1B, the bottom wall protrusions 3C2, 3C2 (bottom wall side surface) forming the side surface on the outside of the width direction Y1 (bottom wall width direction) are formed at the center or the side of the side wall 2 (here, the center) in the bottom wall extension direction X1 of the bottom wall main body 3C, and the elastic push-up pieces 3B (hereinafter referred to as the elastic push-up pieces 3B2, 3B3) of the bracket 1B extend outward from the outer wall surfaces (outer wall surfaces) of the two outer bottom wall protrusions 3C2, 3C2 (bottom wall side surfaces) in the width direction Y1 in an obliquely upward direction toward the upper side of the height direction Z1 and the outer side of the width direction Y1. Thus, when the front end side of each elastic push-up piece 3B2, 3B3 is bent by pressing down from the top of the height direction Z1 to the bottom, it can sink downward on the outside of the width direction Y1 of the bottom wall main body 3C without interfering with the bottom wall main body 3C due to the bending. The elastic push-up pieces 3B1, 3B2 here are formed in a manner that the upward repulsive force (elastic restoring force) is different when pressed to the same height. Specifically, the elastic push-up pieces 3B1, 3B2 are formed in the shape of flat plates with different widths.
[0083] The engaging and fixing portions 4 (4A, 4B) are formed from the lower end portion 2BL of the side wall portion 2 to the opposite side of the bottom wall extension direction X1 (the opposite side of the bottom wall portion 3: the outer side), and the engaging and fixing portions 4 (4A, 4B) are inserted into the corresponding through holes 201, 202 formed in the vehicle body panel 200 and engaged with the vehicle body panel 200 for assembly (see Figure 2 ). Thus, the electronic control component 10 can be assembled to the vehicle body panel 200 by using the brackets 1A and 1B having respective snap-fitting portions 4 (4A, 4B). The snap-fitting portions 4 may also have the same shape in the brackets 1A and 1B, respectively, but snap-fitting portions 4A and 4B having different shapes may cooperate with each other to assemble the electronic control component 10 to the vehicle body panel 200. It should be noted that the formation position and shape of the snap-fitting portions 4 (4A, 4B) may also be different from those of the present embodiment (see Figure 6 ).
[0084] The snap-fitting fixing portion 4 (hereinafter referred to as the snap-fitting fixing portion 4A) of the bracket 1A is formed as a hook portion, which extends to the opposite side of the bottom wall extension direction X1 at the front end extending slightly downward in the height direction Z1 from the lower end portion 2BL of the side wall portion 2 and extends upward in the height direction Z1 at its front end.
[0085] The engaging and fixing portion 4 (hereinafter referred to as the engaging and fixing portion 4B) of the bracket 1B includes a base portion 4B1 extending from the lower end portion 2BL of the side wall portion 2 to the side opposite to the bottom wall extending direction X1, and an insertion engaging portion 4B2 (see FIG. 1 ) protruding downward from the base portion 4B1 in the height direction Z1. Fig. 9 The insertion engaging portion 4B2 is composed of a support column protruding downward from the base portion 4B1 in the height direction Z1 and an elastic locking piece extending upward in the height direction from the front end of the support column.
[0086] A method of mounting the electronic control component 10 on the brackets 1A and 1B will be described.
[0087] It should be noted that the method of mounting the bracket 1A to the electronic control component 10 and the method of mounting the bracket 1B to the electronic control component 10 are common to both and thus will be described simultaneously with reference to FIGS. 10 and 11 .
[0088] First, if Fig. 10A as well as Fig.11A As shown, with the bottom wall locking portion 3A of the bracket 1A, 1B locked to the lower surface side locking portion 13 of the electronic control component 10 toward the bottom wall extension direction X1, a rotational installation operation is performed to push the installation side portion 12 of the electronic control component 10 toward the lower side of the side wall upper end side locking portion 2A of the bracket 1A, 1B.
[0089] Specifically, if Fig. 10A as well as Fig.11A As shown, the lower surface side locking portion 13 of the electronic control component 10 is hooked to the bottom wall locking portion 3A of the bracket 1A, 1B. Then, maintaining the hooked state, the mounting side portion 12 of the housing 11 is pressed into the lower side of the locking portion 2A on the upper end side of the side wall with the hooked position (locking position) as a fulcrum (rotation center) to rotate the electronic control component 10. By this pressing, the mounting side portion 12 (side surface 11c) of the housing 11 pushes the side wall portion 2 in the outward direction X2 opposite to the bottom wall extension direction X1. As a result, as shown in FIG. Fig. 10B as well as Fig. 11B As shown, the side wall portion 2 is bent in the outer direction X2 opposite to the bottom wall extension direction X1 with the lower end portion 2BL connected to the bottom wall portion 3 as a fulcrum (starting point). The side wall portion 2 is bent (tilted) in the outer direction X2, thereby ensuring a width for the side portion 12 for mounting the housing 11 in the electronic control component 10 to enter the lower side of the side wall upper end side locking portion 2A of the bracket 1A, 1B. After entering, the bent side wall portion 2 returns to the bottom wall extension direction X1 (inward direction) due to its restoring force.
