Description

Technical Field

[0001] The present invention relates to a sealing structure for a vehicle. Background Art

[0002] We have been taking measures to mitigate climate change and reduce its impact, and we are working on research and development related to reducing carbon dioxide emissions to achieve this goal.

[0003] Among such measures, a method of simplifying the painting, such as reducing the number of times the outer panel constituting the exterior of the vehicle is painted, has been studied.

[0004] For example, Patent Document 1 proposes a technology in which the inner panel of a vehicle is still made of metal, but the outer panel is replaced from metal to resin, and the inner panel and the outer panel are bonded with an adhesive.

[0006] Patent Literature

[0007] Patent Document 1: Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 6-340221 Summary of the invention

[0008] However, in the method proposed in Patent Document 1, since the thermal expansion coefficients of the metal inner panel and the resin outer panel are different, there is a risk that the outer panel may bend when the entire circumference is bonded with an adhesive.

[0009] Therefore, it is considered to abandon the bonding of the inner panel and the outer panel and change to a structure that supports the panel while allowing thermal expansion by using a slide clip or the like.

[0010] However, in such a configuration, the inner panel and the outer panel are not sealed, and thus there is a risk that the sound insulation performance may be deteriorated.

[0011] The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned points, and an object of the present invention is to provide a sealing structure for a vehicle that can suppress the occurrence of deflection due to the difference in thermal expansion coefficient caused by the use of a resin outer panel and the reduction in sound insulation performance.

[0012] In order to achieve the above-mentioned purpose, the sealing structure device for a vehicle of the present invention is characterized in that it comprises: a metal inner panel, which constitutes a vehicle door or a vehicle door, and the vehicle door is supported in a manner that enables the door opening to be opened and closed; a resin outer panel, which is arranged on the plate surface of the vehicle outer side of the inner panel in a manner that allows it to move along the vehicle door surface of the inner panel; and a sealing component, which is clamped between the inner panel and the outer panel.

[0013] Effects of the Invention

[0014] According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a vehicle sealing structure capable of suppressing the occurrence of deflection due to the difference in thermal expansion coefficient caused by the use of a resin outer panel and the reduction in sound insulation performance.

[0015] Furthermore, the present invention can reduce carbon dioxide emissions during vehicle manufacturing by simplifying the painting of the outer panel, thereby contributing to mitigation of climate change or alleviating its impact. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

[0039] <First embodiment>

[0040] Reference Figure 1 -3 and Figure 4 In the description, the same reference numerals are used for the same elements, and repeated descriptions are omitted.

[0041] The vehicle V includes a front door DF supported so as to enable a front seat entrance opening on the side of the vehicle to be opened and closed, and a rear door DR supported so as to enable a rear seat entrance opening on the side of the vehicle to be opened and closed (see Figure 1 ).

[0042] The vehicle sealing structure S1 of the present embodiment is provided at various locations in the door peripheral portion.

[0043] For example, the vehicle sealing structure S1 is provided at the lower peripheral edge of the rear seat door DR and the rear peripheral edge of the front seat door DF (see Figure 2 -4).

[0044] Furthermore, the sealing members 10 constituting the vehicle sealing structure S1 of the present embodiment and arranged at the lower peripheral portion of the rear seat door DR and the rear peripheral portion of the front seat door DF) are independent members but have the same cross-sectional shape.

[0045] That is, the rear peripheral edge portion of the front seat door DF and the lower peripheral edge portion of the rear seat door DR are configured similarly.

[0046] Therefore, in the present embodiment, the front seats doors DF and the rear seats doors DR are collectively referred to as doors D, and the configuration of their peripheral portions will be described.

[0047] The door D is formed of a so-called hinged door, the front edge of which is supported by a hinge (not shown) at the front of each entrance, and the rear edge of which is swung.

[0048] The vehicle door D includes an inner panel 20 and an outer panel 30 .

[0049] Furthermore, the vehicle sealing structure S1 of the present embodiment is disposed in a state where the sealing member 10 is sandwiched between the inner panel 20 and the outer panel 30 , and seals are performed between the inner panel 20 and the outer panel 30 .

[0050] Hereinafter, the state in which the sealing member 10 is sandwiched between the outer panel 30 and the inner panel 20 is referred to as a sealing sandwich state.

[0051] The inner panel 20 is formed by joining a plurality of metal plate materials.

[0052] The inner panel 20 is provided with a sliding nut 21 in a state of protruding from a panel surface on the vehicle outer side (hereinafter referred to as an inner member outer surface 20 a ).

