The invention discloses a battery pack air suction cooling device and a dust collector, and the battery pack air suction cooling device comprises: a battery shell in which a battery accommodating cavity is arranged; the battery pack is installed in the battery containing cavity, a battery ventilation channel is arranged between the battery pack and the battery containing cavity, an air inlet is formed in the side wall of the battery shell, and the air inlet is communicated with the battery ventilation channel; the fan shell and the battery shell are fixed together, a fan containing cavity is formed in the fan shell, an air inlet and an air outlet are formed in the two sides of the fan containing cavity respectively, a fan base is installed in the fan containing cavity, a negative pressure inlet is formed in the fan base, the negative pressure inlet is communicated with the air inlet, and a negative pressure fan is installed on the fan base; the ventilation support is provided with a communication channel, the communication channel comprises a communication inlet and a communication outlet, the communication inlet is communicated with the battery ventilation channel, and the communication outlet is communicated with the negative pressure inlet. By adopting the air suction cooling mode, the efficiency is relatively high.