[0090] By this rotation installation operation, as Fig. 10C as well as Fig. 11CAs shown, the brackets 1A and 1B are in a state where the lower surface side locking portion 13 is locked with the bottom wall locking portion 3A in the bottom wall extension direction X1, preventing the electronic control component 10 from slipping out in the bottom wall extension direction X1, and the mounting side surface portion 12 is locked with the side wall upper end side locking portion 2A in the upward direction of the height direction Z1, preventing the electronic control component 10 from slipping out in the upward direction. Thus, the electronic control component 10 is mounted on the brackets 1A and 1B (mounting structure 100).
[0091] In this installed state, the electronic control component 10 is in a bent state in which the side wall portion 2 of the bracket 1A, 1B is bent in an outward direction X2 opposite to the bottom wall extension direction X1 (bent outward), and is maintained in a pressed state in which the elastic push-up piece 3B (3B1, 3B2, 3B3) of the bracket 1A, 1B is pressed in the downward direction in the height direction Z1 (an elastic deformation state in which it is bent downward).
[0092] That is, the side wall portion 2 (refer to Fig. 10B as well as Fig. 11B ) When it becomes installed, Fig. 10C as well as Fig. 11C As shown, the bottom wall is returned (restored) in the bottom wall extension direction X1 (inward direction) by the restoring force generated by the deflection. This return is not to the original undeflected state (natural state), but to a state of slight deflection (bending in the outward direction X2) (not from the maximum tilting angle during the above-mentioned rotational mounting operation (refer to Fig. 10B as well as Fig. 11B ) is not completely elastically restored, but is an elastically deformed state after recovery with a slightly tilted angle (refer to Fig. 10C as well as Fig. 11C ), the side wall portion 2 is in a state of being slightly tilted relative to the height direction Z1). It should be noted that it is assumed that the tilting angle (inclination angle) at this time is less than 5 degrees, and more preferably less than 3 degrees. In fact, it is a small angle of about 1 degree or less. Similarly, the elastic push-up piece 3B (3B1, 3B2, 3B3) that is bent downward in the height direction Z1 during the rotation installation operation does not return to the original unbent state (natural state) when it becomes the installed state, but retains a certain degree of deflection (bending in the downward direction) in the pressed state (elastic deformation state).
[0093] Therefore, in Fig. 10C as well as Fig. 11CIn the installation state shown, the side wall portion 2 is maintained in a state where the electronic control component 10 is continuously pressed in the bottom wall extension direction X1 by the restoring force Fx (elastic restoring force) of the side wall portion 2 generated by the slightly retained flexure state, and the lower surface side locking portion 13 pushes the bottom wall locking portion 3A, and the elastic upper push piece 3B is maintained in a state where the electronic control component 10 is continuously pushed upward in the upper direction of the height direction Z1 by the restoring force Fz (elastic restoring force) of the elastic upper push piece 3B (3B1, 3B2, 3B3) generated by the pressed state so that it floats from the bottom wall portion 3, and the side surface portion 12 for installation pushes the side wall upper end side locking portion 2A.
[0094] As a result, the electronic control component 10 (shell 11) maintains a clamped state between the side wall portion 2 and the bottom wall locking portion 3A of the bracket 1A, 1B in the bottom wall extension direction X1, and maintains a state of floating from the bottom wall portion 3 in the height direction Z1 and clamped between the elastic upper push piece 3B of the bracket 1A, 1B and the side wall upper end side locking portion 2A.
[0095] In addition, in this installation state, if Fig. 10C as well as Fig. 11C As shown, the electronic control component 10 floats from the bottom wall portion 3 of the bracket 1A, 1B and forms a space between the bottom wall portion 3 and the bottom wall portion 3, and the space is maintained. By forming the structure of the space, the rotation installation operation can be easily performed. In addition, the space is also formed on the side of the bottom wall extension direction X1 than the locking position of the bottom wall locking portion 3A of the bracket 1A, 1B and the lower surface side locking portion 13 of the electronic control component 10. Through the existence of the space, the vibration (sway) of the electronic control component 10 installed on the bracket 1A, 1B in the rotation direction VR starting from the locking position can be absorbed by the elastic deformation of the bracket 1A, 1B. In addition, the space is also formed on the lower side of the lower surface side locking portion 13 of the electronic control component 10 installed on the bracket 1A, 1B. By the reliable existence of the space, the vibration of the electronic control component 10 installed on the bracket 1A, 1B in the up and down direction Z10 can be absorbed by the elastic deformation of the elastic push-up piece 3B.
[0096] In this way, the electronic control component 10 of the present embodiment is installed relative to the brackets 1A and 1B in a state where it is pushed into the inner side of the L-shaped bracket body 5 and is clamped and held in both the bottom wall extension direction X1 and the height direction Z1 (installation structure 100). Figure 2 In the state of being assembled to the vehicle body side shown, the brackets 1A and 1B absorb vibration transmitted from the outside and can suppress the transmission of vibration to the electronic control component 10 .
[0097] It should be noted that, in the present embodiment, through the above-mentioned rotational installation operation, similarly to the side wall portion 2, the opposite side (side wall portion 2 side) of the bottom wall portion 3's connecting portion 3X in the bottom wall extension direction X1 is bent downward because it is pressed and bent toward the lower side in the height direction Z1. This bending accelerates the side wall portion 2's tilting toward the outward direction X2. In addition, in the installation state after the above-mentioned rotational installation operation, the bending of the connecting portion 3X is also slightly retained, which contributes to the restoring force Fx. However, in the brackets 1A and 1B, the side wall portion 2 and the connecting portion 3X are not completely unbent, and the portions other than the side wall portion 2 and the connecting portion 3X are also slightly bent, which contributes to the restoring force Fx.
[0098] In addition, in the present embodiment, during the rotational mounting operation, the mounting side surface portion 12 in the housing 11 of the electronic control component 10 is gradually received (fitted) into the box-shaped side wall main body portion 2B of the bracket 1A, 1B (see Fig. 10A , Fig. 10B as well as Fig.11A , Fig. 11B ), in the installed state, the installation side surface portion 12 is accommodated (fitted) into the inside of the side wall main body portion 2B (refer to Fig. 10C as well as Fig. 11C ). Specifically, the installation side portion 12 enters between the side wall side portions 2B2, 2B2 (side wall protrusions) from the time of the rotation installation operation, and the installation side portion 12 completely enters between the side wall side portions 2B2, 2B2 (side wall protrusions) in the installation state. At these times, the installation side portion 12 is clamped by the side wall side portions 2B2, 2B2 in the side width direction R10, and functions as a movement restriction portion that restricts the electronic control component 10 from moving relative to the brackets 1A, 1B in the side width direction R10 and a positioning portion in the side width direction R10.
[0099] In addition, in the present embodiment, the first elastic push-up piece 3B1, the second elastic push-up piece 3B2, and the third elastic push-up piece 3B3 of the group provided in the brackets 1A and 1B are formed to have different upward repulsive forces Fz when they are pressed to the same height in a state of contact with the lower surface 11b of the electronic control component 10. Thus, when the brackets 1A and 1B receive vibration from the outside, the vibrations generated by the elastic push-up pieces 3B1, 3B2, and 3B3 are not uniform. Therefore, it is possible to act to offset a part of the vibration and mitigate the vibration transmitted to the electronic control component 10.
[0100] A method of assembling the brackets 1A and 1B on which the electronic control component 10 is mounted to the vehicle body side will be described. Here, the electronic control component 10 is mounted on the vehicle body panel 200 (see FIG. 1 ) via the two brackets 1A and 1B. Figure 2 ) assembly.
[0101] First, the engaging and fixing portion 4A of the bracket 1A in a hook shape is inserted into the through hole 201 of the vehicle body panel 200. The inserted engaging and fixing portion 4A is in a hooked state with its front end engaged with the surface on the inner side of the insertion direction of the vehicle body panel 200. Next, the engaging and fixing portion 4B of the bracket 1B constituting the insertion and fixing portion is inserted into the through hole 202 of the vehicle body panel 200. The inserted engaging and fixing portion 4B is in a state in which the elastic engaging piece is bent and passes through the second assembly hole 202, and at the end after passing through, the elastic engaging piece elastically recovers and is engaged with the surface on the inner side of the insertion direction of the vehicle body panel 200 in an anti-slip state. Thus, the brackets 1A and 1B are assembled with respect to the vehicle body panel 200. At this time, the leg portions 3D of both brackets 1A and 1B are in contact with the surface of the vehicle body panel 200 (refer to Figure 2 ).
[0102] It should be noted that even other electronic control components having a shape or size different from that of the electronic control component 10 can be mounted on the brackets 1A and 1B as long as they have the same bracket mounting portion 15 ( 12 , 13 ) as described above.
[0103] For example Fig.12 The mounting structure 101 is a structure in which brackets 1A and 1A are mounted on an electronic control component 10M different from the electronic control component 10. The electronic control component 10M has basically the same structure as the electronic control component 10, but is different from the electronic control component 10 in that it has three or more bracket mounting portions 15 (12, 13).
[0104] Specifically, in the electronic control component 10M, the mounting side surface portion 12 is formed on three of the four side surfaces 11c on the outer periphery of the housing, and the lower surface side locking portion 13 (not shown) corresponding to the mounting side surface portion 12 is provided on the lower surface 11b. Furthermore, the brackets 1A and 1A are mounted to the bracket mounting portion 15 (12, 13) including the mounting side surface portion 12 of the adjacent side surfaces 11c and 11c, not the opposing side surfaces 11c and 11c. Furthermore, there is a bracket mounting portion 15 to which neither the brackets 1A and 1B are mounted.