[0053] The outer panel 30 is formed of a plate-shaped member made of resin, and is disposed on the inner member outer surface 20 a along the plate surface of the inner panel 20 .

[0054] In addition, the outer panel 30 has a general portion 31 and an extended portion 32 .

[0055] The general portion 31 extends in the direction along the door surface, constitutes the main part of the outer panel 30, and the plate surface on the vehicle outer side (hereinafter referred to as the outer member outer surface 30a) constitutes the appearance surface of the door D.

[0056] In addition, the common portion 31 is provided with a slide rail 33 on a plate surface on the vehicle inner side (hereinafter referred to as an outer member inner surface 30b).

[0057] The slide rail 33 has a rail portion 34 that allows the slide nut 21 to move on the outer member inner surface 30 b.

[0058] Furthermore, the sliding nut 21 can move within the rail portion 34 , so that the outer panel 30 can move on the inner member outer surface 20 a along the plate surface of the inner panel 20 .

[0059] In addition, the outer panel 30 is movable on the inner panel 20 , thereby suppressing the occurrence of deflection caused by the difference in thermal expansion coefficient between the inner panel 20 and the outer panel 30 .

[0060] Furthermore, the sliding nut 21 is disposed in and associated with the rail portion 34 , thereby retaining the outer panel 30 on the inner member outer surface 20 a .

[0061] The sliding nut 21 is not joined to the inner panel 20 by welding or the like, but is disposed so as to be attachable to and detachable from the inner panel 20 .

[0062] That is, the sliding nut 21 is provided on the inner panel 20 by being screwed to the bolt 23 inserted into the bolt hole 22 opened in the inner panel 20 in a state of being temporarily assembled to the sliding rail 33 .

[0063] The extension portion 32 has a substantially trapezoidal cross-sectional shape, is formed as a protrusion protruding from the outer member inner surface 30 b toward the vehicle interior, and is formed integrally with the common portion 31 along the periphery of the outer member inner surface 30 b .

[0064] That is, the extension portion 32 forms a step at the periphery of the outer member inner surface 30 b.

[0065] The extension portion 32 prevents water intruding toward the inner side of the outer panel 30 from directly hitting the close contact portion between the sealing member 10 and the outer member inner surface 30 b.

[0066] Next, the sealing member 10 will be described.

[0067] The sealing member 10 is formed of a material having flexibility and elasticity such as rubber.

[0068] In the sealed sandwich state, the sealing member 10 is in close contact with the outer member inner surface 30 b and the inner member outer surface 20 a by the restoring force, thereby providing sealing between the inner panel 20 and the outer panel 30 .

[0069] The sealing member 10 includes a base portion 40 and a panel sealing portion 50 .

[0070] The base portion 40 is composed of an outer wall 41 , an inner wall 42 , and a bottom wall 43 , and these outer wall 41 , inner wall 42 , and bottom wall 43 are integrally formed.

[0071] The outer wall 41 is arranged while extending in a direction from the peripheral edge side of the plate surface of the inner member outer surface 20 a toward the center side of the plate surface.

[0072] In addition, hereinafter, the peripheral side of the panel surface of the inner member outer surface 20a is referred to as the door surface peripheral side, and the center side of the panel surface is referred to as the door surface center side.

[0073] Furthermore, the direction from the door face peripheral side toward the door face center side is referred to as the door face center peripheral direction.

[0074] A portion of the outer wall 41 that faces the inner member outer surface 20 a is set as a flat surface (hereinafter referred to as a base flat surface 44 ).

[0075] In the sealed clamping state, the base flat surface 44 is in close contact with the outer surface of the inner member.

[0076] The inner wall 42 is arranged while extending along the door surface center peripheral direction of the vehicle interior side plate surface of the inner panel 20 (hereinafter referred to as the inner member inner surface 20 b ).

[0077] The inner wall 42 has a pair of base ribs 45 that protrude toward the inner panel 20 at a location facing the inner member inner surface 20 b of the inner panel 20 .

[0078] The bottom wall 43 integrally connects the peripheral edge of the outer wall 41 and the peripheral edge of the inner wall 42 .

[0079] The base portion 40 is formed into a substantially U-shaped groove shape in cross section by the outer wall 41 , the inner wall 42 , and the bottom wall 43 .

[0080] The base portion 40 is disposed on the inner panel 20 in a state where the peripheral edge of the inner panel 20 is contained in the U-shaped groove.

