Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The embodiments of the present application relate to the technical field of hinges for foldable devices, and in particular, to a hinge mechanism and an assembly method thereof, and a foldable device. Background Art
[0002] Foldable devices (such as foldable flexible screen mobile phones) achieve the unfolding and folding of the two shells through the central hinge mechanism. The hinge mechanism includes a main shaft, connecting rods and support members distributed on both sides of the main shaft. The connecting rods on both sides of the main shaft are pivoted to the main shaft, and the support members are used to support the flexible screen. When the hinge mechanism is in a flattened state, the connecting rods and the main shaft on both sides of the main shaft abut against the stop position, and the flattening angle formed by the support members on both sides of the main shaft needs to reach the preset value of 180°. However, due to the constraints of production costs, part size fluctuations and assembly processes, the tolerance band of the flattening angle of the hinge mechanism is large (greater than ±1.5°), and it is difficult for the flattening angle to reach the preset value of 180° in actual assembly. The flatness of the area corresponding to the hinge mechanism on the flexible screen is poor, which makes the light and shadow display effect poor and the flattening precision of the whole machine is low. Summary of the invention
[0003] The embodiments of the present application provide a hinge mechanism and an assembly method thereof, and a foldable device, which solve the problem that the flattening angle of the hinge mechanism in the related art has a large tolerance zone.
[0004] The embodiment of the present application adopts the following technical solution:
[0005] In a first aspect, an embodiment of the present application provides a rotating shaft mechanism, comprising: a main shaft, a plurality of connecting rods, supporting members arranged in pairs, and one or more disassembling members. One or more connecting rods are respectively arranged on both sides of the main shaft along the width direction of the main shaft, and one end of each connecting rod is pivotally connected to the main shaft. Each pair of supporting members is respectively arranged on both sides of the main shaft along the width direction of the main shaft, and the supporting members located on the same side of the main shaft are arranged corresponding to the connecting rods. The supporting members can be movably connected to the connecting rods of the corresponding supporting members, and each supporting member has a supporting surface. The connecting rods located on both sides of the main shaft can rotate relative to the main shaft, and the supporting members can follow the movement of the connecting rods of the corresponding supporting members so that the rotating shaft mechanism can switch between a flattened state and a closed state. A disassembling member is provided on the main shaft or at least one connecting rod. When the rotating shaft mechanism is in a flattened state, the disassembling member clamp is arranged between the connecting rod and the main shaft of the corresponding disassembling member.
[0006] The rotating shaft mechanism provided in the embodiment of the present application has connecting rods pivotally connected to both sides of the main shaft, and the supporting members on both sides of the main shaft are movably connected to the corresponding connecting rods, so that the rotating shaft mechanism can be switched between the flattened state and the closed state. A disassembly is arranged on the connecting rod or the main shaft, and the disassembly serves as a rotation stop of the connecting rod. When the rotating shaft mechanism is in the flattened state, the disassembly is clamped between the connecting rod and the main shaft. The disassembly is used as a key part affecting the flattening angle between the supporting members on both sides of the main shaft. The size of the disassembly is stable and can be accurately measured or controlled. The flattening angle can reach a preset value by using a disassembly of appropriate size. There is no need to consider the size of multiple parts of the main shaft, the connecting shaft or virtual shaft, the connecting rods on both sides, and the supporting members on both sides as in the rotating shaft mechanism of the related art. The dimensional tolerances of these parts can be relaxed to reduce the cost of parts. There is no need to consider the situation that the arc arm and the arc groove in the virtual shaft are difficult to measure accurately. Compared with the rotating shaft mechanism of the related art with a long dimension chain of multiple parts, the flattening angle of the rotating shaft mechanism of this embodiment only needs to consider the distance between the two sides of the disassembly in the clamping direction, which is a single dimension, and the dimension chain is shortened. If the flattening angle of the assembled shaft mechanism is poor, the disassembled parts can be directly removed from the shaft mechanism, and then the disassembled parts of appropriate size can be installed to make the flattening angle reach the preset value, without the need to completely disassemble and reassemble the shaft mechanism as in related technologies, thereby achieving fast and low-cost flattening angle correction and improving the yield and production capacity of the shaft mechanism.
[0007] In an optional implementation, the support member and the connecting rod are movably connected, and the support member can follow the movement of the connecting rod when the connecting rod rotates relative to the main shaft. The support member and the connecting rod are movably connected, and the support member and the connecting rod can be slidably connected, or the support member and the connecting rod are pivotally or rotatably connected, or the support member and the connecting rod are movably connected through a predetermined structural member.
[0008] In an optional implementation, the main shaft is in a flat strip shape, so that the main shaft structure is compact. The main shaft includes a first shell and a second shell that are stacked, and the first shell and the second shell can be connected by fasteners, buckles, etc.
[0009] In an optional implementation, the support member is plate-shaped, compact in structure, and occupies less space. When the rotating shaft mechanism is in a flattened state, the support members on both sides of the main shaft can reliably support the flexible screen.
[0010] In an optional implementation, the connecting rod and the main shaft are connected by a connecting shaft, which can rotate around the axis of the connecting hole to achieve a rotational connection between the two parts.
[0011] In an optional implementation, a connecting shaft is provided on the main shaft, a connecting hole is provided on the connecting rod, and the connecting shaft and the connecting hole are rotatably matched so that the connecting rod is rotatably connected to the main shaft.
[0012] In an optional implementation, the connecting rod and the main shaft are connected by a virtual axis. The arc arm can be slidably installed in the arc groove to realize the rotation connection between the connecting rod and the main shaft, so that the rotating shaft mechanism occupies less space.
[0013] In an optional implementation, the connecting rod is provided with an arc arm, the main shaft is provided with an arc groove, and the arc arm and the arc groove are slidably matched, so that the connecting rod is rotatably connected to the main shaft.
[0014] In an optional implementation, the spindle includes a first shell and a second shell, the first shell has a first arc surface that is concave, the second shell has a second arc surface that is convex, and the axes of the first arc surface and the second arc surface coincide. When the first shell is installed on the second shell, the first arc surface and the second arc surface form an arc groove. The arc arm and the arc groove are slidably matched to realize the rotational connection between the connecting rod and the spindle.
[0015] In an optional implementation, the circular arc groove can be directly formed on the main shaft, and the circular arc arm and the circular arc groove are slidably matched to achieve the rotational connection between the connecting rod and the main shaft.
[0016] In an optional implementation, the arc arms on the connecting rods on both sides of the main shaft can be staggered along the axial direction of the main shaft, and the multiple arc grooves on the main shaft can be staggered along the axial direction of the main shaft. Arc arms and arc grooves with larger diameters can be arranged in a limited space to improve structural strength.
[0017] In an optional implementation, a positioning portion is provided on the connecting rod or the main shaft, and the disassembled component is positioned and installed on the positioning portion. The positioning portion can be used to quickly position the disassembled component at a predetermined position of the connecting rod or the main shaft, thereby improving assembly efficiency.
[0018] In an optional implementation, the positioning portion includes a slide groove extending along a predetermined route, the slide groove has an opening, and the disassembled part can enter and exit through the opening and be slidably mounted on the slide groove. The opening of the slide groove is used for the disassembled part to enter and exit the slide groove. The assembly and disassembly operations of the disassembled part are convenient.
[0019] In an optional implementation, the positioning portion includes a protrusion, and the disassembled component has a positioning hole that matches the protrusion. The protrusion is inserted into the positioning hole, and the disassembled component can be quickly positioned and installed at a predetermined position of the connecting rod or the main shaft.
[0020] In an optional implementation, the main shaft has a first horizontal mating surface, the connecting rod has a second horizontal mating surface, and a disassembly component is provided on the first horizontal mating surface or at least one of the second horizontal mating surfaces. When the rotating shaft mechanism is in a flattened state, the first horizontal mating surface and the second horizontal mating surface are arranged facing each other, and the disassembly component is clamped between the first horizontal mating surface and the second horizontal mating surface of the corresponding disassembly component.
[0021] When the disassembly parts are respectively arranged on the second horizontal mating surfaces of the connecting rods on both sides or on both sides of the first horizontal mating surface of the main shaft, during the process of the rotating shaft mechanism switching from a closed state to a flattened state, the connecting rod rotates relative to the main shaft, and the second horizontal mating surface of the connecting rod gradually approaches the first horizontal mating surface of the main shaft until the opposite side surfaces of the disassembly parts are respectively abutted against the first horizontal mating surface and the second horizontal mating surface, thereby realizing the rotation stop of the connecting rods on both sides of the main shaft.
[0022] When a disassembled part is arranged on one side of the first horizontal mating surface of the main shaft or on the second horizontal mating surface of the single-sided connecting rod, for the side of the rotating shaft mechanism with the disassembled part, the two opposite side surfaces of the disassembled part are respectively abutted against the first horizontal mating surface and the second horizontal mating surface of the corresponding disassembled part, so as to realize the rotation stop of the connecting rod on the side with the disassembled part. For the side of the rotating shaft mechanism without the disassembled part, during the process of the rotating shaft mechanism switching from the closed state to the flattened state, the connecting rod is unfolded and rotated relative to the main shaft, and the second horizontal mating surface of the connecting rod gradually approaches the first horizontal mating surface of the main shaft until the second horizontal mating surface is abutted against the first horizontal mating surface, so as to realize the rotation stop of the connecting rod on the side without the disassembled part.
