[0040] In order to make the purpose, technical solution and advantages of the embodiments of the present disclosure clearer, the technical solution of the embodiments of the present disclosure will be clearly and completely described below in conjunction with the drawings of the embodiments of the present disclosure. Obviously, the described embodiments are part of the embodiments of the present disclosure, rather than all of the embodiments. Based on the described embodiments of the present disclosure, all other embodiments obtained by ordinary technicians in this field without creative work are within the scope of protection of the present disclosure.

[0041] Unless otherwise defined, the technical terms or scientific terms used in the present disclosure should be understood by people with ordinary skills in the field to which the present disclosure belongs. For example, "approximately" can mean within one or more standard deviations, or within 10% or 5% of the value. When the number of a component is not specifically indicated below in the embodiments of the present disclosure, it means that the component can be one or more, or can be understood as at least one. "At least one" refers to one or more, and "multiple" refers to at least two. The "structure arranged in an integrated manner" used in the embodiments of the present disclosure refers to two or more of them being formed using the same material in the same patterning process.

[0043] A single-layer organic light-emitting display device, also called a Single device, is an organic light-emitting display device that includes a light-emitting layer. Since the display life of the Single device is limited and it is difficult to meet the needs of users, Tandem technology came into being. Tandem technology is to stack and connect the two light-emitting layers of the sub-pixel in series, and set a whole layer of charge generation layer between the stacked light-emitting layers, such as a P-type doped charge generation layer P-CGL and an N-type doped charge generation layer N-CGL. Compared with a display substrate without a Tandem device, the Tandem device uses N / P-CGL as a heterojunction and connects the two light-emitting layers in series. This technology realizes the series connection of dual light-emitting devices. Under the same light-emitting intensity, it greatly reduces the light-emitting current of the light-emitting device, improves the life of the organic light-emitting element, and reduces power consumption.

[0044] During the study, the inventors of the present application found that: since the Tandem device requires at least two evaporation processes of the light-emitting material, the crosstalk problem is particularly severe. In order to alleviate the crosstalk problem, an isolation structure can be provided around the light-emitting area of the sub-pixel to isolate the light-emitting functional layer. However, after the introduction of the above-mentioned isolation structure, new optical problems arise under new process conditions, such as a more serious smear problem on the display substrate at low brightness. For example, at the edge of the isolation structure, in addition to the light-emitting functional layer, the cathode of the sub-pixel is also isolated, and the isolated cathode and the charge generation layer overlap, resulting in a short circuit problem in the Tandem device, causing the device to not light up normally, resulting in a smear problem.

[0045] The present disclosure provides a display substrate and a display device. The display substrate includes a base substrate, and a plurality of sub-pixels, a pixel defining layer, an inorganic pattern, and an organic layer located on the base substrate, each sub-pixel includes a light-emitting functional layer and a first electrode and a second electrode located on both sides of the light-emitting functional layer in a direction perpendicular to the base substrate, the first electrode is located between the light-emitting functional layer and the base substrate, and the second electrodes of adjacent sub-pixels are continuously arranged; at least part of the pixel defining layer is located between the light-emitting functional layer and the first electrode, the pixel defining layer includes a plurality of pixel openings, and a pixel defining portion located between adjacent pixel openings, and the pixel opening exposes at least part of the first electrode; at least part of the inorganic pattern is located between the first electrode of the sub-pixel and the base substrate, the inorganic pattern includes at least one first inorganic structure, and the first inorganic structure includes a main body and a peripheral portion connected to each other. The main body overlaps with the first electrode of the sub-pixel, and the peripheral part is located on the outside of the main body; the organic layer is located between the inorganic pattern and the base substrate and contacts the inorganic pattern, the pixel defining layer also includes a plurality of defined openings, the pixel defining part surrounds the plurality of pixel openings and the plurality of defined openings, at least some of the sub-pixels have a defined opening between adjacent sub-pixels, the peripheral part of the first inorganic structure includes a protruding part, the protruding part is located between adjacent sub-pixels and is exposed by the defined opening, the edge of the protruding part away from the main body is spaced from the organic layer in a direction perpendicular to the base substrate, the light-emitting functional layer includes a plurality of film layers, at least one layer of the light-emitting functional layer is separated by the edge of the protruding part, and the distance between the edge of the protruding part and the base substrate is greater than the distance between the main body and the base substrate.

[0046] In the display substrate provided by at least one embodiment of the present disclosure, the edge of the protrusion of the first inorganic structure away from the main body is spaced from the organic layer in a direction perpendicular to the base substrate, at least one layer of the light-emitting functional layer is separated by the edge of the protrusion, and the second electrodes of adjacent sub-pixels are continuously arranged, which is beneficial to improving the crosstalk phenomenon between adjacent sub-pixels and alleviating the ghosting problem of sub-pixels, thereby improving the display effect of the display substrate.

[0047] At least one embodiment of the present disclosure also provides another display substrate, which includes a base substrate, a plurality of sub-pixels, a pixel defining layer and an organic layer, wherein the plurality of sub-pixels are located on the base substrate, the sub-pixels include a light-emitting functional layer and a first electrode and a second electrode located on both sides of the light-emitting functional layer in a direction perpendicular to the base substrate, the first electrode is located between the light-emitting functional layer and the base substrate, and the second electrodes of adjacent sub-pixels are continuously arranged; at least a portion of the pixel defining layer is located between the light-emitting functional layer and the first electrode, the pixel defining layer includes a plurality of pixel openings, and a pixel defining portion located between adjacent pixel openings, and the pixel opening exposes at least a portion of the first electrode; the organic layer is located on a side of the first electrode of the sub-pixel close to the base substrate, the pixel defining layer also includes a plurality of defining openings, at least some of the sub-pixels have a defining opening between adjacent sub-pixels, the portion of the organic layer located between adjacent sub-pixels includes at least one groove, at least a portion of the edge of the notch of each groove is exposed by the defining opening, and the thickness of the light-emitting functional layer and the second electrode of the sub-pixel at the edge of the groove is less than the thickness of the portion overlapping with the first electrode.