[0081] The panel seal portion 50 includes a seal lip 51 , a reverse lip 52 , and a suppressing lip 53 .

[0082] The seal lip 51 is erected from the door face center side end portion of the outer wall 41 toward the outer panel 30 in the vehicle width direction outward, and extends toward the door face peripheral edge side along the outer member inner surface 30 b.

[0083] That is, the seal lip 51 forms a substantially V-shaped groove shape in cross section together with the outer wall 41 of the base portion 40 .

[0084] Furthermore, the seal lip 51 has flexibility and elasticity, and in the sealed sandwich state, the surface on the outer panel side is brought into close contact with the outer member inner surface 30 b by the restoring force.

[0085] In addition, the sealing lip 51 is shaped and sized so that the front end thereof does not contact the extension portion 32 of the outer panel 30 in the sealed sandwich state.

[0086] The reverse lip 52 is disposed to stand obliquely with respect to the inner panel 20 from the front end portion of the sealing lip 51 toward the inner panel 20 and toward the center side of the door surface of the inner panel 20 .

[0087] That is, the reverse lip 52 is provided upright while forming an acute angle with the seal lip 51 .

[0088] The reverse lip 52 is shaped and sized so that the front end thereof abuts against and is held by the outer wall 41 of the base portion 40 in the sealed sandwich state.

[0089] The restraining lip 53 is located closer to the door surface periphery than the reverse lip 52 , and is erected from the junction of the outer wall 41 and the bottom wall 43 of the base portion 40 toward the boundary between the normal portion 31 and the extension portion 32 of the outer panel 30 .

[0090] The restraining lip 53 is shaped and sized so that its front end abuts against and is held on the normal portion 31 side of the boundary between the normal portion 31 and the extending portion 32 in the sealed sandwich state.

[0091] Next, the function of the sealing member 10 will be described.

[0092] The sealing member 10 configured as described above has a restoring force acting thereon so as to restore to its original shape in the sealed sandwiched state sandwiched between the outer panel 30 and the inner panel 20 .

[0093] By this restoring force, the outer wall 41 of the base portion 40 is in close contact with the inner member outer surface 20 a of the inner panel 20 , and the seal lip 51 is in close contact with the outer member inner surface 30 b .

[0094] Then, due to the restoring force, the front end of the reverse lip 52 comes into contact with the vehicle exterior side surface 41 a of the outer wall 41 , and the front end of the suppression lip 53 comes into contact with the outer member inner surface 30 b of the general portion 31 .

[0095] Then, as the parts are brought into close contact and abutment with each other in this way, the sealing member 10 seals the space between the inner panel 20 and the outer panel 30 .

[0096] For example, when it rains or when washing a car, if water intrudes between panels, the water is first intercepted by the suppression lip 53 .

[0097] Next, the water that cannot be trapped by the suppression lip 53 is trapped by the sealing lip 51 and the reverse lip 52 .

[0098] Then, the water that cannot be intercepted by the reverse lip 52 is guided into the V-shaped groove between the sealing lip 51 and the outer wall 41 , moves in the V-shaped groove, and is discharged to the outside from a discharge portion (not shown).

[0099] Furthermore, due to the action of the restoring force, a component of the restoring force acts on the base portion 40 from the door surface peripheral edge side toward the door surface center side.

[0100] This prevents the sealing member 10 from falling off the inner panel 20 .

[0101] Furthermore, when the sealing member 10 moves from the inner panel 20 to the peripheral edge side, the front end of the lip 53 is prevented from being engaged with the base of the extending portion 32 , thereby preventing the sealing member 10 from falling off.

[0102] Next, the effects of this embodiment will be described.

[0103] In the vehicle sealing structure S1 of the present embodiment, the sealing member 10 is sandwiched between the metal inner panel 20 and the resin outer panel 30 .

[0104] In addition, the outer panel 30 is disposed so as to be movable along the door surface of the inner panel 20 .

[0105] Thus, the difference in thermal expansion between the inner panel 20 and the outer panel 30 can be tolerated, and the sealing performance of the peripheral portion of the door surface can be ensured.

[0106] That is, it is possible to suppress the occurrence of deflection due to the difference in thermal expansion coefficient between the outer panel 30 made of resin and the inner panel 20 and to suppress the reduction in sound insulation performance.

[0107] In addition, by ensuring the sealing property, it is possible to simplify the painting of the inner panel 20 by simply performing rust-proof painting.