[0023] In an optional implementation, the first horizontal mating surface is formed on the surface of the main shaft; or, both sides of the main shaft have bosses, and the first horizontal mating surface is formed on the bosses.
[0024] In an optional implementation, the disassembly includes a sheet portion, and when the rotating shaft mechanism is in a flattened state, the two opposite side surfaces of the sheet portion along the thickness direction of the main shaft are respectively abutted against the first horizontal mating surface and the second horizontal mating surface. The sheet portion is smaller in the thickness direction of the main shaft and occupies less space, so that the overall structure of the rotating shaft mechanism is compact.
[0025] In an optional implementation, the disassembled component further includes a first connecting portion connected to the sheet portion. The disassembled component structure is easy to form and assemble.
[0026] In an optional implementation, the connecting rod has a slide groove for sliding the disassembled part, the slide groove extends along the length direction of the connecting rod, and the opening of the slide groove is located on one side of the connecting rod along the X direction when the connecting rod is flattened. The disassembled part can easily enter and exit the slide groove through the opening.
[0027] In an optional implementation, the main shaft has two first vertical mating surfaces that are opposite to each other along the width direction of the main shaft, the connecting rod has a second vertical mating surface, and a disassembly component is provided on at least one of the first vertical mating surfaces or at least one of the second vertical mating surfaces. When the rotating shaft mechanism is in a flattened state, the first vertical mating surfaces and the second vertical mating surfaces are arranged facing each other, and the disassembly component is clamped between the first vertical mating surfaces and the second vertical mating surfaces of the corresponding disassembly component.
[0028] In an optional implementation, when a disassembled part is arranged on the first vertical mating surfaces on both sides of the main shaft or the second vertical mating surfaces on both sides of the connecting rod, during the process of the rotating shaft mechanism switching from a closed state to a flattened state, the connecting rod rotates relative to the main shaft, and the second vertical mating surface of the connecting rod gradually approaches the first vertical mating surface of the main shaft until the opposite side surfaces of the disassembled part are respectively abutted against the first vertical mating surface and the second vertical mating surface, thereby realizing the rotation stop of the connecting rod on both sides of the main shaft.
[0029] When a disassembled part is arranged on the first vertical mating surface on one side of the main shaft or the second vertical mating surface on one side of the connecting rod, for the side of the rotating shaft mechanism with the disassembled part, the two opposite side surfaces of the disassembled part are respectively abutted against the first vertical mating surface and the second vertical mating surface of the corresponding disassembled part, so as to realize the rotation stop of the connecting rod on the side with the disassembled part. For the side of the rotating shaft mechanism without the disassembled part, during the process of the rotating shaft mechanism switching from the closed state to the flattened state, the connecting rod is unfolded and rotated relative to the main shaft, and the second vertical mating surface of the connecting rod gradually approaches the first vertical mating surface of the main shaft until the second vertical mating surface is abutted against the first vertical mating surface, so as to realize the rotation stop of the connecting rod on the side without the disassembled part.
[0030] In an optional implementation, the disassembled component may include a matching portion; when the rotating shaft mechanism is in a flattened state, the two opposite side surfaces of the matching portion are respectively abutted against the first vertical matching surface and the second vertical matching surface, one side surface of the disassembled component is abutted against the first vertical matching surface, and the other side surface of the disassembled component is abutted against the second vertical matching surface. The matching portion of the disassembled component is used as a vertical stop surface, and the matching portion is set to a predetermined size along the X direction. The matching portion is sandwiched between the first vertical matching surface and the second vertical matching surface of the corresponding matching portion, so that the flattening angle reaches a preset value.
[0031] In an optional implementation, the disassembled component further includes a second connecting portion connected to the matching portion, and the second connecting portion is connected to the connecting rod or the main shaft. The disassembled component is easy to form and assemble.
[0032] In an optional implementation, the connecting rod has a slide groove for sliding the disassembled part, the slide groove extends along the thickness direction of the connecting rod, and the opening of the slide groove is located on one side of the connecting rod along the Z direction when the connecting rod is flattened. The disassembled part can easily enter and exit the slide groove through the opening.
[0033] In an optional implementation, a plurality of disassembled parts may be provided, and the spacing between the two opposite sides of the disassembled parts in the clamping direction may be set to different sizes. Disassembled parts with different spacing sizes may be selected each time and arranged on the connecting rod or the main shaft. When the rotating shaft mechanism is in the flattened state, the disassembled parts are clamped between the corresponding connecting rod and the main shaft, and different flattening angles can be obtained. When the flattening angle of the rotating shaft mechanism in the assembled state is poor, the disassembled parts are directly removed from the main shaft or the connecting rod, and another disassembled part with a suitable spacing size is replaced on the main shaft or the connecting rod, so that the measured flattening angle reaches the preset value.
[0034] In an optional implementation, the disassembled part is a machinable material, and when the two opposite side surfaces of the disassembled part in the clamping direction are at a first spacing, the shaft mechanism is in a flattened state, and a first flattening angle is formed between the support surfaces of the support members on both sides of the main shaft; when the two opposite side surfaces of the disassembled part in the clamping direction are at a second spacing, the shaft mechanism is in a flattened state, and a second flattening angle is formed between the support surfaces of the support members on both sides of the main shaft. The disassembled part can be made of a material that is easy to process (such as grinding), such as iron, aluminum or other metals, to change the spacing between the two opposite side surfaces of the disassembled part in the clamping direction.
[0035] In an optional implementation, multiple disassembled parts may be provided, and the distances between the two opposite sides of the disassembled parts in the clamping direction may be set to different sizes. The disassembled parts may be made of machinable materials so that the distances between the two opposite sides of the disassembled parts in the clamping direction may be changed. This makes it more convenient and accurate to correct the flattening angle.
[0036] In an optional implementation, the two opposite side surfaces of the disassembled component in the clamping direction can be parallel to each other. When the disassembled component is separated from the main shaft or the connecting rod, it is convenient to use the measuring claws of a caliper to press against the two opposite side surfaces of the disassembled component to measure the distance between the two opposite side surfaces of the disassembled component, and then select the disassembled component of appropriate size.
[0037] In an optional implementation, the two opposite sides of the disassembled component in the clamping direction form a predetermined angle, and the two opposite sides of the disassembled component may not be parallel. When the rotating shaft mechanism is in the flattened state, the two opposite sides of the disassembled component are respectively against the connecting rod and the main shaft, which can also make the flattening angle reach a preset value.
[0038] In an optional implementation, the disassembled part is fixed to the connecting rod or the main shaft by a fastener; or, the disassembled part is fixed to the connecting rod or the main shaft by bonding; or, the disassembled part is fixed to the connecting rod or the main shaft by a buckle; or, the disassembled part is fixed to the connecting rod or the main shaft by welding. By selecting a disassembled part of a suitable size to be pre-installed on the main shaft or the connecting rod, the flattening angle of the rotating shaft mechanism reaches a preset value, and then a fixing method is adopted to conveniently and reliably fix the disassembled part to the main shaft or the connecting rod.
[0039] In an optional implementation, the disassembled part is fixed to the connecting rod or the main shaft by screws. The disassembled part has a stepped hole, and the connecting rod or the main shaft has a threaded hole corresponding to the stepped hole. The stepped hole and the threaded hole are aligned, and a screw is passed through the stepped hole and threadedly connected to the threaded hole, so that the head of the screw is against the stepped surface of the stepped hole, and the disassembled part can be fixed to the connecting rod or the main shaft.
[0040] In an optional implementation, the disassembled component is fixed to the connecting rod or the main shaft by a buckle. The disassembled component has a buckle position, and the connecting rod or the main shaft has a buckle. The buckle and the buckle position are buckled and matched to fix the disassembled component to the connecting rod or the main shaft.
[0041] In the second aspect, the embodiment of the present application provides a foldable device, including a hinge mechanism, a first shell, a second shell, and a flexible screen, wherein the hinge mechanism is located between the first shell and the second shell, a connecting rod located on one side of the main axis is connected to the first shell, and a connecting rod located on the other side of the main axis is connected to the second shell, and two ends of the flexible screen are respectively fixed to the first shell and the second shell, and the middle area of the flexible screen corresponds to the hinge mechanism. The area on the flexible screen corresponding to the hinge mechanism has good flatness, so that the light and shadow display effect is good, and the whole machine is flattened with high refinement.
[0042] In an optional implementation, the connecting rod and the first housing (or the second housing) may be directly connected, such as fixedly connected or movably connected. The connecting rod and the first housing (or the second housing) may also be indirectly connected, for example, a predetermined structural member is fixed to each housing, and the connecting rod on the same side of the main shaft is movably connected to the predetermined structural member, so that the connecting rod and the housing on the same side of the main shaft are indirectly connected through the predetermined structural member.
[0043] In an optional implementation, the flexible screen and the first shell (or the second shell) may be connected by bonding or the like. The flexible screen and the hinge mechanism are not connected, and when the first shell and the second shell are folded, the corresponding area of the flexible screen follows the bending.
