Description

Technical Field

[0001] The invention relates to the technical field of switch panels, and in particular to a control panel with a replaceable indicator screen and a method for replacing control panel labels. Background Art

[0002] The control panel is an important part of electrical control. Users can control electrical appliances by operating the control panel. Many of the user's electrical appliances are controlled through the control panel, such as lamps, bathroom heaters, exhaust fans, etc. Therefore, the product uses of the same model of control panel often have many different uses. Therefore, for specific uses, the user of the control panel needs to customize the instructions on the control panel, such as printing text and / or graphic labels for specific uses, printing labels for specific functional modes, and printing brand labels for manufacturers. The manufacturer of the control panel prints the labels on the panel according to the customization needs of each application customer, and supplies personalized control panels to the application customers. This requires the application customer to accurately evaluate the specific number of control panels corresponding to various labels. For example, for decoration customers, it is necessary to count the number of control panels for various purposes in order to customize labels from the control panel manufacturer according to the number. When the customized quantity deviates, it will affect the overall decoration progress.

[0003] Although labels can be replaced as needed, before the product is shipped, the manufacturer can replace the label in time according to the replacement requirements of the application customer, which has little impact on the product shipment progress. However, in practice, it is often after the product is shipped that the application customer discovers the mismatch in quantity during installation and needs to replace the label. After the product is shipped, if the application customer wants to re-customize the label, the product needs to be sent back to the manufacturer for reprocessing and then shipped again. This makes the replacement of labels time-consuming and consuming logistics costs. Summary of the invention

Therefore, the above terms should not be understood as limiting the present invention.

[0050] It is to be understood that the term "one" should be understood as "at least one" or "one or more", that is, in one embodiment, the number of an element may be one, while in another embodiment, the number of the element may be multiple, and the term "one" should not be understood as a limitation on the quantity.

[0051] Referring to the accompanying drawings of the present invention Figures 1 to 6 As shown, a control panel 100 with a replaceable indicator screen according to an embodiment of the present invention is illustrated, wherein the control panel 100 with a replaceable indicator screen includes an indicator screen 10, wherein the indicator screen 10 is configured as a light shielding plate having at least one light-transmitting label, wherein the indicator screen 10 can be disassembled and replaced with another indicator screen 10 having a different light-transmitting label, thereby realizing label replacement of the control panel 100 with a replaceable indicator screen, so that the control panel 100 with a replaceable indicator screen can flexibly replace the indicator screen 10 according to different label requirements.

[0052] Specifically, the control panel 100 with a replaceable indicator screen includes a panel body 20, wherein the indicator screen 10 is detachably mounted on the panel body 20, so as to realize label replacement of the control panel 100 with a replaceable indicator screen based on the removal and replacement of the indicator screen from the panel body 20.

[0053] It is worth mentioning that the indicator screen 10 is detachably mounted on the panel body 20, and the use flexibility of the control panel 100 with replaceable indicator screen is improved. It is only necessary to replace the indicator screen 10 with different labels according to different application requirements, and there is no need to customize the control panel as a whole according to the accurate quantity for the specific application. In addition, when the label needs to be replaced, there is no need to return the control panel 100 with replaceable indicator screen to the factory for processing. It is only necessary for the manufacturer of the control panel 100 with replaceable indicator screen to provide the indicator screen 10 with different labels, which improves the efficiency of replacing labels and reduces logistics costs.

[0054] In particular, based on the design of the present invention, when the label of the control panel 100 of the replaceable indicator screen needs to be replaced, only the indicator screen 10 needs to be replaced, and the efficiency of replacing labels is improved and the logistics cost is reduced, which is beneficial to improving the tolerance value of the application party for quantity estimation. In other words, for the decoration service provider, the quantity calculation of the control panels with various labels can have a certain tolerance value. When the quantity deviation occurs, only the indicator screen 10 needs to be replaced, and the control panel 100 of the replaceable indicator screen can be installed before the indicator screen 10 is replaced, which will not affect the overall decoration progress.

[0055] It is worth mentioning that the control panel 100 with the replaceable indicator screen can replace the label based on the replacement of the indicator screen 10, thereby improving the flexibility of product use. The user can customize the indicator screen 10 with different labels according to personal preferences and replace them to meet the user's personalized needs. In other words, the user can customize the indicator screen 10 for replacement to meet his or her personal preferences.

[0056] Furthermore, the panel body 20 has an operation panel 21, wherein the operation panel has an operation area and an indication area, wherein the panel body 20 has a groove 22 in the indication area, wherein the indication screen 10 is detachably mounted in the groove 22, so that when the indication screen 10 is mounted in the groove 22, it can be ensured that the indication screen 10 is flush with the operation panel 21, thereby ensuring the aesthetics of the control panel 100 of the replaceable indication screen, and based on the indication screen 10 being mounted in the groove 22, the installation firmness of the indication screen 10 and the integrity of the control panel 100 of the replaceable indication screen are improved.

[0057] In particular, the indicator screen 10 is magnetically adsorbed into the groove 22 to ensure the installation firmness of the indicator screen 10 and effectively reduce the probability of the indicator screen 10 being disassembled by mistake.

[0058] Specifically, refer to Figure 5 and Figure 6 , the control panel 100 of the replaceable indicating screen includes an adsorption component, wherein the adsorption component includes at least one first magnetic component 31 and at least one second magnetic component 32, wherein the first magnetic component 31 and the second magnetic component 32 can be magnetically adsorbed, wherein the first magnetic component 31 is arranged in the groove 22, and the second magnetic component 32 is arranged in the indicating screen 10, so that when the indicating screen 10 is placed in the groove 22, the first magnetic component 31 and the second magnetic component 32 are magnetically adsorbed to adsorb the indicating screen 10 into the groove 22.