[0108] This can reduce carbon dioxide emissions during vehicle manufacturing, thereby contributing to mitigation of climate change or alleviating its impact.

[0109] In the vehicle sealing structure S1 of the present embodiment, the sealing member 10 is composed of a base portion 40 and a panel sealing portion 50 .

[0110] The base portion 40 has a substantially U-shaped groove shape in cross section, and is disposed while including the periphery of the inner panel 20 in the U-shaped groove.

[0111] In addition, in the sealed sandwich state, the panel seal portion 50 is in close contact with the outer member inner surface 30 b of the outer panel 30 .

[0112] With such a configuration, the periphery of the inner panel 20 is covered by the base portion 40 , thereby preventing the periphery of the inner panel 20 from being exposed to water and sunlight.

[0113] This can suppress the rust on the peripheral edge of the inner panel 20 and make the generated rust less noticeable.

[0114] Furthermore, since the peripheral edge of the inner panel 20 is contained in the U-shaped groove of the base portion 40 , the sealing member 10 is fixed, and thus, positional deviation of the panel sealing portion 50 can be prevented.

[0115] This can improve the sealing performance between the inner panel 20 and the outer panel 30 .

[0116] In the vehicle sealing structure S1 of the present embodiment, the seal lip 51 extends along the door surface peripheral side of the outer panel 30 from the door surface center side end of the outer wall 41 constituting the base portion 40 toward the outer panel 30 .

[0117] With such a configuration, even when water intrudes between panels during rain or car washing, the water can be blocked by the V-shaped groove formed by the sealing lip 51 and the outer wall 41 .

[0118] This can prevent water from entering between the outer panel 30 and the inner panel 20 from the end of the seal lip 51 .

[0119] In addition, by improving the sealing performance, the sound insulation performance can be improved.

[0120] In the vehicle sealing structure S1 of the present embodiment, the reverse lip 52 is provided to stand obliquely with respect to the inner panel 20 from the front end portion of the sealing lip 51 toward the center side of the door surface of the inner panel 20 .

[0121] With such a configuration, the restoring force of the reverse lip 52 is applied to the front end portion of the sealing lip 51 .

[0122] This can increase the force with which the seal lip 51 is in close contact with the outer member inner surface 30 b and improve the sealing performance.

[0123] Furthermore, the reaction force received by the seal lip 51 from the outer member inner surface 30 b passes through the reverse lip to press the outer wall of the base portion toward the center of the door surface, thereby increasing the pulling force and preventing the base portion 40 from moving toward the peripheral edge of the door surface.

[0124] Furthermore, by increasing the force that brings the seal lip 51 into close contact with the outer member inner surface 30 b , the sound insulating property can be improved.

[0125] In the vehicle seal structure S1 of the present embodiment, the restraint lip 53 is located closer to the door surface peripheral edge than the reverse lip 52 .

[0126] With such a configuration, the lip 53 is prevented from becoming an obstacle, and the amount of water that enters the V-shaped groove formed by the seal lip 51 and the outer wall 41 can be reduced.

[0127] In the vehicle seal structure S1 of the present embodiment, the extension portion 32 is formed integrally with the common portion 31 along the circumferential direction at the peripheral edge of the outer member inner surface 30 b .

[0128] The extending portion 32 has a substantially trapezoidal cross-sectional shape, and a step is formed on the periphery of the outer member inner surface 30 b as a protrusion protruding from the outer member inner surface 30 b toward the vehicle inner side.

[0129] Furthermore, the front end of the seal lip 51 abuts against the normal portion 31 side at the boundary portion between the normal portion 31 and the extended portion 32 .

[0130] With such a configuration, when it rains or when washing the car, strong water does not rush to the front end of the sealing lip 51 but collides with the extension portion 32 , thereby achieving a higher sealing performance.

[0131] <Second embodiment>

[0132] Next, refer to Figure 4 The vehicle sealing structure S2 according to the second embodiment will be described in detail on the right side of FIG.

[0133] The vehicle sealing structure S2 of the present embodiment is arranged as a structure for sealing between the rear edge of the front seat door DF and the front edge of the rear seat door DR in the center pillar portion of the vehicle V.

[0134] In the description, the same reference numerals are used for the same elements as those in the first embodiment described above, and duplicate descriptions are omitted.

[0135] In the vehicle sealing structure S2 of the present embodiment, the configuration of the outer panel 30 and the configuration of the sealing member 10 are different from those of the first embodiment.