[0044] In an optional implementation, the foldable device has an internal folding structure. When the hinge mechanism is in a closed state, a screen-containing space is formed between the first shell, the hinge mechanism and the second shell, and the flexible screen is partially bent and located in the screen-containing space.
[0045] In an optional implementation, the foldable device is an external folding structure, and when the hinge mechanism is in a closed state, the flexible screen is partially bent and the flexible screen is covered outside the first shell and the second shell.
[0046] In an optional implementation, the foldable device may include a hinge mechanism and a first shell and a second shell respectively connected to both sides of the hinge mechanism, and the first shell and the second shell are folded and unfolded through the hinge mechanism.
[0047] In an optional implementation, the foldable device may include more than two first shells, a second shell is arranged between each two adjacent first shells, and a hinge mechanism is connected between the adjacent first shells and second shells, so that the foldable device forms a stacked structure of more than three layers when folded.
[0048] In a third aspect, an embodiment of the present application provides an assembly method of a rotating shaft mechanism, comprising: pivotally connecting a plurality of connecting rods to a main shaft, wherein one or more connecting rods are respectively provided on both sides of the main shaft in a width direction;
[0049] Support members are arranged on both sides of the main shaft in the width direction, so that the support members are movably connected with the connecting rods of the corresponding support members;
[0050] Measure the flattening angle when the disassembly is not set;
[0051] Pre-install the disassembled parts on the connecting rod or main shaft;
[0052] Measure the flattening angle when the parts have been disassembled;
[0053] In case of deviation in the flattening angle, the distance between the two opposite sides of the disassembled parts in the clamping direction is changed so that the flattening angle reaches the preset value;
[0054] When the flattening angle reaches the preset value, fix the disassembled parts on the connecting rod or spindle.
[0055] The assembly method of the rotating shaft mechanism provided in the embodiment of the present application sets a disassembled part on the connecting rod or the main shaft, and regards the disassembled part as a key part affecting the flattening angle between the supporting parts on both sides of the main shaft. The disassembled part can be accurately measured or controlled, and the size of the disassembled part is stable. The flattening angle can reach a preset value by using a disassembled part of a suitable size. The flattening angle of the rotating shaft mechanism considers the distance between the two sides of the disassembled part in the clamping direction. This single size is sufficient, and the dimension chain is shortened. If the flattening angle of the rotating shaft mechanism in the assembled state is not good, the disassembled part can be directly removed from the rotating shaft mechanism, and then the disassembled part of the suitable size can be installed to make the flattening angle reach the preset value, so as to achieve fast and low-cost flattening angle correction and improve the yield and production capacity of the rotating shaft mechanism. The rotating shaft mechanism is applied to a foldable device. When the flattening angle reaches the preset value, the area corresponding to the rotating shaft mechanism on the flexible screen has good flatness, so that the light and shadow display effect is good and the flattening degree of the whole machine is high.
[0056] In an optional implementation, the flattening angle is measured by combining a camera and data processing to put the pivot mechanism in a flattened state. The camera is used to shoot the pivot mechanism along its axial direction, and the corresponding edges of the support surfaces of the support members on both sides of the main shaft are captured. The processor calculates the angle between the corresponding edges of the two support surfaces, and the required angle is the flattening angle of the pivot mechanism.
[0057] In an optional implementation, the flattening angle is measured by using an angle measuring tool to put the rotating shaft mechanism in a flattened state, and placing the angle measuring tool on one axial side of the rotating shaft mechanism. The angle measuring tool is used to measure the angles of the corresponding sides of the support surfaces of the support members on both sides of the main shaft, and the flattening angle of the rotating shaft mechanism can be measured. For example, "connection" can be a detachable connection or a non-detachable connection; it can be a direct connection or an indirect connection through an intermediate medium. The terms "length", "width", "up", "down", "front", "back", "left", "right", "vertical", "horizontal", "top", "bottom", "inside", "outside", etc. indicate positions or positional relationships based on the positions or positional relationships shown in the accompanying drawings. They are only for the convenience of describing the present application and simplifying the description, and do not indicate or imply that the device or element referred to must have a specific orientation, be constructed and operated in a specific orientation, and therefore cannot be understood as a limitation on the present application.
[0104] In addition, the terms "first" and "second" are used for descriptive purposes only and should not be understood as indicating or implying relative importance or implicitly indicating the number of the indicated technical features. Thus, a feature defined as "first" or "second" may explicitly or implicitly include one or more of the features. In the description of this application, the meaning of "plurality" is two or more, unless otherwise clearly and specifically defined.
[0105] References to "one embodiment" or "some embodiments" etc. described in this specification mean that a particular feature, structure or characteristic described in conjunction with the embodiment is included in one or more embodiments of the present application. Thus, the phrases "in one embodiment", "in some embodiments", "in some other embodiments", "in some other embodiments", etc. that appear at different places in this specification do not necessarily refer to the same embodiment, but mean "one or more but not all embodiments", unless otherwise specifically emphasized in other ways. The terms "including", "comprising", "having" and their variations all mean "including but not limited to", unless otherwise specifically emphasized in other ways.
[0106] See also Figure 1 and Figure 2 A foldable device in the related art includes a hinge mechanism 10, two shells 20 and a flexible screen 30. The two shells 20 are respectively arranged on both sides of the hinge mechanism 10. The two ends of the flexible screen 30 are fixed to the two shells 20 in a one-to-one correspondence, and the middle area of the flexible screen 30 is arranged corresponding to the hinge mechanism 10. The hinge mechanism 10 includes a main shaft 11, connecting rods 12 and support members 13 distributed on both sides of the main shaft 11, the connecting rods 12 on both sides of the main shaft 11 can be pivoted to the main shaft 11 through a connecting shaft 14 or a virtual shaft 15, the support members 13 on both sides of the main shaft 11 are movably connected to the corresponding connecting rods 12, and the connecting rods 12 on both sides of the main shaft 11 are connected to the corresponding shells 20 to drive the shells 20 to rotate relative to the main shaft 11, so as to realize the unfolding and folding of the two shells 20. When the rotating shaft mechanism 10 is in the flattened state, the connecting rods 12 on both sides of the main shaft 11 abut against the main shaft 11 at A to limit the relative rotation of the connecting rods 12 and the main shaft 11, and also limit the position of the support member 13 relative to the main shaft 11, so that the flattening angle θ formed by the support members 13 on both sides of the main shaft 11 is close to the preset value of 180°.
[0107] Among them, Figure 1 As shown, the connecting rod 12 is pivotally connected to the main shaft 11 through the connecting shaft 14. The connecting shaft 14 can be set on the main shaft 11, and the connecting hole 14a is set on the connecting rod 12. The connecting shaft 14 is passed through the connecting hole 14a. The connecting shaft 14 can rotate around the axis of the connecting hole 14a, so that the rotational connection between the connecting rod 12 and the main shaft 11 can be realized.
[0108] like Figure 2 As shown, the connecting rod 12 is pivotally connected to the main shaft 11 through a virtual axis 15. An arc arm 15a can be set on the connecting rod 12, and an arc groove 15b can be set on the main shaft 11. The axes of the arc arm 15a and the arc groove 15b coincide with each other. The arc arm 15a can be slidably installed in the arc groove 15b, so as to realize the rotational connection between the connecting rod 12 and the main shaft 11.
[0109] The flattening angle θ of the above-mentioned rotating shaft mechanism 10 depends on the dimensions of multiple parts such as the main shaft 11, the connecting shaft 14 or the virtual shaft 15, the connecting rods 12 on both sides, the supporting parts 13 on both sides, and any fluctuation in the dimensions will affect the flattening angle θ. Considering the production cost, each part has a certain tolerance zone. The dimension chain of the rotating shaft mechanism 10 is relatively long, which will cause the tolerance fluctuation of the flattening angle θ to be larger, for example, greater than ±1.5°. In addition, the rotating shaft mechanism 10 has the demand of being thinner and smaller in size as a whole, and the tolerance zones of each part will be increased, so that the tolerance zone of the flattening angle θ is increased.
[0110] The gap between the parts needs to be maintained to achieve the mutual movement of the parts. The gap design of the mating parts will affect the flattening angle θ of the shaft mechanism 10. In particular, if Figure 2 As shown, the connecting rod 12 is pivoted to the main shaft 11 through the virtual axis 15, and the arc arm 15a and the arc groove 15b are less than three-quarters of the arc. The diameter of the arc arm 15a and the arc groove 15b is difficult to measure accurately, making it difficult to accurately measure and control the profile and concentricity. It is difficult to effectively reduce the tolerance band of the flattening angle θ by multiple mutual matching and assembly of multiple parts to reduce the gap.
[0111] The flattening angle θ of the rotating shaft mechanism 10 is measured from the support members 13 on both sides of the main shaft 11 when the rotating shaft mechanism 10 is in an assembled state. If the flattening angle θ of the rotating shaft mechanism 10 is not good (has a large deviation from the preset value), the rotating shaft mechanism 10 must be completely disassembled and reassembled, which consumes a lot of time and cost, resulting in a low yield and production capacity of the rotating shaft mechanism 10.
[0112] See also Figures 3 to 5 The embodiment of the present application provides a foldable device 1000, which may be a mobile phone, a tablet computer, a laptop computer, an e-book reader, a netbook, a personal digital assistant, a smart wearable device (such as a smart watch), etc.
[0113] The foldable device 1000 includes a hinge mechanism 100, a first shell 200, a second shell 300, and a flexible screen 400. The hinge mechanism 100 is located between the first shell 200 and the second shell 300, and the first shell 200 and the second shell 300 are respectively connected to opposite sides of the hinge mechanism 100. The flexible screen 400 is fixed to the first shell 200 and the second shell 300. The first shell 200 and the second shell 300 can be installed with circuit boards, batteries, receivers, speakers, cameras and other devices. The circuit board can be provided with processors, storage units, antennas and other devices.
[0114] The flexible screen 400 can be used to display images and information, and can also input commands and information. The flexible screen 400 can be an organic light emitting diode display, an active matrix organic light emitting diode or an active matrix organic light emitting diode display, a mini light emitting diode display, a micro light emitting diode display, a micro organic light emitting diode display, a quantum dot light emitting diode display, and the like.
[0115] The hinge mechanism 100 has a flattened state and a closed state. Figure 3 When the hinge mechanism 100 is in a flattened state, the first shell 200 and the second shell 300 are unfolded on both sides of the hinge mechanism 100, and the angle between the first shell 200 and the second shell 300 is approximately 180°. The flexible screen 400 is unfolded and supported on the first shell 200, the hinge mechanism 100 and the second shell 300.
[0116] See also Figure 5 When the hinge mechanism 100 is in a closed state, the first shell 200 and the second shell 300 are closed to form a stacked structure, and the flexible screen 400 bends along with the first shell 200 and the second shell 300.
[0117] The hinge mechanism 100 also has an intermediate state in the switching process between the flattened state and the closed state. By switching between different states of the hinge mechanism 100, the foldable device 1000 can be folded and unfolded.
[0118] The foldable device 1000 can be configured as an inner folding structure or an outer folding structure. Figures 3 to 5 As shown, when the inner folding structure is adopted, when the hinge mechanism 100 is in a closed state, a screen-containing space is formed between the first shell 200, the hinge mechanism 100 and the second shell 300, and the flexible screen 400 is partially bent and located in the screen-containing space.
[0119] like Figure 6 , Figure 7 As shown, when the external folding structure is adopted, when the hinge mechanism 100 is in a closed state, the flexible screen 400 is partially bent and the flexible screen 400 is covered outside the first shell 200 and the second shell 300.
[0120] In some embodiments, see Figures 3 to 7 The foldable device 1000 may include a hinge mechanism 100 and a first shell 200 and a second shell 300 respectively connected to both sides of the hinge mechanism 100, and the first shell 200 and the second shell 300 are folded and unfolded through the hinge mechanism 100.
[0121] In other embodiments, the foldable device 1000 may include more than two first shells 200, a second shell 300 is arranged between each two adjacent first shells 200, and a hinge mechanism 100 is connected between adjacent first shells 200 and second shells 300, so that the foldable device 1000 forms a stacked structure of more than three layers when folded.
[0122] In order to facilitate the description of the position direction of the foldable device 1000 and the hinge mechanism 100, the arrangement direction of the first shell 200 and the second shell 300 in the hinge mechanism 100 in the flattened state is defined as the X direction, the width direction of the main shaft 110 in the hinge mechanism 100 is the X direction, the axial direction of the hinge mechanism 100 or the main shaft 110 is defined as the Y direction, and the thickness direction of the main shaft 110 is defined as the Z direction. The X direction, the Y direction and the Z direction are perpendicular to each other.
[0123] See also Figures 8 to 13 , Figures 11 to 13 It is an exemplary specific structural diagram, but is not limited to this. The embodiment of the present application provides a rotating shaft mechanism 100, including: a main shaft 110, a plurality of connecting rods 120, supporting members 130 arranged in pairs, and one or more disassembly members 140. One or more connecting rods 120 are respectively arranged on both sides of the main shaft 110 along the width direction (X direction) of the main shaft 110, and one end of each connecting rod 120 is pivotally connected to the main shaft 110. Each pair of supporting members 130 are respectively arranged on both sides of the main shaft 110 along the width direction (X direction) of the main shaft 110, and the supporting members 130 and the connecting rods 120 on the same side of the main shaft 110 are arranged correspondingly, and the supporting members 130 can be movably connected with the connecting rods 120 of the corresponding supporting members 130, and each supporting member 130 has a supporting surface 131. The connecting rods 120 located on both sides of the main shaft 110 can rotate relative to the main shaft 110, and the supporting member 130 can follow the movement of the connecting rods 120 corresponding to the supporting member 130, so that the rotating shaft mechanism 100 is in a flattened state (such as Figure 8 as shown) and closed state (as shown Fig. 9 A split component 140 is provided on the main shaft 110 or at least one connecting rod 120. When the rotating shaft mechanism 100 is in a flattened state, the split component 140 is sandwiched between the connecting rod 120 and the main shaft 110 corresponding to the split component 140.
[0124] See also Figure 8 , Fig.13 In (a), when the hinge mechanism 100 is in a flattened state, the connecting rods 120 on both sides of the main shaft 110 are unfolded, and the support members 130 on both sides of the main shaft 110 are roughly flush, that is, the angle (flattening angle θ) formed between the support surfaces 131 of the support members 130 on both sides of the main shaft 110 reaches a preset value (180°, allowing a certain deviation), and the support surface 131 is used to support the flexible screen 400.
[0125] See also Fig. 9 , Fig.13 In (b), when the rotating shaft mechanism 100 is in a closed state, the connecting rods 120 on both sides of the main shaft 110 rotate to a predetermined position so that the connecting rods 120 on both sides are arranged relatively, and the supporting members 130 on both sides of the main shaft 110 are arranged relatively.
[0126] See also Fig.13 In (c), the hinge mechanism 100 is in an intermediate state during the switching process between the flattened state and the closed state.
[0127] The support member 130 is movably connected to the connecting rod 120. When the connecting rod 120 rotates relative to the main shaft 110, the support member 130 can move with the connecting rod 120. The form of the movably connected support member 130 and the connecting rod 120 is not limited, and can be as follows: Figure 8 , Fig.10 , Fig.11 The support member 130 and the connecting rod 120 are shown to be slidingly connected (for example, part of the structure of the connecting rod 120 is slidably installed in the slide groove 132 of the support member 130), or the support member 130 and the connecting rod 120 are pivotally or rotationally connected, or the support member 130 and the connecting rod 120 are movably connected via a predetermined structural member (for example, the predetermined structural member and the connecting rod 120 are slidingly connected, and the predetermined structural member and the support member 130 are rotationally connected).
[0128] The disassembly component 140 is detachably mounted on the connecting rod 120 or the main shaft 110. For example, the disassembly component 140 is pre-installed on the connecting rod 120 or the main shaft 110. In the case where the flattening angle θ is not good (has a large deviation from the preset value), the disassembly component 140 is removed and a disassembly component 140 of a suitable size is installed. In the case where the flattening angle θ reaches the preset value, the disassembly component 140 is fixed on the connecting rod 120 or the main shaft 110.
[0129] The rotating shaft mechanism 100 provided in the embodiment of the present application has connecting rods 120 pivotally connected to both sides of the main shaft 110, and the supporting members 130 on both sides of the main shaft 110 are movably connected to the corresponding connecting rods 120, so as to realize the switching of the rotating shaft mechanism 100 between the flattened state and the closed state. A disassembly 140 is arranged on the connecting rod 120 or the main shaft 110, and the disassembly 140 serves as a rotation stop of the connecting rod 120. When the rotating shaft mechanism 100 is in the flattened state, the disassembly 140 is clamped between the connecting rod 120 and the main shaft 110. The disassembly 140 is used as a key part affecting the flattening angle θ between the supporting members 130 on both sides of the main shaft 110. The size of the disassembly 140 is stable and can be accurately measured or controlled. The disassembly 140 of suitable size can make the flattening angle θ reach a preset value. There is no need to consider the size of multiple parts such as the main shaft, the connecting shaft or the virtual shaft, the connecting rods on both sides, and the supporting members on both sides as in the rotating shaft mechanism of the related art. The size tolerance of these parts can be relaxed, thereby reducing the cost of parts. There is no need to consider the situation that the arc-shaped arm and arc-shaped groove in the virtual axis are difficult to measure accurately. Compared with the long dimension chain with multiple parts of the rotating shaft mechanism in the related art, the flattening angle θ of the rotating shaft mechanism 100 in this embodiment only considers the distance between the two side surfaces 145 of the disassembly 140 in the clamping direction, which is a single dimension, and the dimension chain is shortened. If the flattening angle θ of the rotating shaft mechanism 100 in the assembled state is not good, the disassembly 140 can be directly removed from the rotating shaft mechanism 100, and then the disassembly 140 of the appropriate size can be installed to make the flattening angle θ reach the preset value, without the need to completely disassemble and reassemble the rotating shaft mechanism 100 as in the related art, so as to achieve fast and low-cost correction of the flattening angle θ and improve the yield and production capacity of the rotating shaft mechanism 100. When the rotating shaft mechanism 100 is in a flattened state, the clamping direction of the disassembly 140 can be the thickness direction (Z direction) of the main shaft 110 or the width direction (X direction) of the main shaft 110. The specific embodiments will be described in detail later.
[0130] Combination Figure 3 , Figure 6 , Figure 8 , Fig.10 , Fig.11 When the above-mentioned hinge mechanism 100 is applied to a foldable device 1000, the foldable device 1000 includes the hinge mechanism 100, a first shell 200, a second shell 300 and a flexible screen 400. The hinge mechanism 100 is located between the first shell 200 and the second shell 300. The connecting rod 120 located on one side of the main axis 110 is connected to the first shell 200, and the connecting rod 120 located on the other side of the main axis 110 is connected to the second shell 300. The two ends of the flexible screen 400 are respectively fixed to the first shell 200 and the second shell 300, and the middle area of the flexible screen 400 corresponds to the hinge mechanism 100. The area on the flexible screen 400 corresponding to the hinge mechanism 100 has good flatness, so that the light and shadow display effect is good and the whole machine is flattened with high refinement.
[0131] The connecting rod 120 and the first housing 200 (or the second housing 300) may be directly connected, such as fixedly connected or movably connected. The connecting rod 120 and the first housing 200 (or the second housing 300) may also be indirectly connected, for example, a predetermined structural member is fixed to each housing, and the connecting rod 120 and the predetermined structural member on the same side of the main shaft 110 are movably connected, so that the connecting rod 120 and the housing on the same side of the main shaft 110 are indirectly connected through the predetermined structural member.
[0132] The flexible screen 400 and the first shell 200 (or the second shell 300) can be connected by bonding or other means. The flexible screen 400 and the hinge mechanism 100 are not connected, and when the first shell 200 and the second shell 300 are folded, the corresponding area of the flexible screen 400 follows the bending.
[0133] When the main shaft 110 is set, the main shaft 110 is used as a fixed component, and the connecting rod 120, the support member 130 and other parts can be installed on the main shaft 110. The main shaft 110 can be generally set in a flat strip shape, so that the main shaft 110 has a compact structure. Fig.11 , Fig.12 The main shaft 110 includes a first shell 111 and a second shell 112 which are stacked together. The first shell 111 and the second shell 112 can be connected by fasteners 113 (such as screws), snaps, etc.
[0134] When the support member 130 is provided, the support member 130 can be roughly plate-shaped (such as a rectangular plate), with a compact structure and small space occupation. When the hinge mechanism 100 is in a flattened state, the support members 130 on both sides of the main shaft 110 can reliably support the flexible screen 400.
[0135] When the connecting rod 120 is pivotally connected to the main shaft 110 , there are multiple optional implementations, and two implementations are given as examples below.
[0136] The first implementation method of the connecting rod 120 being pivotally connected to the main shaft 110 is as follows: Figure 8 , Fig. 9 The connecting rod 120 and the main shaft 110 are connected by a connecting shaft 150. The connecting shaft 150 connection means that the connecting shaft 150 is provided on one of the two parts, and the other part is provided with a connecting hole 151. The connecting shaft 150 passes through the connecting hole 151, and the connecting shaft 150 can rotate around the axis of the connecting hole 151, thereby realizing the rotation connection between the two parts.
[0137] Exemplarily, the main shaft 110 is provided with a connecting shaft 150, and the connecting rod 120 is provided with a connecting hole 151. The connecting shaft 150 and the connecting hole 151 are rotatably matched, so that the connecting rod 120 is rotatably connected to the main shaft 110. By providing multiple sets of matching connecting shafts 150 and connecting holes 151, reliable rotation between the connecting rod 120 and the main shaft 110 is achieved.
[0138] Second implementation method of connecting rod 120 being pivotally connected to main shaft 110: Figures 10 to 12 , the connecting rod 120 and the main shaft 110 are connected by a virtual axis 160. The virtual axis 160 connection means that one of the connecting rod 120 and the main shaft 110 is provided with an arc arm 161, and the other is provided with an arc groove 162, the axes of the arc arm 161 and the arc groove 162 coincide, and the arc arm 161 can be slidably installed in the arc groove 162 to realize the rotation connection between the connecting rod 120 and the main shaft 110. The use of the virtual axis 160 connection can make the rotating shaft mechanism 100 occupy less space.
[0139] The arc groove can be a quarter arc groove, a third arc groove, a half arc groove, etc., and the arc arm 161 can be a quarter arc arm, a third arc arm, a half arc arm, etc. The shape and position of the arc arm 161 and the arc groove 162 can be adjusted as needed.
[0140] For example, see Figures 14 to 18 The connecting rod 120 is provided with an arc arm 161, and the main shaft 110 is provided with an arc groove 162. The arc arm 161 and the arc groove 162 are slidably matched, so that the connecting rod 120 is rotatably connected to the main shaft 110. By providing multiple sets of matching arc arms 161 and arc grooves 162, reliable rotation between the connecting rod 120 and the main shaft 110 is achieved.
[0141] When the arc groove 162 is provided on the main shaft 110, in some embodiments, refer to Figures 14 to 18 The main shaft 110 includes a first shell 111 and a second shell 112. The first shell 111 has a concave first arc surface 111a, and the second shell 112 has a convex second arc surface 112a. The axes of the first arc surface 111a and the second arc surface 112a coincide. When the first shell 111 is installed on the second shell 112, the first arc surface 111a and the second arc surface 112a form an arc groove 162. The first shell 111 with the first arc surface 111a and the second shell 112 with the second arc surface 112a are easy to form and assemble. The arc arm 161 and the arc groove 162 are slidably matched to realize the rotation connection between the connecting rod 120 and the main shaft 110.
[0142] In other embodiments, the circular arc groove 162 may be directly formed on the main shaft 110 , and the circular arc arm 161 and the circular arc groove 162 may be slidably matched to achieve a rotational connection between the connecting rod 120 and the main shaft 110 .
[0143] In order to improve the reliability of the rotation connection between the connecting rod 120 and the main shaft 110, in some embodiments, refer to Fig.12 , Fig.14The arc arms 161 on the connecting rod 120 located on both sides of the main shaft 110 can be staggered along the axial direction (Y direction) of the main shaft 110, and the multiple arc grooves 162 on the main shaft 110 can be staggered along the axial direction of the main shaft 110. Arc arms 161 and arc grooves 162 with larger diameters can be arranged in a limited space to improve the structural strength and make the sliding fit between the arc arms 161 and the arc grooves 162 more stable, so that the connecting rod 120 can be reliably rotatably connected to the main shaft 110.
[0144] In order to facilitate the installation of the disassembly component 140 at a predetermined position, in some embodiments, refer to Fig.14 , Fig.15 The connecting rod 120 or the main shaft 110 has a positioning portion 121, and the disassembled component 140 is positioned and installed on the positioning portion 121. The disassembled component 140 can be quickly positioned at a predetermined position of the connecting rod 120 or the main shaft 110 through the positioning portion 121, thereby improving assembly efficiency and conveniently and quickly correcting the flattening angle θ.
[0145] When setting the positioning portion 121, in some embodiments, refer to Fig.14 , Fig.15 The positioning portion 121 includes a slide groove 121a extending along a predetermined route, and the slide groove 121a has an opening 121b. The disassembly component 140 can enter and exit through the opening 121b and be slidably installed on the slide groove 121a.
[0146] The opening 121b of the slide groove 121a is used for the disassembled component 140 to enter and exit the slide groove 121a. The sliding method is used to facilitate the rapid assembly of the disassembled component 140 to the predetermined position of the main shaft 110 or the connecting rod 120. When the rotating shaft mechanism 100 is in a flattened state, the disassembled component 140 is clamped between the main shaft 110 and the connecting rod 120, so that the flattening angle θ reaches a preset value. The flattening angle θ of the rotating shaft mechanism 100 in the assembled state is measured. If the flattening angle θ is not good, the disassembled component 140 can be directly pulled out by sliding through the opening 121b of the slide groove 121a to replace the disassembled component 140 of the appropriate size. The assembly and disassembly operations of the disassembled component 140 are convenient.
[0147] In other embodiments, the positioning portion 121 includes a protrusion, and the disassembly component 140 has a positioning hole that matches the protrusion. By inserting the protrusion into the positioning hole, the disassembly component 140 can be quickly positioned and installed at a predetermined position of the connecting rod 120 or the main shaft 110. When the rotating shaft mechanism 100 is in a flattened state, the disassembly component 140 is sandwiched between the main shaft 110 and the connecting rod 120, so that the flattening angle θ reaches a preset value.
[0148] There are a variety of optional implementations for setting the position of the disassembly component 140, and two implementations are given as examples below.
[0149] The first method of removing the component 140 is: Figure 8 , Fig.10 , Fig.19 The disassembly piece 140 is used as a horizontal stop surface. The disassembly piece 140 can be arranged on the main shaft 110 or the connecting rod 120. When the rotating shaft mechanism 100 is in a flattened state, the two opposite side surfaces 145 of the disassembly piece 140 in the clamping direction (Z direction) are respectively abutted against a surface in the thickness direction (Z direction) of the main shaft 110 and a surface in the Z direction of the connecting rod 120.