[0059] It is worth mentioning that the first magnetic component 31 is arranged at the bottom of the groove 22, and the second magnetic component 32 is arranged on the side of the indicator screen 10 facing the bottom of the groove 22, so that when the first magnetic component 31 and the second magnetic component 32 are magnetically attracted, the indicator screen 10 is limited in the direction away from the bottom plate of the groove 22. At the same time, based on the state that the indicator screen 10 is installed in the groove 22, the groove wall 222 of the groove 22 limits the indicator screen 10 in the peripheral direction, thereby ensuring the installation firmness of the indicator screen 20 based on the limitation of the indicator screen 10 in various directions.

[0060] In particular, the bottom of the groove 22 has a groove bottom plate 221, wherein the groove bottom of the groove 22 is the side of the groove bottom plate 221 facing the opening of the groove 22, Figure 5 As shown, the first magnetic component 31 is installed on the side of the groove bottom plate 221 facing away from the bottom of the groove 22. Then, when the indicator screen 10 is adsorbed on the groove 22, the second magnetic component 32 is adsorbed on the bottom of the groove 22 and adsorbed with the first magnetic component 31 on two opposite surfaces of the groove bottom plate 221. Based on the spacing between the first magnetic component 31 and the second magnetic component 32 by the groove bottom plate 221, the first magnetic component 31 is prevented from being taken out due to the adsorption relationship with the second magnetic component 32 when the indicator screen 10 is disassembled, thereby ensuring the installation stability of the first magnetic component 31.

[0061] It is worth mentioning that in this embodiment of the present invention, the first magnetic component 31 is implemented as a magnet, and the second magnetic component 32 is a magnetic material, so that while ensuring the magnetic adsorption force of the first magnetic component 31 and the second magnetic component 32, it ensures that the indicator screen 10 is accurately adsorbed to the groove 22, ensuring the accurate limited installation of the indicator screen 10, and avoiding the indicator screen 10 from being adsorbed to other positions during the installation process.

[0062] In particular, in this embodiment of the present invention, the number of the first magnetic components 31 is set to two, the number of the second magnetic components 32 corresponds to the number of the first magnetic components 31, and the two first magnetic components 31 are symmetrical to each other along the center line in the width direction of the groove bottom plate 221 to ensure the balance of the indicator screen 10 adsorbed on the groove 22.

[0063] In some embodiments, the number of the first magnetic elements 31 may be more than two or one, and the present invention is not limited to this.

[0064] Furthermore, the indicator screen 10 can be backlit to illuminate the translucent label to realize the label indication of the control panel 100 of the replaceable indicator screen, such as correspondingly lighting up the current mode label, etc. Specifically, the groove bottom plate 221 is set as a grid frame and has at least one through hole 223 connected to the interior of the panel body 10, wherein the control panel 100 of the replaceable indicator screen includes a circuit board, and the circuit board carries at least one light-emitting element 42, wherein the light-emitting element 42 is accommodated in the panel body 20 with its light-emitting path facing the through hole 223, and the state in which the indicator screen 10 is adsorbed on the groove 22 corresponds to the translucent label on the indicator screen 10, wherein the light-emitting element 42 selectively emits light based on the corresponding operation of the operation area, and the light-emitting element can emit light toward the groove 22 to realize the lighting of the translucent label on the indicator screen 10 based on the light emission of the light-emitting element 42.

[0065] In particular, the operation on the operation area of the operation panel 21 may be a pressing operation or a touching operation, which is not limited in the present invention.

[0066] It is worth mentioning that the control panel 100 with a replaceable indicator screen includes at least one luminous cover 41, wherein the luminous cover 41 is arranged on the through hole 223 to shield the through hole 223, thereby facilitating dust prevention inside the panel body 20 when the indicator screen 10 is disassembled.

[0067] In particular, there are multiple through holes 223 , so that different areas on the indicator screen 10 can be illuminated based on the light emission of the light emitting elements 42 corresponding to different through holes 223 .

[0068] It is worth mentioning that the indicator screen 10 is embedded and adsorbed in the groove 22 , and the indicator screen 10 can be removed from the panel body 20 only with special tools, thereby effectively preventing the indicator screen 10 from being accidentally removed and lost.

[0069] Specifically, the indicator screen 10 is disassembled by adsorption, referring to Figures 7 to 9 As shown, the control panel 100 of the replaceable indicator screen includes an adsorption disassembly component 200, wherein the adsorption disassembly component 200 includes a suction cup and a handle connected to the bottom of the suction cup at the rear side of the suction cup, wherein the suction cup is suitable for being adsorbed on the indicator screen 10 at its front side, and when the suction cup is adsorbed on the indicator screen 10, the operator can apply a rearward force to the suction cup based on the handle to pull the indicator screen 10 out of the groove 22, thereby removing the indicator screen based on a dedicated tool.

[0070] Corresponds to Figure 7 The operator first applies force downward to the adsorption disassembly member 200 so that the suction cup is adsorbed on the indicator screen 10, and then, corresponding to Figure 8 The operator applies force upward to pull the indicator screen 10 outward, corresponding to Fig. 9 When the force applied by the operator is greater than the magnetic attraction between the first magnetic member 31 and the second magnetic member 32 , the indicator screen 10 is pulled out of the groove 22 .

[0071] To further understand the present invention, the present invention also provides a method for replacing a control panel label, wherein the method for replacing a control panel label comprises the steps of:
