Annular protection liquid filling device

Abstract

The invention provides an annulus protection liquid filling device. The annulus protection liquid filling device comprises a liquid storage tank, a rotary driving assembly and a pump injection assembly. And a cleaning liquid chamber and a protection liquid chamber are arranged in the liquid storage tank. The rotary driving assembly is used for supporting and driving the sleeve to rotate, and a liquid injection port and a liquid discharge port are formed in the sleeve. The pump injection assembly is used for conveying the cleaning liquid in the cleaning liquid cavity or the protection liquid in the protection liquid cavity into the sleeve. During operation, the casing pipe is firstly fixed to the rotary driving assembly, the pump injection assembly injects cleaning fluid in the cleaning fluid cavity into the casing pipe, then the rotary driving assembly drives the casing pipe and the petroleum pipe to rotate, and in the rotating process, the cleaning fluid washes an annular space between the casing pipe and the petroleum pipe; and the cleaning liquid after cleaning is discharged through the liquid outlet of the sleeve. And then the pump injection assembly injects the protection liquid in the protection liquid cavity into the casing pipe, and at the moment, the filling work of the protection liquid is completed. According to the annulus protection liquid filling device, the annulus can be flushed before the protection liquid is filled.