[0048] In the display substrate provided by at least one embodiment of the present disclosure, on the one hand, since the thicknesses of the light-emitting functional layer and the second electrode of the sub-pixel can be thinned at the edge of the groove and the charge transfer path can be extended through the groove, the charge transfer efficiency can be reduced, so that the risk of crosstalk between adjacent sub-pixels is reduced; on the other hand, the second electrodes of adjacent sub-pixels are continuously arranged, which can help alleviate the smear phenomenon of the sub-pixels, thereby improving the display effect of the display substrate.

[0049] The display substrate and the display device provided by the embodiments of the present disclosure are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

[0050] Figure 1 A partial plan view of a display substrate provided for at least one embodiment of the present disclosure; Figure 2 For along Figure 1 A schematic diagram of a local cross-sectional structure taken along line AA' shown; Figure 3 for Figure 2 A schematic diagram of the local structure of the substrate is shown in FIG.

[0051] like Figure 1 and Figure 2As shown, the display substrate includes a base substrate 01, and a plurality of sub-pixels 100, a pixel defining layer 200, an inorganic pattern 300, and an organic layer 400 located on the base substrate 01. Each sub-pixel 100 includes a light-emitting functional layer 130, and a first electrode 110 and a second electrode 120 located on both sides of the light-emitting functional layer 130 in a direction perpendicular to the base substrate 01, and the first electrode 110 is located between the light-emitting functional layer 130 and the base substrate 01. For example, the display substrate includes a display area and a peripheral area surrounding the display area, and the plurality of sub-pixels 100 are located in the display area of the display substrate, and the pixel defining layer 200, the inorganic pattern 300, and the organic layer 400 may include a portion located in the display area and a portion located in the peripheral area.

[0052] For example, Figure 2 As shown, the light-emitting functional layer 130 may include a light-emitting layer for emitting light and a charge generation layer 133. For example, the light-emitting functional layer 130 may be a film layer in an organic light-emitting element. For example, the light-emitting functional layer 130 may include a first light-emitting layer, a charge generation layer (CGL) 133, and a second light-emitting layer arranged in a stacked manner, and the charge generation layer 133 is located between the first light-emitting layer and the second light-emitting layer. Figure 2 As shown, the thickness of the multiple film layers included in the light-emitting functional layer 130 is only for the purpose of clearly illustrating each film layer, and does not represent the actual size. For example, in the same sub-pixel 100, the first light-emitting layer and the second light-emitting layer can be light-emitting layers that emit the same color of light. For example, the first light-emitting layer in the sub-pixel 100 that emits light of different colors emits light of different colors. For example, the second light-emitting layer in the sub-pixel 100 that emits light of different colors emits light of different colors.

[0053] For example, Figure 2 As shown, the film layer 131 between the charge generation layer 133 and the base substrate 01 may include a first light-emitting layer and other functional layers, such as a hole injection layer may be provided between the first electrode 110 and the first light-emitting layer; such as an electron transport layer may be provided between the charge generation layer 133 and the first light-emitting layer. For example, the film layer 132 between the charge generation layer 133 and the second electrode 120 may include a second light-emitting layer and other functional layers, such as a hole transport layer may be provided between the second light-emitting layer and the charge generation layer 133; such as an electron transport layer and an electron injection layer may be provided between the second light-emitting layer and the second electrode 120.

[0054] For example, the hole injection layer, hole transport layer, electron transport layer, electron injection layer, charge generation layer and second electrode are all common film layers of multiple sub-pixels, which can be called common layers. For example, the common layer and the second electrode can be film layers formed by using an open mask. For example, the first light-emitting layer and the second light-emitting layer can be film layers formed by using a fine metal mask (FMM), and intervals can be set between light-emitting layers of different sub-pixels.

[0055] For example, Figure 2 As shown, the charge generation layer 133 has strong conductivity, which can make the light-emitting functional layer 130 have the advantages of long life, low power consumption and high brightness. For example, the charge generation layer 133 can include an N-type charge generation layer and a P-type charge generation layer. For example, the material of the charge generation layer 133 can be a material containing a phosphorus oxygen group or a material containing triazine. For example, the ratio of the electron mobility of the material in the charge generation layer 133 to the electron mobility of the material in the electron transport layer is 10 -2 ~10 2 .

[0056] For example, Figure 2 As shown, the first electrode 110 may be an anode, and the second electrode 120 may be a cathode.

[0057] For example, Figure 2 As shown, the array substrate further includes a film layer 02, and the film layer 02 is located between the first electrode 110 of the sub-pixel 100 and the base substrate 01. The sub-pixel also includes a pixel circuit. For example, the first electrode of the sub-pixel can be connected to the substrate through a via hole N (see Figure 1 ) is electrically connected to the pixel circuit. For example, the film layer 02 may also include other structures, such as a passivation layer, a buffer layer, a gate insulating layer, an interlayer insulating layer, etc., which is not limited in the embodiments of the present disclosure.

[0058] like Figure 1 and Figure 2 As shown, at least part of the pixel defining layer 200 is located between the light-emitting functional layer 130 and the first electrode 110, and the pixel defining layer 200 includes a plurality of pixel openings 210, and a pixel defining portion 230 located between adjacent pixel openings 210. The pixel opening 210 exposes at least part of the first electrode 110 to define the light-emitting region of the sub-pixel 100. The light-emitting functional layer 130 is arranged in contact with the first electrode 110 through the pixel opening 210. For example, the first electrode 110 and the second electrode 120 located on both sides of the light-emitting functional layer 130 can drive the light-emitting functional layer 130 located therebetween to emit light. For example, the light-emitting region of the sub-pixel 10 refers to the region where the sub-pixel 10 effectively emits light, and the shape of the light-emitting region refers to a two-dimensional shape, for example, the shape of the light-emitting region can be the same as the shape of the orthographic projection of the portion of the first electrode 110 exposed by the pixel opening 210 on the base substrate BS.

[0059] like Figure 1 and Figure 2As shown, at least part of the inorganic pattern 300 is located between the first electrode 110 of the sub-pixel 100 and the base substrate 01. The inorganic pattern 300 includes at least one first inorganic structure 310, and the first inorganic structure 310 includes a main body portion 311 and a peripheral portion 312 connected to each other, the main body portion 311 overlaps with the first electrode 110 of the sub-pixel 100, and the peripheral portion 312 is located outside the main body portion 311. For example, the outside of the main body portion 311 refers to a side of the portion of the main body portion 311 covered by the pixel defining portion 230 away from the portion of the main body portion 311 overlapping with the first electrode 110.

[0060] For example, at least part of the main body 311 of the first inorganic structure 310 is located in the pixel opening 210 of the sub-pixel 100. For example, the orthographic projection of the pixel opening 210 on the base substrate 01 falls into the orthographic projection of the main body 311 of the first inorganic structure 310 on the base substrate 01. For example, the first electrode 110 of the sub-pixel 100 is located on the first inorganic structure 310, and the first inorganic structure 310 can make the first electrode 110 have good flatness. For example, the inorganic pattern 300 can be an integrated structure or a split structure, which is not limited in the embodiments of the present disclosure.

[0061] like Figure 2 As shown, the organic layer 400 is located between the inorganic pattern 300 and the base substrate 01, and contacts the inorganic pattern 300. The pixel defining layer 200 further includes a plurality of defining openings 220, and at least some of the sub-pixels 100 have one defining opening 220 between adjacent sub-pixels 100. The peripheral portion 312 of the first inorganic structure 310 includes a protruding portion 301, which is located between adjacent sub-pixels 100 and exposed by the defining opening 220. For example, the peripheral portion 312 may include a portion covered by the pixel defining portion 230.

[0062] like Figure 2 and Figure 3 As shown, the protrusion 301 of the peripheral portion 312 of the first inorganic structure 310 includes an edge 3110 away from the main body 311, and the edge 3110 and the organic layer 400 have a spacing SP in a direction perpendicular to the base substrate 01, and the distance L1 between the edge 3110 of the protrusion 301 and the base substrate 01 is greater than the distance L2 between the main body 311 and the base substrate 01. For example, the protrusion 301 is tilted relative to the organic layer 400 in a direction away from the base substrate 01. The light-emitting functional layer 130 includes multiple film layers, and at least one layer of the light-emitting functional layer 130 is separated by the edge 3110 of the protrusion 301. The second electrodes 120 of adjacent sub-pixels 100 are continuously arranged, that is, the second electrodes 120 of each sub-pixel 100 are not separated by the above-mentioned protrusion 301, and the second electrodes 120 of adjacent sub-pixels 100 are electrically connected to each other.

[0063] In the display substrate provided by at least one embodiment of the present disclosure, on the one hand, since at least one layer of the light-emitting functional layer of the sub-pixel is separated by a protrusion, it is beneficial to improve the crosstalk phenomenon between adjacent sub-pixels; on the other hand, the second electrodes of adjacent sub-pixels are continuously arranged, which can help alleviate the smear phenomenon of the sub-pixels, thereby improving the display effect of the display substrate.

[0064] In some embodiments, Figure 2 As shown, in the first inorganic structure 310, the distance between the peripheral portion 312 and the base substrate 01 gradually increases from the direction close to the main portion 311 to the direction away from the main portion 311. This can facilitate the protrusion 301 of the peripheral portion 312 to be tilted relative to the organic layer 400, so as to meet the separation requirement of the protrusion 301 to at least one film layer in the light-emitting functional layer 130.

[0065] In some embodiments, along Figure 1 In the partial cross-sectional structure cut by line AA′, the extension direction of the peripheral portion 312 of the first inorganic structure 310 may be a non-linear direction, for example, may extend along an arc direction, which is not limited in the embodiments of the present disclosure.

[0066] In some embodiments, Figure 2 and Figure 3 As shown, the organic layer 400 includes an inclined surface 410, and a portion of the peripheral portion 312 of the first inorganic structure 310 is located on the inclined surface 410. For example, the peripheral portion 312 of the first inorganic structure 310 except the protrusion 301 is located on the inclined surface 410. At least a portion of the inclined surface 410 overlaps with the pixel defining portion 230, and the protrusion 301 of the first inorganic structure 310 is a portion of the peripheral portion 312 protruding relative to the inclined surface 410, so that the protrusion 301 can separate at least one film layer in the light-emitting functional layer 130.

[0067] In some embodiments, Figure 2 and Figure 3 As shown, at least a portion of the surface of the peripheral portion 312 of the first inorganic structure 310 close to the substrate 01 is a plane, and the angle between the plane and the plane parallel to the substrate 01 is μ, and μ is 10 to 30 degrees. For example, μ can be 10 to 15 degrees, 15 to 20 degrees, 20 to 30 degrees, or other values in the range of 10 to 30 degrees, and the embodiments of the present disclosure are not limited to this.

[0068] In some embodiments, Figure 3As shown, the size of the protrusion 301 in the extension direction thereof is S, and S is 0.6-1.0 micrometers. For example, S can be 0.3-0.5 micrometers, 0.4-0.6 micrometers, 0.5-0.8 micrometers, 0.7-0.9 micrometers, or other values in the range of 0.6-1.0 micrometers, which are not limited in the embodiments of the present disclosure.

[0069] In some embodiments, Figure 3 As shown, the interval SP (i.e., the maximum distance) between the protrusion 301 and the organic layer 400 in the direction perpendicular to the substrate is 0.3-1.0 micrometers. For example, SP can be 0.3-0.5 micrometers, 0.5-0.8 micrometers, 0.6-0.9 degrees, 0.7-1.0 micrometers, or other values in the range of 0.3-1.0 micrometers, which is not limited in the embodiments of the present disclosure.

[0070] Such an arrangement can ensure that the protruding portion of the peripheral portion meets the requirement of isolating at least one layer of the light-emitting functional layer, and at the same time, can ensure that the second electrodes between adjacent sub-pixels are continuously arranged to alleviate the smear phenomenon of the sub-pixels.

[0071] In some embodiments, Figure 2 As shown, the light-emitting functional layer 130 includes a charge generation layer 133 and a plurality of sub-functional layers, such as a sub-functional layer 1321 and a sub-functional layer 1322, between the charge generation layer 133 and the second electrode 120. The charge generation layer 133 is surrounded by an edge 3101 of the protrusion 301 (see Figure 3 ) is separated, and at least one sub-functional layer is continuously provided at the protrusion 301. For example, any one of the sub-functional layer 1321 and the sub-functional layer 1322 can be a hole transport layer, an electron transport layer or an electron injection layer, but is not limited thereto. In addition, the embodiment of the present disclosure does not limit the number of the multiple sub-functional layers between the charge generation layer 133 and the second electrode 120. Figure 2 The sub-functional layer 1321 between the sub-functional layer 1321 and the second electrode 120 is not separated as an example, but the embodiments of the present disclosure are not limited thereto. For example, all sub-functional layers between the charge generation layer 133 and the second electrode 120 may not be separated, and the embodiments of the present disclosure are not limited thereto.

[0072] By continuously arranging at least one sub-functional layer between the charge generating layer and the second electrode, the protrusion in the first inorganic structure can be effectively separated from the second electrode of the sub-pixel, thereby ensuring that the second electrode of the sub-pixel is not blocked by the protrusion, thereby alleviating the ghosting phenomenon of the sub-pixel.

[0073] In some embodiments, Figure 3As shown, the protrusion 301 of the first inorganic structure 310 includes an end face 3101 away from the main body 311, and the end face 3101 is inclined toward the direction close to the main body 311. For example, the end face 3101 is inclined toward the direction close to the main body 311 with the edge 3110 of the main body 311 as a reference. For example, the protrusion 301 includes a surface close to the organic layer 400 and a surface away from the organic layer 400, and the two surfaces are connected by the end face 3101. The edge of the surface of the protrusion 301 close to the organic layer 400 can be an edge 3110, and the edge 3110 is farther away from the main body 311 than the edge of the surface of the protrusion 301 away from the organic layer 400.

[0074] This is beneficial for expanding the space of the protrusion for cutting off at least one film layer in the light-emitting functional layer, so that the film layer in the light-emitting functional layer close to the first electrode (for example, film layer 131, charge generation layer 133, etc.) can be diffusely distributed at the end face of the protrusion so as to be cut off layer by layer at the end face, and the cut-off film layers can fall layer by layer between the protrusion and the organic layer, which can effectively avoid the short circuit between the charge generation layer in the light-emitting functional layer and the second electrode.

[0075] In some embodiments, Figure 3 As shown, at least a portion of the end face 3101 of the protrusion 301 of the first inorganic structure 310 is a plane, and the angle between the plane and the plane parallel to the base substrate 01 is β, and β is 10~30 degrees, for example, 15~20 degrees, 20~25 degrees, 25~30 degrees or other values between 10~30 degrees, thereby better separating the film layer in the light-emitting functional layer at the end face, thereby effectively alleviating the ghosting phenomenon of the sub-pixel.

[0076] In some embodiments, Figure 2 As shown, the portion of the organic layer 400 in contact with the peripheral portion 312 of the first inorganic structure 310 has a first average thickness T1, and the portion of the organic layer 400 in contact with the main body 311 of the first inorganic structure 310 has a second average thickness T2, and the first average thickness T1 is greater than the second average thickness T2. For example, the organic layer 400 includes a flat portion located between the main body 311 of the first inorganic structure 310 and the base substrate 01, and the size of the flat portion in a direction perpendicular to the base substrate 01 is the above-mentioned second average thickness T2. For example, the above-mentioned flat portion of the organic layer 400 and the portion of the organic layer 400 in contact with the peripheral portion 312 are an integrated structure. For example, the organic layer 400 can be made using a half-tone mask (HTM). For example, in the process of forming the first inorganic structure by patterning an etching solution, a portion of the organic layer located between adjacent sub-pixels (for example, a portion located between adjacent protrusions and a portion located between a protrusion and a sub-pixel) is Figure 2The portion between the organic layer 400 shown in the figure is etched together, thereby leaving a gap between the protrusion and the organic layer.

[0077] By making the thickness of the portion of the organic layer in contact with the peripheral portion of the first inorganic structure larger, it is advantageous to make the protruding portion of the first inorganic structure warp relative to the organic layer so that the protruding portion can play a role in isolating the film layer in the light-emitting functional layer.

[0078] In some embodiments, Figure 2 As shown, the inorganic pattern 300 further includes at least one second inorganic structure 320, the second inorganic structure 320 includes a portion overlapping with the pixel opening 210 and a portion outside the pixel opening 210, and the portion of the second inorganic structure 320 outside the pixel opening 210 is covered by the pixel defining portion 230. For example, the second inorganic structure 320 may have a shape that is the same as or similar to that of the first inorganic structure 310. For example, the second inorganic structure 320 may be substantially parallel to the first electrode 110 of the sub-pixel 100, that is, the portion of the second inorganic structure 320 outside the pixel opening 210 is not raised, but is flat with the portion inside the pixel opening 210.

[0079] In some embodiments, Figure 2 As shown, the pixel defining portion 230 covered on the second inorganic structure 320 has a different morphology from the pixel defining portion 230 covered on the first inorganic structure 310. Figure 2 In the cross-sectional schematic diagram shown, in direction X, the size of the pixel defining portion 230 covering the second inorganic structure 320 is larger than the size of the pixel defining portion 230 covering the first inorganic structure 310, thereby ensuring that the pixel defining portion 230 completely covers the portion of the second inorganic structure 320 located outside the pixel opening 210.

[0080] In some embodiments, Figure 2As shown, the plurality of sub-pixels 100 include adjacent first sub-pixels 101 and second sub-pixels 102, the first electrode 110 of the first sub-pixel 101 overlaps with the main body 311 of the first inorganic structure 310, the first electrode 110 of the second sub-pixel 102 overlaps with the second inorganic structure 320, and the protrusion 301 of the first inorganic structure 310 is exposed by the defined opening 220 between the first sub-pixel 101 and the second sub-pixel 102. That is, in the adjacent first sub-pixels 101 and second sub-pixels 102, by making the protrusion 301 in the first inorganic structure 310 overlapping with the first electrode 110 of the first sub-pixel 101 exposed by the defined opening 220, at least one film layer in the light-emitting functional layer 130 of the first sub-pixel 101 can be isolated, so as to reduce the risk of crosstalk between the first sub-pixel 101 and the second sub-pixel 102, and alleviate the smear phenomenon of the first sub-pixel 101.

[0081] It is worth noting that Figure 2 As shown, the portion of the second inorganic structure 320 that overlaps with the first electrode 110 of the second sub-pixel 102 and is located outside the pixel opening 210 is covered by the pixel defining portion 230, so that the light-emitting functional layer 130 of the second sub-pixel 102 can extend to between the protrusion 301 in the first inorganic structure 310 and the organic layer 400. The protrusion 301 in the first inorganic structure 310 can increase the "climbing" difficulty of the light-emitting functional layer 130 of the second sub-pixel 102, so as to facilitate the discontinuous arrangement with the light-emitting functional layer 130 of the first sub-pixel 101, thereby reducing the risk of crosstalk between the first sub-pixel 101 and the second sub-pixel 102.

[0082] Figure 4 A partial cross-sectional schematic diagram of another display substrate provided for at least one embodiment of the present disclosure.

[0083] In some embodiments, Figure 4As shown, the plurality of sub-pixels 100 include adjacent first sub-pixels 101 and second sub-pixels 102, and the first electrode 110 of the first sub-pixel 101 and the first electrode 110 of the second sub-pixel 102 overlap with the main body 311 of a first inorganic structure 310 respectively. The protrusions 301 of the first inorganic structure 310 overlapped by the first electrode 110 of the first sub-pixel 101 and the first electrode 110 of the second sub-pixel 102 are both exposed by the defined opening 220 located between the first sub-pixel 101 and the second sub-pixel 102. That is, in the defined opening 220 between the first sub-pixel 101 and the second sub-pixel 102, at least one film layer of the light-emitting functional layer 130 of the first sub-pixel 101 is separated by the protrusion 301 in the first inorganic structure 310 overlapping with the first sub-pixel 101, and at least one film layer of the light-emitting functional layer 130 of the second sub-pixel 102 is separated by the protrusion 301 in the first inorganic structure 310 overlapping with the second sub-pixel 102.

[0084] Such a configuration can more effectively reduce the risk of crosstalk between the first sub-pixel and the second sub-pixel, and because the second electrodes of the first sub-pixel and the second sub-pixel are continuously configured, the ghosting phenomenon of the first sub-pixel and the ghosting phenomenon of the second sub-pixel can be alleviated respectively.

[0085] about Figure 4 For other structural features in the above embodiment, please refer to Figure 2 and Figure 3 The relevant description is not repeated here.

[0086] Figure 5 A partial cross-sectional schematic diagram of another display substrate provided for at least one embodiment of the present disclosure. For example, Figure 5 The display substrate shown is the same as the above Figure 4 The difference between the display substrate in the embodiment is that the portion of the organic layer located between adjacent sub-pixels includes a groove, and the remaining features can be referred to in the above embodiment. Figure 4 The relevant description is not repeated here.

[0087] In some embodiments, Figure 5As shown, the organic layer 400 includes at least one groove 420, and there is one groove 420 between at least two adjacent sub-pixels 100. The groove 420 is exposed by the defined opening 220, and at least a portion of the orthographic projection of the groove 420 on the base substrate 01 does not overlap with the orthographic projection of the inorganic pattern 300 on the base substrate 01. For example, at least a portion of the groove 420 is located between the first inorganic structures 310 overlapping with the adjacent sub-pixels 100 (or between the first inorganic structure and the second inorganic structure). For example, when at least one film layer of the light-emitting functional layer 130 of the first sub-pixel 101 is cut off by the protrusion 301 in the first inorganic structure 310 overlapping the first sub-pixel 101, and at least one film layer of the light-emitting functional layer 130 of the second sub-pixel 102 is cut off by the protrusion 301 in the first inorganic structure 310 overlapping the second sub-pixel 102, the cut off part of the film layer in the light-emitting functional layer 130 of the first sub-pixel 101 can fall into the groove 420, and the cut off part of the film layer in the light-emitting functional layer 130 of the second sub-pixel 102 can also fall into the groove 420. The second electrodes 120 of the first sub-pixel 101 and the second sub-pixel 102 both include a portion located in the groove 420, and are continuously arranged.

[0088] In some embodiments, Figure 5 As shown, at least one layer (for example, sub-functional layer 1321) located between the charge generation layer 133 and the second electrode 120 in the light-emitting functional layer 130 of adjacent sub-pixels 100 can be continuously arranged, and the thickness of the above-mentioned continuously arranged film layer can be reduced at the groove 420 (for example, at the edge of the notch of the groove), and the groove 420 can increase the extension path, thereby reducing the charge transfer efficiency to reduce the risk of crosstalk between adjacent sub-pixels 100.

[0089] In some embodiments, Figure 5 As shown, the groove 420 is located on the side of the protrusion 301 of the first inorganic structure 310 away from the main body 311. The orthographic projection of the protrusion 301 on the base substrate 01 does not overlap with the orthographic projection of the groove 420 on the base substrate 01. For example, in a direction parallel to the base substrate (for example, in the direction X), there is a spacing P (i.e., the minimum distance) between the protrusion 301 and the groove 420. For example, the above spacing P can be 0.05-0.3 microns, such as 0.1 microns, 0.2 microns or 0.3 microns, and the embodiments of the present disclosure are not limited to this.

[0090] With such arrangement, the second electrode can include a portion of the organic layer corresponding to the above-mentioned interval P, thereby providing a buffer, which is beneficial to ensuring the continuous arrangement of the second electrode.

[0091] In some embodiments, reference Figure 5The portion of the organic layer 400 between adjacent sub-pixels 100 may include a plurality of grooves 420 disposed at intervals, for example, 2 to 3 grooves, but not limited thereto. Thus, the thickness of the film layer disposed continuously in the light-emitting functional layer of the sub-pixel can be effectively reduced, and the transmission path can be further extended, so that the charge transfer efficiency of the film layer disposed continuously in the light-emitting functional layer is reduced, thereby reducing the risk of crosstalk between adjacent sub-pixels.

[0092] In some embodiments, reference Figure 5 , at least part of the side surface of the cross section of the groove 420 cut by a plane has a slope angle α, the plane is perpendicular to the base substrate 01, and the plane is parallel to the arrangement direction of the adjacent sub-pixels 100 located on both sides of the groove 420. For example, the above plane is parallel to the direction X and perpendicular to the base substrate 01. For example, the slope angle α can be 25-40 degrees, such as 30 degrees, and the embodiments of the present disclosure are not limited to this.

[0093] In some embodiments, reference Figure 5 The size of the groove 420 perpendicular to the base substrate 01 is 0.4-0.8 micrometers, which is not limited in the embodiments of the present disclosure.

[0094] Such a configuration can help ensure that the second electrode of the sub-pixel is not separated by the groove (for example, the edge of the notch of the groove), and help the second electrode to extend continuously in the groove to have good continuity.

[0095] Figure 6 At least one embodiment of the present disclosure provides a partial cross-sectional schematic diagram of another display substrate. For example, Figure 6 The display substrate shown is the same as the above Figure 2 The difference between the display substrate and the display substrate is that the structure of the organic layer is different, and the display substrate also includes a supporting structure. The remaining features can be referred to in the above embodiment. Figure 2 The relevant description will not be elaborated here.

[0096] In some embodiments, reference Figure 6, the display substrate also includes a support structure 500. The support structure 500 is located between the organic layer 400 and the base substrate 01 and is in contact with the organic layer 400, and the orthographic projection of the support structure 500 on the base substrate 01 at least partially overlaps with the orthographic projection of the peripheral portion 312 of the first inorganic structure 310 on the base substrate 01. For example, the support structure 500 can be located between the organic layer 400 and the film layer 02. For example, the support structure 500 can raise a portion of the organic layer 400 so that the portion of the organic layer 400 can bulge, thereby causing the peripheral portion 312 of the first inorganic structure 310 to be inclined relative to the main body 311. For example, in the process of forming the first inorganic structure 310 by patterning the etching solution, a portion of the organic layer 400 located between adjacent sub-pixels 100 (for example, located between the protrusion and the Figure 6 The portion between the protrusion 301 and the organic layer 400 is etched together, thereby creating a gap between the protrusion 301 and the organic layer 400, so that at least one film layer in the light-emitting functional layer 130 (such as the film layer 131 and the charge generating layer 133) can be isolated by the protrusion 301.

[0097] In some embodiments, reference Figure 6 , the orthographic projection of the support structure 500 on the base substrate 01 may fall into the orthographic projection of the peripheral portion 312 of the first inorganic structure 310 on the base substrate 01. For example, the edge of the main portion 311 of the support structure 500 away from the first inorganic structure 310 may be substantially flush with the edge of the main portion 311 of the protrusion 301 away from the first inorganic structure 310. For example, the peripheral portion 312 of the first inorganic structure 310 includes a portion in contact with the organic layer 400, and the orthographic projection of the portion on the base substrate 01 at least partially overlaps with the orthographic projection of the support structure 500 on the base substrate 01.

[0098] In some embodiments, Figure 6 As shown, the orthographic projection of the support structure 500 on the base substrate 01 has no overlap with the orthographic projection of the main body 311 of the first inorganic structure 310 on the base substrate 01, thereby enabling the main body 311 of the first inorganic structure 310 to have good flatness, and further enabling the first electrode 110 located on the main body 311 to have good flatness, so as to ensure that the sub-pixel has a good light output effect.

[0099] In some embodiments, Figure 6As shown, the thickness of the portion of the organic layer 400 in contact with the first inorganic structure 310 is substantially uniform. For example, the portion of the organic layer 400 in contact with the first inorganic structure 310 includes a main body portion 311 and a portion of a peripheral portion 312, another portion of the peripheral portion 312 serves as a protrusion 301, and a portion of the organic layer 400 located between the portion of the peripheral portion 312 and the base substrate 01 is supported by the support structure 500.

[0100] In some embodiments, reference Figure 6 , the thickness of the organic layer 400 can be uniform. For example, the thickness of the portion of the organic layer 400 located between the first inorganic structure 310 and the base substrate 01 can be uniform. For example, in the process of forming the organic layer 400, the organic material layer near the edge of the first electrode 110 of the support structure 500 away from the sub-pixel (for example, the second sub-pixel 102) can be made thicker, and in the process of patterning the first inorganic structure 310 by etching solution, the portion of the organic material layer in contact with the edge of the peripheral portion 312 of the first inorganic structure 310 is etched together, so that while forming the protrusion 301 in the first inorganic structure 310, the thicker organic material layer is thinned, so that the portion of the organic layer 400 located between the first inorganic structure 310 and the base substrate 01 formed in the end has a uniform thickness.

[0101] In some embodiments, reference Figure 6 , the thickness of the portion of the organic layer 400 located between the protrusion 301 in the first inorganic structure 310 and the base substrate 01 can be relatively small and smaller than the thickness of the portion of the organic layer 400 in contact with the first inorganic structure 310. For example, in the process of forming the organic layer 400, the organic material layer can have a uniform thickness, and in the process of patterning the first inorganic structure 310 by etching solution, the portion of the organic material layer in contact with the edge of the peripheral portion 312 of the first inorganic structure 310 is etched together, so that while the protrusion 301 in the first inorganic structure 310 is formed, the portion of the organic material layer in contact with the edge of the peripheral portion 312 of the first inorganic structure 310 is thinned, so that the portion of the organic layer 400 located between the protrusion 301 in the first inorganic structure 310 and the base substrate 01 formed in the end has a relatively small thickness. In this way, the manufacturing process of the organic layer 400 can be simplified.

[0102] In some embodiments, reference Figure 6 The cross-section of the support structure 500 may be rectangular, elliptical, circular, polygonal or irregular in shape, which is not limited in the embodiments of the present disclosure.

[0103] At least one embodiment of the present disclosure further provides another display substrate. Figure 7 to Figure 13A partial cross-sectional schematic diagram of a display substrate provided for different embodiments of the present disclosure.