[0150] The second implementation method of the disassembly component 140 is: the disassembly component 140 is used as a vertical stop surface. The disassembly component 140 can be arranged on the main shaft 110 or the connecting rod 120. When the rotating shaft mechanism 100 is in a flattened state, the two opposite side surfaces 145 of the disassembly component 140 in the clamping direction (X direction) are respectively abutted against a surface in the width direction (X direction) of the main shaft 110 and a surface in the X direction of the connecting rod 120.
[0151] The above two implementation methods of the splitter 140 can be respectively provided on both sides of the main shaft 110 or on both connecting rods 120, or can be provided on one side of the main shaft 110 or on one side connecting rod 120, both of which can make the flattening angle θ between the supporting members 130 on both sides of the main shaft 110 reach a preset value. The following is an exemplary introduction to the implementation methods of different splitters 140.
[0152] The first implementation method of the disassembly component 140 is to use the disassembly component 140 as a horizontal stop surface, and the clamping direction of the disassembly component 140 is the thickness direction (Z direction) of the main shaft 110. Figure 8 , Fig.10 , Fig.19 The main shaft 110 has a first horizontal mating surface 110a, the connecting rod 120 has a second horizontal mating surface 120a, and a disassembly component 140 is disposed on the first horizontal mating surface 110a or at least one of the second horizontal mating surfaces 120a. When the rotating shaft mechanism 100 is in a flattened state, the first horizontal mating surface 110a and the second horizontal mating surface 120a are disposed facing each other, and the disassembly component 140 is sandwiched between the first horizontal mating surface 110a and the second horizontal mating surface 120a of the corresponding disassembly component 140. Fig. 9 , Fig. 20 When the rotating shaft mechanism 100 is in a closed state, the second horizontal matching surfaces 120a of the connecting rods 120 on both sides of the main shaft 110 are arranged opposite to each other.
[0153] The first horizontal mating surface 110a of the main shaft 110 is a surface in the thickness direction (Z direction) of the main shaft 110. The second horizontal mating surface 120a of the connecting rod 120 is a surface on the connecting rod 120 along the Z direction when the rotating shaft mechanism 100 is in a flattened state. In the case where the subassembly 140 is fixed to the connecting rod 120, a side surface 145a of the subassembly 140 facing the first horizontal mating surface 110a serves as a horizontal stop surface for abutting and mating with the first horizontal mating surface 110a in a flattened state. In the case where the subassembly 140 is fixed to the main shaft 110, a side surface 145b of the subassembly 140 facing the second horizontal mating surface 120a serves as a horizontal stop surface for abutting and mating with the second horizontal mating surface 120a in a flattened state.
[0154] See also Figure 8 , Fig.10 , Fig.19 When the split pieces 140 are respectively arranged on the second horizontal mating surfaces 120a of the connecting rods 120 on both sides or both sides of the first horizontal mating surface 110a of the main shaft 110, during the process of the shaft mechanism 100 switching from the closed state to the flattened state, the connecting rods 120 are rotated relative to the main shaft 110, and the second horizontal mating surface 120a of the connecting rods 120 gradually approaches the first horizontal mating surface 110a of the main shaft 110, until the two opposite side surfaces 145 of the split piece 140 are respectively abutted against the first horizontal mating surface 110a and the second horizontal mating surface 120a, so that the connecting rods 120 on both sides of the main shaft 110 are stopped from rotating. The split piece 140 can be of appropriate size so that the flattening angle θ reaches a preset value.
[0155] See also Fig.21 , Fig. 22 When the disassembly component 140 is arranged on one side of the first horizontal mating surface 110a of the main shaft 110 or on the second horizontal mating surface 120a of the single-side connecting rod 120, the side ( Fig.21 , Fig. 22 The left side of the rotating shaft mechanism 100 in the figure) is realized by the two opposite side surfaces 145 of the disassembly component 140 being respectively abutted against the first horizontal matching surface 110a and the second horizontal matching surface 120a of the corresponding disassembly component 140, so as to realize the rotation stop of the connecting rod 120 on the side with the disassembly component 140. Fig.21 , Fig. 22 In the process of switching the rotating shaft mechanism 100 from the closed state to the flattened state, the connecting rod 120 rotates relative to the main shaft 110, and the second horizontal mating surface 120a of the connecting rod 120 gradually approaches the first horizontal mating surface 110a of the main shaft 110, until the second horizontal mating surface 120a abuts against the first horizontal mating surface 110a, so as to achieve the rotation stop of the connecting rod 120 on the side without the disassembly 140. The disassembly 140 can be of appropriate size so that the flattening angle θ reaches a preset value.
[0156] When the first horizontal mating surface 110a is set on the main shaft 110, the specific position is set as required. Figure 8 , Fig.10 As shown, the first horizontal mating surface 110a is formed on the surface of the main shaft 110; or, as shown Figures 14 to 16 As shown, bosses 114 are provided on both sides of the main shaft 110 , and the first horizontal mating surface 110 a is formed on the bosses 114 .
[0157] In order to make the structure of the rotating shaft mechanism 100 equipped with the disassembly member 140 compact, in some embodiments, refer to Fig.15 , Fig.16 , Fig.19 The disassembly component 140 includes a sheet portion 141. When the rotating shaft mechanism 100 is in a flattened state, the two opposite side surfaces of the sheet portion 141 along the thickness direction (Z direction) of the main shaft 110 (i.e., the two opposite side surfaces 145 of the disassembly component 140) are respectively disposed against the first horizontal mating surface 110a and the second horizontal mating surface 120a.
[0158] The sheet portion 141 of the disassembled component 140 is used as a horizontal stop surface, and the sheet portion 141 is set to a predetermined size along the Z direction. The rotating shaft mechanism 100 is in a flattened state, and the sheet portion 141 is sandwiched between the side surface of the main shaft 110 in the thickness direction (Z direction) and the side surface of the connecting rod 120 in the Z direction. The sheet portion 141 has a small size in the thickness direction (Z direction) of the main shaft 110, and occupies a small space, so that the overall structure of the rotating shaft mechanism 100 is compact. The sheet portion 141 can be roughly in the shape of a rectangular parallelepiped or other shapes that are easy to form.
[0159] To facilitate assembly of the disassembled component 140, in some embodiments, refer to Fig.15 , Fig.16 , Fig.19 The disassembled component 140 further includes a first connecting portion 142 connected to the sheet portion 141. The first connecting portion 142 is connected to the connecting rod 120 or the main shaft 110. The first connecting portion 142 can be fixed to the connecting rod 120 or the main shaft 110 by fasteners, bonding, etc. The structure of the disassembled component 140 is easy to form and assemble. The first connecting portion 142 can be roughly in the shape of a cuboid or other shapes that are easy to form.
[0160] For example, see Figures 14 to 16 , Fig.19 The connecting rod 120 has a slide groove 121a for the disassembly component 140 to slide and install. The slide groove 121a extends along the length direction of the connecting rod 120. The opening 121b of the slide groove 121a is located on one side of the connecting rod 120 along the X direction when the connecting rod 120 is flattened. The disassembly component 140 can easily enter and exit the slide groove 121a through the opening 121b. When the disassembly component 140 is installed on the connecting rod 120, the first connecting portion 142 is located in the slide groove 121a and is fixedly connected to the connecting rod 120.
[0161] The second implementation method of the disassembly component 140 is to use the disassembly component 140 as a vertical stop surface, and the clamping direction of the disassembly component 140 is the width direction (X direction) of the main shaft 110. Figure 23 to Figure 27 The main shaft 110 has two first vertical mating surfaces 110b that are opposite to each other along the width direction (X direction) of the main shaft 110, and the connecting rod 120 has a second vertical mating surface 120b. A disassembly component 140 is provided on at least one of the first vertical mating surfaces 110b or at least one of the second vertical mating surfaces 120b. When the rotating shaft mechanism 100 is in a flattened state, the first vertical mating surfaces 110b and the second vertical mating surfaces 120b are arranged facing each other, and the disassembly component 140 is sandwiched between the first vertical mating surface 110b and the second vertical mating surface 120b of the corresponding disassembly component 140. Fig.28 When the rotating shaft mechanism 100 is in a closed state, the second vertical matching surfaces 120b of the connecting rods 120 on both sides of the main shaft 110 are oriented in the same direction.
[0162] The first vertical mating surface 110b of the main shaft 110 is two relative surfaces in the width direction (X direction) of the main shaft 110. The second vertical mating surface 120b of the connecting rod 120 is a surface on the connecting rod 120 along the X direction when the rotating shaft mechanism 100 is in a flattened state. In the case where the subassembly 140 is fixed to the connecting rod 120, a side surface 145c of the subassembly 140 facing the first vertical mating surface 110b serves as a vertical stop surface for abutting and mating with the first vertical mating surface 110b in a flattened state. In the case where the subassembly 140 is fixed to the main shaft 110, a side surface 145d of the subassembly 140 facing the second vertical mating surface 120b serves as a vertical stop surface for abutting and mating with the second vertical mating surface 120b in a flattened state.