[0105] exist Fig.12 In the case of the electronic control component 10M, the bracket 1A or 1B can be installed by selecting from the three positions of the bracket mounting portion 15 (12, 13). Therefore, for example, the bracket 1A or 1B can be installed by changing the selected position of the bracket mounting portion 15 according to the structure of the vehicle body side (for example, the vehicle body panel 200). Fig.12 In the case of the mounting structure 101, it is suitable for mounting to a corner portion on the vehicle body side.
[0106] in addition, Fig.13The mounting structure 102 is a structure in which the brackets 1A and 1B are mounted on an electronic control component 10S which is different from the electronic control component 10. The electronic control component 10S also has basically the same structure as the electronic control component 10, but the housing 11 has a smaller front-to-back width and a smaller left-to-right width, and a larger top-to-bottom width. In addition, two opposing side surfaces 11c of the four side surfaces 11c of the outer periphery form mounting side surface portions 12, and lower surface side locking portions 13 (not shown) corresponding to these are provided on the lower surface 11b. Fig.14 As shown, the two side surfaces 11c have an inwardly recessed mounting recess 12U and a mounting protrusion 12T protruding outward in a rectangular parallelepiped shape from the bottom of the mounting recess 12U, which constitute the side surface 12 for mounting the electronic control component 10S. Furthermore, the brackets 1A and 1B are mounted to the bracket mounting portions 15 (12, 13) including these mounting side surfaces 12.
[0107] exist Fig.13 In the case of the mounting structure 102, the side wall side portions 2B2, 2B2 of the brackets 1A, 1B enter the gap between the vertical surface 12y of the mounting recess 12U and the mounting protrusion 12T. Therefore, the mounting recess 12U and the mounting protrusion 12T are in a state of clamping the side wall protrusions 2B2, 2B2 in the side width direction R10. As a result, since the movement of the electronic control component 10S relative to the brackets 1A, 1B in the side width direction R10 is restricted, the mounting side portions 12 (12U, 12T) here function as movement restriction portions.
[0108] In addition, Fig.13 In the case of the mounting structure 102, the upper surface 11a of the electronic control component 10S (housing 11) includes an upper surface 11a0 and an upper surface 12k. The mounting side surface 12 of the electronic control component 10S (housing 11) has an upper surface 12k (locking upper surface: see Fig.14 ) in a manner that the shape (mounting protrusion 12T) protrudes outward in a portion RC of the side surface 11c of the electronic control component 10S (housing 11), and is pushed into the lower side of the locking portion 2A on the upper end side of the side wall during the rotational mounting operation (refer to the mounting state Fig.13 ), the upper surface 12k of the mounting side portion 12 is locked to the lower surface 2a of the locking portion 2A on the upper end side of the side wall, pressing the lower surface 2a upward.
[0109] In this way, although there are various shapes and sizes of electronic control components, the brackets 1A and 1B having the common bracket body 5 (mounting portion) can be mounted in the same mounting state (mounting structure) by the same mounting method (rotation mounting operation). If it is a conventional bracket, it is necessary to prepare a dedicated bracket in advance for the electronic control components of different shapes or sizes, but in this embodiment, the above trouble can be omitted.
[0110] The first embodiment of the present invention has been described above, but this is merely an example, and the present invention is not limited thereto. Various changes such as additions and omissions can be made based on the knowledge of those skilled in the art without departing from the gist of the technical solution.
[0111] The side surface portion 12 for mounting in the first embodiment is formed as a rectangular protrusion, and does not need to have a shape that is visually distinct on the side surface 11c, such as a protrusion or a recess. For example, the side surface portion 12 for mounting may be a side surface portion that includes a portion of the side surface 11c formed as a flat surface that extends linearly and long in the side surface width direction. In this case, the side surface portion 12 for mounting can be set in an arbitrary section in the width direction (side surface width direction) of the side surface 11c constituting the flat surface.
[0112] In the first embodiment, the deflection of the brackets 1A and 1B during the above-mentioned rotational installation operation and in the installed state is that the side wall 2 tilts relative to the bottom wall 3, and it can be generated in any section from the side wall 2 to the bottom wall 3. Preferably, if their rigidity is lower than other parts so that the connection part 3X of the bottom wall 3, which is the middle part from the side wall 2 to the bottom wall 3, and the lower end side (lower end 2BL) of the side wall 2, are greatly elastically deformed, the low-rigidity part becomes the starting point (main) and the side wall 2 and the bottom wall 3 are elastically deformed in a manner that the front ends of the side wall 2 and the bottom wall 3 are separated from each other, and the locking state of the front end side is stabilized. For example, in the above-mentioned first embodiment, the connection part 3X of the bottom wall 3 can be made low in rigidity, and the connection part 3X becomes the main part and is elastically deformed.