[0104] like Figure 7 As shown, the display substrate includes a base substrate 01, and a plurality of sub-pixels 100, a pixel defining layer 200, and an organic layer 400 located on the base substrate 01. For example, the display substrate includes a display area and a peripheral area surrounding the display area, and the plurality of sub-pixels 100 are located in the display area of the display substrate, and the pixel defining layer 200 and the organic layer 400 may both include a portion located in the display area and a portion located in the peripheral area.

[0105] For example, Figure 7 As shown, the light-emitting functional layer 130 may include a light-emitting layer for emitting light and a charge generation layer 133. Figure 7 As shown, the thickness of the multiple film layers included in the light-emitting functional layer 130 is only for the purpose of clearly illustrating each film layer, and does not represent the actual size.

[0106] For example, Figure 7 As shown, the film layer 131 between the charge generation layer 133 and the base substrate 01 may include a first light-emitting layer and other functional layers, such as a hole injection layer may be provided between the first electrode 110 and the first light-emitting layer; such as an electron transport layer may be provided between the charge generation layer 133 and the first light-emitting layer.

[0107] For example, the hole injection layer, the hole transport layer, the electron transport layer, the electron injection layer, the charge generation layer and the second electrode are all common layers of multiple sub-pixels, and can be called common layers. For example, the common layer and the second electrode can be film layers formed by using an open mask. For example, the first light-emitting layer and the second light-emitting layer can be film layers formed by using a fine metal mask (FMM), and intervals can be set between the light-emitting layers of different sub-pixels.

[0108] For example, Figure 7 As shown, the charge generation layer 133 has strong conductivity, so that the light-emitting functional layer 130 has the advantages of long life, low power consumption and high brightness. For example, the charge generation layer 133 may include an N-type charge generation layer and a P-type charge generation layer. For example, the material of the charge generation layer 133 may be a material containing a phosphorus oxygen group or a material containing triazine. For example, the ratio of the electron mobility of the material in the charge generation layer 133 to the electron mobility of the material in the electron transport layer is 10 -2 ~10 2 .

[0109] For example, Figure 7 As shown, the first electrode 110 may be an anode, and the second electrode 120 may be a cathode.

[0110] For example, Figure 7 As shown, the array substrate further includes a film layer 02, and the film layer 02 is located between the first electrode 110 of the sub-pixel 100 and the base substrate 01.

[0111] like Figure 7 As shown, at least part of the pixel defining layer 200 is located between the light-emitting functional layer 130 and the first electrode 110, and the pixel defining layer 200 includes a plurality of pixel openings 210, and a pixel defining portion 230 located between adjacent pixel openings 210.

[0112] like Figure 7 As shown, the organic layer 400 is located on a side of the first electrode 110 of the sub-pixel 100 close to the base substrate 01. For example, the organic layer 400 is located between the first electrode 100 of the sub-pixel 100 and the base substrate 01, and contacts the first electrode 100. The pixel defining layer 200 also includes a plurality of defining openings 220, and at least some of the sub-pixels 100 have one defining opening 220 between adjacent sub-pixels 100. The portion of the organic layer 400 located between adjacent sub-pixels 100 includes at least one groove 430, and at least a portion of the edge 4310 of the notch of each groove 430 is exposed by the defining opening 220.

[0113] like Figure 7 As shown, the thickness of the light-emitting functional layer 130 and the second electrode 120 of the sub-pixel 100 at the edge 4310 of the groove 430 is less than the thickness of the portion overlapping with the first electrode 110. For example, the thickness of the light-emitting functional layer 130 and the second electrode 120 of the sub-pixel 100 can be thinned at the edge 4310, thereby reducing the charge transfer efficiency of the light-emitting functional layer 130 and the second electrode 120 of the sub-pixel 100, thereby reducing the risk of crosstalk between adjacent sub-pixels. In addition, the second electrodes 120 of adjacent sub-pixels 100 are continuously arranged. In other words, the second electrodes 120 of each sub-pixel 100 are not separated by the edge 4310 of the groove 430, and the second electrodes 120 of adjacent sub-pixels 100 are electrically connected to each other, so it can help alleviate the smear phenomenon of the sub-pixel, thereby improving the display efficiency of the display substrate.

[0114] In the display substrate provided by at least one embodiment of the present disclosure, on the one hand, since the thicknesses of the light-emitting functional layer and the second electrode of the sub-pixel can be thinned at the edge of the groove and the charge transfer path can be extended through the groove, the charge transfer efficiency can be reduced, so that the risk of crosstalk between adjacent sub-pixels is reduced; on the other hand, the second electrodes of adjacent sub-pixels are continuously arranged, which can help alleviate the smear phenomenon of the sub-pixels, thereby improving the display effect of the display substrate.

[0115] In some embodiments, Figure 7 As shown, in the direction perpendicular to the base substrate 01 (ie, in the direction Z), the size of the groove 430 is larger than the total thickness of multiple film layers in the light-emitting functional layer 130 and is not larger than 1 micron.

[0116] Such a configuration is conducive to ensuring that the second electrode of the sub-pixel is not separated by the groove, so that the second electrode of the sub-pixel has continuity, which can effectively reduce the problems caused by the voltage drop caused by the separation of the second electrode, and can reduce the cross-voltage and improve the display uniformity.

[0117] In some embodiments, Figure 7 As shown, the angle ε between at least part of the side surface 4320 of the groove 430 and the extended surface of the bottom surface 4330 of the groove 430 is 45-70 degrees, and at least one layer of the light-emitting functional layer 130 of the adjacent sub-pixel 100 is continuously arranged at the groove 430. For example, the angle ε can be 45-50 degrees, 50-55 degrees, 55-60 degrees, 65-70 degrees or other values in the range of 45-70 degrees, and the embodiments of the present disclosure are not limited thereto.

[0118] Such a configuration is conducive to ensuring that the groove reduces the thickness of the light-emitting functional layer and the second electrode of the sub-pixel, thereby reducing the risk of crosstalk between adjacent sub-pixels.

[0119] In some embodiments, Figure 8 As shown, the portion of the organic layer 400 located between adjacent sub-pixels 100 may include a plurality of grooves 430, such as 2-3 or 3-5 grooves, which are not limited in the embodiments of the present disclosure. Figure 8 For other structural features in the above embodiment, please refer to Figure 7 The relevant description is not repeated here.