[0163] See also Fig.23 , Fig.24 , Fig. 27 When the split piece 140 is arranged on the first vertical mating surfaces 110b on both sides of the main shaft 110 or the second vertical mating surfaces 120b on both sides of the connecting rod 120, during the process of the shaft mechanism 100 switching from the closed state to the flattened state, the connecting rod 120 is rotated relative to the main shaft 110, and the second vertical mating surface 120b of the connecting rod 120 gradually approaches the first vertical mating surface 110b of the main shaft 110, until the two opposite side surfaces 145 of the split piece 140 are respectively abutted against the first vertical mating surface 110b and the second vertical mating surface 120b, so that the connecting rod 120 on both sides of the main shaft 110 can be stopped. The split piece 140 can be of appropriate size so that the flattening angle θ reaches a preset value.
[0164] See also Fig.29 , Fig.30When the disassembly component 140 is arranged on the first vertical mating surface 110b of the main shaft 110 or the second vertical mating surface 120b of the connecting rod 120, the side of the rotating shaft mechanism 100 having the disassembly component 140 ( Fig.29 , Fig.30 The left side of the rotating shaft mechanism 100 in the figure) is realized by the two opposite side surfaces 145 of the disassembly component 140 being respectively abutted against the first vertical matching surface 110b and the second vertical matching surface 120b of the corresponding disassembly component 140, so as to realize the rotation stop of the connecting rod 120 on the side with the disassembly component 140. Fig.29 , Fig.30 In the process of switching the rotating shaft mechanism 100 from the closed state to the flattened state, the connecting rod 120 rotates relative to the main shaft 110, and the second vertical mating surface 120b of the connecting rod 120 gradually approaches the first vertical mating surface 110b of the main shaft 110, until the second vertical mating surface 120b abuts against the first vertical mating surface 110b, so that the connecting rod 120 on the side without the disassembly 140 is stopped. The disassembly 140 can be of appropriate size so that the flattening angle θ reaches a preset value.
[0165] When setting the disassembly member 140 as a vertical stop surface, refer to Figure 25 to Figure 27 , the disassembly component 140 may include a matching portion 143; when the rotating shaft mechanism 100 is in a flattened state, the opposite side surfaces of the matching portion 143 (i.e., the opposite side surfaces 145 of the disassembly component 140) are respectively disposed against the first vertical matching surface 110b and the second vertical matching surface 120b. Fig. 27 As shown, one side surface 145c of the disassembled component 140 is in abutment with the first vertical mating surface 110b, and the other side surface 145d of the disassembled component 140 is in abutment with the second vertical mating surface 120b.
[0166] The mating portion 143 of the disassembly component 140 is used as a vertical stop surface, and the mating portion 143 is set to a predetermined size along the X direction. The rotating shaft mechanism 100 is in a flattened state, and the mating portion 143 is sandwiched between the first vertical mating surface 110b and the second vertical mating surface 120b of the corresponding mating portion 143, so that the flattening angle θ reaches a preset value. The mating portion 143 can be roughly in the shape of a cuboid or other shapes that are easy to form.
[0167] To facilitate assembly of the disassembled component 140, in some embodiments, refer to Figure 25 to Figure 27The disassembled part 140 further includes a second connecting part 144 connected to the matching part 143, and the second connecting part 144 is connected to the connecting rod 120 or the main shaft 110. The second connecting part 144 can be fixed to the connecting rod 120 or the main shaft 110. The second connecting part 144 can be fixed to the connecting rod 120 or the main shaft 110 by fasteners, bonding, etc. The disassembled part 140 is easy to form and assemble. The second connecting part 144 can be roughly in the shape of a cuboid or other shapes that are easy to form.
[0168] For example, see Figure 25 to Figure 27 The connecting rod 120 has a slide groove 121a for the disassembly component 140 to slide and install. The slide groove 121a extends along the thickness direction (Z direction) of the connecting rod 120. The opening 121b of the slide groove 121a is located on one side of the connecting rod 120 along the Z direction when the connecting rod 120 is flattened. The disassembly component 140 can easily enter and exit the slide groove 121a through the opening 121b. When the disassembly component 140 is installed on the connecting rod 120, the second connecting portion 144 is located in the slide groove 121a and is fixedly connected to the connecting rod 120.
[0169] In order to facilitate the adjustment of the flattening angle θ of the rotating shaft mechanism 100, in some embodiments, refer to Fig.31 A plurality of disassembled parts 140 may be provided, such as a first disassembled part 140a and a second disassembled part 140b, wherein the first disassembled part 140a has a first spacing d1 between two opposite side surfaces 145 in the clamping direction, and the second disassembled part 140b has a second spacing d2 between two opposite side surfaces 145 in the clamping direction. Figure 8 , when the first disassembly 140a is provided on the main shaft 110 or at least one connecting rod 120, the rotating shaft mechanism 100 is in a flattened state, and a first flattening angle θ1 is formed between the support surfaces 131 of the support members 130 located on both sides of the main shaft 110. When the second disassembly 140b is provided on the main shaft 110 or at least one connecting rod 120, the rotating shaft mechanism 100 is in a flattened state, and a second flattening angle θ2 is formed between the support surfaces 131 of the support members 130 located on both sides of the main shaft 110. It should be noted that more disassembly 140 may be provided, such as a first disassembly 140a, a second disassembly 140b, a third disassembly 140c, and other disassembly with different spacings.
[0170] When the rotating shaft mechanism 100 is in a flattened state, the disassembly component 140 is clamped between the connecting rod 120 and the main shaft 110, and the clamping direction of the disassembly component 140 is the direction in which the connecting rod 120, the disassembly component 140 and the main shaft 110 are in contact with each other in sequence. Figures 8 to 22 In the embodiment shown, the clamping direction of the disassembly member 140 is the thickness direction (Z direction) of the main shaft 110. Figures 23 to 30 In the illustrated embodiment, the disassembly component 140 is clamped in the width direction (X direction) of the main shaft 110 .
[0171] In this embodiment, a plurality of disassembled parts (such as a first disassembled part 140a, a second disassembled part 140b, etc.) may be provided, and the distances between the two opposite side surfaces 145 of the plurality of disassembled parts 140 in the clamping direction may be set to different sizes (a first distance d1, a second distance d2, etc.). Figure 8 , each time, a disassembled component 140 with different spacing sizes can be selected to be arranged on the connecting rod 120 or the main shaft 110. When the rotating shaft mechanism 100 is in the flattened state, the disassembled component 140 is clamped between the corresponding connecting rod 120 and the main shaft 110, and different flattening angles (first flattening angle θ1, second flattening angle θ2, etc.) can be obtained. When the flattening angle θ of the rotating shaft mechanism 100 in the assembled state is not good, the disassembled component 140 is directly removed from the main shaft 110 or the connecting rod 120, and another disassembled component 140 with a suitable spacing size is replaced on the main shaft 110 or the connecting rod 120, so that the measured flattening angle θ reaches the preset value.
[0172] For example, in Figure 8 In the rotating shaft mechanism 100 shown in FIG. 1 , the clamping direction of the disassembly member 140 is the thickness direction (Z direction) of the main shaft 110. Fig.31 As shown, a first disassembled component 140a, a second disassembled component 140b, and a third disassembled component 140c are provided, and the spacings (d1, d2, d3) between the two opposite side surfaces 145 in the clamping direction of the three components are increased in sequence. The second disassembled component 140b with a middle spacing size can be firstly arranged on the main shaft 110 or the connecting rod 120. If the flattening angle θ when the second disassembled component 140b is arranged is too small, the second disassembled component 140b can be replaced with the first disassembled component 140a with a smaller spacing size. If the flattening angle θ when the second disassembled component 140b is arranged is too large, the second disassembled component 140b can be replaced with the third disassembled component 140c with a larger spacing size. Thus, the flattening angle θ of the rotating shaft mechanism 100 can be more conveniently corrected to a preset value (a certain deviation from 180° is allowed). If the flattening angle θ when a certain disassembled component 140 is arranged is good, the disassembled component 140 can be fixed to the main shaft 110 or the connecting rod 120.
[0173] In order to facilitate the adjustment of the flattening angle θ of the rotating shaft mechanism 100, in some embodiments, refer to Fig.32 , the disassembled component 140 is a machinable material, and when the distance between the two opposite side surfaces 145 of the disassembled component 140 in the clamping direction is the first distance d1, the rotating shaft mechanism 100 is in a flattened state, and a first flattening angle θ1 is formed between the supporting surfaces 131 of the supporting components 130 located on both sides of the main shaft 110; when the distance between the two opposite side surfaces 145 of the disassembled component 140' in the clamping direction is the second distance d2, the rotating shaft mechanism 100 is in a flattened state, and a second flattening angle θ2 is formed between the supporting surfaces 131 of the supporting components 130 located on both sides of the main shaft 110.
