Abstract

The invention discloses a method for screening radionuclide uranium-enriched plants based on an on-site planting method, and aims to solve the problem of difference between a laboratory and an actual environment. According to the method, the plants most suitable for local survival can be accurately obtained by investigating the plants around the polluted soil. Secondly, a traditional greenhouse experiment is moved outdoors, and an on-site planting experiment is carried out; according to the method, the remediation effect of the plants in the contaminated soil can be reflected more truly, normal growth of the plants in the natural environment is ensured through field management measures such as fertilization and watering, and the remediation effect of the plants is further verified. The uranium enrichment and transfer characteristics of plants are further researched by analyzing the uranium content of plant roots and overground parts and collecting plant rhizosphere soil. Compared with a traditional indoor experiment, the method has the advantages that the uranium-enriched plants suitable for growing in the uranium-polluted soil can be more accurately screened out, so that more reliable technical support is provided for soil remediation in a uranium mine area.