[0113] The side wall portion 2 of the first embodiment may have a lower end portion 2BL having lower rigidity than the side wall main body portion 2BZ which is the remaining portion on the upper side. Fig.15 In the above-described embodiment, the lower side of the side wall main surface 2B1 of the bracket 1A', 1B' is formed into a cutout shape (hole 2B0). This makes it easier to tilt the side wall 2 by bending more significantly.
[0114] The locking portion 2A on the upper end of the side wall of the first embodiment has a surface 2a facing downward in the height direction Z1 as a locking surface (locking lower surface). Fig.16As shown, the surface 2a may be formed as a surface 2a' that forms an acute angle with respect to the height direction Z1 when the side wall 2 is not bent (natural state). Thus, even if the side wall 2 is bent (tilted) in the outward direction X2 when the electronic control component 10 is mounted on the bracket 1A', 1B', the electronic control component 10 is unlikely to fall out in the upward direction.
[0115] A second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0116] It should be noted that the same reference numerals are used for the common parts with the first embodiment, and the description thereof will be omitted.
[0117] like Fig.17 As shown in FIG. 1 , in the second embodiment, an electronic control unit 10N (ECU) is mounted on brackets 1C and 1D to form a mounting structure 103. The electronic control unit 10N is similar to the first embodiment, for example, Fig.18 Assembled to the vehicle body side (here, the vehicle body panel 200 ).
[0118] like Figure 17~Figure 19 As shown, the electronic control component 10N is similar to the first embodiment, and is formed by a housing 11 having upper and lower surfaces 11a, 11b and four peripheral side surfaces 11c, so as to enclose the electronic control unit (not shown). The side surface portion of the section RC including the side surface 11c of the housing 11 constitutes the mounting side surface portion 12, and a lower surface side locking portion 13 corresponding to the lower surface 11b is formed (see FIG. Fig.17 as well as Fig.18 ). Each lower surface side locking portion 13 is formed in the same manner as in the first embodiment. The corresponding mounting side surface portion 12 and the lower surface side locking portion 13 constitute a bracket mounting portion 15. A connector 14 is provided on one of the four side surfaces 11c.
[0119] The mounting side surface portion 12 is provided as a dedicated mounting portion for another bracket (not shown) different from the brackets 1C and 1D, and is formed to protrude outward from the side surface 11c. Fig.19 As shown, the mounting side surface portion 12 here has: elastic engaging pieces 12J, which stand outwardly in a manner opposite to each other in the side width direction R10 on the side surface 11c, extend in a manner such that their front ends approach each other, and are inclined in a downwardly inclined manner such that their front ends approach the side surface 11c; and engaging protrusions 12I, which protrude outwardly from a position with a gap between the front ends of these elastic engaging pieces 12J in the side width direction R10. The brackets 1C and 1D can be mounted relative to the mounting side surface portion 12 as a dedicated mounting portion of other brackets.
[0120] like Figure 20~Figure 22 as well as Figure 23~Figure 25As shown, the brackets 1C and 1D are resin injection molded products that integrally include an L-shaped bracket body 5 and an engaging and fixing portion 4 ( 4A and 4B) for mounting on the vehicle body side, similarly to the brackets 1A and 1B of the first embodiment.
[0121] The bracket body 5 is formed in an L-shape having a side wall portion 2 extending in the height direction Z1 and a bottom wall portion 3 extending in the bottom wall extending direction X1.
[0122] like Figure 20~Figure 22 as well as Figure 23~Figure 25 As shown, the side wall portion 2 includes a side wall main body portion 2B extending in the height direction Z1 and a side wall upper end side locking portion 2A protruding at the upper end thereof in the bottom wall extending direction X1.
[0123] The side wall main body 2B has a flat thin plate-like side wall main surface 2B1 extending in the height direction Z1 (side wall height direction, bracket height direction), and a rib-like side wall protrusion 2B2 protruding from the side wall main surface 2B1 toward the bottom wall extension direction X1 (side wall thickness direction) and extending in the height direction Z1. The side wall main surface 2B1 is configured such that the width in the width direction Y1 (side wall width direction, bracket width direction) is expanded at the middle portion in the height direction Z1 and the width becomes wider toward the upper side (see Fig. 20 as well as Fig.23 ).
[0124] The side wall upper end side locking portion 2A has a locking surface 2a (locking lower surface) facing downward in the height direction Z1. The side wall upper end side locking portion 2A is formed in a disconnected state at the upper end of the wide side wall main body portion 2B on both sides in the width direction Y1, and the side wall protrusion portion 2B2 is connected to the inner ends of these opposing spaces and extends in the downward direction of the height direction Z1 (refer to Fig. 20 as well as Fig.23 ).