[0136] The outer panel 30 of the present embodiment does not have the extending portion 32 , but only has the normal portion 31 .

[0137] That is, the peripheral edge portion of the outer member inner surface 30 b is a flat surface that is continuous from the common portion 31 .

[0138] In addition, the sealing member 10 includes an inter-panel seal 54 .

[0139] In addition, in the present embodiment, the outer panel 30 of the front door DF serves as the exterior panel PF adjacent to the outer panel 30 of the rear door DR.

[0140] The inter-panel seal 54 extends from the front end of the seal lip 51 toward the peripheral edge of the door surface.

[0141] In the sealed sandwich state, the seal lip 51 is in close contact with the outer member inner surface 30 b , and the inter-panel seal 54 abuts against the extension portion 32 of the adjacent exterior panel PF (the outer panel 30 of the front door DF) by the restoring force.

[0142] That is, by providing the inter-panel sealant 54 , the gap between the outer panel 30 and the exterior panel PF is sealed.

[0143] Furthermore, by sealing the gap, direct sunlight entering the inner panel 20 and the door D from the gap can be blocked, and the infiltration of rainwater and the like can be suppressed.

[0144] In addition, along with the provision of the inter-panel seal 54 , the reverse lip 52 and the restraining lip 53 are also changed.

[0145] The reverse lip 52 is changed to be provided to stand obliquely with respect to the inner panel 20 from the middle portion of the inter-panel seal 54 toward the inner panel 20 and toward the center side of the door surface of the inner panel 20 .

[0146] The restraining lip 53 is modified so that, in the sealed sandwiching state, the front end thereof abuts against the inner surface of the front end portion of the inter-panel seal 54 .

[0147] Furthermore, in the sealed sandwiching state, the lip 53 is restrained from being bent and deformed, and the inter-panel seal 54 is brought into more firm contact with the adjacent exterior panel PF by its restoring force.

[0148] According to the above configuration, in this embodiment, the same operational effects as those of the first embodiment can be achieved.

[0149] Furthermore, with such a configuration, it is possible to provide sealing between the outer panel 30 and the adjacent exterior panel PF without increasing the number of parts.

[0150] That is, by providing the inter-panel seal 54 , direct sunlight entering from the gap between the outer panel 30 and the exterior panel PF toward the inner panel 20 and the door D is blocked, and infiltration of rainwater or the like is suppressed.

[0151] As a result, the deterioration of the coating on the inner panel 20 and the interior of the door D over time is suppressed, so that required weather resistance can be adequately met by simplified coating.

[0152] In addition, by simplifying the painting process, it is possible to reduce carbon dioxide emissions during vehicle manufacturing, thereby contributing to mitigating climate change or reducing its impact.

[0153] <Third embodiment>

[0154] Next, refer to Figure 5 The vehicle sealing structure S3 according to the third embodiment will be described in detail.

[0155] In the description, the same reference numerals are used for the same elements as those in the first embodiment described above, and duplicate descriptions are omitted.

[0156] The vehicle sealing structure S3 of the present embodiment is arranged as a structure for sealing between the front seat door DF and the front fender panel FF at the front edge portion of the front seat door DF.

[0157] Furthermore, the outer panel 30 of the front fender panel FF serves as an exterior panel PF adjacent to the outer panel 30 of the front door DF.

[0158] The vehicle sealing structure S3 of the present embodiment has a structure of the inter-panel seal 55 corresponding to the form in which the outer panel 30 has the extending portion 32 .

[0159] The configurations of the base portion 40 , the sealing lip 51 , the reverse lip 52 , and the suppression lip 53 are the same as those of the first embodiment.

[0160] In addition, the sealing member 10 includes an inter-panel seal 55 .

[0161] The inter-panel seal 55 includes a contact portion 56 , an elastic contact portion 57 , and a narrowed portion 58 .

[0162] The contact portion 56 has a substantially L-shaped cross section and is provided upright from the bottom wall 43 of the base portion 40 toward the extending portion 32 of the outer panel 30 .

[0163] The contact portion 56 is formed as a flat surface whose front end can be in close contact with the end surface of the extending portion 32 .

[0164] The elastic contact portion 57 extends from the contact portion 56 toward the adjacent exterior panel PF (front fender FF) toward the door surface peripheral edge side, and elastically contacts the inner surface side of the exterior panel PF.

[0165] The narrowed portion 58 is a portion having a small thickness and is provided between the abutting portion 56 and the elastic contact portion 57 .