[0174] The disassembly component 140 can be made of a material that is easy to process (such as grinding), such as iron, aluminum or other metals, to change the distance between the two side surfaces 145 in the clamping direction of the disassembly component 140. For example, the disassembly component 140 with the first distance d1 can be changed into the disassembly component 140' with the second distance d2 through processing. Figure 8 First, a disassembled component 140 with a first spacing d1 is arranged on the corresponding connecting rod 120 or main shaft 110. When the first flattening angle θ1 of the rotating shaft mechanism 100 in the assembled state is too small, the disassembled component 140 is removed from the main shaft 110 or the connecting rod 120, and one of the side surfaces 145 of the disassembled component 140 in the clamping direction is processed to reduce the spacing between the two side surfaces 145 of the disassembled component 140 to obtain a disassembled component 140' with a second spacing d2. Then, the processed disassembled component 140' is installed back on the main shaft 110 or the connecting rod 120 so that the measured second flattening angle θ2 reaches a preset value.
[0175] In some embodiments, see Fig.31 , a plurality of disassembled parts 140 may be provided, and the distances between the two opposite side surfaces 145 of the disassembled parts 140 in the clamping direction may be set to different sizes, and the disassembled parts 140 may be made of a processable material so that the distances between the two opposite side surfaces 145 of the disassembled parts 140 in the clamping direction may be changed. In this way, the flattening angle θ can be corrected more conveniently and accurately.
[0176] For example, in Figure 8 In the rotating shaft mechanism 100 shown in FIG. The second disassembled component 140b with a middle size can be firstly arranged on the main shaft 110 or the connecting rod 120. If the flattening angle θ when the second disassembled component 140b is arranged is too small, the second disassembled component 140b can be replaced with the first disassembled component 140a with a smaller spacing size. If the flattening angle θ when the second disassembled component 140b is arranged is slightly small, the second disassembled component 140b can be removed and processed to reduce the spacing between the two opposite side surfaces 145, and then installed back on the main shaft 110 or the connecting rod 120. If the flattening angle θ when the second disassembled component 140b is arranged is too large, the second disassembled component 140b can be replaced with the third disassembled component 140c with a larger spacing size. If the flattening angle θ is slightly smaller when the third disassembled component 140c is set, the third disassembled component 140c can be removed and processed to reduce the distance between the two opposite side surfaces 145, and then installed back on the main shaft 110 or the connecting rod 120. In this way, the flattening angle θ of the rotating shaft mechanism 100 can be corrected to the preset value (a certain deviation from 180° is allowed) more conveniently and accurately. If the flattening angle θ is good when a certain disassembled component 140 is set, the disassembled component 140 can be fixed to the main shaft 110 or the connecting rod 120.
[0177] When the two opposite side surfaces 145 of the disassembly member 140 are arranged in the clamping direction, in some embodiments, refer to Figure 8 , Fig.23 The two opposite side surfaces 145 of the disassembled component 140 in the clamping direction can be parallel to each other. When the disassembled component 140 is separated from the main shaft 110 or the connecting rod 120, it is convenient to use the measuring claws of the caliper to press against the two opposite side surfaces 145 of the disassembled component 140 to measure the distance between the two opposite side surfaces 145 of the disassembled component 140, and then select the disassembled component 140 of appropriate size.
[0178] In other embodiments, the two opposite side surfaces 145 of the disassembly component 140 in the clamping direction form a predetermined angle, and the two opposite side surfaces 145 of the disassembly component 140 may not be parallel. When the disassembly component 140 is provided with a suitable size, when the shaft mechanism 100 is in the flattened state, the two opposite side surfaces 145 of the disassembly component 140 are respectively abutted against the connecting rod 120 and the main shaft 110, so that the flattening angle θ can reach a preset value.
[0179] There are multiple optional implementations when the disassembled component 140 is installed on the connecting rod 120 or the main shaft 110. For example, the disassembled component 140 is fixed to the connecting rod 120 or the main shaft 110 by fasteners (such as screws); or, the disassembled component 140 is fixed to the connecting rod 120 or the main shaft 110 by bonding; or, the disassembled component 140 is fixed to the connecting rod 120 or the main shaft 110 by snap fastening; or, the disassembled component 140 is fixed to the connecting rod 120 or the main shaft 110 by welding. By selecting a disassembled component 140 of appropriate size to be pre-installed on the main shaft 110 or the connecting rod 120, the flattening angle θ of the rotating shaft mechanism 100 reaches a preset value, and then a fixing method is adopted to conveniently and reliably fix the disassembled component 140 to the main shaft 110 or the connecting rod 120.
[0180] Exemplarily, the disassembled part 140 is fixed to the connecting rod 120 or the main shaft 110 by screws. The disassembled part 140 has a stepped hole, and the connecting rod 120 or the main shaft 110 has a threaded hole corresponding to the stepped hole. During assembly, the stepped hole and the threaded hole are aligned, and the screw is passed through the stepped hole and threadedly connected to the threaded hole, so that the head of the screw is against the stepped surface of the stepped hole, and the disassembled part 140 can be fixed to the connecting rod 120 or the main shaft 110.
[0181] Exemplarily, the disassembled component 140 is fixed to the connecting rod 120 or the main shaft 110 by a buckle. The disassembled component 140 has a buckle position, and the connecting rod 120 or the main shaft 110 has a buckle. The buckle and the buckle position are buckled together to fix the disassembled component 140 on the connecting rod 120 or the main shaft 110.
[0182] See also Figure 8 , Fig.11 , Fig.23 , Fig.25 , Fig.33, the embodiment of the present application provides an assembly method of a rotating shaft mechanism 100, comprising: pivoting a plurality of connecting rods 120 to a main shaft 110, wherein one or more connecting rods 120 are respectively provided on both sides of the width direction (X direction) of the main shaft 110;
[0183] Support members 130 are arranged on both sides of the width direction (X direction) of the main shaft 110, so that the support members 130 are movably connected with the connecting rods 120 corresponding to the support members 130;
[0184] The flattening angle θ is measured when the disassembly 140 is not set;
[0185] Pre-install the disassembled component 140 on the connecting rod 120 or the main shaft 110;
[0186] The flattening angle θ when the disassembly part is set to 140 is measured;
[0187] In the case where the flattening angle θ is deviated, the distance between the two opposite side surfaces 145 of the disassembly component 140 in the clamping direction is changed so that the flattening angle θ reaches a preset value;
[0188] When the flattening angle θ reaches a preset value, the disassembled component 140 is fixed on the connecting rod 120 or the main shaft 110 .
[0189] The deviation of the flattening angle θ means that the deviation of the flattening angle θ is large and does not reach a preset value. The preset value may be a range with 180° as the nominal size and a small deviation.
[0190] The assembly method of the rotating shaft mechanism 100 provided in the embodiment of the present application is to set a disassembly 140 on the connecting rod 120 or the main shaft 110, and use the disassembly 140 as a key part that affects the flattening angle θ between the support members 130 on both sides of the main shaft 110. The disassembly 140 can be accurately measured or controlled, and the size of the disassembly 140 is stable. The disassembly 140 of the appropriate size can make the flattening angle θ reach a preset value. The flattening angle θ of the rotating shaft mechanism 100 can be considered as a single size of the spacing between the two side surfaces 145 of the disassembly 140 in the clamping direction, and the dimension chain is shortened. If the flattening angle θ of the rotating shaft mechanism 100 in the assembled state is not good, the disassembly 140 can be directly removed from the rotating shaft mechanism 100, and then the disassembly 140 of the appropriate size can be installed to make the flattening angle θ reach the preset value, so as to achieve fast and low-cost correction of the flattening angle θ and improve the yield and production capacity of the rotating shaft mechanism 100. The hinge mechanism 100 is applied to the foldable device 1000. When the flattening angle θ reaches a preset value, the area on the flexible screen 400 corresponding to the hinge mechanism 100 has good flatness, so that the light and shadow display effect is good and the whole device is flattened with high refinement.
[0191] There are multiple optional implementations for measuring the flattening angle θ of the rotating shaft mechanism 100 , and two implementations are given as examples below.
[0192] The first method of measuring the flattening angle θ is: Fig.11 , Fig.25 The camera and data processing are combined to put the shaft mechanism 100 in a flattened state, and the camera is used to shoot the shaft mechanism 100 along the axial direction (Y direction) of the shaft mechanism 100, and the corresponding edges of the support surfaces 131 of the support members 130 on both sides of the main shaft 110 are captured, and the processor calculates the angle between the corresponding edges of the two support surfaces 131, and the required angle is the flattening angle θ of the shaft mechanism 100. This measurement method has high accuracy and is conducive to high-precision correction of the flattening angle θ of the shaft mechanism 100.
[0193] The second method of measuring the flattening angle θ is: Fig.11 , Fig.25 , use an angle measuring tool (such as a protractor) to put the rotating shaft mechanism 100 in a flattened state, set the angle measuring tool on the axial side (Y direction) of the rotating shaft mechanism 100, and use the angle measuring tool to measure the angles of the corresponding sides of the supporting surfaces 131 of the supporting members 130 on both sides of the main shaft 110. The flattening angle θ of the rotating shaft mechanism 100 can be measured, and the disassembly member 140 with appropriate thickness can be used to realize the correction of the flattening angle θ of the rotating shaft mechanism 100.
[0194] Finally, it should be noted that the above is only a specific implementation of the present application, but the protection scope of the present application is not limited thereto. Therefore, the protection scope of the present application should be based on the protection scope of the claims.