[0125] like Figure 20~Figure 22 as well as Figure 23~Figure 25 As shown, the bottom wall portion 3 includes a bottom wall main body portion 3C extending along the bottom wall extension direction X1, a bottom wall locking portion 3A arranged at the front end of the bottom wall main body portion 3C, and an elastic push-up piece 3B (3B4, 3B5) extending obliquely upward from the bottom wall main body portion 3C.
[0126] The bottom wall main body 3C extends along the bottom wall extension direction X1, and the base end portion constitutes a connection portion 3X connected to the lower end portion 2BL of the side wall portion 2. On the other hand, the adjacent portion adjacent to the connection portion 3X on the bottom wall extension direction X1 side constitutes the main portion 3CY (bottom wall main body 3CY) of the bottom wall main body 3C. The bottom wall main body 3CY is a wide portion 3CY that expands outwardly on both sides of the side wall portion 2 in the width direction Y1 (bottom wall width direction, bracket width direction: the same direction as the side wall width direction), and the elastic push-up piece 3B (3B4, 3B5) is protruded (refer to Fig.21 as well as Fig.24 ).
[0127] The wide portion 3CY has a thin plate-shaped bottom wall portion 3C1 and bottom wall protrusions 3C2 extending in a lattice in the bottom wall extending direction X1 and the width direction Y1 in a manner rising upward in the height direction Z1 from the bottom wall portion 3C1 .
[0128] The connecting portion 3X includes: a bottom wall bottom surface portion 3C1 (bottom wall bottom surface connecting portion 3X1) extending from the end portion of the wide portion 3CY on the opposite side of the bottom wall extension direction X1 and the center portion of the bottom wall protrusion portion 3C2 extending in the width direction Y1 in the direction opposite to the bottom wall extension direction X1; and a plurality of (here, three) bottom wall protrusion portions 3C2 (3X2, 3X3, 3X2) extending in the opposite direction in the bottom wall extension direction X1 in the form of standing up from the bottom wall bottom surface portion 3C1 in the upper direction of the height direction Z1 (see Fig.21 as well as Fig.24 In the connection portion 3X, the bottom wall protrusions 3C2 (3X2) on both sides of the width direction Y1 are connected to the side wall protrusions 2B2, 2B2 of the side wall portion 2 (see Fig. 20 as well as Fig.23 ).
[0129] The rigidity of the connection portion 3X is lower than that of the wide portion 3CY and the side wall portion 2 (at least the lower end portion 2BL) (compared with the bending of the wide portion 3CY in the height direction Z1 and the bending of the side wall portion 2 in the direction opposite to the bottom wall extending direction X1, the bending of the connection portion 3X in the height direction Z1 is more likely to occur). The connection portion 3X here is narrower in the width direction Y1 than either the wide portion 3CY (bottom wall main body main portion) or the lower end portion 2BL of the side wall portion 2, and is thus less rigid than these. Therefore, in the second embodiment, unlike the first embodiment, the side wall portion 2 tilts in the direction opposite to the bottom wall extending direction X1 with the connection portion 3X as the starting point in a form in which the connection portion 3X is the main part and bends during installation (during installation operation) and in the installed state (installation structure) (the wide portion 3CY and the side wall portion 2 are only slightly bent).
[0130] The bottom wall locking portion 3A is formed to protrude from the center of the width direction Y1 in the front end portion of the bottom wall extending direction X1 in the wide portion 3CY toward the bottom wall extending direction X1, and its thickness (width in the height direction Z1) is formed to be the same as that of the wide portion 3CY. The bottom wall locking portion 3A is formed into a concave shape by an inclined surface 3c that slopes downward toward the bottom wall extending direction X1 from the upper surface of the bottom wall protrusion portion 3C2 that constitutes the front end portion of the bottom wall extending direction X1 in the wide portion 3CY, a bottom surface 3d at its front end, and a vertical surface 3a that rises from the bottom surface 3d. The vertical surface 3a becomes a locking surface 13k (see FIG. 1 ) relative to the lower surface side locking portion 13. Fig.26 )The fixed facade.
[0131] The elastic push-up piece 3B is located between the side wall upper end side locking portion 2A and the bottom wall locking portion 3A in the bottom wall extension direction X1, and is an elastic piece (stabilizer) extending obliquely upward in the height direction Z1 (refer to Fig. 20 as well as Fig.23 ). The elastic push-up piece 3B here is formed with two elastic pieces 3B4 and 3B5 on each of the brackets 1C and 1D.
[0132] The elastic push-up piece 3B4 is formed from the first side ( Fig.21 as well as Fig.24 The outer end portion (on the upper side) of the bottom wall extends upward and outward in the width direction Y1 and is in the shape of a plate with a certain width in the bottom wall extension direction X1.