[0120] By providing a plurality of grooves, the charge transfer path can be effectively extended to reduce the charge transfer efficiency, thereby reducing the risk of crosstalk between adjacent sub-pixels.

[0121] In some embodiments, Fig. 9 As shown, the pixel defining layer 200 further includes at least one first protruding structure 240, the first protruding structure 240 is spaced apart from the pixel defining portion 230, and the first protruding structure 240 is located in the groove 430. For example, the provision of the first protruding structure 240 can further extend the charge transfer path to respectively reduce the charge transfer efficiency of the light emitting functional layer and the second electrode of the sub-pixel.

[0122] In some embodiments, Fig. 9 As shown, the angle λ between the first protruding structure 240 and the bottom surface 4330 of the groove 430 can be 45-70 degrees. For example, the angle λ can be 45-50 degrees, 50-55 degrees, 55-60 degrees, 65-70 degrees or other values between 45-70 degrees. Such a setting is conducive to improving the ability of the first protruding structure to reduce the thickness of the light-emitting functional layer and the second electrode of the sub-pixel, so as to further reduce the risk of crosstalk between adjacent sub-pixels.

[0123] about Fig. 9 For other structural features in the above embodiment, please refer to Figure 7 The relevant description is not repeated here.

[0124] In some embodiments, Fig.10 As shown, the organic layer 400 includes a spacer 440 located between adjacent grooves 430, and the pixel defining layer 200 also includes at least one second convex structure 260, the second convex structure 260 is spaced apart from the pixel defining portion 230, and the second convex structure 260 is located on the side of the spacer 440 away from the base substrate 01. For example, the cross-section of the second convex structure 260 may be trapezoidal, but is not limited thereto. For example, the surface of the second convex structure 260 away from the base substrate 01 does not exceed the surface of the pixel defining portion 230 away from the base substrate 01. For example, in the direction perpendicular to the base substrate 01 (i.e., in the direction Z), the size of the second convex structure 260 may be greater than the depth of the groove 430.

[0125] By providing the second protruding structure, the charge transfer path can be further extended to reduce the charge transfer efficiency of the light-emitting functional layer and the second electrode of the sub-pixel respectively.

[0126] In some embodiments, Fig.10 As shown, the angle ψ between the second protrusion structure 260 and the surface of the spacer 440 away from the base substrate 01 can be 45-70 degrees. For example, the angle ψ can be 45-50 degrees, 50-55 degrees, 55-60 degrees, 65-70 degrees, or other values between 45-70 degrees.

[0127] Such a configuration is conducive to thinning the thickness of the light-emitting functional layer and the second electrode of the sub-pixel through the second protruding structure, so as to further reduce the risk of crosstalk between adjacent sub-pixels.

[0128] about Fig.10 For other structural features in the above embodiment, please refer to Figure 7 The relevant description is not repeated here.

[0129] In some embodiments, Fig.11 As shown, the angle ε between at least part of the side surface 4320 of the groove 430 and the extended surface of the bottom surface 4330 of the groove 430 can be 70 to 90 degrees, such as 90 degrees. In this scheme, at least one layer of the light-emitting functional layer 130 is separated by at least part of the edge of the notch of the groove 430. For example, when the angle between at least part of the side surface 4320 of the groove 430 and the extended surface of the bottom surface 4330 of the groove 430 is large, all the film layers in the light-emitting functional layer 130 can be separated, but it is not limited to this. For example, when the angle between at least part of the side surface 4320 of the groove 430 and the extended surface of the bottom surface 4330 of the groove 430 is small, a part of the film layers of the light-emitting functional layer 130 can be separated, and another part of the film layers can be continuously provided, and the embodiments of the present disclosure are not limited to this.

[0130] By isolating at least part of the film layer in the light-emitting functional layer, the risk of crosstalk between adjacent sub-pixels can be effectively reduced.

[0131] about Fig.11 For other structural features in the above embodiment, please refer to Figure 7 The relevant description is not repeated here.

[0132] In some embodiments, Fig.12 As shown, when the portion of the organic layer 400 located between adjacent sub-pixels 100 includes a plurality of grooves 430, the angle ε between at least a portion of the side surface 4320 of the groove 430 and the extended surface of the bottom surface 4330 of the groove 430 can be 70 to 90 degrees, such as 90 degrees, which is beneficial to further ensure that at least a portion of the film layer in the light-emitting functional layer is isolated, so as to effectively reduce the risk of crosstalk between adjacent sub-pixels.

[0133] about Fig.12 For other structural features in the above embodiment, please refer to Figure 8 The relevant description is not repeated here.

[0134] In some embodiments, Fig.13 As shown, the pixel defining layer 200 includes at least one first protruding structure 240, the first protruding structure 240 is spaced apart from the pixel defining portion 230, and the first protruding structure 240 is located in the groove 430. The angle ε between at least part of the side surface 4320 of the groove 430 and the extended surface of the bottom surface 4330 of the groove 430 is 70 to 90 degrees, and the angle λ between the first protruding structure 240 and the bottom surface 4330 of the groove 430 is 70 to 90 degrees. Under this scheme, it is beneficial to further ensure that at least part of the film layer in the light-emitting functional layer is isolated, so as to effectively reduce the risk of crosstalk between adjacent sub-pixels.

[0135] about Fig.13 For other structural features in the above embodiment, please refer to Fig. 9 The relevant description is not repeated here.

[0136] In some embodiments, reference Fig.10 When the angle ε between at least part of the side surface 4320 of the groove 430 and the extended surface of the bottom surface 4330 of the groove 430 is 70 to 90 degrees, and the angle ψ between the second protruding structure 260 and the surface of the spacer 440 away from the base substrate 01 is 70 to 90 degrees, at least one film layer in the light-emitting functional layer 130 is separated by at least part of the edge of the notch of the groove 430, or by the edge of the surface of the second protruding structure 260 away from the base substrate 01, thereby effectively reducing the risk of crosstalk between adjacent sub-pixels.