[0166] When the front door DF is closed, it is bent at the narrowed portion 58 to maintain the seal between the contact portion 56 and the extending portion 32 and the seal between the elastic contact portion 57 and the adjacent exterior panel PF.

[0167] When strong water hits between the outer panel 30 and the front fender FF with the front door DF closed, the water is bent at the narrowed portion 58 , whereby the contact portion 56 maintains a contact state with the end surface of the extending portion 32 .

[0168] That is, by providing the inter-panel sealant 55 , the gap between the outer panel 30 and the exterior panel PF is sealed.

[0169] Furthermore, by closing the gap, direct sunlight entering the inner panel 20 and the interior of the door D from the gap is blocked, and the infiltration of rainwater and the like is suppressed.

[0170] According to the above configuration, in this embodiment, the same operational effects as those of the second embodiment can be achieved.

[0171] Furthermore, with such a configuration, when strong water hits between the outer panel 30 and the adjacent exterior panel PF during rain or car washing, the inter-panel seal 55 is flexed and deformed at the narrowed portion 58 , thereby elastically deforming.

[0172] Thus, the contact portion 56 and the end surface of the extending portion 32 can be maintained in a state of contact with each other, and thus, a higher sealing performance can be achieved between the outer panel 30 and the inner panel 20 .

[0173] That is, by providing the inter-panel seal 55 , direct sunlight entering from the gap between the outer panel 30 and the exterior panel PF toward the inner panel 20 and the door D is blocked, and infiltration of rainwater or the like is suppressed.

[0174] As a result, the deterioration of the coating of the inner panel 20 and the interior of the door D over time is suppressed, so that the required weather resistance can be fully met by simplified coating.

[0175] In addition, by simplifying the painting process, it is possible to reduce carbon dioxide emissions during vehicle manufacturing, thereby contributing to mitigating climate change or reducing its impact.

[0176] <Fourth embodiment>

[0177] Next, refer to Figure 6 The vehicle sealing structure S4 according to the fourth embodiment will be described in detail.

[0178] In the description, the same reference numerals are used for the same elements as those in the first embodiment described above, and duplicate descriptions are omitted.

[0179] In the vehicle sealing structure S4 of the present embodiment, the configuration of the panel sealing portion 50 is different from that of the first embodiment.

[0180] The panel seal portion 50 of the present embodiment includes a hollow seal member 59 formed in an elliptical cylindrical shape in cross section.

[0181] In addition, the hollow seal 59 is in close contact with the inner surface 30 b of the outer member while collapsing into a cylindrical shape in the sealed sandwich state, thereby sealing the space between the inner panel 20 and the outer panel 30 .

[0182] With such a configuration, it is possible to achieve the same operational effects as those of the first embodiment.

[0183] <Fifth embodiment>

[0184] Next, refer to Figure 7 The vehicle sealing structure S5 according to the fifth embodiment will be described in detail.

[0185] In the description, the same reference numerals are used for the same elements as those in the first embodiment described above, and duplicate descriptions are omitted.

[0186] In the vehicle sealing structure S5 of the present embodiment, the configuration of the panel sealing portion 50 is different from that of the first embodiment.

[0187] The panel seal 50 of the present embodiment uses a sponge-like member made of foam rubber such as EPTSEALER (foam seal material; registered trademark).

[0188] Furthermore, in the sealed sandwich state, the panel seal portion 50 is in close contact with the inner surface 30 b of the outer member while the foam rubber collapses, thereby sealing the inner panel 20 and the outer panel 30 .

[0189] With such a configuration, the same operational effects as those of the first embodiment can be achieved.

[0190] Furthermore, in the first to fifth embodiments described above, the panel seal portion 50 is arranged on the periphery of the inner panel 20 via the base portion 40 having a substantially U-shaped cross section, but the present invention is not limited to such a configuration.

[0191] For example, the base portion 40 may be a flat plate having only the outer wall 41 and may be mounted on the inner panel 20 using various methods such as clips, bolts, double-sided tape, and adhesives (see FIG. Figure 8 ).

[0192] Furthermore, even in such a form, the same effects as described above can be achieved.

[0193] In addition, for example, the panel seal 50 may be directly provided on the inner panel 20 (see FIG. 1 ) without passing through the base portion 40 by using various means such as clips, bolts, double-sided tape, and adhesives. Fig. 9 ).

[0194] Furthermore, even in such a form, the same effects as described above can be achieved.