[0133] The elastic push-up piece 3B5 is formed from the second side (opposite to the first side) of the wide width portion 3CY in the width direction Y1. Fig.21 as well as Fig.24 The outer end portion of the lower side) extends upward and outward in the width direction Y1 and has a plate shape with a certain width narrower than the elastic upper push piece 3B4 in the bottom wall extension direction X1.
[0134] The engaging and fixing portions 4 ( 4A, 4B) are the same as those of the brackets 1A, 1B of the first embodiment.
[0135] The method of mounting the electronic control component 10N on the brackets 1C and 1D is the same as the method of mounting the electronic control component 10N on the brackets 1A and 1B in the first embodiment. That is, the lower surface side locking portion 13 of the electronic control component 10N (housing 11) is locked with respect to the bottom wall locking portion 3A of the brackets 1C and 1D in the bottom wall extending direction X1 (see Fig.26The electronic control component 10N is mounted on the bracket, and the mounting structure 103 (refer to the mounting structure 101 and 102 of the first embodiment) is formed. Fig.26 solid line).
[0136] The mounting state of the electronic control component 10N and the brackets 1C and 1D is basically the same as the mounting state of the electronic control component 10N and the brackets 1A and 1B in the first embodiment.
[0137] However, in the second embodiment, due to the difference in shape between the mounting side surface portion 12 and the side wall portion 2, their engagement relationship is different from that of the first embodiment. That is, in the mounted state of the second embodiment, the side wall protrusions 2B2 of the brackets 1C and 1D are clamped in the side width direction R10 between the elastic engagement pieces 12J constituting the mounting side surface portion 12 and the engagement protrusions 12I close thereto (see Fig. 27 ). Thus, the combination of the elastic engagement piece 12J and the engagement protrusion 12I functions as a movement restriction portion that restricts the electronic control component 10N (housing 11 ) from moving in the side width direction R10 relative to the brackets 1C and 1D.
[0138] In addition, in the second embodiment, the opposing interval (distance) between the two elastic push-up pieces 3B (3B4, 3B5) of each bracket 1C and 1D is longer than that of the first embodiment (see Fig.21 as well as Fig.24 ). The opposing intervals of the elastic push-up pieces 3B ( 3B4 , 3B5 ) are long, so that the push-up position of the electronic control component 10N (housing 11 ) is farther, and as a result, stable push-up support of the electronic control component 10N (housing 11 ) can be achieved.
[0139] It should be noted that the brackets 1C and 1D of the second embodiment have the bracket mounting portions 15 (12J, 12I, 13) deformed to correspond to other electronic control components 10L (see Figure 28~Figure 30 ) can also be installed.
[0140] Fig.28 The electronic control unit 10L is provided with a mounting structure 104 for mounting the brackets 1C and 1D. The electronic control unit 10L also has substantially the same structure as the electronic control unit 10N of the first embodiment (see Fig.19) has the same structure, but the vertical width of the housing 11 is larger. In addition, the four opposing side surfaces 11c of the four side surfaces 11c of the outer periphery are formed with mounting side surfaces 12, and the lower surface 11b is provided with lower surface side locking portions 13 corresponding to them.
[0141] The mounting side surface 12 of the electronic control component 10L has a locking protrusion 12K that is shaped to protrude outward in a portion RC of the side surface 11c in such a manner that it has a locking upper surface 12k that faces upward from the lower side surface in the up-down direction Z10 relative to the upper surface 11a0 that is the main part of the electronic control component 10L. Specifically, in the electronic control component 10L, there is an elastic locking piece 12J that is formed to protrude outward in a portion RC of the side surface 11c, similarly to the elastic locking piece 12J of the electronic control component 10N, and the locking protrusion 12K is shaped to protrude outward from the elastic locking piece 12J. When the electronic control component 10L is mounted on the bracket 1C, 1D, as in the first embodiment or the electronic control component 10N, the same rotating mounting operation as described above is performed ( Fig.31 The dotted line → solid line: rotation direction U1), the engaging protrusion 12K is pushed into the lower side of the locking portion 2A on the upper end side of the side wall. After being pushed in, the locking upper surface 12k of the engaging protrusion 12K is locked to the lower surface 2a of the locking portion 2A on the upper end side of the side wall (refer to Fig.31 solid line).
[0142] It should be noted that the rotational installation operation in the first embodiment and the second embodiment can be performed by the method described so far or by the opposite method. Fig.32 As shown, the electronic control component 10N can be mounted on the bracket (1C) by locking the upper surface 12k of the mounting side surface portion 12 relative to the side wall upper end side locking portion 2A of the bracket (here, the bracket 1C) toward the upper direction of the height direction Z1, and pushing the lower surface side locking portion 13 toward the opposite side of the bottom wall extension direction X1 of the bottom wall locking portion 3A with the locking position as a fulcrum. In this rotational mounting operation, the bottom wall portion 3 is tilted toward the lower direction of the height direction Z1, and elastic deformation of the bracket (1C) is generated to press the elastic upper push piece 3B toward the lower direction of the height direction Z1.
[0143] In addition, the electronic control component 10 in each mounting structure of the first embodiment and the second embodiment maintains a floating state from the push-up bottom wall portion 3 by pushing up based on the elastic push-up piece 3B, and can also be as follows: Fig.33 The electronic control component 10N shown in the figure does not float from the bottom wall portion 3 but is placed on the mounting structure 105 on the bottom wall portion 3 .
[0144] In addition, the mounting side surface portion 12 may be in a shape other than the above-mentioned shape. Fig.34 , Fig.35 As shown in the electronic control components 10S1 and 10S2, the mounting side surface portion 12 may also be provided as a mounting protrusion protruding outward. In this case, in the mounted state, the side wall upper end side locking portion 2A (2a) is locked to the upper surface 12k (locking upper surface) of the mounting side surface portion 12 constituting the mounting protrusion. In the case where the side wall portion 2 has a side wall protrusion portion 2B2, the mounting side surface portion 12 is configured in a manner to avoid the side wall protrusion portion 2B2, or is formed in a form that protrudes significantly more than the protrusion amount of the side wall protrusion portion 2B2. The mounting side surface portion 12 configured in an avoidance manner functions as the movement limiting portion or positioning portion described above.
[0145] In addition, if Fig.36 , Fig.37 As shown in the electronic control components 10S3 and 10S4 of the embodiment, a recessed installation portion that is recessed inward may also be provided. In this case, an upper surface 12k (an upper locking surface) facing upward in the vertical direction Z10 is provided inside the installation side surface portion 12 constituting the installation recess, and in the installed state, the locking portion 2A (2a) on the upper end side of the side wall is locked to the upper surface 12k. In the case where the side wall portion 2 has a side wall protrusion portion 2B2, the installation side surface portion 12 is formed in a manner that can accommodate the side wall protrusion portion 2B2. As a result, the installation side surface portion 12 functions as the movement limiting portion or positioning portion described above.
[0146] In addition, if Fig.38 As shown in the electronic control component 10S5, the side surface portion 12 for installation may also be the same shape as the other section of the section RC, and may be a shape without bumps and the like. In this case, the section RC in the side surface 11c is determined based on the position of the lower surface side locking portion 13, and the portion of the section becomes the side surface portion 12 for installation. It should be noted that, as Fig.39 As shown in the electronic control component 10S6, a protrusion receiving recess (protrusion receiving groove) 12V for receiving the side wall protrusion portion 2B2 of the side wall portion 2 may be formed.
[0147] In addition, if Fig.40 As shown in the mounting structure 106, the electronic control component 10Q can also be formed so that the lower surface side locking portion 13 is concave relative to the lower surface 11b. In this case, the bottom wall locking portion 3A is formed in a convex shape in a manner that enters into the concave lower surface side locking portion 13, and has a vertical surface 3a (locking vertical surface) locked toward the bottom wall piece exit direction X1 relative to the locking surface 13k inside the concave lower surface side locking portion 13.
[0148] The mounting structures of the first and second embodiments described above are mounting structures of an electronic control unit (ECU) for a vehicle and a bracket (ECU bracket), but the present invention may be a mounting structure of a first component not limited to an electronic control unit (ECU) for a vehicle and a second component not limited to a bracket (ECU bracket).
[0149] The first member in this case may have upper and lower surfaces and sides connecting the upper and lower surfaces, and is not limited to a box-shaped structure such as the housing 11, but may have upper and lower surfaces and peripheral sides. For example, the first member may also be a shape such that the upper and lower surfaces and sides are in a U-shaped cross-section and extend in a straight line. Therefore, the first member has an upper surface and a lower surface, a side extending in the up-down direction with the outer edge side connecting the upper and lower surfaces, and a side portion of a portion of the side width direction of the side that is orthogonal to the up-down direction constitutes a mounting side portion, and a lower surface side locking portion corresponding to the mounting side portion is formed on the lower surface. In addition, the second member in this case is the same as the above-mentioned embodiment, and is a resin injection molded part having an L-shaped mounting portion of a side wall portion and a bottom wall portion, the side wall portion having a side wall upper end side locking portion, the bottom wall portion having a bottom wall locking portion and an elastic upper push piece, and the elastic upper push piece can be configured to be located between the side wall upper end side locking portion and the bottom wall locking portion in the bottom wall extension direction. However, the locking and fixing portion may not be required, and a functional portion having a predetermined function including a locking and fixing portion may also be provided.
[0150] The functional part can be provided as a can holding part or a mobile phone holding part in addition to the snap-fitting part already described. Figure 4 as well as Fig. 20 In the embodiment, if the engaging and fixing portion 4A is used as a functional portion (hook portion) for hooking an object, then Figure 4 as well as Fig. 20 The brackets 1A and 1C are not brackets for mounting the ECU on the vehicle body side, but can be provided as second members having a functional portion (hook portion) for hooking an object.
